    @FitbitSupport Apparently, this issue isn't resolved. Fitbit not syncing, and now can't log back in after uninstall/reinstall of app.

    @teejay814 @FitbitSupport Same here. This is absurd. And @FitbitSupport , please don’t waste individual users’ time going through the script of force quitting/reinstalling/etc…I lost a lot of time and data yesterday doing that and the issue was completely on your end.

    @FitbitSupport So the Fitbit worked fine at the end of yesterday and now today the same problem, failing to sync, is happening again. Fixes aren't working. I will DM as well

    @FitbitSupport You might have fixed that issue, but it’s like Groundhog Day… same problem again this morning. I’m paying for this Premium service. Are you reimbursing us for this downtime? Are your staff competent to permanently fix any problems with your software?

    @FitbitSupport None of that works. If I try to edit the stats that are showing I don’t get any options to add anything but calories. It’s the same exact problem as yesterday.
