She ran over her phone's data already and has none til the end of the month. Mine hit its limit for high speed and is now only good enough for FB messenger (my feed won't refresh though) and Twitter. It's just ******* frustrating and I know it's a 1st world problem but UGH

something seriously screwy is going on with facebook messenger. I can get new messages but cannot enter the chats they appear in. No flags or account punishments I know of can cause this. It's not an internet issue. Facebook issue?

@sahilypatel Turning off notifications has been a massive help for me! Only use notifications for direct messages (text, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc) and calls. Everything else is turned off, most social media apps I don’t even have on my phone. So much happier!

Im probably down to last 3GB in gigalife app. The app is not working so i cant renew my magic data. I have to conserve mobile data for viber vc or fb messenger for family. I still view all my notifications. If you know me, text or call me directly. Thanks.

I tried to contact your Facebook messenger chatbot but it's still not working for me and it's always busy. PLEASE HAVE SOME DECENCY TO IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's our MONEY for Pete's sake and your making it hard for us to process our refunds. Bullsh*t! @CebuPacificAir
