Sandwichbagdad (@sandwichbagdad) reported@Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week — both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport

Posing for Pink (@PosingforPink) reported@crossbosox @fitbit And what’s even more aggravating is their @FitbitSupport boiler plate trouble shorting response when they know it’s a system issue. Issue has been reported since yesterday. And still no update or communication about a fix.
-
Hoffenbrau (@hoffenbrau51) reported@blueberrybambii At least yours still works. I had to throw mine away when google bought it and tried to shove Google wallet down everyone's throat. Made my @fitbit crash.
-
Even Dinsdale was frightened of Doug (@zamoose) reportedAttempting to add my 13yo's Christmas present @FitbitSupport to the kids' iPad has been a Kafkaesque nightmare, with no end in sight. It's almost beyond parody.
-

I’ll put it on the charger and it’ll show it still has a significant amount of charge on it. No help from Fitbit support. How do I fix this?! It’s become unreliable and useless.
-
Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. Selim Oz (@selim_oz) reported@FitbitSupport We’ve been through this, you guys can’t even explain how my two year old Sense 2 turned into a brick a day after I installed the update. It’s not a free watch, I paid $200 two years ago. I think the update had malware in there because Fitbit sales slowed down.
-
Josh Fields (@partiallypro) reportedPretty incredible that @fitbit's food/calorie tracking has been down for -everyone- for over 24 hours and they are owned by Google which is a 3.8 Trillion dollar company. This is something you'd expect from an independent developer.
-
Rob Williams (@codeslubber) reported@Google just passed $4T in market cap. This week @Fitbit rolled out new sleep tracking and it's a complete jackass disaster. The old one I thought worked well. Now, the watch tells me one score, the app a different one, and apparently if you ever wakeup at all in the night you cannot have had great sleep (which is complete BS). Yes I know I already griped about this but here is today's new spin: if you are scoring things, and your scores whipsaw all over the place and are just pulled out of your ***, please just ***. Can I just get the data from the watch myself? next up, on @Apple I could and did, BUT the problem is those idiots admitted their monitoring of deep was not accurate because it would have taken too much battery to be correct. *** to them too!! #everythingisbroken
-
Sandra 💙 (@Santhebeach) reportedDon’t buy a Fitbit @FitbitSupport They don’t last. Their support is useless. Will send you round in circles rather than fix the problem!!!
-
Jason (@megabyte682) reportedPretty sad to see that both .@FitbitSupport and .@madebygoogle don't want to my issue with my Pixel Watch 3.

-
Matthew Halmshaw (@matthewhalmshaw) reported@FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad
-
Posing for Pink (@PosingforPink) reported@fitbit @FitbitSupport how many users do you plan on losing? Wait until the 12/12 update to fix the problem with logging food in your app? And you haven’t communicated the fix ETA to ALL users experiencing the system issue, only in DMs?! #useless
-
Aden (@anaden2023) reported@fitbit @FitbitSupport fix the charge 6 auto wake issue this is ridiculous. @Google they need your help.
-
Posing for Pink (@PosingforPink) reported@Besenovsky @FitbitSupport What specific steps are you taking to resolve the system error and communicate with your customers/subscribers?
-
Diane (@SoCalValleyGal) reported@FitbitSupport I've done everything I can to try to fix the problem, I'm not the only person having the problem, ever since Google took over apparently that's when the problem started.
-
Tom Brander (@dartdog) reportedIrritated that the new @fitbit app no longer tracks hourly movement and gives nudges on the watch to move, it also no longer has a "cardio fitness" score, which was a proxy for vo2 max, nor does it have a place to record water intake, better graphics dumbed down. @google
