@FitbitSupport my fitbit versa recently had issues syncing, tried following the steps suggested by unpairing it and removing it from the app then re-pairing, after I unpaired I am now unable re-pair. Not sure whats causing this issue.

Never again am I buying gimmicky wearable technology **** by @SamsungIndia At least make products that could last a couple of years to say the least! Back to the good ol' @FitbitIN @fitbit - proved it that they truly were market disruptors in the wearable tech space!

Have to say @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport are outstanding. Had an issue with my charge 3 that I bought in March. Gave some advice to try and solve it, which didn't work. Less than 2 weeks later I have a new fitbit. This kind of CS is what all companies should aspire to

@FitbitSupport my mother, has had her replacement Fitbit for around 6 months after the first broke. Now this one has broken and you appear to be refusing to fix or replace it? Can you explain why? If the device isn’t fit for purpose she shouldn’t have to buy a new one!

@FitbitSupport Can't seem to get in touch by phone. Had trouble with brand new Inspire2 giving me 7K extra steps. After 3 phone sessions w/you on consecutive days, was told to return it with the charger. I must have sent the wrong charger, because just found right one. How to send? Reuse label?
