I’ve been dealing with an issue with Borderlands 3. I just purchased it yesterday, and when starting the PS5 version, it seems to crash right after finishing the Claptrap loading screen. Anyone else have this issue? Anything you can help with @2KSupport ?? I have an open ticket.

@2KSupport Still haven’t filed my corrupted issue after I did everything you asked for, extremely dissatisfied @NBA2K I been emailing back and forth with @2KSupport and they take forever to reply. Literally a day passes by for every reply, horrible.
