@Sister_Medicine That’s a terrible way to treat staff. I was redeployed for Covid and was told I was no longer needed by Facebook messenger. A polite two minute chat is not difficult

@AUBREYSWAN47 Facebook messenger is tied to your Facebook account, which by nature of its Existence, allows multiple sign ins, on multiple devices, driven by a unique identifier and password. WhatsApp has no password or login requirements. Protecting users is more difficult with that model
