@FitbitSupport Yep. And we've dmd before but because it's an intermittent fault a restart "fixes it" for a few weeks before it happens again and we go back through this process. This has been a issue for the best part of a year now...

@FitbitSupport my Ionic won't charge Have followed troubleshoot. Charger works with husband's Fb. Husband had My Fb is only 18mths old. Any help or suggestions welcome, thx. Husband's Fb Ionic had same issue last year. Fitbit said it was a known issue and replaced it.

@FitbitSupport My fitbit ionic have started message me this every minute.. "Set up Wallet..." happened after a swim in the pool yesterday. I can't stop it. Tryed to reset the watch but it did not help.

@FitbitSupport how can joining an aria2 scale be so hard. Eventually “finds” my scale, been connecting for about 15 mins. Try other way via invite from existing user. Email arrives, tap accept invite - page not found. It’s appalling. Please help me?

@FitbitSupport I am trying to contact someone for Fitbit support. Met with many, many dead ends. I have tried live chat, PM and email. Your customer service is letting you down. I have a defective watch which is causing pins and needles in my wrist and nobody seems to care 🤷

@MissSqui @FitbitUK Pretty much, maybe something would happen if everyone with a problem got together about it against fitbit? I just searched twitter for 'fitbit skin' and people dont realise its an allergic reaction. @FitbitSupport just say 'remove it and wash regularly' which doesnt help

@Selhurstboys I’ve got NordVPN- but as I say - it messes up my Fitbit tracking and that messes up my WeightWatcher tracking. Can’t have that. The problem is with @fitbit as I understand it, so no point changing VPN. Probably get Garmin when this Fitbit stops working (as they all do).

@FitbitSupport the Valley Loop adventure has a bug. There is a diamond challenge that tells you to log water, but challenge does not recognize even after logging water. Checking threads, this issue has been going on for over two years.

@FitbitSupport I've been using my Versa 2 for a couple years, and about a month ago it stopped tracking my sleep. I've tried shutting it down multiple times, it never worked. I finally tried a factory reset, and now sleep doesn't even appear on the Fitbit Today stat list or apps.

Either the @fitbit app has issue or its the Ionic that has the problem. Can @FitbitSupport explain why after a run I get 2 diff time results for avg pace? Especially when one says more than any of the per mile pace?

@FitbitSupport I bought a Fitbit ionic in May 2021. I’m currently getting less than 24 hours between it going from 100% to less than 20%. I was getting 2+ days between charges a few months ago. Have I got a broken device?

I’ve been a Fitbit user for years. Last week I bought the new Charge 5 which cost almost $200. The battery was defective and would die in less than a day. Fitbit support was making me jump through hoops. I’m returning it and have a bad taste in my mouth. @fitbit @FitbitSupport
