    @2KSupport what the hell 2k, since the latest patch I can’t load up my main player on ps5 without getting error code 6f8ce31b. It’s only happening on my main build, I can play on my others. This needs to be sorted out since I have put all my vc into this build @Beluba @2KSupport

    @X_Tupacs_Back_X @2KSupport Yeah I’ve got that too. Seemingly widespread issue after the latest update. Some people have said you can load your other builds but I haven’t tried that. All we can do is hope 2k fixes it soon.

    @2KSupport I can’t play mycareer mode. When I try to play it I’m getting error code 6f8ce31b. I made new player to try it and it’s working with him but it’s not working with my 96ovr player. Ticket #9250814

    @Ronnie2K @2KSupport @NBA2K 2k22 is one of the best gameplay games you have released. But of cause you have to go and mess it up with this error code. Fix your game. Money and time goes into playing this game but you can’t even put out a playable product. Put ur heads in!

    @2KSupport #9210872 still after a week waiting on this bullshit *** “support” at this point I would take Comcast customer service in 2010 over whatever y’all call what y’all offer…haven’t played since Sunday and all y’all message is “be patient we’ll get to you” refund my money

    @Shriimpi @2KSupport I don’t know I think I’m done playing 2k until they fix my build. I wanted to max that build out and I’m getting close to max overall and badges. If I can’t fix this build then I’m probably gonna stop playing for a long time
