    @fitbit I feel robbed . I really need Fitbit to help. The refund centre always say end of the month for my refund yet 5 months on still no refund . I bought a new Fitbit for me and my son as was promised a refund on my ionic . Please can someone help

    @t_123hill @fitbit Have you had any joy ? Im so upset. Fitbit owe me £299 for@my ionic and I’ve followed instructions perfectly. Have you managed to get anywhere ? The refund centre seem useless and tell me each month to wait until the end of the month . Help ! Any advice ?

    @FitbitSupport I am not knowledge about computer things and I did not understand what your support person was telling me to do. They tried to help me but I guess I am less knowledgeable than they assumed I was. I know it is my problem

    @WestcottTimothy @fitbit @FitbitSupport Be prepared for a long wait Timothy. I am now in my 6th month and still hoping each day this nightmare will end. $300 is a lot of money in the current climate.

    @fitbit still no refund . Was told end of July and still nothing for my ionic . Refund centre can’t do anymore than say it will be next month. 5months and still no refund. Please can someone help sort this for me?

    @FitbitSupport I have already been through that with your "support" team and they wouldn't help. So no thanks on going through that again. Also we were not provided with a "8 digit" support code. So maybe go back through all you cases to see whom you need to retrain. #fitbitsucks #NeverAgain

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit Vera 2 stopped reading my heart rate all of a sudden. I have factory reset it twice and updated it to the newest firmware. Everything else is working fine.. Please help me correct this issue.

    @Mikeemikeaw @fitbit @FitbitSupport So just contacted Fitbit using the number provided. After a nearly 20 minute phone call, they have no further information for me. It's an absolute nightmare. Will never EVER purchase another Fitbit. The customer service is appalling!

    @FitbitSupport I can't log in to either website or app, and therefore can't use the chat support. Tried with email, but got sent back to the website by customer service. Please fix this! At least tell your customers that you're working on the problem!

    @fitbit @Beyonce My 11-month old fitbit died while in Europe. I bought a new one Charge 5 for $180. I can't set it up. It took 50 minutes to "update" and then froze. What a piece of trash. I feel totally taken in a scam.

    @FitbitSupport Note: if you have a Fitbit Sense with a bad battery, they will only replace it once. If the battery on the replacement dies, you're on your own.

    Beware of @fitbit. There support is terrible. They completely ignore what you say and answer with irrelevant comments. Don't be fooled my the charge 5. It does not do what's advertised and @FitbitSupport will essentially blow you off.

    @t_123hill @fitbit It’s what they do to all of us. They give use the run around and then end with saying…call the recall center. They have to ability to do that for you…but they are choosing to not help you.

    Only had my @fitbit for 8 months and the strap has broken. Pretty shoddy but probably to be expected. Have glued it back together, but will see how long that holds. Suppose I’ll just have to #buyMoreStuff™

    @fitbit Fitbit are crap. Mine died after a year. The band broke after 5 months--they replaced it, but at month 11 the watch broke. I stupidly bought another, and it freezes in the set up and I cannot get it to work. Absolute trash. Do not buy a fitbit. Rubbish

    I asked them if they were telling me that they would not replace a device they had sent me only a few months ago because that device itself was already fixing a problem that was under warranty? Turns out it's policy at @Fitbit to not replace a Sense more than once.
