    @Fitbit Screen Wake Mode and no longer be changed to Auto on a Charge 5. You may want to fix that. Stuck at Manual.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 4 screen went black yesterday with a smiley upon charge and a long vibration when I pressed the button. Nothing happened and now it won’t charge. I purchased 6/2021. I see this has been an issue since the summer. Any suggestions or solutions??

    @FitbitSupport can you help plz? When I press the run activity on my pixel watch, it immediately launches and after about 2 seconds starts tracking the activity. I really don't want it to start tracking the activity until I press start, not as soon as I simply click the run icon

    @MrRon9 @fitbit Yeah, there are a lot of web comments on this failure. It's just bad design and it can't be repaired. It was only 1.5 years old and I won't be buying another Fitbit product.

    @rusboyo @FitbitSupport I've not myself. It's an incompatibility between some Android 13 firmwares and Fitbit. It's up to Google (and their Fitbit subsidiary) to fix it and, if necessary, Samsung to incorporate this fix into an upcoming firmware release.

    @fitbit @fitbit terrible impact, haven’t had a tracker in a month. You made me return mine first though only strap broken then sent 2 faulty replacements. After 3 claims numbers promised ‘an email from a supervisor’ 5 days ago but nothing from @FitbitSupport. No tracker, no data, no help

    @FitbitSupport Be honest, EDA feature is a very poor substitute. I’ve been missold as the literature clearly states it’s available and you’re saying now that it isn’t. I’ll vote for it but I’d also appreciate a link so I can make a complaint. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport There's not an actual issue. The delivery is just taking longer than it says on your checkout form - and it's annoying to have hopes raised so high ;-) It's a minor thing but thanks for reaching out.

    @huddie71 @FitbitSupport I'm having same problem since updating z flip to Android 13. Have you managed to find solution yet ? I have tried all Fitbit fixes unsuccessfully. Charge 5 does pair and sync with my other devices. Very frustrating.

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa 2, in the U.K. where I live, I bought it specifically for the SpO2 and I can’t load the clock face to show it so can’t monitor my SpO2. So I am now wearing a useless piece of plastic. How can I get this issue resolved?

    @fitbit Here's a story about my Charge 5... i put good faith and money to a company promising a great working product. After a broken display, a "new" replacement that never updates & shuts off and an escalation team that never contacted, I'm bummed about the Fitbit "experience".

    @fitbit How about all the negative impacts of dealing with fitbit's garbage customer support trying to fix the defective watch, only for fitbit to not honor their warranty. I hope the government fines you into bankruptcy for your scams and ripping off your customers.
