@primevideo: I’m a new Firestick user and Prime customer. I was getting Prime Video just fine (loved Rings of Power!), but now I’m not getting a picture, just sound. My ISP came out and looked over all their equipment and found no problems. I can watch Prime on my phone, BTW.
