@FitbitSupport - both my daughter and I have a charge 3 Fitbit. Lately, when either of us checks our sleep score, the date takes ages to load and the App gets stuck on that screen until the data loads. Is there a glitch that needs resolving?

@fitbit hello, so my fitbit Alta started beeping last night, in the middle of the night, like a fire alarm. Goes for about 30secs and scared the poo outta me at 4am and it happend now at 8am. Any reason why this is happening? Any help would be grateful.

@FitbitSupport, why did you guys change the period tracker of your mobile app starting point to 1969? It’s not really an issue just time consuming to scroll through 50 years of blank months to get to today’s date to view your current period cycle. Must not have female developers?

@FitbitSupport my versa 2 suddenly is just displaying the Fitbit icon. It was working thus morning. I have deleted the app and reloaded but my phone can’t find the watch on Bluetooth. I’ve held down the button for 10 seconds to reset . The battery is fully charged please help

@FitbitSupport Hi. My Fitbit Charge 2 was bought in the US (San Fran) & Ive had it since 2017. I love my Fitbit. H/e, it's now developed a crack, suddenly, for no reason. Reading up I find it's an issue that many have faced. Help!! How do I replace the cracked screen in India?

@FitbitSupport My Charge 3 display died, I was sent a warranty replacement, and now that display has gone completely black as well. It still gathers data for the app, but is useless as a watch. Have tried restarting multiple times. Is this an issue with the Charge 4 too? Help.

@FitbitSupport It has been reported, received a discount code since it wasn't in warranty. However, there is issues with your website that I get an error message if I'm logged in or if an order does get placed the overnight shipping changes to standard shipping. 3 TIMES #annoyed

I will never, ever for the love of God buy another @fitbit product again. Countless emails about my product not working, had a broken refurb sent, a bot would be more helpful with following up. I am out the cost of the watch for a piece of plastic that can't even tell time.
