@FitbitSupport Issue remains the same, despite suggestion to clear cache on my computer and re register. When will this be resolved? Do you have a resolution or are customers just going to be asked to re register over and over again? #terribleservice #Fitbit

@fitbit taken money from me even though I don't use fitbit at all. Then refuse to refund and a horrendous #CustomerService. Another reason not to buy #fitbit. You've just lost a future and a current customer because you wouldn't refund money taken without consent! Poor,very poor!

@fitbit 60hrs later, numerous tries and browsers to verify, still not recognised. Call's to support either not picked up or unhelpful in resolving issue. Advised on Twitter to DM, that no one has responded. Rediculous waste of time.

@FitbitSupport The response was simply to wait and try again later. I was told that yesterday. Then you sent a link to re register. I did so and the reference code still doesn't work. How long is this going to go on for until you actually do something to help customers? #Fitbit #terribleservice
