@2KSupport I have a open ticket and this problem has been ongoing probably since I got the game and all the service rep are telling me is to reinstall it or rebuild the database and since my internet is much faster now I've done that so many times it's becoming hella annoying

@2KSupport Why do you think the tickets are still open??? You people do not take our issues seriously, we spent a lot of money and time on these games and when YOU cause the problem, you are obligated to fix them, this is what the majority of complaints are all about, your lack of support!

@2KSupport I try to login to nba 2k on Xbox and it asks me to enter my myplayer email I do that then hit enter and it says 2k servers unavailable and doesn’t let me online, fox da game 😐

Yo, @2K fix the stupid bench press mini game in MyPlayer. It’s been like 6 years and it’s the worst thing out since y’all came up with it. Doesn’t work at all fam. Like I mean worse than the free games in the game store even. ***. This **** is trash 🤌🏼💩 hot garbage, if you will.

@2KSupport I hope that anyone thinking about buying this garbage they read up on it & reconsider what happens when they run into problems & believe me they will! I will not ever download another 2K game again! The support is ZERO they do not listen to you at all! They'll pass it on to Sony!

@2KSupport You all do not listen to what we are saying! I'm screaming for almost THREE WEEKS, that the player is NOT COMPLETE, that Mamba was never installed but paid for...when Himanshu J. looked at it before he went into left field he said he was getting help to look into the Mamba issue?

@2KSupport @S9EQisaqt What good does that do? I've been trying for over three weeks to get help, after your error! I've spend hundreds of dollars making my player that you blew out weeks ago he's still only part way fixed! You never restored Mamba next-gen after download from the Playstore, either!
