Professor Lycan (@ProfessorLycan) reportedI think it’s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?
-

Rob Williams (@codeslubber) reported@Google just passed $4T in market cap. This week @Fitbit rolled out new sleep tracking and it's a complete jackass disaster. The old one I thought worked well. Now, the watch tells me one score, the app a different one, and apparently if you ever wakeup at all in the night you cannot have had great sleep (which is complete BS). Yes I know I already griped about this but here is today's new spin: if you are scoring things, and your scores whipsaw all over the place and are just pulled out of your ***, please just ***. Can I just get the data from the watch myself? next up, on @Apple I could and did, BUT the problem is those idiots admitted their monitoring of deep was not accurate because it would have taken too much battery to be correct. *** to them too!! #everythingisbroken
-
PAR | Rose 🔜 Japan (@romanova) reported@clevermonkey93 @FitbitSupport I'm having this issue too. Bummer they don't have it fixed.
-
Rene (@rnnom) reported@FitbitSupport help!! My versa 4 won’t charge, showing a big red ❌ tried everything that was recommended, I did a full restart and now since my battery is low it can’t find anything?? Super frustrated!
-
Mudit Saxena (@MuditSaxen56971) reportedMy @Fitbit thinks I’m an elite cyclist, but I’m literally just riding my scooter through Indian traffic. 🛵🇮🇳 SmartTrack keeps confusing motorized 2-wheelers with bicycles, and without a bulk-delete option, my stats are permanently skewed. @FitbitSupport we need a fix! #fitbit
-
Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport Can you fix this please? It’s been 2 days.

-
Jason Gaylord (@jgaylord) reportedTech companies like @Google and @Fitbit still have the same problem with navigating COPPA and allowing kids to have access to devices. As a result, parents have to opt to lying about ages or not using the devices. Guess which they choose? #coppa #smartdevice
