@dlsherry @lexysavvides @fitbit I'm in the same situation... a piece of useless plastic on my wrist, and the only thing the technical service says is... wait for the update, that's how it's been for more than a month although the device is under warranty. too bad for fitbit. nothing recommended

@FitbitSupport , I purchased my Fitbit Sense about 2 weeks ago, and the screen is already broken. I put my band on the Fitbit, I heard the click, I was about to put it on my wrist and suddenly, the band comes off and the Fitbit falls to the ground. Can’t believe there is no fix.

@FitbitSupport my sense completely tuned off on me yesterday at 56% and didn't come back on to I charged it when it did finally come back on it said 60% I fully charged it took it off charge 6hr ago now at 7% can u help please thanks

@FitbitSupport GPS on new versa 3 keeps disconnecting during run and takes ages to connect in the first place (15 mins on full battery ).. I run with others and they have no such problem. Any suggestions ?? Thank you!

Isn't it bad that when you challenge @fitbit with terms under The Consumer Rights Act that that ghost you! Such a shame that sending me a replacement that breaks after a year is to be expected! Does @fitbit advertise this or include in their T&Cs

@FitbitSupport This has been a suggestion for over 4 years. Read your forums. Your moderators say “vote for it” then leave the issue as resolved. Why is it still not being considered? Surely this is a massive oversight.

@lexysavvides @fitbit Charge5 need to be removed as an Editor's Choice. They recently pushed an update to customers' devices that causes batteries to drain in a few hours, so fast that an update to fix the problem cannot be passed from a cellphone to the device successfully.

@fitbit I am having problems with Blaze 4 GPS dropping out when using to record exercise. @FitbitSupport are telling me it's known issue but no date for a resolution, please advise why? Your devices aren't cheap and we deserve better customer service.

@FitbitSupport Then you failed at that goal. When people using your app tell you it's NOT easier to read the graphs, you have failed your customers. I won't renew Fitbit Premium if the problem isn't corrected.

@LoveandRoad @fitbit If they bother to reply all they will say is, Sorry for the delay, it will be a bit longer…or we can’t help you, call the recall center. Sometimes they get you to DM to silence you but will still not help. In my 6th month now and know their scam by heart.

@FitbitSupport Actually it's not as bad as initial use made it seem. The previous version would show the data for a point on the graphs if you tapped it. It seems it's now a tap-and-hold method to get the data. That change to UI gave impression of functionality removed.
