@PrimeVideoAUNZ @PrimeVideo @primevideouk PLEASE fix the 'something went wrong' bug. Every time I let the next episode play automatically once the timer ends it starts loading and then ends with 'something went wrong' and I have to exit and choose the new episode. PLEASE fix!!!

Hello @PrimeVideo can you tell me if there is a way to improve the #subtitles? Trying to watch and the subtitles are missing out on whole lines that are being said by actors? It is extremely frustrating, any help appreciated.

Does anyone know how to link subscriptions to @PrimeVideo ? I.E I pay for a yearly subscription of MLB network but Amazon gives me the opportunity to have MLB network in there app. Problem is Amazon makes me resubscribe through their App. Little frustrating.

Is it just me or has @Ranker mobile become virtually unusable due to all the ads, pop-ups & possibly the most atrocious space consuming @PrimeVideo ad/video/banner designed to MAKE you click on it? Aaaand because it opens the Prime app it closes my browser & the page I was on.

@primevideo Why can I only select German subtitles when watching shows with English/original dubbing instead of having all or at least the english subtitles available? The German subtitles are so damn poor in quality and have way too many mistranslations.

@SirWinCity @PrimeVideo I saw it yesterday. Too far! I agree. In fact, all of it is. It’s a terror series. But based on unfortunate real issues. However. I would show this to everybody. The fact that black people had to live something similar makes me sick. Nobody should forget that.

Just saw where @PrimeVideo plans on spending nearly $500 million on the first season ALONE of a Lord of the Rings tv show. The hell? I’m not great at math but can’t help thinking even a small percentage of this huge amount of money could also finance a season or two of #Timeless.
