    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @facebook @finkd Please look into the issue of Facebook messenger app. The bug is we are all not able to see the exact timing of message delivery and reading. Please resolve it ASAP.

    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    @mamoribaek anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger

    @hibry06 Wouldn’t suggest it I placed an order 2/13 tracking says never picked up and no one answers phones, emails or FB messenger and I really want my stuff instead of fighting to dispute chargers. My husband got me some at Christmas no issues and loved them so much. Very disappointed.

    @AppleSupport you really need to do something about not being able to send picture messages to android devices . It’s speaks volumes about the lack of tech in the iPhone . I’ve done all the suggested fixes and continue to have the same issue. Have resorted to fb messenger instead

I pay for Fully-Managed VPS service and cannot get anyone via phone, chat, text, FB messenger to respond. I have MULTIPLE websites across MULTIPLE accounts DOWN

    After she confirmed that she’s moving in with her friend but it took her a week to to say. So it wasn’t haphazard, but I did have terrible perception of her due to the way she acted on Facebook messenger. But her offline personality is so sweet and she’s mad thoughtful

    tip: if you use fb messenger and have suddenly stopped getting notifications, hold down on the messenger icon to go into app settings, then battery usage, then click on unrestricted (might be labelled something slightly different depending on brand)

    If FB Messenger isnt working right, do the following: Go to settings->apps->messenger and clear cache and clear data. Then try to reopen it, it'll ask you to login and it'll work.

    @Coles Already done all that via Facebook messenger only to be told, "Not our product, not our problem." Obviously very little regard for customer safety. I've messaged Pepsi Co directly.
