    @FitbitSupport What about the issue of the white screen on Charge 5? It's been raised on the community, but no solution yet after applying all the suggested steps from restart, to new clock face. None works.

    @fitbit 2 watches, both dead in under 2 years from water exposure. Offered a discount on a watch only to be told old watches only, nothing new, after I placed the order. Now they won't help with canceling orders, I have to figure it out. Not impressed, time for Apple or Garmin

    @fitbit even tho 1st customer rep heard this, I had to chat again w “Bianca” in Asia (who didn’t say “I appreciate you,” before en conversation when the device was STiLL broken)… and now I am awaiting word for device replacement. Do I believe it? Taking bets, peeps

    @FitbitSupport Gave up on @fitbit ..started having trouble exactly at the 2 year mark. Constantly going to the startup screen and battery running down within a few hours. Tried the factory reset several times that was recommended but no luck. Have had several Fitbits in the past..never again.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport terrible customer service from fitbit. Their courier, EVRi, appears to have lost my package and they couldn't care less. Told a "special team" would investigate and I'd get a confirmation email...... 🤥 #badcustomerservice

    @FitbitSupport I raised a warranty issue for a replacement band on the 3rd Sept. It’s now the 16th sept I’ve messaged and had no response. It’s not good enough. I’ve been 2 weeks now without my Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport I am still yet to receive an email pertaining the refund that should have been issued 22nd June at the latest according to the first email. I called in August and was advised it was marked as a priority. Still not heard anything? Please issue the refund.

    /7 I could buy the Versa 2, but it doesn't have the built in GPS of the Versa 3. Which means I couldn't use "outdoor exercise" on it. Which is what started the problem with a perfectly good device. I'm almost ready to move on from @fitbit , and go to another tracker.

    @fitbit I had my Fitbit for less than 6 months and the device and the charging cable is defective, went to Costco they said I can’t do an equal exchange. I change from an Apple Watch to this and no help on just getting it replace. Are you able to help. All I want is an exchange.
