    @Faysalbankltd pathetic service provided by your bank. Tried to contact you guys on Facebook messenger, no one replied. I’ve sent money from Uk in my brother’s a/c on 22/12/21 but still not credited by you guys. Had I sent it via Ria it would’ve been in a/c within 5 minutes.

    of customer service/communication should be offered or a call back feature. The Facebook messenger chat is saying it may take days for an agent to get back to us? This is unacceptable.

    @boohoo_cshelp please can you respond to my order issue on Facebook messenger. You have not complied with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and have tried to force me to report my undelivered parcel to the police, despite it being YOUR responsibility to investigate this. NOT happy

    @RaraSensei ~6 years ago I stopped posting bday msgs publicly & send privately instead, not via FB messenger if possible. I've stopped posting anything else or even reading the TL. As soon as someone creates a bday reminder service that imports from FB, I think I'll actually close the acct.

    @didiano_lora Well it went through the Wendy’s app so I think they are the ones who actually have to issue a refund. 😕. I did leave a complaint with DD just in case tho. Wendy’s did finally say SOMETHING on my FB messenger msg I sent. They asked for my email and order date 🙄

    @British_Airways how many times is acceptable to get cut off after an hour on hold to yourselves? 2? 3? 4! I’ve text, DM’d on here & FB messenger. No response other than automated nonsense. Nothing on your website to help with my issue. Shameful way to treat customers!

    @JPEGdesignprint @Tesco Same happened to me. I've for lve got a @Leatherman_UK multi tool that should get it off though. If you need to message then Facebook messenger is better. The customer service reps on twitter are dreadful

    @airtransat We are at our destination and are not able to come back on our return flight as scheduled. We have reached out on FB messenger. The change your flight web link says "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later". When is this error expected to be resolved????
