@FitbitSupport @bigonazzi So users are having the same problem over and over and over again while you fob them off with "try this, try this" while hundreds of people know it's on your end-- and your response is to say premium is nonrefundable. We will see! You can't charge people and not provide it.

@FitbitSupport it's not fixed and it was neveer fixed! still missing steps on al my challenges ( dashboard is showing correctly) furthermore the dashboard keeps going back to calories and all sort of crap. Almost 2 days on the same issue I have logged out/back into the app, reinstalled the app.

But what bothers me most of all are their responses implying that it is user error making people jump through futile hoops, their post yesterday that they will not be able to give updates, and 1/2

@FitbitSupport Everyone in my workweek challenge is still unable to sync, we are missing steps, watches aren't correct etc... tried restarting watch/app, shut off blue tooth, reload app etc. Nothing is fixing it. I'm in Ontario Canada. I'm guessing the issue came back after fixing?
