@FitbitSupport Guys: Fitbit Sense refusing to sync. Goes halway and then closes. 3rd time this week! Have tried ALL your sugestions-ALL of them. Most disappointed as have been in since the beginning! Please fix this. If you go to your forums, I am certainly not the only one.

I really feel like the "go to our website, go to our help section, go to another help section, click a link to do a chat option, wait in line, ask to cancel" policy for @fitbit is probably in violation of NY State Senate Bill S1475's guidelines around canceling subscriptions.

@FitbitSupport Hi, my parents bought a new in the box "fitbit versa 2" from some mail order company. No instructions. Specific written instructions. No PC in there home to download instructions. I don't have a printer either. HELP. BTW LOVE THE WATCH !

I’m about to throw my Versa 3 Fitbit in the garbage. It won’t sync, I’ve deleted the app twice and reinstalled, it’s 6 mins behind in time, Bluetooth won’t connect! I’ve charged it! Help please from @FitbitSupport

dear @fitbit ; your high end devices are terrible for older adults with cognitive impairments. handling crashes, sync errors, random software updates and software freezes is not something this group can deal with ! in fact, no one should have to deal with it

@FitbitSupport The “update” you pushed out yesterday has broken my Sense. The battery is draining FOUR TIMES as fast, it will not sync with my iPhone, and I can’t even reboot the Sense by holding down the side button. So now what?? #FAIL
