    @enjoyGLOBE is your service not centralized? I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet I’m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    @AppleSupport you really need to do something about not being able to send picture messages to android devices . It’s speaks volumes about the lack of tech in the iPhone . I’ve done all the suggested fixes and continue to have the same issue. Have resorted to fb messenger instead

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    @Coles Already done all that via Facebook messenger only to be told, "Not our product, not our problem." Obviously very little regard for customer safety. I've messaged Pepsi Co directly.

    @gryphon_katsu I got this with Facebook Messenger the other day Why would an app decide to force-close itself and update WHILE IT'S OPEN, that seems like a really stupid and easily avoidable issue lol

    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

    @Meta @facebook @finkd I've been on FB Messenger to resolve an ad issue for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT today! My current ad - my 202nd ad - has generated ZERO RESPONSES and your bot-land can't explain why, I've been bounced around 5 times to different dpts. Ridiculous. Plz send help.

    When she gave a yahoo boy her Facebook login...I woke up in the morning to send her message on FB messenger instead of usual Whatsapp and saw pictures of a white man.... Facebook name and details changed....I called her she said the guy na her friend and regular customer...he needed urgent Facebook account so she had to give hers to him.... You see all this Nekede poly girls that's doing online vendor....Mmadu adiro fa na ime chaacha.

    If FB Messenger isnt working right, do the following: Go to settings->apps->messenger and clear cache and clear data. Then try to reopen it, it'll ask you to login and it'll work.

    I’m paying $300/month for a trainer that yield amazing results but I have very limited access to and have to speak with through Facebook messenger…. This is why customer service matters bc the money isn’t an issue but no access is.

    Cannot get over how bad @WestJet service is. Not the fault of the front-line folks, but no support on the phones, online links that are broken, and you have to use Facebook Messenger to chat to an agent. What a sad decline.

    @mamoribaek anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger

Heard from her on FB messenger in 2023 asking for money. Last year her sister called me and said someone found her dead on a sidewalk in Philly. Honestly, I was relieved when I got the call. She was a bad person, and a tornado of destruction to anyone that ever tried to help her. She had a million chances, and instead of trying to get help, she lied, stole, and hurt the people that cared about her.
