    Hi @FitbitSupport . Any suggestion to help with Bluetooth audio stutter? Since I got my Charge 4 two weeks ago, it's impossible to workout and listen to music simultaneously. Even causes stutters in the car. Help!

    @FitbitSupport hey! My Fitbit screen has gone blank. It’s still syncing fine and tracking. Just nothing on the screen. This is the third Versa Lite it’s happened to now. Is this a common issue?

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit charge 3 has no display that shows up. It is still working because I get the data on my app but it’s frustrating because I can’t even tell what time it is. That has been the biggest deficit of this Fitbit is the display, has never been great. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Hi. Thought this was solved but it's not: My Alta CONSTANTLY disconnects itself from Bluetooth. Numerous times a day. When I'm not aware, of course, it misses all my steps. I've tried all the fixes I could find. Still happening. Help?

    Updating @fitbit. "Your battery is too low to continue. Make sure the device is turned on and charged to at least 50%." Srsly? It's plugged in and charging. Why is this an issue?

    Hi @FitbitSupport as soon as I open the sleep analysis the app hangs up and I’ve to close it completely. Are you aware of this problem? I hoped with every update that you would fix it.

    @FitbitSupport The problem happening in my Fitbit is like a common default problem of all the fitbit charge 3 models.... I have 4 charge 3 in my friend circle n this problem occurs in 2 watches and there is no service center in Lucknow, mumbai,and delhi also...

    @FitbitSupport HI, I have been waiting for some help with my previous issue since October. I have since gotten a new phone. The GPS worked the first time and it tracked my run but it has not worked since. I didnt change any settings.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, i went to charge my fitbit charge 3 and discovered the charger had melted? Presumably last time i charged it as it wasn’t plugged in. Is there anything you could do to help??

    @FitbitSupport I purchased ionic 2019 April and it was working all fine until 3 days ago and it just stopped all of a sudden. Have seen in the community and looks like a common problem. I feel disgusted. What’s the solution ?

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the superfast reply .. am amazed.. Regarding the restarting yes i did as u suggested and a week ago it used to come back to life but stopped doing it as the issue reoccurred . It still vibrates on pressing and syncing well with the app, no display.
