    My daughter’s @fitbit has broken but it is difficult to get hold of customer Suport. Made worse when she borrowed my wife’s old one and that stopped working too!

    @FitbitSupport I got a month old Charge 4 from a family member and set it up, but it is very slow and laggy, especially when swiping. Occasionally, swiping up or down is instead detected as a left swipe, and the animation is very choppy. I have already rebooted it to no avail.

    @FitbitSupport hi I’ve received a replacement Fitbit Charge 3 but I’m not getting my notification alerts. They come through sometimes but it does not vibrate. HELP!!!!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Since the latest update, my Charge 2 won't sync with application. Restart my phone, reinstall the application, follow the troubleshooting guide and nothing is working. Really disappointing. Please fix it.

    @FitbitSupport hi, my versa 2 keeps turning on and off on its own especially when exercising! Also the heart monitor is way off at times like today while exercising it was saying 110bpm while my heart was around lowest 150 doing 15 min burpee hiit. So frustrating! Please help.

    @sallymcmanus @fitbit Fit bit are the worst. I've been through 3 and it's an endless cycle of reconfiguring the watch face to get anything to work. Forget about syncing. Gave up and got an Android watch. Sorry, there's no positive news.

    @parkjames @fitbit To be honest first ever product I disappointed to the most is #fitbit .Do you think you are open to the customer in recalling your devices or admitting you have really hardware or sw issue in your devices but blaming the customers

    Absolutely disgusted with @fitbit @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport. Wife has AltaHR, failed to sync after 18m use. Fitbit aware of the issue, widely complained about on net, engineers working on a fix. It's been 6 months!! Will not refund her for a product that simply doesn't work.

    @FitbitSupport The issue I have is that it is likely only 15 months old and the issue is because of a defective product not because of something my mother did. It is stuck in a firmware upgrade. The appropriate thing to do is replace it with a refurb one if not a new one.

    @FitbitSupport I have a Versa 3 and recently it’s stopped showing me notifications. It still vibrates, but nothing comes up on the screen, and nothing happens when I swipe down. I’ve checked all the settings and everything seems fine?
