    @FitbitSupport New issue with my FitbitCharge5. No reaction to any touch. Now when I put the fitbit in the charger cable it starts the logo but nothing more happen, and when removed it goes off. I can push the button of the cable but nothing happen as the logo is on. What to do ?

    @FitbitSupport Sorry @FitbitSupport but at the moment all I want to do is to give you a very negative public feedback and times for private messages has gone. After multiple emails there was no progress and I don’t think there’s anything you can offer to make up for the very poor service

    Hey @fitbit @FitbitUK I have to say that your customer service went downhill which leaves me no option but to switch to a different fitness tracker. Refusal to accept that the tracker broke down after just 5 months and trying to gaslight me into believing that the ridiculous

    @FitbitSupport fantastic service from Fitbit. Super impressed with their speed and efficiency at a time when UK service standards in general have massively declined, take note @ZARA where shockingly bad service in store was further compounded through their misnamed support team.

    So after having a ‘replacement’ @fitbit (mine broke after a year) and asking for help from @FitbitSupport and @StravaSupport still not synching. Everything has been synched, revoked reset and followed to the T! Nothing! What do I do with a Fitbit Versa 3 which is now pointless!

    @parkjames Ionic disabled in April. Refund meant to take 3/6 weeks. Still nothing 7 months later. Customer service has been disgraceful. Small claims court pending. @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport have been no help whatsoever

    @FitbitSupport still no response from your team on the complaints raised on DM. The device stops working within warranty and I am not being provided with an alternative. There is surely a quality issue here and the customers are not getting the solution they require.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport My Inspire 2 has gone bad in One and Half years .There is repair option and on top of it when I raised this, you guys are suggesting me to buy a new Fitbit. Why on earth anyone will again buy such low quality product with poor service #FitbitSucks

    Fair play to @fitbit @FitbitUK responded well to my complaint and tweet, credit where it is due. Should not close down channels of engagement with customers but we are now talking. Let’s see how the support goes, usually Fitbit support is good. Fingers crossed

    @fitbitsupport is easily the worst product support team. I just ran across my Fitbit Sense whose screen popped off spontaneously in less than 6 months of ownership only for Fitbit to never actually send the RMA. Now it's out of warranty pretty sure. @Google is pretty ******* sad.

    @fitbit the interoperability between the Pixel 7 pro and the Fitbit sense 2 is poor. When it does pick up the steps there is a 20% difference in step count. I bought the Fitbit sense 2 because the Pixel watch isn't available in Singapore @Google Do more testing !

    @FitbitSupport I upgraded from a Charge 5 to the Sense 2. I cannot believe how bad the HR tracking is on workouts. Consistently 40-60 points below real HR. I have factory reset, restarted, reconfigured, etc. How did you guys release such a poor performer on your premium model???
