@IPSYCare I dont use FB or FB Messenger. Can you explain how to reach you via email using your help site? All I see is FAQs, none of which apply. I understand this is a cost saving mechanism but it shouldn't be this hard to contact a business whose product I am buying. Thx.

@Long_Tall_Sally I've had the worst customer service experience with your Facebook messenger team, constantly ignored and had the same boiler plate info thrown at me on repeat. I really hope this isn't the same team as I need some actual assistance.

So frustrated! 😫😤😡This is now my 2nd day without cell phone service. My cell provider is working on getting the problem fixed. I’m supposed to talk to them again this afternoon. Thank God for Facebook Messenger & Google Voice!

@HelennaRossa If they do that, I will be leaving Facebook for good. I'm only on there to stay in touch with my daughter who lives in a remote area in AZ. It's easier for her to stay in touch using FB messenger as she doesn't get very good phone service.

So earlier i got disconnected from a Red Dead Online session and then a few minutes later was when facebook messenger and Instagram was down. messenger working fine for me again so far.

Still no results for Sunday on Airdrie/Coatbridge Sunday League website, and all cup results missing from last week too. Their Facebook Messenger says they are "away" at the moment. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem.

@BritishGas contacted you twice now about on going billing issue, web chat and facebook messenger, still no result. You have charged me from oct 2021 right thru to now for standing charges that have already been paid! New billing system issues? Iv had to pay £300+ for the error!

@LGUSSupport I am trying to have warranty work done on a refrigerator freezer combo that in all likelihood has a compressor issue. I have had callbacks promise that didn’t occur and have gone a full day with no response to Facebook messenger chats. It’s impossible to get help.

@OctoberPrima @krystlerose42 @Shannanagins6 On Facebook Messenger there's an option to remove the unsent notification so it completely disappears from your side. You just have to hold down on it again and hit Remove.

@flyvolaris @flyvolaris is the absolute worst.. I went to Mexico in Dec and didn’t get my bag to me until halfway through my trip! Customer service has been a nightmare. Submitted tickets on their website with no answer. Don’t get me started on their fb messenger bot. Need to talk to a human

@majola84 @interrec @FNBSA I asked on FB messenger who RB is, as I was nervous about trusting. RB assured me he helped with queries (can’t find that message now) but I think they have RB just to get the query off soc media & out of the public eye. Then they don’t do much to help.

@eon_next can you please sort out the isuue of you not receiving my smart meter readings, I've been told that the issue is at your end and awaiting so called engineers to look at it, been going on for a quarter of a year now, customer service via Facebook messenger is dire
