    Hey @FitbitSupport. Having problems with my #versa2 heartrate counter. It shows less bpm than other @fitbit devices I have been using (ionic), specially during workout. Other devices showed avg of 9 cals/min and now versa show 6 cals/min or less. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport Funny you can check and point out it can sync when I've pointed out how I can get it to work but not admitted that others face same issue cos of your flawed update. So yes it's defective for sure. No doubt about it.

    @FitbitSupport I appreciate that . However my watch is still completely broke and I’m curious to know how many others have experienced the same issue . Judging by the Fitbit forum it’s happened to loads of versa owners .

    @FitbitSupport And how does this help in resolving ongoing issue ? Not just for me but loads I see on your community board and on here. When are you going to issue a working app update or provide me with reference for a refund or exchange with @Argos_Online ?

    @FitbitSupport Hi I'm having issue with my Ionic it will not charge, it's completely dead showing the 0% screen. Have tried tips fr forum, factory reset etc which will not work just continues to display 0%. Very disappointed with this. Nov update seems to be when it started.

    RE:Fitness wearables. I have been a longtime fan of fitness wearables, starting with a @GarminFitness Vivosmart in 2015. By the end of 2016 I had switched to a @Fitbit for two reasons: 1) Multiple broken Vivosmart display failures and resulting replacements, 1/8

    @Officaljatman @FitbitSupport I have the same problem since getting the updated OS. The HR will track for about 10-15 mins of a workout and then tell me it’s about 80 or lower. No issues with this until I just updated the OS.

    @FitbitSupport I have tried to pair my charge2 to my new iPhone 12 and it won’t work. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting my charge2, turning Bluetooth on/off but nothing. Help!

    @FitbitSupport It’s amazing how unhelpful and uninterested Fitbit advisors are in customer issues with faulty products. So far I’ve been sent 2 faulty replacements and they still won’t help. I’d hoped that with @Google buying Fitbit their customer service would improve. Sadly not

    @FitbitSupport my stats say I didn’t walk 250 steps between 8&9am but also that I got 12 minutes of brisk walking in that same period because I was out walking. How can I fix it? Can YOU fix it.

    What is going on with @FitbitSupport ? Is everyone's experience as bad or am I the only one facing the wall of "can't do"'s ? I've seen my share of bad customer service, but the amount of stalling and helplessness of @fitbit support representatives is astounding #badexperience

    @FitbitSupport But in my notes was told don't bother getting an exchange as won't work because it's a problem with app your end affecting all models. @Argos_Online can you please help resolve this ?

    @FitbitSupport Suddenly cannot sync with iPhone. Was working. Owned for less than 1 month. Does show accurate battery status and some data, but no sleep data. From watch says cannot find phone. Does not sync sleep data. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Read your community pages and you will see plenty of others with the same or worse syncing issues. So answer the question when are you applying a fix to the fault on your app as was told by a colleague of yours.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I've had an issue with my fitbit today whilst out jogging. It turned itself off whilst I was out so has failed to log the last 8 minutes of my jog therefore I didn't get accurate jog reading in terms of distance, calories, steps etc. Why has this happened?

    Gotta love when Fitbit support doesn’t believe you when you tell them your watch battery is ****. Sent screen shots & they’re still sticking with the claim that it has 5 days of battery life. I’d rather get an Apple Watch and know what I’m getting into. Thanks @FitbitSupport.
