@fitbit Are you sure all the data you used is accurate? Your devices tend to show wildly inaccurate numbers. Maybe you should focus on fixing that issue first

@FitbitSupport I have not received my refund of Fitbit Ionic. Customer care is giving various excuses like device is not synched, serial number of watch required, longer wait etc etc. Going on since June. Very very bad & sad experience.... Wilson Nadar, India

@FitbitSupport I bought Fitbit Inspire in 3/2022, got injured, haven't used it since May. I resumed workouts but I can't find the app in the Google store so I downloaded it to my laptop (Windows 10) but it won't recognize my device. 😠Help! I live in Australia if that matters.

@FitbitSupport my wife has a Fitbit Inspire HR and it has always been a struggle to sync with her phone. It is not an enjoyable experience because it takes up so much of our time to make it sync at all and now nothing we do makes a difference, a complete waste of money, HELP!

Officially done with @fitbit @FitbitSupport for my fitness/health monitoring. I can't track my data without some stupid subscription. If my watch can record the data, it should save/sync with my phone and be stored locally. Otherwise, what's the point of a $250+ watch. It's ****.
