@FitbitSupport What is going on with your Aria scale? All of a sudden it isn't syncing. And when I run through your standard troubleshooting steps, I end up with a "linking to -no sync" error. It's peak weight loss resolution season. Please help.

@FitbitSupport Yes I’ve done it all, I’ve spent hours in Fitbit chat help. It is a problem with fitbit’s software not replying correctly as far as I can understand. An expert in networking has posted on the forum that the Fitbit API is not responding. #arianosync

@FitbitSupport please help. My Fitbit HR either doesn’t charge or takes 3 days to do 60%. The charger doesn’t connect properly to the Fitbit either. Considering the price for it I’d expect better. Do you do any items with proper chargers as I don’t want a magnetic one ever again

@ShelleyACook @fitbit Fitbit is in a weird state of limbo right now as the Google merger is pending. It could be things really change with them in a year or so or they could stay the same. No way to really know. As you are an Apple person the Apple Watch makes sense if money isn't an issue

@FitbitSupport This is response is kind of frustrating cos we all over the world all of a sudden are having the exact same issue. If you would have read the thread you would have realized that it’s not are regular syncing error but an issue related to some kind of upgrade you did on your side.
