    @fitbit My Versa 3 clock was off 4 minutes. It took 2 contacts with support, 4 hours and unending frustration to fix the time. Your articles were not helpful. You’ve lost a customer.

    @SantanderBankUS Why is Santander always so SLOW to get with it. Nine million banks allow payment through @fitbit , but NOT Santander. Not shocked, they were SLOW to introduce app. Nearly 2 years after my other babk introduced theirs. Frustrating!

    @FitbitSupport my versa 2 is not tracking steps and heart rate. I tried shutting it down, syncing, looked at fit bit community for help. The date, time, text message viewing work but it’s not tracking steps or heart rate. Help

Tried reset my password and it says Fitbit is unavailable. Went to the website and it says my IP has been banned by Fitbit. Confused, Help!

    I got the Fitbit charge 5 in March and had nothing but problems. I've been sent a replacement one and it is literally broken. @fitbit won't do anything about it. worst product. worst customer service.

    @FitbitSupport As my original tweet noted, I have done that twice with ZERO success. There are a few online forums discussing how @fitbit is treating customers. Would @FitbitSupport like me to publicly complain about the service OR will you solve the problem and help me remain a loyal customer?

    @FitbitSupport Thanks. Have restarted multiple times that way..sometimes it gets stuck on the boot up logo screen. Other times it reboots well but powers down after an hour or so, Other times it boots up with no touch screen. Very frustrating....Any other suggestions or is my fitbit kaput?

    This is insane. @fitbit somehow allowed someone to change my account email without having access to said email. Now someone has access to my personal data. @FitbitSupport says it will take days to resolve the issue. Don't buy a Fitbit if you care about your personal data.

    Fitbit syncing is a disaster. Yeah restart this, blah, restart that, blah, bluetooth this, blah. Other products don’t have this issue. @fitbit @FitbitSupport
