@PrimeVideo Wheel of Time is terribly grainy on my 4K OLED. Found several users on a sub Reddit who are encountering the same issues. Grainy, odd picture artifacts, discoloration on skin tones all on a 4K OLED that displays other shows perfectly. Any way to resolve?

@AmazonHelp I have an email from Abby which was a reply to my call where she is again re opening the ticket. That email is showing at 5:48 PM today. I have had to follow up for this issue every single time and the ticket gets closed. It's like you don't care that @peacockTV > @PrimeVideo .

@PrimeVideo I’m really enjoying Wheel of Time but the 4K HDR version looks terrible. 1080P HDR or 4K SDR is fine. Please investigate the 4K HDR codec - it’s full of colour artefacts and blocky weirdness.
