    @FitbitSupport @EppBuckingham Absolute garbage company. A class action lawsuit should be started against them. Their software can update your watch making it unusable and when you try and get support all they say is you have to buy a new one.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Fitbit can't even tell you what's wrong with your device when it suddenly stops working. They just give you a small discount and expect you to shell out more money on a new one that will probably break down randomly too.

    @fitbit #TellTheTruth my Fitbit Sense worked fine for 5 months then started miscounting floors by > 1000%. Your support is useless and have told me that it's not broken (seriously??), and that you might do an update to fix it. No replacement, no refund, just a £300 piece of junk.

    I think @fitbit stress monitoring is broken. I consistently get higher stress "scores" when I sleep longer and significantly lower "scores" when I sleep shorter. I could have sworn bad sleep was a stress indicator.

    @FitbitSupport I love laying down and my versa 3 says my resting heart rate is 94… when I’ve avg 58 the last two months? I’ve done all the trouble shoots. What’s wrong with the new update

    @fitbit I have tried EVERYTHING, multiple contacts with @FitbitSupport . Tighten, loosen, move it up, move it down, resync, reboot, clean it, don't clean it so much - Support makes me jump through hoop after hoop and NOTHING FIXES IT! YOU ARE CHEATS AND LIARS!!!!!

    @FitbitSupport @heyemk Don't waste your time with these canned responses. They're meant to appear on social media as being responsive, but in reality all you'll get is sorry we broke your watch but you'll need to buy a new one. Fitbit is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

    @FitbitSupport Issue with app not resolved. It still doesn't work and it prevents other apps from loading. Phone gets stuck. Have to reboot for phone to function again. Galaxy S10.

    @FitbitSupport Here's the thing though, I shouldn't have to go through all of those steps EVERY time I want to sync my watch. Get your **** together and fix the app.

    @FitbitSupport the screen on my fitbit charge 3 is so dim I can't see to increase the brightness! I've tried the restart by holding the button down but no change. Very sad as its only 2 and a half years old! Please advise!

    @FitbitSupport please advise I bought my son a Fitbit inspire for Xmas. He caught the strap while at school and has damaged the strap which I can replace but the bit that the strap connects to on the actual Fitbit piece (hole) has also broken. Is there anyway of repairing this?

    @FitbitSupport please, please fix the bug in your app asking for location to be enabled every time I sync my fitbit, sometimes it does a double pop up for the same sync. It’s annoying. It’s making me hate your product. Your forums have threads for years asking this to be fixed

    @heyemk @FitbitSupport Same. I've been venting for 3 days. It's my daughter's watch which she was relying on to track her workouts. It all started with clock face issue, they had me reboot it and now it's stuck in a boot loop. If she dropped it and broke it I'd buy her a new one, but @Fitbit broke it.

    @getfittrack No one Is taking care of me. 24 hours for a response is poor service, and all your team is doing is just giving the same canned responses . I really wish I got a @fitbit scale. At least they respond in a reasonable time.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I have friends that have literally broken their 3rd party trackers from Amazon & they still work! @fitbit's Inspire HR stops working randomly & they can't even tell you why! What kind of scam is this? Are they just meant to break down so you keep giving them your money for more?

    @DrEricDing @fitbit Yep, proof! 33 people out of 37,000 participants (234 w/ + test) with average resting heart rate 5 bpm higher than their previous average. Sure seems like something worth shutting down the world.
