@sainsburys Is there an email address? I can't ring bc I'm on 02 and the network is down until 9th Feb where I live and I don't have FB messenger. So basically no way of making contact unless there's an email address.

@Foxburg @Meta Same thing had been happening to me. I’m logged in to fb on my iPhone. And also on my MacBook Pro. When I try to log in to the fb messenger app on my MacBook Pro it logs me out of fb on my phone and on my MacBook Pro. It wants to verify my login & login doesn’t get approved.

@Hyatt @HyattConcierge just saw you made me “forfeit” (ie took away) 39k points for inactivity. Every other company I’ve been loyal to has extended policy due to Covid but customer service on FB messenger saying they’ll only give back 10k for “integrity” of program. Seriously??
