It has been months. Isn't it false advertising stating you have voice assistant and voice text on a watch then dont allow it?

It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

I got a woman called Jona guessing from the Phillipines who has absolutely no idea what she is doing or how to behave to someone. I can’t synch my charge 6 to the disastrous new app. Never had an issue before. She even pretended she couldn’t hear me but then could when I said I want to speak to a manager then claimed she will call me straight back and hasn’t!!! What on earth? I pay good money Fitbit and premium membership.
