    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit wasn't syncing so I removed it from the app, now when I go to re add it it says Fitbit servers are down for maintenance. I haven't seen this info anywhere online, can you help me?

    @FitbitSupport I went on the help pages, tried everything. I can only view the middle 2 numbers of a 24hr time and a small section of the stats at the bottom- BUT only in complete darkness.

    @FitbitSupport turned GPS on Sense, battery lasts half a day since. Appears many have the problem online. I followed many directions. Called support 2x still can't turn off. Won't let me file a claim with insurance I PAID FOR. Fitbit service is beyond disappointing

    @tashabha @FitbitSupport I loved my Charge 3, I really did. 1st one lost lines after 2 months, replaced, 2nd went completely blank, replaced, 3rd lost lines worst than the 1st, Fitbit sent new unit again. The 4th lasted almost 2 years. Great watch, perfect size, poor quality.

    @FitbitSupport Hello, the auto tracker for exercise is not working. 2 days- and I've logged over 100 minutes of active minutes, but it's not registering as exercise despite it being just that.

    @StillDavy @FitbitSupport Couple of lines of pixels went a month back and then it's been very quickly downhill. My warranty just ran out a couple of weeks ago! Awful, no updates to sort a common problem.

    @FitbitSupport fitbit versa lite says it needs an update. Constantly fails. Tried everything I can think of. Reset it, changed device to update it with. Device is fully charged and unusable as won't go past the fitbit logo screen. Can't access menu via fitbit. Is it beyond help?

    @FitbitSupport My VERSA 2 has a Battery Problem. Even after fully charging the battery drains out within 12 hours of use. I have tried various recommendations available in the User groups but no luck. Please help in resolving.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport is likely the worst supported product ever. I have yet to have a FitBit last more than 5-6 months b4 a screen blows (and this is on me).. got a new Inspire to give them a 2nd chance & I am going on 1.5 months to resolve now after it broke after just 4 weeks

    spectacularly terrible that @fitbit has no capacity to update your profile to reflect pregnancy even to its got an otherwise good period tracker, & despite requests for this since at least 2018! Final straw for me, selling mine to get sth much cheaper & prettier

    My @fitbit Versa battery used to last 5 days. Today battery life is now reduced to 6 hours on full charge. Besides this issue and stuck button smartwatch is as good as new. Since no after sales service no battery replacement forced obsolescence’ have to throw in dustbin @Google

    Yo @fitbit your inability to edit a workout duration is shockingly idiotic. Can't believe ppl have been complaining since at least 2018 & u've done nothing. I forgot to hit Finish Exercise & now I have spinned for 3 hours. Seriously pls fix this! #fitbit #charge4 #fitbitcharge4

    The auto-destruct function kicked in on my Fitbit this week. Stays on while charging, dead when not. Forced restarting doesn’t help. Guess there’s no hope for it. Damn. @FitbitSupport
