@premierinn how long does it take to get a refund for your error? The answer is forever. 9-5pm Mon to Friday contact centres in this age? Double charging people and can’t get the money back. Waiting since Nov the 18th. Facebook messenger Tuesday and still no reply.

@cybergibbons Ok I know I’m late and you’re just blowing off steam. But if I want a photo from message app, I click the convo/ info / photos … all there. Never saved one. If you mean Fb messenger, I can’t help. And “download” is weird.

@oppo @oppo @OnePlus_Support So I found out that these two brands are from the same manufacturer. That is why I am experiencing the same issue and glitch in messenger whenever I try to watch a video sent to me via FB messenger. It just crashes and stops. Most of the time.
