@catester @FitbitSupport The fact that I as well as 2 of my friends were also unaware shows that they don’t inform their users. If they showed it on the app that would help. Bc I’m not going to go to their website I barely go there at all.

@FitbitSupport Seriously. You guys did not have an outage. The product is behaving differently now. You deployed a server side upgrade that was not adequately tested, and rather than rolling it back until you fix the problems you are charging forward at the expense of the username.

@danniegurl @FitbitSupport I don't understand the problem with sleep, though, either. I'm not sure whether it's related to the outages or not. I have seen reports of people having this issue for a week or more. Waiting for the outage to settle down before pursuing the sleep issue. 2/2

@FitbitSupport maybe, instead of having a 20 hour old tweet stating you fixed the problem at the top of your profile, you should acknowledge the problems are reoccurring by tweeting again. And also put a notice on your web page - not everyone who uses your product has Twitter!

@FitbitSupport hey, so I did all of this initially thinking that was the problem and it didn’t actually fix it - i did eventually get it to sync randomly by selecting sync from the device menu in my profile though, but syncing seems to fail about 50% of the time doing pull-down on main page

@FitbitSupport I used the swim lock yesterday for the first time. That and the software issue killed my Fitbit. It won't recognize the charger to reset, doesn't vibrate, and doesn't do ANYTHING! Can't get help other than the standard how-to-reset.
