    Do any other @fitbit wearers have pain in the arm they wear it on? I don't know why it took me so long to suspect this but I've had off and on bad/deep arm pain on my left side for years. Lately, pain's also in my wrist and hand. I'm taking it off to experiment!

    @FitbitSupport C’mon? Really? It’s a terrible design. Traditional watch band should be the standard. Why reinvent the wheel with an incredibly clumsy band? Makes no sense.

    @FitbitSupport Hello! I have a problem. My Fitbit Versa 2 stopped working since this morning. The alarm worked but few hours later the Fitbit aint responding anymore. Even after a reset (I pushed all the buttons for 1 minute). Could you help me?

    @FitbitSupport, I got a replacement pebble as my screen broke within warranty. Only problem I've got now is that all my previous data has been wiped from my account as I've replaced it. I have over a year's worth of data gone. Is there anyway to get this back? 🥴😩

    @FitbitSupport My 1+ year old Fitbit Charge3 broke after first exposure to water in the shower. Tried resetting with the 8s hold, left to dry and on charge for 12 hours. Isn't it supposed to be waterproof upto 50 feet? Mine broke on first water exposure. Please help.

    Dear @FitbitSupport, Received Inspire 2 for Christmas. It has now stopped tracking my heart rate. I’m having difficulty logging in to attempt to fix it. Very disappointing.

    This is a bad feature n u should feel bad @fitbit, get rid of sleep credit scores and bring back gold icons when you hit your goals, the green UI is ugly 😠

    @FitbitSupport customer since 2014 here. This week my Versa stopped counting accurate steps from my dash to my challenges by 10k steps. I contacted cs 2x. Was told it’s a known issues for over a year?? I do not use 3rd party app either. Help!

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit can we run a diagnostic check to figure out what is wrong? Pls advice... I use the device regularly, and it's a problem if it does not work... and why is it that the device gets into trouble after every 5/6 months? That's the lifespan, is it?

    My @fitbit Versa 2 is playing silly buggers. I sync it and syncs my steps etc from it to the app but it won’t update the time on my Versa to my phone. Stuck about an hour and a half slow for almost a week and I Can’t put it right & its making me cross
