Congrats @hbomax on having the worst connectivity of any streaming service I've ever used. Getting through a couple minutes of anything without the stream pausing/buffering/looping seems impossible.

@ringer @HBO @hbomax It is sad for me to say as a huge Ringer fan but this doc was incredibly awful. No insights that have not already been worn out or easily searchable. To blame things on race, musicians, or any other reason than the promoter is laughable. This doc is for one demo only.

@HBOMaxHelp Just so we're clear. RW on Prime's toshiba tv simply sits and waits for you to give up. Show continues to run. By far not my first complaint. Soon be last though, as my subscription runs out and I will not renew in August due to unresolved issues with your app.

So someone hacked my @hbomax account and changed my email, so I can't login. And the only help @HBO offers is you need to login to change your password so they can't access it. No phone number or email support at all. Now someone has access to my account for free and I don't 😑
