    @fitbit you just lost me as a customer! I didn't realise I had a premium subscription until you took the money from my card. I apparently signed up when I bought the watch but was not aware. You won't issue a refund. This is upselling by stealth and you are losing customers!

    @FitbitSupport hi, I’ve had my FitBit versa 2 for a 1yr and half it been working absolutely fine til about 2 days ago when the touch screen stopped working. I’ve tried restarting it but that don’t seem to help just wondering if you knew what might be wrong?

    @FitbitSupport Within 7 months my belt's clip of Fitbit Sense broke, preventing me from wearing the watch. Repeated calls went unanswered while the email ids were shown invalid. It's unexpected seeing such bad customer service. Would be helpful if Fitbit looks into the matter.

    @Michaelaveyard @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Same problem here. They told me to phone a number to see what’s happening, but they just keep fobbing you off with excuses. I rang them last week and was told a note would be placed to hurry things up. There’s absolutely no way to check progress either. My experience is rubbish.

    @FitbitSupport Is there a way to submit suggestions? Mine would be automatically taking us out of a race or game once it’s complete so we don’t have to scroll down 5 inactive bingos to reach the one that’s still going. The races, sometimes there’s no option to /

    @rsmck @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Mind you, would be less of an issue if their whole approach to charging wasn't so terrible; every new device has yet another stupidly-designed clip thing and meanwhile the knockoff I bought of Amazon years ago just had a USB cable built into the strap :-)

    @fitbit WTF. My Fitbit no longer charges!! Brought in January. Joke is you will only replace it when I just want my money back. £200 down the drain.

    @FitbitSupport charge 5 is not working. Tried all the usual fixes to no joy. The battery is running low extremely quickly. Its a waste of money and now I cannot even track my fitness!!!

    @fitbit is dogshit. Hasn’t synced properly in months. Have to wait forever to sync, if it does at all. Followed instructions on google searches. It is just a bad product.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Versa 2 battery suddenly drains off suddenly without any warning. This is just after it being charged to 100%. Display in dim configuration with a minimalistic clock face. Usage patter remains same as earlier, but battery performance has degraded. Help

    @FitbitSupport Can you explain why, if it says I got 6 hours sleep, with 40 minutes of REM, and 55 minutes of deep sleep, then I go back to sleep for another hour, the REM and deep go down to like 15 minutes? I simply don't believe these numbers any more.

    @FitbitSupport Never every gift anyone a fitbit. I got a fitbit from my ex-coworkers when I left my job, it stopped working after a few months and when I tried getting help, I was told that since I didn't buy it, I can't claim the warranty.

    So I just found out that @fitbit / @Google will increase the price of ownership of their smartwatches for Canadians by $138 - PER YEAR. WTF? The only option for local music is Deezer (no Pandora here), and that's $11/month. What a complete f'n crock. No longer recommend

    @FitbitSupport my inspire 2 that I had for less than a year stopped working for absolutely no reason. I put it on sleep mode , woke up the next day and it won’t turn on or respond to the charging cable. Please help.
