Somehow, your “Cure-All” of hard resetting my Xbox and clearing my cache didn’t fix the 4 badges I didn’t get from college or the fact i’m not getting badge progression. Also neither did opening up 2 tickets to get help, cause now I am sitting here like a dumbass @2KSupport

@2KSupport Please pull up my ticket, 9357758. I have spent hours upon hours with multiple videos and receipt pictures with no end in site. Sony online support said you all know there is a problem with the codes. Please fix! I have filed a BBB complaint.

@NBA2K @2KSupport You need to fix the issue with the Gym Rat! According to the guest services tab it only tells you to win the NBA Championship, it doe not specify the number of games or any other special requirement! I did that and was MVP but no badge! Fix it, we paid too much for these issues!
