    Irritated that the new @fitbit app no longer tracks hourly movement and gives nudges on the watch to move, it also no longer has a "cardio fitness" score, which was a proxy for vo2 max, nor does it have a place to record water intake, better graphics dumbed down. @google

    @FitbitSupport We’ve been through this, you guys can’t even explain how my two year old Sense 2 turned into a brick a day after I installed the update. It’s not a free watch, I paid $200 two years ago. I think the update had malware in there because Fitbit sales slowed down.

    I think it’s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

    @FitbitSupport same here the mighty google cant fix the fitbit no food logging Motorola pure g phone you were the ones that took the dash off the desktop computer now you have this

    @ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

    @FitbitSupport why ******** is it so hard to see my VO2 Max? Just show me my data consistently instead of hiding it if I didn't meet your list of behavioural criteria to show it, absolute **** UX

    @FitbitSupport still app notifications etc blank - been a while now like everyone else - app and new Fitbit not working effectively- brand new because of the app issue not fit for purpose - when is it fixed - spoke to support got nowhere

    @FitbitSupport For the last day I have not been able to connect my phone to Fitbit. I have tried to force shutdown the app, and restart the phone, with no luck.

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't even send you a private message. Im a paid subscriber, and why is it i either wake up with a blank screen and I never get my spo2 anymore. Please fix this problem, and next time, please inform me when you're taking money out of my account (premium)

    Fitbit stops working after only a year and a half...@FitbitSupport can't help...No longer under warranty so I'm outta luck. Then they end the chat telling me to update the app?! Lol why? My fitbit won't even turn on!

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't send you a message. My spo2 hasn't been working for days, and I have to keep force stopping the app because I get a blank page in the morning and have to start it back up. Im a paid subscriber, and I shouldn't have these problems. Help

    @FitbitSupport why doesn’t the activity on my Fitbit show the same activity on my phone app? I’ve tried shutting it down, syncing but my hourly move goals don’t match up
