    @FitbitSupport I want to understand *why* this happened so you can keep more of your loyal customers, b/c clearly it’s not user error. & if you’re going to offer a discount, at least offer to cover the extended 2yr warranty as well. Either that, or expedite a software fix to whatever killed it.

    @FitbitSupport notifications from Twitter are not coming in to my Versa. I’ve removed, reinstalled, turned off/on, checked all I know to check. Nothing. Calls/texts do come in to the Versa. Only the Twitter connection is broken.

    @FitbitSupport I don’t know what update got pushed that absolutely nuked my Fitbit battery life, but this is unacceptable. My Versa 2 used to go 5-6 days on one charge, and as of 48 hours ago, it barely lasts for 1 day on a full charge. My usage has not changed. Please fix this!!

    @dazednbruised @fitbit No, I know they'll replace it, but that's not the issue. The issue is false advertising and their inability to stand behind their product after they replace it once.

    @jon_a_ross @FitbitSupport So strange! They told me I can buy a new one for 35% off. They messaged me & we tried everything to fix it. They saw none of it worked, and said I have to buy a new one. I was hopeful for a replacement since I consider 1.5 years still pretty new. Hoping you have a better outcome!

    @FitbitSupport @lovealissaellen I am also having a similar problem. In the last couple of days my Versa 2 Fitbit has been draining the battery. It was charged up to 99% this morning and not even four hours later she is at 52% when normally we get 4-5 days out of a charge.

    @FitbitSupport just wondering if a new update for the Fitbit app will be released soon to help resolve the rapidly draining battery issue? Up until this recent update my Inspire HR battery would last for days and now it barely lasts a single day. Restarting does nothing.

    @FitbitSupport I can see that sea tire on tour website as a way of catching typos (like if I wrote Cambidge instead of Cambridge), but suggesting I leave out Leamington was counterproductive. And not so obvious a problem, which meant it taking several tries to figure out that was the problem.

    @FitbitSupport My Versa2 sent a low battery warning and within an hour was dead. I charged it for 2 hours, full 100% power. Went to bed, woke up and it’s dead. Help!

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit versa lite app needed update. Updated it N now my phone won't sync. Called support.Said exhausted all troubleshoot N watch is bad.Can't not fix their own system software error that messed my fitbit watch. Now only offering me 35% off to buy another. 😤

    @FitbitSupport my aria won’t tell me body fat or BMI despite resetting it, following trouble shooting questions and replacing batteries. It’s well frustrating - not exactly cheap.

    @fitbit @GoogleIndia I had bought Fitbit Sense last month for 35k for my Mom. I am a big fan of fitbit. To my surprise, in just a months time, fitbit has dropped the price to 23k? I feel cheated for being a overenthusiastic fan of fitbit 😞. Poor pricing strategy. Continued....

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 used to work for a week on one full charge - now it’s barely 8 hours. No usage has changed - called your helpline and was told that the next update will resolve this but find that hard to believe. Can you help please?

    I’ve had my @fitbit #Ionic for about 1 1/2 yrs now and it won’t charge anymore. Tried contacting @FitbitSupport and they’re no help. Think I’m done with Fitbit products bc this makes the 3rd watch I’ve bought and they’ve all messed us less than 2yrs after purchase

    @FitbitSupport There seems to be a configuration issue with synching Versa 2 with a new iPhone 12. I was able to connect using the Versa choice though.

    @FitbitSupport It wouldn’t let me make a purchase. I eventually worked out the problem. Your website’s suggested a “correction” to my address, so my bank rejected the transaction because of the mismatch. When I said “use this address,” it worked. Maybe don’t suggest that?

    @FitbitSupport Hello, I have misplaced my Inspire 2 charger and in need of a new one. Unable to find it on the Fitbit india store under accessories section. The ones I see on Amazon & Flipkart are cheap Chinese rip-offs. Help would be appreciated.
