@ViCustomerCare Hello, I've received an SMS from you that "we have resolved your network complaint with reference number...". But the problem continues. Still unable to make or receive any calls despite full network. The other SIM on my phone works well. And no one from Vi has reached out to me.

@ViCustomerCare I am now little appalled at the customer service support. I have called up the appellate authority 20 times with no response. My 1st complaint was closed without a resolution. I am not sure how you are even running this business with such poor customer support. Cc @ViCustomerCare
