Zero communication from Fitbit or Google leaving loyal customers who have spent their hard earned cash in the dark. Fitbit used to have such a good relationship with users, that has now broken down….

@FitbitSupport I deleted the app as not only was it not syncing, the display wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t showing steps as my main stat, or all of the functionality eg stress, readiness. I’ve redownloaded and can no longer login. The website doesn’t seem to be working properly either

I hv Fitbit charge 3, from almost 1.5 years, it’s display isn’t visible. After all the troubleshooting, this issue is present. It still tracks activities, sends info to app. On Fitbit community, I see many others have this issue as well. @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit Charge 4 hasn't synched since 31st January. I have worked my way through all of the troubleshooting but nothing is working. I've tried with multiple devices and they can see that my Fitbit is there but won't connect. Please help, it isn't even that old!

@FitbitSupport I think your app is broken. Tried all the steps to get my Versa 4 to sync. It did, but it was only showing my calories burned and something else, and not my full dashboard. Logged out to see if that would work and now cannot log back in.

Ok @fitbit I have tried to follow your instructions, even tried the 24 hour live chat, not working. I pay for the subscription and YES I want my clock to light up every time I pick up my arm. Like a watch & I don’t see that setting anywhere. Not on the app on my phone HELP ⏰⏰
