Anyone had problems with @fitbit #charge4? Strap snapped after less than 6 mnths use. After customer services initially rejected the complaint, was told to send the broken pieces to a place in Netherlands. Been stuck in customs for a fortnight #nothappy #poorcustomerservice

@FitbitSupport your customer service reps won't answer the phone, I was on hold for over 5 HOURS. your complaint site is "down for maintenance." I have a warranty on my charge 4, and I am wanting a refund; it's abysmal. (not yelling at the rep reading this!!)

@fitbit products have chronic battery problems that product after product they have failed to fix. Their products last just past their warranty and then they give you a coupon to get % off new. Why on earth would I want to buy more expensive junk that will fail before 2 yrs?

If I abandon my @fitbit Charge 4(which is increasingly likely) it will be because: (1) persistent ‘poor GPS’ message, regardless of location (beside HS modem, 4G, doesn’t matter) & (2) cumbersome food logging (designed for US market) which frequently does not save new foods. 👎🏻

@FitbitSupport : I can’t get my current heart rate to show anymore. I’ve already redownloaded the app, checked it’s the latest update, restarted my Fitbit and phone, reconnected my Bluetooth. This seems to be a common issue but none of the forum posts contain a solid working fix.

@FitbitSupport It’s not inconvenience, it’s the fact that this device, for working out with, is fragile. It doesn’t stand up to what you are suppose to use it for. DO NOT BUY this @fitbit. It’s expensive and very easily broken.

@FitbitSupport My Charge 4 yesterday didn't record any sleeping data. The whole night was missed like it wasn't worn. I saw that this kind of issue is widely spread in the forum. In fact in my case never happened before; (actually before the latest firmware update)
