@FitbitSupport I contacted you about notifications a while back and you fobbed me off with a load of links. It didn't fix it. I learnt to live with it. But now the watch won't even sync with the app to record my data. Really disappointing @fitbit

@FitbitSupport your app needs some serious work, even after the most recent update the app constantly freezes and shuts down. Especially when I try to look at my sleep data.....

@FitbitSupport I have been trying for 4 days to sync my Fitbit & it’s not working, I have reset it twice & the lights flash so it looks like the Fitbit is working but not connecting to my IPad. I also tried to send an email but I get sent here to Twitter. I’m frustrated.

@FitbitSupport Please never buy a Fitbit. I’m not the only one with this problem! I had my first watch for only 8 months when it stopped working. Now the second one stopped working at 14 months! This is the quality and the duration of their products. Not worth it! 👎

@FitbitSupport Trying here. I can't turn the imessage notifications off on my Inspire2. Tried everything (uninstalling, installing, logging out, etc). Option wont open in the settings. Could someone help? I am seriously considering switching to Garmin after 6 years of FitBit.

@FitbitSupport @StravaSupport @MyFitnessPal Having trouble with my apps all syncing. Some days strava doesn't sync to myfitnesspal. Others fitbit doesn't. Some days the calories don't tally up on fitbit home screen to exercise to myfitnesspal.

@FitbitSupport Not this year. I’m anticipating the issue which seems to happen every time the clocks change, not specific to me. I had an exchange of several DMs on Nov 1, no ticket number. I was advised to do all the usual things, but the only thing that fixed it was waiting for Monday.

@FitbitSupport As I said, poorly designed and doesn't work at all for those of us that are essential workers whose days start late at night. I'll post the request and feedback, but surely you can see where this is a problem and shows a significant lack of appreciation for people like me.

@FitbitSupport I am still having trouble with my Fitbit syncing sleep and steps. I have turned it off, recharged the battery for several days, reset it, etc. I don’t know what to do. I have an Alta HR and I think that update isn’t working for it at all. Up until last month I had no problems!

@FitbitSupport Clock-change Sunday is coming up. Can we expect a repeat of the semi-annual trouble with the hourly activity display? It’s not a big deal, but I was advised more than once to go through a bunch of the standard remedies, and those efforts always wasted time.
