    @USCPSC @fitbit @fitbit has known about this for years. One million watches at $300 each....I'll let you do the math. They won't refund a tenth of what they profited because most of these watches are in trash dumps all across America!! That's not justice for anyone other than Fitbit!

    @Fitbit how to proceed with recall of fitbit ionic whose display is not working. I am unable to pair it with my fitbit all as I can’t see the pairing code. Already a case is registered but there is no response form your higher ups ever though it’s been more than 48 hours.

    @RedRosete @FitbitSupport They don't read! Their agent told me they don't have to refund me because I lost my watches. I didn't lose them, I threw them in the damn trash because they stopped working. They will never get another dollar from me.

    @AiHime @FitbitSupport I had seen people bringing up the heating issue with the Ionic as far back as 2020. What they do is close down old forums so users create new ones to make it look like it's a new problem, or not as widespread.

    @Brimson1 @fitbit By what ive read the refund should be about £225 and with a code to get 40% off. A sense should come down to about £167. Thats just me piecing together comments from fitbit though

    @fitbit This needs to be a class-action lawsuit! @fitbit needs to be held responsible for all the money they took for these faulty watches, causing some physical harm. A recall on faulty products that are more than likely in the garbage is not restitution! That's a cover my *** plan!

    Hi @FitbitSupport my Versa lite watch screen has just gone blank even though the green light keep flashing. Watch is fully charged. Have tried restarting but to no avail. Went to Fitbit community and saw this is quite a widespread problem. Can you fix this ASAP pls?

    .@FitbitSupport good god. In the middle of a global recall on ionic Fitbits the Support button on their website takes you to DMs on Twitter and they haven’t tweeted since before Xmas nor are responding to their DMs! Wtf like. That’s the worst customer service ever.

    @fermarotta @fitbit @FitbitSupport is the worst. I can't tell if they're untrained, or deliberately and actively acting unhelpful to hide or delay the reveal of the problems. It took, so long for a support agent to reveal to me that their products don't work if you're on #NightShift

    @fitbit Yeah, after people have purchased them, they've died and been thrown in the trash, now you want to recall them?! Then refusing to refund customers affected by this cheap *** design because they didn't keep your terrible product after it died. 🙄

    @DJuggath @fitbit Exactly! Loyal customer for years. Owned 2 of these trash *** Ionics, neither lasted, now they are issuing refunds if you still have the watch. $600 later, lesson learned. Loving my Samsung watch; less money, more features, better customer service!

    @FitbitSupport 1) As a left below knee amputee and wheelchair user I am prepared to volunteer to help with any input to make this happen. I can ask my physio at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre if she might help. Size of wheels would need to be factored in. Eg: wider wheels need greater effort.
