    @FitbitSupport My partners Fitbit versa 3 stuck in reboot loop, have sent a DM no reply and gone through the help forums and community forums and tried all the comments from force closing app to factory resetting the watch nothing works, can you help

    @fitbit 40 hours on and I still get the message “Reference Code not found” I have contacted support via chat who just say try again later, and DM’d but I have had no response to that. Please issue an official statement and guidance about this process.

    @shane_phoenix2 @fitbit Got my discount all ordered within 24 hours of registering - just waiting for the email saying dispatched. My issue is not sure how getting refund as no details taken for payment unless a cheque?

    @FitbitSupport can you help? My Fitbit and Strava simply won’t sync. Strava says it’s linked to fitbit, fitbit says it’s linked to Strava. I’ve de-linked and re-linked and checked sync activities. Nothing.
