@FitbitSupport I have been bk in the phone as the new device isn't syncing either but I cannot fault the people i have spoken to they were all helpful just cant get it to sync. I'm sure there must be a problem with the ap on Android

@FitbitSupport since I updated my Alta I am having trouble with keeping the device on despite full charge. My Alta is v21.40.2. Please can you help. I checked the Alta forum and others have faced similar issues. The restart solution didn’t work for me.

My 7-month old Charge 4 broke 10 days ago and @fitbit support still hasn’t told me whether my warranty will cover a replacement. Can’t help but think that @apple would have replaced an Apple Watch by now. Maybe I should just make the switch?

what is a good #fitnesstracker that isn't fitbit? i tried my phone, but my phone is not always with me. i tried @fitbit versa but it led to a really bad irritation that lasted a whole year (& they just kept sending me cleaning instructions w/ a "boohoo" when i pinged them)

I tell you this, 4000M on the rower in 15mins doesn't count for **** on a @fitbit. Now I gotta hoof it a couple more miles to hit my 10K. This is the price I pay to not be a fat *** any longer.

Even better! The @fitbit Charge 4 did not record my bike ride either! I started my bike ride by using the BIKE shortcut I added in device settings on the web. Piece of junk recorded NOTHING! Not even the steps to get on the bike. What a piece of ****. Can I get my $$ back?
