I'm going to cry I'm so angry. Spent over $100 on a @fitbit. It stopped working properly the same day. Waited two weeks to get a replacement. Didn't work. Narrowed it down to the charger not working. Finally got the new charger. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG CHARGER.

@FitbitSupport absolutely disgusted with a ‘template’ email I have received regarding BURNS that my versa 2 has caused in my wrist. No questions of how bad etc or even a request of a photo! Does @FitbitUK care about this at all? All you want is a simple return?

@FitbitSupport That’s exactly the problem. I paid €100 more for a new watch after my Fitbit Ionic died and now I have to pay even extra for music services that we’ve never heard of? Why take away a feature that is obvious in a sports watch?

@FitbitSupport I purchased a Versa 3 on Sat & have had problems with it syncing to the app on my phone all day today. I have unpaired the versa 3 from my Bluetooth but now cannot set up the devise on the app. The next step is to contact customer support. Please can you help?
