@FitbitSupport Thanks for your quick answer. In any case I believe it’s a hardware problem rather than a software. As you see in my picture, the glass covering the screen seems to be deteriorated in its borders, as if it was being separated from the screen.

Such a terrible device @FitbitSupport versa 2. Measured my heart rate at 160 in a rest period between sets. Fitbit says 88. What's the point if it can't even measure heart rate? Like.... Half reality.

@fitbit This is the pathetic experience one can get. Hv spent 20k to get a watch and then not able to use it since last 5 months just because of pin band detachment issue. Not at all a customer centric approach. @fitbit bull **** service 🖕🏻

@fitbit The fitbit aria air smartscale is a waste of money!!! And worse yet, fitbit won't stand behind their product. Now, it is weighing a whole POUND AND A HALF off. I have tried everything to fix this thing!!! And it is STILL having problems communicating.
