    @2KSupport unable to enter shift codes for Borderlands Pre-Sequel. Error that comes up says that they are unable to connect to the network. Tried several times in a few hours.

    @2KSupport Nvm I found my player in storage. Had to upload him back up. He comes up as a zero overall but once I clicked on that player the badges and overall come back once in neighborhood. Fix this issue please

    @NBA2K @2KSupport really? Rec is not playable at all (I'm on nextgen). Everyone is lagging (or lagging out entirely) and experiencing terrible delay. I mean I expect BS every year but cmon man this game been around way too long for things to consistently be this bad every release

    @Dauntewill23 @2KSupport having same issues like i try to emailed the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Termuxtechh on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @2KSupport I have the “can’t talk to Ricky issue”. Your support rep tells me to Uninstall & reinstall. Now my player is gone. And the response is “sorry it’s launch week, we will try to get to it later”. I went from dropping 200 to play 1/2 a game to paying 200 to play nothing.
