@Dibber_Roy @AmazonHelp I have the same issue. @Fitbit setup actually claims it is a known issue and that once Amazon updates their shopping app it should resolve itself. Interestingly, every time I get this error in Fitbit, the Amazon app requires me to confirm which Amazon account I was using

Sigh, got my elderly Dad a @fitbit Versa 3 to have alarms to remind him to take his meds. Despite having a speaker the alarm feature is silent only... And in true Google style there's a forum post with 8 pages of people complaining for years. What garbage. :(

I'm so used to expecting disappointment when dealing with large companies customer service that the folks at @fitbit and @FitbitSupport really blew me away. Quick help, focused and resolved within a few minutes. Kudos to them.

@fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I trusted the fitbit brand and bought it, but now I regret it. It broke down as soon as 2 years and I couldn't get my money's worth.branding does not make the customer suffer.I regret not buying an apple watch. I do not recommend the fitbit brand.

My @fitbit Charge4, a gift for Mother’s Day ‘21 & barely a yr old, wristband connector broke. Googling the problem I found multiple pages of others complaining of the SAME defect. Seems you ditched the formerly metal clasp for plastic.😑 Now I’m not wearing my Fitbit at all.😞

@lotsford @fitbit Nope, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. If you call the refund line after failed refund they escalate it but can’t track it down. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Refund customer service is garbage @fitbit

@FitbitSupport This Fitbit is less than a year old, I shouldn’t be needing “tips for battery life”. If your product is going from 64% charged to 4% charged in less than 5 seconds it’s BROKEN. That’s on YOU, not me.

Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbit please help. My beloved #FitBit Versa died. 😭😭 AFTER wearing it to track laps in the swimming pool for the first time…which it’s supposed to be able to do. 😤😠 “Versa is water resistant to 50 meters” 2 hrs after my pool workout it stopped working

@FitbitSupport I’ve already filled in the claim form and am waiting for it to be processed, perhaps you could help get it sorted? As I’ve only had it for 9 months I would expect it to be replaced under warranty. I’ve had a look at the store and the replacements are ridiculously expensive.

Hey @FitbitSupport, would love to know why my tracker went from 64% charge to 4% charge in the time it took to put it on the charger? No notifications all week. Nothing but trouble from the #charge5 this WHOLE TIME. 🙄 Should have taken the refund when the first one broke!
