@2KSupport I really don't expect you to fix anything anymore I stopped playing the game due to the issue, I stopped buying any add-ons and I actively encouraged people to not give you steam award nomination. Company like yours must fail and it must go into history of customer mistreatment.

@2KSupport @otf300faneto I did this and provided proof and my emails to support go unanswered and ignored. I finally gave up and quit trying. Then I got lectured for opening a new ticket and they deleted my old one and kept ignoring me. Great customer service.
