    @FitbitSupport Your "bug fixes" causes problems and doesn't improve anything, only causes more issues. Look at all the issues from yesterday when there was an app update yesterday and there was constant issues 🤔 Stop fixing what isn't broken. Common sense!

    @FitbitSupport Issue still persists. Unable to sync since 3/1. Have done all troubleshooting - toggling Bluetooth, restarting device and app, powering down phone, and removing and reinstalling the app. Otherwise, both app and device seem to be functioning. Please continue to resolve. Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport Hi, since this issue resolved, almost all of the mindfulness sessions have disappeared, there are only about 6 to choose from and 'favourites' has disappeared as well?

    @FitbitSupport since the outage yesterday, I have been unable to adjust my notifications. When I tap on notifications, nothing happens. I change them day and night so I don’t get interrupted.

    @FitbitSupport Since the app went down yesterday its still not syncing to my Fitbit. You are saying the fault had been rectified but it obviously hasn’t. Please can you sort it ASAP as I am trying to track my steps for Prostate Cancer UK fundraising.

    @FitbitSupport No, I couldn’t log in to Fitbit coach and therefore do my regular workouts. Even with no connectivity I could have signed in to complete a downloaded workout. The issue wasn’t syncing, it was that no one could sign in. Bellends.

    @FitbitSupport after being a customer for 10 yrs and accruing 35M+ steps, I'm going to trash my Fitbit and move to Apple Watch. 4 days w/o service, support unable to figure this out. Reinstalled and rebooted multiple times. Consider Fitbit another Google Graveyard victim.

    @FitbitSupport I am at my wits end with Fitbit😡 I have just got rid of your Versa2 because I wasn’t receiving as my Notifications! Now just set up a new Versa3 only to find the same problem! What is going on at Fitbit? Is it your latest software update causing this

    @fitbit My Versa has been having a black screen for the last 4 days. I held the button on the left and the lower right and it is still black. Is anyone else having that problem???

    @fitbit why doesn’t the Charge4 go over 140 in HR monitoring? Seems like a big technical error? I just paid $150 for this?? Losing my business. What a mess.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve got a Fitbit charge 3 that is just over a year old and screen has all of a sudden got white line’s running through the middle, is there any help on how I can clear this? I’ve tried rebooting a couple of times but still nothing.

    @FitbitSupport I've just bought this watch today , was really excited about the deezer option, but instead it keeps coming up as ''An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later''. I have the premium deezer sub.I've tried everything from reseting , reinstalling , relinking. Nothing works
