    @FitbitSupport I just said that i cannot download fitbit connect..? The download link on your website is going around in circles (cf previous video). The issue isnt on my end, your website has a problem. Do you understand the issue? I havent been able to install since download link doesnt work

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbits notifications are not working, no vibrations for when I get calls, texts, or reached goals. Settings are correct and I’ve tried to reboot but still no joy. It’s a replacement and has never worked properly

    @FitbitSupport I am getting very frustrated with my Charge 3. Twice just recently it has completely shut down, even though it had plenty of charge. Both times it was on a long snowshoe hike. When I plug it in I get the happy face and wrong time, and no walk data for that day.

    @FitbitSupport can you help please. My Fitbit strap has broken again. Fitbit charge 3. On checking out the forums this is a known problem. It is worn as an everyday watch. No intense or heavy over use. Can you please advise as to the process for replacement please.

    @FitbitSupport I have already tried 3 browsers. The problem is on your website. Your links create a loop. The download fitbit connect link doesnt start a download, it resirects to a help page. Can you send me a real/new download link? Thank you

    @FitbitSupport 2 days ago the screen on my charge 3 had white lines. I did a reboot which did not work and then was sent a list of instructions from tech support which seemed to fix the problem. This evening the screen went white again. Re did steps and it didnt work

    @FitbitSupport Saddened by the decline in quality of your products. 2 Fitbit Charge 3 trackers in a row with hardware issues(display goes bad). A 35% discount doesn’t cut it as an apology either. Smh
