@PrimeVideo goodness me, could your picture quality be any worse?What are we paying you for here? 10 seconds good picture, which shows you can do it when you try, then moves to quality I’d associate with the 80’s.. garbage! sort it out. It’s like watching football on an Amstrad

@PrimeVideo we have been trying to watch the Liverpool game for over 45 mins and we keep receiving error messages that says ‘something went wrong’ we pay £80 for a service and when it doesn’t work it’s extremely frustrating. Considering cancelling this ridiculous service
