@FitbitSupport Yep (# 41632465). I was informed that your awful return policy is 45 from purchase (not arrival) and isn’t extended for replacements. After the call I learned that your agent even lied to me that I was the only one with sync issues, when there are now LOTS of bad reviews posted.

@FitbitSupport If it has gps and it presumably knows the general length of my steps and how many calories I usually burn while walking, surely this can be solved with technology. Frankly it’s a real let down for parents and a lazy excuse. (2/2)

@FitbitSupport When I do that I get an error message saying that email is already in use with a Fitbit user. My correct email is already on file with Fitbit somehow, possibly from a past account.

@FitbitSupport - charged my Inspire HR to 93% today. Worked for about a 1/2 after and now the watch is blank - nothing shows.. not the time not anything. Tried charging it again and nothing happens. Tried holding down the watch button. Nothing happens. Help.

@FitbitSupport I'm having trouble with my messages, my phone is connected to the watch, when I look on the screen my messages are there but it doesn't alert me when the messages come through or if someone rings, I've tried a few fixes but it's not working still 😔

@FitbitSupport My Fitbit randomly started vibrating nonstop about 20 minutes ago. Syncing didn't help, plugging in and resetting didn't help. Any thoughts or am I stuck with this thing humming at me until the battery dies?
