@adamlaiacano @googlenest Spoiler alert, spent over 6 months on a FB messenger support exchange with Nest about my Nest Protect having an error. The conversation went nowhere and was incredibly frustrating and repetitive. Don't get your hopes up.

@FedExHelp Nope. I’ve now talked to four people via FB messenger - not trying to talk to 4 people, but every response from a new person and we start from scratch. The level of bad customer service at FedEx is epic. I just cancelled my business account because of this.

@StevenJDuffield It’s not just text versus email. Platform creep is a real problem. I now monitor text, email, LinkedIn, Facebook messenger, Twitter, and Microsoft Teams. Messages come through all formats. No wonder I can’t get any work done.

@sleepy_lilac This is gonna sound really childish but I hate when I over sleep cause it throws off my day that’s why I set alarms and I slept until 1 pm. I even told my family not to let me and they thought one Facebook messenger call was enough effort to help. 💀 so I’m just in a bad mood.

@mizzpennydreadf I used to get hit up by scammers posing as French women on Facebook Messenger. Inevitably their ‘friends’ were all middle-aged bald men. But my interrogation was ruthless enough that they always bailed. I’m such a terrible person that even fake horny women don’t stick around.
