Oh yay @fitbit getting rid of more feature we already use/have. I should be able to see what my heart rate was doing this morning between 9am-12pm. I shouldn't have to wait until the next day to see my heart rate for the whole day. Wtf #fitbit

Do not buy a @fitbit ! After offering me a free premium subscription, due to a product recall, they have auto-renewed it today charging me £79.99 for the privilege and are refusing a refund. Garbage customer service Fitbit.

@FitbitSupport If you read the alt text on the image, I simply said I broke it open because it was more valuable to look at the tech on the inside, than as a device, because it's such poor quality. That was an inspire BTW, the Luxe just doesn't display anymore. I don't need, but thank you.

@FitbitSupport Fitbit ionic recall, December 2021 Fitbit deactivated my ionic watch and would issue a refund within 6 weeks. Many phone calls/emails later I still have no refund. It’s clear you have no intention of refunding, can you please reactivate the watch ?

@fitbit @FitbitSupport Absolute TRASH that you’re removing the BEST part of Fitbit. I guess I’ll just be switching to a nicer tracker that does the same basic bullshit. **** you all.

@careerscaro @FitbitSupport I had that very issue late last night. I have the Charge 5 FitBit. So all I needed to do was to turn my Bluetooth off on my phone, I waited 2 minutes and then turned Bluetooth back on …, surprisingly that worked for me and was able to sync

@fitbit With how expensive your watches are I’d expect that they actually would work properly and not stop recording after less than 6 months. Technology is just garbage these days

Crazy! @fitbit your warranty support is bad business practice. If you replace something for a defect, that new device replacement needs to have the same 1 year limited warranty starting from the replacement date and activation. If you use the existing warranty date

@FitbitSupport For those following along at home, I now have version 3.76 of the app, and this issue persists. I'm told that Fitbit is "currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon." Lol.

@FitbitSupport My Inspire 2 no longer reads my heart rate. Any ideas on how to fix?
-
Michael Weible
(@Darklordmyke) reported
@fitbit you expire that warranty before that very same defect affects your replacement device and now you’re left having to pay for a new one, when the defect itself should have been addressed prior so it doesn’t happen again! Either fix the damn defect or extend the warranty

@FitbitSupport That is not acceptable. 35% is not enough to compensate for a watch that was $330 purchased with the promise that it wouldn’t crash after a short time. Your customer service team needs a more fair solution as I’m sure you have plenty of these watches in stock.
