    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, my Charge 3 has packed up and I’ve only had it 18 months. It just won’t hold it’s charge and goes off immediately after I unplug it. Please can you help?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport worst customer experience in recent memory. Charge 3 breaks down in Dec ‘20 within the warranty, replacement is shipped Dec 21st and arrives malfunctioning last Monday (almost 4 month wait). Now I am told you can’t help me as the warranty is exceeded?

    @fitbit the sense watch is horrible. Reads everything incorrectly. Never accurate and yet all you guys do is send me articles that don’t help #fitbit #sense I will never buy another Fitbit product

    @FitbitSupport If I wanted advanced tracking or always on location services I would turn them on. Every time I open the app it keeps asking me for that it’s getting ridiculous and it’s about time I throw it away or you fix the problem

    @FitbitSupport Hi. I can’t get my fitbit versa to turn on. When i charge it it just flashes up and says 0% battery however on the app it says it has full battery. Cant’t get the screen to even turn on. Any help/advice?

    Hey @FitbitSupport yet again my fitbit has gone rouge and got the black screen of death, it's responding when I put it on the charge cable & syncing with the app but the screen is completely blank, I've tried resetting it a few times and still doesn't work!! HELP!!

    @FitbitSupport I have gone down this road before. I have spoken to phone reps, correspond via email and through Twitter. Same result excuses at each level, dates promised not met. #fitbitsupportsucks so badly they told me I had to reach out to FedEx about where my device was. I am not hopeful.
