@FitbitSupport bought my husband a Sense Watch Christmas 2021, charger stopped working 9 months later, so he used mine which was bought 2020, it has also stopped working! Is this unusual? So my issue is the poor quality of the chargers, they have no signs of damage?

@FitbitSupport Dear god. This has nothing to do with the model. It has to do with your servers going down twice this week, resulting in no sleep metrics for two nights in a row. Yes, definitely time for a new brand. One with a support team that can pass a reading comprehension test.

@FitbitSupport Has the issue been resolved? My Charge 5 has had missing tiles and calories in place of steps since Monday. I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone, logging out of the app, deleting and reinstalling the app and logging out of my phone. Nothing has worked!

@fitbit why are you not giving back my refund for my #recalled #fitbiticonic watch? UPS shows delivered 9-15-22. Fitbit says they never received it. Today still don’t have refund and don’t know what Fitbit is doing to resolve the issue after 5 calls since 11-7-22.

@FitbitSupport the good news - the missing tiles problem on Monday and Tuesday is resolved. Bad news is Bluetooth unable to connect after about an hour, have to remove Versa 3 and reconnect it to sync. All day everyday since Monday’s problem. Please fix this.

@allin_dude @fitbit I have a bad shoulder (see ortho Monday for a plan) so it allows me to PT my shoulder and swim even though I have to make accommodations for the bad wing. I’m down 10 lbs since starting.
