    Spider Noir might be the most frustrating watch experience I've ever had. Constantly switching back to the color version every day. I like the show but man it's annoying that I have to jump through hoops every time I want to watch it. Fix this @PrimeVideo

    @PrimeVideo Your WNBA announcers were absolutely horrible. Zero play-by-play, just long stories, sometimes about the players and mostly about themselves. The worst was when they had to explain that they weren't cheering for the Dream. Just bad!

    @amazon @PrimeVideo @movies_anywhere After nearly an hour of explaining the issue, repeating it and feeling like it had fallen on deaf ears to my surprise the representative flipped the script. She went into research mode and said not on my watch! She didn’t ask me to troubleshoot, she said you’ve done that.
