    @FitbitSupport I think it's going to be time to ditch my Charge 5 & Fitbit altogether. It registers my walks as elliptical, and the stats are incorrect. It seems I'm not the only one with this problem and you're doing nothing to correct it.

    People please, no one ever buy any #fitbit watches. The sync's are always broken and takes over an hour to sync. I'd try set an alarm before bed, but actually lose sleep trying to set it up. Refund please @fitbit? #google watch for my birthday anyone?

    @madebygoogle you've invested a lot in @fitbit and hope to encourage premium subscriptions with Pixel Watch, yet right now it seems you are happy to let them trash their reputation with really poor software decisions in their app and in Sense 2 firmware/apps. Why?

    @FitbitSupport after a full month waiting and getting no help (including chat, tweets and email) bought an @amazon Halo- 10/10 highly recommend- does everything your device is supposed to do for a third of the price. (Promotional price $37!) Thanks for nothing.

    @FitbitSupport seriously, I drove from the Central time zone to the Eastern time zone. Just after entering Eastern I opened the app. 6 hours later the time still has not updated. PLEASE give us a way to update the time. This has been a long time problem. Be responsive.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I appreciate your reply but I've been through the support around 3 times before on a previous model and I really don't have the time anymore. The device itself is shockingly bad, I thought a newer model would fix it but its the exact same issue 3 models later.

    F***ing hate how the #fitbit isn’t clever enough to realise when your sleeve accidentally catches it. You start recording exercise and it stops recording after a second. Then you walk 3km. Yeah. I’m just doing this for the laugh. Poor. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport When I get an email I should be able to click unsubscribe to any email. This leads me to login to Fitbit and I have logged in the Fitbit app and do not want to login on a browser just to unsubscribe. You should make unsubscribe 1-click from the email
