@FitbitSupport Hi, having problems with Versa not syncing current battery level on the app. If I force quit the app it will, but if left alone or pulled down to make it sync, it stays at lest level shown!! Help please

@fitbit I have owned two of your watches and this is the second time you gave not given me any service. I need my fit bit repair, it is outside is warranty and will be happy to pay but NO ONCE AGAIN cannot help me.......I am now done with you and will NEVER buy another one.

@fitbit I really like the smart wake alarm feature. You should make a smart no wake alarm feature where if it detects your sleep quality was bad enough it cancels the alarm.

@FitbitSupport when I travel and the time zone changes the fitbit charge5 seems to loose an hour when analyzing sleep time. This happens when I sync. Is there any documentation on this issue?

The @fitbit charge 4 is such a clunky price of ****. What a downgrade from previous versions. Constantly freezes when I’m trying to start a workout. Hung again this morning so I stomped it to death.

@FitbitSupport Called customer support to inquire about the extra insurance offed for 39 dollars covers loss, breaking and if it’s lost. Agent wouldn’t listen misunderstood then hung up on me. Some of the worst service I’ve received. I was kind.

@rkbentley @fitbit @FitbitSupport Always been a fitbit user, but the Charge 5 has a some sort of glitch. I sent my first one back on Nov 28, said it was delivered according to tracking, but they couldn't find it at facility. Finally got replacement today. It does exact same thing, black screen of death. On top of this it was clearly edging closer to his 5pm clock off time. He decided it was time to cut the chat and still leave my issue unresolved. Extremely frustrating when you pay a lot of money for one of these devices. I bet @Garmin has better support @fitbit @FitbitSupport

@cathysinden @FitbitSupport Good luck. I had the same exact problem with the Charge 5. Brand new and black screen. Took them over a month to send replacement. Replacement gets here and does same exact thing. Customer support is a joke. Google black screen Charge 5. Apparently its a pretty common problem.

@FitbitSupport I figured out the issue with hourly activity. Since fitbit is stuck to resetting at midnight, you cannot program hourly reminders to go past midnight. Example, if I wanted it to remind me between the hours of 4pm and 1am it simply breaks the app.

@fitbit Twitter account stops replying, get through to a person to talk too and she cuts me off after getting me disconnect my device? Reset to factory settings, I only brought it yesterday, poor customer service and I just want to know how to return and get a refund
