    @FitbitSupport my Dad’s brand new Fitbit is frozen on “login to Spotify” Has been for days. The “fix it” video on community is a 5-minute youtube add sell on fitness. Is this a joke? Tell me how to fix it now or refund me.

    I love my @fitbit Ionic and I rely on it everyday. Paid approx. $200 for it & it's only 2 years old. Out of nowhere, the face fell off.......Did I make a mistake and make a poor choice in my product selection....hopeful @FitbitSupport will help me find a resolution.

    @FitbitSupport Is there any way to fix an Inspire HR? We foolishly presumed that having a swim tracker meant you could swim with it, but apparently not. We’ve had two break in the last few weeks.

    @FitbitSupport Another reply from you assuming that I am stupid and an idiot. No assumption that your product doesn't work right. Just returned from an hour and 10 minute walk and my heart rate when I sat down was at 115 and the Fitbit did not register the walk. It counted steps not exercise

    @FitbitSupport my app signed me out and I signed back in and it keeps kicking me out saying there’s an error and there’s a picture of a fish bowl. Is there some sort of issue going on? I’ve never had this happen before.

    @valeahtine @fitbit @FitbitSupport Yup after the latest update thousands of us are left with useless watches. Fitbit’s response? It’s a warranty issue so if it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount for one of their newer pieces of garbage

    Has anyone else had issues with their @fitbit versa lite going crazy on them? Mine won’t read my heart rate anymore but will put itself into exercise mode multiple times in a row. @FitbitSupport please send help!

    @evleaks Can they maybe fix the app to allow more than one fitbit on the account again instead of coming up with new models? Most who know about this issue refuse to buy a new @Fitbit because it's a waste of money!

    @FitbitSupport I’ve tried all those steps and it still doesn’t switch on. And yes I am using the correct charger, the one that came with my Versa. I’ve never had issues with it before, I don’t think the charger is the problem.

    @theboopzone @FitbitSupport Probably best to throw it out. Sounds like Fitbit has the same answer and will try to say it’s a warranty issue. If it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount 🙄 Thousands of us are left with broken watches after the latest update.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, since the new update my versa 3 battery is draining a lot faster. I've tried updating/shutting down/turning brightness to dim etc nothing is helping. I don't know what else to do.

    @FitbitSupport my alta has stopped working it still syncs and says fully charged on the app but shows no display on the actual device, I've tried resetting it to no avail... Can anyone help?

    A week down the road battery is only down to 50% after one long run (90 minutes) and one short workout. I really like the real time feedback on training load after each workout. VO2max will take a week or more to sync back with where it was on @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport you replaced my defective mesh band with a second defective mesh band that broke in one day. Support says my case is closed. Is there a human I can contact for a refund? Please don’t make me start again with the help desk
