    @FitbitSupport after the worst customer service battle with you last year I ended up returning the new fitbit that I bought. Now I’m being emailed a year later about my subscription payment!!! I’ve cancelled it but fyi records should be kept up to date

    @Fitbit App: Go ahead and use your phone while I update your device. Also Fitbit: SCREEN LOCK ENGAGED, SHUT IT DOWN, SHUT IT ALL DOWN. RESET EVERYTHING. @FitbitSupport might want to have a word with their Dev/UX Teams.

    @endeavor54 @fitbit The beauty of not working to a timeline …. Everything is being worked on at the same time by different people… this deal was not done by anyone involved in development of #Shibarium. Everyone has a different role This was completed first hence being announced first..

    @inburningred89 @FitbitSupport @fitbit not after a year, but the face of my Blaze was coming off starting late last year. i taped it down and it was fine but i did need a new one, someone sent me an Inspire 2 which is exactly the same just smaller and slower... has more faces tho

    @fitbit Put some of that strength fixing your premium subscription app. #FitbitCharge5 still doesn't work for #NightShift workers. As a brand new customer, I have had bad experiences with this company from the start. Save your money for another tracker.

    @littlemumof4 @fitbit Suzy is just starting to lay down for short naps on the carpet in front of the balcony doors and on the ottoman. Up until recently she did not sleep unless she was attached to our body (sleeping on us or cuddled against us). Our baby is growing up!

    @FitbitSupport My 15 month old Sense battery only lasts 3 days between charges Screen display min auto on time of 8 seconds. So I'm not happy. And charging is sometime slow even with a decent charger. The connections to back are iffy even though I scrub back of watch with soft nail brush Help!

    @MEFoggyDog @fitbit This happened to me with one a few years ago. Turned out it was down to moisture and water getting trapped in between the stap and my skin when I washed. I have to make sure both my arm and watch are fully dry everytime now.

    Just bought a Charge 5 to replace my @fitbit Sense. I deeply regret the purchase of the Sense. Wish I had known the HR tracking on it was so terrible during moderate/intense activity & there would never be a fix. Maybe it’ll be worth the money I spent on it one day. Until then…

    @fitbit YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 charge 5’s on January 31st and selected expedited delivery (as I have a flight on Feb 5th)for which it was supposed to be delivered on Feb 2nd.

    Has anyone ever had a problem with @fitbit @FitbitSupport? I cancelled my “premium” membership,yet #Fitbit keeps charging my card w/o authorization.I read online that this is a common problem. Problem or theft? I want my money back! #FitbitScam I am beyond annoyed.
