@NeoWestchester @PrimeVideo In my case it adds bars depending on which ratio it chooses top/bottom or sides and squishes the image. I realise this is a different problem, but it seems in the same class.

@PrimeVideo First 2 episodes are amazingly well done and sets itself up for a great series. Then, oddly, the 3rd ep is horribly bad, overly complex villain-initiated deaths, terrible non-believable character dialogue… like your watching a sci-fi series on network tv bad.

@TCL_USA @PrimeVideo @Roku You need a better support system in place when your customers have issues, when the Prime Video app doesn't support Dolby Vision HDR on a TCL made, Roku OS running TV, to keep passing the buck saying "its not us, contact them" doesn't solve anything...
