Over 28 minutes of hold all for new Fitbit Air tracker that doesn’t charge or light up or vibrate and your rep is telling that this is a known issue for a product that was released a couple days ago? I checked my Fitbit earlier and I had over 12000 steps and I’d done 5x my weekly activity goal. Now I went to check the time it said it was 9am and I’d only done 2000 steps. Please fix this!!

It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.
