    @FitbitSupport @fitbit watch still detects biking despite switching off auto detection for biking in the app. And in your watch why does it keep vibrating if i had already answered the call? Pls release an update to fix this.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, returned from France to England 3 days ago & the language on our watches has changed to French. We have changed the time & location back to UK, turned it off & on again, but it’s still in French. Very annoying! Can you help please? Never had this before.

    I am so sick of this app not working!!!! After installing and reinstalling as advised by you support on one of my two phones, now my device won't pair. Whoop is looking better and better every update. Google always destroys everything @FitbitSupport @madebygoogle @FitbitDev

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport, when are you guys going to fix these sh***y bugs that you have so my watch keeps working as expected? It's clearly software. I have more than one watch in my family, all with the same damn bug.

    I just received a Fitbit for my birthday last week and it says I claimed 27 sets of stairs today. I can assure you, I did not. However I drove over some big hills. @FitbitSupport, is there a fix for this? I see it’s a common issue on some blogs.

    @FitbitSupport why the hell are you forcing all owners of your devices to move to linking their Google and Fitbit accounts!? Totally unnecessary. I've bn happily using my Fitbit username and password all these years with no problem. What possible benefit can there be for users?

    Although not a massive Apple Watch fan..I’ve had mine for 6 yrs still going strong. My wife has had 2 @fitbit in 4 yrs & @FitbitSupport won’t with her broken 2nd as she can’t remember where she bought it. Thinks she’s now switching to Apple Lesson? bad support = lost customers

    @FitbitSupport on my 6th fitbit. Screens always fail. My charge 6 failed after 9 months last weekend. I had to send it my broken one for them evaluate before a replacement is sent. Product quality????. Do @Apple #Watches last longer vs perishable @fitbit’s 14 month life span?

    @Google’s superpower: buy great products → kill them slowly. 🪦 Been a @fitbit user for 10+ years. Now the app can’t even show the correct TIME. ⏰ (Kinda imp for, you know… a WATCH.) At this point, I’m just waiting for the error message: “Time not supported in your region.”

    @madebygoogle I am really regretting buying the Fitbit Sense 2 as the app on my Pixel 8 for it has been nothing but trouble for the last 5 weeks. I reached out to @FitbitSupport via the help centre and email. They were extremely frustrating to deal with.

    @fitbit is weird bc what do mean you have days where i can forget to close out my workout and suddenly I have a 13 hour, 8000 calorie strength training session. But then there are days where I stay still for 2 minutes and it closes out my ****

    @FitbitSupport Thanks but there is definitely a battery issue as goes from 66% before bed then wake up and it is down to 6%—this morning — this was not always the case and got worse recently—my usage has not changed at all so this clearly is a defective battery

    @MyFitnessPal / @MFP_Ops / @FitbitSupport Is there a new issue with syncing Fitbit data? My Fitbit data shows 9 steps and -600 calories today. It was fine yesterday and I see that the Fitbit app updated yesterday and MFP updated 3 days ago.
