    @ShakeDown2012 @2KSupport @NBA2K going through it right now. 2KSupport emailed me saying I sent them all the necessary info they needed. Just waiting on the next email saying they fixed my issue of missing player or a straight up refund in the VC spent creating the build and purchase of all animations.

    @2KSupport I understand. I know you guys have to deal with multiple issues but when you got ppl that only play a certain mode, ex. MyCareer, and things like this happen you’re hurting us we putting time and money into things like this all we want to do is play

    @2KSupport i am beginning to dislike playing NBA2K. You tell me I violated your TERMS OF SERVICE, BUT CANT SHOW ME PROOF and get banned for 2 weeks, when you have CELEBRITIES CLEARLY violating these TERMS and only gets banned for 2 days? @Beluba

    @ShakeDown2012 @2KSupport @NBA2K I lost my 99 ovr Playmaking glass cleaner on Dec 3rd after grinding all the badges the right way. I recorded the video like support asked of me. I still don't have my player. I only bought next gen to play 2k, was promised a fix. Ticket number 7509452.

    @2k @CivGame Hi, I recently bought Civ6 from the 2k store. The 2k store lists mac compatibility but that is not supported by Epic Games. Xsolla, the company that manages the 2k store, refuses to refund. I'd appreciate help for this issue.

    @2KSupport every time i get an error code then my players are not there, i can dashboard and they are there but can you resolve this issue please?

    @2KSupport it’s ridiculous how every time u cut the game off and play again that the game doesn’t save ur jump shot or any of ur settings....it’s plain stupid...fix this broken *** game because people are sick of it!!!
