@fitbit is the biggest rip off since Bernie Madoff, and the pixel watch with its inadequate battery life is staggeringly bad , they should have made it clockwork it would have been more convenient.

Gave my wife and daughter @fitbit watches/trackers for Christmas. One month later, both are dead. One won’t charge and the other won’t connect to a phone. Garbage.

@fitbit stay away from Fitbit devices, they stop working and customer service does nothing to resolve the issue but recommend buying a new device. @Apple has to offer better devices I’ll be sure to check them out

@FitbitSupport (2/2) again! They gave me the link, which was not helpful. I saw on Amazon that many people have the same issue... the band on the ACE 3 breaking within a year. There's even a big after market for these bands. I would simply like a replacement. I don't have photos of it, either!!

@FitbitSupport A customer reports an issue prior to the holidays, you ask them to take photos. But they don't get back to you after national holidays, in the meantime their warranty has expired - by 4 days by the time they re-contact. It's absolutely appallingly bad #customerexperience

My @fitbit deleted about 8,000 steps of mine for the day. Buggy software and equipment that screws you when it doesn’t sync. This stuff matters. My health insurance is with @UHC @askUHC - which pays you for regular physical activity.

I am very frustrated that @fitbit won't support @pandoramusic on my watch after March. That is one of the main factors I choose to get a fitbit. What a waste @Google, and you just fixed the pandora login bug in the fitbit app. I will be looking at other options.

Surprised to l learn that @fitbit is not reading weight from health connect. This means that the only way to track weight is manually in Fitbit => Fitbit worst ever health app. It's like a car without wheels.
