    @FitbitSupport The heartrate censor doesn't work consistently or properly. I take walks/ go running and it only places me "below zones" or "fat burn" I should easily be between cardio and peak. I don't think this issue is human error on my part

    @Riverlife49 @fitbit I had the 1st gen tracker. LOVED my first one, had it for 3 years. Then the battery died. Got a new battery - it was already dead. Got another - it died after a week. Said "**** it". Never went back.

    @FitbitSupport Please ask your seller to provide details of the cancellation and intended time to refund. Feedback--- Streamline your processes with them so that you could help your customer when they ask for it. Not keep them hanging dry over some dysfunctional retailer OEM relationship.

    @FitbitSupport Just had a message from @FitbitSupport. Problem not solved, got same standard answer again. Extremely disappointed, feel robbed. If your fitbit stops working, return it to the seller, do not ask for a replacement to avoid ending up with a 2nd hand device @FitbitUK

    Don’t buy @fitbit products. They’re products are defective and their customer service refuses to exchange or refund you. Bought a brand new sense and it hasn’t functioned properly since I bought it. 240$ down the drain. I’ve been a customer for years. They don’t care about that.

    @FitbitSupport steps shouldn’t go down in one challenge and up in another. I’m sure others having issues too. People need to be aware this product has issues. This isn’t the first time either. Very unhappy customer.

    @FitbitSupport @Williajc It would be helpful to post about this problem. I was considering an upgrade to the 4 but this stuff going on with the 3 is making me consider switching brands. I'm outside all day and can't read this thing anymore.

    @fitncurvy89 @FitbitSupport If it's still in warranty have them send another one. If it's out of warranty, throw it in the trash. I hate Fitbit; they usually last a little over a year and then start messing up.

    @FitbitSupport Please can you tell me if the issue with the brightness of the sceen on the Fitbit 3 has been rectified on the Fitbit 4? My screen is on normal I ave rebooted umpteen times but I continue to struggle to see the screen - sometimes it will go black also

    @FitbitSupport hi just wondering if u could help. Since the last update the screen on my charge 3 has gone really dim. Can hardly see anything on the screen. Brightness is on normal and I have rebooted it nothing has worked.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK My wife is so disappointed with her Fitbit 3 because the display is so poor in terms of visibility-brightness non existent. Customer support also the same. Non existent. She has gone over to another company’s watch.

    @FitbitSupport Still no reply from your team. It’s been a week since I’ve been trying to resolve an issue of my dead Versa. I’ve provided you with my details twice and sent emails that have been ignored. I deeply regret buying a product that didn’t even last 2 years. Poor, poor service.
