@FitbitSupport why did my weather app on my Fitbit randomly start showing temperatures in Celsius? I've read all of the little community board threads, and they are for beginners. All settings are checked and everything has been rebooted and sync'd yet the problem persists.

Has anyone ever had a problem with @fitbit @FitbitSupport? I cancelled my “premium” membership,yet #Fitbit keeps charging my card w/o authorization.I read online that this is a common problem. Problem or theft? I want my money back! #FitbitScam I am beyond annoyed.

@FitbitSupport I’m on my third Fitbit. Last year you replaced free of charge due to strap breaking off where attached to watch face, it’s happened again , I can’t claim as no receipt. It was free replacement. I’m disgusted that this product is such poor quality. Advise

@fitbit Put some of that strength fixing your premium subscription app. #FitbitCharge5 still doesn't work for #NightShift workers. As a brand new customer, I have had bad experiences with this company from the start. Save your money for another tracker.

@FitbitSupport I had to find and resolve the issue myself. My Bitmoji set up still isn't working.. but anyways I was trying to find a way to uninstall the weather app when I found settings there and had to change it. Why would you have 2 different areas to control the weather unit?

Bought a Charge 5 from @fitbit a few days ago as its battery life was best in my research. It now lasts me around 1 day. When i contacted @FitbitSupport they mentioned its a known problem and wait for firmware update. 1/n @Google

@jimpothier @FitbitSupport Very poor quality products. I have versa 3 and the floor count hasn't worked for around 10 months now. Only had the device for a year :( another family's members Fitbit doesn't sync at all anymore!
