    @FitbitSupport hi who’s the Fitbit dealer in Melbourne ? My Fitbit screen went white . I purchased from overseas and i think it’s been over a year . It’s been replaced b4 . Now issue again Is it worth going to Fitbit in Melbourne to get it replaced. No invoice w me.

    Hi @FitbitSupport it's been a week and I still can't log my calories on my Fitbit (Versa 2). Are there any updates? Reinstall just deleted everything I logged in the last 2 weeks and didn't help. It's starting to get really annoying, it's a feature I used daily and really enjoyed

    @FitbitSupport Yes, I’ve tried them all. I’ve just come across a thread on the Fitbit community of hundreds of people who are having the same issue. I’ve worn my versa alongside an Apple Watch and a heart belt and the versa is way off every time. I’ve DM’d my email

    @FitbitSupport Does anyone else have technical issues with their device if the let the battery run down to zero? in the last 3 years Ive had 2 devices, on 2 occasions (1 per device) the battery went dead, when I charged it again the device didn't work properly again.

    @fitbit is terrible! My wife has had 4, on her second charge 3 but the screen stopped working just like the other 3. Now we changed WiFi and our scale doesn’t work. Been on the forum and everyone agrees it suck. DONT BUY @fitbit

    @MFP_Staff You're aware of the issue & you're working on it. I get it, I understand things happen. But it would be great if you could give some type of a time frame on when the syncing issue with @FitbitSupport will be fixed. One day it works, next day it's delayed, next nothing

    @FitbitSupport I’ve recently purchased a versa 3 and the heart rate tracking is abysmal when doing strenuous exercise... I’ve tried everything that support has asked me to and it has not fixed the issue, it’s so frustrating!! Help!!

    @FitbitSupport I find it a disgrace that I have a charge 3 and the charger has broken not through any fault of my own and I have to pay for the charger plus £4 shipping!! I cannot afford this and rely on my watch for a lot! I have already asked for help and said I have to pay!!

    @FitbitSupport @littlengine Will this issue resolve? Or will myfitness pal and Fitbit no longer work together? It’s been too long now and I have to cancel connection and reconnect several times a day and I’m bored of it now. It seems many are having this issue.

    Hey @MyFitnessPal if you could get the issue that literally everyone is reporting to you about your app not syncing with @fitbit that would be great. Hasn’t synched in two days and have been having issues for weeks.

    Anyone whose planning to buy @fitbit in India or anywhere in the world Please don't buy as they just make you buy the product and after that no post sales service If anything happens to the product no one is going to help as they don't have any service center so don't waste money
