    @FitbitSupport Only recently, every so often the versa vibrates and I briefly see something brown on the screen - or I don't. There's nothing in the notifications. Is this a malfunction or by design? If the latter, would you fix it so I can see it (with time to put on glasses)?

    @FitbitSupport please can you help. I have the versa 2 since December it has never allowed my telephone calls or messages to come through. Rebooted it.. Recieved everything g for one day and now nothing. E en it my phone is nearby. It also won't store my WiFi to sync

    @FitbitSupport - Fitbit OS 4.2.1 Firmware Update (72.1.9) what is happening to fix the serious issues this update has caused we are hearing nothing! Your forums are swamped about incorrect heart rate monitoring, active minutes gone bonkers. You are losing customers!

    @fitbit Since your 4.2.1 upgrade, the heart rate tracking on my Versa 2 is all over the place. I rely on this device a ton to stay active during lockdown. Are you working on a fix?

    Bought a @fitbit Versa2 in October. Have now developed a mystery allergy and can’t wear my wristband. Yeah, the hives suck. But having spent so much money on something I can’t use now is the worst.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit has stopped working, and looks like my Fitbit had been hacked. Your team replied that my Fitbit was replaced in May 2020. I’ve never had it replaced. If you can’t keep user data secure, then that’s not my problem. The warranty still stands.

    @FitbitSupport, I am having trouble when I select ‘Exercise, Run or Bike’. Normally it says to open the App and it records the activity. It will also sync to Strava but is not happening.

    @FitbitSupport I have the Ionic and it is caught in a boot loop. I tried to hard reset from watch with no luck. My app is. It able to connect to the watch at all. From reading the past ionic board comments on same issue it’s likely that my watch is toast. What can be done?

    @FitbitSupport my Versa is no longer syncing! Its not being recognised as a device and the time is constantly wrong! It gets slower and slower throughout the day! I used to be able to fix this by syncing! But I can no longer sync! Dreadful if its an attempt to buy new product!!!

    @FitbitSupport A lot of us can’t work on recording our fitness goals because your customer service is now terrible. December 15, I started a claim for a brand new Fitbit that fell apart after 90 days. I gave up waiting for the “warehouse” to figure it out. Hello Garmin!

    @FitbitSupport I am so frustrated with your customer service. I received a faulty product for Christmas. I had to fight over and over to get a replacement. Then I sent mine back on January 8 and have never received a replacement. No help from customer service after many attempts.

    @FitbitSupport my new Charge 4 won't track exercise. I've gone through all of the suggestions made to another person with the same problem. It tracks everything else but does not detect exercise. Everything is up to date. What are my next steps to resolve this?

    @FitbitSupport latest update has made the heart rate monitoring completely inaccurate, which was previously within 5% (measured manually and against other devices when walking, high level activity and resting). I’ve done a factory reset to check but it did not help.
