@fitbit the timer on the #fitbitsense is terrible. try putting it to a time and it spins to something completely different. hope you will do something to make it better in an update or something.

@fitbit 🇲🇾my Versa2 is just over a year old but HR tracker has stopped functioning. Tried factory reset several times to no avail. No flashing green light at the back, hv read thru community help page & tried everything but nothing works. Help pls??

Hey @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I need your help. I’ve got a Charge 3 but since Saturday it’s stopped tracking my heart rate, now not tracking sleep, not syncing and now not pairing.... I’ve followed all the advise, on a number of occasions now. Help, it’s so infuriating 😭😭

@FitbitSupport my Versa3 keeps dropping out of Bluetooth connection with my phone. Hope it’s a bug you can fix, because it’s dropped out at least once an hour since I got it yesterday! I can’t deal with that all the time!

@FitbitSupport I'm having the same Deezer problem as many users reported already. I've uninstalled, unpaired, retried, connected/unconnected.. seriously the only reason I got the watch is to listen to music without my phone while exercising. If this doesn't work what's the point?

@FitbitSupport I have a fitbit versa lite and never had a problem with the gps mapping my exercise. On the last 2 runs I've done the gps hasn't connected and when I go into into settings it says 'gps will not be turned on. How do I change that. Many thanks

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit versa lite won’t show its clock face, nor will it sync to my Fitbit app to try and change this. I can access exercise, timer, calendar etc. But I can not see the time, steps, heart rate as my Fitbit won’t sync. Can someone help me please.

@FitbitSupport How do I get my steps to sync correctly in team challenges? Problem only started two weeks ago. I have reinstalled app, checked wifi and Bluetooth, and restarted my fitbit. Correct steps in app, but incorrect in challenges. Thanks for help.
