    @FitbitSupport Everything is syncing but over 10.000 steps, 56 minutes walk and 5 something km and I've got no active minutes still. Surely this is an error? I get active minutes normally just walking round my house.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there, I'm continuing to have issues with the @MFP_Ops sync. I've disconnected and reconnected but I had a lot of trouble reconnecting, and even though it says it has now reconnected - it's still not syncing.

    @pdcardosi @FitbitSupport I did manage to get through after a 30 min wait only to be told to call back in 4-5 hours (yes really!) if the issue with the outage wasn't resolved. In the meantime to keep trying to get my password reset as the app also froze me out of my account. Nine hours later.. nothing!

    @FitbitSupport Next try resolving your piss poor customer service without paying customers like us you guys are nothing ! Remember that when paying customers are asking for info and updates !!!

    @FitbitSupport Still no data on steps, heart rate and sleep - totally disappeared lunchtime today and nothing I do seems to bring it back. Please help Fitbit!

    @FitbitSupport @absolutmusic We all have the same issue - no longer tracks steps on the app and various other metrics. Come clean that this is a wider issue - can you not see the huge amount of conversation across various platforms to know that this is a massive problem?

    @FitbitSupport hi I understand you have advised the issue with pulling steps is resolved however my dashboard no longer has this information so still isnโ€™t working. Are you able to help?

    @FitbitSupport I didnโ€™t know about the problems so I uninstalled and reinstalled now i canโ€™t log in as it wonโ€™t take my user nor password. Is this still an issue youโ€™re looking at?

    @absolutmusic @FitbitSupport My layout was also messed up by the bug. Youโ€™ll have to go in manually and reconfigure the layout. That fixed my issue.

    @vickilcastro @JimBurnell @FitbitSupport Same. App is a mess now. Fitbit, maybe tell everyone they will need to reset everything - including their password if they logged out in an attempt to fix the issue hours ago.

    @FitbitSupport You mean: We want to help! What can we do for you today? Engineer a device that works with a phone still within isupport when purchased. Sense is ridiculous. It cannot sync without manual effort and therefore cannot provide the health alerts promised in your marketing material.

    @FitbitSupport I'm pretty sure you can't help. If you buy a Fitbit device, make sure to send it back before 30 days, even if you don't have time to describe the tedious faults to support. (I will not take this private.) @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport This is a very small issue, but worth taking a crack at any way because Iโ€™m a data fiend. My sleep stat was erased last night. Didnโ€™t register until 6 am and then ended at 7:30 when I actually woke. Is this glitch because of the outages?

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for the reply and for owning up to the problem. My device has synced up to basics, but everything beyond that (sleep data, health metrics) is gone from every day I can access. Can we expect any of that to return?

    @FitbitSupport Update: Fixed the issue. I logged out of the app and deleted all data then signed in again.

    So @FitbitSupport says it fixed the issue but I had already gone through all of the steps to try to troubleshoot before they posted that the issue was theirs and now I canโ€™t re-pair my device and also their help feature is down ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ this sucks
