@PrimeVideo The refund gets issued but they cancel my subscription after it was specifically stated that it will not be cancelled. Agent suggested I just sign up again and that they will issue the refund. Signed up, received the email the refund has been issued.

@Shudder @PrimeVideo Love the Possession (1981) transfer, but there's a subtitle sync issue where the titles lead the action by several seconds about halfway through the film through to the end. Figured I'd raise my hand here if it helps.

@PrimeVideo Later on chatted with a nice lady who offered to refund me and not cancel my subscription once I get charged after 7 days to enjoy the rest of the month free of charge. I get charged and notify the cc via email to issue the refund
