    @fitbit - I reached out about the screen display failure on my charge 3 and was told my device is now “out of warranty” despite the fact that I’ve had ongoing issues since the first month of use and Fitbit didn’t acknowledge the underlying issue.

    @nod_imbortad @FitbitSupport That's not a very nice way to start with a problem,Whatever your problem is I'm sure there's someone here that can and will help. I am new to 'Fitbit' having tried a few of the others. I had a problem and I was helped. I later found could be solved on the net.

    @FitbitSupport the battery on my Versa 2 (bought in August 2020, so about a year and a half ago) is failing. When it used to stay charged for 4 to 5 days, it's now only 2 to 3 days, with a very unlinear discharge pattern. What can I do? Already done full charge cycles. No help.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit If Fitbit had requested the device for inspection during the warranty period. I wouldn’t be sitting here with a broken device when it’s only 1.5 yrs old and outside of it’s warranty period

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Also, that response was besides the point. I take issue with the fact that I raised the issue of my screen display multiple times DURING the warranty period but Fitbit did nothing to trend and address the underlying concern.

    @FitbitSupport I've been telling over and over again that there are 2 discount codes provided. And the promo bar only allows for 1 discount code to be applied. Understand the problem before responding with generic responses. Solve the problem.

    @FitbitSupport hi the blood oxygenation isn't working on my versa 3, I've reset it turned it on off downloaded the o2 clock face . It was working when I first had it now its not working for the past 5 days, and I don't see any red sensors anymore. Thank yiu

    @FitbitSupport Is this issue causing a lot of phones to lock up.... It has been doing it for a few weeks on my android... I keep getting message and if I choose wait from the options it allows me straight back in ... Until the next lock up 1 minute later

    @FitbitSupport had to manually log some exercise today and since then my steps sync, but then revert back to the previous number. Have tried ALL suggested fixes, still not working. Some help would be great.

    @FitbitSupport I have the charge five and when I get a text or call I can see it if I scroll through to find notifications on the device but I get no vibration and it doesn’t come across in real time. I have tried all of the troubleshooting for syncing. Help!

    So my @Fitbit won't update, and Tech? Support had me jump through all the hoops we all know: Hard restart Turn Blue tooth off and on Re install and then I get this "Thanks for your efforts. We’re aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the near future."
