@FitbitSupport Hi! I bought a Fitbit Charge 4 on 2021-02-08. The band started breaking. I tried to file a claim but I got a "You don’t have an in-warranty device associated with your account". I live in Europe so my warranty should be 2 years. Is there any way to fix this?

@FitbitSupport There was no issue with buildings or anything else, it's just a poor device. Have spotted a small discrepancy on 3 mile runs, but with a 13 mile run, the difference is huge.

@jasonband2019 @FitbitSupport We need to look into a class action lawsuit. I did a search on "fitbit screen popped out" and you will see pages and pages of people having the same issue. 35% off..umm yeah like I'm really going to drop another $200 after the initial $300. They know its a defect on their end!

@FitbitSupport It's impossible to get support on your website, it keeps redirecting to an error page. I'm having issues with my tracker's heart rate sensor being quite inaccurate especially while walking/exercising and recording heart rate sometimes even when it is not worn.

@FitbitSupport hello, I seem to be having issues with my Fitbit Versa2. When I go on a bike ride, it isn’t connecting to my phone’s GPS and says “connecting” all the time. I have location switched on always. Please can you help as I like to track route and distance cycled? Thanks

@FitbitSupport I stopped wearing my ionic due to recall. I used my 40% of discounts to buy a charge 5. Paid for expedited service. Charge arrived late. Won't charge. Tried troubleshooting, no good. Stop I can't wear my ionic AND you sent a broken device.

@DJuggath @fitbit agreed, they are terrible, I have had fitbit since 2013... 9 years and 1 terrible customer experience with a broken charge 3 and they lost a customer based on thier response. my money will go elsewhere.
