    @dishumor @fitbit @FitbitSupport 100% agree I am on my 3 fitbit in 5 years after 2 years they just die. And the only thing fitbit support does is help you buy a new one... On to a new fitness tracker... becausr I am tired of this cycle of short lived devices.

    I’m having such a terrible time with @fitbit lately. Last year my watch stopped working and because it was just outside of the warranty - FitBit offered no solution. Now, new watch - less than a year old starts glitching abruptly 🙄

    @FitbitSupport Ur going through the same drill again and again. Confirm u can really fix it. Model no , yera etc info I already gave two months back . Nothing happened after that. Ur support told me that new update will take care of this issue but still nothing correction happened.

    @FitbitSupport i had a sense for Christmas 2020 that kept disconnecting , I had a replacement for it and now this has done the same - I’ve tried all of the trouble shooting things already

    I will caution my followers into buying a @fitbit Versa 3: 1. HR zones don't work, never have, only got canned responses from @FitbitSupport. 2. Floor count is broken for alot of users, they won't acknowledge it publicly but @FitbitSupport confirmed to me. No plans on fixing it.

    @FitbitSupport I am glad you acknowledge that the service has got worse. I spent an hour trying to work out where it was, apparently it was sent from DHL to Royal Mail. It is stuck in Germany, and no one can help. I have written to your CEO Mr Park, and magically it is being sorted.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for looking into this, seems the issue is it is stuck with DHL. Your response of my having to contact them is frustrating. I am still waiting to hear back. A warranty replacement should not take this long. My faith in the fitbit brand is now completely gone.

    @fitbit I was given a Fitbit Versa 2 in Dec of 2019. It got stuck in a boot loop 2 days ago and your support wasn't able to fix the problem. The only alternative offered was to buy a new one w/a 35% discount. So, you're devices are only supposed to last a yr and a half? #fail

    So @fitbit I returned my Charge 4 due to a defect, and you replaced it.... Kudos! However, you also had me return the band with my broken device. Can someone explain why I didn't get a band with the replacement?

    @FitbitSupport Jeez do you guys even listen to yourself? And you wonder why people are complaining? I just said that it was frustrating that I have to contact DHL myself, your response wait 10 days then contact DHL. Unreal Amazing how poor the service is now.

    @mishra_baibhav I had a @fitbit watch. Unfortunately cracked the glass in a fall. Had to run around for a replacement. Finally had to throw it to the back of my garage. Problem - lack of service center.

    @Apple @fitbit ** I know that it's an interface problem because the side button on my 1-yr old Versa 2 failed a few months ago, and i get stuck in settings modes with no way out but to let the battery run out, then re-charge the watch... #UXFail #UIFail
