Got locked out of my @PrimeVideo account. Had to call @amazon 1st guy hung up on me after 10 mins. 2nd guy refused to help after 15 mins. 3rd guy sent me an email and resolved the whole mess in 2 mins flat. Why didn't the first 2 guys do that???
