    @FitbitSupport My charge 5 won't sync. I've done everything you recommend to fix it. Now it's refusing to even re-link with my phone. Charge 5 is the worst Fitbit I've had. Really disappointed.

    @fitbit is the biggest rip off since Bernie Madoff, and the pixel watch with its inadequate battery life is staggeringly bad , they should have made it clockwork it would have been more convenient.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport my charge 4 over two years old has broken both the attaching point ms for strap. Cannot fix straps. Tried a DIY but no success. Can you all change the watch case/ upgrade it. TIA #fitbit #charge4

    My @fitbit deleted about 8,000 steps of mine for the day. Buggy software and equipment that screws you when it doesn’t sync. This stuff matters. My health insurance is with @UHC @askUHC - which pays you for regular physical activity.

    @FitbitSupport I cant sign in to my account on the website to see my dashboard. The page doesn’t load at all. I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Safari on my phone.

    The way the @fitbit works is highly unethical. When d customer buys a product of 10K+ and encounters the problem, there is proper support mechanism in place. U guys are highly unresponsive, unethical and least bothered abt customer exp & satisfaction @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I own a Fitbit charge 3 which I have had for 2 years but the screen no longer works 😞 I’ve been told to expect these to break after a couple years but that’s a lot of money to throw down the drain only to replace after 2 years

    @fitbit stay away from Fitbit devices, they stop working and customer service does nothing to resolve the issue but recommend buying a new device. @Apple has to offer better devices I’ll be sure to check them out

    @FitbitSupport Is there a problem with gps activity data syncing to strava? Just started running again after a few months break and my runs no longer appear in strava. Tried disconnecting and reauthorising the accounts but it hasn’t helped. It worked for years just fine.

    @hawthonne @FitbitSupport Exactly the same been waiting since November too they are useless when you call and just trot out a script saying your in for refund there’s a backlog - well why say three to six weeks then FITBIT FIT-**** more like 😡🤬😡🤬

    Surprised to l learn that @fitbit is not reading weight from health connect. This means that the only way to track weight is manually in Fitbit => Fitbit worst ever health app. It's like a car without wheels.

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit versa 3 is stuck in the reboot cycle. I have tried pressing the button multiple times, holding it down for 10 seconds multiple times and charging but nothing works. How can i fix this?

    @FitbitSupport Followed the instructions given on the link provided. Watch is not responding at all. What should I do next?? The swimming pool I go to is only 5m deep. If versa is designed to work upto 50m, how come my watch is dead in a 5m pool . Is it a design issue ?? Pl fix my watch

    @FitbitSupport A customer reports an issue prior to the holidays, you ask them to take photos. But they don't get back to you after national holidays, in the meantime their warranty has expired - by 4 days by the time they re-contact. It's absolutely appallingly bad #customerexperience

    @FitbitSupport (2/2) again! They gave me the link, which was not helpful. I saw on Amazon that many people have the same issue... the band on the ACE 3 breaking within a year. There's even a big after market for these bands. I would simply like a replacement. I don't have photos of it, either!!

    Gave my wife and daughter @fitbit watches/trackers for Christmas. One month later, both are dead. One won’t charge and the other won’t connect to a phone. Garbage.

    @fitbit I’m so glad I got to experience just how bad the Fitbit customer support is in the return window of my Versa 2. What a terrible way to treat long time customers.
