  @JioCare I called in jio helpline and i tell all the concern to jio customer care executive they tell me to give the phone to the same person then he talk and gave me the duplicate Sim without any new connection.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My mobile has lost as well as jio sim, now I am jio store at bhoapl near kartar complex but his employees have no manner for talking and demand extra money forreplaced of new sim. Please look into the matter and help to usall customers for such as incident
