    @fitbit appears to like to hide posts on their forums. Moderators keep deleting half my posts on their forums, including comments to other people's things, where I say I dislike a feature or find a feature troublesome. This is a very bad look for the company.

    Hi @FitbitSupport ! My Fitbit Charge 4 doesn't work anymore. I tried to reset it as it's said on your website. However, even if it vibrates and I can see the smile, nothing happens after. Still off... Can you help me please ? Thanks a lot !

    @FitbitSupport I get the voting system. Just saying that flas was depricated mainly due to security vulnerabilities. It is rather poor from a vendor such as fitbit to use community interest as a measure to implement security improvements. Just saying.

    17. I'm an early adopter. I don't have a problem using janky tech because,,, why not? I bought a pebble on @Kickstarter, I had a @fitbit, then a @Xiaomi #miband, I was tracking steps, would download the latest calorie counter / food diary and churn quickly.

    @5le @fitbit My battery is crap on Charge 5. I’m supposed to get 5 to 7 battery life. I’m getting about 16 or 17 hours. Customer service put me up to the next level of support 13 days ago. No one has contacted me. There is a problem with them, others are complaining.

    @FitbitSupport please help. Since yesterday my fitbit ionic has been stuck on the fitbit symbol. I've tried rebooting and everything but still isn't working. I think I've only had it over a year after my other one died 🙄 this is to much money to keep having to replace them. Help

    @OsirisKTJ @FitbitSupport Their product quality is horrible .. 3 Fitbits I have had i 1.5yrs and each just breaks down and dies 2 they have replaced and this 3rd one dies after 8 months they refuse to take responsibility for when it clearly is a pointer to their product quality.

    @VasVadum @fitbit The quality of their products it bad. I havr had 3 gitbits in a span of 1.5 years. Am now determined to atleast post something about it everyday for the next so long, no retreat no surrender.

    My @fitbit Charge4 fell apart and the best they can do is 35% off the same flawed product. Many have this same issue, yet they don’t fix or replace. May need to switch to @Apple after this bad experience!

    @FitbitSupport I just got a brand new Charge HR. The display shows a full battery but will not turn on. I've let it charge all day and night and tried the reset thing holding down the button but it just flashes and shows an exclamation point on the battery.
