    @FitbitSupport I have a Versa 2 that has suddenly stopped working. I tried factory reset, removing Bluetooth and adding again and was trying to set up again from scratch. Now it won’t turn on even though it has been in charger. Help!

    @FitbitSupport The MyFitnessPal app won't let me disconnect Fitbit. I uninstalled MFP and am having the same problem.

    @FitbitSupport I need help with my sense watch. It is not updating the new software. I have factory reset the watch unpaired my phone deleted the app 2x. now I am getting that sinse is rejecting my pairing. Both times before I deleted both the app and the watch to factory reset.

    @fitbit I wouldn't bother. Check out the forums, the products always have issues, from syncing, black screen, not charging, not notifying etc.... Waste of money. When you need help, you just get a copy and paste page from the website.

    @FitbitSupport Hi I am having a problem with my fitbit, the display has gone funny displaying light and dark grey vertical lines all over it. I have reset it and fully charged it but still the same. Can you help please?

    @FitbitSupport I have the versa 2 and it keeps asking me to set Alexa in the app, it literally won’t let me do anything else! It then takes ages to re set it back up! What’s the fix for this as it won’t connect in the app! So frustrating

    My @FitbitSupport @fitbit has been idol for a couple of months, and I'm trying to get it booted it up. However, after having it on charge for 14 hours in the computer, followed by 10 in a wall plug it wont charge. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this bad boy charged up?

    @fitbit I have had 4 fitbits. I currently have the versa 2. It will not work. Voice to text doesn't work, and now won't turn on. And to top it off, no one will respond at customer service. I will be going out today to buy a samsung. Never again worst company and customer service.

    @CordeauxMelanie @FitbitSupport Well I just realized they are owned by Google who possibly actively buries negative reviews about their product & tries to corral complaints to their own community. Standard response is they sent the problem higher up, with no real resolution from what I've read.

    @FitbitSupport I haven’t used my Fitbit versa lite in about a month and now that I’ve charged it the correct date won’t sync. It’s stuck in nov. Any idea how to fix this?

    @FitbitSupport In August my 18 month old Versa died. I replaced it with a Versa 2. Not even 4 months later & it’s now continuously failing to sync w/ the app. Unacceptable! I wanted to give this company one more try & they blew it. I’ll be taking my business to Apple. #garbage
