@NosferatuGood4u @IPSY @Scentbird I really hope you get the products you paid for, but I can empathize with trying to get past the bot's autoresponses to a real customer service agent. I had better luck reaching a person through Facebook messenger, I never got past the bot via email unfortunately.

@valismind The issue is that in the rest of the world outside of the USA nobody texts anybody. We all use messaging services such as FB Messenger, WhatsApp etc.

Why does #CrisisTextLine promote @WhatsApp as a phone alternative for texting in during a crisis moment? Why not @Signal? Answer: partnerships. What does that mean? Undisclosed but $ changes hands. CTL used to promote FB Messenger but they finally took that link down this year.

@talk2GLOBE your customer service is atrocious: your website tells us to call 211 or use the app. Your hotline tells us to use the app. The app directs us to Facebook Messenger. Why even have a website, app, or hotline if you’re going to send us to use FB if we don’t have it?!
