    @FitbitSupport Hello! I have a new Spotify account which I wanted to sync with my Versa Lite. Everytime I try, my app sends me - after I accepted on the Spotify Website - to a blank page, nothing happens, the account isn't synced and my clock tells me to sync. Could you pls help?

    @fitbit You just lost a 5year+ customer and Premium subscriber...awful experience with customer support this week. I've bought 4 different fitbit watches last 4 years...never again. Bought a brand new Sense in April after buying a Versa2 in 2020, screen cracked, support told me too bad.

    @fitbit sense has to be the worst watch. I've had to buy 4 chargers & they break after a month. Then a rash on my arm from the metal underneath touching my skin 😩 $300+ for a watch that is such a hassle. Should have bought the Apple watch to watch my Dexcom #'s @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hi I bought a Fitbit inspire 2 and the screen hasn’t come on at all, not even the green flashing light, though it vibrates but cannot complete the setup. It’s been charging for 8 hours. Any help or I will have to send back as faulty?

    @FitbitSupport hey Fitbit.. you claim that charge 4 is swim proof.. I don’t think.. took it to swim, now the Bluetooth doesn’t work.. and wouldn’t connect you either my iOS phone or my android one., and it just shut down now!! Not charging, not restarting

    @FitbitSupport previous continued: Today the battery was on 57% and i went for a walk setting the exercise to walk. The battery was down to 7 % within 3 hours. It there a problem with the charge 4 battery??

    @fitbit my fitbit has broken and it still under warranty. I have messaged several times over the last 2 weeks on here and have been told someone from support will email me regarding this but still haven't had any response. Absolutely shocking customer service

    @FitbitSupport your app is only allowing me to look back & see my past data, but I need to see tomorrow's to assist in meal planning. How can I carbo load appropriately without knowing how much exercise I'll get? How can I plan a movie night without my sleep data? Please fix.

    @FitbitSupport It seems to have stopped doing it at moment but I will when it does it again maybe a fix has come through as a lot of people were complaining about it.

    @fitbit 3 weeks into having a new Versa 3 watch, the band already uncoupled and fell off when getting into a stream. Was unable to find it after. Losing my brand new Versa 3 after 3 weeks due to the band design really sucked, never had an issue with Versa 2’s band….

    @FitbitSupport That’s the issue. Majority of stores sell knock-off stating it’s Fitbit but reviews say otherwise with bands being flimsy and material breaking easily. I’ve checked Amazon bookstores electronic section and they only sell the current Fitbit models or Alta HR (not the bands)

    @fitbit contacted fitbit because the HR is incredibly inaacurat on my watch. They acknowledged it has been an ongoing problem but said "sorry" there is nothing we can do to help. I asked for a refund and was told no because it's an ongoing issue. Don't buy a fitbit.

    @stu_rush @MollyBethy @fitbit In the Before Times, my wife insisted I get a Fitbit to look at my sleep, which had always been crap due to production schedules that changed daily. After the shutdown of the entertainment industry my sleep scores improved by 20 points.

    Hi @FitbitSupport my charge 3 is playing up. Charged to 100% removed from charger. Within 5 mins it is reading 6%. Repeated several times. Have rebooted. Have resynced to my phone. Problem persists. Are you able to help? Thanks.
