    @FitbitSupport Guys: Fitbit Sense refusing to sync. Goes halway and then closes. 3rd time this week! Have tried ALL your sugestions-ALL of them. Most disappointed as have been in since the beginning! Please fix this. If you go to your forums, I am certainly not the only one.

    I really feel like the "go to our website, go to our help section, go to another help section, click a link to do a chat option, wait in line, ask to cancel" policy for @fitbit is probably in violation of NY State Senate Bill S1475's guidelines around canceling subscriptions.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my parents bought a new in the box "fitbit versa 2" from some mail order company. No instructions. Specific written instructions. No PC in there home to download instructions. I don't have a printer either. HELP. BTW LOVE THE WATCH !

    @FitbitSupport hi, my mum was told her faulty Fitbit had been fixed and returned on 3rd May but she's not got it, the tracking info she has is incorrect and your customer services are not able to help. Can you advise what to do next. Thanks.

    I’m about to throw my Versa 3 Fitbit in the garbage. It won’t sync, I’ve deleted the app twice and reinstalled, it’s 6 mins behind in time, Bluetooth won’t connect! I’ve charged it! Help please from @FitbitSupport

    @Guy_Theriault @fitbit @FitbitSupport Guy, I have this problem sometimes too. I have the Fitbit Ionic (not the Adidas version like yours but I think it’s otherwise the same). No help from Fitbit but try YouTube.

    dear @fitbit ; your high end devices are terrible for older adults with cognitive impairments. handling crashes, sync errors, random software updates and software freezes is not something this group can deal with ! in fact, no one should have to deal with it

    @FitbitSupport The “update” you pushed out yesterday has broken my Sense. The battery is draining FOUR TIMES as fast, it will not sync with my iPhone, and I can’t even reboot the Sense by holding down the side button. So now what?? #FAIL

    @FitbitSupport Hello. There's nothing wrong with my account, there's just a lack of banks supporting Fitbit Pay in the UK so most people can't use it. But throwing a Google Pay app on there now you're the same company will fix all that

    @fitbit my versa 2 will not sync. I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting steps. Also, the main screen will not show up. I can see notifications, etc, but not the mains screen that shows steps, heart rate, & time. #help
