    @FitbitSupport hiii I tracked a run as Run instead of Treadmill by accident and didn’t realize till after my workout was done, so I only got 2KM instead of 5KM of distance. Any way I can fix that? When I manually add the treadmill activity it still only gives me 2.17KM. 😭

    @fitbit been trying to find a device to sync my dad’s Versa 2 to since 12-25. Not everyone has a smartphone. Your support is not supporting. If app is available for Kindle, Fitbit should sync to @AmazonKindle. Long going problem that needs to be fixed.

    @FitbitSupport I'm having issue adding/switching clock faces. It keeps loading the face, and when I guess it tries install or switch to, the ribbon starts over. I've unpaired and re-paired, etc and it still repeats. I have Versa 2 I bought on 1st

    @FitbitSupport When will Fitbit correct the software issue with Android 11 and older models of Fitbit such as Alta HR in term of sync issue? It only sync once or twice after reinstall and reset. This is unacceptable.

    @FitbitSupport my versa lite will not update and hasnt worked for months. I have tried everything to fix it, and tried updating it multiple times on different devices and still nothing. Please help. I only managed to get use out of it for a couple of months.

    @IslesFan_Ben @fitbit My Fitbit screen was unresponsive and it took them over a month to send out a replacement. It was a known issue on their forums and they still didn’t fix them. It was a bad batch

    @FitbitSupport I have to say, I just spent 45 minutes with your support and it was a horrible experience. I got nothing done. I'm a premier customer, I purchased 2 year additional support. The Sense is 2 months old and I can't resolve my issue. Think I'll move to another company

    @FitbitSupport I troubleshoot for a living. This is a software issue and you have acknowledge it recently from others that complained the same. I need Fitbit to get its developers to provide a fix.

    @FitbitSupport None of those help. I rememeber for a week or more my wrist was red and irritated, I should have thought but my LED lights no longer are working. I have this Versa for almost 3 years

    @FitbitSupport hi. Fitbit doesn’t record my deep/REM/light sleep every night. This morning once again I had basic showing. Is this Fitbit ongoing problem? I read something online from 2019, people been complaining about same thing. Thanks. (I have charge 4)

    @FitbitSupport my charge 4, purchased in April 2020, has suddenly developed a problem with the strap. The top clip keeps coming loose and I'm close to it falling off permanently. Can you help?
