@SkyHelpTeam I have tried that - it only gives me the option to call or text, which I can’t do with no mobile signal! There was an option to use Facebook messenger but the virtual assistant on there wouldn’t help me as I don’t have accessibility issues. Can you help as to how I can seek help?

I do not understand why folks send messages in FB messenger instead of text messaging (when they have your number). I do not check messenger ever, and this has created problems where people think I ignore them. I hate messenger, and refuse to check it, use it, download it, etc.
