My Fitbit sleep tracker is hit or miss & then people tell you well do all these things to fix it, well Saturday night it recorded my sleep just fine, last night it didn't record it at all, and I didn't change anything. @FitbitSupport

@madebygoogle I absolutely love my @fitbit, can’t imagine life without it! my luxe has had trouble charging lately. If I buy a new charger and that doesn’t solve the issue, can I return the charger? Trying to be careful in this economy in case I need to buy a replacement Fitbit!

Just for anyone interested: don’t buy a @fitbit. The data that it generates is erroneous and garbage. Basically all you’re getting is a fancy watch. @FitbitSupport is shite as well. Might as well be no one home. They don’t seem to be willing to back their product. Buyer beware.

Anyone else with a @FitbitSupport Inspire 3 think that the little charger unit is useless? A short lead, into a USB socket, it keeps detaching when you set it down to charge. 😡 there must be a better way, surely?!

@FitbitSupport any update!? On issue and fix over 12months now unable to view low heart rate history. Promise it's a priority still each update nothing? Updated app, charge 6 awaiting firmware update. Samsung *** phone up-to-date I await in anticipation a promising fix update.

@FitbitSupport I purchased a Fitbit Inspire 3 just over two years ago and another in October last year. One of them will only charge up to about 60%, it then loses only very little charge over a few days and then drops down to less than 10%. I have tried a reset, help please!

Dear @FitbitSupport, why your Aria scales are measuring body fat and logging it in your mobile app, but not writing it to Android Health Connect so it can be shared with other health apps? This issue has been active in your forums for three years without any explanation.

@FitbitSupport It's the fitdays app, every time I turn on Fitbit allow it takes me to login to Fitbit, then back to the on/off page without it ON, every time you try, it takes you to the Fitbit page

@Stephtfoo @FitbitSupport Hers is some generic brand called Amazfit from Amazon because the more expensive ones failed just as often as these, and we basically get them replaced like clockwork before the extended warranty expires lol. Problem is the replacements are never the same one.

@madebygoogle @fitbit never had a problem with my versa 4 but the last week it won't hold battery charge. Says charged to 100% but dies within 24 hours. Always been able to get approx 4 days wear between charges. It's useless to me as it is as I can't charge it every hour!

@FitbitSupport pokemon sleep can't seem to pick up my fitbit sleep data. It syncs just fine in fitbit. But thinking it's not going to health connect and therefore not making it to pokemon sleep. Please fix. I've tried resyncing on fitbit and through pokemon sleep, restarting.

@FitbitSupport Congrats @fitbit for designing the worst watch band in the history of watches - the Sense. A HORRIBLE way of locking the band to the watch face. Constantly comes apart, dropping the fragile watch face to the ground to crack. I regret my purchase.
