Ask ko lang, did @enjoyGLOBE @talk2GLOBE switched to ROBOT customer service now? Your customer service number, GlobeOne app and FB messenger chat are all useless. Mind you, I’m about to start my 5th year as a postpaid customer of you guys and all I get is a ROBOT cx serv 🤬

@GAMEHelps I’ve just had an email saying my order has been cancelled and to call customer services - this number doesn’t work and doesn’t even ring. I’ve also tried emailing and just had an automated response that didn’t help or answer my query. FB messenger hasn’t helped either.

Apparently there was a Verizon outage and I had no idea. I do a majority of my texting via my Mac & FB messenger, but just a few minutes ago I got a lot of texts that I'm assuming were sent today.

just found out father’s phone responds to “Hey Google” even when you send a voice message in FB Messenger… Time to spam the old man with “Hey Google make a fart noise” Hilarity aside, this is a security issue, how do i stop this? i did set it to detect only his voice.
