    @FitbitSupport Clock-change Sunday is coming up. Can we expect a repeat of the semi-annual trouble with the hourly activity display? It’s not a big deal, but I was advised more than once to go through a bunch of the standard remedies, and those efforts always wasted time.

    @FitbitSupport we need to return a charge 4 that has failing gps. I don’t think we should have to pay for return shipping for something not working properly.

    @FitbitSupport Please never buy a Fitbit. I’m not the only one with this problem! I had my first watch for only 8 months when it stopped working. Now the second one stopped working at 14 months! This is the quality and the duration of their products. Not worth it! 👎

    @FitbitSupport Why is my post not working? As soon as I post it, it disappears. I have logged out from the Fitbit app, logged in, turned off iPhone, etc. - did not resolve the problem. Any suggestions? This has been occurring over the last 3-4 days.

    @FitbitSupport As I said, poorly designed and doesn't work at all for those of us that are essential workers whose days start late at night. I'll post the request and feedback, but surely you can see where this is a problem and shows a significant lack of appreciation for people like me.

    @FitbitSupport i got the new charge 4 for Christmas and all has been good except for the last month the vibrate has gotten out of control and is soo loud. I have tried to adjust, i have reset it nothing seems to help. Thoughts?

    @FitbitSupport @StravaSupport @MyFitnessPal Having trouble with my apps all syncing. Some days strava doesn't sync to myfitnesspal. Others fitbit doesn't. Some days the calories don't tally up on fitbit home screen to exercise to myfitnesspal.

    @FitbitSupport Trying here. I can't turn the imessage notifications off on my Inspire2. Tried everything (uninstalling, installing, logging out, etc). Option wont open in the settings. Could someone help? I am seriously considering switching to Garmin after 6 years of FitBit.

    @FitbitSupport I have been trying for 4 days to sync my Fitbit & it’s not working, I have reset it twice & the lights flash so it looks like the Fitbit is working but not connecting to my IPad. I also tried to send an email but I get sent here to Twitter. I’m frustrated.

    I'm ******* livid. We are in a middle of a ******* pandemic and I find out that @fitbit is pushing alt medicine and mind-magic. **** this **** and **** you @fitbit for peddling that ****. Anyone wanting a cheap Versa2? I ain't touching that pos anytime soon.

    @FitbitSupport I contacted you about notifications a while back and you fobbed me off with a load of links. It didn't fix it. I learnt to live with it. But now the watch won't even sync with the app to record my data. Really disappointing @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I am reiterating that my problem is that there is a blank screen with no logo or any notification. When I tried the factory reset by pressing three buttons I could not see anything only a light blue glow. Please understand and resolve the issue

    @FitbitSupport your app needs some serious work, even after the most recent update the app constantly freezes and shuts down. Especially when I try to look at my sleep data.....
