@FitbitSupport Ever since the update my Versa 2 is not tracking my heart rate correctly during exercise. I have reviewed the forum about this and attempted all suggestions including adjusting where it is on my arm, resetting back to factory settings, etc. Please help!

@FitbitSupport Since the device update my Versa 2 hasn't been tracking my heart rate properly. Showing below zones for majority of a 50 minute cardio workout and barely goes above that. I've tried everything to fix it. Help please???

@DogsRulex1000 @fitbit It’s tough to get 10k being a software guy sitting in a chair for 9 hours a day. I’ve found doing house chores instead of sitting down after work helps a lot. Also walking if I’m on a conference call is a real nice hack.

@FitbitSupport HI, my charge 3 is showing black lines on display and is not holding charge of battery, it goes from full battery to 0 in 3 to 4 hrs. Tries rebooting but of no use. Charge 2 is still going on well. Pls help.

@FitbitSupport Fitbit app refuses to sync with my Versa 2 all the time even in my own house and my Versa 2 refuses to update steps properly when the app isn’t turned on. Fitbit seems like a waste of money at this point. The problem did not exist last week.

Been a loyal @fitbit user for many years, got a replacement less than a year ago and the face just fell off but apparently the warranty is 1 year from original purchase so they basically said too bad so sad, but they emailed that to the account that tried to hack me... #DoBetter

Was @fitbit support always this bad or did the Google takeover destroy it? 2 weeks and still no warranty reply. It should not take this long to look at a picture. Guess I’ll be going to my nearest @Apple provider this week.

Gutted that @fitbit's smartwatches don't allow offline music storage. I wanted to replace my Apple Watch (Fitbit's software is much more fun), but it'd be a downgrade if I have to then run with a phone. And I'm not going to sign up to @Deezer when I have a @Spotify account :(

Reached out to @FitbitSupport for help getting the watch on my Fitbit to display the seconds (so I can count heart rates), and their solution was literally "buy a new phone." Like....seriously?
