Really bad service from @fitbit (@FitbitSupport) as my Fitbit broke just after the warranty, they gave a code for some discount. The code doesn't work on the expensive products, because they are 20 dollars in sale. My code goves more discount, but their system doesn't understand.

@FitbitSupport That's of zero actually help. I've had a fit bit for years because of my heart. I'm already doing the proper care. I'll just buy a non silicone band not not from you like I've had to do im the past because your bands have always been uncomfortable.

@FitbitSupport help!When I try to connect my Versa 2 through the app it asks me to put in the 4 digit code displaying on the watch but my watch only shows "unlock with your phone" in red! I’ve somehow also removed my versa 2 from the app!

@FitbitSupport @FitbitUK My Ionic went dead y'day, this morning it is 4 hours behind real time and when I go to sync it, it doesn't load. I restarted it, it went backwards by a few minutes and still won't sync. I messaged Fitbit support through the website but no response. HELP!
