@FedEx I am so disappointed in your service. I was given an agents’ number to sort out my inquiry regarding my package. The agent started ignoring my messages. I sent a message via Facebook messenger and it was ignored as well. If I lose my package I expect a refund from you!

@_mwc Yet somehow my childhood friends get FB Messenger links from friends that ask for their FB login creds and they happily supply them. Did patching fail them? Did FB fail them? There are definitely elements of security yet to be addressed.
