    @StevanG @FitbitSupport I’ve noticed a large group of us in the fitbit forums have Versa2s that suddenly stopped tracking sleep/HR a few days ago. No fix seems to work and factory reset completely killed mine it seems.

    @FitbitSupport hey there, recently got an update on my versa lite. It's not even a year old, and I don't often have bluetooth on. However, my battery is draining in less than 24 hrs. What can I do to fix this? I have never had this problem before.

    @FitbitSupport The Tone and Lift your Butt 3 week program is not functional. There is no program. Only an error message when clicked on.

    @FitbitSupport This is the first page then when you click on product to add to basket the 2nd picture is what comes up. Seems I'm also not the only person having this issue. Same thing happens on a computer too.

    Apparently my fitbit is fine, their app just sucks for Android and most users are having a problem syncing any fitbits to it. I found out this has been going on for users for over a year too! Do better @fitbit!!! 😡

    @FitbitSupport Hi there. Over the last couple of days my Charge 3 battery has gone from lasting a week to less than 24 hours overnight. Roughly draining 10% every 2 hours. I haven't changed any settings in the last few days. Anything that could help? Thanks
