@fitbit @FitbitSupport sold me garbage defective devices and refuses to replace with a new device. I received it defective like most of their products since Google bought them a few years ago. @Klarna cleaned up fitbits mess out of there own pocket. Very classy. Fitbit is a bum.

Dear @fitbit @FitbitSupport seriously, I really do like my Sense and wear it all the time (now that I found a better band, that’s another story). But the charger. Whoever came up with that garbage never travels. Third time on vacation where one of the little prongs died.

@madebygoogle i think the #pixelwatch and the #fitbitapp @FitbitSupport have a calorie counting issue. I'm apparently burning at least an additional 1200 calories a day since i wore my Pixel watch. ⌚

@Klarna Klarna did a very classy move. Klarna stepped in a resolved an issue I had with Fitbit. At there own expense. Than you Klarna. Klarna should not allow Fitbit to be purchased off there service. That would be smart since @fitbit is garbage and the support is worse.

Hey @imaginecurve , I'm a week into a replacement card and unable to get any help activating it in the app. I'm now just updating online payment places to @monzo , and my @fitbit pay notifications are sending me wappy as it keeps trying and failing to add the curve card!

@FitbitSupport ordered a screen protector through you. Received a sports band instead. Customer service is a joke. Called 5 times. Disconnected. Can't understand them and they cannot understand my problem. Not impressed so far as a new fitbit owner.
