  @PrimeVideo Definitely an achievement for television! Worst thing I saw this year. In that regard it overdid Wheel of Time. Goal achieved I guess, you can't make something this bad by accident.

  They are asking to wait for 3 days to even start the process of returning because they need 3 days to investigate. Why not just replace the product and keep the investigation going on. Worst customer service and policy and process as well. @amazon @amazonIN @PrimeVideo

For me the only problem is that I can no longer watch a video, a gif, a photo or listen to a song anything that reminds me of the barn scene or Sam suffering alone. I can't stop crying until the barn scene pops out of my head.
