@2KSupport Has there been any acknowledgment of the hard shut off issues on next gen XBox when playing online? I can play other game modes all day with no issue but 5 minutes on rec or proam and my Xbox shuts itself off. Will there be a fix for this?

@2KSupport Ticket #10775892 my 81 overall got erased after a connection error and have no way to retrieve it along with the Vc I spent. I sent it in last night and would like to see if it can be retrieved.
