    @FitbitSupport my versa will not sync. I tried resetting it and had trouble getting it to come on again left it over night and today it loaded new version but it’s back to not syncing again. Reset Bluetooth and still not syncing. Can you help me please

    @FitbitSupport Bought a versa 3 and can't set it up. I follow all the instructions and I the end all I get is a white fitbit logo on the screen. Tried with 3 different phones and the result is the same... Bad unit?

    @Mark05592741 I’m having same problem and their reply was “not my problem, call USPS” ummmmm, if I cancel the charge then it’s definitely YOUR problem @fitbit . Oddly enough I also ordered on 11/30 and they’re #ruiningmykidschristmas

    @bartlett_steven @fitbit Interested to hear how you fix it. Have spent over 4 hrs with their tech Fitbit. Who tell me it’s fixed It won’t talk to phone. iPad it 10 hrs slow and other than steps didn’t do any other function. It’s 1 yr old

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit seems to have developed a fault, randomly in the middle of the night it starts vibrating constantly and will not return to the home screen. This has happened 3 times this week. Also the edge of the screen has developed an orange tint... help please?

    @FitbitSupport I am having issues with my Charge 3 screen disappearing again. Had the same issue on my previous model which ended up being replaced, the device seems to be still tracking, and it is vibrating when pressing the button on the side but I can’t bring the screen up.

    @FitbitSupport I purchased my Fitbit and was enrolled in the arrhythmia trial. I accepted and a month later I ended up in the hospital with a-fib at a heart rate of 240. I was disqualified because of an error. Look at the records if you keep them.

    My @fitbit sucks. I hate it. It doesn’t work. And fitbit doesn’t care how terrible their product is. They do nothing to help me. No offers of exchange or refund. When I ask they say NO. This thing doesn’t work!!!!

    @FitbitSupport Hi there, thanks for that - I've done these things. It's syncing my sleep last night, the night before's sleep but a 3hr sleep inbetween hasn't tracked. This was an issue with another unit which got replaced.

    @fitbit is fitbit premium deferent prices depending on the fit you have ? I have a sense and it states it’s £9.99 per month although when I looked online it states the cost is £7.99 per month or they had the choice of paying in full for a year ?? Thanks for your help
