    Fitbit charge 3 screen went blank. Device is still recording steps/sleep etc and button vibrates on side when tapped. Tried changing the clock face and plugging in to restart but no luck. Can you help @FitbitSupport ?

    Noticed over the last month that my @fitbit Sense stopped giving me call notifications so I've spent the morning looking into it. Did all the troubleshooting checks and had my daughter call me. Still doesn't work. Getting real tired of fitbits not working after a few months.

    Had an issue with my @fitbit. @FitbitSupport was outstanding. Immediately helped and sent me a replacement without any hassle. Many companies could learn from their CS/tech support model.

    @FitbitSupport I have checked and the support is no good as the screen is dead it has lines running down it, all emailed but all I get is out of warranty, this versa has not lasted 2 years after my other versa screen did the same, I have been told I will get a discount email but nothing >

    @GravySSB @FitbitSupport it turns out that when my **** breaks two months out of warranty, and I find out that European customers get an extra year of warranty, i get annoyed when Fitbit pretends they are doing me a favor by offering me a discount* and a free wristband**, i get way more annoyed

    Hey @FitbitSupport can you please fix the known bug in your app that incessantly asks me to enable location services, even when I’ve purposely set them to “never”? Google doesn’t need to know where I am 24/7 any more than it already does 🙄

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 2 won’t sync with the app and I’ve tried all the trouble shooting steps and like everyone else, it still doesn’t work. Maybe it’s time you guys admitted it’s a problem with your app.

    @fitbit multiple users reported that their Fitbit stops tracking heart rates, mine is less than 2 years old, if I wanted products with usages that bad would buy Apple products. This is not acceptable

    @FitbitSupport I have tried everything that is on line. The watch is charged to 60% and the face is just blank. I tried a hard restart, it's just completely dead and no flashing green light on the back. Going in the trash can!

    @GravySSB @FitbitSupport like. technically they don't have to do anything. they are fully within their legal right to tell me "**** off" that doesn't mean i have to like it, and pretending you are doing me a huge favor with a discount (that doesn't do much) and a free wristband is worse than "**** off"

    @FitbitSupport Hello, just got a new versa 2 and can't set up. Type in the 4-digit pin and getting Error 400 on IOS, "try again" on android. Both phones fully up to date, reset multiple times. Customer support says it's an "known issue"... any news so far? :(
