    @FitbitSupport so the app gets a update and now my fit bit won't sync. I have read others have same problem. Suggestions uninstall and re install. Why should we have to do that with a problem you created. How do you fix a versa 2 to sync.

    @FitbitSupport Just to finish up my thoughts On this, I also do remember the last time you guys wanted me to update the firmware this happened as well the glitch between Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and that was like a year or so ago or less

    So #fitbit did an update. Now thousands of users can't use their #fitbit. No apologises or yes we are sorting it with another update. Just buy another fitbit. So poor @fitbit

    @Jillian05941957 @fitbit I never even got a sorry from them. It's really poor to update something and make thousands of users unable to use it. And not say sorry for promise to fix it.

    Hey @FitbitSupport and @fitbit . Any plans to fix the lousy app. I've only had my Fitbit Versa 2 since Christmas, and now since the latest update, it wont sync. You've got a lot of upset people in the Google Play app reviews who you're not even acknowledging. What's going on?

    @Jillian05941957 @fitbit That's bad. Thousands of people having the same issue. U should check out the reviews on Google play. They r down to 3.7 from 4.1 in 2 days. It's really bad. I just don't get why they can't just apologise and sort it. I've spent a whole day off trying to fix their mistake

    @FitbitSupport Hello my fitbit has stopped syncing with my mobile I tried everything suggested on the website. I also uninstalled everything and reinstalled now I get an error message saying I cant set up the charge 4. It was working perfectly fine until around 10pm last night

    @FitbitSupport I've done all of your suggestions nothing works. I really need your team to update with a fix asap and offer your customers an apology. That's kinda the basic thing to do. Unlikely but there always hope

    @FitbitSupport Hi. No error message is appearing but when I click 'Proceed to Shipping Method' a blue circle appears momentarily and then I am returned to Shipping Address screen. Originally(yesterday) when I went on the site a banner saying site offline you are viewing a cloud version appeared

    So I think this last update from @fitbit is the problem and I refuse to do a factory reset on my phone/watch because of it. If multiple people are failing to sync/pair their devices, it is not our fault.

    @FitbitSupport I was finally able to update, I tried to update the normal way by trying to sync up and this time it gave me an option of going to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi so I chose Bluetooth and I was able to update. The glitch seems to be that it doesn’t offer Bluetooth /1
