    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Sense chargers are in need of a redesign. Having to replace your charger often due to a broken pin is ridiculous. To support this comment, please read the many comments on Amazon and elsewhere. Love my Fitbit Sense. Not the charger.

    @FitbitSupport I used to like Fitbit. But I've had to buy the same charger 4 times over cause some idiot over there thought 4 tiny brass prongs was a good idea.. back to not being able to charge my perfectly good watch.. throwing it in trash and never buying another.

    @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have fitbit charge 3 which is lying unattended since last 6-8 months, its display is not working because i could not find any service center in new delhi nor any customer care number. If you could not provide service why do you sell in India.

    @mochastarebb @fitbit I was thinking the same thing…. What is the problem to have a commercial with a built person? What is the point to have this “ultra fit” person and for sure, no matter how much you wish, you will never be fit like the person in the commercial??? Don’t get it! 👎👎👎

    @FitbitSupport my Sense 2 stopped syncing yesterday. I've turned my phone off, reinstalled the app and nothing. It doesn't show up in Bluetooth. Help!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Fitbit! My Fitbit was working perfectly until I did your update, now you can’t even read it so it’s worthless. Only solution I was given by support was to spend money on a new one. Come on, please help for real.

    Pretty disappointed by the build quality of my @fitbit Charge 4. Not even 18 months old and the strap broke once and now both brackets that attach the straps to the body have broken.

    @EthicalSkeptic Hey @Fitbit your otherwise fine products have increasing issues with BT sync in recent updates. We have grown used to a re-pair/reboot at times but this should not be necessary & wasn't before. This is an issue, for example, with my Versa 2 fw 35.72.1.23 et al. @FitbitSupport

    @effies @howardtayler @fitbit Yes that's the issue with Garmin! 😔 You either can have a high heart rate alert: - once they detect you do an "activity" (based on their own criteria) - or once they detect you're at rest for more than 10min. Which probably means your "stress levels" should be low (in blue)

    @FSUAndrew @fitbit Mine is just 19 months since purchase & the plastic piece came off. It's probably the weak link in Charge 4 design. There are dozens of threads on the @fitbit community page but they wouldnt do anything about it. Didn't expect such poor quality. No repair centre either.
