@FitbitSupport I am not able to use my fitbit sense to make alexa commands. It is stuck at listening. I tried resetting the device, turning the microphone on and off. But that did not help. Pretty useless if the feature stops working after a few months of use. HELP!!

@FitbitSupport And @fitbit Please stop providing more updates and work on capturing HR accurately on your devices. The already faulty HR detection is getting crappier with each update. Please don't give me the restart and factory reset options. We both know it doesn't help.

In the space of 3 days, I’ve seen the best and the worst that consumer service can offer. @FitbitSupport have been absolute champs the way they have handled my case and I’d like to meet up with the team for a beer sometime. Or an energy drink coz it’s Fitbit.

@jackieshoes @FitbitSupport Unfortunately, #Fitbit is now too busy trying to make money on premium that they’ve lost sight of the bog standard features that are the reason most of us buy our devices. Then the poor support staff are on the frontline picking up the pieces. The decision makers hide away.

@FitbitSupport I can report I can finally log into the app again. Now if you can fix the missing “Nutrients” drop down for the current day, that would be great. It’s only showing on past days - been that way for several days.

@FitbitSupport Mine went down last Friday evening, after you sent through an update It literally screwed everything up. Whoever sent this through should be sacked. There is no automatic syncing on the update which is ludicrous. Why not inform people straight away of this and save all the hassle
