    I just got a @fitbit Versa 3. One of the advertised features is offline music. But the Fitbit Music app isn't available on the Versa 3. The only way to listen to your own music on your own device is via a £9.99 Deezer Premium subscription. I do not want or need Deezer Premium...

    @fitbit trying to talk to your support and "curiously" three times the chat had 'connection issues', finishing without answer. I just bought Versa3 and can't use voice replies for msgs. I'm really thinking of return the watch and change to a TW Pro @TicWatches. Will u help?

    @FitbitSupport I'm trying to install any music app like @gaana @WynkMusic or any other similar famus app, I did restart the watch, for O2 level it is asking to sleep. it is showing 400 error of amazon whn i tried to configure alexa, tried to add hdfc, sbi, citi bt none of the card is working

    @FitbitSupport The Versa I purchased went completely black and won’t turn back on. By the looks of it, there are tens of thousands that have the same problem. Are these watches designed to shut down just after warranty? What is Fitbit doing to rectify the problem?

    @FitbitSupport The DM read that my issue was resolved, but it was not resolved by anyone I spoke to. No one could figure out the issue. I was advised simply to "try again later when the servers aren't as busy".

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport my charge 2 stopped syncing so I deleted it from my app and tried to add it again to resync. It finds it, gives me the code to out in the app but never finishes the sync. Please help.

    It's amazing how much you can tell by the way an organization responds to the needs of her customers. problem w the furniture I ordered, @DHPfurniture responds swiftly, & sends me an update the very next morning problem w the @fitbit I ordered, still chasing them 2 weeks later!
