    I'd like to thank @FitbitSupport for their help with my issues. My tracker that always had syncing issues that only got worse over the months that I used it is being replaced and without me having to walk through it all again in Japanese. #thankyoufitbit

    @FitbitSupport Hi, after 15 months my charge 3 went crazy after a visit in the pool. Now it's dead. Saturn where I bought it said they can't handle the warranty anymore. Where will I get help?

    Hi @FitbitSupport , i have a Fitbit Sense purchased last Dec. It just got a firmware update. However, the battery now drains from 100% to 0% inside of 24 hrs. Has a default setting changed? Help!! This is not sustainable!! What is draining my battery??

    @Soph2568 @FitbitSupport I hear you. It's frustrating. This is the 2nd one I've had to purchase cuz my 1st was no longer under warranty and it just stopped working. Wouldn't start and Wouldn't charge, the warranty had just expired but they apparently couldn't help then either

    @FitbitSupport I've had a fitbit versa lite for 2 years now and all of a sudden it has stopped syncing to my android phone... as well as this over the course of a day I seems to fall behind on time so at the end of my day it can be 5 hours behind the actual time... please help!

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Charge 4,was so excited, got it all set up only to discover that the watch itself displays both my weight AND menstrual cycle information on my wrist for anyone to see?? No thanks! It seems this has been an issue for years yet Fitbit's done nothing?

    Dear @fitbit @FitbitSupport 3rd day of Versa 2 not working. Followed all your reps instructions. They weren't able to fix the issue. Told it was going to be escalated and I would be reached via email. When may I expect this to occur?
