    Hi @FitbitSupport. I’ve just gone to check my steps on my watch and it has a black screen? I tried turning it on and plugging it in and nothing. Like it’s gone dead. Not sure if it’s linked to the serves but surely the watch would still work but the syncing would be the issue

    @FitbitSupport come on when's this going to be sorted...keeps going back up according to "is it down right now" site then back down again. Yet I still can't log in.

    @jackieshoes @FitbitSupport Agree 100% I often have syncing issues I assumed that was the problem so installed app, Bluetooth to forget my versa 3 etc only to find out they've gone down! Terrible service could easily have put an alert on the app! BTW Fitbit not impressed with constant sync issues either!

    @FitbitSupport Been trying to figure out "my problem" for hours. Only to find this post. :( I went so far to uninstall the app and now it wont even let me reinstall.

    @SarahEncrypted @FitbitSupport no arguments there. my comment is really only aimed at the ‘i’m throwing my fitbit away this sucks!!!’ because they’re down...which happens occasionally any time technology is involved. i think the big issue here is that fitbit has done almost nothing to update people.

    @FitbitSupport will the fitbit app sync to third party apps like strava once this bug/server issue is resolved? I have a run recorded today which is on my app but not updated to strava which it does immediately usually...

    @mailorderninja @FitbitSupport This isn’t the first time. Go get an Apple Watch. This should have been a high priority issue resolved in less than 24 hours. It’s been longer than that. Took them a whole day to even acknowledge it was their issue.

    @FitbitSupport Come on Fit-Bit - This big problem as lasted ALL DAY to fix and this syncing problem as been going on for a year on and off. Looks like your whole system needs a big UPGRADE!!

    @mailorderninja @Abbie_thfc @FitbitSupport The rare times that it was working, I liked it. I got sick off all the uninstalling/resetting/rebooting after every update. Posting to the help forum didn’t get answers. Now my comments are deleted when they weren’t harsh or inappropriate. They don’t want the deletion comments up

    @FitbitSupport I'm really disappointed Fitbit has so many technical issues. It's really getting to me now. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now I can't even log back in. I'm BEYOND disappointed with this app! Put some money in the app and develop technology to fix these issues!

    @FitbitSupport what’s wrong with the app today ?! I’ve reinstalled it can’t set up the kids ace 2 as soon as you switch to kids view it crashes the app ! Also buggy and so slow . Help appreciated

    @FitbitSupport Sent you a dm and still have not heard back from you. Still can't log in to the Fitbit app on my phone and I can't log in on the website. Keeps saying server error.

    @drguildo @adamwbb @FitbitSupport Exactly. There’s even a link to click on in the app when syncing fails that tells you it’s YOUR problem. If other tech company can add a banner to their page when experiencing issues so could Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport why don't you post your outage on your website so it isn't a freaking mystery. I just got a pop up in the app about the outage after dicking around with the Bluetooth pairing for 30 minutes. Your IT team and coders suck

    @FitbitSupport Can you tell me what's up with the app today? I am part of a work week challenge and everyone is having a hard time with the app. It isn't recognized by the phone, not syncing and not passing the messages through in the chat. Please help. Thanks.
