    @IngridNagy1 @fitbit Thankfully, in one email, an agent said they stand behind their product, while simultaneously saying they will not fix the issue. So I guess they don't actually stand behind their product.

    Basically, the solution @FitbitSupport gives to my Charge 3 is "throw it out, this is now garbage, since all throubleshooting is done. So, in this case, will @fitbit remove all Charge 3 from stores and stop selling it?

    @FitbitSupport what is the deal with the heart rate tracking inaccuracy ever since the latest firmware update. It’s been months since it happened and there’s been no fix. Number one purpose of the Fitbit is to track heart rate. It no longer does that accurately. That’s a problem.

    @FitbitSupport It is indeed very saddening. I had Alta, Alta HR, Versa, Aria 2, Charge 3, Charge 4... It is terrible to trust a brand like @fitbit for so long and now throw everything always to choose another brand. I would never expect that from #fitbit
