@MartinSLewis - i sent you a detailed question on your FB messenger for your show and sadly no one has acknowledged. In short the question was what happens to people ( in april ) who cancelled their fix in sept based on government 2 yr guarantee, which has been changed

I still don’t really get why people prefer WhatsApp over Facebook Messenger? It’s basically the same service in a less capable app? One of those true mysteries of life to me.

One of the worst apps in terms of usability is Facebook Messenger. It crashes, lags, slower opening, sometimes notificiations doesn't work and then instantly you get all of them, one after other and it's frustrating. Issues aren't new, they exist almost couple of years now.

Can anyone advise me how to communicate with @jetabroad regarding my "refund" from @airnewzealand they hold, short of writing a letter and snail-mailing it to their Sydney address? Their help forms are irrelevant and the Fb Messenger response is a dismissive, formulaic one.
