@prettyplusmore @OnStar My cell service didn’t transfer over correctly when we switched carriers and I discovered I could make calls through FB messenger until it got fixed. That’s if your phone is still charged of course. Uses WiFi only. I had no clue so guessing others may not either.

There is nothing like having your FB MESSENGER hacked (sending a weird msg with a link to be clicked on) and having to answer 4 million messages asking if I have been hacked, while changing your password, answering FB about the change and new login. I hate hackers.

@tu_clothing In future simply provide a phone number for shops and TU rather than Facebook messenger for customer service. this mess could have been cleared up a lot quicker with one phone call. Really really really poor customer service set up. Wasted so much time chasing answers.

@StanleysGibbon i had a code problem, it kept showing as invalid code, 1 other person mentioned it too. wasnt sure where id get quickest reply, so i tried insta page, fb page and tweet... hrs later- no reply... sent them message on fb messenger, reply in half hr, got given new code and all ok

nothing like triaging patients for COVID over facebook messenger. the misinformation is killing people. this battle cannot be won in a hospital. it has to be won out in the community. do your part, spread correct information and lead people to healthcare professionals for help.

Theoretically I might eventually get this issue resolved by them, but as so far they've ghosted me via email, twitter, FB messenger, and been unhelpful on chat because their "final look" booking system was down (among other issues) I'm not optimistic about @INDOCHINO being useful
