My sister was recently scammed online. Via @facebook messenger and @google chat. Someone she trusted was hacked and she was told to send @Apple gift cards -of course. Seems all these companies could help more shutting scammers down. They're pervasive on FB.

Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Viber, Instagram messages, Twitter, Telegram, texts, and if it calls for desperate actions, a phone call. When one friend would not even reply or communicate that poses a problem. There were times we had to go to their places to check on them.

@metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.
