@FitbitSupport She can't remember that's the problem. Why are copies of my purchase receipts and photos of the ionic and box not enough? She has tried all email addresses she can remember & you have said it's none of them but you can see & identify her ionic - proof of purchase should be enough

@FitbitSupport Having trouble connecting Versa to FitBit account on both iPhone X and iPad Mini 5. I have removed it from my account many times today, would get it connected and then it would disconnect. All devices have had their Bluetooth and Power turned on/off multiple times

@FitbitSupport I've tried this multiple times. This has been an issue since my first Fitbit. Every phone, every Fitbit. The "change time zones automatically" setting automatically turns off every time..

@FitbitSupport My issue is I think it’s unfair that I’m being told I don’t qualify. The keeper has broken off, I have friends and family who have had their band replaced. I’ve had fitbits since 2015 and I’ve never had a problem with customer service, the issues have always been fixed

@FitbitSupport Thanks Fitbit support, unfortunately I have already contacted the Ionic recall line. Turns out they are Fitbit at all, just a centre taking calls and can't offer any help. Any suggestions that might actually help me ??????

@fitbit , totally unacceptable treatment after surrendering my fitbit ionic a month and half back.. I was given refunds on Google play which doesn’t help me to buy another Fitbit device in India… the refund center number helpline team is not able to sort the issue.

Anybody know how long a @fitbit watch is supposed to last for????? I only got mine 14 MONTHS ago and I’ve been through numerous warranty replacements only for it to just KEEP dying out on me. Is there even a point in getting a new one if it’s just poor quality like this?! 😩

@FitbitSupport This doesn’t help me when my keeper has broken off, my strap comes loose and could be lost. I can’t buy the petal strap, but I also shouldn’t have to when it is a known issue and as I said, family members with the same problem have had a replacement

I’ve had to replace my @fitbit nearly every 2 years for the last decade because they always die out of nowhere and my current just one died after 10 months. The process for trying to get a replacement under warranty is trash. Learn from my stupidity and don’t buy a Fitbit.

It's 6:30pm. My Fitbit has not even been charged in a week, HOW ******** DO YOU KNOW MY NEW SLEEPING SCHEDULE?! I'm feeling attacked. @fitbit Also still pissed, filled out the Recall on my Ionic over a month ago, and STILL NOTHING!! No money back, no link for new one. NOTHING!

so @fitbit was supposed to send me my #IONICREFUND and it's been over 6 weeks. i call, and they go... "oh it failed... weird" i asked to emt or put the money on my visa and i get put on hold for another 5 minutes and counting. this is horse ****.

@FitbitSupport I’ve got a new Charge 5 and it’s very poor at retaining charge. I charged fully last night and by 7am the following morning it’s already on 56%. I am not using the ‘always on’ function. Are you able to exchange it?

I grabbed the new @FitbitSupport and it's trash. Wont stay on my wrist under my glove when I'm boxing it unhooks. Plus it doesn't read my heart rate right or detect sleep.

Do NOT buy a Fitbit Charge 5. Stay with the 4. The 5 has no button and the touchscreen is slow and unresponsive. @fitbit put the button back.

@FitbitSupport is there anyone who can help with getting a part replaced for my versa 2 strap? I filed a claim and it has been denied. Yet I know this is a fault and have friends who have had theirs replaced. The piece that holds the strap together when fastened has snapped off!
