    @FitbitSupport random manual weight readings keep showing up in my Fitbit app. I delete them but more are constantly being added. I understand from your Community Forum that this is a common problem. Do you have a fix for it? #fitbit #google

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit, im a paid premium subscriber, and why am I anticipating a problem each morning? Now, I can't even send you a private message. What's going on? I get a spo2 score whenever they feel like giving it to me. Please straighten this out and tell me how to get my score, please?

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

    @ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge6 purchased December 2024. Battery life has plummeted. It used to last a week, now about half a day. I haven't made any changes to settings etc. have restarted multiple times. Suggestions or should I toss it in the trash?

    Dear @FitbitSupport - can you add the ability to block any manual weight readings. This has been an issue on and off for about 10 years. Please provide a way to fix it that doesn’t involve deleting 100 records each day

    I am trying to pair my Fitbit with my iPhone. After I enter the 4 digit code, it says pairing on the Fitbit but then an error on the phone appears “Something went wrong. There is an error. Try again”. Details in comment… @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev

    @yonenchi @FitbitSupport having the disappearing logged food glitch isn’t going to be fixed for 7 days? That is absolutely asinine and unacceptable. Having one of the most important app features down for a whole week is inexcusable.

    @FitbitSupport My sleep score has been consistently dropping the last few days. 77, 76, 74, 69 and today 68. Looking at the statistics I cannot understand why this is dropping. It would help you gave a brief explanation e.g. less deep sleep or more light sleep or not enough rem🤫

    @HollyDolly1708 @fitbit @Vitality_UK Yep me too. The app is always plagued with issues. They keep brushing over it. They need to actually fix some fundamental issues.

    @FitbitSupport help!! My versa 4 won’t charge, showing a big red ❌ tried everything that was recommended, I did a full restart and now since my battery is low it can’t find anything?? Super frustrated!

    @FitbitSupport I’d love to know but my Sense 2 turned into a brick after I installed the update. Tech support said out of warranty and they didn’t even bother to understand why the update killed my watch. Terrible customer service and terrible product! I hope you guys can’t sleep yourselves!

    Life is unfair. @apple my iPad broke can I have a refund. It was going strong until this morning when I opened the Fitbit app and it **** it's self. @FitbitSupport I want compensation your stupid app broke my iPad and my watch stopped working for no reason it was going strong too
