Put the FB messenger app on the mac, as the messages don't work in a mobile web browser. Now the app is diverting me via my browser to login to FB? Which I don't want to do, mainly due to cross contamination of profiles/advertising profiles etc. Is this a normal pattern?

@pfb79 @OntheBeachUK I had 8 failed DM's, 3 emails with no reply and 2 half-hearted FB messenger attempts. I gave up trying to charge my booking because the cost had risen from £50pp to £500. THE world customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter

My Facebook account has been hacked, along with ad account for thousands of dollars. I had to install fb messenger to get help from someone from @facebook @MetaNewsroom , I had over 150 messages from fake accounts and spam artists on messenger. Why is Facebook the black market?

@sonymicronin @pangalactic Ahahaha yeah though it's such a rare problem that it isn't worth rectifying. If someone's SUPPOSED to be able to reach me they know they'll have a better chance on Discord or Facebook Messenger than by phone, lmao. I don't even have a voicemail box on my phone.

@airtransat C’mon customer service/wait times are totally unacceptable - taking real advantage of customer. ‘Your call is important to us’!! Yeah, really! Now at 2 hrs on hold on phone and FB Messenger conversation left me hanging… transfer to live agent and then nothing! Help!

@airtransat Thanks for reply but fyi - I finally hung up after 3 hrs on hold -approx 9pm - 12 am. Also left hanging on FB Messenger, received a reply at 12:43 am - almost 4 hrs later, and again waiting for a response - 6 hrs and counting now. Time to ‘fix’ ur approach!!
