    @fitbit Hi,I have a Fitbit charge 5 which is less than 9 months old. The battery life is now only lasting 1 day. I’ve checked all they usual - nothing running in the background. Help please. I know this is an issue lots of people are experiencing, please advise what is being done

    @FitbitSupport I would be more interested in resolving the actual root cause to the problem. The firmware you are pushing out is bricking devices right and left on at least 5 different platforms. No comments,nothing official, just quiet. We cannot even trust any FitBit firmware updates!

    So mad @FitbitSupport right now. Yesterday I get a link to upgrade my broken Fitbit Sense to a Sense 2..button even said Sense 2. The code comes, but isn't good on the Sense. I am happy with the Sense.I am not happy that Fitbit made an offer and took it it in the 3rd link

    Tonight I place a curse on @fitbit, every employee, & every marketing person who had a hand in making my mother want to buy one because the Bluetooth connection has failed between her device and her phone and it is now my problem. I hope my face haunts your dreams.

    @GeorgeForth @fitbit Its been an issue for nearly 10 years. Way before Google bought Fitbit. They just refuse to integrate with Apple systems despite customer demand for it.

    @FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit Sense, and I have intermittent problems getting it to charge. Now it won't charge, even though I'm doing everything normally... What can I do? Cleaned back, ports, etc multiple outlets attempted. Very frustrating 😤😭 please help!

    @FitbitSupport hi, the food section of my fit bit app is messed up - all of my food intake I add for a given day is registered for the next calendar day, and the calorie intake does not add up, regardless of the date Restarting, rebooting etc didn't help. What can I do?

    Worst customer service experience of my life @FitbitSupport I bought my watch back in July had it for 18 days until it broke and had to send it back to Fitbit for assessment. I heard back from them about 4 weeks later asking for my information for shipping, nothing else.

    My replacement is stuck for last 1 month at customs because @DHLExpressIndia or @fitbit made a mistake in shipping address and none is doing anything to take responsibility, fix the problem and deliver the part.

    @FitbitSupport I am now very disappointed and frustrated. Recently you sent me a replacement Versa 3 as mine would not pair with my phone and remain paired. It was fine. I have swapped my phone and now I have the same problem again. My replacement only came in July.

    @fitbit My Versa 2 (bought in June 2020) has developed an issue where the screen has stopped working, displaying flashing lines even though it's still recording stats. Strange this happens just after its out of warranty 🤨

    @fitbit It’s not working, not allowing me to vote or comment. All is closed or locked. I give up. I am due to upgrade in a few months. Going to change to a different brand. Charge 5 had 2 good features dropped. They are the reason I stayed with Charge. Charge 5 is not an upgrade from 4.

    @FitbitSupport I have a fitbit versa 3 and it just stopped working. When I plug it into the computer I get an error on the watch. It has a big red X and says "data not cleared sync and try again I have tried to call the number but just get hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes no one ever answered
