    @fitbit @FitbitSupport You need to fix the glitch that forces people to surrender their GPS data in order to use your app. Your app does NOT rely on GPS data. You're just data mining. Illegal. Unethical. FIX IT.

    The customer service @FitbitSupport is appalling, fitbit less than 2yrs old won’t hold charge an their resolution to the problem is for me to buy a new Fitbit @ a 35% discount. #fitbitfail

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Is there an issue with the current charge 5 upgrade? My device is dead and the chat line help told me I’d get an email within 3 days (?!) - to help resolve this - After all the basic trouble shooting had not been successful … hmmm :( ?

    Don’t get a @fitbit unless you want to waste time. I had my charge 4 replaced once because the gps broke and this one has broken AGAIN. Very frustrated with their customer service I’ve called 5 times for this issue and the call team has been unhelpful. Still waiting on an email.

    @FitbitSupport Can someone help? Chat was a waste. App suddenly does not work on cellular data, only wifi. This has never happened since owning my Versa in 2019. I've tried EVERYTHING; nothing has worked. Deleted app, reinstalled, updated. Nada.

    @FitbitSupport I have been using Fitbit for a few years and one little issue I have is the display is hardly visible in the sun especially when I want to start an exercise such as swimming . I am unable to do so . Although the automatic detection works.

    Other cool things that have happened as I’ve been living healthier: - Lost 45 pounds - Reduced body fat by 11 percentage points - Average resting heart rate down 12 bpm - VO2 max up about 6 mL/(kg-min) - back running 5Ks in under 30 minutes! Thanks @noom and @fitbit!

    @fitbitireland @FitbitSupport Your online support is SHOCKING. Got Fitbit Versa in Jan21 stopped working Sep21. Been dealing with online support since. NO help. Told returning to DHL station only option. None close to me. Asked them could I post it. No. Going in the bin now!!!

    @FitbitSupport my step streak has gotten wiped and now says 5 days when it should say 120+. I've tried restarting the device, app & phone. Customer support was no help and said they can't fix it. Is there anything to be done? My daily data is all there

    @FitbitSupport Any news on android app updates? Fitbit has been only syncing intermittently since the last update and I can see many people are the same from the reviews on Google play. Is there plans to fix this issue?

    @FitbitSupport when is the deezer sync issue getting fixed? Deezer said 12 days ago that their partners would need to push their fix for the problem...it has not been fixed yet!

    @stu_rush @fitbit Washed the cars? My poor little Prius (Lacey) hasn't had a bath in many months. Plus I have to take her to a carwash. Ugh, I've come to realize everybody washes their cars during the weekend at the carwashes. Yay you Stu. A home wash is superior.

    @FitbitSupport Have been trying to set up an inspire 2 yesterday and again today to no avail. The emails sent from you to verify our email address are taking hours to come. Is there an issue? They arrived during night and then said link had expired. Very frustrating. Can u help?

    @fitbit offers the worst customer service. My Versa 2 stopped working after < 2 yrs. They said they couldn't fix it & offered a discount. I lost the discount in my emails. When I asked for another one, they refused. I couldn't believe it. Ur not the only watch in town. #EPICFAIL

    @FitbitSupport My versa2 is not working, I was offered a discount and received a code which I used and a replacement was ordered, I received verification of that. Checked the order status and its cancelled why? the code cannot be used again so I cannot reorder.

    Lol, it's 8PM, I’m checking my Fitbit, and it still has a full-screen “Nice work!” notice from my 9AM workout that I’ve been too lazy too close all day. @Fitbit, putting no timeouts on screens is an endemic problem across the tracker UI.

    @OMARSHINEZ @fitbit I had the same issue. It refuses to connect unless I'm on a wifi network. I did all the steps I found online and they tried telling me it was my data network, despite never having this issue in the last 2.5 years. Ridiculous.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I wonder if you could help. My touch screen is unresponsive, it keeps resetting and the app is struggling to connect to it. I have tried all the reset tips and nothings working. I also have a fitbit clock face.

    Hey @fitbit, I think y’all have a glitch. When I’m using my smart hula hoop you think I’m elliptical training and when I’m cycling you think I’m swimming. I can confirm I haven’t been near a body of water or an elliptical machine. What gives?? 🤔

    @FitbitSupport I’ve been trying to sync and check challenges all morning and it says not syncing then it syncs then says I’m not online then the moron who I’m talking to doesn’t understand English so it’s impossible for me to get help
