@FitbitSupport Yes. The Charge 3 had an altimeter built in. The Charge 5 doesn't, and says it doesn't, and the app doesn't show stairs results, so it's working as designed. (Too bad you can't use GPS to help.)

@FitbitSupport I've been on email, chat, phone and social support over the last two days. Some of the worst support & inflexible policies I've ever encountered. I strongly recommend avoiding @fitbit products. Used fitbit prods for 8 years, **** quality & client care is awful.

I loved my @fitbit charge 4. And when the same issue happened before @FitbitSupport was awesome. Let's see how long it takes before I get a response now that I'm complaining on social media. #CustomerService seems to be a forgotten art

@hossydossy @fitbit Similar experience for me with an inspire. Doesn't charge properly and very poor sync. They weren't interested. Dad's was the exact same and forums say it's a common fault.

@FitbitSupport Latest versa 2 update from August (35. 72.1.15) broke heart rate sensor. Gradually got worse until no longer turns on. first a restart every few weeks, then every couple days would fix it. Then every 2 or 3 hours and now it won't come back at all

@fitbit I AM COMPLETELY FINISHED WITH THE PRODUCT. The problem: the Fitbit causes me anxiety because it doesn’t remind me to get up and move regularly even after I’ve set it to do so. @FitbitSupport usually almost always tells me I haven’t updated it which rarely fixes the issue.

@FitbitSupport I returned my Sense at JB and got a Charge 5. However it seems the new bands irritate my skin too much. Didn't have such an issue with my Blaze from 2016 or Versa 2 in 2020. #Fitbit
