@FitbitSupport seems nobody answers the customer support line and your livechat isn’t working. How can I get help for my flex 2 that won’t sync? I’ve tried everything. Repaired it. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Restarted my phone. HELP.

@FitbitSupport I have just updated the app and I can no longer sync. I uninstalled the app the re installed now I can no longer log in 😢 send help!

@FitbitSupport Uninstalled and reinstalled app, says no internet connection. Tried WiFi and using my data now it says cannot reach server. Go to the website to log in and it says server error.

@gurmukhpanesar @FitbitSupport @LilOldMee Finally back in to the app but there’s very little of my data there. It appears to have wiped all records of steps and calorie burn and the oxygen variation section has now disappeared. Health Metrics also not working!

@FitbitSupport Well, that’s just great. 1st my Versa 2 won’t work, not server issues. Really starting to regret leaving Garmin. Watch keeps freezing, won’t switch between screens, time lags, shows heartbeat when not wearing. Keep resetting, syncing, nothing fixes it.
