Facebook name and details changed....I called her she said the guy na her friend and regular customer...he needed urgent Facebook account so she had to give hers to him.... @facebook help! upgraded from iphone 11pro max to 17 pro max, in fb messenger all my chats are gone from 2024 til todays date. the new iphone shows encryption but my old messenger doesn't. i need the message history!!

@AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

My sister was recently scammed online. Via @facebook messenger and @google chat. Someone she trusted was hacked and she was told to send @Apple gift cards -of course. Seems all these companies could help more shutting scammers down. They're pervasive on FB.

tip: if you use fb messenger and have suddenly stopped getting notifications, hold down on the messenger icon to go into app settings, then battery usage, then click on unrestricted (might be labelled something slightly different depending on brand)
