    "WhatsApp isn't paying Mark", but it is more valuable than Facebook messenger that has all the ads and stuff attached to it. Better go and sit down one place. Baba no dey release in Revenue papers because he know say una go vex if he shows you how much he makes from your chats.

    @ltj6980 It is not parlors fault that you could not get into that account. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook messenger has made it to where people cannot login. I’m done with Twitter. If you do not believe the way they believe then we are not worth a **** to them

    @talk2GLOBE when will you bring back your customer support service via landline? I'm sick of going to one of your branches waiting in long lines for hours just to talk to somebody for 5min. And dont tell me to just use your fb messenger and app BS because that does not work.

    God it pisses me off that I can't just drag images into my side messenger anymore and just send them? I literally have to go to the trouble of opening up my full facebook messenger and it's the SLOWEST THING

    Facebook, I get no response. I have major medical problems, and I use Facebook messenger to communicate with family and my doctors. I missed a very important medical appointment, by not having messenger working. I need to be able to get ahold of my family and docters.

    @brandur Signal or "any other app that I don't already use" is a hard sell for so many, particularly those that just don't care about these sorts of issues and will use Facebook Messenger because it's convenient.

    Ironically I still don't mind facebook messenger. I think my problem with wanting to not use whatsapp because of facebook vs still being ok with messenger is messenger doesn't pretend to be a privacy based messaging app.

    @miestasmia I wouldn't even call them "standards" with scarequotes :) But yes, it's possible from a technical perspective to bridge FB Messenger or WhatsApp into Matrix. Of course, that still requires the proprietary service to not ban you from their platform for it.

    @marcusbrig @signalapp Why? I’m generally confused by this - I can txt but most people seem to use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger - the only benefit of which that I can see is the group chat - maybe it’s an age thing? I’m not down with the kids am I?
