@FitbitSupport after moving between timezones 6 times this month, my Charge 3 refuses to get back into my current timezone. I've tried restarting, resetting back to factory settings, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc. Please help. 🥲

@FitbitSupport , I have charge 3 Fitbit. I want to change the new strap as the old strap is broken. Strap is stuck and unable to remove it. Tried as per you tube guide and it's not working. Any suggestions?

@FitbitSupport ordered a screen protector through you. Received a sports band instead. Customer service is a joke. Called 5 times. Disconnected. Can't understand them and they cannot understand my problem. Not impressed so far as a new fitbit owner.

Dear @fitbit @FitbitSupport seriously, I really do like my Sense and wear it all the time (now that I found a better band, that’s another story). But the charger. Whoever came up with that garbage never travels. Third time on vacation where one of the little prongs died.

@FitbitSupport My Inspire2 won't update time after travel. App set to automatic time zone. I've synced multiple times, rebooted device, and reinstalled the app. Recently app hasn't retained time zone setting, but when turned on again it's fixed it, but not today. Pls fix ASAP.

Lessons learned: Dog actually gets *less* ***** at dog park when it's raining; bringing towel = good idea, not wrapping dog *before* entering car = bad idea, she shook off in the back seat; the rain will stop as soon as you come home; @fitbit registers drying the dog as cardio.
