    @2KSupport Recently purchased NBA 2K23 on September 15, 2022, for the PS4. The game has worked perfectly until the last couple of days. I’ve spent well over $115 over the last week on this title and For the last 3 data I’ve been getting error code CE-30005-8.

    @2KSupport My ticket number is #10766883 I am missing Gold Aaron Wiggins, Gold Ousmane Dieng, and Gold Jalen Williams from my thunder collection because I got error coded I have been waiting a while for the cards so I can complete the trophy case for pink diamond Russell Westbrook.

    @tjayerrday That isn't real hard considering the garbage that 21 and 22 were aka they were the same game. Problem is we still can't call plays from the playbook only quick plays, and to be honest the one extreme to another on shooting, blocks, steals is annoying. But it's @2k so is expected.

    @2KSupport since this unfortunate incident I haven’t been able to submit a ticket. There seems to be a glitch with allowing me to access the 2nd leadership slot on MC. I am on the 2nd rebuilt and still this issue. Any help?

    @2KSupport Hi i have an issue and I just tried to buy VC, declined on the game but it charged my card and how do u create a ticket everytime I got to the website it’s asking for a email and password and I have never contacted u guys before and there’s no option to create an account
