@FitbitSupport The face plate on my Versa 4 has fallen off. I keep my fitbit dry, don't allow fat or oil to get on it, wipe it down daily when I take it off to shower. The first two both died the second the warranty died.

.@madebygoogle my Pixel Watch 3 is still broken from months ago and you .@FitbitSupport refuse to do anything. Blame each other and blame software. No real fix. I think I'm done with #madebygoogle products. Even this Pixel 10 is subpar. Waste of money.

Damn stupid @fitbit keeps freezing on me. The only way I have managed to find to fix it is uninstall the app and reinstall it, plus try and turn the actual watch off. I am starting to wonder if its slow stuffing up 🤦🤔 @FitbitSupport

I think it’s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

My Fitbit versa 2 is not syncing, I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling the app, removing the device and resubmitting it on the app and it still is not working! I also can’t get the time to sync so it is 10 minutes delayed @FitbitSupport

Just bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.

I’ll put it on the charger and it’ll show it still has a significant amount of charge on it. No help from Fitbit support. How do I fix this?! It’s become unreliable and useless.
