    @QueenWeezy @FitbitSupport Not one Versa i’ve had has lasted longer than 18months, it’s a manufacturing fault yet they won’t address it (or don’t want to). They used to be very helpful but now they just fail to help their customers in general. The quote to me was “enforcing our policies”

    @FitbitSupport You already told me to do one , broken button on an ionic after it had already been replaced once , second one lasted 4 months , really poor as I own 8 devices in total

    You know @fitbit @FitbitSupport when someone pays for 2 day expedited shipping that usually means 2 business days, not a whole ******* week 😒 terrible shipping/processing department

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit versa is a few years old, but this week it keeps flicking from screen 2 screen. Then when I changed clockfaces as suggested by FB, it's now frozen on the Fitbit clock face and I cannot move from it. I can't navigate the watch to factory reset either #help

    @FitbitSupport 2/2 conjunction with any other offer! This is absolutely ludicrous. You have a known defect with your watches and you still continue to provide abhorrent customer service. The 35% discount was to compensate me for two broken Fitbit’s in a little over as many years! Be better!

    @Roxana66126924 @FitbitSupport This is exactly how they die, my 3rd one died about a month ago and since it was out of warranty well its my own problem seeing as its the same exact thing that has happened to the previous 2 and the complaints on their page really points to appaling products.

    @FitbitSupport I bought my wife a Fitbit charge 3 in March 2020. It’s starting to have issues with missing pixels. We’ve tried several restarts but need more help. Anything we can do?

    @MrsSurvival @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I had this same issue this year. Fitbit support was very unenthusiastic about resolving this problem. Kept telling me it’s out of warranty so they couldn’t replace it but gave me a promo code off a new one. Like I wanna drop another $200+ for shoddily-constructed trackers.

    @bill_mayville @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I tried those. They’re a bit clunky. Also, the problem is that the watch is actually held together with glue. That’s what they need to address. Lack of craftsmanship

    Tried to get back to @fitbit after so many years because of the new charge 5 … wow! Is the word how downhill they are going. Customer support horrible and the charge 5 was just as bad. No help… in two days instant return big thumbs down

    @FitbitSupport Tired of being out on hold so long by phone support who can’t do their job. Tired of being asked same questions about the problem after explaining the problem. Tired of problems with watch. Tossing it in the back of the draw. Back my more reliable $25 no name watch

    @FitbitSupport Hello, I have a versa 3 and for some reason it keeps disconnecting Bluetooth. Highly inconvenient. Is this a known fault or is there a way to fix it? It is about 1 year old and this has been an issue with it on and off for the last 8 months.

    I keep getting these emails from @fitbit re: their sale. I’ve tried twice to buy a #versa2 but the only option is small. Twice I’ve been so disappointed I canceled my order. My old Fitbit is barely clinging on. When I replace it, I guess I’ll go with an Apple Watch. #wtf

    @FitbitSupport need your help! Every time I’ve tried to set up my aria to a new network it takes me forever and this time the network is not appearing. After three changes of home I would expect this issue to be fixed with the upgrades but this seems a common issue among users
