    @heiglandreas @fitbit I know it's bad design. If you look in the forums this is a huge ongoing issue. I'll probably bite the bullet and get a new one without the design flaw but they should have me test their stuff! I found an app bug today too lol.

    @FitbitSupport @mockusc This is fitbits response to eveything, oh and "Can I interest you in some support articles." I'm glad you were able to resolve your issue, I'm going to keep an eye on mine just in case. I canceled premium because it won't work for night shift workers.

    I’ve been a @fitbit user for 9 years. I replaced my broken year old Ionic with another Ionic. The second one started acting wonky, too. I upgraded, staying loyal to the brand despite products breaking.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport My Charge 5 now only holds a charge for 3 hrs. Bought in January,had problems with Bluetooth, have reset numerous times and now it’s just not staying on. Support said it’s a known problem and I should just wait for firmware upgrades, but they don’t know when that will happen?

    @fitbit after my second fitbit failure I think I'm going to go with a real legit company like Apple...or maybe even Samsung. Fitbit is trash.

    @fitbit Oh like your customer service rep telling me it's not our problem if every avenue you go down to cancel fitbit premium doesn't work. I actually had to go to forums to have non-fitbit employees help me.

    @FitbitSupport My new charge 5 battery is draining within 1 day even when it's manual wake display and gps is on phone. Have been using fit bit since 2017(Alta hr) but never faced this issue.

    @fitbit Just don't reach out to @FitbitSupport it'll raise your blood pressure, and nothing will be resolved. Because, the issue you were having is because @fitbit doesn't support #NightShift and won't disclose this information to the user.

    @FitbitSupport No need to check unlike your employees I was able to get help from people that had the same issue. There are years of forum posts with the same issue. This is a problem your company apparently doesn't care to fix.

    @FitbitSupport just read about the ionic battery overheating problem/ update. I am prepared to switch to a sense $299 I believe. What do I have to do to get this process happening and refund on my ionic which goes towards purchasing of the sense. Please advise

    I chose the #FitbitCharge5 based partly on your YouTube review. I watched others and read reviews, but none of them it seems were #NightShift From my research, it appears @fitbit has been aware of this issue for a while but refuses to acknowledge it outright.

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa 3 to track my sleep. It consistently says I go to sleep 2 hrs after I really go to bed. I know I'm asleep but the tracker doesn't see it. The problem may be that I have a low resting heart rate - about 50. Can I tell it I am going to bed?

    @CandyNyangoya @FitbitSupport This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating process. Worked with Fitbit since 3/3 when my watch was recalled. 30 emails, dozens of calls, never resolved. I ask the question: WHY would I want to own the next Fitbit when the customer service is SO bad?! GOOD QUESTION.
