    @FitbitSupport trying to updated my mothers Versa and the watch won’t connect to WiFi have tried everything. Now trying to do it via Bluetooth but seems to be taking forever and gets stuck on ‘starting update’. Can you help please?

    @FitbitSupport we've followed all the trouble shoot tips and phone recommendations, however we can't get my partner's dad's watch to pair to his phone, we can see a system update yet as it won't pair we can't update it. Do you have any advice?

    @FitbitSupport Yeah, that's exactly what you told me over two weeks ago when I talked with your team through your online help chat. Empty promises mean nothing without any sort of follow-up. Is @Google aware of how poorly their subsidiary treats customers?

    @FitbitSupport @hcmp_heidi It would improve the experience if the moderators were given useful information on problems that have been reported by many for months. Months of "fitbit takes concerns seriously" with zero feedback rings hollow. Don't care, can't fix it, or want customers to switch brands?

    @FitbitSupport the screen for my my Fitbit versa 2 just suddenly won’t come on. Only the set up for Alexa comes up when holding down the button. It’s won’t come on normally anymore.

    @FitbitSupport help me out? obviously you have major issues with charging as I've yet to meet someone who says it's not a nightmare. But why is it so difficult to download music? "Can't connect." Find it hard to imagine a scenario where I'd buy another watch. No responsibility taken for issues.

    @HilarySard @FitbitSupport The same issue is affecting all Fitbit devices and worldwide. So it can't be your or my device, it's the Fitbit servers. So no use to the advices to do this or that with the app, or with your Fitbit at home. This is going on since over a week 😒

    @FitbitSupport I have read it, but do you mean that if I am driving uphill, it will count that as no. of floors climbed? If I I going on my bike, it will count that as no. of floors? If yes, it will really help people decide whether to buy this piece of crap or not!

    @FitbitSupport hi I bought a Fitbit versa, after a while it stopped working so I complained and was sent a replacement. I have had the replacement for I’m not sure how long now 1yr?but it’s not working now. I bought a new charger as i thought it was that….it isn’t! What now?

    One of my favorite @fitbit wearers got an @Apple watch. Her main reason was the poor quality of @fitbit .. I have to replace mine almost 2x a year. Just putting Fitbit on notice of the bad product

    @rebootdude @fitbit @Garmin Make sure u get the one that doesn't need to be charged every 2 days. Apple watch has that issue, needs to be charged every night, albeit it charges quickly. Garmins need to be charged 1 in 5 6 days depending on whixh on u get

    Bought a new #FitBit Ionic for my husband in Feb 2021. Clearly defective as it will not hold a charge, they refuse to honor the warranty a month after I reported the problem. One excuse after another. A Google search informs me that this is standard practice. @FitbitSupport
