@FlySwoop Your "customer service" is an absolute joke. No response to my replies in Instagram. And I just got a message from the FB messenger app asking if I still needed assistance. I replied 13 minutes later and I'm being directed back to the stupid bot.

Lots of useful tips: If you see someone trying to steal a bike you should call 999 not 111. For less serious issues the best way to report is via S Wales police website or Facebook messenger, both usually quicker than 111.
