I need to make a conscious effort to put down social media. A while back a few of you might remember that I was trying 10 days on, 10 days off. It didn't quite work. But this isn't quite working, either. I think I'm going to try 30 days off. I'm always on Facebook Messenger.

Apparently Meta is being hacked. I have deleted my Facebook, Instagram and Facebook Messenger accounts because they were locked and the profile picture was not of me. And the name was Phillip Phillip Phillip Phillips. Anyone else here who has Facebook having similar issues.

I swear, @flyPAL customer service is atrocious. I was on hold for close to an hour then the call dropped. Been messaging them on FB messenger, no one is answering. Phone recording says they're on 24/7, but I guess that was a lie.

FB messenger is acting up for me. Showing me blank chats when there shoukd be a ton of previous messages, if I get a notification of a message, I'll click and its empty I can't scroll up on some where I CAN see messages....why is Meta CONSTANTLY crashing/having issues.
