    @fitbit Getting rid of challenges and open groups. BAD IDEA. If my challenge groups are gone, I'll probably dump Fitbit for something else when this one breaks. And given Fitbits like to break after a year or so, will be any time now #Fitbit #badidea

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @Google After 9 years of doing Workweek Hustles and Weekend Warriors, I am down to the last few hours. Really disappointed with the lack of response or caring from Fitbit and Google. Maybe you should have asked the users what they wanted?

    @fitbit is all together trash. How do you get custom service if no number is listed on the app? Then I call and I can’t understand what the person on the phone is saying?!!! Outsourcing may be cheaper for you…but it sucks!

    @FitbitSupport I would never recommend Fitbit, I bought a Fitbit Ionic and it was recalled still waiting for a refund 1 year down the line and they just keep fobbing me off, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY 🤬🤬🤬

    Purchased a @Fitbit Luxe as a gift, it lasted 3 days before green lines and a lack of responsiveness rendered it useless Offered a refurbished replacement as oposed to a new product, tried to complain, told by Fitbit they have no complaints process Really poor customer service

    @steven_emirates @FitbitSupport Having same issue with mine been replaced three times and screen all black again..seems to be an ongoing issue on all forums..customer services not interested neither is ceo office…offered 35% off a replacement 😡for the same to happen again

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport why do the strap connectors on your Charge 4 keep breaking? My wife's ust snapped off for the 2nd time. £100 of garbage. Shame, because she quite liked it. Why did you downgrade these to cheap plastic?? You just lost a customer to @GarminUK

    I swear getting my vitals, food intake, and exercise, all logged in one place on Android with @Google #PixelWatch and @FitbitSupport is one of the worst technology experiences I've ever had. If I wasn't determined to control my data, my blood pressure would be better.

    @FitbitSupport unable to sync my sense 2 with fitbit app, time is wrong on the device, tried everything restarted device, reinstallation of app, timezone settings etc but no luck. Kindly help fitbit team. @fitbit @FitbitIN

    So @fitbit and @googledevs are ending all FitBit challenges and groups. They are destroying the inexpensive FitBit to force people to buy new expensive Google Watches. Making your user base hate you is a bad marketing strategy.

    Imagine being @fitbit and building a step tracking app that is literally meant to keep track of steps…and also keep up with long step goal streaks…then imagine multiple times because of updates…people lose streaks and your “customer service” can never fix it. DO NOT BUY FITBIT

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit the constant ‘double tap to pay…’ with double vibration notification, on my Versa 4, (when I don’t have any cards attached), has got to be the worst design flaw ever. It’s enough to stop me ever buying another Fitbit…EVER! Remove it, please 🙏🏻.

    Dear @fitbit Re: Pandora & Deezer Deactivation You may have noticed that I've quit wearing my fitbit recently. Due to poor design and quality control, I'll be looking for another brand of wearable tech. I probably won't write to Pandora about this either.

    I bought 2 smartwatches that I always wanted to. @fossil & @fitbit & Both of them are like "**** YOU" worst watches. This needs to be said more often online. So people don't waste their hard earned money on these companies

    @FitbitSupport There seems to be an issue with checking out in your Ionic recall store. Just spent 30 minutes on the phone with a very nice service rep. She couldn't help and ultimately told me to try again tomorrow. But, she tried.
