When I click the play icon on @PrimeVideo, nothing happens. I tried rebooting my laptop, several other web browsers, and I get the same thing—nothing! Are you aware of this? Many others say they're having the same problem. Please let us know when we you will have this fixed.

@AmazonHelp I wish to add that this is NOT an ISP issue - I have no issues streaming TV programs, YouTube videos, music via Pandora -- it is the revised @PrimeVideo that is causing disruptions....Amazon needs to own this.

@PrimeVideo purchased movie rental yesterday but it kept cutting out after first ten minutes no issues with other apps and not had issue with prime before. Has to purchase on Now tv in the end. Do you reimburse?
