@FitbitSupport I don't dispute it. My issue is the pebble is metallic rose gold coloured and my fitbit is purple latex. Now, as a consumer, aesthetics are important to me and as a manufacturer they should be important to your company. It's basic aesthetics - and I'm not paying for a new band.

@FitbitSupport And then on those friend requests I have to be friends in order to even see their “About Me” which is an optional blurb about fitness goals? On some I can see where they live? Which great, if I’ve lived in Dallas 24 years, that only narrows it down so much. But that’s about it.

Ever since I got my @fitbit Charge 5, I haven't got a sleep score. Anyone else have an issue? Band feels bulky and uncomfortable. It's either too tight or not tight enough. It's a great watch but not getting a basic sleep score is frustrating for the price. #fitbit #fitbitcharge

@FitbitSupport you’re the worst. I’ve used Fitbits for several years and now when I have a defective Fitbit Charge 4 that breaks after only a few months, you send me a generic email saying it doesn’t fall under warranty, with no explanation as to why.

@FitbitSupport the app keeps hanging when I click on the icon to track my exercise. For one hour now, I’ve been closing & reopening the app, switching my phone off & on, & I even uninstalled & reinstalled. Still the same thing. Fix up, cos this has messed up my workout plans.
