    @familybaptisttn @NASCAR @PrimeVideo I'll say one thing for Prime. Maybe offer a video quality option? Not everyone can constantly run 1080p. Seems like it decides it will either be 1080p or 480, but maybe you can normally get 720p. Just want to offer a middle ground for people, no need for arguing.

    @PrimeVideo It's a shame that some of us can't watch the show in black and white because you failed to put up a separate link to view the show in black and white. When I reached out to tech support, they blamed Roku. This is weak. It is entirely within your power to fix this, fix it.

    @GarrettSmithley @PrimeVideo it's crazy how good their feedback loop is Last week they got criticized for not showing some of the mid pack battles and this week they didn't even miss 1 battle They knocked it out of the park when Latarte explained the rotor issue with Prime showing the repairs in real time

    @Bgordo92 @NASCAR @PrimeVideo T-Mobile 5G is $30 a month. I didn't have one buffer like a majority of others. Get with the times and get better internet

    @MovieMantz @PrimeVideo @PrimeVideo screwed up the rollout. Some can watch either version. Others can’t. The Black and White version IS NOT the default either. Some have found work arounds. I haven’t been able to get it to work. Kinda sux.

    @familybaptisttn @NASCAR @PrimeVideo Thats an internet issue not a prime issue, mine had absolutely zero issues at all but then again I have the fastest and highest internet offered through Verizon so its Definitely ur internet that caused the issue

    This @NASCAR on @PrimeVideo is just terrible! Very pixelated, skipping, looks nothing like 4k, and a constant blur! Looks like its in 780p at best! Do Better!

    @PrimeVideo whatever update happened with the app with the live TV tab, it’s impossible to scroll past it to the other apps like Apple , paramount, just gets stuck on live tv and you must quit the app and search the show you want instead. Just FYI but pls fix thanks

    @SHistorians @IndianaFever @PrimeVideo I have very little experience with video, but reckon I could do a better job than that. The cameramen and the producer are doing a terrible job. They obviously never played sport and don't know the "keep your eye on the ball" rule. As a viewer, I want to see where the ball is.

    @PrimeVideo stop rolling out tech gimmicks that people cannot ever get to work. I just wanted to watch Spider-Noir in black and white and I’ve done all the things with the app and it STILL starts in colour and it’s infuriating. Not watching it until you resolve this.

    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo Amazon customer service is pretending that they are unaware of the syncing issue of Universal Studios movies purchased from Prime Video. They are telling customers to contact Movies Anywhere to resolve the issue. I’m cutting out the middle man
