    So I'm going to just say this. If you want a fitness watch get anything but a @fitbit. They provide absolutely zero support and then you're going to be out the $250 cost of a useless watch. I've been waiting on an email response to my problem for weeks. They never respond.

    Fitbit Versa 2 has to be one of the worst smartwatches of all time...very poor software...time never gets auto updated and never gets synced with phone. @FitbitIN @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    Made the mistake of going to @curryspcworld to buy my @fitbit today. system crashed half way through transaction money showing pending going out of my @LloydsBank curry’s manager insisting I had to pay a 2nd time! Poor apology telling me I hadn’t paid for it!

    @FitbitSupport My watch won't sync and now it's not even telling me the right time. I've done everything in your little "how to fix it" list, and nothing. The problem is on your side. You need to sort it out. I even deleted the app and it took close to an hour to reinstall.

    @FitbitSupport I've a problem with FitbitPay on my Charge 4. It worked fine for a year and it suddenly disappeared from band about a month ago and I can't set it up again. App shows error when I start FitbitPay setup.I tried reinstalling app and resetting band to factory settings

    @Ooners84 @FitbitSupport They have no regard for their customers... they send you a refurbished device if you're still under warranty and say to hell with you after. If your device is over 1yrs old, they won't help you at all

    @FitbitSupport Again issues with Charge 3. No green light flashing (pulse monitor);tried turning the Heart Rate in Settings off and on many times, rebooting tracker. This happened when my battery started to drain quickly as in after only a few hours. Thanks for your help.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN My Fitbit charge 2 shows full battery, but it goes down to zero in less than 5 minutes when unplugged from the charger. It's out of warranty, but what are the options to get the battery replaced?

    @FitbitSupport I’ve already chatted with customer service “We are aware of that issue with the Versa 3, but currently we have no timeframe on a fix.” My troubleshoot will be buying an Apple Watch because you provide no support in fixing the product you broke. Thanks.

    @fitbit Hi fitbit, since fitbit coach shut down, I can't play spotify during a fitbit workout: the volume doesn't decrease when the workout audio is playing. How do I solve this?

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK My Ionic went dead y'day, this morning it is 4 hours behind real time and when I go to sync it, it doesn't load. I restarted it, it went backwards by a few minutes and still won't sync. I messaged Fitbit support through the website but no response. HELP!

    @FitbitSupport Is it the experience you want us to have or you'd change the way you handle (or don't handle) things. You just copy/paste replies and never fix the problem, stringing us along until we can't get a refund. Predatory at the least.

    Really bad service from @fitbit (@FitbitSupport) as my Fitbit broke just after the warranty, they gave a code for some discount. The code doesn't work on the expensive products, because they are 20 dollars in sale. My code goves more discount, but their system doesn't understand.
