@FitbitSupport I have sent a number emails about a problem with my charge 3 Fitbit. On 17th Nov I spoke with an agent who reset it. He advised me that a software update would issue in a couple of weeks. The issue is that my sleep is not syncing in the morning.

@FitbitSupport my fit it charge 3 screen is so dim it is hardly readable. I have seen many other comments with the same issue. It was ok when I first got it, but now even on the brightest setting it is becoming useless. Its only 2 years old. What should I do? Paul

@FitbitSupport Is the Charge 4's BlueTooth garbage, or did I just get "lucky" with the one I bought a couple weeks ago? Constantly having to redo the setup just to get it to go back to syncing to my app REALLY sucks.

Extremely disappointing service from @FitbitSupport have now contacted you over 4 times about my broken Fitbit which I send back to yourselves. I have now been waiting 4 weeks for the replacement which was only supposed to take 10 days & also promised emails non received.

@FitbitSupport - you should absolutely know how terrible your iOS software is. Use the face, (THE ONLY ONE) with SpO2 and the firmware doesn’t update. Sync times are truly awful. I honestly regret buying one. The firmware won’t even find my watch. I could never recommend Fitbit.
