    how many of you that have a @fitbit are having sync issues? @FitbitSupport your troubleshooting suggestions arent working and honestly if you put out something as stupid as getting the latest watch will fix this issue im going to be done with this!

    @FitbitSupport This is not what I expect when I am not at fault.I had provided the correct address. One simple mistake by your team has resulted in a nightmare. Now the courier team is reaching out to me to reach out to you for custom clearance approval for return of the shipment to you.

    @RenphoGroup since 3rd January the Renpho app seems to have stopped syncing my weight measurements to my @Fitbit account. Is this a Renpho problem, or a Fitbit problem? I have latest versions of both apps & have checked that the 3rd party access permission is still active.

    @FitbitSupport Mine's been down 2 days - you folks sure send many messages to buy stuff, update software etc. but I never got a message about probs. (Selling to Google-related?) My device has been my favorite thing for the past 2 mos, but if not fixed soon, it will be history.

    .@FitbitSupport After multiple attempts to sync my Versa 2, I connected it via my Android phone once, but this morning it’s unable to sync again. Last night your help page said the problem was with you; that message has gone. The problem remains. Are you fixing it properly? /1

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Fitbit stopped syncing. Then I unpaired it from my Android phone (I know that was probably not a good idea now). Now I cannot pair it with my phone. I have tried all the troubleshooting techniques and now I am at a loss as to what to do. Can you help?

    @blackgirlinmain @fitbit This isn't an individual user issue. Your 3.37 update has stopped phones and watches syncing. Go and look on your forums @fitbit there are A LOT of unhappy customers. Stop giving nonsense answers and telling us to follow trouble shooting guides and fix it!

    @FitbitSupport @AngelaLackey19 Mine has also stopped synching since the last update, I've followed all the trouble shooting steps and nothing. 6 month old phone, updated to the latest version, 6 week old fitbit, and paying for fitbit premium while unable to use the app

    @KHappygram @FitbitSupport Mistakes happen, but the fact that they won't take ownership of the issue is what is pissing me off. Blaming the consumer is never a smart move. Roll back the update and figure out the issue before the re-release.

    @FitbitSupport My issues with Fitbit just keep growing. I want to add some food by grams but only have serving size for everything. I have no clue what the serving size is for everything. I used to have grams as an option, is this a glitch or an "update"?

    @FitbitSupport Stop treating people like they're dumb and have not already tried all those steps over and over again. Just fix your damn app. All the problems started after the last update! Telling me I should buy a new fitbit when everybody is having the same problems is just bad service!

    @FitbitSupport my new Fitbit inspire 2 seems to stop tracking the hourly 250 steps once I finish step 7 of 9. Not sure what’s going on. It’s happened two days in a row. At the same time in the early evening around 6pm. Please help?
