@JaneLjaries @FitbitSupport I have the same issue with mine and they will not replace for you. it is a known issue with Charge 3. @FitbitSupport doesn't actually care about the customer. They will only give you a discount code to buy brand new not replace even though defective

@FitbitSupport This is quite possibly the worst way to issue refunds for a product that is faulty/dangerous. I just looked on the fitbit upgrade site, the bands available are horrid colours/ wrong size. Now you want me to get a 3rd(my bank) party involved in getting money 🤯

@lucky225 @fitbit @USPS I’ve done that before, some post offices will forward it on to UPS (mine did). Only problem was it did take an extra few days for UPS to come grab it from them.

Ok, having a problem with my @fitbit app. When you log in food, the log food doesn’t immediately appear on your app, you have to get out of the logging area to see the food you’ve logged and there doesn’t seem to be any way to delete repeats and misclicks
