    @t_123hill @fitbit It’s what they do to all of us. They give use the run around and then end with saying…call the recall center. They have to ability to do that for you…but they are choosing to not help you.

    Only had my @fitbit for 8 months and the strap has broken. Pretty shoddy but probably to be expected.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbitsupport @fitbit I've been doing that for weeks. Your third party refund company don't help either so please escalate internally to get this sorted. Check out your community forum if you want to see how bad it is, not to mention your moderators deleting messages!!

    @FitbitSupport I have already been through that with your "support" team and they wouldn't help. So no thanks on going through that again. Also we were not provided with a "8 digit" support code. So maybe go back through all you cases to see whom you need to retrain. #fitbitsucks #NeverAgain

    @WestcottTimothy @fitbit @FitbitSupport Be prepared for a long wait Timothy. I am now in my 6th month and still hoping each day this nightmare will end. $300 is a lot of money in the current climate.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport 👆Honestly expected better customer service this day in age. Me owning a company, I'd have no problem canceling the order or refunding the difference if the error was found within 2 hours.

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit Vera 2 stopped reading my heart rate all of a sudden. I have factory reset it twice and updated it to the newest firmware. Everything else is working fine.. Please help me correct this issue.

    @FitbitSupport uncle’s charge 4 has a blank screen issue for a few days and resetting the fitbit isn’t resolving the issue.On trying to connect it to a device, the app needs a pin shown on the watch that again is not visible to us.Please let me know if there’s a workaround for it

    Only had my @fitbit for 8 months and the strap has broken. Pretty shoddy but probably to be expected. Have glued it back together, but will see how long that holds. Suppose I’ll just have to #buyMoreStuff™

    @FitbitSupport it’s been a couple days over a month since i reached out regarding the battery life on my charge no longer lasting even a day. i’m addition, it loses the sync and time time changes (but hours AND minutes so it’s not a timezone issue).

    @fitbit Fitbit are crap. Mine died after a year. The band broke after 5 months--they replaced it, but at month 11 the watch broke. I stupidly bought another, and it freezes in the set up and I cannot get it to work. Absolute trash. Do not buy a fitbit. Rubbish

    @FitbitSupport I am not knowledge about computer things and I did not understand what your support person was telling me to do. They tried to help me but I guess I am less knowledgeable than they assumed I was. I know it is my problem

    @FitbitSupport I can't log in to either website or app, and therefore can't use the chat support. Tried with email, but got sent back to the website by customer service. Please fix this! At least tell your customers that you're working on the problem!

    @fitbit @Beyonce My 11-month old fitbit died while in Europe. I bought a new one Charge 5 for $180. I can't set it up. It took 50 minutes to "update" and then froze. What a piece of trash. I feel totally taken in a scam.

    @FitbitSupport It got sorted but then again the same issue. I checked and the website was opening. I tried loging into the app. I got logged in. Then while syncing my tracker, it got logged out. And I'm also not able to open the website again as it says my IP has been banned by the site. Help.

    @FitbitSupport I try the past 4 hours now to create my account but once I verified my email address, I am unable to login "wrong username password" so I tried with 2 other emails addresses and same issue! The option to reset the password also doesn't work as I tried 3 accounts, bad experience!
