Over 28 minutes of hold all for new Fitbit Air tracker that doesn’t charge or light up or vibrate and your rep is telling that this is a known issue for a product that was released a couple days ago? Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.
