Hey @hbomax thanks for finally getting the Roku deal/app done. But can you please fix the garbage framerate I’m getting trying to watch the Larry Sanders Show? It’s seriously looking like 15fps. I have to stream it from my phone to get it to look like it should. Thank you.

@HBOMaxHelp I tried, but these do not help. I live in Ohio. I called a friend in AL, who is obviously using a diff Roku Player and TV. She is having the same problemw/ episode 6 of Lovecraft County. This has been happening since last night.

@HBOMaxHelp Finally found it. But amazon doesn’t make it easy to find the app as you are first directed to subscribe through them. If you subscribed elsewhere, not intuitive to figure out how to sign in.

@HBOMaxHelp @GlendaLeslie HBO Max does not work on my Roku. Seems like no one cares to assist. I’ve called HBO Max They walked me through clearing the cache and will refer my concern to who knows who. I find it hard to believe that NO one has heard of the app freezing and going back to the ROKU homepage

@Roku @hbomax I had subscribed to HBOMax before Roku picked it up. On Roku it’s not giving me a Sign In option only Subscribe Now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app. I’ve restarted Roku. What next?

Hbo max has an excellent catalog and just terrible everything else. Pretty much every single thing I’ve watched has been laggy/stopped completely when I have no issue w/ other streamers. Gave it some time bc it’s a younger streamer, but absolutely disgusted at this point @hbomax

@HBOMaxHelp Yes. I should be able to but the issue is that there doesn't appear to be a screen on the Roku where I can enter my account login and the instructions you linked has not been updated to include anything specific to the Roku.

@hbomax I waited months for you to come to Roku. Now, Lovecraft Country will not play. I made it to episode 6, and each time I hit play, I am thrown out of the app and back yo the Roku main page. Can you fix this?

@hbomax So to setup my account I have to go to my email to get a one time use code, and when you go get the code the app backs you out and says you have to go get a one time code again. Do you see the issue?
