@FitbitSupport can u help?? As Fitbit is now part of google only and the issue is reg google pixel 2 watch. @consumerforum_ , FYI we are observing products by google and Fitbit, that can burn hands due to heat generated by inbuilt sensors.

@fitbit @Ranchwater12 and terrible battery life, I bought a smart watch from amazon £19.95, much more impressive than my fit bit

Just bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.

@FitbitSupport None of that worked. Other users are now reporting the same issue, so it’s obviously a known bug/glitch now.

My Fitbit Versa 4 failed with a red X error right after an OS update notification. Support says warranty is over. Requesting escalation as this seems update-related. @FitbitSupport

@charlesarthur A Nest thermostat is the worst bit of tech I ever bought. Privacy nightmare, limited functionality unless you give it all of your data, not designed for purpose. I would have said the @FitbitSupport that needed replacing four times but I got my money back for that. Both Google.

Damn stupid @fitbit keeps freezing on me. The only way I have managed to find to fix it is uninstall the app and reinstall it, plus try and turn the actual watch off. I am starting to wonder if its slow stuffing up 🤦🤔 @FitbitSupport

Don’t buy a Fitbit @FitbitSupport They don’t last. Their support is useless. Will send you round in circles rather than fix the problem!!!
