    @FitbitSupport feeling quite frustrated as my Fitbit seems to be working fine but it will not sync to my phone anymore. It tells me that there is no Fitbit. There’s a button on the right that says ‘fix it’ and that does absolutely nothing. What can I do??????

    @fitbit hey Fitbit peeps, I paid $400 for a watch and have had to pay for 4 more bands as they all keep breaking, all Fitbit bands. Wtf??? How can they be so cheap when the consumer spends so much? $400 for the watch and $50 each band replaced??? Won't buy another one currently.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit charge 3 screen is really dark. I followed the guidelines and scrolled left to settings. Pressed settings but couldn’t read what it said. Tried changing clock face on app no joy. Tried charging till smiley face shows but nothing happens. Help

    @FitbitSupport Yes. We live in the U. S. and it was already installed on the watch. We tapped the app to start it and put fingers on the watch where the app said to and it counted down and said there was a normal sinus rhythm. Then restarted itself. 3 times. Normal or broken?

    @FitbitSupport Apparently the gist of your reply is that you are not going to correct the glaring defect with your product that has been receiving complaints for over a year. Or you'd say something like you are going to fix this issue with an update. So I'm shopping for a new watch.

    @FitbitSupport hopefully you can help. The screen on my Fitbit charge 3 is black and only seems to work when it’s on charge. I’ve tried the 8 second and 15 second reboot cycles and it doesn’t fix the issue. Before this happened the screen was flickering

    @fitbit “we've received similar reports, and have escalated the issue to our engineering team. While we don't have a timeline for resolution, we will continue to investigate these discrepancies.” Can’t offer me a discount to upgrade to a newer model just sorry it doesn’t work??

    @FitbitSupport no, it syncs just fine as soon as I open the app. The problem is the Fitbit widget I have on my home screen just sits there for hours without updating on its own like it used to.

    If looking for smartwatch, dont buy @Fitbit no matter what. Watch bought 3 Jun stopped working around 6 Aug,replacement sent 11 Aug, stopped working on 18 Nov. Pathetic @FitbitSupport too. Convinced they dump their bad quality in emerging markets

    @fitbit hi, are your systems down? My Fitbit didn’t track my sleep and my 35 minute walk was recorded but said I burned 35 cals... i deleted the app and reinstalled, rebooted my watch. removed device etc. but still nothing...

    @FitbitSupport my versa screen went black. Uninsgalled and reinstalled a different watch face. Reset by holding all buttons. Updates are current, it is synced and reports info to app but display is black. Plesse help!

    @FitbitSupport Dont buy any fitbit products. They don't have any service centers in India and their customer care number is out of service. They are not able to solve customers problem regarding their product.
