@PlayStation how ******** is it that you don't have support for security issues on weekends or holidays. I was hacked this morning and can't do anything about it till tomorrow??? They changed my email etc so it's not as simple as doing a reset password.

@Pklkpy @greenmoat I’ve been an Xbox gamer for a long time I owned from the original Xbox all the way to the xbox one x, i didn’t want a PlayStation cause I’ve heard they had cooling issues, but since the PS5 came out with “better cooling” I decided to try it out and it is way better than PS4

@AskPS_UK hi, my sons #duelsense broke about 6-8 weeks ago which i had reported over the phone, and you'd offered to send me a postage label so i could return the item but i still haven't received the label, not only is the joypad got a problem this service is terrible too!
