    @H2ocarpenoctem @badplfer @fitbit One day my co-worker walked up to me mid story and held my arms down. Then he said, ok, finish your story. I swear for like 10 seconds I couldn't talk LOL. When I finally was able to, I was concentrating so hard and the words were so slow LOL. His experiment was successful.

    Spent the entire morning troubleshooting to get my @fitbit Sense to sync and trying to get help from @FitbitSupport which was no help. Nothing else accomplished. Happy Wednesday!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit this why you no longer offer email support? Your product is garbage! And you do not care we spend hundreds on a watch that doesn't work! And will not refund Customer!!

    @fitbit Do not buy a Fitbit!!! 4th versa 3 (2 exchanged by Walmart and one by Fitbit) and still the same issue persisting !!!! It is an engineering problem and not something you can fix with them over the phone. Same issue always appears on replacemt device.

    @FitbitSupport for over a week, there’s been a notification (red circle w/a 1 in it) on the fitbit icon on my iPhone. I have searched everywhere in the app and have no notifications. I rebooted my phone and even deleted and reinstalled the app. It won’t go away. Help me please.

    @FitbitSupport That is the most condescending reply I have ever seen. I've had the thing for a year you don't think I've looked up every article or help post I could find? I bought one for myself and my wife we both have similar issues. love the look, feel, and the colors. Not worth the price.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport have the WORST customer service. I have been on their support chat 5 times and they literally will not help me. My Sense battery is going from 100 to 0 in 6.5 hours.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport So i purchased a fitbit for my wife and after the device updated the fitbit will not connect to any device. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue fitbit customer service is being disrespectful and unresponsive

    @FitbitSupport Ok so today I did the update on my Ionic. Now it's not working. All I get is the fitbit logo or credit card pic. Sometimes a half a person running. Drop down menu is setting which only shows brightness and a music note and credit card icon. This watch is only 3 yr

    @FitbitSupport Me, my husband and my daughter have fitbits and they never synchronise or get notifications we are always disconnecting them or reinstalling them, just a waist of time, I have asked for help with this meny times and are always told the same things that only work for a short time

    @FitbitSupport trying to set up Spotify on my versa , it says in the app i don't have a Facebook account linked to my Spotify so I cant sign in. My Spotify has been connected to my Facebook for years , is this a problem with fitbit software or the Spotify software
