I am astonished that #deaf organisations have never protested at @PrimeVideo's sloppiness in not providing subtitles. Plus the sound quality is often quite poor - especially with American films. US actors just mumble.

I have recently encountered misleading star ratings on primevideo. For instance, the critic rating for title 'Gehraiyan' is 3.5/5 but the 'homepage' display shows 3.5/4 by deceptively dropping last star. Clearly an ethics issue, but GO says its not under DMEC. @PrimeVideoIN

@LOTRonPrime @PrimeVideo I think that if this had been an Amazon Original Series that had their own characters and their own stories in it you wouldn't see anyone complaining, The problem is in blatantly changing Tolkien's world to reflect what they want it to be. It's literally like changing the bible.
