    @FitbitSupport Hello! My Fitbit app isn’t allowing me to sync Silent Alarms and also for some reason, when I tried to log in on the website to maybe fix this, it wouldn’t let me log in. It said account and/or password doesn’t exist. Help?

    @FitbitSupport help please. My son’s Ace won’t respond until it’s on the charger. Battery full but won’t respond to taps. Shuts down and forgets correct time. I’ve tried resetting and setting up as a new device via the app

    @fitbit My Fitbit Sense after 2 months does not show any entry except time of day. No longer steps or any category. However it shows all of them on the app so the information is there, but I’m not able to use it during exercise. I cannot find anyone that is able to fix it

    @blackgirlinmain @fitbit Mine died a different death last year. Support checked and said mine was too old for help. They did offer me some money towards a new one though. I jumped ship to Apple Watch, mainly for larger display and compatibility with phone.

    @fitbit after a couple of weeks of trying to fix the settings, I’ve just realised my Charge 5 doesn’t have the hardware to measure stairs. I “upgraded” from the Charge 3 and expected more features, not fewer. It’s too late to return and I’m really disappointed.

    @FitbitSupport Inspire2 overslept as silent alarm didn’t work. Found them greyed out, unable to delete. Logged out/in, was able to delete one, repeated to delete all. Created a new one which duplicated on its own, both greyed out. Help! I see many people have same issue.

    @FitbitSupport This is the worst experience i have had in my life First of all,a fault came in the device is not my mistake,but your manufacturing defect, yet why i am the one suffering, spending money to call and ask for refund,and wait 6 months and you guys keep on assuring all the time

    @FitbitSupport I have already been on Fitbit support chat twice in the past 3 weeks and they were unable to help me... I asked to escalate my issue and was told a supervisor would contact me... No one did.

    @FitbitSupport I bought two Luxe fitbits from. They were each supposed to come with a free 6 month trial. I signed my husband up first with Apple ID & when I try to sign up for my free trial I get a message saying I’m already signed up. Hope you can help.

    @FitbitSupport Yes, I used the steps on that page twice. Then, according to Community discussions about the same problem I followed the last chance option of removing the device from Family and then adding as a new device

    @FitbitSupport Also, when I add an alarm, the synching just spins. Cannot use the toggle to turn the alarms on and off. Tried synching and updating my app. Nothing has worked.  I’ve seen threads with the same issue, posted as early as March 2022 in the Fitbit Community.
