    @FitbitSupport I was having black screen issues with my fitbit, bought a new fitbit to replce the 'broken' one, and it has the same issue ?? Is it a software issue, or what is going on ? Shame as I've had various fitbits for years, and they are usually so reliable.

    @Apple had my apple watch less than 2 months and the strap has gone green!! Don’t have this issue with @fitbit which I had for 5 years! Very disappointed!

    @FitbitSupport help. I’m a premium subscription holder. My app isn’t working barely any of the different categories are showing any activity. I tried to get chat help and it says not available. Please this has been a ongoing issue now for months and I was hoping an update

    @FitbitSupport why does my Fitbit charge 5 keep turning off randomly?? Why was it showing that I walked a million steps one of the days ?? Is there any thing we can do to fix these problems??

    So, honest question, if a company hooked you up to a @fitbit wrist device, slapped a body cam (with mic) on you, and other little gadgets (continuous glucose monitor, etc) and paid you universal basic income for your trouble, how much would you be worth as an IRL Tamagotchi?

    Ever since @Google bought @fitbit it turned to absolute GARBAGE. Not buying a new one every 9 months. Any recommendation for fitness trackers would be greatly appreciated!

    @FitbitSupport Can’t reset my password, as when I click “send instructions” after putting my email address in, no email is received…tried this 6 times and no email….and yes, I’ve checked my junk! Then when I ask for a call, it says I have to sign in to get a call 🤯

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit just crashed, says it has zero battery despite being at 82% earlier today and now I have just lost all of my data for yesterday (July 12) which includes losing my 250+ day streak of 10k steps. Can you please help me

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for the link. I checked. My phone & OS are compatible but I still have a black screen on my Fitbit. I've tried multiple ways to fix it. So far nothing is working.

    @FitbitSupport I guess that's not entirely fair. The first several times, it was in warranty and you sent me a replacement original Sense and then it developed the same issue, and you denied it was a software error caused by trying to account for the 8' flight of stairs in my house.

    my fitbit stopped working for literally no reason and customer service had the audacity to say "we'll give you 35% off to buy a new device" or you can fix my less than 2 year old device??? it shouldn't stop working when i didn't even do anything to it. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Is the charger any better on the Fitbit charge 6 than the Fitbit charge 5 which is near impossible to use because any slight movement stops it from. Charging unlike the Fitbit charge 4 was more like a cradle #Fitbit #Google #Help

    I’m finally giving up with @FitbitSupport. My Fitbit Charge5 fully charges but then will not turn on. It was still in warranty originally and was replaced but 7 months later the same issue. Every Fitbit watch seems to last no more than 2 years. Not acceptable. Garmin here I come!

    @FitbitSupport are you going to solve this software problem that causes the Fitbit Charge/Luxe screen to go black until we put it on the charger, even when full of battery? Come on, guys! It happens to me, my mom's. It is not just my problem. Be serious about it. @madebygoogle
