@HBOMaxHelp It’s a shame too, because HBO is my favorite stream service, it it didn’t have these issue. It has the best catalog but it’s excruciatingly frustrating to have to deal with these crashes 10 to 20 times during a single 2 hour film.

@HBOMaxHelp Can't get streaming to work, paid through my Apple phone, got an email about Apple ID, I see the charge pending for $14.99, says it was successful, but I log in with my main email or through apple service, and says i dont have a subscription

@hbomax your chromecasting from Android is way below par compared to @netflix or @PrimeVideo. Really laggy and lots of degraded video quality. Please improve, lots of things I want to watch!

@hbomax you need to reconsider allowing only three (3) streaming devices at a time! We are a family of 6 and have 9 TVs and wanted to watch on four at one time and was denied! If we can all watch HBO at once why not Max? Please fix!!

@HBOMaxHelp I am currently watching on Xbox One (or rather, attempting to watch.) But, I have the same problems on my laptop. It seems that my phone is the only way to use HBO Max w/o constant crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I’m pretty sure it’s just your service.

@hbomax I was under the impression that since I already pay for HBO with my cable and was able to log into HBO Max using my cable login credentials, that I automatically had access to HBO Max. I watched shows for a few weeks, stopped watching and now it wants me to pay? WTH??
