    @FitbitSupport Then if Twitter is one of them can you help on here? I'm having battery issues with my less than 1 year old charge 4. It's switching off completely at 20% battery while tracking exercise and won't come back on until plugged in.

    Parcel is just a fitbit strap replacement to be shipped to my address.@fitbit @FitbitSupport don't consider customer feedbacks and in no way would they change their delivery service.Coz they think I'm the first one having trouble with @Purolator coz of no mobile contact policy

    @FitbitSupport I currently have an iPad and an iPhone and it seems that when I have the application and one or the other one works well and the other one does not is there a special way that I need to make this done because it seems that my iPhone is not working

    So @FitbitSupport is amazing. I have been having an issue with mine and used their chat to troubleshoot and it didn't help so I'm getting a replacement under warranty. Riza was great even tho we weren't able to solve it today she really tried. Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport My charge 4 quit sending me notifications. No calls, texts, or events are coming through. I've turned on all notifications. I've reset my fitbit, also deleted and set it back up. Not sure what else to do. Says it's up to date on updates. Please help.

    I loved @fitbit 2015-2020. RIP. 1st Charge 4 I bought in Nov - bands don't fit, GPS doesn't work. 2nd one got water-logged during 1st swim and won't turn on. @FitbitSupport says I must pay to send from SA to Europe for repair, even tho I bought in SA. Bad, predatory business.

    is @fitbit pulling an @Apple and slowing down older products to get you to buy new? I had refresh five times to get my versa lite to sync this morning from 4 inches away. it’s just barely a year old 🙄

    @Rappy35 Been 2 years buddy.They still use the same ****** delivery service 'Purolator' @fitbit @FitbitSupport. Their team can't resolve issues but ask customers to go and collect parcel from the Purolator depot.Coz apparently, once you make a policy you're free to trouble your customers

    @FitbitSupport Have been facing this issue since a long time now. And as your automated voices says “the executive will call back Incase the call is connected once and due to whatever reasons the call gets disconnected the executive will call back. Well, that’s false! Stop fooling people.

    @FitbitSupport please help. My fitbit account has been hacked and you have sent me an email to confirm or reject the email changed within 72 hrs. When i click the link you sent it comes back with an error to contact customer support which also fails. Security is a joke!!!

    @skeenlys1 @FitbitSupport Same way my account got hacked too... I got locked out and I'd contacted support services but they wouldn't help me.. then I got referred to @essentialhackers01 on Instagram they helped me recovered my account.. you need to see how fast and reliable

    I need an app that would guide me through workouts on treadmill, elliptical & other fitness equipments in the gym. Free preferably. @fitbit has but they are hard. They dont start slow how normal people start when they go back to they gym after an almost year hiatus.

    I know Ive said this before, dont get a @fitbit.If you do, get some 3rd party warranty and pray you dont have to deal with the chat support. Was literally just told they couldn’t escalate my issue because they couldn’t “transfer the chat” like they don’t have a ticketing system.

    Hi! Help me Twitter peeps w/ @fitbit devices! I’ve had 3 over 4 years and each has failed due to poor build quality. My current Alta HR display has gradually dimmed to nothing. Still tracks data. #fitbit offered insulting 10% off new one but is it just newer e-waste? Help!

    @FitbitSupport I keep trying to add a ZIP to my Fitbit app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I keep getting a message: "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 400.) What is that? It is irksome and I'm not buying an Inspire 2 just because you abandoned ZIP!

    @FitbitSupport You could just read the Google Play reviews over the last day or so as there's obviously a SERIOUS issue with synching atm - but as you've asked it's a Fitbit Versa Lite Mulberry - only way I can keep it synching is restarting phone every couple of hours - not good !

    Building buzzer not working,Purolator can't contact me any other way(stupid policies)@PurolatorHelp @fitbit @FitbitSupport.Apparently once you make a policy you're free to trouble your customers and ask them to collect it from depot. My issue wasn't resolved,they kept apologizing
