    @fitbit What would bring my stress level down would be support for personal music storage on the Sense, exactly as was supported on the Versa 2. I bought my Sense yesterday from Costco and will be returning it for a refund for this reason. Goodbye, Fitbit!

    @fitbit #donotbuy So I have a new Charge 4 for new year's to track my hikes. Went on hiking GPS is not working. Contacting Fitbit support: we know about it - we will fix - we are not changing the faulty item even though guarantee is on. Charge 4 came out in 03/2020 still no fix

    @fitbit None since its taken more than a month to get the versa 2 replaced for a second time! How the F do I get a refund for this **** product and just awful support?

    My @fitbit is not even 2 months past the year warranty and it's not working properly. What was I offered? A discount on a new one. I don't think so. Don't think I'll give them any more of my money.

    so I should accept having a not working fitness watch and according to customer service just be happy that they might fix whatever time in the future #wasteofmoney @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    Hey @FitbitSupport, I haven't used my Ionic for a while now (~3 months) and now it doesn't charge anymore. Same thing happened in 2019; back then I got a new watch. Is this a known problem? 😕

    @fitbit The worst watch that I never had! So disappointing. My husband bought for me two years ago, and suddenly not charging anymore, after talking to support for an hour, their best solution was gave me 35% discount and buy a new one , I paid $250 for versa 2, it is ridiculous

    @FitbitSupport Do not buy Charge 4 - they know that GPS IS NOT WORKING but they won't do anything you have to live with your faulty item - welcome to fitbit customer support

    @FitbitSupport -heart rate during workouts on my and my husbands versa 2 have been way off by for the last few weeks. Heart rate reading too low (at least 20 bpm). never had a problem with this until recently (since the update?)

    @FitbitSupport my mum hasFitbit Versa and the screen has gone black. Still connects to her phone but the screen is black. Tried resetting it and we just get a white line on the left hand side. Having been a reluctant Fitbit user (she’s 80) she now misses it. Help@!!!

    @FitbitSupport My Versa Lite recently got a firmware update. It will not sync now. Followed steps and had my phone forget it. I cannot get it to pair again now. Please help!
