    @mediatemplehelp @UnniKri65860918 Your chat system is NOT 24/7. I was on there for 40 minutes without any indication whether I was in queue or not.     If FB Messenger isnt working right, do the following: Go to settings->apps->messenger and clear cache and clear data. Then try to reopen it, it'll ask you to login and it'll work.

    @facebook For two weeks now I cannot access my conversations on fb messenger or send messages, you are ignoring complaints and doing nothing about it and surprise, surprise people cannot send a complaint to you, shocking service from you.

    @Joker10555 @gomo_ph OMG!...just retry on the GOMO PH FB Messenger...also, there's a chat option on the HELP CENTER menu of the GOMO PH app...try there as well...

    @SChristyJones FB messenger is absolutely horrendous btw! How do you lock it down. I dabbled with an apple device, that seams better but android but haven't tried to install it in a while.

    @enjoyGLOBE I applied for Plan 599 at SM City Iloilo, but Plan 999 was processed. I already reported this via FB Messenger, yet I’m still told to visit the store. Very inconvenient and poor service.

    I don't need to check facebook messenger or whatsapp continuously to see whether she has sent any messages or not.I can spend more time on creativity. I cn chase my passion without any problem. But after running miles after miles & I have not breath left, I start to miss someone.

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    @FlyFrontier You screwed me over AGAIN! Now I’m trying to use the $200 voucher you sent and it’s only loaded with $125 and expires tonight. Can’t call for help because apparently customers would rather be on hold for hours over Facebook messenger or your website. How can this be fixed?!

    @metronetfiber Customer Care has no info on my outage. FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.
