Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Is there any update asking to 25th support executive but no updates. If you can't fix the issue and provide service at the least why can't you cancel the service and initiate refund.

The customer keeps on getting a message of expected time which keeps on changing everytime you call the toll free number

@JioCare @JioCare why the installation getting delayed everyday if the engineer is the problem then just remove that person and assign a different person I cannot wait anymore for your poor service either install it tomorrow morning or just cancel it and give me the full refund.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @reliancejio a rather strange phenomenon is happening with my grandfather's network. It is strong enough to ring caller tune but not enough to actually talk. Location kankarbagh Patna. As a consumer my rights are being compromised. Take it as my legal complain.
