    @fitbit YAY. finally got new band on. I think it'll help but I also think I'm allergic to the sensor on the back of the fitbit face. I'm sure if I ask them that won't be "a thing" but. I have gold and cobalt and nickel allergies.

    @fitbit Versa 3...I ONLY want to see the timer, find my phone, and settings apps on the watch. How do I delete any others? I have looked in the app and managed to get rid of Spotify and Pandora (Thank God), but not the others I don't want. HELP!

    I insisted I wanted to get my watch repaired instead of just throwing it out like a piece of garbage, and the response I received was, "Fitbit doesn't have repair centers". I am disappointed with Fitbit and its after-sales services. @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUSAtemp

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit my fitbit app has been having issues syncing for the last week, since I've done the update. At first it was taking a long time to sync and not it isn't syncing at all. Please help. Thank you.

    @fitbit hi. Is the issue resolved that was preventing me from changing my kids ace2 clock display to 12 hr format? Her ace2 is under my charge4 account and there doesn’t seem to be a way to make changes to it either through the app or the website

    @FitbitSupport please talk to the exercise app developer and put it back the way it was for swimming. I need my Versa 3 to count my laps/distance while I swim on the watch or it’s useless. My ionic did the job but it’s recalled… please fix the app.

    @FitbitSupport I have a brand new versa 3 but the weather has disappeared. The app/icon is still on the watch but it dates no location even tho all the location settings are on. It would seem like this is a fairly common problem please can you suggest a fix

    I am ready to throw my @fitbit in the trash. There was some kind of update on Wednesday and my Versa 2 stopped talking to my cellphone. I spent 2 hours yesterday on chat with @FitbitSupport , and it still doesn't work. Can someone recommend another brand? 1/2

    @FitbitSupport Hi, how do I arrange a return? You're chat system isn't working on your website? My fitbit sense crashes often and the battery goes down by 30% per day at least with barely any features set as "on".

    @FitbitSupport Thanks I’ve turned off absolutely everything to see if it makes a difference. Though it’s only happened in the past 2 weeks. I was able to get 5+ days upto then on 1 battery and everything was on. Could it be a battery issue?

    hurray. bought a new band for my @fitbit. thought maybe it would help with the allergic reactions. can't install it. absolutely can ******* not. fine. give up. try to put old band back on. nope, that won't work either. hurray.

    I have a new @fitbit Sense & enabled @alexa99 on it. A few times I got it to answer "what time is it?" but then I invoked a skill. Now, no matter what I say it gives the same response: "Sorry, <skill> isn't supported on this device." Ideas? Fix? @FitbitSupport #VoiceFirst

    @fitbit I bought the versa 3 yesterday and the message notification service is not running a phone restart is required etc. is in the notification section of the app, Ive tried everything online to fix this, happenned with my previous fit bit too. Im getting no support from online chat

    My @fitbit Versa 2’s touch screen is non-responsive. This is the 3rd #Fitbit I’ve had where that’s occurred. Seems to be a common issue amongst many users. @FitbitSupport said it is still under warranty. Just got an email that said it’s not. Maybe I need an @Apple watch instead..
