    @FitbitSupport my Charge 5 stopped working all of a sudden. I went through all troubleshooting steps and I even bought a brand new charger (in case that was the issue) but it’s still dead. That happened right after a recent firmware update. Please have a look!

    @b_debangana @FitbitSupport @fitbit Such a flimsy product! My strap broke off too and I've already gotten the watched replaced because of an issue. This is the 2nd time it's conked off. I see that they've got a lawsuit in the USA for their products overheating. Only want to track burning calories, not my skin! :(

    @FitbitSupport anyone else having an issue with the fitbit sense 2 not being able to set up to lock when it's off your wrist. It will only allow you to enable the lock function if you set up fitbit pay in ur wallet - I don't use FB pay and never had to with original sense.🤬

    Disgraceful service from @FitbitSupport my versa 2 was replaced last year, delivery date is one year and 13 days since ordered and device is faulty, the best offer is 35% discount on a new product. Given that this is the second faulty device, clearly indicates a problem. Avoid.

    @FitbitSupport have a Charge 5 and after using in for swimming it stopped working. After contacting support I was told passed 1yr wrty. I was offered a 35% discount on a new one. Watch is supposed to be water resistance 50 Mts and is not. Poor manufacturing. Never buy again!

    @fitbit why is your product so user unfriendly? I'm laying in bed wanting to set a silent alarm but it's not syncing (happens like 3 times a week needing a restart). I can't restart the watch without getting out of bed to find the charger. It's such a bad design flaw!
