@B_Baldus1975 @WWEgames @2KSupport I had this issue too, I went through rebuilt the database with no luck. It is a PS issue which affects multiple games. I completely reinitalised my PS, was overkill. Back up your save and reinstall the game. Fixed it for me.

@2KSupport I’m having issues with WWE2k22 in “MyUniverse” mode. Every time I add a custom PPV and save my changes, everything saves except the arena. It just defaults to “RAW APR 2019” will this be fixed anytime soon?

@B_Baldus1975 @WWEgames @2KSupport My friend I’m just telling you what happened to me. Same error code, same issue. Crashing when trying to save after changing a body type. It’s a PS code to Indicate some problem with saving.
