  @FitbitSupport Absolutely terrible. The old app was so much better. I did not sign up for this. To make matters worse it just drains my phone. I can't believe I bought a Fitbit two days before the changeover.

  @FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

  The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice.   @FitbitSupport Replacement service is the worst! Defective Fitbit was received by you on 4/23/26. The replacement is just now shipping out (after I had to contact their stupid chat to inquire about it) Hire real people to take care of this!

  Hey @Google @FitbitSupport do you ever plan to fix the issue with supervised Google accounts no longer being able to login to the Fitbit app? My son really liked his versa, but it becomes pretty worthless if you can't sync and the time starts to drift.

  @southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

  @michelleormsby @FitbitSupport I think we all need to ditch Fitbit and move to something else. They haven’t even bothered replying but then it’s probably because they’re inundated with the same problem - the move to Google isn’t working! I’ve had fitbit watches for 10 years but this hassle isn’t worth it

  @FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

  @FitbitSupport why are you calling it "migrating" our accounts frm fitbit to Google when you are making me create a new account for my child?! That's not migrating, that's creating a new account @googlehealth you need to figure this **** out. My daughter & I can't use our watches
