    Very angry with @FitbitSupport for not fulfilling their promotion. Husband & I bought Fitbit Sense with promise of 6 months Fitbit Premium Free. I have it and he hasn’t. Raised the issue & they say no as he had it in the past. Not in all the promotions! Next Apple watch I think!

    @FitbitSupport fitbit not functioning correctly all week eg day prior to major outage Support sorted briefly (very briefly) but now not working again. Been in the fitbitverse a long time & loyal because of sleep tracking & data history... but if I simply can’t use it then...?!

    @FitbitSupport Thanks. It seems things are slowly coming back to normal but the problem now is you can’t sync Fitbit with iPad and iPhone close to each other. This problem witnessed 2 hrs ago

    @FitbitSupport I am still having problems with the dashboard on my Fitbit. Whilst it will now sync after the proms you have encountered, the sleep icon will not open on the dashboard. Can you help

    @FitbitSupport my Charge 4 lost about 5,000 steps between last night and this afternoon. Yesterday the Fitbit and the phone app synced over 11,000 steps. Today the phone app only shows 6000 steps. I am on a 145 day streak. If this can’t be fixed it’s going in the trash

    @FitbitSupport since I updated the app, my Versa 2 auto detects my "brisk walk" as a run. Not a massive deal I guess, but I'm only walking 16 mins/mile! Seem unable to edit it. Anything I can do to fix? Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport Still an issue for me on the UK. And has done something to actual watch. No display and green lights on back flashing even after long charge.

    @FitbitSupport Nope, issue is still not resolved. When I tap on the sleep stats, it doesn’t come up the first few times, then when it does the whole app freezes and the entire screen goes completely unresponsive and I have to force close the whole app.

    @FitbitSupport have tried everything but when I try to manage my notifications on the app it won’t open, click it repeatedly and it simply will not open. Have “forgot the device” on the Bluetooth setting, removed the Versa from my account, all failed attempts #help

    @FitbitSupport I am forever having to sync my watch as doesn't sync by itself and never get notifications. I have followed all steps advised by yourself previously and still does the same very disappointment with my watch. Reboot, deleted app, update but nothing fixes the problem

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Zip will not sync. I did see the message yesterday mentioning a problem was being fixed, but my problem is not fixed. What do I do to get my Zip to sync with the app?

    @FitbitSupport I needed this watch for serious health issues that needed regular monitoring! With this watch being broken (& just past it’s warranty) I have a real dilemma as I cannot afford a new one! Why are you selling defective equipment, after so many similar complaints?
