So I'm going to try the email you provided, granted that would be email number 1 on that address, 3 help centre request, 2 to info @takealot.com, 1dm on Twitter, 2 Twitter posts and 1 message on fb messenger

    @FlySwoop What a horrible business model! Cancelled our flight 24 hours prior and don't have a # to call. FB messenger bot just keeps saying "I understand your frustration". No vouchers, coupons, or compensation for missed hotel + car rental. What horrid service!

    @talk2GLOBE's Twitter support service is so useless. I keep providing every information about my issue (inability to access GlobeOne app Help options when redirected to FB Messenger) and they keep telling me to file a ticket via GlobeOne app. Like, THAT IS LITERALLY THE ISSUE!

    Hey @Apple @facebook messenger calls are STILL ringing even though I have ALL notifications OFF. Facebook is bypassing my iPhone settings. I’ve installed and uninstalled app all my notifications are OFF yet the phone still rings when people call me on Messenger. Please fix this.

    @jawwy I have done that through jawwy app and Facebook messenger. I’m not getting any help. I’m just getting standard messages to visit the store. And STC stores have been saying they cannot help.
