@FitbitSupport I upgraded from a Charge 5 to the Sense 2. I cannot believe how bad the HR tracking is on workouts. Consistently 40-60 points below real HR. I have factory reset, restarted, reconfigured, etc. How did you guys release such a poor performer on your premium model???

Hi @FitbitSupport. Your sell a faulty Sense costing ₹22000. When I ask for replacement within a year you ask me to return it first & then only send the replacement. And you give a 6 year loyal customer with premium subscription 40 days timeframe. Slow clap to Jennifer and Lenny.

Fair play to @FitbitSupport - inspire hr wasn't charging at all - and no hassle - they are sending out a replacemebt. In times when a lot of people are seeing bad levels of customer service, @FitbitSupport has gone above and beyond.

@fitbit I wont buy another. Both of the two I bought died way sooner than they should have and customer service just tells you too bad. If they are this disposable they should only be like forty bucks. Great product while it actually works……

@fitbit not in the app, but the stat/goal on the device itself (if you scroll down from the clock face). i dug through forums on your site and seems a ton of other people have pointed this out but you've done nothing to change it. it shouldn't have even been made with this as a default!
