    @NBA2K @2KSupport this a joke, right? You guys broke many users game saves with your update. I invested money and time in mine and since this mornings update, I just receive error code 6f8ce31b. When I create a new save, it works just fine. You can't be serious!? #NBA2K22

    @Shannon_lofty @NBA2K I dunno what hurts more the money or the time I spent gettin my build to 95, I don’t even have words for the frustration purely because there were no issues with servers till those 2 updates. @2KSupport I want my money back on card ASAP

    @2KSupport #9210872 still after a week waiting on this bullshit *** “support” at this point I would take Comcast customer service in 2010 over whatever y’all call what y’all offer…haven’t played since Sunday and all y’all message is “be patient we’ll get to you” refund my money
