@2KSupport I have been lagging and getting kicked from park and rec for the last two days. I’m on 2K21 and on PS4. I don’t think it’s my ISP. I have gotten kicked 3 games today already.

@2KSupport 24 days now since my players were deleted and still nothing, that chat was no help, the guy in customer service helping with my ticket has been no help, @2KSupport has been no help...seems like no one in support knows any, same copy and pasted responses, terrible customer service

@ProKomodo @2KSupport Also having the same issue, they had me to fill out a customer support ticket. I took video of the issue and apparently its been escalated to the development team.. @PGATOUR2K needs to get us online 👍

@2KSupport I’m trying to upload my saved file to the PlayStation cloud but I’m having errors. PlayStation said to contact you guys. I didnt receive help yesterday and I lost a player to a corrupted file I’m not trying to lose another player

@2KSupport #7501303 I send this request for 2 week and the problem still haven’t solve, me I know more information about it? The agent just telling me to wait and didn’t have me back the vc and didn’t fix the bug. I keep playing it with no reward from daily challenge for 3weeks!

@2KSupport @Stefan33367195 @PGATOUR2K Whats the point? Step one...told to Clear cache, check internet connection, reinstall game. Step two...Show video evidence. Step three....You send to developers with no time table for fix and months pass. That sums up what happens.

@2KSupport @Ronnie2K just wondering how much longer I can expect to wait for MyPlayer to be restored ? It’s been 2 weeks now and I’m still in the same position I was at the start, no update on how long it will take. Just been forced to wait for YOU to fix this ridiculous bug.

@2KSupport I’m having an issue where I bought a pair of short shorts in the nba store and it gave me grey pants. How do I get my short shorts that I bought. I spent 7,500 VC on it and I’m confused why it gave me pants.
