    @FitbitSupport @bigonazzi So users are having the same problem over and over and over again while you fob them off with "try this, try this" while hundreds of people know it's on your end-- and your response is to say premium is nonrefundable. We will see! You can't charge people and not provide it.

    @FitbitSupport Everyone in my workweek challenge is still unable to sync, we are missing steps, watches aren't correct etc... tried restarting watch/app, shut off blue tooth, reload app etc. Nothing is fixing it. I'm in Ontario Canada. I'm guessing the issue came back after fixing?

    @FitbitSupport I didn't notice any issues yesterday with syncing, but seem to have the same problem as all these other people and keep getting "Couldn't sync your Charge 4" messages today.

    @FitbitSupport it is down again, yes. "DownDetector" confirms this with over 2000 reports. Will not waste time with "troubleshooting", it is unlikely 2000 people are having the same "on their side" problem, this is Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport You have patently *not* resolved the issue. There are still many many people experiencing problems. Stop wasting everybody's time with your useless advice to logout/restart etc. Fix things at your end and start communicating and stop deceiving!
