  Oh @googlehealth you @FitbitSupport update is kinda trash. Can't add custom foods anymore, search is slow, you have to swipe a million times to find everything then spend time rearranging tiles because the default is atrocious. Body fat percentage field removed from weight entry.

  @FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

  @fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???

  @FitbitSupport over an hour on a call and it gets disconnected! Over 28 minutes of hold all for new Fitbit Air tracker that doesn’t charge or light up or vibrate and your rep is telling that this is a known issue for a product that was released a couple days ago? No beta testing?

  Quelle surprise! My @FitbitSupport is just past the 2 year warranty period and it suddenly crashes and i can’t now see the screen! This is the third one i have had this happen with 🤯🔫 @googlehealth **** product you’ve bought when it doesn’t last. I’ve bought 3 in 6 years and won’t be buying any more!   My @fitbit @FitbitSupport has gone to trash. Won't count steps in workout modes, so I cant use them anymore. Steps given are later taken within a couple hours. Absolutely impossible to track now. Text messages are no longer coming through. @FitbitSupport has been unhelpful.
