@AmazonHelp Internet speed 3 to 6 MB download amazon video apps.... Network was nice my apple tv 4k video quality nice.... Streaming only apple tv.... But i want download on mobile device.... In highest quality
@AmazonHelp Absolutely did not help. I have restarted, uninstalled, updated, force stopped, cleared cache, even tried the IP route, and nothing. I need to have this television replaced with a tested working model that can actually stream its branded, namesake of an application: AMAZON VIDEO.
I’m getting heartily sick of quality drops on Amazon Prime Video tonight. My bandwidth is fine. Fix the plumbing, you lot.
@PrimeVideo you'd think a company as big as Amazon could make a good UI for prime video. It's outdated and awful to navigate even when you're used to it
Studios that choose to go down this path of creating their own discrete streaming service will live or die by the perceived quality of their content collection vs the incremental investment beyond legacy streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Now)

I used a different HDMI cable as one if my options and had the same sound-but-no-video problem. The two TVs I tried it on were both Amazon Fire Toshiba's. The only thing I can come up with is some issue between my dock and this specific TV.

@emmasam99 That’s what I’m thinking. They sent me emails in broken English, with links to amazon. At first I was like “okay, they’re overseas, and they want to show me the product first” but they just hit me with “you buy it and we will refund you after we watch your video” and yikes.
@Gilmore_ghoul @bouletbrothers @AmazonVideo Messing up episode releases, then leaking multiple episodes in Canada when episodes hadn't been released elsewhere. Pretty much every week there has been an issue.
Always Netflix & Amazon Prime Video for me. Might subscribe to HBO Max if they brought in 'worthy contents' like #ReleaseTheSnyderCut #ReleaseTheAyerCut #SaveSwampThing & more high-quality stuff that is not made to please the childish community. @WarnerMediaGrp @warnerbros

The Amazon instant video app is ******* awful but if you want to watch something they have exclusive rights to your choices are use it or download what you want illegally.
@robmanuel Netflix feels like there's a quality control to it. It's content that's been selected and filtered. Amazon Prime video is just a mess of quantity over quality, and it feels like real effort to find anything actually watchable.
Hey @XiaomiIndia pls fix the FHD playback issue with @PrimeVideoIN content. Despite having the widevine L1 out of the box, #RedmiK20Pro can't play even 720p content in Amazon prime video app. It's stuck with 480p only. @manukumarjain
@AmazonHelp Problem is I can order a video gam that doesn't have street date till a tuesday but I will get it the friday before but this book has to be delivered after street date by amazon!!
