@FitbitSupport hi! I’m having a problem syncing my FitBit Inspire 2. Tried rebooting it, disconnecting BlueTooth, turning phone off & on. I logged out of the app & tried logging back in but it said I have to wait 24 hours because I tried too many times (only did it that one time)

@fitbit @FitbitSupport as of this morning, my fitbit won't sync. I tried resetting and deleting the app and redownloading it but still won't fix. Bluetooth is connected and find phone works so it's just the Today app which tracks everything

@FitbitSupport let me add my voice to the thousands of others. All my Fitbit data is screwed up. The interface changed to an ultra-simplistic look with no sleep data. I assume the problem is on your end since I did everything I could to fix it and still the problem persists.

Good Going @FitbitSupport @fitbit . The site is down, syncing is not working for people, we can't access the discussion/support forum, and you've been silent since 22.11.2022. Is there any ETA for a possible fix? Or has Google decided to screw a community?

@FitbitSupport all of the sudden my Fitbit app is not showing my steps on the main dashboard on my iPhone? I can’t figure out how to fix it, I have shut down the device, force closed the app, shut down my phone and restarted-no luck. It only shows calories.

@FitbitSupport I didn't know you were having app issues and I tried to reinstall my device and now I'm getting red crosses on screen & it says the pairing code isn't valid. Will this sort itself when you're back up and running as concerned watch now broken.

I just spent $$$ 5 days ago on a new @Fitbit that I use as a medical device for POTS but the app on iPhone just updated and broke, no longer shows the cardiac stats I need. I am absolutely furious. @FitbitSupport please help

@FitbitSupport "A series of unfortunate events": App stops syncing. After troubleshooting, app won't login. After 3 attempts acc is locked. App asks to send email. Email asks to use chat. Chat won't open bc acc still locked. Call support to hear acc cannot be unlocked today... 🤦

@FitbitSupport yes there's an outage. But it's frustrating. My app deleted measurement categories that are device specific. I've had issues where exercise events are randomly removed over the last few months. That is still bothering me. Is my data all gone for good this time?
