    @FitbitSupport Please think 100 times before you buy any fitbit. The response time of their support is extremely poor. I just got off twitter chat, and after 3 hours of chatting, I am being told to wait for an indefinite period of time for an email.

    @FitbitSupport Your support is worthless and restarting and a factory reset haven't worked. Your latest firmware is responsible. I need the date it will be fixed. Or if you aren't planning on fixing the firmware issue how do I go about getting my money back so I can get something that works.

    Been trying to get my Fitbit Ionic refund for the past 75 days. Wasn't even the user's fault for the refund the device itself is defective. Have been running rounds on their India customer service, which has a UK number but they have been of no help. @fitbit @FitbitSupport help

    @catladyactivist @fitbit Terrible company. I knew they were hoping Google would buy them with all the data they were slurping up. They refused to let their customers turn off the Bluetooth on their devices, even though @Garmin allows it. Far happier with Garmin.

    @FitbitSupport my Flex 2 stopped synching. It’s just showing a single flashing blue light. My app said my tracker needed to be set up again, but now all my step data seems to be missing along with active minutes, distance and a bunch of other stuff. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport I would really appreciate some actual customer service. I continue to be brushed off, expecting to be pacified by being told a firmware upgrade will fix a hardware issue. Frustrating.

    I laugh how @fitbit sounds concerned with wanting a DM on specifics of your issue with trash #Sense product. Then reply with cut & paste "we take all feedback seriously" statement & no REAL resolution to product failure. Trying to keep it out of the public eye. Save your money!!

    @FitbitSupport I’ve been trying to order a replacement versa2 for the past 10 days. My order keeps getting canceled, Fitbit has really been no help. Has anyone had issues and been able to resolve them. Getting ready to switch to an Apple Watch.

    @FitbitSupport The latest software update for Versa 3 has an issue that renders the fitbit watch unusable. The software update does not completely finish the install and leaves the watch with the fitbit logo permanently n the screen. Please provide a solution.

    Wow, @fitbit watches & customer service are absolute TRASH. My watch has been buggy & completely stopped working at only seven months old. I just had to spend 45 minutes jumping through hoops (including filming 2 videos) to finally "qualify" for warranty service.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I have just worst customer services experience with your org. My charge 5 is under a year old and battery discharges in under and hour fully charged. All options exhausted by online chat support. No further options offered!!

    @FitbitSupport this doesn't really help. Its just shows you how to track your exercises. I know how to do that. I had done that and it did record on Fitbit, but not Strava

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 is not working possibly because of moisture which may have entered during handwash. I couldnt find calling number or workable support email to contact. Kindly get back and help me resolve this so rhat i acn get back on my fitness goals.
