@PrimeVideo @SatoCompany Please fix Kamen Rider Build’s Episode 11, it plays the final episode 49. Similar situation happened with episode 1 that was playing episode 32 back on Dec 1st when the series was added. @AmazonHelp this is not an account/device/network issue.

@PrimeVideo Why is the streaming quality of anything on Prime so ****? Constant slow screens, buffering and cutting out. Customer services don't recognise me as 'human' so cannot speak to anyone, this is a joke and I want a refund for over 3 years membership

@ColinBellKK @PrimeVideo This was a physical issue with the cabling where it came into the house. Luckily I’m a cabling and comms tech, so I fixed it properly and I’ve had no problems since.
