    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit is not tracking my sleep accurately. This has always been an issue with this device, and I have been unable to remedy it. It records only a portion of my sleep time.

    @FitbitSupport Hi I've had my inspire 2 for a few days. The app will not sync to my Huawei pro lite anymore. I've rebooted the phone, force stopped, un/reinstalled, un/repaired. I've done it all. Also the dashboard widgets have gone. How do I fix this please. Thanks

    Hey @fitbit - Girlfriend purchased a watch in 8/2019. In 6/2020 she called @FitbitSupport for help with a defective display, and they did NOTHING. Told her to "get out of the sun". She called again after her warranty was out because the screen touch screen and watch clasp broke.

    There's nothing more disheartening than having a problem with a product like @fitbit @FitbitSupport charge 3 and you get sent from pillar to post because there's no service centre in your country, now I'm stuck😭😭😭

    ..Guess what...NO HELP AGAIN. Ur agents basically nudged her past the warranty window and are now refusing to send a replacement. Thanks for the monumentally shitty devices and even worse customer service. Build better products, and be better people please @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport the screen on my charge 3 started to fade on the left side and now the screen is completely dark. I've tried putting it on the charger and holding down the button but nothing happens. Any other suggestions? it still records steps and everything else as usual.

    @fitbit bought a Versa2 that has malfunctioned just after the warranty expired. The most you can do is offer a discount on another one and a free wristband? I spent 150.00 on your product, but I wouldn’t spend another dime. It’s TRASH and your policy is too! It is deplorable!

    @fitbit Absolutely atrocious customer service! Think twice before you buy a Fitbit product because when something goes wrong (which it inevitably will because Fitbit bands are terrible quality), you’re on your own, Fitbit Support couldn’t care less!

    @FitbitSupport with all the complaints I am seeing with Galaxy devices and Fitbit compatibility since early Dec, are there plans to update this soon? My device only 1/2 functions and the online help tech hosed my wife's and she is awaiting a new one that may not even work
