@airfrance not getting responses on fb messenger and Twitter dm just asked me to call customer service… I have called multiple times only to be put on hold for 1hr+, and when I have connected w/ an agent I was told to wait until they called me about my bag… that was 8 days ago

@Callmecruzie @WestJet I tried contacting them through Facebook messenger, which is what they want. Took some work to get past the useless bot. Finally got to request a real person. 6 days later I got a single response, with a link to a page that doesn't help me at all. No further communication.

I was advised by their Facebook Messenger account to submit a Support Ticket to find out what is going on with my RMA. I understand that things have been chaotic for everyone but the design of their system does not appear to intend to provide any help with products.

I have just wasted my whole afternoon trying to get in touch with a globe representative. Their app is not working and the internet service is unstable. Tried their hotline, fb messenger and even Twitter. No one responded. Very nice customer experience @enjoyGLOBE
