@PrimeVideo So I rented a 20 movie, terrible quality streaming, don’t tell me it’s my WIFI, it’s not. It’s your chronically under supported service. Prime Video is terrible bandwidth, and you know it. Shame because sooo many good titles.

@NBL Admin, NBL App keeps switching off the screen whilst watching the game which is very interrupting. Netflix, Primevideo and NBA App don't have any issue. Please sort out the problem

I have a username and password for primevideo. I need to update the email address, because it no longer exists. But now I can't sign in without a notification code sent to that email address. Which no longer exists.

We recently subscribed to #PrimeVideo and infuriatingly when trying to watch shows on here it keeps buffering or freezing up with annoying message “something appears to have gone wrong” but no issues with any of our other streaming services. Anyone else?
