    @FitbitSupport May I ask again regarding #arianosync. your reply suggesting troubleshooting at the user end has all been done. No it is not a matter of troubleshooting this at the user end, it is a matter of Fitbit accepting there is a problem at their end.

    @FitbitSupport Could someone at Fitbit find an aria gen 1 and try to connect it to Wi-Fi. I would expect you will find the same problem.

    @FitbitSupport What is going on with your Aria scale? All of a sudden it isn't syncing. And when I run through your standard troubleshooting steps, I end up with a "linking to -no sync" error. It's peak weight loss resolution season. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport Yep, followed all the steps and my option is to contact customer support. Someone said that it’s a software issue on Fitbit’s end. Is this true? If so, when can we expect a resolution? #arianosync

    @FitbitSupport Hi my son bought my Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas last year. I'm very careful with it & it has been fine until now. Goes to sleep mode by itself. Will Not hold a charge suddenly either. I've tried all the trouble shooting tips, nothing is working. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Joining the number of other people also having #arianosync issue after absolutly no changes to our networks. As all others, I have followed all the troubleshooting guides & spoken to webchat support. But you guys don't seem to think its a central issue!?

    @FitbitSupport Yes I’ve done it all, I’ve spent hours in Fitbit chat help. It is a problem with fitbit’s software not replying correctly as far as I can understand. An expert in networking has posted on the forum that the Fitbit API is not responding. #arianosync

    @FitbitSupport please help. My Fitbit HR either doesn’t charge or takes 3 days to do 60%. The charger doesn’t connect properly to the Fitbit either. Considering the price for it I’d expect better. Do you do any items with proper chargers as I don’t want a magnetic one ever again

    @ShelleyACook @fitbit Fitbit is in a weird state of limbo right now as the Google merger is pending. It could be things really change with them in a year or so or they could stay the same. No way to really know. As you are an Apple person the Apple Watch makes sense if money isn't an issue

    @FitbitSupport This is response is kind of frustrating cos we all over the world all of a sudden are having the exact same issue. If you would have read the thread you would have realized that it’s not are regular syncing error but an issue related to some kind of upgrade you did on your side.

    @runner8527888 @fitbit I echo this...i expect issues from time to time, dont expect to be ignored & lack of ownership. have tried various channels, where ive said "I have done all troubleshooting, the same as everyone else having the same issue" all replied "We recommend you do this troubleshooting"
