Dear @PrimeVideo is there anything to improve the Thursday Night Football feed quality? It’s almost unwatchable at times. I subscribe to YouTubeTV and live sports through there are crystal clear in comparison. Same TV, same wifi.

I just spent 15 minutes unsuccessfully trying to purchase Family Guy season 16 on my phone. I tried everything - the Prime Video app, the Amazon shopping app, the website. Good job, @amazon, @PrimeVideo. Slow clap. Your crap makes me embarrassed to work in tech.
