    I really wish now that I hadn't left @fitbit for @GarminUK. Fitbit had the best customer service, Garmin is terrible! Trying now to get a refund on my 8 month old faulty Garmin watch so I can come back to Fitbit!!

    @FitbitSupport I started a new account when I got a new device, unlinked the old account, linked the new, but no Facebook friends found. I had a bunch previously. How do I fix this?

    @VLebeter @fitbit How do I do that? I asked Fitbit if the lifecycle of their product is only a little over year, and the assured me their engineers tested. Lol! Empty assurance but terrible product

    @jjay1310 @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Yes - thankfully I use GPS for distance too. Good job as well - I clearly can’t rely on the step count! The straps are generally pretty poor - thankfully the generic eBay cheap replacements are miles better!

    @fitbit Why does the app not let me log any food and crash everytime I try? This has been happening for a few days now and I've tried doing everything to solve this, but it's still happening! 😩

    @FitbitSupport Brightness issues with charge 3. Gave rebooted with no sucess. Can't read in normal daylight, dim in dark. Saw on forum fix is a replacement. Next steps

    @FitbitSupport how do I get a refund on my Charge 4? It is my 3rd & worst Fitbit. I’ve had it a month, it does not receive WhatsApp/IMessage notifications & now it syncs if it likes. This is 3rd time contacting you and the issue has not been resolved.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, as I was saying, this is a #Strava issue where they only pull data with GPS. But I don't use GPS on my runs..so #Strava have to tell me what other options don't have.

    @FitbitSupport my sons fitbit ace2 keeps popping out of its band. Its only 2months old. Surely it should be better quality than that. #ace2 looking at your community online this seems to be an issue With this model...

    @FitbitSupport help! Purchased Charge 3 in Jan 2019, last couple of days it’s losing it’s charge within 24hrs and heart rate monitor is all over the place and I’m sure I’m not having a heart attack!

    @FitbitSupport If your team is working on this, why is that not being communicated to your customers in the ever-growing number of threads addressing the glitches? If there were some admission that “hey, we know there’s a problem, a fix is on the way”, that would help restore confidence.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there. Since my watch had a software update the other week my battery on the watch hasn't been good... for example, lastnight the watch consumed 40% battery. Anything you guys can help please?

    @fitbit Your support is bad. tried online phone number 1st which doesn't work. tried the online chat - cut me off x 3, and then it didn't work the 4th time. I asked for a call, but just got sent the tbshoot link again which I'd already said I'd tried. this is poor cust service.

    @FitbitSupport When I logged into my app with my old login details, I either clicked on the Premium arrow at the bottom to see what the deal was or tried to access something that was only available for Premium users and was taken to it. DM'd rest
