@DollarShaveClub your customer service is terrible. Only way to get in touch is FB Messenger and Chat. I IMd 5 days ago and no answered, tried Chat and no one is available. My handle broke again and need a replacement, no I am not buying one, you all need to replace it.

Son, how did forget that whole thing! Wow. I mean a whole vibe. I found her number about two years ago in my Facebook messenger contacts page. There’s some glitch they never fixed but apparently I added my contacts to the book at some point.

@acceptablepanda My favorite fix is to just move the strike plate, but it does involve power tools so might want to ask a friend or neighbor to help if you aren't comfortable. Text or fb messenger me if you wanna talk about it, I don't check Twitter super consistently

I know I need to figure out the issue with my phone (even with every setting says it shouldn't make noise, the only way to actually prevent the FB messenger app from beeping is to put my whole phone on vibrate &the beeps are physically painful for me) but I have severe brainfog

@BioOwoahene @farzyness Guess what just happened, I had to contact Marriott CSR. I tried Twitter DM without success (no response), so I posted the same question on the Facebook messenger. Instant gratification, an agent came and resolved my issue. I was satisfied. Facebook is live and well my friend.

@JimHenleyMusic @benedictevans Facebook marketplace is the defacto used good site. Facebook groups are as big as reddit. Facebook stories rival snapchat. People who dont have FB use FB messenger. Twitter is, still talking about an edit button. I don't know what the fix is but there are many of them.

@VanMoof Trying to get in touch with VanMoof (US) for over 12 days now. fb messenger -> go to VMchat VMchat -> will get back to you in 2 days (via eMail) eMail -> no response calling CS bot -> go to chat. not recommending anyone to pay this amount of money with NO service at all!!

Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp kinda mainstreamed the Encrypted Messaging Service in the mainstream fairly recently - up until a few years ago, if you wanted end-to-end encrypted comms, you were siloed to Telegram, XMPP, or other various open-source projects/
