    Don’t bother trying to get customer service from @fitbit They’ll just gaslight you and tell you there isn’t an issue even when you show them proof and send them links to other people posting about the same issue.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for more nothing. I’ve gotten five replies all saying the same thing. If you just said “we don’t know why this is happening and can’t fix it” I’d have more respect for you than just saying there isn’t an issue. I’m done getting the same response.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for your reply. DND had been turned on, not sure how! I have another problem though. Todays walk tracked GPS perfectly well with no dropouts, but the stats have recorded over 1 mile too short. My partners phone tracked the correct distance using komoot. Any ideas pls?

    @FitbitSupport I don't know what you are selling. Please reply to my questions. It appears your app won't run without contacting Facebook. If correct, your app is telling Facebook that I am a Fitbit user. Also reply on the issue of why you think keeping users' DOB is not a security risk.

    @fitbit I paid over £200 for my Ionic watch just over 2 years ago and now it won’t charge. Your support team have agreed all troubleshooting methods have been exhausted and offered me a 35% discount on another watch!! Fix the watch I have! #Fitbit #fitbit #refund

    @MensHealthMag I wouldn't waste money buying the @fitbit Versa 3. Such a slow watch, poor stats- always behind. I miss the Ionic.

    @FitbitSupport Hey Fitbit me again. Replacement Fitbit arrived today. Thanks for that. But within 30 mins the battery on Replacement went from 66 to 0. So this is faulty again. Now back using original faulty Fitbit. Is an Update from your broken software ever going to come?

    @FitbitSupport You don't need my email address to find out if the Fitbit app contacts Facebook and won't run if it can't do that, and the second issue of the date of birth which you ask for in registration being a potential security risk. Awaiting your reply on these two questions.

    @FitbitSupport the iOS app on my iPad Air is not working right! It doesn’t sync correctly, IF AT ALL! I can sync it on my laptop, but that doesn’t skater the fact your iOS app is ma Functioning after the last updates!!!

    @HPluckrose @fitbit Agree! Sense heart rate is completely wrong during workout. I’ve had fitbit since 2012 and never had this issue on previous models.

    @FitbitSupport @Bobbybathhead Your forum moderator just closed the thread that was running for 10 months acknowledging the problem, but not providing any information on the fix. You are right, this is DEFINITELY not the solution we are expecting.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit ionic charger was working and then all of a sudden it just stopped I have never had a problem with this one is just out I mean I haven't had this Fitbit ionic maybe three years and this is going to be the third charger I don't know what else to do

    Don't buy from @fitbit.Still waiting for my device I paid for on Black Friday as a Christmas Present and now its 3months later. Worst Customer Service ever that won't let me speak to a supervisor & have hung up on me+lied to me & have been nothing but rude even laughing about it.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, of course I know how to manually sync. But I dont want to have to. That's the whole point. I want to look down at my watch in the morning & see my sleep stats. Why can't i set it to auto sync each day? Its a complex digital mini computer, so why's this not possible? 🤔

    @FitbitSupport My versa 2 screen won't swipe. Have followed troubleshooting ideas from forums: unpaired and re-pair via Bluetooth; Fitbit-specific clock face; uninstall & re-install app; hard reset--except cannot get to settings on device, obviously. Help!

    @MissAWaters1 @fitbit Removing it will clearly help but that’s not helpful advice. I get these sorts of rashes. Form of eczema or contact dermatitis. E45 should sooth it now but prevention ? Loosen strap? My fit bit strap fallen to bits but you could be allergic to the strap material. 🧐
