Also my @fitbit Charge 4 (purchased Dec 2020 and out of warranty now 😒😒) is on its last legs because 2 of the four cheapo plastic pegs used in the clip mechanism to hold the strap/band on are broken 😒 …Apple Watch time?

@FitbitSupport I exercise in my house, I don’t need GPS enabled — all it does is invade my privacy and wear down my battery. Why did my app just start doing this? I didn’t change anything.

@FitbitSupport Yeah! From that page: “Sync your device regularly with the Fitbit app (at least once every 24 hours) to reduce the time it takes for the built-in GPS sensors to connect to GPS satellites.” Now guess what your Charge 5 is really bad at…syncing!

@FitbitSupport help! Fitbit Charge HR has flipped mirror image display. Have reset by pressing and holding the button while on charge. It works for a short period but then mirror image comes back. Sometimes, there are missing pixel strips, or no display at all! What can I do?

@fitbit You should stand by your devices. My watch broke because of your poor craftmenship. You gave me a tiny discount to buy a whole new watch that will probably break again I feel like you're more interested in making a buck than actually helping your customers. I feel robbed.

My Fitbit product experience was bad, the service experience is worse. I first tweeted about faulty product on 8/12 the product refund has not been initiated yet. It has taken over 5 days to even confirm receipt of package returned to their hub @fitbit @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport My 15 month old Sense battery only lasts 3 days between charges Screen display min auto on time of 8 seconds. So I'm not happy. And charging is sometime slow even with a decent charger. The connections to back are iffy even though I scrub back of watch with soft nail brush Help!

Today I made the brutal error of leaving my @Fitbit watch at home. All my steps may as well not have happened. Data is everything. Since my Fitbit data is synced with @googleanalytics, I will have to mark this with an annotation.

@fitbit I give up. Replacing Fitbit with anything after 14 months of not working properly. Past warranty. It’s junk. Haven’t worn it more than 20 times. At 100% Monday. Wed saying it’s not charging. Of course not. I’m wearing it. Can’t tell what time it is. It’s useless crap.
