@FitbitSupport I ordered on 15/12 had an email confirming it had been shipped on 16th and was told 4 working days. It’s now 6 working days and still nothing When I try to track the shipping it says it’s was dispatched from the Netherlands!? on 16/12 but nothing after please help?

@emersonevans8 @fitbit When my blaze eventually gives up the ghost I’ll be going to an Apple Watch, It’s not done to bad though and put up with lots of abuse, knocks and dust on site for the past 3-4 years. Fitbit’s customer service and support is also second to none 👍🏻

@FitbitSupport When I was setting up a new Charge 4 I tried to add a new watch face and was told to update the Fitbit, but there was no update other than the settings app, after that app update the settings app doesn’t work anymore and I don’t know how to fix it.

Such a poor customer experience. Got @fitbit sense for Christmas, spent the whole day trying to get it to sync with the Samsung Note. Does not work!! If technology is not plug and play these days your company is not future proof, sending back will try get @Garmin watch!

In the past 18 months I've had 2 @fitbit versa watch straps snap on me. Not just side, but both sides of the strap. Absolute dog **** of a watch. Might be time to switch brand @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK

Never order from the @fitbit website! They say delivery in 2 working days, then 4-5 on the email...it’s now been 5 days, no delivery! And the support is just terrible! Maybe go to @curryspcworld instead!

Have had a heart problem from birth and asked for the fitbit sense for Christmas only to find out that ECG is not supported in Canada... thats half the reason I got the watch. Will be returning and getting apple watch instead. @fitbit
