@AIDsLongtermSur Thanks for reaching out to us. Most activities that you can do within the apps will be covered by the Vodacom Social Ticket service. However the Vodacom Ticket will not cover video or voice calling on Facebook Messenger.

One of the final nails in the coffin for me using Facebook Messenger at all may be this: I cannot send gifs through that service any more. They just show up for me with a red !, and my gif messages aren't sent.

@bronteroseg Honestly I'm convinced part of the problem is something is broken with fb messenger. I've had so many problems with notifications not coming thru, and most of my issues on the marketplace stem from either the buyer or seller not responding ever 🙃
