    @FitbitSupport my charge 4 is losing its charge much faster than normal. Yesterday it shut off in mid run after a battery notification within 2 mins. Low battery again after changing for 3 hrs yesterday please help

    @CordeauxMelanie @FitbitSupport on my second fitbit can sync all my friend that have fitbit have the same problem, it's the app. I hope Google will do some thing, can I sync to my google home? This is the worse service EVER great when it does work but too stressful when it doesn't

    @balloob @fitbit Maybe try to give them a call, you could be lucky. Else you need to buy a new one and write down serial number for future needs 🙄

    @FitbitSupport or any other Fitbit wizard help! So my Fitbit Inspire HR isn’t connecting to my phone. I’ve tried everything from restarting phone & watch. Turning off Bluetooth & every other option on google and it’s still not connecting. Help!!!!!! Plz.

    @FitbitSupport Hi Team, My Fit it Versa not starting after done with factory reset. I done trouble shooting like press all 3 buttons for 3 minutes and keep the versa in charger, still getting the same problem. Kindly do the needful.

    @FitbitSupport so, your Versa 2 product only lasts a year and then you only give a 35% discount on a new one?? Why would I buy another one?? Unbelievably bad product and horrible customer service. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

    @FitbitSupport . I have a Charge 3 and it hasn't sync'd since Dec 12th . I get the error code pin or passcode is incorrect when I try to pair it with blue tooth . I have tried on Motorola phone and also Amazon Fire Tablet . The problem is with my Fitbit not my devices .. Help

    @FitbitSupport So I reached out to your dm. No response. Reached out to help again. Was told, "oh that is user damage so we do nothing. we can give you a discount." Ask about warranty. Nothing. Ask about the discount and the response, "Oh actually, you are noT eligible for the discount."

    I am beginning to believe that my Fitbit was an ineffective buy. Heart rate monitor not working. Not syncing. App UX/UI so effing unfriendly. Can’t charge properly because of the chargers design. Argh. Argh. Argh. I should’ve bought an Apple Watch. @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @balloob @fitbit FailBait should have totally stuck to software. When they bought Pebble, just to shut down a viable competitor, was a horrible day for me. I've spent over a grand on multiple devices, @fitbit devices being the worst of them all, and have yet to get what my Pebble watch provided.

    @CovaultRicky @fitbit Did you manage to fix this issue? My Fitbit has been tracking 3k - 4k calories everyday since 25th jan and I know it’s inaccurate - I’ve never burnt this in my life!Fitbit’s response is “but you burn calories when even when you sleep!” Lol. I’m going crazy 🙃

    @FitbitSupport so many issues with my BRAND NEW Inspire 2. Says I’m asleep the entire day + doesn’t log when actually sleeping. Doesn’t track exercise. Tracks over 3k calories everyday which is not physically possible for me. Customer service is so poor
