@PrimeVideo I couldn’t get past the first 15 minutes. This is truly an awful film. The actors don’t even look like the Ricardo’s, let alone act like them. Curious though, did Nicole ever make one of Lucy’s goofy faces? She looked so plastic-faced in what few minutes I did see.

@PrimeVideo The energy of Nicole Kidman just didn’t jibe with Lucille Ball at all. I love her but not in this role. In fact the whole film hurt my head as I tried to process what I was seeing. I’m 65 and I’ve seen all of her work. Literally grew up with her.

@charleydarbo @PrimeVideo I didn’t have issue with the casting so much as the timeline jumping all over the place. Nicole was cast pretty well in this. Would have been helpful to have dates when flashback scenes were being shown. Especially since many of them predated ILL by more than 10 years.
