Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a recharge of an unlimited pack which had 200 Mb data and unlimited calling for 2 days. However I can't make any calls nor browse the internet. Please resolve the issue!

I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

@ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

Customer service of @ViCustomerCare is practically non existent. Eventhough ours is corporate account with dedicated service support manager , but when you call message is always "Please Hold" . @VodafoneGroup should close their business in India.
