    @FitbitSupport my sense is taking forever to sync with iPhone SE 2nd gen. Please fix this at your end. I simply didn’t buy a device to keep removing/adding removing/adding from the Bluetooth list. This IS NIT A FIX. Do a proper fix please

    @FitbitSupport @CrazyVet I have had the same issue with screen brightness on the Charge 3 since I first purchased. Cust Serv only said I shd submit a suggestion for improvement. It’s completely useless outside in full sun, can’t see run laps, pace etc. Has the Luxe coloured display resolved this issue?

    @FitbitSupport given a Versa 3 for birthday last week. It keeps losing connection to Bluetooth and the versa controls won’t connect. I’ve tried shutting down and restarting, reset to factory settings and reinstalled twice. Help what can I do. calls or emails to Versa 3 not rec’d

    @FitbitSupport 2/2... I know that the main screen will show target complete if I walk 8.05 miles. It somehow translates 5 miles to 8.05km but keeps the units as miles so expects me to do 8.05 miles, not 8.05km. This shows on your forums as a common issue for at least a year.

    @FitbitSupport I really wish that y'all would fix the reminders to move so that if we change the hours, it only counts moving forward and doesn't change the previous YEARS of records. It's really disheartening to see all the past little green stars we earned disappear.

    @barryo79 @FitbitSupport I dropped it, trying to put it on. I was expecting to be able to pay reasonable fee for a repair. One might also expect a device sold as a watch to survive a static fall from the user's wrist. I'm stunned by the poor customer service though.

    @FitbitSupport the consumer might expect something sold as a fitness watch to be reasonably durable especially considering how bloody difficult the strap is. I got to wear this thing once, I have used Fitbit products for 10 years. First issue ever and there's zero support, nada, zip

    @fitbit - Hi. Is there any update on fixing the issue on the app where the miles walked target only gets completed when you've walked a KM equivalent of miles (my target is 5miles but the indicator only completes at 8.05km). This has been talked about on the forums for a year now
