    @FitbitSupport hi, my charge 5 keeps freezing and stopping working, it then has to be connected to the charger to work again and never has less than 70% charge when I reconnect it. Can you help? I’ve reset it, changed the clock face etc. Thet doesn’t help.

    @FitbitSupport The screen of my Charge 5 has gone blank and I’ve tried the various troubleshooting actions with no success. It was working fine this morning and is charged 66%. I’ve tried finding out how to factory reset it but have failed. HELP

    @fitbit can we please allow users to turn off the "you're at a risk of under training" prompt? It's like having a nagging parent constantly telling you none of your efforts are ever good enough. Just let us turn this **** off, thank you. It's NOT inspiring, it's annoying.

    What pretty solidly turned me against my @fitbit is that you can't sync data from your watch to your phone without an Internet connection, and if your Fitbit runs out of battery or turns off it loses everything it recorded. Internet-dependent services are trash. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I purchased a Fitbit Luxe May of 2023. All of a sudden. It goes off. I always hit restart. And when it gets to 40% I lose all my steps. Help

    @PawnOfMusic @fitbit I'm fine with just the basics (I cancelled fitbit premium because it was just silly), I just have issue with a notification feature that tells me almost daily I'm not doing enough... that I cannot turn off. I googled it and other people hate it too!

    @FitbitSupport I’ve done that but that’s just syncing it isn’t it? When I connect it to the charger it syncs fine, it’s getting it to not switch off randomly that’s the issue. I’ve just connected it and it came back to life with 97% battery thinking it was 8.06am, it was actually 10.57 am.

    @Google @fitbit why you have made extremely difficult to register Fitbit devices for teens (15+). Fitbit says it’s Google issue and Google says contact Fitbit. How in the world of AI, you r not able to see user birth date and decide if they are mature enough to get charge 6 ?

    I’ve been a Fitbit advocate for years. Loved every product I’ve ever had. Last March I bought the Versa4 and it’s now broken. I keep getting hardware failures and the battery is dire! @FitbitSupport. I’ve contacted Google Support about 6 times now and no outcome! Useless
