@LouisatheLast @taek_tod SO MANY PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT AOL IS NOWDAYS AND I FEEL OLD 😭😭 I remember AIM, Yahoo messenger, heck even the OLD Facebook messenger. I still have my first cell phone ever and it was a flip phone that survived falling two floors down. No cracks.

I really don't know what the problem is but for now, I've uninstalled JivoChat on my website and installed another Chat app. Doesn't have the same functionality but at least I can see and answer clients

@TheBlackLayers All of this! Thankfully, I recognize that behavior in others now. When someone floods my FB messenger with problems & never checks in on me or when I do see them, they talk non-stop and never ask what's going on in my life, that's a red flag.

@talk2GLOBE I've been trying to resolve billing issues but the FB Messenger interface keeps cutting off the chat when I give correct info. The 211 interface says my input is invalid when I choose either English or Taglish. How can I talk to a human? It's a 4-month ordeal!

@MKBHD did you know in the Facebook Messenger app on IPhone, that if you shake your phone in a fit of rage the “report and issue” screen pops up? Greatest gyro usage I’ve ever seen. Totally flipped my mood from angry to impressed.

@FailedLDSWoman I have this problem with my last name. Even in FB messenger or in email (my email is literally just firstname.lastname) where it's right there for people to look at. Some people just don't care ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Your own brother spelling your name wrong is insane though.
