    @amazon @PrimeVideo @movies_anywhere I’ve had terrible experiences with Amazon’s customer service team but she’s the exception. Even though it took an hour, I’d happily sit on the phone with someone who enjoys their job and assisting customers the way she does. Kudos to her and to Amazon for hiring this gem!
