    @FitbitSupport my fitbit is not working I have not yet even had it for a year. It is not tracking my workouts and it doesn't do the vibration when I hit my goal or to remain me to move each hour. The is my second fitbit and I am seeing a trend that they are only made for a year

    @FitbitSupport Since 03-19 it is known to the german fitbit community, that the synchronisation of the nutrition in the app is broken - why isn't this fixed yet? This more or less bricks my new Charge 4 for me.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. My Charge 4 Fitbit isn’t syncing with the app on my mobile phone. My iPhone, the app and the device are up to date and I connected to Bluetooth. I’d be grateful for any help. Thank you

    @FitbitSupport error 001. My Charge3 started showing random heartbeat values (160 sitting on a couch), then no sleep tracking scores. I did a hard reset several times. I get the smiley face but after a few minutes 001 error again. I unpaired the device. Doesn't connect again App

    @FitbitSupport Hi! I need help with my Fitbit Versa 1. The screen displays nothing. No physical damage. It still vibrates, green light on the back still flashes, still counts steps, phone syncs with it, just screen blank. Have tried hard resets, nothing happens. Help please.

    @FitbitSupport had the Charge2, then upgraded to the Sense. The floors is reading like 178 floors a day which is crazy, it might be 12 or 22 tops but the altimeter or something must be off. It was working fine and after couple of weeks, this problem began. Help

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit is not allowing me to add new exercises to my shortcut. Everytime I go to the app and add new exercises it simply does not sync and deletes the ones I added. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport I can see on my app there is a update for the Versa, but my device has stopes syncing with my phone so I am also unable to update firmware. I have uninstall and reinstalled the app, I have shutdown the device, I have also reset the device to factory settings.

    @FitbitSupport so last Friday my watch turned completely off at midnight I had to reboot the watch to have it come back on. Then today I was using the bike tracking turned it on before I started my ride and it did not tack at all. Not sure what I need to do to fix my watch.

    @Emi1yJayne @fitbit Seriously? That’s not very positive feedback. I would not be happy either. I will researching alternative makes of that’s their attitude. Poor quality if they break so easy. Poor guarantee too.

    @FitbitSupport lastnight I was trying to update my Fitbit Versa 2 as I noticed an update available, however now I only see the Fitbit logo on the screen and it now unresponsive. Tried reset and even a factory reset with the same results. Help!!

    @fitbit @Apple please make a seizure setting available on every product! When someone feels a seizure coming they can press a button to time it. After 3 minutes it rings for help, also will track heart rate. Please help save my life!
