    @FitbitSupport What issue!!! No issue was mentioned!!! Nor was it any other time you've responded to it over the past few months. It's an automated daily total sent using IFTTT. I've been using it for years!

    @FitbitSupport so why is my Charge 3 getting notifications for emails out of the blue? This just started today and I'd never set those notifications up in the app...and every time I go to disable them, they just keep resetting to enabled and buzzing me on every email. Please fix.

    I went through two Fitbit Versa watches in 2 years. Both broken, and coincidently out of the 12 months warranty. That is the definition of a horrible product. Bottom line - Do not buy Fitbit! @FitbitSupport @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my fitbit versa 3 wouldn't let me go into the exercise option. So, I shutdown my versa 3. It won't comeback on. It comes on, shows the blue dots and goes back off, it keeps doing this, please help?

    @fitbit it's total not worth money buying fitbit watch. After one year my watch is not getting connected and on help it says nothing can be done as warranty period is over. Means if you are okay to buy watch just for one year then you may otherwise don't buy fitbit watches.

    @FitbitSupport When do you plan to fix the many bugs since the last update? Everything is being reviewed ... the calculation of our calories, our sleep, our physical activities in short, the application has to be completely redone.

    @FitbitSupport my touch screen stopped working, it’s a charge 4, if I press the side button it works and then I can use the screen but if I try to start by touching the screen it stays off? Help!!
