@PhotoBox_Help I suggest you disable Facebook messenger and this Twitter rather than simply ignore messages to it. My photo book remains in error now for over a month and you won’t respond to comms on these channels. Surely that just makes customers more frustrated?😡😡

@craig_labenz I switched 5 years ago, while I continued using iMessage on my macbook for a bit I eventually came to know everyone has WhatsApp or FB Messenger or some other IM. I was hesitant at first but it came to be no problem whatsoever.

Modern problem: when someone says "oh, I sent you xyz" HOW? Did you mail it? Email? (work or personal?) Messenger pigeon? Text? Snapchat? Facebook Messenger? Tweet? DM? Yeet it into a cold and uncaring void? Too many options to communicate, too little actual communication
