@2KSupport i am trying to get to support but it keeps saying the page doesn’t exist. my game keeps crashing and giving error codes when i try to load up my mycareer build. i finished the season and got showed the winners of the awards then it closed the game and crashed.

@2KSupport my 2k is literally not loading up at all on Xbox series s ...it gets to the screen where it's shows all the NBA and wnba teams and it literally just goes back to the home screen. The game isn't working. Can y'all please fix this asap
