@peter @pitdesi +1 on WhatsApp; terrible link previewing, doesn’t have reactions, super clunky group messaging (can’t initiate a msg to a bunch of individual ppl). Prefer Signal these days, but would use FB Messenger if enough contacts trusted FB; it has by far the best UX imo

@barkbox I was overcharged for my renewal and having a hard time getting in contact with your Customer service since there’s no way to physically call your office. I have sent the email and Facebook messenger and I’m still not getting through.
