I called up @fitbit (6th time) and insisted that I want to speak with the technical team directly (it was already July). I was told that the technical team NEVER had my case and this was the first time they are hearing about it! The ONLY solution to battery issue is replacement!

@valeahtine @fitbit @FitbitSupport Yup after the latest update thousands of us are left with useless watches. Fitbit’s response? It’s a warranty issue so if it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount for one of their newer pieces of garbage

@felinefromspace That's what happens with @FitbitSupport. They send you a buddy software update and won't help you at all if your watch has any issues.. they might give you 35% discount code to buy a new watch or say to hell with you.

I love my @fitbit Ionic and I rely on it everyday. Paid approx. $200 for it & it's only 2 years old. Out of nowhere, the face fell off.......Did I make a mistake and make a poor choice in my product selection....hopeful @FitbitSupport will help me find a resolution.

@fitbit absolute terrible customer service after receiving a faulty fitbit luxe directly from your website. Keep going round in circles and can't even resolve the issue. Advertised to say 4 days battery life yet dies in 1.5 days. Clearly an issue with the product yet no support.

@FitbitSupport Ok here is the issue. It’s sleep data not showing. I know i fully slept last night because normally a bad sleeper so I love to see the data. It’s worked right until your latest update. Sleep itself is not syncing.

@theboopzone @FitbitSupport Probably best to throw it out. Sounds like Fitbit has the same answer and will try to say it’s a warranty issue. If it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount 🙄 Thousands of us are left with broken watches after the latest update.
