    @FitbitSupport Utter crap support, went on your webchat and they gave me wrong advice and then just ended the chat. I know my device is an old one but it shouldn't just go wrong with no reason. Might have to rethink what product I buy next as you don't seem to want to help!

    @FitbitSupport Hi I have been trying to sync my Fitbit up to the app after it stopped syncing but it keeps just saying connecting then comes up with an error. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned off my Versa 2 and charged

    @fitbit I have complained within this year how poor the battery has been. Now it won't last more than 12 hours I've only had it approx 14 months

    @adpunton @fitbit @FitbitSupport It's totally related to the firmware update.😡 I had zero issues prior to that. Very frustrating, indeed! I will be researching other trackers, as I know my new one will not last. Too bad, because their products and customer service used to be exceptional.

    @fitbit Also can you fix the app so that kids can have PIN or something to access their own profile so they can be independent in syncing their devices and not require me and my password every time they want to change between kids views.

    @FitbitSupport This watch is rubbish, that's the problem. I've been complaining about many random stuff for a long time now. @fibit by @google did something to the software in the last 6 months that destroyed my investment... rubbish.

    @FitbitSupport After the last update my Fitbit charge 5 freezes with the logo on the screen. Tried the 3 button press, changing the clock face, and multiple times letting the battery run down and recharging. After recharge it works for one day and then the logo all over again. Help please

    @fitbit I'd like to request a way to tap a metric and save it as feeling bad with symptoms I have noticed that i get nausea when my pulse spikes and would like to log the event by tapping the pulse number on my device and saving it with notes to help me to discuss with the Dr.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve currently got a versa 2 and I love it, get me motivated to get moving! However, I currently drive for a living and I’ve noticed say I’ve done 1000 steps in the morning get in a vehicle drive for an hour or so then it will read 1700 or so. How to fix?

    Hey @fitbit I contacted customer support a few months ago about my Sense not working correctly and was basically told to wait for you to get back to me. Can you just send me a new watch? This one doesn't work and it doesn't seem like you're going to fix it.

    Hi @FitbitSupport . I bought a charge 5 tracker watch around 23rd November 2022 through Amazon. The watch stopped working for the past two days and even after charging charge lasts only 2 hours. I have disabled the GPS and other features but still the battery is low. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport would love to be able to jot a brief note about my nightly sleep log, for example: "bad storms" because there wasn't much sleep in NorCal last night. Another could be "writing" or family issue. Brief notes would add context to the sleep data.
