They haven’t even bothered replying but then it’s probably because they’re inundated with the same problem - the move to Google isn’t working! andy elton (@EltonAndy) reported@FitbitSupport I have a permanent red light on the back of my charge 5 and no display on the front. I've done a hard reset using the charger cable. This fixed the problem, but less than 5 minutes later it's back to red light and no display. Please advise next steps.
