I get the best service from Orange. Blows my mind. We just correspond over Facebook messenger, and they sort things out on the same day. They have even credited me twice when they see I’m not using a service. I didn’t think it was possible to get along with an MNO.

@santanderukhelp Please can you just escalate this to someone in your mobile app team; I'm not going to waste my time on your chat service. The app probably has some exemption list that allows Facebook Messenger but no longer allows Amazon Assistant.

@markzucky Problems I'm having: I cannot open Facebook Messenger because my email address on both. If there's a way for me to open my old Facebook account without needing codes, I'll keep it and I'll immediately deactivate the new one. If not, deactivate the old. Thank you, Sir.

@santanderukhelp After accepting the maintenance message it shows a toast "device is not allowed... apps on the device can draw over screen". Uninstalling Amazon Assistant and this goes away. Having Facebook Messenger installed, which can also draw over the screen, doesn't seem to be a problem.

I've been using the FB Messenger website because FB proper is a terrible burden on my computer and FYI, keep an eye on the top of the screen because if the service gets updated or patched or whatever, it'll stop delivering messages to you until you refresh the page.
