    As customer im sharing feedback not to purchase any @fitbit @FitbitIN Fitbit products as once it will complete its warranty it will become defective. And no fit team will help you out as there's no service center in India. They have only online support which is wrost.

    @fitbit It seems it's better to bring this here because support isn't doing much in the DM. My fitbit may just be fully charged but is not responsive. It keep showing the logo and won't restart.i purchased this Versa 2 in February! Help.... for the price point, it's too early.

    @FitbitSupport HELP!! Charge 3 screen went blank but still vibrates. Tried holding the button down for 15 seconds, or changing the clock face. But nothing worked.

    @FitbitSupport my bad, i figured I'd get more than a copy/paste response. i know all about the sleep score and how it works, i just think its dumb that the first few hours got a really good score and the rest brought it down despite me hitting my sleep goal. like, it's counterintuitive.

    @FitbitSupport So still no ability to use the SPO2 feature of my charge 4 which was a major factor in upgrading from my charge 3 its listed as part of the watches features not some future feature why do I have to wait for it to become available to me. This is a bad business practice really sad

    @FitbitSupport hello. My inspire2 constantly stops counting my steps just before 10k steps. It gets stuck there for while then starts counting eventually. Why does it do this and how do I fix it????

    @FitbitSupport You wouldn't even help when my fitbit band broke, so pretty sure I will not get any help with a whole watch. 🙄 All you ever do is ask if it's over a year old and then tell me its past the warranty. You should back up your products.

    @FitbitSupport Surely it’s simply not acceptable to replace a brand new product with a refurbished product. I returned the product in a box as good as new apart from the broken pebble & I expect a replacement new product with a box (as @amazon would do)

    2/3 After 30 minutes speaking with an agent from Fitbit I was told this was acceptable & I should have read the warranty before purchasing. How can do replacing a new broken item, with a refurbishment be acceptable. This is shocking customer service @fitbit @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport I’ve checked in with a few friends, and starting at the birth year isn’t the only glitch with the period tracker. It keeps telling one friend every 3 days that her cycle is restarting.

    Funny how people have been complaining to @FitbitSupport about the issue with the period tracker for MONTHS and it has yet to be fixed. If it were a problem with any other function I’m sure it would be handled by now. But since it only affects menstruators, who cares right?
