@HBOMaxHelp Firestick 4k on Xiomi Mi Mijia (with/without dolby enabled). Was able to screencast from my phone to the Mi (ruked out issues with Mi). But poor resolution so used wired network/hdmi cables between a laptop and Mi. Thanks for the followup JS

@hbomax Please fix your audio issues. Tried watching #WW84 in our theater room and can barely hear it. The only way to watch is on a normal tv and disconnected soundbar. Disappointing.

@NedStaebler agree. anti-climactic. incohesive. multiple segments that only added to the duration. issues with dolby took about 2h to resolve with no support from @HBOMaxHelp.

Do I HAVE to use my Roku account info to watch @hbomax on my Roku? I have separate Roku and HBOMax accounts with different emails. But there isn’t a ‘sign in’ on the @hbomax Roku channel?

@kyleplacy @hbomax @Roku I had to update my HBO Roku app to the HBOMax app last week and have had no issues since. If your access is through a cable subscription you have to login through that portal.

@HBOMaxHelp Stuck in a loop! Sign up says I'm already signed up. Try to login and it tells me my password is wrong. Reset password and it still doesn't work. Have three girls dying to see their hero- Wonder Woman!

If you bundle @hbomax with your Hulu account you are unable to watch @WonderWomanFilm. The only reason I do that is because HBO Max isn’t available as an app for even the newest LG tv. Major flaw for @hbomax. Fix this ****. Please.

@hbomax Just when I thought 2020 couldn’t get any worse. I watched WW 1984 and was proved wrong. By far the worst movie I’ve ever seen. Horrible story. Horrible writing. Horrible direction. Thanks for ruining a potentially great franchise.

@DCComics @hbomax 2 and ou guys wouldnt have this probem. You thought hbo max release would help it, but streaming cant help a pie of ****. Adapt the comics, pay them tribute. Find writers who actually like the characters as they are. Because the newer fans, but dont know any better,

IDK if its @optimum or @hbomax but someone needs to make the logins make sense as an experience. Using the right credentials and still get an error. Why? @OptimumHelp
