    @FlyFrontier You screwed me over AGAIN! Now I’m trying to use the $200 voucher you sent and it’s only loaded with $125 and expires tonight. Can’t call for help because apparently customers would rather be on hold for hours over Facebook messenger or your website. How can this be fixed?!

    @UAPJames @HighPeaks77 I just went through my FB messenger msgs and we last talked July 1st of 2019 and mostly about experiencer related stuff and health issues I was experiencing during that time.

    @DFS Sent through on Fb messenger. guess what no response. I had to ring your customer service this morning and it appears NOTHING has been done to sort. Was meant to have friends over last night-CANCELLED meant to be going out this am-CANCELLED in case a sofa might turn up. LIVID!

    This week Amazon Prime wouldn’t let me renew my membership with a new card, Facebook messenger keeps saying I have 3 messages even when I have 0, and Lord Twitter is once again showing the whole word his ***. The richest men in the world run these service and they all suck.

    @ryangerritsen To be fair, before encrypted sm, the cops got ahold of fb messenger chats as evidence all the time. They just needed a court order. They can still get your insta chat. Encryption is great if you’re a normal person. But it does protect pedos sharing CSAM. That’s the problem.

    @gtbank @gtbank_help is a no no ❌❌❌ I can't access the USSD and my bank app and even web banking is failing. Customer reps ain't even responding on twitter here, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp.. Worst banking service

    After she confirmed that she’s moving in with her friend but it took her a week to to say. So it wasn’t haphazard, but I did have terrible perception of her due to the way she acted on Facebook messenger. But her offline personality is so sweet and she’s mad thoughtful

    @InsecurityPolic @enjoyGLOBE Shocks!...aside from Globe At Home FB Messenger, you may coordinate your connection concern on the GlobeOne app HELP...if you have a broadband postpaid service, search Alagang Globe Viber groups...then select your location on their list to join...

    My sister was recently scammed online. Via @facebook messenger and @google chat. Someone she trusted was hacked and she was told to send @Apple gift cards -of course. Seems all these companies could help more shutting scammers down. They're pervasive on FB.

    My fb messenger randomly switched to German a while back and I tried to fix it/make sure I wasn’t hacked or anything but it never worked so anytime I get a fb message I get the notification in mf German

    Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Viber, Instagram messages, Twitter, Telegram, texts, and if it calls for desperate actions, a phone call. When one friend would not even reply or communicate that poses a problem. There were times we had to go to their places to check on them.

    @JaizBankNG I contacted your customer care service via Facebook Messenger since Monday. No positive response till now and my money has neither reflect in my account or being refunded to the sender bank.
