    @mamoribaek anypass refreshes everytime you close the app, so the best way to do this is through FB messenger or any messaging service w a chat head that can be opened over other apps without disrupting the app. so you can ss and send the image via messenger

    @newlook Having made several attempts to resolve a click and collect issue via your Facebook messenger, WhatsApp and twitter 'help' options I am still without a resolution. Is there a Customer Service telephone number available to provide help?

    @easyJetholidays @EpicLastSong You have Alex as I'm one of the other people to have this problem. And I've been on hold 20 minutes to be cut off and then nobody replies to the FB messenger. It's not great is it?

    @SwoopAirline cancels my flight from VAR to YYZ due to IT issues, seems their customer service is also experiencing degraded service cause I ain't getting any response to what to do tonight, where to go. Common answer your emails or Facebook Messenger bc you don't have a 📱🤳

    @Zanrkend Looks like a classic phishing attempt that is often on Facebook messenger. Someone you know gets their account hacked, link sent to all contacts. Person goes to link and needs to login, only for password to be stolen, rinse repeat.

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    At no point does it realize it is useless and bail out, getting me to someone who can help. I am now trying to get this resolved via Facebook messenger with "Eduardo". Eduardo's responses to me are - no word of a lie - roughly 30 minutes apart. /3

    After she confirmed that she’s moving in with her friend but it took her a week to to say. So it wasn’t haphazard, but I did have terrible perception of her due to the way she acted on Facebook messenger. But her offline personality is so sweet and she’s mad thoughtful

    @WestJet BFFR!! I’ve called again this morning at 6:30am an agent answered at 8am, she was super helpful but her system was down so she was waiting on quotes to make my change AND again you’re system hung up after 2 hour mark!!! Plus still no reply from my dm or fb messenger!!

    Why does @CebuPacificAir has no customer service hotline???? 🤯😢 Fb messenger has no actual agent, too! 😤 badly needed to have them look into 2 pending payments for same booking txn (sobrang loading kasi ng website) - baka ma-go both naku patay!!!

    @facebook Please fix the bugs for iPhone users. I cannot see the delivery blue dot whenever I send a message on Facebook messenger... I hope Meta will fix this problem soon...
