My @PrimeVideo isn’t working on my @AppleTV but all other apps including @netflix are. The message is an internet connection problem but my internet is good. I’ve closed the app and restarted Apple TV but it hasn’t fixed the problem. Prime works on my iPad. Any suggestions?

@PrimeVideo This was a god-awful movie. It moved so slowly, and was so boring. I don’t blame the actors. It was the script and director. Nothing in this movie feels real. It’s so self-conscious and pretentious, with preternaturally long pauses between every exchange of dialogue. Ugh!

Ok, so which one is causing my viewing issues? @PrimeVideo or @SkyHelpTeam Every time I watch something on prime video via my sky on my TV, it freezes, circle spins & spins, getting really fed up now! No point paying for something you can't watch.

@PrimeVideo i have 2 Apple TV’s and prime will not open on either of them. Prime works on my fire sticks, all other apps on my Apple TV work fine. I tried Ethernet and wifi, I forced close the app, reinstalled the app, unplugged device. Nothing works. Help?

@YNWA_Kaiser @PrimeVideo We've got sky and, yes, they do the same stupid thing - no to apple TV and yes we've got Netflix but Netflix doesn't charge for watching some things, you pay your fee and boom, it's all there to watch which is the way subscription services SHOULD work!
