@PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.

@Xfinity @comcastcares It's ridiculous to charge $20 for a 2 day rental, and then cut it off with 45 minutes left. I have done 2 day rentals with @PrimeVideo before and they let you finish movie if started. Terrible customer service.

@shooocman @PrimeVideo Make sure you're on the latest version (Help > 'Check for Updates' in the menu). If it's not working then, you need to clear site data: Go to the website, right click on the page → Inspect → Application (tab) → Clear Storage → Clear site data (you'll need to log in again) 👍

@DBaptistaSilva @AmazonNewsEU @PrimeVideo What is your problem? A lot of people here love Amazon, including me. The fact that Amazon decided to bring Amazon Prime services here proves that it serves their economic interests as well, because companies act according to their economic interests.

@PrimeVideo just gets worse. Trying to watch later episodes of #RestorationMan and George's narration is completely ABSENT and not subtitled at all. I saw bad reviews about sound quality but that is ridiculous. Utter crap, Amazon. #subtitles #accessibility @AmazonHelp

Streaming is nice/convenient, but the thing about having a disc, even as backup, is so when I'm watching a movie for example, I can watch it without issue. Took me around the #Irishman to finish #Godfatherpart3 on #PrimeVideo The picture quality reminded me of overplayed vhs
