    @FitbitSupport What improvements! It sucks! No sleep scores never one skin temp. It’s laughable and support always gives the same instructions for every issue. Logout delete app factory reset power down phone. Reinstall device. It’s highway robbery.

    @FitbitSupport It is a very big surprise to know that you DO NOT have any service centre in the world. My Versa Fitbit is giving trouble and sad that I cannot do anything about.

    @FitbitSupport spoke with customer service because my Sense was not charging. So many bad cables they are on backorder. Wouldn't/couldn't credit me a month of my premium service since it will be no use for a month since it quit and I was able to get someone to talk to.

    @FitbitSupport Hey, I got a new Sense watch and it continues to unpair from my phone. I've tried everything including resetting it. But it still does it. My aunt has the same issue with her's. Any idea??

    @FitbitSupport having trouble with sense recording sleep times properly since the update. Will say i only slept 3 hrs when i know i slept more like 7. Any thoughts?

    @FitbitSupport Please read slowly since it seems you are having difficulties comprehending me. I have had the device for 3 months and have never got a skin temp reading from this garbage. Do you understand?

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit sense reduced my fitness score from excellent to average during covid illness. Now I’m fit again, more steps, more active mins, lower rhr. Why does the score not reflect this? I have already read help info

    @fitbit That’s zero help. Charge 5 says it senses skin temp. I don’t see that option. Only manual input.

    @FitbitSupport I have been trying to fix an issue with my Fitbit for at least a month or so now and still no resolve. Receiving a stock email multiple times that says that you're working on it but do not have a solution is not a solution. #fixit

    @fitbit Fix the flawed sleep scores as well as other features. You guys have literally thousands of complaints but it doesn’t get fixed.

    The @fitbit app became so bad, since Google took over. The heartrates of yesterday are still missing after syncing. And in the graph, swiping heartrates from day to day is not possible anymore.

    @FitbitSupport And this is why I asked you not to answer because you never read the actual tweet. It went from 34% to 97% which I was cool with because I was getting bored waiting. But having it suddenly drop (in 1-2 hrs) back to 13%? Bad product, no cookie. Charging AGAIN, hoping for the best.

    @ukcomic @fitbit I had similar issues with my #fitbit when it wouldn't pair. After trying for months (during 1st lockdown) to get a replacement/refund I gave up, bought a generic one for about £35 from Amazon and have never had a problem with it!

    Unfortunately bought a @FitbitIN Sense watch. Charger gets spoilt every 2-3 months. No off-line retailers. On-line is of very poor quality. Classic example of poor quality @fitbit products. Where can I get a sturdy charging cable? @FitbitSupport

    @PCMag you have just lost ALL CREDIBILITY! You say the Fit Charge 5 is a great tracker. It’s completely 100% garbage and all owners agree. @fitbit is a horrible product. It’s completely flawed.

    @FitbitSupport My FB Sense charging cable is broken, no signs of damage visually, has warranty, and your support they cant do anything for me because you ran out of charging cables? Cant use the watch, cannot use my premium account, and best you tell me is, wait&call back later?
