    The next problem arise is credibility, convincing customer to give this product a try when nobody heard of it. The usual route: 1. Fake reviews 2. Influencer reviews My route: 1. DR style image/video upfront 2. Closing sales with "human" In comes FB Messenger

    @danc00ks0n @OctopusEnergy Also you can’t simply do it ‘online’ you need to request via customer service a change. For @OctopusEnergy that is best done on the phone, via Twitter direct message, Facebook messenger, etc and not via email.

    I direct traffic all towards facebook messenger. I actually chat & close sales LIVE right on messenger. Using both text & voice note (voice changer to a female voice) Collecting FAQ on the fly while chatting with customer on their issue helps me to produce a winning creative..

    @lockheimer Buying my mom and iphone wouldn’t work? She likes Android! As do i. So even if i did back to sqaure 1 incompatible between her and I. Seems its about $$$ with Apple not working as one fix simple issue . Only way so far i see is like FB messenger that has back up sms.

    @Aswinbenny_com @Bitwarden Hmm...even if you're right, I find that troubling. If I polled my audience and they told me that using Facebook Messenger was the safest way to communicate, I would work to correct them, not amplify their error.

    @facebook I'm thinking of shutting down my Facebook Messenger, Facebook account, no matter what photo I use as profile on Facebook messenger it's still stressful and not worth it. If Facebook can do something about that be cool if not I'm closing down my account. @timkirbyla replace photo

    He ended up being a catfish ya. It’s been a whole two years later yea I know but every time I think about it I can’t help but laugh😭😭 the only way we ended up knowing was because his brother texted us through facebook messenger telling us he’s been taking HIS pictures
