@FitbitSupport in the help manual I read that some devices record sleep patterns instead of the stages. Is the the old awake and restless and if so what device records that only as I find the sleep stages tell me I have more than I actually have. Even with mine set as sensitive

@fitbit why did you break my device via firmware update? Was it intentional? Why factory reset updates device to latest version where it's not working? Shouldn't it update to factory version where is worked? Isn't this misleading to users? Will you replace my device?

My @fitbit sense overstates the number of steps I’m taking, by around three times. Not sure why or if there’s a fix. Anyone else face this issue? My Garmin and even my phone is more accurate on general daily activity. It’s fine when I tell it I’m actually going on a walk.

@FitbitSupport Surge will no longer install completely. It has worked fine until about a week ago. Installation gets to the point where it says " we found your Surge" but then says " try again". Did factory reset but did not help. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@FitbitSupport the app is not working properly since the last update!! The sleep function does not work. It tracks sleep, but whenever I open this part of the app is sticks and you then have to close the app as you can’t go back or get the app to do anything else.

@FitbitSupport Thanks for the quick reply. 1) Charging cable is the one that came with the Sense. I do not have another one. 2) I did multiple restarts before the battery was completely drained. It did not fix either issue. Next steps?

Hi @FitbitSupport. Running Fitbit 3.39 on iOS 14.4 on iPhone X with Versa 2. After syncing in the am, going to Sleep page now takes 10-15 secs for last nights sleep to appear. This is new this week. Has been great for 2+ years. Suggestions? Known issue?

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit app is syncing with my Versa 2 but I can’t click in to sections of the app, eg sleep. If I can click in, I can’t then click to get further info nor can I click to go back. Have to close app to leave screen. Can you help?

@FitbitSupport My versa lite is suddenly not working right. It is 100% charged, syncing to my phone & pc, vibrating for notifications, but the screen will not turn on. It's black. The back sensor lights work. I've tried to change the clock face, tried reset and still no screen. 😢

@FitbitSupport Wow. That’s a lot of info to give you. Since I’m not the only one this is happening to, why would I want to give that out? Can you give me info on what you know about this issue from previous reports without providing you with all my info?
