@amazon @PrimeVideo I've called Amazon customer service to check acceptance for credit card but after 14 mints of call they will not able to answer me and wasted my time and i thought the call and try Noon. Very bad customer service from Amazon to help customers problems.

If it only happens with one app and only for certain shows within that app it’s an app issue. A brand new Apple TV 4K has more then enough memory for a half dozen streaming apps. It auto manages memory.

@PrimeVideo kindly give manual option to choose video quality in videos because in auto or best mode it never reach 4k in TV,laptops,tablets like samsung s8+ and on ipad pro which can play 4k video very easily. if charge for 4k then you should deliver it also.
