    @FitbitSupport the chat function is getting me nowhere so this is my next attempt. I’ve tried a variety of troubleshooting methods to fix my Fitbit luxe, and haven’t had any success. It’s still under warranty- how do I go about getting it fixed/replaced?

    @FitbitSupport I’m extremely disappointed in your sense watch. It is a huge step down from my 4 year old verse. Why does it constantly disconnect from Bluetooth and why is your response to continually recommend an unsustainable solution?

    @FitbitSupport My Son’s Fitbit Ace3 strap has broken again (2nd time). spoke with customer support and got a case number then I sent the pictures through within a few minutes and got an auto response that the case had been closed. Haven’t heard anything since. How to proceed?

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa3 for $250 a mere 12 days ago, accidentally hit my arm yesterday & now no options to fix my screen. @fitbit @FitbitSupport SHAME on YOU for selling expensive product only to then ask customers to buy a new one at a discounted rate vs helping w options.

    @MsLaydeeLala @fitbit When they reply they will just apologize and say they can’t help you, then suggest you call the recall center again. That what they have been doing to 1000s of us for months. I am soon to enter my 6th month of waiting.

    Two things to say to @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev 1. Stop asking to login again each time I open the web UI on the same computer. 2. Please, SMS 2FA is bad. Only gives the illusion of security, but it is not. Either do TOTP one or none at all.

    @fitbit I'm sure it doesn't since it was a hand-me-down from someone who upgraded theirs. But even then two failures within the same 3 weeks is a bit much. And I cannot get this one to give me text/phone notifications either.

    @MUO_official @fitbit smart watches seemingly have a connectivity issue with certain brands of phones. My friend's watch is pairing sporadically with his Redmi and mine did the same with OnePlus. I gave away my fitbit. I did try online forums to solve it. No solution. @FitbitSupport

    Brand new @fitbit (3 days old) had a defect. Important little bit of plastic snapped off. ~90 seconds in a live chat + a photo with the broken bit, and they had a replacement ready for me. Huge props to @FitbitSupport for their excellent headache-free service.

    @FitbitSupport Hoping someone can help with this. Having trouble getting sleep data on either a 1-yr old Charge 5 or a brand new Versa 3. Because this happens on both devices, I'm wondering if this is an app/software issue???
