    @DesmondBlouin @2KSupport I’ve been fighting 2K Support over this for days. They’ve admitted the Patch 1.15 crashes are being investigated, but have ZERO timeframe for a fix and ZERO answers about compensation, missed MyFACTION content, Persona unlocks or Ringside Pass progress.

    @2KSupport Can i get any help with this i got error coded the game before the game i just won and the game i got error coded on didn’t even start i go into another game and play it through no problem then i try and play again and have a 2 hour ban??????

    @CornellGunter_ @2KSupport Seeing how 2K Support did nothing last year to rectify when patches caused issues (on the top of my head, 1.18 specifically with the Invisible Custom Images) I wouldn't get my hopes up that they will be able to revert progress *cue the Clear Cache to fix every issue support msg*

    @2KSupport I am having a problem I have tried everything cause I have WWE 2k26 for Xbox Series X & I bought the ringside season pass 4 featuring the hardy boyz & it says downloaded but when I check in the actual game it still says I have to pay the $9.99 which I already did

    @RedTVPlays @2K If you play it on PS4 you are good and if you are playing it on PS5 you gonna have issues. I play it on PS4 and i am closely done to get the platinum and do the dlc aswell.

    @kingjamesmac718 @2KSupport I love how they ask you about the final outcome too. They resolved a problem for me last week, it actually getting to that point took days of back and forth. But that bit doesn’t matter to them.

    @Beluba @NBA2K @2KSupport Is there a known audio sync issue in NBA 2K27? The sound effects are delayed compared to what happens on screen — especially rim, net and ball sounds. This happens even in offline Play Now. Please look into this.

    @1nationetwork @2KSupport @2K I think it’s more annoyed then surprised. With the way they jumped on the issue the switch was having and tweeting about how they were aware of the problem and got a hotfix out for it in a day. But ps5 and xbox didn’t get the same treatment. IMO

    @CornellGunter_ @2K @WWEgames ok this move is still in the games but you can't assign it as a finisher or signature .... Could y'all please fix that to where we could use it as a finisher or signature again 🙏
