The blue checkmark lets you post longer posts, lets you edit mistakes, forces you to have 1 credit/debit card + one phone which significantly reduces the bot problem. Scammers used to be able to pay $0.99 for a godaddy domain and that was all the proof they needed to…

    @DancerA @GoDaddy @ICADomains We totally agree! One cannot trust the placement of ads by third parties for the most part. That's why we recommend putting your own content on the domain whenever possible. At least until this is fixed or the issue is addressed properly. #domains

    @dnaccess The ads were placed by and for the sole benefit of GoDaddy That in and of itself is a massive problem and an issue that neither @GoDaddy and or the @ICADomains seem prepared to address This kind of interest in & misuse of #domainnames under management has to be challenged

    Who else lost data when godaddy deleted there gen3 servers yesterday. They couldn't do a automigration and I couldn't migrate to gen4 either! There support person told me that about 60% of the windows server automigrations failed.! Horrible! GodaddySux! #godaddy

    @the_icepick_ @ccmembersonly For sure. Biggest problem we run into (in this department) with clients is absolutely no one on planet earth remembers their GoDaddy login years after setting it up, so it makes domain transfer/365 roll out take way longer.
