    @FitbitSupport I have an Inspire 2 and over the past few days it's only part recording walks. So if I walk 2 miles its only recording a distance of 0.23/0.6 miles. It stops recording the distance at some point although its still counting the steps. Please help. Thanks

    @fitbit The website doesn’t work very well. I enter my information and it says my email doesn’t match. I contacted customer support and they said it was fixed. It’s still not working. Then I go to the site again and I can’t even get past the point of entering my country and state.

    Does anyone else find their #fitbit charge 4 has essentially become useless, with dropped gps all the time? I’ve tried turning on both types of gps but it doesn’t seem to help. It hasn’t accurately recorded a ride or a run in quite a while now. @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit Will you release a new watch that isn't plagued with terrible reviews? The incentive to buy another watch is enticing however the products available are few and far from the device we attempt to replace.

    My @fitbit sense paused 3 times during my workout today.. this happens A LOT & it is due to my wrist pushing on the side button & there seems to be NOTHING I can do about it. I have tried wearing it higher on my wrist but sweat makes that a bad fix. 🤬 When will fitbit fix this?

    Hi, I'm having ongoing issues with my fitbit. It repeatedly loses bluetooth connection with my phone. the only way to reconnect is to forget the connection and restart my fitbit. it's very annoying, any help? @FitbitSupport

    Hey @FitbitSupport the battery on my fitbit versa 2 that I purchased in August 2021 seems to be broken. It goes from 100% charge to having no battery in an hour. How do i get this resolved?
