    @JaneLjaries @FitbitSupport I have the same issue with mine and they will not replace for you. it is a known issue with Charge 3. @FitbitSupport doesn't actually care about the customer. They will only give you a discount code to buy brand new not replace even though defective

    @FitbitSupport This is quite possibly the worst way to issue refunds for a product that is faulty/dangerous. I just looked on the fitbit upgrade site, the bands available are horrid colours/ wrong size. Now you want me to get a 3rd(my bank) party involved in getting money 🤯

    @lucky225 @fitbit @USPS I’ve done that before, some post offices will forward it on to UPS (mine did). Only problem was it did take an extra few days for UPS to come grab it from them.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport recalling our 300 dollar ionic watches, and sending money back with @paypal that has disappeared when we try to claim it is horrible... It is like you stole our watch.... Phone, twitter, and live chat have been no help either. #Horrible

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your response, but while waiting I called #FitbitSupport. After determining the charging cable wasn't working properly, one is being sent as replacement. I'll keep you updated once it arrives. Again thank you for your help and your time.

    @sanasfifthphone @FitbitSupport Oh, I have and they have ghosted me because I have asked for a supervisor and asked for more than a discount on a new product when there is a known issue with Charge 3 screens. They have not been pleasant nor cooperative at all

    Ok, having a problem with my @fitbit app. When you log in food, the log food doesn’t immediately appear on your app, you have to get out of the logging area to see the food you’ve logged and there doesn’t seem to be any way to delete repeats and misclicks
