    @FitbitSupport It is not the band, it is broken off before the band. You can see part of the fitbit is actually still in the band... It's broken off at the attachment part so a new band would not help the situation. Ive had this for like 6 months...

    @NeiceyWatson @FitbitSupport Brought mine back to retailer with no issue anyways, Fitbit has a 24 month manufacturer warranty which I didn't realise, good to know.

    @FitbitSupport you seriously need to fix the bingo game. It's irritating and frustrating that once again my minutes don't show up in the game. It's locked at 21 minutes and I've had 149 minutes of activity since then. Why can't this game be fixed?!?

    @FitbitSupport doesn't seem like it has anything to do with my question. It is talking about battery level and my sync status but like I said it's a problem with the challenges, such as workweek hustle. I and the rest of the people on the challenge are often times unable to rematch

    @FitbitSupport ever since my last update on my Fitbit verse lite my Fitbit will not connect through Bluetooth. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled and it will work for about 3 minutes and then stops working. Plus help. I think last update was feb 10th. Thanks

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK any chance of having a clip on Fitbit like the Fitbit one. Me an others have to take out Versa off for work & we keep losing steps because it’s not on wrist. It counts steps but then shuts down and we have to reset...

    @FitbitSupport That wasn’t the case. It shows deep sleep when infact I woke up and was sitting down resting for less than 30 mnts.

    @FitbitSupport There was maximum of maybe 1 or 2 below zone minutes at the end with cool down but other than that, they don’t exist so why is it showing me there was 22 below zone minutes?

    @FitbitSupport why am I prompted every time I open the app about location services?? I don’t want location services enabled which is why I disabled it. I don’t need to be reminded of this every time I open the app. So damn annoying. Fix it!!

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply. I have just run into an issue on my Versa 3. WhatsApp and Outlook email notifications are not popping up as seamless as they were previously. How does one resolve this?

    @fitbit how does someone cancel their premium subscription while they are still on their free trial. Have chatted with your help, they said they'd put a request in and still getting notices that they will still be charged.

    @LillzTrackLife @fitbit @FitbitUK You’re not going to get a proper response from them, because they’re pricks. But yea, this is a thing. Google Fitbit burns. You may want to loosen the strap to a loose fit, wipe down water/moisture being trapped under the strap, or stop wearing it. x

    @FitbitSupport I now have a new problem! I bought a Charge 4 to replace my old Charge 3. I then signed up for the 90-day premium trial via the email sent to me after I set up my new watch. But the premium content does not work on my Fitbit app...

    @FitbitSupport please fix the well-reported 'not enough heart rate data available' bug that occurs when using the app to track exercise (whilst wearing the device), this is a basic fix that has got me looking at @garmin devices next.
