@OVOEnergy - trying to speak to someone re an ongoing problem on account where the account holders are in their 80's and in poor health - called multiple times, emailed, Whatsapp'd, tried FB messenger and direct Twitter message - no joy - is this what @OVOEnergy calls service???

@OctoberPrima @krystlerose42 @Shannanagins6 On Facebook Messenger there's an option to remove the unsent notification so it completely disappears from your side. You just have to hold down on it again and hit Remove.

@majola84 @interrec @FNBSA I asked on FB messenger who RB is, as I was nervous about trusting. RB assured me he helped with queries (can’t find that message now) but I think they have RB just to get the query off soc media & out of the public eye. Then they don’t do much to help.

@HelennaRossa If they do that, I will be leaving Facebook for good. I'm only on there to stay in touch with my daughter who lives in a remote area in AZ. It's easier for her to stay in touch using FB messenger as she doesn't get very good phone service.
