    @FitbitSupport Your customer service is dreadful. I’ve had two fitbits and both failed way before time. You offered to change this one as it’s under warranty. I’ve now called customer service 3x and every time you have failed to resolve the issue. Just cut me off after 30min!!

    @FitbitSupport why is the discovery card not supported for use with the versa 3? It works with the phone for contactless payment but not the versa 3 watch. It is more convenient to use the watch, which is on my wrist, rather than the phone that's in my pocket. What's the issue?

    @FitbitSupport Ya another day I have to reset my ******* phone because you asshats think it is not syncing is MY device vs your APP. Looking at how many people reporting the same issue it is a YOUR APP not our device.
