The Fitbit food database had been down since yesterday evening. Since @FitbitSupport has been of no help to anyone, here's an update. It appears to have just gone back online. Let's hope it stays that way. 🤞

So @FitbitSupport just tells you to press buttons to restart or reboot your device. THE INSPIRE HAS NO BUTTONS. I am now sobbing because y'all cannot be bothered to give any more assistance than a one-size-fits all approach. I have a fitbit with no screen and no help. FML.

@FitbitSupport why is the discovery card not supported for use with the versa 3? It works with the phone for contactless payment but not the versa 3 watch. It is more convenient to use the watch, which is on my wrist, rather than the phone that's in my pocket. What's the issue?
