@fitbit @FitbitSupport Absolute garbage, new update breaks fitbits for many customers and all you do is offer your customers 35% off their next purchase, my Fitbit was working fine and I’m 3 months past warranty you won’t stand by your products, find a fix for your update or lose many customers!!!

Disappointed in @fitbit customer service. I’ve been a customer for a decade & never had issues getting replacements for broken products - til today. My Charge 4 band broke and I’m expected to shell out $35+ for a replacement?! Not cool. @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport The plastic nub that sticks out from the actual Fitbit charge 4 (and into which the band attaches) has broken, making the device unwearable. It's not the band itself, it's wide, black plastic nub that slips into the removable watch band that has broken.

@FitbitSupport Thanks - battery life is consistent with what I expected. ~3 days with always on display seems to be the norm. The samsung @glennzb was reviewing only does 42 hours. Which is terrible. The Amazfits are much better than everyone. Hopefully next Versa will make big gains in battery

I am very disappointed in @fitbit as a product. I purchased a #Fitbit Charge less than 2 yrs ago and in that time the device had to be replaced and bands broke twice. Now it has broken a 3rd time. Customer service won’t do much more because the warranty is 1/2

@FitbitSupport Have an issue with Fitbit charge 4. My battery periodically vibrates and changes the face of screen. Also, the function button on side of watch does not seem to work properly. The information is still being processed correctly for the most part.

@FitbitSupport hi just purchased a Fitbit Versa 3 and very pleased with my watch but I'm having trouble getting the app to link to my WiFi it connects then when I go back into it it has disconnected so I'm not able to receive notifications direct to my phone.
