    @FitbitSupport Let me tell you something, I have been battling and fighting with your team about heart rate drop. This is a similar issue in other users. It can't just drop suddenly during a long run. Their is no scientific explanation for that. It's 10 degrees and my arm is still moving.

    If you own q Fitbit dont forget password or change mobile else Fitbit password reset system does not work. @fitbitsupport is useless they can only raise a case number & cannot reset password. Worst support of any company i have seen. 2 days now with a useless Sense @FitbitUK

    Never thought it would be such an issue to cancel Fitbit premium. Why making things that usually takes 3 clicks to resolve hard? On top of it their @FitbitSupport didn't help at all so far... 🙄

    @FitbitSupport my screen has faded to the point I cannot see it. It’s fully charged but the screen is very dark. I see no wear in the app instructions to brighten the screen. The charge 3 is working as it is working in the app. But not able to read in the watch. Help.

    @FitbitSupport sync hasn't worked since Monday. I followed troubleshooting online and now my Fitbit won't pair with the app. I enter the code, the app says it's taking longer than usual, then eventually it times out. Help!

    If you guys planning to buy @fitbit versa2. God!!! Please wait!!! Forget all your other bluetooth devices forever. There are 100 complaints of bluetooth and syncing of this watch on fitbit app ,but @FitbitSupport has no fix for this.

    @FitbitSupport Hi - my Versa 2 stopped synching to my phone all of the sudden. Following the online guide didn't help, my phone can't locate the device even though both are charged and on. I factory reset the Versa and it's still not connecting, stuck on the start screen.

    @JJBackeberg @fitbit @Apple I’ve had a Fitbit, a garmin, and now have my Apple Watch. Apple Watch hands down (all my other devices are Apple too). A close second would be the Garmin though.

    @bettsontour @fitbit Hi! I upgraded from a Charge 2, and I think the brightness is very comparable to that, atleast indoors. I haven’t tried it outdoors yet. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help!

    @FitbitSupport got a charge 3 which is telling me I have done 22000 steps today...I have just got out of bed! This isn’t the first time it has registered thousands of phantom steps. Any idea how to fix the issue?

    @FitbitSupport hi, is smthg going on w/ the Android Fitbit app? It has signed me out 2x today. On the most recent attempt to sign in, it tells me I have invalid email or password. However, I can sign in on the Web without any problem. Tried uninstall and reinstall. What gives?

    Good Morning @FitbitSupport I submitted a help ticket 2 days ago regarding the battery not holding a charge any longer. > 24hrs. Now, after another factory reset, it won’t charge at all and only shows 0% when attempting to turn on. Three Years Old. I Need a replacement please.
