@FitbitSupport The point is, if you are aware of the issue, the first thing to do is to communicate with your customers that you are aware of it. Millions of people around the world are wasting their time troubleshooting, because there is no info on your website or Twitter feed.

My Versa3 wouldn’t sync. Switched Bluetooth off and on, it couldn’t find my Fitbit. Reinstalled the app, can’t login to my account. The dashboard on the website is blank too. Is there an issue @FitbitSupport? This watch has been nothing but trouble

@FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit Flex 2. I lost my steps and sleep tracking in the app on my homepage. Restarted Fitbit and Bluetooth . I logged out@of my account and am trying to get a password recovery email sent and it keeps giving me an error message saying unable to send.

spare yourself all the misery of @fitbit and buy something else. first, for no reason at all, you will be unable to log in to the app. then of course you won't be able to sync it. which makes the app utterly worthless. then you'll look for help in the forums. forget it.
