    @FitbitSupport I understand this. However, this is how you lose loyal customers, such as myself. My #Fitbit is only just out of warranty, which is an inconvenience. To invest in a new device with such a poor discount isn’t much of an incentive. How will I know if a new device will fail again?

    Hey @fitbitsupport my versa 3 won't pair with my Samsung Galaxy s9. It was fine until I use the exercise function earlier and then wouldn't synch and now isn't even recognised. Have tried ALL the suggestions in the forum - help please!

    @fitbit it for 2 months...very very frustrating...can I return it if no fix / patch coming....or can I have my money back or another one that works properly..or do I go elsewhere? I don't undersatnd how you can still be marketing and selling them when you know you have a problem.

    @FitbitSupport will you replace my Charge 3 that is out of warranty that suffers from the common screen too dim problem? I can't use this darn thing and it was pretty darn expensive just to toss it away within 2 years

    @FitbitSupport The aria air RARELY syncs on it's own. Get used to: going into app settings, force stop, clear cache, restart app. Soooooo tedious, too frustrating. Terrible experience daily. Not worth it.

    So apparently @fitbit or @FitbitSupport do not fix watches in South Africa. Even pulled an excuse on my warranty. NEVER buy a fitbit - buy anything else. Casio!

    @fitbit Please help...I have been onto tech support, via web chat, because my charge 4 won't sync....apparently there is a glitch with them, as I was told my your suport team...this has now been ongoing for 10 days...when is there a fix / patch coming?.I have only had the Fitbit

    @dhlexpressuk I'm waiting on a replacement @fitbit and when I enter the tracking code provided by fitbit I get an error saying "Sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check your tracking number. " Can someone help please.
