    @ACTFibernet is the worst connection . They charge high rentals and give poor service . Since last 5 days my Wifi is not working.Frequent Disconnection happening No Action on it . When you call the customer care there are a bunch of Robots and rude people sitting there Pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Called customer care and spoke. He mentioned that in next 4 hours the issue to be quickly resolved. Also, no call back received. Its me who's calling bcz urgency is at my end. Please do the needful.

    @Airtel_Presence No worries, I switched to @ACTFibernet. They did installation in 2 hours of request being raised and I have 250+ mbps on my devices. Happy with what I have. Leaving @Airtel_Presence was a good decision!! Thanks to your customer service for not responding on time!! 🥰

    This compliant is for Customer ID 102429577904. I had already paid for the period of 20 July to 19 Feb and still I am being asked to pay extra 5k for extension. I don't want any extension and will want to pay only after 19 Feb. Correct my billing immediately pls. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your business paln: Make customer to buy 6 months package. Stop internet service 24×6 times minimum on the name of "Technical Fault from Our Side". Neat profit for 6 Days (minimum). What a business model!!

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support. Ticket# SR10149498608051 raised on 7th Dec 2020 and expected resolution was on 10 Dec 2020. Still the issue is not resolved even after repeated follow ups with customer care.
