    Hi @FitbitSupport as soon as I open the sleep analysis the app hangs up and I’ve to close it completely. Are you aware of this problem? I hoped with every update that you would fix it.

    @fitbit hi, my sons charge 3 has stopped syncing to any device and isn’t even showing up in Bluetooth. I’ve reset it and tried multiple devices but it’s not working. The app says it’s connecting but times out. How can I fix this please

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit charge 3 has no display that shows up. It is still working because I get the data on my app but it’s frustrating because I can’t even tell what time it is. That has been the biggest deficit of this Fitbit is the display, has never been great. Please help!

    @fitbit ordered a product over 2 month ago. Received and it was was not working correctly. Contacted customer support and was told to ship it back for support. Every time I contact customer service they say.....

    @FitbitSupport Hi. Thought this was solved but it's not: My Alta CONSTANTLY disconnects itself from Bluetooth. Numerous times a day. When I'm not aware, of course, it misses all my steps. I've tried all the fixes I could find. Still happening. Help?

    @FitbitSupport I think I’ve just sorted it. I tried everything apart from deleting the app completely then reinstalling it. I’ve just done that and it seems to be working again. Cheers for getting back to me so quickly. If it goes down again I’ll be in touch.

    Hi @FitbitSupport . Any suggestion to help with Bluetooth audio stutter? Since I got my Charge 4 two weeks ago, it's impossible to workout and listen to music simultaneously. Even causes stutters in the car. Help!
