    @FitbitSupport Why after 6 years has no major Uk bank been added to Fitbit pay. Really poor. Perhaps you should hire someone from Apple Pay to learn how to do it.

    @pacificleo @fitbit I consider that bad data then, as Fitbit’s dont record brain waves and thus, cannot determine REM sleep. Makes me suspect of all their data at that point.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, why is it that my Fitbit versa step count and Fitbit iPhone 12Pro Max step count don’t always match? Today the app is 3k steps less than my versa? Thanks for any help. #synceissues

    @hannari_eri @fitbit My husband’s new Sense band kept failing. 2 drops on grass ok, but one on concrete and it did the same thing. Band is defective and very poor service. Referring to Consumer Affairs as 3 mth old watch should be able to be repaired.

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit versa is malfunctioning again. same as the last one, my battery is dying at an alarming rate now. i fully charged it on saturday night and this morning (monday) it’s completely dead. when i checked it yesterday around 11a the battery was fine. help.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport So if you’re thinking of buying any Fitbit product, think twice. When they work they are fine, when they don’t, Fitbit support do absolutely nothing to help. Disgusting, insulting customer service. Avoid, avoid avoid

    @fitbit we 4 family members traveled 200kms by car with 3 fitbits & 1 #fossil. Found fitbits clocked thousands (5k+ additional) of steps & fossil clocked (1k+ additional) steps. Looks like every bad patch on road clocked 1k+ steps. Data is not real ... so is the info. #Bengaluru

    @FitbitSupport hi I bought my wife a Fitbit Versa 3 which she has under 1 year. Initially it worked fine and synced with her phone. After a couple of months it stopped syncing. She continued as she thought it was a problem with her phone. She has changed phones and was 1/2

    @FitbitSupport On the bright side, y'all played these reindeer games before I dropped the money I saved up to upgrade my Charge 3 to the latest Versa. I'll be dropping it on a different brand now. Fitbit app and share feature were the only things keeping me, bc Fitbit product quality is trash.

    @FitbitSupport delighted when in started to sync with her new phone however it has now stopped again and the battery life is draining in 24hours were it use to last 4 days. It now also displays the wrong time. She uses her Versa every day and is now really frustrated can you help

    @FitbitSupport , @fitbit : Why does your Charge 4 have such a hard time staying connected to my iPhone? I understand my iPhone 6s is outdated but the Charge 2 was never an issue. I have to reconnect it everyday multiple times. Thank you

    @eyuzwa @fitbit I remember when Google Maps used to throw up error messages if you had location services disabled, would then magically work just fine if you dismissed them.

    @FitbitSupport Ive been in touch w support & have a case # regarding my malfunctioning Charge 3. I performed the fixes suggested-short & long restarts-still not working. If no resolution or discount toward a new device is offered I’ll be taking my business to #garmin #AppleWatch
