Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio have called atleast 10times fr new connection since 2months evrytym gtng same response tht v vl gt back to u. Although a building nxt to me has jio connection. Ur service at surat is too bad. Not at all intrestd to sell new connections

@reliancejio @jio 3 days since a request was raised for landline not working post installation and there is no one to resolve. Complains are been passed from one person to another. No details of technician shared. Very disappointing. Will escalate of not resolved by EOD today.
