@fitbitsupport how do I reset the calorie counter on my fitbit alta? I haven't worn it for 48 hours, and even when I let the battery run right down the calories never go to 0! After 48 hours its still on 1388 calories, even though everything else is on 0!

@FitbitUK I need help. My versa lite just wont connect to my blue tooth. I've followed every instruction possible and it just wont pair. Still under warranty purchased 20.7.20 @FitbitSupport have stopped responding. I've done all the links twice over what they asked me to do.

@FitbitSupport hi my fitbit versa 3 has stopped scrolling down it works left right and up so I can't get my notifications. The phone vibrates but I don't even get the you have so many steps to go or you reached 10000 steps either.

@FitbitSupport I had a syncing issue on Sunday and had to delete the app, reset the Fitbit and start all over. Now failed again. Seems a major issue with these devices. Think I'll be asking to return it and look to Garmin or other brands.
