@FitbitSupport 1 I received a replacement Charge 4 on 28th June. The in-built GPS has never worked. Every time I raise this with your support, they tell me it's an "ongoing issue" with that model, yet no one else seems to be having it and my previous charge 4 connected just fine

@fitbit I can’t see my steps for the last 2 weeks on my iPad or my iPhone, even though I can see them every day on my Fitbit luxe. My heart rate either. Please help. The ‘edit scroll,down’ hasn’t helped.

@fitbit @dixierudy Why wouldn't you at least update the "learn more" page so more people can easily find there is an issue? Giving people data that indicates they may need to speak to their doctor is kind of a big deal.

Does anyone know if @Google is just closing @fitbit ? I contacted support 9 days ago (and multiple times since) about a 3-month old fitbit not working and they refuse to help. It seems @fitibt is just abandoning its customers.

@FitbitSupport I've been a Fitbit customer since '16. I can't seem to get a replacement for this defective unit or an ETA when the issue will be fixed. I told them I'll get a Garmin instead & was essentially told "Ok, bye". Is this a known issue? Where's the public statement?

@fitbit My Charge 5 battery started draining rapidly not long after I purchased my Charge 5. The update did not fix the problem and Fitbit refuses to exchange my Charge 5 for one that works. Fitbit continues to advertise the Charge 5 as having a battery that lasts 5 to 7 days.

The biggest problem with @FitbitSupport is they assume the people who wear their devices are stupid, so they don't bother listening and talk down to people. | @fitbit Reporting a technical glitch doesn't mean I don't know how my watch works. It means some code is broken.

@beer_diversity @fitbit For the Galaxy Active4. I go through roughly 25-30% of battery a day, but that's taking almost all my features down to nothing. No location, no always on, no gesture and brightness down. Granted. I do still love it.

@FitbitSupport Hi - I have 3 times so far - they are absolutely no help at all 😞 They say the same thing EVERY time-yes, I'm registered, they have my information, refund is coming-no idea when, why delay, etc. - super frustrating 😞 especially when I was expecting it w/in 10 days, 10 was ago!

@FitbitSupport my Versa2 just started acting very strange. It won’t hold a charge for more than 12 hours and the touch screen won’t work and it’s bouncing between screens. I’ve powered it down several times changed the clock face still no luck. Any suggestions?
