@tillbrook @FitbitSupport App briefly starts then closes. Toggling Bluetooth, deleting & reinstalling app etc. not working. Server issue? The Fitbit (automated?) response is the same old advice which assumes the fault is with individual users/devices. I guess we’ll all have to wait until they sort it out.

@fitbit there’s clearly a massive issue with the fitbit app today it shuts down almost instantly! We’ve all tried forcing restart, restarting the phone and also switching from wifi to 4g and blue tooth on and off… app and restarting and deleting and reinstalling app, please help

Hi @FitbitSupport Seems that I'm suffering the same crashing issue that others are, since updating FitBit app to 3.76 on iOS. Phone restart and App delete/re-install have no effect. Seems that I'm not alone. Do you have an update on this issue to share?
