@KyrelDK @Hermesparcels Sadly not. They used to have really good phone customer service & FB Messenger where they helped me a lot when I used them for work ... but now there is no way at all to contact them from their website. All 'contact' links go to the faq or a bot chat.

@lookfantastic still not resolved my issue from 10 days ago! Parcel apparently delivered by courier but no sign of it.Spent 10 days going back & forth with LF on twitter/FB messenger/their in app msngr & no further forward. For this reason I will NEVER EVER order from them again
