    @2KSupport Your recent update deleted all players of Steam users. What's your fix? have users rebuild their players then have everything back to season 1. Not even compensate those who are grinding to get the gym rat badge? You have seriously messed up @NBA2K @2K

    @2KSupport Hi the “Older Than The Trees” achievement won’t unlock for me on Borderlands 3. I’ve tried different playthroughs and reinstalling the game and all DLC with no luck. Is there a fix?

    @FiraxisGames @2KSupport Thanks! Broken! I can't play the game now. New launcher doesn't recognize I already own it. Maybe instead of spending time and effort to "improve" a mostly useless launcher to push your products...you could you know just work on making working games.

    @2KSupport my favorite design philosophy is that the best way to fix a problem is to just not fix a problem and instead create a guide on how users can fix our problems for us!

    @FiraxisGames @2KSupport Not to mention it constantly runs in the background which causes lag and crashes. Like this is kind of ridiculous. Why do i need 2 launchers? (Epic and now 2k)

    @2KSupport Opened a ticket this morning still got no answer. Better say something real instead of prompting everyone to open a ticket thats never getting answered. And dont bother asking for a ticket number just focus on solving the entire issue istead
