@FitbitSupport It's functioning normally this morning. All-day yesterday, it wouldn't let me log in on my phone, stated my password was incorrect but said Fitbit dot com was down when I tried to reset it. I could log in on my tablet but it wouldn't sync.

Shocked at the appalling quality of @FitbitUK @fitbit products. Just had to post my 9 week old sense (top of the range apparently) as it died. sons too 3 weeks ago. Same as 2 of my ionic units. Of 3 devices 4 failures (133% fail rate!). Imagine fuss if @Apple were so poor?

@FitbitSupport I purchased a new HR 4 that doesn't charge. I use my Sister's HR4 cord and it charges just fine. Less then a month old and your customer service can't help. Sad I have to send the whole thing back.
