@hbomax well I take what I said about your service. Apparently it’s the damn @Roku that’s not working properly cause now I can not get into peacock and Netflix. It just keeps going to Home Screen. So now that’s three apps I can not watch.

@HBOMaxHelp @GramsciFag @hbomax It happens to a lot of people on any device. I’ve used my devices and my friends experience the same problems too. The HBOMAX interface overall is not very user friendly or intuitive and it feels like the end user has not been advocated for in the design process.

@HBOMaxHelp So, I found the issue: Your app is passing some non-http traffic on port 80 during the initial launch of the app. This was being blocked by my firewall because it is non-standard and irregular.

@HBOMaxHelp I have a Samsung 4K smart tv. When I go to use HBOMAX it just takes forever to load up, then when I pick my account and go to select a title, the curser moves very slow. I have yet to be able to watch a show all the way through without the app having to stop and buffer.

I'm watching #TheManySaintsOfNewark on @hbomax & I've NEVER heard a movie with such awful audio. I've had to turn on closed captions for part of it just to understand it. It's THAT BAD. And I've waited months for this to come out.

@HBOMaxHelp PS4, it’s almost always an issue. It’s working now after the fifth restart, but still pretty ridiculous and it’s been like this from the beginning. No other streaming app on the planet have I had this issue with, just get it together and update the app already.
