@fitbit I never used aftermarket parts on my Versa 2 or my other previous fitbit device. I just threw it in the garbage, it's not worth the trouble. Please Google search Fitbit versa 2 issues. A lot of people spend $hundreds on your products and they should work as promised without fail

@CelineLapinou @FitbitSupport I'm having the same problem - steps, calories burned, distance traveled, and active minutes all disappeared, and when I tried uninstalling/reinstalling I discovered I now can't log in at all. Can't log in on the desktop dashboard either.

@fitbit my fitbit Versa 2 died and your support person said cleaning it would help. How can it help when it's dead? This was a Valentine's gift before the pandemic started and my economic situation changed. I can't afford to replace it and I don't want start my account over help.
