@IPSYCare Hey, the Facebook messenger thing didn't help either. Same stuff, clear cache, update version, try a different device... all of your help sources say the same thing. We've done all that. We want someone to fix our issue.

@MobiKwik I registered a complaint (ticket ID 1843282) regarding not working of ZIP EMI, through Mobikwik app on 3rd of January,2023 also through E mail, facebook messenger, twitter (also shared the screen shot of error message there.)but neither got any resolution nor response till now.
