    Damn stupid @fitbit keeps freezing on me. The only way I have managed to find to fix it is uninstall the app and reinstall it, plus try and turn the actual watch off. I am starting to wonder if its slow stuffing up ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿค” @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport still app notifications etc blank - been a while now like everyone else - app and new Fitbit not working effectively- brand new because of the app issue not fit for purpose - when is it fixed - spoke to support got nowhere

    @ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

    @FitbitSupport Trying to lodge a (late) Ionic recall for refund & keep getting passed from Customer Services to the Recall Dept & back again as neither can fix the other ones issues. There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

    @FitbitSupport I am new user trying to create an account for the first time I am using the Sign in with Google optionThe app and website keep looping me back to an Existing Fitbit Account screen that I cannot bypass.I do not have a legacy Fitbit login; How do I fix this?

    My Fitbit versa 2 is not syncing, Iโ€™ve tried everything. Reinstalling the app, removing the device and resubmitting it on the app and it still is not working! I also canโ€™t get the time to sync so it is 10 minutes delayed @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Inspire 3 hasnโ€™t been able to connect to my device since yesterday. Seems to have randomly lost connection in the afternoon and now canโ€™t connect to Bluetooth Turning Bluetooth off & on didnโ€™t work Nor did turning off & on my device Find my phone also not working

    Irritated that the new @fitbit app no longer tracks hourly movement and gives nudges on the watch to move, it also no longer has a "cardio fitness" score, which was a proxy for vo2 max, nor does it have a place to record water intake, better graphics dumbed down. @google

    @FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

    I think itโ€™s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I canโ€™t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

    @Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week โ€” both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport

    @schizo_toxin Iโ€™m having same issue - customer service acting like they havenโ€™t heard about it. I went thru all the troubleshooting. @FitbitSupport @fitbit - they need to fix this asap. Lmk if u hear anything this really sucks.

    Hey @Google @FitbitSupport do you ever plan to fix the issue with supervised Google accounts no longer being able to login to the Fitbit app? My son really liked his versa, but it becomes pretty worthless if you can't sync and the time starts to drift.

    @susanelizabet28 @FitbitSupport @Google Yup. Canceled my premium. Not gonna keep paying for a system that has gotten worse, offers fewer benefits and now it's broken - regularly. In a bad economy, canceling was an easy decision.

    @FitbitSupport I cannot contact you people the worst support system. I have dealt with three days. Iโ€™ve been trying to get a reply from you people. Pretty sure this will be the last Fitbit that I purchased.
