When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

Tech support said out of warranty and they didn’t even bother to understand why the update killed my watch. Terrible customer service and terrible product! I hope you guys can’t sleep yourselves!

Tim Josling (@TimJosling) reportedJust bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.
