    @I_am_Colleen19 @fitbit My @Garmin stopped holding a charge after a couple years and they replaced it. That device had an issue with its screen so they replaced it. They've been awesome to work with and totally stand by their product.

    @FitbitSupport Her fitbit just went dead.. even after charging they wudnt start… When the Fitbit support team diagnosed it, they said some issue with the device and replaced it 3 times and now my mom just doesnt want it. DMing u the email address

    Wow @fitbit @FitbitSupport that’s how you treat customers? I have a Versa2 that is only 3 months old not working probably. I just got off the phone with a supervisor who told me there’s nothing they can do about it, it’s a software issue. Won’t replace my watch either!

    @fitbit Happiness? All my happiness has gone after my experience with your poor devices and and even worse customer service! Devices that malfunction after less than a few months and customer service that refuse to offer a suitable resolution unless you pay more money!

    @FitbitSupport I did not know about the tips but to clarify, it was lost when I took it off for a medical procedure. It was definitely not lost in my house or work. I called, they looked, it’s gone. My mom has a second Fitbit and does t need this one back. I’m really hoping to fix the pairing

    @FitbitSupport My second Versa 2 is faulty, it was recently replaced. Support says I can't get a replacement - doesn't vibrate and speaker doesn't work. It's not right under Australian Consumer Law. How can I get a replacement for the bad original replacement? Chat didn't help :(

    @FitbitSupport Is there an issue at the moment? I’ve not been able to sync my sons Ace 2 for a couple of days as my phone is ‘looking’ so it can sync. Same with my Luxe today. I’ve restarted both devices which hasn’t helped either.

    @fitbit Sense is a bit of a let down. Battery life is less than advertised, and most apps/widgets need a phone nearby/unlocked/synced to be able to operate. Ah well. #Fitbit #Sense

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 3 battery is draining quickly, down to 39% in about 2 days according to display on pebble. But when I attach charger battery icon says 72%, which would be about right. I think it's a software glitch.

    Not to be dramatic, but the screen of my @fitbit Versa 2 popped off out of nowhere today, and they're doing nothing to replace it. Sucker only lasted 15 months. My Alta lasted years. Wouldn't have upgraded, if I'd known their quality was so poor...

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit completely let down.15 emails& phone calls!still no help. Told I am wrong when I can prove with emails from yourselves that I’m not. Fitbit completely useless, still in warranty and you refuse to help.

    If some of you are having trouble connecting your @Fitbit to #Myfitnesspal, it's probably because you haven't okayed all the new terms and conditions from #Myfitnesspal. One of those conditions say you agree to give them information on your friends; I refused so I can't connect.

    @FitbitSupport My issue after a month and a half wait for you to delivery me a all black fitbit isn't over yet. Please answer me why can't you just send me a all black versa 3 that I ordered.i stead of me having to send the wrong item you sent back to me.the one that disappeared for 50 days.

    Definitely regretting buying @fitbit @FitbitSupport Versa 3 instead of just sucking it up and getting an Apple Watch. They’re about the same price. This Fitbit is so glitchy and constantly needs to be shut down and restarted just to work properly. Love that for me.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. My watch was dead for a week while I was I’ll and today after setting it back up it’s not auto detecting walks. I have it set to pick up 10 minute walks but still not doing it. I have to actually click exercise and walk which is a pain. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport I have already done this more than once. Everything indicates I am connected but nothing syncs. MFP says I am connected, however under manage 3rd party apps in fitbit it shows nothing. I have had no issues until this past monday and nothing seems to fix the issue.

    @FitbitSupport On my cell phone when click on photo with the 5 of 14 it goes to the spinning circles (still shot) photo and not past to the data. A power off restart of my cell did not help, nor did an app update 3 days ago, or force stop. It works fine on my tablet. Help, Mark

    @FitbitSupport hello! After losing my versa light last Friday I snagged one of my moms. She swore it didn’t work but I was pretty sure she just couldn’t figure out how to make it work lol. Sure enough I charged it and was able to pair it to my phone and MyFitnessPal no problem.
