@FitbitSupport my sense is taking forever to sync with iPhone SE 2nd gen. Please fix this at your end. I simply didn’t buy a device to keep removing/adding removing/adding from the Bluetooth list. This IS NIT A FIX. Do a proper fix please

@FitbitSupport My 1+ year old Fitbit Charge3 broke after first exposure to water in the shower. Tried resetting with the 8s hold, left to dry and on charge for 12 hours. Isn't it supposed to be waterproof upto 50 feet? Mine broke on first water exposure. Please help.

@FitbitSupport given a Versa 3 for birthday last week. It keeps losing connection to Bluetooth and the versa controls won’t connect. I’ve tried shutting down and restarting, reset to factory settings and reinstalled twice. Help what can I do. calls or emails to Versa 3 not rec’d

@fitbit - Hi. Is there any update on fixing the issue on the app where the miles walked target only gets completed when you've walked a KM equivalent of miles (my target is 5miles but the indicator only completes at 8.05km). This has been talked about on the forums for a year now

@FitbitSupport customer since 2014 here. This week my Versa stopped counting accurate steps from my dash to my challenges by 10k steps. I contacted cs 2x. Was told it’s a known issues for over a year?? I do not use 3rd party app either. Help!

@FitbitSupport, I got a replacement pebble as my screen broke within warranty. Only problem I've got now is that all my previous data has been wiped from my account as I've replaced it. I have over a year's worth of data gone. Is there anyway to get this back? 🥴😩

@FitbitSupport I really wish that y'all would fix the reminders to move so that if we change the hours, it only counts moving forward and doesn't change the previous YEARS of records. It's really disheartening to see all the past little green stars we earned disappear.

Do any other @fitbit wearers have pain in the arm they wear it on? I don't know why it took me so long to suspect this but I've had off and on bad/deep arm pain on my left side for years. Lately, pain's also in my wrist and hand. I'm taking it off to experiment!

@FitbitSupport 2/2... I know that the main screen will show target complete if I walk 8.05 miles. It somehow translates 5 miles to 8.05km but keeps the units as miles so expects me to do 8.05 miles, not 8.05km. This shows on your forums as a common issue for at least a year.

@FitbitSupport Ty for the response but as I said to Cust Serv originally & many others have complained before me, the Charge 3 does not adj. bright enough outside to be able to read the display. Has this problem been corrected? If I buy the Luxe, can I easily read the display in full sun?
