    @FitbitSupport my sense takes SOOOOOO LONG TO UPDATE. It renders it useless really. Engineers and SW devs fix it?!?!? I don’t want to have to wait up to 5 min to get my stats on my sleep. I really did love the product but I am absolutely switching to Apple Watch now.

    @FitbitSupport That article is not helpful. I am not in error here. I had a light day yesterday and had 150 floors recorded. I woke up from SLEEP and had 4 floors already. This is a known bug you haven't fixed yet.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Just had bad experience with Fitbit support for my luxe tracker which has been malfunctioning very badly. No more Fitbit for me, unhelpful service. If you want a reliable device don’t go Fitbit. I’ve deleted my account. Very disappointed. #FaultyFitbit

    @FitbitSupport I've been wearing a fitbit for years. This one was a gift and the most expensive (Sense) and also, like all expensive things, the worst, (I've found). That being said, exactly how can one wear one "high on the wrist" and "loose enough to move back and forth" at the same time?

    @CandyNyangoya @FitbitSupport @fitbit Ugh they will provide me a third C4 which will probably break in 6 months. Every product has a 50% off, not for the charge 5 tho! Why not upgrade me with that 50% and keep a customer?? It’s a repeating issue, I don’t want another flakey watch #climatechange

    @FitbitSupport I am able to get an Inspire 2 through my Medicaid (KY Wellcare) healthy rewards program but the Fitbit site I was sent to redeem it keeps saying my member ID code is missing or invalid. Are you able to assist with this issue?

    The new award for the service most difficult to cancel a subscription is @fitbit ... my goodness I've wasted 10 minutes and the help is inaccurate and still can't find a way to cancel it either app or web interface. @FitbitSupport please help. Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport so I just bought the #versa 3 after my trusty old versa broke. Now the alarms won't work, as I found out this morning, nor the weather will sync no matter how many times I try to sync it. #help please! This shouldn't be so hard to use a flipping watch

    @FitbitSupport why is it so difficult to get my issue with my new charge 5 screen sorted? I’ve been on app chat twice, phone and multiple emails with videos. It’s a new device and the screen won’t work. Bought 5th Nov, received 9th, issues from 19th/20th! 😟

    Fitbit Versa stopped charging and a replacement watch was delivered. The replacement is faulty, contacted customer support, advised factory reset, problem persists. Can't connect to customer chat!!! @fitbit #disappointing

    @fitbit Worst Customer service you can imagine, waiting for a warranty replacement for about a month. Package was never picked up which tracking clearly shows, regardless the #fitbit rep had me contact the carrier...1.5h of my life wasted, terrible! Now waiting again, awesome 🤮

    Hey @FitbitSupport, just got a new Charge 5. It appears to have a persistent battery drain issue. Often the battery drains very quickly and I have to restart the device and it corrects itself for less than a day. Will there be a fix soon, or do I need to return the device?

    Hey @fitbit if you gonna charge an arm & leg for your watch, make them to last longer than 6 months, **** you! Way to ruin a holiday! Then you only give a 35% discount off New one? I remember when we manufactured things In America that were built to last, so people had money!🖕
