    My @fitbit Charge4, a gift for Mother’s Day ‘21 & barely a yr old, wristband connector broke. Googling the problem I found multiple pages of others complaining of the SAME defect. Seems you ditched the formerly metal clasp for plastic.😑 Now I’m not wearing my Fitbit at all.😞

    @MaheshA62093212 @FitbitSupport Same issue here. Forced close on app, forgotten on Bluetooth and reconnected, restarted Fitbit. Still not working for three of us in the household

    Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbit please help. My beloved #FitBit Versa died. 😭😭 AFTER wearing it to track laps in the swimming pool for the first time…which it’s supposed to be able to do. 😤😠 “Versa is water resistant to 50 meters” 2 hrs after my pool workout it stopped working

    @Dibber_Roy @AmazonHelp I have the same issue. @Fitbit setup actually claims it is a known issue and that once Amazon updates their shopping app it should resolve itself. Interestingly, every time I get this error in Fitbit, the Amazon app requires me to confirm which Amazon account I was using

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have an issue with Fitbit Inspire 2. My sleep stages will not be recorded after every charge on it. I will need to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it on iOS for it to work again. Been like this for 3-4 cycles and it’s annoying. Is there a fix to it?

    @FitbitSupport I’ve already filled in the claim form and am waiting for it to be processed, perhaps you could help get it sorted? As I’ve only had it for 9 months I would expect it to be replaced under warranty. I’ve had a look at the store and the replacements are ridiculously expensive.

    @lotsford @fitbit Nope, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. If you call the refund line after failed refund they escalate it but can’t track it down. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Refund customer service is garbage @fitbit

    @fitbit But if it burns your wrist, you can only throw it away and buy an Apple Watch. My Ionic went broke and I’m waiting for a refund for more than a month. Terrible service, worst smartwatch. #FitbitIonicRefundPending

    And still no assistance from @fitbit All I wanted was fitbit. got one from my entire family (as that what is costs to get one). strap broke after 10 months of (not daily) use. and no help after reaching out for help Bottom line. Don't spend hard earned cash on #fitbit products

    @FitbitSupport @MaheshA62093212 I’m having issues aswell device won’t connect to phone, remove device cannot reconnect it as error accepting terms. Remove app reinstall can’t log in.error 500 when trying to go to your website think Fitbit have an issue
