    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @reliancejio a person saying from Jio Bengal HQ is calling me day after day asking to recharge immediately. Else my number will get terminated. I have recharged in sept 2022. Not sure about the legitimacy of the person calling. Please help. (Will share the number in DM)

    @ashishkasiha @JioCare @reliancejio You are using it on Band 28_700MHz which can provide max. 100 Mbps. When it switches to Band 78 i.e 3.5GHz, you get more than 600 Mbps. In low signal area your phone auto-switches to lower band for better coverage. Use in open area to have Band 78 coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Mobile data is getting worse and worse with every day. Unable to use internet through my jio sim. Highest speed your 4G sim gives is 10 Kbps. Customer care also not helping. Kindly do something.
