@SultaneHermita1 @PrimeVideo Your problem seems to be with Amazon hiring black people. please quote me where Tolkien said there are no black elves. He did describe the Noldor as fair, but there are are many types of elves. Jackson make a lot like a real lot of changes from the books and you're a bot anyway.

When I play any video on Netflix, PrimeVideo and other platforms when there is any dark scene or a night scene in the video then on the screen black patches appears. I escalated this issue to your customer care and they guided me to the local service center to show the problem.

@MrJamock @LOTRonPrime @PrimeVideo I'll give it a chance. But the bottom line is, you can't invent major characters and expect it to feel like Tolkien's work, to have the same depth of a lifetime creation. All you have to do is contrast Peter Jackson's LOTR trilogy with his Hobbit trilogy.
