    Hey, @fitbit and @FitbitSupport why do you not work with USAA for FitBit Pay? It's counterintuitive and you kinda should fix that. The forums have been asking you to do so FOR FOUR YEARS. Fix yourself, then do burpees.

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 has a blank display. it is charged and recording activity, connects to the app. I've tried changing the clock face. If I restart it, the logo shows up but then it goes dark again. I successfully updated the firmware. any suggestions to fix blank display?

    @FitbitSupport I have two separate Fitbit Altas, both with battery issues. I’ve followed steps to restart them and I updated the software. I cleaned them with the methods given via the chat help but they still both don’t work. One won’t come on at all and the other knocks off constantly.

    @FitbitSupport has anyone experienced a black screen on Versa 2? Or a scrolling introduction page that no matter what you do will not go away? I have an issue with the Fitbit product or app Atleast once a month as I use it religiously.....but the headache is more than it’s worth.

    @FitbitSupport I have an iPhone 6s (iOS 14) and a charge 2 I have had them and the message and phone calls show up on my fitbit which I love at work, recently this has stopped and I have tried toter bluetooth on and off but it doesn't help. Is there anything I can do?

    @FitbitSupport Got new Fitbit sense last week. It stopped sync. Of data last night. I did factory reset and now it shows network operation issue, unable to add device. Its kind of a disappointing getting issues in the first week. Need help.

    @fitbit I am a loyal fitbit customer but very disappointed with the stability of my connected watch. I have a crash every 2-3 days and my only way to get it back to normal is to restart it. how can I do to have a connected bracelet that works over time?
