UPDATE: I tried going to the airport. They have no one there to help. They refer you to their online chat but I tried and have no replies from @FlyFrontier @FrontierCare email, chat, Twitter or Facebook Messenger going on 7+ hours now. I’m trying every avenue to cancel

@honey I have tried to redeem my honey points for gift certificates since Oct 7, 2022. No one will respond to my emails, online help chats, fb messenger texts. Never have I dealt with a warm body yet. This is the most frustrating experience ever. Are you guys really legit?

2/5 During my travels, I noticed that the messaging apps (e.g. Line, Facebook Messenger..) did not seem to be working properly with the inflight internet. However, I was able to use WhatsApp without any issues.

@Visible @AngKleinO Angie, I wanted to upgrade to Visible +. Chat couldn’t help so they sent me to Facebook messenger. They couldn’t help. Just said the upgrade link wasn’t working for my account and to keep checking. My service sucks. I’m trying to pay Visible more money to upgrade it. Crazy.

@bbangkkuls we don't use whatsapp at all here and facebook messenger is only used among certain groups to like organise events. once kik lost its hold in maybe 2012, people had moved to snapchat, and then just kind of stayed. everyone knows its terrible for communication
