    im crine my mom accidentally posted some personal info on her fb story 😭 it was up for like 11mins and 9 ppl saw it 💀 she doesnt know how to delete it thts y she asked 4 my help.. fb messenger really needs to remove that "add to story" option whenever you send a pic to someone

    @wowcher I have emailed , WhatsApp messaged and Facebook messenger and still waiting for someone to reply. It’s been 24 hrs. Bought a faulty item and supplier isn’t replying either. Very poor service .

    @flyPAL Your international baggage tracing phone number is missing a digit. Is this so customers won't call you?! Phoned customer service, emailed, and used FB messenger for FOUR DAYS trying to find out where our luggage, carseat and stroller has vanished to. This is RIDICULOUS!

    @WyndhamHotels I’ve already spoken with customer care (reference #04792341) and with the hotel, and been in touch on Facebook messenger and Twitter. It seems that no one is listening to the actual issue. I have no confidence that direct messaging will change anything.

    This video demonstrates a problem I've had with Facebook Messenger on iPhone for a while. I'm almost certain that some years ago I didn't receive notifications on my phone when I was actively using Messenger in a browser.

    I try to call and no one answers. I try Facebook messenger and someone replies and asks me WHAT VERSION OF IOS AM I USING. As if that has anything to do with my problem. You are an utter disgrace to the financial sector.
