    Anyone looking to up their workout game should get a @fitbit . I walked from my living room to my bedroom, it was 55 steps. I then sat down in a chair and stood up and I was at 78 steps. I'm getting an incredible workout without doing anything. #fitness

    hi @FitbitSupport. My Fitbit versa 3 does not charge every time last month. It worked perfectly before. I use the same charger (2.1A). When I connect, it starts showing the charge, then show a normal screen, and then a message about slow charging, but does not charge at all.

    @fitbit Fitbit solution: before I've got NO support for YEARS! now I cannot use the app whatsoever! "perfect solution"! The app is not available for my device anymore! in other words, Fitbit products again? Not likely... the problem was solved by leaving me behind! customer service?

    People of the internet, help! Can’t decide whether to go back to @fitbit or get an @apple watch. Important to me: - robust sleep data - heart rate monitoring - real-time workout tracking I’m giving up on @ouraring (not a fan of the new biz model & unhelpful customer service).

    @5le @fitbit My battery is crap on Charge 5. I’m supposed to get 5 to 7 battery life. I’m getting about 16 or 17 hours. Customer service put me up to the next level of support 13 days ago. No one has contacted me. There is a problem with them, others are complaining.

    @FitbitSupport to any1 thinking to buy a fitbit, DONT! If the product breaks and they send you a faulty replacement they wont replace the faulty product. I'm stuck with2 broken fitbits even tho they issued a faulty replacement and claim warranty doesn't apply. Very dissapointing

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for response, but can't you see the pics? Even my Sense won't show realtime duration. Sync doesn't help. Not sure you understood what I'm saying. Fitbits have been around 14 years, I expect it to at least have the same functionality I had with a manual non-sensor app.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport worst customer service. My Fitbit is stuck and no one can help so too bad. Oh but here's a discount code to get a new one but everything is on sale and code cannot be combined so it costs more to use the discount. Wow! 👎
