    @FitbitSupport sent you a PM on your Fitbit sense. It’s not merchantable quality as it fails to do what you advertise it to do. Simple pedometers do a better job. What are you doing to resolve the issue even as you sell more of the product?

    @Rahlee84 @FitbitSupport Updating fitbit to version 3.46 fixed the wifi issue and now able to connect to internet and download new clock face.

    @FitbitSupport Yes I chatted with support. It's a very common problem and not acknowledged by Fitbit. Don't know if I should trust the brand for my next purchase. @WearableGuru

    @FitbitSupport This is SO frustrating. It does it in the night too. It's great to wake up with water lock staring me in the face instead of the time. It's a fundamental problem with the design and please, as asked, link those 2 threads to tech/management/any dept who can help us.

    Removing the option on/off for sync all day was a bad move @fitbit I now have to charge my device every 72 hrs as oppose to every 6 or 7 days. Is there a way to get that option back on please?

    @FitbitSupport hi, wondering if you can help, my fit bit has pixel lines missing and sometimes shorts out when charging and wont come back on until hours later with a drained battery.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit does not work. I have had three of them! When I requested a refund I was told NO by your csr. Now I am out of warranty, but I wasn't out of warranty when I requested my refund. Can someone help me????

    Wtf is the point of having a support Twitter if the support Twitter just refers you to the community forums 🤨 @FitbitSupport do better. You have too many recent 1 star reviews on iOS to be apathetic to your users’ complaints.

    @FitbitSupport You obviously didn't read the 2 forum threads I linked. The problem is that when turning the wrist or moving the hand or anything, the screen lights up with water lock. It should light up with the time/date screen. The water lock screen over-rides it most of the time 1/2

    @FitbitSupport I have been troubles for 2 weeks. I've tried Resetting Factory reset Internet reset App reset Even brought her a new phone. Android v11 to be compatible still no luck. Please help as it seems like it needs to get replaced. It was purchased about a year ago

    @FitbitSupport hi my versa lite has stopped syncing with my phone, I’ve tried all trouble shooting measures, the time itself is also wrong. I’ve disconnected the device and it won’t even re connect now.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for replying! Unfortunately mine seems to be broken now despite not being submerged anywhere near 50 meters. I've been reading into this and it seems I'm not the only one suddenly having their watch die on them after a swimming.

    @fitbit would not recommend the Fitbit luxe, None of the calories track correctly logging walks as burning double as the same distance run, everytime I ask for help I just get told to restart it which does nothing and the charge hardly lasts. Swimming doesn’t log properly at all
