@CelestialSandra @fitbit @FitbitSupport I had the same thing happen to me! Apparently it’s a known issue and happens frequently. I was offered a 35% discount. I liked the 4 because with my Premium account I got so much info- but to have this break like this and be told to spend more money- so ridiculous!
Super disappointed with @fitbit and @FitbitSupport. Girlfriend's #versa3 bit the dust. We had to send it back, charger and all, in a protected box. They send back the fitbit, by itself, in an **** envelope. #wtf

@fitbit @FitbitSupport is still just a mess! they promised shipment Oct.. went out Oct 6 and its now Oct 20. Really? @USPS shipped it and then somewhere those geniuses sent it to the wrong state.. then bac to fitbit who did nothing with is since oct 14. Just the worst people

Trying to cancel a @FitbitSupport subscription and I get an error "Internal Server Error - Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost". Awkward. Funny how everything works except the cancelling of subscriptions 🤔
@FitbitSupport Problems with Charge 3 screen. Restart and clearing data isn't resolving the problem. Only had it 17 months. Can I get help?

@fitbit @FitbitSupport Garbage product and garbage tech support. Don’t waste your money. Charge 5 never monitored RBPM or sleep. Zero support from tech. Gave me the runaround for 2 weeks with no solution.
Dear @fitbit, the alarm functionality is soooo bad on the Charge 5. You took the very best thing about the charge 2 and ruined it, basically rendering the feature useless on the charge 5.

Fitbit products are unreliable and consistently have battery problems! Every 10 months I end up having a battery problem with NEW FITBITS. Now @fitbit wants me to buy yet a 4th item from their product line. I'll be looking for another brand to use! #ARipOff

@FitbitSupport Please cancel my premium subscription. Received an email saying that I could cancel via a link. Have tried to do this via my mobile phone and my desktop. When I hit cancel, it states that an error has occurred. I have tried multiple times and days. Carlye Penland

@FITBITSUPPORT WOW! Have been a fitbit user for 10 years and prob bought ten devices. Screen died - out of warranty but it is a very common problem on Charge 3. Fitbit offered me a 35% discount - great! but only applicable to old technology. I'm done. #fitbitsucks
@FitbitSupport can I get some help. I sold my fitbit and forgot I had a pin in. The person tried putting in a pin but got it wrong 10 times so it asked to unlock with phone. The problem is I removed it from my phone. Is there another way to fix this?

@FitbitSupport My Versa 3 seems broken. The side button is stuck in, and can't get it to pop put.
Why can't I set time in my @fitbit device? I can only select time zone. My cell, laptop, etc show a different time and fitbit shows a different time. I prefer to sync it to the minute (if not seconds). Isn't this a basic feature? Help articles only show how to change zone.
@FitbitSupport I paid for my premium subscription, but the app won’t let me access the content. Your customer service dept is a joke. Should be an easy fix, but I’m forced to sit and wait while you guys “escalate” the issue. Fix it. It shouldn’t be that hard to force your end to accept my info.
@ScottUhlTX @Apple @FitbitSupport I didn't want to embarrass them or have them feel they needed to replace it. So I bought the second one and now it too has broken. Just a ridiculous product. I am switching to Garmin.
