I walked 45,000 steps in 48 hours And I would walk 45,000 more Just to be the man who walked 90,000 steps To fall down at your door (I have walked that much [thanks @fitbit !] and now I'm tired and laying on the floor singing that to myself. Is this what madness is?)

@fitbit You have they worst post selling service. Your agents told me that I can't use my Fitbit anymore cause the warranty ended and I can't repair it cause you don't have reparation centers, seriusly? Consider one more dissatisfied client. I will never recomend your products.

@FitbitSupport The case number is: 40435612. I am very disappointed that I was told to revoke access by someone who had no idea how to get it back. The problem is NOT with the health care app. The only way to fix this is to "Unrevoke" or grant access.

@FitbitSupport error 001. My Charge3 started showing random heartbeat values (160 sitting on a couch), then no sleep tracking scores. I did a hard reset several times. I get the smiley face but after a few minutes 001 error again. I unpaired the device. Doesn't connect again App

@FitbitSupport Help! I have the Inspire HR and some the plastic part of the actual watch that holds one of the strap pins fell off just now! I'm quite dependent on my tracking so am concerned I can't wear it or use it now.
