Stuck in an endless loop of @PrimeVideo saying I cannot update my payment settings because I "don't have a subscription", and I cannot get a subscription because there's a problem with my payment settings, AND YET THEY JUST PULLED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. This is not my evening.

Hey @PrimeVideo, why can't I buy S5 of Leverage? I've been buying each season as I watch them & was surprised to see that only this season is unavailable, despite it being available just a day ago. I don't want to watch a low quality IMDB stream w/ads instead of the 4K version.

Having subtitles on for Mr. Robot in @PrimeVideo is an extremely painful experience when there is people talking in other languages. You literally get a subtitle saying stuff like Name: [speaking mandaring] In top of the subtitle with the translation. Please fix it, is horrible

@AmazonHelp When I try to login to the primevideo app in a new device, it tells me to hit accept on the notification that is supposed to come in my other already-logged in devices. But this notification never comes.

Yesterday I went out and bought @Roku for all my TVs, signed up for @YouTubeTV, and dropped cable (#SorryNotSorry FIOS), only to read today that Roku and Google are in a fight and Google may pull the YouTube app from Roku. This sucks for consumers. Fix it. PS you too @PrimeVideo.
