    @DemiWibberley @FitbitSupport Nope. I didn’t ask for one. Just asked for them to fix my screen. They said it’s out of the warranty period. I explained it started glitching during the warranty period and then it finally broke just after that period. They don’t care. Just one sad generic response after the next

    @FitbitSupport Hello I just got a Fitbit sense and the watch won’t display my sleep score. I have reset the watch itself but that’s didn’t help. The app will show the score just not the watch.

    @FitbitSupport recently received a Versa 3 and the heart rate monitor is off by at least 30 bpm while exercising, tried cleaning, reset, different positions in wrist, issue remains

    @FitbitSupport Bands are to Fitbit what batteries are to iPhones . . .i.e. defective auxiliary hardware that regularly breaks down to force customers to buy new product. its also a great way to lose customers. congrats

    @FitbitSupport are you no longer providing support for the Charge 3? I’ve tried getting help on the website and every page gives me an error or says access denied. Haven’t used my Fitbit since 1/2020 and and trying to get it started again 😣

    @FedEx Your partnership with the USPS to deliver packages sucks. I know the @USPS is bad. Since it's your tracking info, guess who gets the blame for the delay. I sent a package to @fitbit that was picked up at a FedEx drop-off 3/16. Last known location was Yuma, AZ on 3/26.

    @FitbitSupport reminders to move on my Fitbit Sense no longer work properly. I get the visual notifications on the device screen, but lately it doesn't provide the vibrate notification. Other vibration alarms work. Anyone else have this issue?

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit HR3 screen has gradually faded and is now totally blank. I have tried the reboot holding the button down for 8+ seconds while connected to a charger at least 3-4 times...but it's still blank. Does the unit need to be replaced?

    I don’t use Twitter. Except to complain about a brand. @fitbit @FitbitSupport responded here, but 6 days later (inc a myriad of emails / calls) customer service remained shocking, no fix. Epic fail! I went back to @amazon and despite out of return time, they’ve agreed to refund!

    @FitbitSupport love my Versa2 but the tiny silicone piece that holds down the band ripped from normal wear and tear. Cust Svc wants me to send the whole watch back for repair. Seriously? Forced to buy a whole new band. Shame on you FitBit that’s ridiculous.
