    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Hey @fitbit I have trying to help a friend with a fitbit recall. We have logged a claim and my friend has not got the evoucher that they were supposed to get. I have been in touch with Fitbit support to no avail. They had asked to get in touch with expert inquiry but no answer.

    Ok I really have had enough with my @fitbit . First someone tries to change the email, so I change the password. Can’t log in. 4 times I’ve tried to reset it and I can’t log in to the app. It’s been nothing but trouble, absolute waste of money.

    @FitbitSupport had an issue for months where the app is showing 2 different step counts for the same day... Support not replied to my emails for 12 days now despite chasing. Service is so poor, can you help? Been using Fitbit for 8 years, but really considering changing.

    @FitbitDev @fitbit @FitbitSupport - why are you removing the challenges and adventures?! That’s a terrible idea! I like the competitive nature with my Fitbit friends to get in my steps. And that’s really the only reason why I didn’t get an I-watch. I joined 10 years ago!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport can you please fix the issue where mindfulness sessions from Sense don't reliably sync to the app? I've done all of the workarounds (reboot the watch, reboot the phone, turn Bluetooth off and back on, force stop the app and restart, etc...)

    @fitbit WTH? Please reverse this terrible decision. Bingo does more for my motivation than anything. I compete with family and friends. I really don't see any reason to keep Fitbit if you remove this feature. I can get any of the other fitness trackers out there. Please don't

    @fitbit @OnlyAlice I keep seeing this stock response, what does this even mean @fitbit?! These challenges are vital to so many of us. Why are you removing them?! If you remove this feature I know of dozens - from the large scale challenges I help run - who will quit and just head over to apple.

    @fitbit need to reverse engines. Email today took away features that make fitbit unique and fun. Big mistake. Apple will be happy with this poor decision.

    Idea for @fitbit... Can you please make a parent setting in the app so the sleep score doesn't constantly say poor but rather says congratulations - you woke up only 4 instead of the usual 8 times a night? @Momademia

    @FitbitSupport Oh, I know how it's supposed to work. I was making a funny. I assume it counted a floor every time bent, picked up a box then set it back down again, my hand bumping against the altimeter hole. It's just humorous that I never once climbed a single step but ascended 60+ floors.

    @fitbit killing off the Challenges feature is probably the tipping point that will cause me to get an Apple Watch. That is such a simple feature to keep around with limited maintenance. Give me a break.

    @FitbitSupport I bought a Luxe in October and the notifications are inconsistent and unreliable. I wish I could go back to my Blaze. Is this a system wide problem?

    @fitbit need to do better, i have had multiple fit bits over the last 6 or 7 years and the straps always break, but i have a cheap @Casio_USA watch from 20 years ago and no issue with that, up your game fitbit, you shouldn’t expect users to buy £25 straps every 2.5 years.

    @FitbitSupport if inspire3 performs as bad as inspire 2 I will be returning it. Once again I have no sleep data, which is why I decided to go ahead & buy an inspire 3. You get 1 more chance, & then, after years & years of being a loyal Fitbit fan I’ll drop you like a hot potato!

    @fitbit Hi, I wonder if you can help my strap has broken off my Fitbit which is weird as it just snapped off. Do you do repairs? Also the surface has a few marks on it so was wondering do you replace the screen? Hope you can help :)
