Amazon Prime Instant Video Issues ReportsLatest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
I do not know who designed/architect the Amazon Prime video App, but it's one one the worst I've ever used. #AmazonPrimeVideo - do something, your app is the worst on market
@MacSparky More than you would an Amazon Prime Video even though they are similar quality, because, well, it's Apple.
@Barundar @netflix @AmazonHelp Speaking to an agent won't help anyone. This may be an elaborate plan to move everyone to Amazon prime video 😂
@fudanshiro They still haven’t released seasons 7 or 8 on video platforms like iTunes or Amazon for purchase. It’s been a year and a half since S7 came out and that’s basically free money for them. The response from _everyone_ not paid to review the end must have been awful.
@windrivver @imcanadia It was the teaser video they put out during their kickstarter campaign. The design was still in their very early stage and the animation is of lower quality, so expect significant improvement (especially since the massive success of the kickstarter and the Amazon funding)
@AmazonHelp @LGUS None of those address my issue. I have no error codes. The Amazon prime app does not recognize my smart controller cursor arrow meaning I cannot fast forward through a video. Also the back button rarely wants to work anymore since recent updates.
@loudmouthjulia Picked the no ads plan through Amazon Prime Video Channels just for Picard — and did it that way so I wouldn’t have to use another, separate awful app UI.
@bt_uk Need help with my connection, my bt infinity is constantly dropping in download speed, it's so bad now that we ether crash our desk tops or when trying to watch netflix/amazon prime buffers 4 times in the space of a 20 minute video.
@schafferwmar Best thing we ever did. Only issue is no Orioles games. I use Hulu, Amazon Video, Netflix, and Disney Plus right now.
@tennisontelly There is a problem with accessing Eurosport through Amazon Prime Video. Amazon say they are on to Eurosport about it and will give sorting it "high priority"
@lijiang2087 The Nest Hub is better at answering questions. Facebook is far better for video calls with friends and family. Amazon Echo Show is the worst of the three, but Alexa does understand how to make a shopping list better.
@MoxieSwagger It's funny, there are many petitions out there to stop Netflix, Hulu and Amazon from doing this exact thing. They simply do not care. Amazon is the worst too. I get a full video ad, before I can even get into my library.
@heckyessica In a completely unsolicited plug, let me recommend SimpliSafe. My wife & I moved into our final [we hope] house this summer. I bought & installed a SimpliSafe security system, including video doorbell. It's been great. (I chose SS over Amazon, which has privacy issues.)
every time i scroll past it on amazon video i’m like ok Tomorrow i’ll watch it........ then i click on teen wolf and watch another terrible episode same old shit same old ****** shit
Amazon prime video might have the worst interface of all streaming services out there.
