    @andrealm58 @FitbitSupport i'm having the same issue @FitbitSupport . Logging something like a walk or run does nothing to change the number of steps. Used to work until this week. Have tried everything as recommended but no luck

    So @FitbitSupport why did sleep tracking stop working correctly? I'm seeing a lot of people having this problem, especially after the last update. I'm not getting a Fitbit next time, my son has a Amazfit and it seems to work a lot better.

    Dear @FitbitSupport, why your Aria scales are measuring body fat and logging it in your mobile app, but not writing it to Android Health Connect so it can be shared with other health apps? This issue has been active in your forums for three years without any explanation.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I was wondering if you could help with my Versa 4 fitbit? I charged it up last week, and a full charge lasted less than a day. I need to keep charging every day. it is going from 78% to 15% in less than a few hours. It is very frustrating. #ThanksInAdvance

    @FitbitSupport It's the fitdays app, every time I turn on Fitbit allow it takes me to login to Fitbit, then back to the on/off page without it ON, every time you try, it takes you to the Fitbit page

    Can @fitbit help me out here. I’ve updated app etc but… when loading my weekly statistics, they just won’t load or appear. If I go back through the days individually they will. Just not the weekly overviews?!! @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Thanks but there is definitely a battery issue as goes from 66% before bed then wake up and it is down to 6%—this morning — this was not always the case and got worse recently—my usage has not changed at all so this clearly is a defective battery

    @FitbitSupport I purchased a Fitbit Inspire 3 just over two years ago and another in October last year. One of them will only charge up to about 60%, it then loses only very little charge over a few days and then drops down to less than 10%. I have tried a reset, help please!

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Charge 5 won't sync anymore. I am reset tracker, reinstall app, restart phone and trecker - and still have error after enter 4 digit pairin code. Do something alredy, please. Thank you.

    Bought a Fitbit less than a year ago via Amazon’s suggested seller. Device now has blank white screen. Fitbit says no warranty since seller ‘unauthorized.’ Amazon won’t help either. Stuck with a broken $139 purchase. @FitbitSupport @AmazonHelp — can you make this right?

    @madebygoogle I absolutely love my @fitbit, can’t imagine life without it! my luxe has had trouble charging lately. If I buy a new charger and that doesn’t solve the issue, can I return the charger? Trying to be careful in this economy in case I need to buy a replacement Fitbit!

    @FitbitSupport Why is your mobile app now so awful? Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. A living ad for @GarminFitness

    @TamaraDNomad @fitbit I think it’s as depressingly simple as acknowledging that illness exists would be bad for their fitness branding. But I also think marketing for illness would bring new research and regulatory scrutiny most businesses don’t want to have to deal with.
