@FitbitSupport on going issue, it's 1030am I woke up at 700am, went to the gym, did some weight training and 15 min walk on the treadmill. My Fitbit states I've climbed 38 floors. Does my versa 3 detect an incline on the treadmill?

@shayliii @fitbit Yup, their warranty is crap. Buy from a different company. Mine broke after 4 months of continual use, but past the warranty so too bad. Its clearly a design flaw and has happened to tons of people, for the cost of the watch thats unnacceptable for such a large company.

@FitbitSupport hi i have a charge 5 and have not any trouble until the last couple of weeks , now when im running i keep getting a message saying something like GPS unavailable. It does it most times now, is there a solution to rectify this please ?

@FitbitSupport I can't send a screenshot of what doesnt exist... You can't assist further. You don't have simple, readable, watch faces. That's it. That's the issue. Make accessible faces with readable numbers in one line without clutter. That's how you fix it.

@fitbit Why do all your devices break after the 1 year warranty is up? I’m tired of large companies taking advantage of us. Theres thousands of reviews online of this happening to people, me included. Fix your product, the clips on the wristbands holding it together are defective

@FitbitSupport I have a versa 3 and when driving short distances, I can see my watch counting steps while I am driving. It clearly has a problem. I have restarted many times, but to no avail. Please assist. The watch is no good, if it is not recording properly

Friends, looking for recommendations for a fitness tracker. @fitbit Versa 2 is garbage. I literally just watched it remove steps from my count. @FitbitSupport opened a ticket for me weeks ago. I’ve followed up several times and have gotten nowhere. So frustrated with #Fitbit 😡
