    @FitbitUK @fitbit @FitbitSupport my Fitbit won't sync and is now 50 minutes off the accurate time Is this a ploy to wreck older versions for us to buy newer ones? This is the umpteenth problem that all fixes can't fix

    Why is the @fitbit #Sense2 charger the worst thing in the world?? The cable is mad short so can't use a low plug and it still takes me 3 tried to find the right placement for the magnet. Then you can touch it because the magnet just pops off. Ridiculous.

    Following up.... Not real pleased with how locked-down @fitbit is. I know it's not a Samsung problem, but it's an issue for me. I can sync *most* health stuff over using Health Sync app on my phone, but not everything. Man I hate ecosystem lock-in.

    @FitbitSupport hello, my Versa 3 has completely shut down while performing a sync. Before that the battery was 96% full. I cannot open it again, whatever I try. If I connect it to the charging tool, it makes a short vibration but is not opening again. Please advise! Thank you

    @FitbitSupport:sense was paired to prev phone. I removed sense from my fitbit account on new phone. Now, when I try to pair same sense to new phone, I can’t enter pairing code from phone. Pairing code is never displayed. Sense keeps on saying, Unlock with phone. Deadlock. help!

    @fitbit We had 3 fitbits in our house hold. One worked for a few weeks, the rest was straight garbage, never worked. I contacted customer service who told to send it back for repair/refund and never heard from fitbit again. 100% not impressed.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport The Fitbit Sense is without a doubt the worst but of tech ever. It should come with a lifetime supply of chargers as they keep breaking. I purchased two and both have the same problem. Also 5 days charge my arse, 48hours max

    @FitbitSupport I spoke via a live chat re my charge 4, the clip on the device that connects to the strap has broken can i get this repaired or covered under warranty (if Im still in warranty) live chat was not really helpful just said it would be passed on, had no email reply

    @DARKDEXX @AndroidAuth @fitbit Fitbit is awful bad, just read the reviews on Amazon. I also had a friend who had to turn in three times his Fitbit after it locked up in a boot loop in less than a month. If you wanna spend your money on something reliable and accurate get a Garmin, Samsung or Apple watch.

    @FitbitSupport on my app for my Fitbit Charge 3 it is showing no measurements for active minutes. However it says I have 86 minutes on the main screen. I have reset my Fitbit. I have shut down and restarted my phone. Can let me know how to fix this?

    @FitbitSupport hi, Fitbit inspire HR is losing its charge within a couple of hours. From 100% to 14% in just 2 hours for example. It's also not keeping the time correctly. Bought in May 2021, please can you help?
