@FitbitSupport I have had problems with my Charge 3 and it couldn't be resolved with troubleshooting or help from @FitbitSupport. Finally its back working but only because I installed firmware from Dec 2020... It seems to be the January update that has caused the issues with Android.

@FitbitSupport i have problem since today shutdown. The section <<sleep> of the fitbit application on my iPad is not working Wells. It take many seconds to open. When i try to go back, it freeze. Also, in my account, when i press thé charge 3 section, fitbit crash and close automatically.

@FitbitSupport Apparently it's fixed now. Except I'm not getting notifications on my watch and I don't know how to fix that. All the settings are correct.

@FitbitSupport Hi, my fitbit isn't working. Nothing shows up on the screen. I did the restart on it a couple of times and it didn't fix it. I take such good care of it and all the one's in the past. And they all quit working. Can you let me know if it can be fixed? Thanks Yvette

@NefraG16 @FitbitSupport I’ve got an ancient flex as well & currently have the same issue. I’ve hit 10,000 today & mine reads as 0. It’s not synced since 22:09 last night. So frustrating!

One month after my warranty expires, @fitbitsupport bricks my device. It had a problem with the button but could still operate. They then offered me a crappy discount instead of fixing the problem they caused.

@TheNicktarine @FitbitSupport I have this issue. I've done over 10000 steps every day since October 2019 but the app is stuck on 6000 and won't sync. So frustrating, especially if my steps don't reappear.
