    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence i took broadband connection on 27-march. Since the first day i was facing frequent disconnection issue. I was informed to increase the connection speed to avoid this. We did it but so relief. On 2-May i requested for connection shifting.

    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence after that i was getting 5G service due to modem issue as per modem issue, as per technician, Martin. He confirmed that he will change the modem in a weeks time. When I call him on 11-May he never came for resolution. I raised a complain on 11-May.
