My pixel watch 2 was good at it. please get it sorted in next fix

Shashank (@joinshashank) reported@fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???

Texas Peaker 💪 (@PeakerNation) reported@southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

Trevor Elenbaas (@ElenbaasTrevor) reported@FitbitSupport I have a charge6 purchased December 2024. Battery life has plummeted. It used to last a week, now about half a day. I haven't made any changes to settings etc. have restarted multiple times. Suggestions or should I toss it in the trash?

I checked my Fitbit earlier and I had over 12000 steps and I’d done 5x my weekly activity goal. Now I went to check the time it said it was 9am and I’d only done 2000 steps. Please fix this!!
