@FitbitSupport My Ionic watch is death. I try to charge over more hours, but the screen stays black and I can't do anything. The battery was ok in the days before, but sometimes the watch's screen starts on spontaneously. I had cleaned charging contacts. Can you help me?

@FitbitSupport Revoke and resync doesn’t fix the issue. Dm sent. Multiple users complaining on Twitter . So must be an issue from your side. First time experiencing this issue since I started using the service 5 years back. Very strange

@FitbitSupport Yes. It was working earlier in the week (and for the last few years) but not yesterday, I have seen other people have the same problem. Hopefully relinking will work... Has there been an update to the terms with the Google os stuff?

@fitbitsupport I can see a map of my run last night on the Fitbit app, but when I generate a tcx file there’s no GPS data. A search on internet suggests this is happening to others too. What’s the issue? How can I get at my geographic data?

@Jason @fitbit I finally gave up on Fitbit and switched to the Apple 6. Annoying to have to charge it daily, and some of the workout apps are buggy, but otherwise very happy with it. Helps that it pairs with my Tonal.

So @fitbit still isn't syncing to @Strava and, looking at the Fitbit support replies on her, tons of folk are having the same issue. All being told to follow a reset script or something. I dunno... If I saw this pattern I'd start to suspect a more general issue.

@FitbitSupport No the app won’t launch at all, and the gps isn’t active. I’ve tried restarting it didn’t help. I’ve read only factory reset has solved this for other users...I’m not keen on that option.

@Jason @fitbit The Apple watch is the most intrusive device that I have ever owned-Even worse than the iphone. It takes a week to figure out how to quiet it down (i don't need it telling me when to breath or stand) And the worst thing for me is you can't keep it on the charger and "off".
