    @FitbitSupport Again, can’t get Versa to sync after a zillion tries. 1) janice.utley @gmail.com 2) IPhone 10, updated to latest version - 14.4.1 3) Cell says Bluetooth is connected to Versa, but app says not, I have redone it a dozen times. 4) I have turned off phone, too. Help!

    @FitbitSupport please explain this to me - I have a Charge 3. I use exercise mode - Walk. Yesterday I walked a path for a total of 1.57 miles. Today I walked the same path but this time I went faster and slow jogged and by the time I finished I had a total of 2.75 miles?

    @FitbitSupport I'm having trouble setting up my versa 3. I got a new phone and when I logged in it wouldn't connect to bluetooth. Followed all steps but not working. Help!!

    @fitbit Bought the Sense in January...turns out it’s buggy as hell. Even in your forums people complaining about the inaccuracies of the HR sensor. Fitbit refused to acknowledge the issues. So returned it for money back.

    @mamimaria @Yahoo @fitbit Yes, apologies, it wasn't the OS that needed updating to fix the issue. It was the Android System Webview and Chrome. Glad you got it worked out on your device!

    @FitbitSupport My Mum was gifted a new Charge3 which she is unable to set up. I have tried to set it up for her - it connects, but says the tracker needs an update. When I do this it says “Something went wrong. There was an error while trying to update your device.” Please help.

    @FitbitSupport I am so beyond frustrated I have to completely force restart everything every single day to get my push notifications to come through. I never had an issue before the last update. I don’t get any notifications anymore. I’ve tried everything.

    Hello @FitbitSupport every time I go to the app and sync my Fitbit then try to go to my sleep overview the app freezes. There aren’t any updates to the app available I’m wondering what the issue could be or how to resolve it?

    @sucksfacebook @fitbit That’s right, it’s not the right choice for health tracking. I bought it also and I’m very disappointed with its poor performance.

    @FitbitSupport I was going to buy a whole new one since the sensor is 4 years old. Who knows when it'll go considering the band has broken twice. Your shipping times are too slow. I'm literally carrying my sensor on my walks to get steps. So yes I went 3rd party.

    @FitbitSupport I am having issues with the Notification. None of the notification are coming up on my CHARGE 4. I have done all basic trouble shooting from the articles such as reboot phone, disconnect Charge 4 and reconnect. Updating firmware. Reboot charge 4. Still no go.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit versa will not show the time, only a blank screen, even when fully charged. This was happening intermittently but now all the time. Other functions seem to be working. It’s about 2 years old. Thanks for your help. Dennis Berger, Rochester Hills, Michigan

    Having the WORST experience trying to cancel a free trial of @fitbit Premium that came with my purchase. I didn’t directly sign up for it. @FitbitSupport you chat team should be able to manage this without additional run around. This confirms I will never pay for Premium.
