    @FitbitSupport @Fitbit Fitbit Coach is not working properly. First sync with Fitbit App stopped, then tracking of exercise in 7 day overview, now no download of exercises possible. Spoke to other users, in various countries. Same problem everywhere. Pls get this fixed or refund!

    @FitbitSupport hi, i have a Fitbit HR and woke up today to find it not working. The green light on the back is flashing and it does vibrate when I press the button. I have tried to restart it, no success. I have tried to change the clock face, no success. Please help me.

    They do nothing to help and give me the run around time after time for the situation.. this is the most ridiculous customer service I have every received and Ive been a @fitbit user for over 5 years now. I just want my issue resolved and apparently that's too much to ask

    @fitbit editing a period in your app should not be this hard. I edit. Hit save. Goes back to the pre edit dates. Never once been easy to edit. Please fix.

    @FitbitSupport I’m having major issues with my Versa 3 it stop syncing and I’ve done all the recommended corrections. Nothing. I deleted the account and app. Set them back up still no connection. Can you help!!!

    @FitbitSupport Think there's a bug in the Android app update that was pushed server side. Started getting email notifications on my Versa 2 and can't turn them off. Keeps turning back on. Have reinstalled app, cleared data, etc already

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Sense has once again started counting way too many floors. This is very disappointing, especially as we thought we were buying a superior product to the apple watch, it seems not. You know about this problem, why not fix it?

    @FitbitSupport I have problems w/broken sleep insomnia. Typically sleep for about 2-3 hours, then I wake for 30 to 45 min or more 🙁, then go back to sleep. Fitbit only tracking my second sleep. Is there a way to get my first sleep tracked in data? --New Charge 4, Prem member

    @FitbitSupport Earlier my notifications services were nt working on my fitbit tracker . But after when I tried ur step by step instructions as notified in the mail bluetooth and syncing services stopped too. This is the worst product from American market

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit screen went unresponsive on my wrist yesterday (still had charge) + no green light on arm-facing side. When I hold button it just buzzes. Put it in charger and got a brief flash of screen (that’s how I knew it still had juice) and a smile. Still not working!
