    @FitbitSupport I can’t get my charge 5 to sync on iPhone 12. Phone and Fitbit have most updated software versions and I have followed all troubleshooting steps. Please let us know when the issue is resolved

    @cjwilfy @FitbitSupport Apologies for jumping in. Had this problem. I went to b4b’s website today, sent customer services an email with my phone number. They rang me within 20mins and it was sorted. Hope that helps

    @krozzer_mag @FitbitSupport Seems like @FitbitSupport can’t give much info. Large sync outage since early this morning. From what I see is troubleshooting won’t help until systematic problem is fixed.

    @FitbitSupport Have syncing issue and update tracker to latest software. Have try with mix of iPhone, iPad and Android, 4 devices in total. Go through the web last 5 hours, Fitbit own forum and documentation, and other sites, none of “potential” fix/workaround work. Very disappointed !

    Hi, @FitbitSupport team. i have a problem that charge5 and phone (android) cannot sync. tried to restart and reconnect according to the guidance of app, but not solve. It seem to be a problem not only in Japan. Please resolve this problem.

    @FitbitSupport Most unreliable device I have ever bought… constantly lets me down. Been through all the reset steps many times, every time it fails. Even your live chat link takes to you a page that doesn’t exist!

    @FitbitSupport The Charge 5 has had issues since you first put it out. My first one had battery issues and people are still having battery issues with this watch. Why don’t you all just admit it and pull it from production? You give us no help and haven’t since day 1.

    @FitbitSupport I purchased my charge 5 in July and the battery is terrible. It’s gone from 100% to 37% in 4 hours and all your online chat to update settings! It’s must be a faulty battery!! Can someone please help!!!

    @FitbitSupport Please keep us updated on this. I have gone down the list @ least 3x to resolve this and my charge 5 still won’t sync. I’ve tried reaching out to someone via chat or calling and no answer. I know not everyone has a twitter, so maybe an email or instagram post would be nice too.

    @FitbitSupport I have been trying to sync my charge 5 and use that online chat support all day today! It’s only because I checked Twitter feed that I saw that there’s a syncing issue. I’ve literally only had my charge 5 a few days so quite disappointed in its performance so far.

    @FitbitSupport Yes I did! Several times! The display has vanished and other Charge 4 owners are saying the same. I think either an app update or a firmware update has done this and all the resets in the world won't fix this. I'll send you the case number and I want the matter resolved please.

    @FitbitSupport Yes, of course I have tried these steps. I have tried all troubleshooting steps available. There is a problem w/the Charge 5 and I am obviously not the only person having it. Would it not be appropriate to tweet out that you're aware of an issue and that you're working on it.
