The new Amazon prime interface is HORRIBLE. Can't find my subscriptions, no continue watching list, search doesn't work right, just awful. I don't watch football and it has taken over my screen. Lots of pictures, very little usable content, totally unfriendly.@PrimeVideo

God the viewing exp of #TNFonPrime is the worst ever. Can’t scrub. Replay includes the ******* pregame and you can’t get past it. Finding the “recorded” game is a nightmare. Man trying to watch Thursday #nfl is going to massively suck ***. Thanks @PrimeVideo for ******* it up

Anyone else think that Amazon’s CS has gone downhill? Terrible problem with @PrimeVideo & I keep getting agents who seem@to be recently hired & know nothing. Supposed software upgrades do nothing except keep kicking us off prime. So disappointing!!!!!
