    @FitbitSupport I got the Google watch and received the free 6 months of premium Fitbit email. When I click to activate, it only gives me a monthly or annual sign on amount to choose from, no free 6 months. How do I fix this?

    C’mon Fitbit- I sent my Ionic back months ago since it was on recall. I purchased a Sense w/the promise of the refund. It’s been almost 6 mos & no refund. I have called in at least 5-8 times & no results. Can somebody at Fitbit seeing this help? @FitbitSupport @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport after 2 months of trying to get my Fitbit fixed, I’ve had no support whatsoever-for anyone thinking of getting a Fitbit I would seriously look into the aftercare. I got offered a voucher for 35% off but got it a lot cheaper on Amazon! That’s their ‘fix’ 😡

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK 2) also, notifications do show when drag down from top of screen, but the watch is not buzzing when they are coming through or for phone calls, etc - same with husband's. Though it will buzz during exercise for heart rate zones and lap info, tips?

    @FitbitSupport please sort out the Fitbit syncing issue and not able to delete alarms. Also when setting one alarm, it sets another one!!

    @FitbitSupport hello. My Fitbit Charge 5 has been not working right today. Charged the battery to full, restarted on device and then while plugged in. Still having issue with the screen freezing, not tracking heart rate or steps properly. Any advice?

    @thestevehallock @FitbitSupport Definitely an issue with syncing!! My 6mth old charge 5 stopped syncing 6days ago, did all the usual stuff to reboot and now my watch is 36hrs behind time wise and still won't sync!!!

    @FitbitSupport hi, returned my fitbit to amazon for repair under warranty. I've had it back but not with the leather strap that I sent it off with and the heart rate sensor doesn't work properly. I can't find a way of speaking to amazon about it. can you help please?

    @fitbit I spoke with customer service on the phone for an hour. They were unable to resolve the issue. They will call me back in two days with a resolution after forwarding to a different office. I stand by my original belief that the Sense 2 is not worth a purchase.

    @FitbitSupport @thestevehallock You keep telling customers to do the same thing over and over and still no better. My belief is, it's a firmware problem, App needs checking from your side of things. Not the customers fault!!

Does the notion of diverse body types being normalized in media make you that uncomfortable? All rhetorical btw, no one gives a **** about your opinion.

    @FitbitSupport what a shocking company and a terrible customer service. Wasting the customers time so that you can eek a few extra quid to bulk your profits. Your products are not fit for purpose and your ethics are questionable. You do not even comply with your own terms.
