@FitbitSupport I have had issues with my Fitbit Sense syncing with my phone before, so I cleared my data and once I tried to sign back in, that's when I was notified that there was a problem on your end. Please figure out a way to notify people BEFORE they take those steps.

@FitbitSupport Ok thanks and hopefully the fix will work. Yes my device and app are up-to-date. But honestly I hope that you change the way the app, watch and phone works so we don't need go rely on the servers.

@mailorderninja @FitbitSupport I’ve been with Fitbit for 5 years and my patience it’s now over. I had few Fitbit trackers, replacements, upgrades on more expensive ones and non of them last longer than a year! Now waiting to resolve an issue with my versa which died yesterday! Again!

@fitbit is the worst no one at @FitbitSupport can help me. App won’t let me log in had to change my password on desktop I did all the trouble shooting and still nothing. It’s been hours with no help. Website down call center no one answers. Should have gotten a iwatch
