    Paid £130 for a @fitbit Charge 4 in Aug 20. It is broken on the attachments for the strap. @FitbitSupport does not offer a repair so it's essentially useless. Obviously won't be buying another. What fitness tracker (not🍏) do you recommend.

    Well @fitbit gave me a reason to buy an Apple Watch. The Fitbit software is so buggy that it crashed and lost my 605 day streak of 10K steps.

    @FitbitSupport anyone having issues with Charge 5 battery draining within a few hours? I've only had it 1 Yr. Fitbit support via the app have tried to help, but now there l seems to be a server error, and I can no longer long into my app or follow the link to my warranty options!

    @fitbit Fix the compatibility with foldable devices (in particular samsung). Peope are not able to sync data. 😑 it's been a month of this problem. People will return their new devices soon.

    Today I learned never factory reset a Fitbit. It’s a guaranteed way to destroy it. Owned my versa for a few years now and never had any issues with it, factory reset it last night and it’s just dead. Support walked through same trouble shooting steps I did last night. Ty @fitbit

    @fitbit Your Charge 5 SUCKS - screen stopped working after a couple of months and won't reset. Tried to go through your support people, was treated like a fraud, then told to wait for the update. Big surprise - update came and no change. $150 down the drain - do not buy. My last Fitbit!

    @FitbitSupport I’m on my 5th or 6th charger for my Sense in 18 mths. I was going to get a new Fitbit, but the only ones with the crash/fall feature are Google. I have Apple devices. I’m getting an Apple Watch. I’ve loved my Fibits for over a decade. I’m no happy I have to leave.

    @fitbit is actual garbage, save your money everyone, its really really pointless to have and its never accurate, and the accuracy dwindles as you own it. Dont say nobody warned you.
