@FitbitSupport it's unbelievable there's an outage?! The data on my watch should be able to sync with my phone! If I can't depend on Fitbit to be consistent at this stage in the game then it's time to look elsewhere.

  • Gueguense Guegue (@Gueguense) reported

Did @FitbitSupport got hacked? My watch won't sync and after reinstalling the app I can't login with google..

  • acmisra55 ambreesh misra (@acmisra55) reported

@FitbitSupport when I put the watch on charge screen revives. But goes off quite often in a day. Movements do not get recorded. Although battery shows adequately charged. Then why this issue of blackout of screen. Doesn’t record my movements. What to do, suggest.

@FitbitSupport Fitbit doesn't support their own claimed warranty. They've screwed me out of a defective watch. Im sure others have the same problem.

@FitbitSupport UK user here... Device would not sync, restarted phone and watch several times, reinstalled app - now can't connect server error... When will this be fixed please?

  • AnonIdentifier B (@AnonIdentifier) reported

@FitbitSupport Or you could just accept you're having issues, would have thought that was blindingly obvious after it being all over twitter and down detector. Quit getting people to go through ****** troubleshooting when we all know it's a service issue, not device.

  • bbeers4 Bill Beers (@bbeers4) reported

@FitbitSupport Seems downdetector indicates you have a widespread problem with users starting off failing to sync, following troubleshooting steps eventually leading to uninstalling/reinstalling the fitbit app and getting login failure. Please update the community here.
