bought a @fitbit to track my heart rate but every time i look at the screen i have to tap and swipe like 6 times to see my actual heart rate. wtf. soooo many unnecessary features. put everything else somewhere else. perfect example of product design trying to do way too much.

@thomasvm83 @fitbit This happened to my sense. Totally bricked. Timed a few days after their app glitch. And get this? My annual $88 premium fee had been charged 2/3 and now they refuse to refund. I've been a fitbit user since 2012. Shame on @fitbit

@FitbitSupport Yep, hence the frustration after lots of fiddling with it. My working theory is that time sync (plus any other device updates) only happens after 100% of the rest of the sync completes. And it’s throwing an uncaught error during data sync, so skipping the watch push.

@FitbitSupport Ok. So after the recent app update ( Feb 2023) my fitbit has been declared dead!! This was no fault of mine. The app should have been tested before release. Fitbit support now have said i need a new device. Been offered a 35% discount on a new device! Bad review incoming!!

Sometimes tech support can be wonderful, other times just plain frustrating. I give up trying to make @FitbitSupport understand that my #Sense2 is crashing and discharging its battery randomly. No video or sync is going to help you. Anyone else have this issue?

@Diana_monkey @fitbit Yikes - I've had bad luck with Fitbit in the past but hoped it was a fluke. I've had great experience with the @samsung Galaxy watch series but the integration with Strava is so bad, I decided to switch to something else.
