@FitbitSupport @keystoglow All that's does is keep it on the log in screen on the app only to be told repeatedly that fitbit isn't available. Online it says it's a server error. So, why is the @FitbitSupport answer is to follow the path above when y'all already know the problem is on your end, not ours.

@FitbitSupport i can not synch my fitbit. I restarted my fitbit twice & restarted my watch +I turned on/off my Bluetooth. This usually works.Then I tried to sign in via web & can't. I am not going to uninstall the app or unsynch my fitbit if problem on your end. Pls advise.
