    Not really impressed with @fitbit Luxe. Horrible battery life (if not the worst in its latest lineup) and not as easy-to-use with too many function control on a tiny screen.

    @FitbitSupport disappointed with the poor customer service. Charge 3 screen stops responding and I am being told there is no way out by your customer service!

    Don't buy the @fitbit charge 5. The tracker doesn't track appropriately and actually deletes steps. Worst tracker watch. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from a tracker watch that deletes steps.

    If you want to know what bad customer service is, contact @FitbitSupport for an issue that's going on since March & spend 2 weeks emailing back and for with 0 results. #fitbit #sense3 is not working & they can't change the script. #useless

    Is there a backend problem @fitbit? The app logged me out and does not accept a valid #password. When I go through password reset procedure it does a valid reset. When I then try to log in: no go. I repeated the previous steps in a superset of 3.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Ionic stopped working. I constantly get just the Fitbit logo displayed on the screen. I tried everything and ended up calling support. And guess what - worst support ever. Got hung up on 3 times. Don't buy a Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport hi. Jut got a SG21+ phone and now Fitbit is not syncing with My Fitness Pal. Not sending my steps to MFP or Fitbit not picking up food logged for Fitbit dashboard. Any help here? What can I do?

    @FitbitSupport @parkjames My issue is with your tracker itself giving me a rash that until now is giving me issues! I have already sent you pictures and a vid of my rash burn! Until now it gives me an uncontrollable itch! I had to go to a doctor to get it treated and medicated!

    @fitbit I've just experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life - wasting days of my time - after receiving a product which didn't function from day 1....

    @fitbit Too bad your product doesn’t last more than 1 yr! And the best that support can do is offer a long tome loyal customer 35% off a new product. I’ll just buy another brand for a tracker- garmin or Apple Watch. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

    Hey!!! @fitbit How are you still in business? I got a Fitbit and it is absolute garbage. It hardly ever works like it should. I got a code to get it for free. If I paid money I’d have your ***. You should be ashamed and BANKRUPT!!!
