    @T_Aprimary @MissAWaters1 @fitbit Is it itchy, with little blisters? I get contact dermatitis/Nickle allergy. I don't wear a watch anymore. I have to be careful with glasses frames. I even used to get patches from the back of the rivets on my jeans when I was a teen! 1% hydrocortisone can help from time to time.

    @HPluckrose @fitbit Agree! Sense heart rate is completely wrong during workout. I’ve had fitbit since 2012 and never had this issue on previous models.

    @FitbitSupport doesn't seem like it has anything to do with my question. It is talking about battery level and my sync status but like I said it's a problem with the challenges, such as workweek hustle. I and the rest of the people on the challenge are often times unable to rematch

    @FitbitSupport There was maximum of maybe 1 or 2 below zone minutes at the end with cool down but other than that, they don’t exist so why is it showing me there was 22 below zone minutes?

    @FitbitSupport That wasn’t the case. It shows deep sleep when infact I woke up and was sitting down resting for less than 30 mnts.

    @FitbitSupport Thank you. I promise I’m not running some sort of weird device replacement racket! You’ve sent me two replacements so far and both were broken on arrival. It’s tiring to keep sending them back.

    @FitbitSupport It is not the band, it is broken off before the band. You can see part of the fitbit is actually still in the band... It's broken off at the attachment part so a new band would not help the situation. Ive had this for like 6 months...

    @FitbitSupport Hi, of course I know how to manually sync. But I dont want to have to. That's the whole point. I want to look down at my watch in the morning & see my sleep stats. Why can't i set it to auto sync each day? Its a complex digital mini computer, so why's this not possible? 🤔

    @FitbitSupport That’s literally zero help, I know how it works. As stated my work out lasted just over 49 minutes, without the 2x activity minutes for cardio minutes and the unexplained 22 below zones minutes it lasted 63. How do you get 63 in 40? Where are the below zone minutes in the graph?

    @FitbitSupport why am I prompted every time I open the app about location services?? I don’t want location services enabled which is why I disabled it. I don’t need to be reminded of this every time I open the app. So damn annoying. Fix it!!

    @fitbit how does someone cancel their premium subscription while they are still on their free trial. Have chatted with your help, they said they'd put a request in and still getting notices that they will still be charged.
