@FitbitSupport hi, I was doing a update for my charge 3 and then it stopped updating then I left it for a day. I have done everything you have said to do on the help page but it isn't working, it is now a black screen. I deleted the Fitbit app and removed the Fitbit from my 1/2

My @fitbit device is fried from yesterday's glitch and this device is only 7-months old. The original purchase was fried 8 months in. @FitbitSupport had denied replacement. A 35% discount is sad and not doing the job for a worldwide glitch.

@FitbitSupport Last time you wanted to DM you waited for days to reply to me !!!! By which point the battery had run out on the lost ( faulty strap ) device leading to absolutely no hope of it being able to be tracked down 👏 do you understand 2 devices you have shafted me with now!!!!!????

@FitbitSupport Ionic sw release 3.39 is very slooooow. For example, The sleep details page did not open so I wanted 10 seconds. Still no response. Double tapped. Nothing. Tapped again and five instances of the sleep details page opened. Are you guys working on a fix for this?

@FitbitSupport That is very good. The issue is that with your servers being down, the app becomes unusable. This implies that data that the app is showing comes from your servers. This suggests that the data is going from tracker, to the phone, your servers, and then back to phone. Roundtrip.

@FitbitSupport Before I knew this was a problem on fitbit’s end, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The problem is that I lost all my historical data! Can it be retrieved and re-installed to the app? Looking forward to your answer, thanks

@FitbitSupport I did not have any respond from you since my last tweet yesterday. This morning, the sleep section is working well. But everytime i check my account on the app, at section <<CHARGE 3>>, the app crash and close instantly. Excuse if my english is not good, i live in Quebec.

@FitbitSupport I didn't get one. I posted images of the issue and what I did. Then the app/website was glitching so I posted images regarding that. I think everything got put as the same when it was 2 different issues. I did message again regarding it but no reply.
