@strican Totally get that. I have awful cell service at my house & as a result I don’t text my green bubble friends, it’s all Fb messenger because I can’t otherwise reliably communicate with them

In the interest of being fair & honest giving an update. Never got answered on the phone but did message @Allegiant on FB messenger on the same day 1/3. Just today 1/10 got a reply on messenger that they've taken care of my issue with a full refund. #betterlatethannever #thanks

@TMobile What is happening to t-mobile? The FB messenger chat send a link to authenticate that does not work. The link to say you cannot authenticate also sends an error message. No response on in app chat and the phone line does even know what the term of plans are!

(I mean, I don't disagree philosophically. I would like iMessage to work with android phones. I miss the days when iMessage and FB Messenger were glorified XMPP clients, and a return to that kind of federated service would be good for everyone. But still. 13).

@MKBHD Did you use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. The selfie camera is broken zoomed in, crappy quality, widely reported yet nothing is fixed. For a flagship I would expect the #1 messaging app to work flawlessly.
