@FitbitSupport Continuing Case 39061471. Completed the suggested steps and Charge4 still not working. With it on the charger it displays "Download or update the Fitbit app to set up. 2020-12-30". Off the charger it won't display anything.

@FitbitSupport the sleep score is why I got a device. Yet It’s worked only 25% of the nights. I googled it and saw this is a PERVASIVE issue over the last few years. I assumed it would be fixed by now - it isn’t. Any idea what the issue may be?

@FitbitSupport I deleted my charge 3 from the app since it wasn't synchronizing anymore. Now i can't match it again. I tried everything but it's not working. The app finds the watch, shows me the code and tries to match, but then nothing happens. What else could I do?

@fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I HAVE WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT CHARGE 3 THAT DID NOT WORK OUT OF THE BOX AND YOU HAVE SENT BACK THE SAME UNIT WITH NO STRAP SO IT CAN’T BE WORN. SORT IT OUT NOW!!!!

I do not recommend all #Fitbit products. A few days before the warranty expires, the product breaks down. The one sent in replacement has problems after not even 4 months of perfect use and we cannot do anything because no longer under warranty. 👏 @fitbit @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport This experience is getting irritating. When I connected with the new issue I was online w/ someone within a few min but now, trying to reconnect, putting my case # in the comments, I saw the position in line go from 8 down to 1 quickly but I held for over 20 mins.

@FitbitSupport I have followed these directions and steps numerous times and not working. I deleted my Versa Lite from my Fit Bit account and now it will not re-pair AT ALL. I am so frustrated.

@fitbit I ordered a Fitbit for my wife as a Xmas present. Ordered online over 1 month ago and still hasn’t arrived. Fitbit tell me to chase the courier (their courier). So overall the online purchase and the customer service it’s very poor. I am saddened by the whole experience.

@FitbitSupport my Versa Lite won't sync. I tried all the troubleshooting, now my versa is factory reset and won't even connect in the app or the Bluetooth at all. Its not even registering as a possible device on the Bluetooth. I've updated and tried everything! Help fix it!
