@brain_delvin They're terrible. We ordered 2 bikes in Oct, one arrived after a few days. Other hadn't arrived by beginning of Dec so had to go through FB Messenger to speak to anyone

I didn't install Facebook Messenger so people who don't have my number can use it to ring me! It's a messaging service! Write a message! I'm afraid I only talk to people on the phone in dire emergencies (toothache, lockdown), and/or when I need to talk to my parents or children.

@TeamKnowhowUK I’ve tried getting help via Facebook messenger and calling your Humber. All I get is a link to arrange a return which doesn’t give me the answers I need. The best option I have is to get a refund and try to buy elsewhere before Christmas
