    @FitbitSupport I've just been told by your support team you can't help me log in because I had an old account registered? He couldn't remove my old one. He wouldn't pass the call. So what now? I just return the device because I can't login? Really disappointed

    Tech companies like @Google and @Fitbit still have the same problem with navigating COPPA and allowing kids to have access to devices. As a result, parents have to opt to lying about ages or not using the devices. Guess which they choose? #coppa #smartdevice

    @FitbitSupport still app notifications etc blank - been a while now like everyone else - app and new Fitbit not working effectively- brand new because of the app issue not fit for purpose - when is it fixed - spoke to support got nowhere

    @FitbitSupport My sleep score has been consistently dropping the last few days. 77, 76, 74, 69 and today 68. Looking at the statistics I cannot understand why this is dropping. It would help you gave a brief explanation e.g. less deep sleep or more light sleep or not enough rem๐Ÿคซ

    Life is unfair. @apple my iPad broke can I have a refund. It was going strong until this morning when I opened the Fitbit app and it **** it's self. @FitbitSupport I want compensation your stupid app broke my iPad and my watch stopped working for no reason it was going strong too

    Dear @FitbitSupport - can you add the ability to block any manual weight readings. This has been an issue on and off for about 10 years. Please provide a way to fix it that doesnโ€™t involve deleting 100 records each day

    @FitbitSupport Trying to lodge a (late) Ionic recall for refund & keep getting passed from Customer Services to the Recall Dept & back again as neither can fix the other ones issues. There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

    @FitbitSupport can u help?? As Fitbit is now part of google only and the issue is reg google pixel 2 watch. @consumerforum_ , FYI we are observing products by google and Fitbit, that can burn hands due to heat generated by inbuilt sensors.

    @payelhati2907 @madebygoogle @FitbitSupport Iโ€™m having same problem with my charge 6. Unresponsive, troubleshooting tips donโ€™t work. Iโ€™ll put it on the charger and itโ€™ll show it still has a significant amount of charge on it. No help from Fitbit support. How do I fix this?! Itโ€™s become unreliable and useless.

    @FitbitSupport my watch stopped syncing and I can't it it to reset. But I keep getting syncing messages on my email. Make it make sense!?! I miss my step counts and daily motivations on my weight loss journey. Please help me. Thank you.

    @FitbitSupport Inspire 3 hasnโ€™t been able to connect to my device since yesterday. Seems to have randomly lost connection in the afternoon and now canโ€™t connect to Bluetooth Turning Bluetooth off & on didnโ€™t work Nor did turning off & on my device Find my phone also not working

    @FitbitSupport Iโ€™d love to know but my Sense 2 turned into a brick after I installed the update. Tech support said out of warranty and they didnโ€™t even bother to understand why the update killed my watch. Terrible customer service and terrible product! I hope you guys canโ€™t sleep yourselves!
