@EE Ha! Two calls (yesterday and today) and currently in a 3 hours Facebook messenger chat and we are still nowhere near to them even beginning to tell me what the problem with my order/delivery is. This is absolutely ridiculous. Wish I had gone to a different company.

(Even post disaster) We have so many 1 way warning dissemination channels, this would be a great 2 way

@SF_England - anyone else having big issues with this lot? Daughter has had a wildly incorrect assessment. Now they won’t reply to emails, can’t get through on the phone, Facebook messenger account not working, vague, unhelpful advice on Twitter DM’s. All very frustrating!

@KamVTV My granddaughter has a used $900 cell phone that we gave her. She uses free wifi and calls on FB messenger. If she gets enough money for a month of service, she does. Otherwise, she makes do. What you hear and see is not necessarily truth. Generalizations are not fact.

@thameswater - disgusting service. 23/02/21 I requested a refund for paying them twice for 3 years. The best communication I have had is from FB messenger as no one by phone wants to help. Formal complaints mean nothing! Maybe now I’ll hear from them! Hours of my life wasted!
