    @FitbitSupport you said you resolved the issue of fitbits not syncing, however mine will not sync, I have tried every single fix on the website. extremely frustrating as I need to monitor my HR and steps for my health condition.

    @FitbitSupport None of that works. If I try to edit the stats that are showing I don’t get any options to add anything but calories. It’s the same exact problem as yesterday.

    @FitbitSupport when are you going to fix the menstrual health section. Since yesterday/ today's current outage it doesn't show anything and trends tab just spins. I use this daily and can't see anything I've ever logged 😠.

    @FitbitSupport You might have fixed that issue, but it’s like Groundhog Day… same problem again this morning. I’m paying for this Premium service. Are you reimbursing us for this downtime? Are your staff competent to permanently fix any problems with your software?
