    @fitbit Huge amounts of people are having problems with their earlier Versas at the moment after a so called update tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works we are all left with watches not working not sure I’d buy another after this

    @xdadevelopers your review of @fitbit Sense 2 Inspire 3 and Versa 4 is Garbage 5? These reviews are all about quid pro quo which your gullible readers don’t know. Fitbit products are TRASH @google knows it.

    So my fitbit suddenly stopped working, @FitbitSupport investigated and kindly offered a discount on a new device. Ok I'd have rather they fix it but that's better then nothing, Oh well actually it is nothing - the discount is the same as the current offer so I have nothing.

    @FitbitSupport Straps were broken, when I have received them. I requested for a replacement, even after receiving replacement they were not in a good shape.

    @FitbitSupport at the end of my tether with your so called online support. Been cut off 3 times, done all the troubleshooting and watch still not working. Can someone come back to me with an actual fix or let me know how to change the watch for one that works?

    Its a bad decision to have a @fitbit in india, no proper customer support, no repair centre. Any issues you face, the only option is to throw it off.

    @fitbit so after waiting for 6 months for the firmware to fix the battery, then syncing issue I now have a fitness tracker that doesn't count calories with no fix from tech support. At what point can get a working watch?

    @FitbitSupport I know from your community area that I am not alone on the Charge 4 issue where the update basically bricked the tracker and it's not usable. Also the 35% discount to buy a new tracker is taken off the list price, not the sale price, so it's not that big of a deal.
