    .@fitbit @bbb_us @ConsumerReports I'd like to know what this "policy" is that says an in-warranty device with a known problem cannot be serviced; I know I should "rest assured" Fitbit is trying to make products that don't break in-warranty, but why refuse service when they do?

    I swear my @fitbit Sense is the worst piece of tech I've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. I have to reset it every month and even then it doesn't stay connected. Not to mention the fact it constantly tells me it can't charge correctly. Stay well away, folks.

    @fitbit How do I get a refund or new luxe since mine is not working. It hasn't worked (synced) for many weeks and I'm pretty fed up with it. Even to begin with it proved difficult to sync. I've tried all the tips and tried different phones etc.

    @InterstellarEh @FitbitSupport Faulty products are covered by consumer laws! Please check the law in your country... For example @fitbit are liable for 6 years for repair or replacement in UK and Ireland! Don't get fobbed off with their out of warranty here is a 35% discount. Say no to poor quality products

    @FitbitSupport It's ok, I know the issue, just other brands work where yours hasn't since the HR. I was just hoping the charge 5 would do better since it has some really cool features like the ECG monitor. I've returned it already like the last few versions.

    @FitbitSupport Hello , I got a fitbit versa 2 for my dad from USA and I am trying to use the device in India. When I go to notifications on the watch it doesn't show calls , text , email section. It also doesn't show whatsapp in app notifications. Can someone please help me?

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK I had a replacement Charge 3 (original faulty) 11 months ago & it’s now faulty. I’ve been told that fitbit won’t help me as the new Charge 3 didn’t come with a warranty of its own! As the original purchase warranty has expired 🤬🤬

    @FitbitSupport I only connected them today, but have followed your instructions. It hasn't corrected today's issue, but I will see what happens with the next meal I add. It's added the total lunch summary, plus the individual lunch summaries, giving a doubled amount.

    Hey @FitbitSupport what is going on with sync? Got slower and slower with each ‘bug fix’ update and now can’t sync at all. Maybe test your software before you push it out to users!!
