    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Been waiting for more than 10 days with a Fitbit Sense that doesn't sync properly. Diagnosed the issue with the Fitbit team and still need to wait so much for a replacement. Bought it in Jan 2022. Hoped for better service from Fitbit. Pls help.

    @FitbitSupport Having recent trouble with GPS on Charge 5 - repeated shutting off even with open and clear skies. Tried restarting with no change. When it does work, there are large errors (route going into body of water and 16 miles for a half-marathon route).

    @FitbitSupport Hello, the plastic connector on the body of my Charge 4 has just broken, meaning that it can no longer be connected to a wristband. My FitBit is less than 2 years old. I see from the forums that this is a common problem. What kind of support is available for this?

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 has been having trouble charging. I have done everything including a restart. Now the versa 3 will not start. It flashed the fit it symbol but never started. You feel the haptic feedback to the button press, but never starts after the 10 seconds

    @GrexDel @fitbit I haven’t opened the email they sent me yet, Reddit said was 35% for people with the same issue I’d rather just revert back to the last update and not spend another $100 with them

    @FitbitSupport hi my fitbit sense just stopped charging. I haven't had it very long I think the charging chord is faulty. One of the steel prongs doesn't spring our any more. I think this is the problem.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 5 has stopped charging. I’ve put it in rice for 24 hrs and tried restarting it 3 times. I have the Fitbit logo when initially charging and 0% battery power but then nothing after several hours charging. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport It’s always up to date. Everything is. Article not required. Bit a little secret…I fully expected you to say that. My phone doesn’t execute YOUR code differently from another model. It’s done this before on other versions. You just haven’t fixed it yet. Fix your app.

    @FitbitSupport Okay, I'll reach out to you, but because I'm helping you fix a core engineering bug we can talk about my reasonable rates. This is not my user error and I've already spent many hours on this. Normal devices should know better than record 1.6 million steps in an hour at 4AM.

    @CitizensAdvice grateful for help. @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport forced recalls on Ionics due to faults & promised refunds within 3-6 weeks. I processed 2 recalls on 19th May’22. Chased many times & escalated recently. It’s been 18.5 weeks, still no refunds! Any advice? Thank you

    @FitbitSupport: Despite all advice on your website, my Charge 4 still won't hold a charge for longer than 12 hours. This only started happening after a firmware update. Do you have any advice for solving this issue? I'd prefer my $140 device not become a paperweight. Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport My #Fitbit #Versa3 completely died. It was given as a gift in May 2021. Tried cleaning sensors and charger, tried resetting. Nothing. Worked yesterday, put it on charger last night... Now, nothing. Just like my planner, I can't live w/o my Fitbit. Please help!

    Extremely disappointed that @fitbit @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport just refused to do anything about my Fitbit Sense smartwatch.The watch just stopped working altogether after 1.3 years despite maintaining it perfectly.They simply said 1yr is over. Really poor support. Id : #46743237

    @FitbitSupport I chatted with Fitbit support and the resolution was just to buy a new device with a discount. I don't want to buy a new device just bc the band is broken. My device works perfectly. I'll pay for the repair.

    @fitbit ever since purchasing my Versa 3 nearly a year ago the syncing is terrible. It’s taking around 20 mins to sync every time. I’ve rebooted, numerous force quits, deinstalled and reinstalled app and nothing works. This is not a good advert for the versa 3 🤯🤔
