    @FitbitSupport @Zierra28 That’s intersting my Fitbit screen has just done the same . Customer services couldnt t fix it so as it’s out of warranty I’ve been offer 35 % discount in a new watch but I’m not happy and reluctant to splash out again

    @FitbitSupport I did all that. And uninstalled and reinstalled. Three times. It gives me this error:  The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them. Developer information: invalid_request - Invalid redirect_uri parameter value

    @fitbit hello fitbit, I am using an Aria Air and each time I want to save my weight on my apps, it doesn't synchronize. I tried everything, shutting down the app, Bluetooth, my phone, restarting the Aria Air. It will synch only once, if I delete my Air from the app.

    @FitbitSupport Hi - my Versa 2 stopped synching to my phone all of the sudden. Following the online guide didn't help, my phone can't locate the device even though both are charged and on. I factory reset the Versa and it's still not connecting, stuck on the start screen.

    @FitbitSupport my screen has faded to the point I cannot see it. It’s fully charged but the screen is very dark. I see no wear in the app instructions to brighten the screen. The charge 3 is working as it is working in the app. But not able to read in the watch. Help.

    @FitbitSupport my Ionic keeps crashing while tracking a run. GPS or no GPS. Fully charged or not. Reset & Clock face change no help. Occurred for 6 to 9 months now.

    Good Morning @FitbitSupport I submitted a help ticket 2 days ago regarding the battery not holding a charge any longer. > 24hrs. Now, after another factory reset, it won’t charge at all and only shows 0% when attempting to turn on. Three Years Old. I Need a replacement please.

    If you own q Fitbit dont forget password or change mobile else Fitbit password reset system does not work. @fitbitsupport is useless they can only raise a case number & cannot reset password. Worst support of any company i have seen. 2 days now with a useless Sense @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport hi can someone help me please, my versa 3 isn't synching to my phone, it won't let me change the clock face... The screen just says Clock Error and my dashboard won't display my steps. I don't know what's going on 🤔

    @JJBackeberg @fitbit @Apple I’ve had a Fitbit, a garmin, and now have my Apple Watch. Apple Watch hands down (all my other devices are Apple too). A close second would be the Garmin though.

    So @FitbitSupport can you please FIX your password reset system so it actually does send out password reset emails. Tried for hours and getting nowhere. UK online chat now out of hours. So my very expensive Sense is useless as I cannot sync it to my account.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve contacted you all on fb and have been told I HAVE TO FIX MY FITBIT the extra $40 warranty can’t be used unless you all decide to after I’ve reset and jumped through every hoop (troubleshooting) that support says to do. This is my now 3rd attempt
