@Uber your customer service is shock! With multiple attempts on ap and on fb messenger you think 5.80 refund on over 30 pound worth of food missing is acceptable! With no attempt to rectify it,And to top it off your driver was extremely rude and sped of down a 20mph street!

3/3 And also by changing passwords of my fb a/c NO effect will be on messenger or messenger lite app. They can be see my messages and chats.. Because by changing password fb messenger app doesa not ask for enter your PASSWORD or do not review this. That's an BIG issue of fb

@Hyatt @HyattConcierge just saw you made me “forfeit” (ie took away) 39k points for inactivity. Every other company I’ve been loyal to has extended policy due to Covid but customer service on FB messenger saying they’ll only give back 10k for “integrity” of program. Seriously??

@ArfurZTowcrate @nandoodles Yes, list of apps to delete is (at least) Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger (others?) WhatsApp might be a problem if you have international contacts, but you can avoid using it for people you're connected with on other services

@Foxburg @Meta Same thing had been happening to me. I’m logged in to fb on my iPhone. And also on my MacBook Pro. When I try to log in to the fb messenger app on my MacBook Pro it logs me out of fb on my phone and on my MacBook Pro. It wants to verify my login & login doesn’t get approved.

@talk2GLOBE We tried cobtacting Glibe thru your hotline, via FB messenger, twitter and even thru your kiosks and stores. And guess what, you always say "update po namin kayo" 1 week na. Better to terminate than to pay for such worse service
