@BSNLCorporate @adgpi @DefenceMinIndia I call around 20 numbers to get FTTH connection at nana peth Pune which is in heart of pune city. But BSNL is like kumbhkaran. It is not giving any reply. It will never come out from sleep and it will die in sleep.

@BSNL_AS I had surrendered my landline and broadband on 01.09.2020. Both were not working since 25/08/2020 and local BSNL apathy forced me to take this step. Still waiting for refund of my security deposit.

@BSNLCorporate My landline is 04423623428 BB and LL is totally down it's been 4days can u beleive 2 days back morning 10am there was a security who took my number at the Gandhinagar exchange office and there was not even 1 staff I'm happy with BSNL connection service but not with BSNLstaff

17 th January 2021, I have not been using the BSNL broadband connection permanently. 17/01/21, I have permanently disconnected BSNL's broadband connection from my home. Any business,financial,service relationship between me & BSNL closed permanently . Legally, I informed to BSNL.

@OnSpectraCare Can you please let me know how to get the connection disconnected. The reason I was using Spectra was its speed. But if it takes 3 days to reactivate, no point in using it. You will definitely lose customers for the pathetic customer service where even @bsnl might be better.
