@ThatMattGardner @Bell I’m with Rogers. Not a huge fan, but accidentally found out if you DM them on FB Messenger, they’re really quick to reply and can resolve most issues. Has made my life way easier, and no longer ever wait on hold. Maybe similar thing for Bell - or switch!

@DalCecilRuno @AuroraNebulosa You can get it on FB messenger, but not FB itself as far as I'm aware. I really wish they would change that. It's such an easy fix but makes such a difference for so many of us.

@Jess_Baggott @kriscrandell Same issue here. I use full-stops and other appropriate punctuations even on Facebook messenger and text, and I often come across as rude or unhappy. So sometimes, I throw in emojis to substitute full-stops 😂

@alxmurashko @ow You can deactivate your account, and that “removes” Facebook as a service from your life, but messenger is kept. But this doesn’t remove your facebook data and if you don’t mind that, deactivation works! (I doubt with deletion even, they keep the data somewhere anyway)
