@FitbitSupport @bigonazzi So users are having the same problem over and over and over again while you fob them off with "try this, try this" while hundreds of people know it's on your end-- and your response is to say premium is nonrefundable. We will see! You can't charge people and not provide it.

@FitbitSupport Everyone in my workweek challenge is still unable to sync, we are missing steps, watches aren't correct etc... tried restarting watch/app, shut off blue tooth, reload app etc. Nothing is fixing it. I'm in Ontario Canada. I'm guessing the issue came back after fixing?

@FitbitSupport it is down again, yes. "DownDetector" confirms this with over 2000 reports. Will not waste time with "troubleshooting", it is unlikely 2000 people are having the same "on their side" problem, this is Fitbit.
