@FitbitSupport @audreyholly320 If you don't give us an update, we can't tell if it's fixed or if you are still working on things. Example some things are working, but when I click on health metrics, I get a server error. New error? Or unresolved older error? An update would eliminate these questions.

@fitbitsupport Fitbit server problems today but the ios app just has a generic can't sync error message. Surely the app is aware that it can't connect to a Fitbit server and could notify to that effect? In any case, last night's sleep data is still gone after finally syncing up.

@FitbitSupport I assume it’s a web server issue, crash, hack etc. hence why the website isn’t acknowledging the issue. In those circumstances Social Media is the only way to communicate with customers. It’s a pity I didn’t check here before resetting my wife’s Versa 3 to factory settings 😭

@K_65 @FitbitSupport I’ve had same issue bought charge 5 Dec ‘21, have 2 replacements, none work properly. Was told basically charge 5 doesn’t track heavy activity (boxing, weights, etc), WTH is the point then?

@FitbitSupport @fitbit Glad to know it’s not just me! HR 5 finally did sync but all my apps in the app all out of whack and not in order anymore. Showing calories not steps. Seriously I’ve also been troubleshooting from help site only to come here for this outage notification.
