    EVEN TAP PORTUGAL, who handles customer service via fb messenger, sends an email when it’s time to check in. i paid these ****** to check in early. i also paid these ****** to change my flight, bc when the fare was -$77 it caused a glitch, but at +$44 suddenly it worked.

    @QuoteLemon I sure do wish you would fix the sweepstakes app. Every day for the last 11 days I have tried to enter the sweepstakes and every day for the last 11 days it tells me that I've entered for that 24 hour period. I have left you messages on FB and FB messenger.

    @rolyatkcinmai @SteveJmz Look dad problems. I send lots of pics and kids videos to people. With an android i sometimes forget and send it over sms and it either will be too big or all grainy. SO then i have to jump on facebook messenger or something else and send it there.

    @CaerphillyCBC It was the whole area that was missed not just me.Then they were a day late the next week,looked terrible everywhere. What about the person not responding on facebook messenger but reading my messages, who can incomplain to? That was very rude.

    @ProBikeKit £500 spent on item, payment taken, order still not processed! Despite me contacting you via Twitter DM, Facebook messenger, email and you online messaging service about where my order is I’ve still yet to have any firm response. Absolutely shocking customer service.

    @captainoldsalt Youtube and messenger still worked though everything else didn't, even other websites and apps didn't work but I could watch youtube (web) and FB messenger on the PC but nothing else, Weird outage...

    @StanleysGibbon i had a code problem, it kept showing as invalid code, 1 other person mentioned it too. wasnt sure where id get quickest reply, so i tried insta page, fb page and tweet... hrs later- no reply... sent them message on fb messenger, reply in half hr, got given new code and all ok

    @talk2GLOBE It’s very difficult to reach out to you. Your Globe One app is not very user friendly. I tried messaging thru Facebook Messenger and response takes days and when I get one, response is not on point and does not seem to grasp the problem/concern; system-generated reply

    i don't think i'll ever be able to describe how ******* jarring it is to open up your fb messenger and see a detective asking for you by legal name to help with an investigation on your r*pist. how did he learn about me? jer took extra special care to keep me hidden. i'm confused

    @northerness @dandemanvillan Facebook has been one of the biggest problems. The sheer venom towards anyone not conforming to the government/BBC line is quite shocking. I deactivated my account and only keep it now because one or two friends insist on using FB Messenger.

    It is impossible to get customer service from @KLM. I logged in to my user account and found out that one leg of my return flight was cancelled, NO UPDATE EMAIL. Then when I try to contact, my options are WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, and twitter. 1/

    6.5 yrs ago a Jewish friend's moment asked me if I wanted to return to US, then Aussues kidnapped my son with Chinese, a guy sneaked in a FB messenger group that I was invited to, wrote I wanted to go to US for gay marriage. All problems r rooted in China/Oz not anybody else.
