    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo It boggles the mind that customers have to complain in this manner to get you to do your job. Amazon you need to train your staff to be more effective because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t take almost a year to fix a known system issue. Your customers deserve better!

    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo Since they refuse to acknowledge the issue, maybe Movies Anywhere can help them understand that that sending customers back to them is not the appropriate course of action since the issue is not on your end.

    @amazon @movies_anywhere @PrimeVideo Amazon customer service is pretending that they are unaware of the syncing issue of Universal Studios movies purchased from Prime Video. They are telling customers to contact Movies Anywhere to resolve the issue. I’m cutting out the middle man

    @Bgordo92 @NASCAR @PrimeVideo You don’t have to record it automatically does. Also you most certainly can pause, rewind, leave the app and pickup where you left off. This sounds like user error and internet issues.
