    @FitbitSupport I charged my versa 2 last night and since then I can’t access time, step count or calories burned. Also though fully charged this morning now it’s down to 27% in less than 12 hours. And it won’t sync with the app. What can I do please?

    @FitbitSupport - the display on my Fitbit Charge 3 is very pale. I have followed the instructions to turn it off and wait 8 seconds. The smiling face is very sharp but the display continues to be faint. I rang the helpline given 0800 069 8505 which does not work! Help!

    I got a fitbit sense, and I can't stand that the app tries to upsell me on their bullshit $10/mo subscription. **** @fitbit. What's a good fitness/sleep tracker with a clean app and no bullshit? Is there an Android app that can hack my fitbit, or am I returning it?

    Ill never buy another @fitbit product @FitbitSupport lacks care for the client and doesnt give a **** about loyalty. 4 trackers and all i get is a discount code for a corrupt screen that id due to their product failure

    Funny thing... I changed from android to iOS, and now I can sync my device. ... and @fitbit shared that wasn't an issue on android devices

    @FitbitSupport This is the same canned response @FitbitSupport posts every time and then zero followup. It’s unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal fitbit customer for years and expect a real response about what you’re doing to fix it.

    @fitbit anybody having trouble with their online support? Absolutely disgraceful have contacted this online portal the past 2 weeks still ongoing isuue with my Fitbit versa2 keep telling me to reinstall the app and download app. Terrible customer online service
