@Visible Still. No. Phone. Service. Since 11/4. The nightmare continues. I'm being very nice considering. If you do have issues, use FB messenger. Because being in a queue with 98 "people" in front of you. It freezes. Do that 8x... it freezes. Glad I discovered it or I would still be 😭

@VirginMediaIE 7 hours later, still no broadband, 1 response from your Facebook messenger after 4 hours to say the problem was resolved, which it wasn’t, I replied immediately and was ignored. I’ve submitted an official complaint on your website. @comreg complaint will be next

Oh wow. It's like @Meta wiped out my facebook messenger data, like all of it but kept my Facebook accont. Zero old messages, i can see my contacts and their stories but nothing else. Even the desktop version is not working. Wtg.

@airtransat unprofessional customer service. Several attempts for the past 6 days to get through on the phone, on hold for 4+ hrs. So fed up, cant even get a proper answer via fb messenger or Twitter. They don’t even have an email.. how the hell is this legal for an airline?
