    Congratulations @fitbit @FitbitSupport the Charge 4 is so bad it has made me stop being a customer. Started with original clip on one and all Charge. Gave up and bought and @Apple watch.

    @2RonaldNL @FitbitSupport Same with mine and many others on the Fitbit forum. I wish Fitbit would own up to this problem and admit they have a data issue instead if fobbing people off with stock answers. Maybe @Google should be aware of this now they own the company.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I’ve only had my Versa Lite for a few months. Today it went down to 5% battery so I popped it on charge. Two hours later it said 0% - it won’t charge via usb or plug and I can’t do the force reset as it has no power. Any ideas?

    @FitbitSupport We got our daughter a Fitbit Ace for her birthday this year. She was out today and the watch fell out of the strap. Now the watch is lost and she's devastated. Ive looked online but cant see where to buy just the new watch part. Are you able to help/advise. Please!

    @fitbit use to have the best support. I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Now that @Google bought them. They are ******* their responsibility to replace my broken Fitbit. And it's not even a year old. Already broken.

    @losingitatlast @fitbit I love data. So I get it. But you've identified it as a problem slowing your progress. Might be time to put it away for a while. Early on, i put tape over my scale display and sent it directly to my phone with a smart scale. Only looked at the phone weekly but I had the data

    @FitbitSupport Any idea why my Fitbit Aria has decided to no longer work? First Gen from 2012. Used daily. Still connected to WiFi. Just step off and then Err instead of results. Can I fix them?

    @HilarySard @FitbitSupport I’m seeing the same issue. The FitBit app is asking me to download an app (already installed) or watch face for the Sense to track SpO2.

    @FitbitSupport You have a serious problem where many users are being told to install the clock face and app for Spo2, even although they are already installed. The spO2 shows on the sense but not in the premium app.

    @FitbitSupport the constant syncing issue is getting on my nerves. Changed watch, problem is still there and your troubleshooting page isn't helping either.

    @FitbitSupport Hi @FitbitSupport what I told you all worked fine until two days ago. I see my Sp02 on the watchface but not in the Fitbit app. If you take a look at the Fitbit forum you'll find that I am not the only one with the issue. I hope this helps.

    @FitbitSupport Yeah they are set up. I've turned it on and off to figure out why its not working. They were working just fine. Your support says to do a reset which I've done 4x to no avail. They are set up on my phone and the device.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Charge 3 display is gone and button is not working anymore. I have tried restarting it many times but nothing coming other than 001. Have tried everything, what else can I do fix if possible?? Was working fine once I got up and then an hour later not working.

    @FitbitSupport recently got a Charge 4 for the GPS and it is absolutely terrible, been doing runs and walks and the GPS cuts off and doesn't register, not once out of 7 times has it done its job, what can be done ? This seems like a con.

    @2RonaldNL @FitbitSupport Hi, are you getting anywhere with this issue? They’ve asked me to do a reset and wait two hours , the fact I’ve reset it twice already seems to go over their head.
