    @PrimeVideo Think about it. You're losing millions in lost subscriptions every day because people want to play-video and play-video just doesn't work a portion of the time. I'm cheap, and I can fix that issue.

    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo Amazon customer service is pretending that they are unaware of the syncing issue of Universal Studios movies purchased from Prime Video. They are telling customers to contact Movies Anywhere to resolve the issue. I’m cutting out the middle man

    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo It boggles the mind that customers have to complain in this manner to get you to do your job. Amazon you need to train your staff to be more effective because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t take almost a year to fix a known system issue. Your customers deserve better!

    @familybaptisttn @NASCAR @PrimeVideo That's a you problem, not a NASCAR prime problem. If streaming and it's blurry, that is an internet connection problem, you need to solve that not NASCAR.
