    @MsRightMsRight @madcow42 My best friend voice messaged me on FaceBook Messenger. She works in the NHS, she was breaking down, sobbing in her parked up car about this. Told me she recorded her message 3 times. If our NHS Angels dont trust it.....

    @enjoyGLOBE @talk2GLOBE Facebook messenger, twitter, globe@home app, all useless, no one is answering anything. AI bot is super slow and not working, nothing is finished. I just need to book a technical onsite visit, can't do anything!

Me and my cousin used to talk 2 or 3 times a week. Now maybe once every 2 or 3 months if she can borrow a phone...

    @gsmarena_com I hope they can fix it because i have many issues with the MIUI 12.5 update on my REDMI 10X 5G. Too many glitches, bugs and laggy Ui. Sometimes when i open my home screen the animations are dropping so bad like i think 15-25fps. Phone heats up to 40°c when i only use Fb messenger

    facebook messenger for some reason deciding Im more likely to share poor quality chat with people who's sofa I crashed once for a quid tournament or my ex who I've not spoken to in 5-6 years than the usual recipients of said terrible memes.

    Hey @Allegiant does anyone work in customer service? I’ve been on hold for two plus hours! Number says user busy, chat option doesn’t work, Facebook messenger shows you saw my message but never replied, and I’ve sent at least 4 emails! Make this right!

    @qatarairways are u in melt down? i can’t get any customer support on any channel. you app and online does not give clear options. no one is picking up your phones. the end of facebook messenger just leads to repetitive do it online or call someone. oh dear

    @JD_Oliva It’s terrible. I honestly try to use Facebook messenger for business because real emails get lost in the flood of bots and Kickstarter updates.

    @samjlongo @SouthwestAir Hopefully you’ll be able to get through with no issues. I may not have a choice. It’s already getting late and after 3 hours of this elevator music I don’t know that I can take much more. 😓 I’ve called, sent emails, used Twitter and FB messenger and nothing. Terrible experience

    @ShankiAustine @darkknight254 Whatsapp calls seems to have issues with network connections but if they have Facebook Messenger or imo app, trust they will find it affordable.

TAP customer service reps. have been rude and not resolved the problem. I will pm you on twitter, but if I get more of the same, I will make it public until you resolve it!
