We got disconnected and the next person I spoke with didn’t understand the issue and we also got disconnected. I then called and spoke to a lady who spoke to the supervisor and they advised

    @FitbitSupport hi, I have just started having issues with my charge 3 purchased in 2019. The battery will not retain its charge. Goes from 1% to 100% in a matter of minutes. Then when I take iff charge it dies within a minute? Please help!

    @FitbitSupport HELP! It’s now been 4 months I am waiting for my 8 yr old replacement band for his fitbit. You have made excuse after excuse why we haven’t received it! NO one is getting back to me.I am constantly chasing this up!! It a child band! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

    @oneplus Um yeah ig I’m down for it I used to wear a versa But it is hot garbage It never tells the time right after I downloaded an update right after the google acquisition Finally a great alternative to @fitbit

    Super unhappy with @fitbit; had a problem with my 4 month old Versa 2, used their warranty service and less than 24 hours after getting my replacement setup it locks up and cannot be reset. Their offer: replacement or 50% off a different model. Thinking @Apple Watch instead.
