I’ll never forget my Vegas trip though… two cousins. I ended up getting in trouble and stood up because I was on FB Messenger with the lady I wanted to get with cousin and told her I’d pull up to check them but her cousin told her that I was coming through to see her.

Will never shop at @AldiUK again. My local store treated myself appallingly recently. No customer complaints department just customer service. Also awfully treated on Facebook messenger. It appears the disgusting treatment of customers does not end at store level. 😡🤬

Had to deal with the customer service of two different low cost airlines this week. @FlairAirlines online customer service chat was great. @FlySwoop has a Facebook messenger chatbot which is absolutely horrendous. @FlySwoop please get some live agents.

Doing some iPad maintenance for my mom and cleaning things up and I just deleted 23 separate Facebook Messenger scams from accounts that were spoofing her FB friends and some of our family. All of them were from the last two weeks. I had no idea the problem was so widespread.
