@FitbitSupport was going to buy a new Fitbit, but it's impossible to sign in to the app, due to things migrating from old email and it will not let me create an account. Any other option besides getting a different device than Fitbit? Tech Support phone number?

Hey @FitbitSupport @googlehealth is there any reason why I can't email support anymore? The option either isn't there or won't let me submit a ticket, I have tried chat support and the chat bot and support person doesn't understand my problem and I can't phone due to job hours

@GoogleHealth @fitbitsupport I purchased a Fitbit Air and can’t complete setup — my Fitbit account password reset isn’t sending/working, and the app won’t let me move my account to Google either. Been stuck for days. Can someone help? #FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport Hi, I have 2 Fitbit devices, one of them an orange hue has developed at the top of the screen as well as the watch becoming glitchy. the other has a ❌ and lost sync data and won’t connect to the app, have reset both watches several times with now luck. Help!

@Google @FitbitSupport Why do you need to make my life difficult? Can you both stop pointing at each other and help? We can't upgrade his child account in Fitbit app under our family group? And he gets a 403 forbidden error on the Google store when he tries to login?

@Google just passed $4T in market cap. This week @Fitbit rolled out new sleep tracking and it's a complete jackass disaster. The old one I thought worked well. Now, the watch tells me one score, the app a different one, and apparently if you ever wakeup at all in the night you cannot have had great sleep (which is complete BS). Yes I know I already griped about this but here is today's new spin: if you are scoring things, and your scores whipsaw all over the place and are just pulled out of your ***, please just ***. Can I just get the data from the watch myself? next up, on @Apple I could and did, BUT the problem is those idiots admitted their monitoring of deep was not accurate because it would have taken too much battery to be correct. *** to them too!! #everythingisbroken

@FitbitSupport Hi, I'm contacting you to request a refund for my Fitbit Premium subscription which auto-renewed on April 15. It was an accidental renewal due to my oversight, and I haven't used the service since the charge. Could you please help me process a one-time refund?

Hey @Google @FitbitSupport do you ever plan to fix the issue with supervised Google accounts no longer being able to login to the Fitbit app? My son really liked his versa, but it becomes pretty worthless if you can't sync and the time starts to drift.

@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

@FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

@GoogleIndia @FitbitSupport The forced Google Health app update completely broke the backend syncing on my Fitbit Sense in India. Sequential EDA scans fail to register. Paid for premium hardware, left with an unreliable device. How do I get a refund or fix?

@All186Am Mine completely died and nothing worked to get it back. Customer service walked me through each way to fix (after I had already tried each option solo) and nada. I hate having to buy a new one when my old one was perfectly fine until the migration.😡 @googlehealth @FitbitSupport

The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport
