    @NateAdamCastle @fitbit only problem is im a privacy guy, fitbit im pretty sure owns the data or some bs. I know fitbits have been used negatively on people before. I would love a privacy focused health monitor

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport My fitbit has stopped syncing, comes up data not cleared sync and try again but tried everything and still not working, it is a versa 2.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Recently my fitbit versa2 special(1.8 yr old) had issue with its button.Suddenly it stopped working, which is why is I am able use the tracker.I contacted your support team through app.They told they can't replace or repair and not going help.

    @FitbitSupport FITBIT Ace 3 are Faulty. The first face fell out in school during P.E ,running laps. A huge effort by his classmates failed to find it so we replaced it. Yesterday the exact same issue happened, fitbit popped out of strap ! This is a design issue. Refund please

    @fitbit just returned couple of Fitbit Luxe I purchased. Worst product can’t rely on the metrics as at least 80% of activity it tracks is bogus especially over counts steps. And it stopped working after 3 weeks. Just returned them. There are products for $25 which work better!

    @FitbitSupport I have just got the versa 2 and was receiving messages through my watch for the first could of days. I now don't get any and have a message that says notification service not running and I need to do a phone restart. I have done the restart with no look. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for response, but can't you see the pics? Even my Sense won't show realtime duration. Sync doesn't help. Not sure you understood what I'm saying. Fitbits have been around 14 years, I expect it to at least have the same functionality I had with a manual non-sensor app.

    @fitbit My favorite part about fitbit watches is how they work as expected for about 6 months and then do nothing they're supposed to do just in the for the next piece of garbage to be released. #plannedobsolesence #garmin

    @FitbitSupport to any1 thinking to buy a fitbit, DONT! If the product breaks and they send you a faulty replacement they wont replace the faulty product. I'm stuck with2 broken fitbits even tho they issued a faulty replacement and claim warranty doesn't apply. Very dissapointing

    Anyone looking to up their workout game should get a @fitbit . I walked from my living room to my bedroom, it was 55 steps. I then sat down in a chair and stood up and I was at 78 steps. I'm getting an incredible workout without doing anything. #fitness

    People of the internet, help! Can’t decide whether to go back to @fitbit or get an @apple watch. Important to me: - robust sleep data - heart rate monitoring - real-time workout tracking I’m giving up on @ouraring (not a fan of the new biz model & unhelpful customer service).

    It's worst experience I am having with fitbit they was a software issues.They took month resolve it.I think fitbit is not reliable as they say @fitbit @FitbitIN @FitBits_
