    I'm about to throw my @fitbit Charge 5 in the trash. Some time after Google took over, the App just launches to a blank screen half the time until I reinstall or clear cache/data. Are there any good alternatives I should consider?

    @FitbitSupport hello, I purchased a new sense 2 this week and I have tried all the troubleshooting ways to get WhatsApp notifications to come through and Iโ€™m having no luck. There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?

    @FitbitSupport I am using your fitbit step counter watch is displaying increased step counts even when I am not wearing it . I do not understand how it's happening. I do carry my mobile on the move. Please help & guide. Thanks & regards

    @FitbitSupport hey, my screen on versa 3 isnt working properly. The screen shows time correctly, alarms etc, but wonโ€™t respond to my touch. Force restart didnโ€™t help, am om 90% battery. What can I do to make it work properly :)

    @fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

    Dear @FitbitSupport - can you add the ability to block any manual weight readings. This has been an issue on and off for about 10 years. Please provide a way to fix it that doesnโ€™t involve deleting 100 records each day

    @FitbitSupport hello the strap retainer for my Inspire 3 has broken off the strap - could you possibly send me a new one? I have a very disappointed son here :(

    @FitbitSupport hi..I am having issues with my fitbit charge 5. The screen has gone blank. Tried all troubleshooting but nothing is working. The logo comes on after pressing the button 3 times on the charging cable. But the watch does not reboot. Please help

    @FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

    @FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

    @FitbitSupport Trying to lodge a (late) Ionic recall for refund & keep getting passed from Customer Services to the Recall Dept & back again as neither can fix the other ones issues. There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge6 purchased December 2024. Battery life has plummeted. It used to last a week, now about half a day. I haven't made any changes to settings etc. have restarted multiple times. Suggestions or should I toss it in the trash?
