@FitbitSupport I was able to fix mine be Deleting the Fitbit App , Then Factory reset my Fitbit and by turning my Iphone off then on again and reinstalled everything for the Fitbit .

@FitbitSupport I am glad that you’ve acknowledged that there is an issue. I am having problems & many other people on Twitter are posting problems. App doesn’t stay open. I removed the app & reinstalled it. I shut down my iPhone many times. I turned off Bluetooth many times. Keep us informed.👍

@FitbitSupport At least they finally acknowledged it. It's INFURIATING when so many people report the same issue, and the response is that the USER needs to fix something. An acknowledgment that they are aware and working on it goes a long way to appease people.

@fitbit This is great, but why continue to invest when you cannot keep the app up and running. It's been down since early this morning without any acknowledgment from Fitbit/Google and the customer service number, forget about it, unless you have hours to invest.

@Slowguyfastride @WHOOP @fitbit I'm the same. I'd hope that I could lock it down, turn off all alerts, etc., and keep it as much a regular watch as possible. On that note, Garmin watches don't annoy me at all. I get only a couple of notifications and that's about it. Easily muted totally too.

@FitbitSupport this is an issue associated with internet connectivity. If I put my iPhone in airplane mode the app loads fine. Then turn on connectivity and the app tanks. Resetting phone or re-download app isn’t a fix. It needs a fitbit fix.
