    @fitbit deer all don't buy any fitbit watch as I buy versa after 4 yrs my battery was running one day and now they said no service centers and ur watch is not return. So it means it's a garbage my watch as I spend 28 thousand rupees

    @fitbit my Versa 3 won't stay connected to either of the previously installed networks. I thus can't use my Deezer. I just got this watch in February so not wanting to upgrade (and switch music providers again) just yet. Help! Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport Hi please can you advise me on how to replace/ repair my charge 4 Fitbit purchased in aug 2021 as it fell apart off my wrist and seems to be broken between the strap and the watch - have tried fixing a new strap but this hasn’t worked. Many thanks

    @fitbit It’s very clearly not a problem of the battery draining too quickly due to the features on it, as it went from lasting about a week per charge on September 30th to lasting less than an hour per charge by October 2nd. So, am I supposed to DM you or what?

    @FitbitSupport My versa is 100 charges but they running only one day so what can I do ur team said after warranty no repair centers no return policy so why we are purchase ur watch after warranty they not running tell I spend 28k it's a garbage now @fitbit @FitbitUK

    Dear @fitbit I bought a brand new FitBit Charge 5 at the beginning of Aug but 2 months later it won’t hold a charge. If I reset it I can sometimes get it to charge to 100% but within an hour it’s back down to <4%. I moved to Europe so I can’t just take it back to the store. Help?

    @fitbit I've been a customer for nine or so years. Your terrible charger design just lost my future business. $20 plus shipping every four to six months for a charger that breaks is not a good look. I thought it was just me, but the reviews are pretty consistent.

    And to add insult to injury, I got this one because my last one got water damage despite claiming to be water resistant up to 50 meters and it was barely in water for very long. Did they help? Nope. It was out of warranty…cool. @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit Get the Sense, Sense 2 or Versa 3 or 4 if you know what's good for you. Pixel isn't ready, has poor battery life.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitES @FitbitUK Hi, since Jan 2022 you confirmed me for a fitbit ionic refund (ref number 2022031804837476). Since then you have never resolved the issue, after multiple escalations and phone calls. I am still waiting for a solution, emails are never answered.

    @FitbitSupport It’s not synching. It starts, then stops midway through. Another issue is my Versa was at 87% and about 45 minutes later, it dropped down to 4%. That never happened before.

    @fitbit so it means if ur watch is not working g properly after warranty so fitbit no services centers and no return policy so it's a waste of money as I wasted 28k there is no return or repair policy now

    @FitbitSupport i am having serious problems with my Versa 3 battery, when i first purchased I got about 6 days battery. Now after 45days (funny that eh) im lucky if I get 36 hours, my activity/settings haven’t changed, what’s the issue ?
