@FitbitSupport hi there! Having issues syncing this morning. Was only showing calories & none of my history. I’ve restarted my Fitbit twice, turned my phone on and off, disconnected the Bluetooth, and deleted the app. Now I can’t login. Any help, please? Thank you!

@FitbitSupport it seems your service is down today. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and my device, Charge 5, still won’t sync. It seems like a bigger issue than just a few users based on my google results. Is there an ETA for a fix?

@FitbitSupport Please stop trying to get individual users to DM you about their synching/login problems. At this point, it is quite clear you're experiencing a systemwide issue. It's more efficient admitting to it in a general post than trying to address individual users.
