    @Vee_Burgess @FitbitSupport I'm having the same, exact problem! I send @FitbitSupport a message asking if they are going to fix it. I can see they've read the message...[crickets]. I think I'll be returning this and getting a different brand fitness tracker!

    @FitbitSupport charge 3 has a black screen. Its fullly charged. I did the update still nothing. I plugged into the computer fitbit vibrates but still a black screen. Also tried to change the clock face that didnt fix it either. Not sure whatelese to try so I can see the screen

    @FitbitSupport 2nd fitbit versa in about 2 years that failed exactly one month after warranty expiry. First one had malfunctioning HR monitor. The second one now is not discoverable by bluetooth and hence is a useless device now. Very bad quality of products.

    @fitbit Instead of posting why not help ALL of your Android users who have not been able to sync their trackers for more than 2 days! Just wondering when. This "Fix" that Kate from fitbit spoke about will be out for us? Some help would be appreciated

    @FitbitSupport My charge 4 stopped connecting when the app updated 2 days ago, tried everything including unpairing now it won't pair up again and is running 10 minutes slow.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @Google my new fitbit4 will not sync with my phone. I have tried all of the advised solutions. Many complaints on the FB community. As well as the GPS issues, this is a joke of a product. Fix it please or refund my money. Shockingly bad......

    @FitbitSupport I have tried all of this. I move it, loosen it, tighten it, change arms etc etc. It's not working and incredibly frustrating. It's only when I'm completely stationary can it get a reading.

    @FitbitSupport The virtual mission third part app I added to Fitbit to allow Fitbit to send steps to it supposedly at 2:00am on previous day steps (toronto Canada time) is instead sending steps at 7:00am on same day steps, missing all steps from previous day. Can you fix this from your end?

    @FitbitSupport I have been facing an issue with mobile notifications since the day I have purchased FITBIT Versa. It's been 4 months now but the notification triggers for few hours when I uninstall & reinstall app, again stops working. Have complained thru help too but luck.@FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hey fitbit team. Having troubles connecting a Versa 2 to our home WiFi, it's also paired with an IPhone 11 and fails to sync most days... any ideas? I've paired the Versa 2 with my samsung phone, still no connection to WiFi. Sync issue with IPhone 11 seems common.

    @FitbitSupport @Chantal44786485 Too many complaints. There is no way you can keep up. Too many have already spent too many hours trying to fix an issue that is at your end. Maybe you should look into that so you are more helpful...

    @FitbitSupport Stop telling people to try the syncing tips when you know it's your latest app update that is causing the issue.... We shouldn't have to mess about uninstalling/reinstalling and messing with bluetooth connections. Just sort the app out!

    @FitbitSupport Had syncing issues for around 10 days. None of suggestions work and clock now exactly 30 mins slow. What shall we do next?? If the latest update has caused problems please be honest and say what you're doing to fix it and likely timescale.
