    @TXTeslaCowboy I still use Instagram and it has no problem draining battery, but Facebook always did when I used to use it on my iPhone previously. Not terrible, but it definitely was way worse with it installed and using it daily along with FB messenger Way better after deleting it.

    MTN is the most useless company on the face of the planet. No help. Billing incorrect. They don’t answer their FB messenger! They expect you to call from all over the world to get help and you sit for hours on the line. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS

    @DFS Sent through on Fb messenger. guess what no response. I had to ring your customer service this morning and it appears NOTHING has been done to sort. Was meant to have friends over last night-CANCELLED meant to be going out this am-CANCELLED in case a sofa might turn up. LIVID!

    @hibry06 Wouldn’t suggest it I placed an order 2/13 tracking says never picked up and no one answers phones, emails or FB messenger and I really want my stuff instead of fighting to dispute chargers. My husband got me some at Christmas no issues and loved them so much. Very disappointed.

    So my notifs for everything from Twitter to Tumblr to bubble to fb messenger and regular texts are not working at all. That's fantastic good to know my phone has decided i don't need to know when my sister texts or when anyone else is trying to contact me.

    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

    I have never been so stressed as when, by some miraculous glitch, instead of pausing my music - clicking the middle button on my headphones made the Facebook messenger notification sound...

    @British_Airways can you pls provide me with an email address for your ‘customer relations’ as people on the phone lines can’t help, people on your fb messenger can’t help, your online forms to submitted info to your customer relations doesn’t work. 9 weeks and still waiting……

    @enjoyGLOBE Is your service not centralized? I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet I’m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    Why does @CebuPacificAir has no customer service hotline???? 🤯😢 Fb messenger has no actual agent, too! 😤 badly needed to have them look into 2 pending payments for same booking txn (sobrang loading kasi ng website) - baka ma-go both naku patay!!!

    This week Amazon Prime wouldn’t let me renew my membership with a new card, Facebook messenger keeps saying I have 3 messages even when I have 0, and Lord Twitter is once again showing the whole word his ***. The richest men in the world run these service and they all suck.

    After she confirmed that she’s moving in with her friend but it took her a week to to say. So it wasn’t haphazard, but I did have terrible perception of her due to the way she acted on Facebook messenger. But her offline personality is so sweet and she’s mad thoughtful

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no ❌❌❌ I can't access the USSD and my bank app and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service

    When she gave a yahoo boy her Facebook login...I woke up in the morning to send her message on FB messenger instead of usual Whatsapp and saw pictures of a white man.... Facebook name and details changed....I called her she said the guy na her friend and regular customer...he needed urgent Facebook account so she had to give hers to him.... You see all this Nekede poly girls that's doing online vendor....Mmadu adiro fa na ime chaacha.

    I’m paying $300/month for a trainer that yield amazing results but I have very limited access to and have to speak with through Facebook messenger…. This is why customer service matters bc the money isn’t an issue but no access is.
