    . @FitbitSupport you should change your name to Shitbit. Chad got in the pool for 30 mins today and when he got out, dead. Plenty of blogs show this is a problem. Why not take off the swimming setting and just tell people not to use it in water? Perfectly fine prior to getting in

    @FitbitSupport hi. I need help. Two days ago my fitbit battery drained too fast all of a sudden. I thought it was the gps. Then yesterday i charged fitbit and within just couple of hours battery is dead.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Also, that response was besides the point. I take issue with the fact that I raised the issue of my screen display multiple times DURING the warranty period but Fitbit did nothing to trend and address the underlying concern.

    @FitbitSupport I have the charge five and when I get a text or call I can see it if I scroll through to find notifications on the device but I get no vibration and it doesn’t come across in real time. I have tried all of the troubleshooting for syncing. Help!

    Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport! Part of my fitbit’s frame popped off during exercise seemingly due to rusted screws. I even offered photos as proof, but was told it isn’t eligible for replacement and my only options was to purchase a new one. This doesn’t seem right! Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Hi, discount for Ionic recall has 2 codes separate for devices and accessories. In the email, it says that we have to use all in one transaction. Promo code bar only allows one code to be used. I dm-ed already as well. Pls help. Tq.

    @FitbitSupport had to manually log some exercise today and since then my steps sync, but then revert back to the previous number. Have tried ALL suggested fixes, still not working. Some help would be great.

    Bought a @fitbit @FitbitSupport versa 3, cant get text notifications, spent all day doing everything from their tips pages and multiple youtube videos, no avail, got phone call and snapchat notifications but no txts, $230 piece of garbage

    @FitbitSupport Problem: I've tried. @fitbit will not send replacement without return. 3rd replacement bc the device is defective. @FedEx seems to have lost the return. Would be easier, less costly for both companies, myself to simply provide a new device. I have receipt of all correspondence

    @fitbit - I reached out about the screen display failure on my charge 3 and was told my device is now “out of warranty” despite the fact that I’ve had ongoing issues since the first month of use and Fitbit didn’t acknowledge the underlying issue.

    @FitbitSupport I've been telling over and over again that there are 2 discount codes provided. And the promo bar only allows for 1 discount code to be applied. Understand the problem before responding with generic responses. Solve the problem.

    @Oluwahoneybun @fitbit I just posted the same message about this. Mine not even 1 year old. Battery drainage suddenly occurred like 2 days ago...I thought it was the gps but i checked ...gps all turned off. So it has to be the update. I hope they do have a fix soon.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit If Fitbit had requested the device for inspection during the warranty period. I wouldn’t be sitting here with a broken device when it’s only 1.5 yrs old and outside of it’s warranty period

    So my @Fitbit won't update, and Tech? Support had me jump through all the hoops we all know: Hard restart Turn Blue tooth off and on Re install and then I get this "Thanks for your efforts. We’re aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the near future."
