@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

Hi @fitbit how does one report potential security incidents to the team? I’ve had intermittent issues with my Fitbit where it unpairs with my phone and displays an error message “no phone contact” and for a brief moment the health data becomes inaccurate.

The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. @southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

@FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport
