@2KSupport He called Microsoft they couldn’t help, he requested a refund they denied him. Now 2k support told him they will be closing the case, the game still not working. They had no issue takin the money but won’t help him at all. @Ronnie2K

@NBA2K @2K @Ronnie2K why do y’all servers stink every year? Can you please be more consistent. And can you please fix the “update notification” ? if I’m in the middle of a game,is it necessary to have that pop up and stay up until I finish my game and can go to the main screen?

@2KSupport Lol... I've been staying tuned for almost a week! How hard is it for someone to just look at the issue, see the problem is authentic, and deposit the VC accordingly... I guarantee you if I had a larger platform the issue would taken care of within minutes!
