    @FitbitSupport so i’ve updated my watch now the heart rate is not working, support can’t help and because i bought from ebay you’ve wiped your hands of it, i’ve ordered a new one from amazon but i guess i best send it back because you won’t support it if not from you?

    @garmin @fitbit @timex Do any of you make a device that tells me how far I have run (based on GPS) then uploads that to Strava? That's all I need. I don't need anything else. Bonus if it doesn't panic and crash/reboot if it doesn't have a constant BT connection to my iPhone.

    @fitbit Here's a story about my Charge 5... i put good faith and money to a company promising a great working product. After a broken display, a "new" replacement that never updates & shuts off and an escalation team that never contacted, I'm bummed about the Fitbit "experience".

    @elonmusk Can you inquire with @fitbit if they purposefully wreck the heart rate with a “so called update” just to make users have to buy new ones? My perfectly working fitbit got an update and 💥 the heart rate stopped working. 🤔 No refunds and they cannot fix it. 🤬

    @FitbitSupport when will Google pay be working on Versa 4? I have the feature but all my cards (all of which are already stored in Google pay) say they can't be added. Another feature down the drain.

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa 2, in the U.K. where I live, I bought it specifically for the SpO2 and I can’t load the clock face to show it so can’t monitor my SpO2. So I am now wearing a useless piece of plastic. How can I get this issue resolved?

    @fitbit Of course I will share the story, when it will work properly! I have Inspire 2 and I'm a premium member. The Tracker has a battery issue and brightness issue (goes black when I'm outside), it just doesn't work. The customer support is so lame, they keep giving same response.. {1}
