    @abledoc @fitbit I bought Fitbit Versa back in 2018, and all I can say is, it is trash! Wasted my money! Should have gone for Garmin.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit my Fitbit Versa Lite stopped working after a firmware update a couple of days back. The device no longer measures the pulse and does not count the steps I restarted the device but to no avail I also did a factory reset but to no avail please help #fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a brand new Luxe, and try as I can anywhere on your site and resetting the watch. I cannot set the timing to Pacific Coast time. It’s on East Coast time and I live in Los Angeles. Please tell me how to fix this issue. I’ve looked everywhere online.

    @FitbitSupport @Fitbit "full body" category is still not loading exercises. Logged out, in, phone rebooted, stop forced, app uninstalled and reinstalled tried to load with data,... Same problem on android and ios

    @rachelmichelle @FitbitSupport same! They keep saying looking into it and aware of issue. I send screenshots and all. One challenge I have 0 steps other challenge 4900 steps . One with 0 started earlier. Poor product and support

    @KayNgwenyama @FitbitSupport Mine is doing the same thing as well as my mom’s and friend’s Versa Lite and Versa 2 and Fitbit won’t address the issue and continue to tell me that I’m not under warranty anymore so they won’t replace it…this can’t be a coincidence

    Have been using @Fitbit since 2016 Time to leave as 1) They can't be repaired 2) Poor durability. Barely lasts an year or two 3) You buy their shirt lived hardware and they expect you to pay an expensive subscription service Thought Google would fix Nope! @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit @FitbitUK how does a fully charged versa 3 that ahas been shut down run out of battery? Isn't the point of shutting it down to save the battery life. Almost £300 for this, not happy

    @FitbitSupport Versa 2 stuck at logo screen. Tried resetting multiple times. Trying to understand problem as I read may were having the same problem. It's costly to just receive a discount to purchase another. Are you sure the problem won't happen again after purchase of new one
