    @FitbitSupport We bought Fitbit Sense in Nov 2021 and today somehow it stopped working. The Watch discharges in 2 hours max and gets really Hot. Cannot wear watch seems some issue. Please can we get this fixed. Please let me know if any further details needed.

    @FitbitSupport I have purchased fitbit sense in last June. It was working fine until few days back. It stopped working and it’s not switching on. Did all the troubleshoot method. They are also giving me a new one. But I really want to say this is my third Fitbit. And same issue.

    So the steps your customer service made me try are useless. Apparently I have to pay $80 to get a water notification when the $300 watch and app are already capable . With such bad experience I don’t see why I’d pay your company more. @FitbitSupport @fitbit

    I will NEVER buy another @fitbit The most recent update caused the battery to go from from 100-0% in 30 min. Many others online saying they are having the same problem. Fitbit’s fix? “Here’s a 35% discount code to buy a new model”. Get bent Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Im trying to get reminders to drink water. I was talking with live chat they gave me a bunch of instructions. After trying several solutions I told them it didn’t solve my problem and they ended the chat on me.

    @FitbitSupport I would like to start a business, charge $300.00 for a product that doesn't work, then make my customers go to a "support" to figure out how to fix MY faulty product, have them waste weeks trying to fix MY product,then refuse to refund their $ because "45 day return window"

    @flagrantlynerdy @fitbit I did some Googling, and cold, dry air and exercise are both asthma triggers, and coughing and chest pain are both asthma symptoms. If the pandemic every calms down to the point where I can schedule an annual physical, I might mention it to my doctor. ;-)

    I have tried to stick to @fitbit watches. This is my third watch and I’m over it. I did a factory reset on my watch and now it will not sync to my phone. I was supposed to go to the gym over an hour ago but I’ve been trying to fix my watch. Guess I’ll be getting an Apple Watch
