I guess @FitBit is too busy with product launches to address issues with their new devices. Not only are newest devices missing previous basic features & app menus not user-friendly… Sense 2 is BUGGY & @fitbitSupport hasn't replied to my msgs I sent over a week ago. #cx #fail

@FitbitSupport owes me $199.50 for a watch that was not working and was returned. They promised a refund on July 30, 2022 and it was never received. After 46 emails back and forth they again promised me a refund. After 2 weeks they never contacted me again. DO NOT BUY FITBIT

@FitbitSupport my hubby got me the Sense for my birthday. It still does not hold a charge like the ionic, it doesn’t stay connected to my Bluetooth and it still won’t sync my sleep to the app. How do I fix this? I have to charge it every single day. Ridiculous

I am happy to tell everyone know that the issues that I was having and expierencing with my Fitbit Sense watch, and tracking my sleep are now working. I corrected the problem by adjusting the settings in the Fitbit App. I got an 86 sleep score last night. @fitbit

@FitbitSupport Same useless answer from your Support. "In order to fix the syncing issues we have to check the permissions provided from the Fitbit app. We suggest check the help article: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?" I've done all that, several times.
