@fitbit very disappointed in the Fitbit brand. My husband and I bought matching versa watches in dec 2019 and this month, they both died (battery issue and screen issue). Is there no longevity to products anymore?

If there's ever a gadget I regret buying it is the @fitbit Versa 2. Once a week I have reinstall it because it wont sync. When I add or remove music there's always an issue. The moment I can afford another wearable I'm dropping this brand.

@FitbitSupport >> my original statement stands. You have an absolutely incredible watch, but all its good features are utterly void if I can't properly charge it. You need to fix the app to allow multiple devices, and you need to fix the design to allow a different charge method.

The build quality of the @fitbit really has me question why I still give them money, they got that planned obsolescence down pat... I don't think I've had one yet that hasn't just stopped working for no reason at all... the stupid wifi scale too!
