So after uploading more pictures than I took at my wedding showing the issue and waiting 10 days the response was "Please take a video of yourself entering the code" Hopefully it doesn't take another 10 days @2KSupport @NBA2K #PS4 #PS5

@Gabriel36314963 @2K I had the exact same issue bro… I fixed it by staying in the main menu, then tell someone to invite you to their neighborhood and then sim the game you were stuck on.. I hope this works.. and at first I tried joining someone from play now but that doesnt work
