    Doh! My poor @fitbit ionic failed to record steps or run this morning. Now I’ll have to do those steps again to keep up my #millionstepschallenge for #diabetesuk. The more I get days like this, the more I inch towards getting a #Garmin next time.

    Less than 9 months with my @fitbit #Charge4 and the strap clamp is already seasoned and broken. I have used an #AltaHR without any issues for more than 5 years before this. Your support team is not reachable. What am I suppose to do? @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit - I ordered a watch which was not delivered , raised a case 1 month ago ...Support is always coming up with different reason and now have stopped completely ...pretty poor from a company which charges 20% premium for its products ...never again

    @FitbitSupport tried updating my Luxe yesterday and now it's unresponsive. Connecting to power cable and pressing button three times does not restart it. It won't sync in the app. Help!

    @FitbitSupport In other words: Fitbit only counts lengths, but DOESN'T break down the progress or show SWOLF, both of which were already tracked by my Samsung Active Watch 3 years ago...? Hmm... Are you guys at least working on enabling this? The functionality does exist for walks...

    @fitbit you sell your products in India but is there no service center in India. What if my watch is out of warranty and has a broken screen where do I get this fixed? Tried @FitbitSupport but all they recommend is for something that is software based. I have a hardware issue.

    @FitbitSupport I "replied" to you via email multiple times since YOU started the email string on 7/10 to see if the "issue" was resolved. It WAS not and IS not. And today... I finally heard back nearly a month later (Really?) and it wasn't even about the right issue!

    Don’t buy @fitbit products. They’re products are defective and their customer service refuses to exchange or refund you. Bought a brand new sense and it hasn’t functioned properly since I bought it. 240$ down the drain. I’ve been a customer for years. They don’t care about that.

    I feel bad, But I really need a break From my @fitbit. I didn't have this problem with my versa, But my sense? More and more I **need** it off. I have even taken it off in my sleep, which was weird. I dont know why. But the part under the watch feels really weird

    @FitbitSupport my Inspire2 sometimes responds to pinching buttons and sometimes doesn't. Is that a common issue? Tbh the unreliability means it is pretty useless.

    @FitbitSupport from many tweets is there a universal issue with charging. Mine is almost 4 years old and stopped charging today. My daughter's is less than 2... won't charge today?? Very strange.

    @fitbit @jess I care more about a working Sense device than a clock face. Some of us value function. Clearly not FitBit or @FitbitSupport . Worst customer service ever. Device that doesn't work for crap. And ad campaigns that outright LIE about what devices can do. FITBIT SUCKS!!

    Wondering why when my @Fitbit goal is to GAIN weight it still shows my daily calories at 1200... WTF? It says it's set at 0 calorie deficiency. Recommended calories for women is 2000, 1200 is bare minimum.

    @FitbitSupport my versa2 will not pair with my phone. I have tried several times but it keeps saying there’s a problem. The number comes up on the screen when it finds the Bluetooth but it then will not sync. I have tried to delete the device and start again but it still will not
