    @fitbit @FitbitSupport second day of inability to open my Fitbit app on iOS. Crashes before it loads. Tried all the suggested fixes. I have premium. This is frustrating. Sounds like many users having the same issue. Is this a bug?

    @FitbitSupport the app won’t open - it immediately closes when you try to open it. I’ve already deleted the app and re-added it, and restarted my phone. Still not working.

    Seems to be server side. Disable any data (mobile/wi-fi), open fitbit app, re-enable wi-fi/data without quitting app. It works now, but required to do same thing everytime I re-open app. @FitbitSupport @fitbit #fitbitdown #fitbit

    @FitbitSupport do you have an issue with your latest iOS update? Have tried deleting and reinstalling app and turning iPhone off and on again. Can only get to the login splash screen then it crashes.

    @Jnthn_Mtchll @FitbitSupport It seems something on the APP Server side isn’t expecting what the APP is announcing on startup therefore the crash. Any WIFI on/off working will be temporary.

    @FitbitSupport @mom2feebs Rebooting phone etc won’t solve issue. This is a Fitbit issue on your end… can you at least acknowledge that much? Much better communication is needed from Fitbit when these issues arise.

    @MmollyAdamms @FitbitSupport Hi! As I said neither my OH or I are able to open the app… I have rebooted my phone twice; deleted and tried to reinstall the Fitbit app but no success. I am using the most up to date iOS software and my online account is working just fine. It is an app issue #pleasefixit

    Reading @fitbit responses since my iOS app is also crashing. Support is NOT on the same page. Some admins admit there's a fix in process, and others are telling users to force quit and restart? #fitbit #outage
