@ItsMikeHill Will allow a second chance for, but they’ve drawn a hard line over kneeling during the national anthem that was done to draw attention to social injustice. I think they settled to keep the issue out of court where it would have outed the owners

@Symposium56 I don't think you can fix its issues with a patch. I say this as someone who was incredibly hyped for Anthem and who's chomping at the bit to play more, but its issues lie in design and development choices that actively harm it. They're things I can deal with, but they're real.

@jasonschreier Let’s be honest in that the major issues Anthem has are not things that can be fixed in QOL patches and short term fixes. As a loot grind shooter it fails at the things those games need to be good at. Pretty game though.

@jemelehill @TheAtlantic I think,for the sake of what he was protesting, he should have seen it to the end. He said he wouldn’t stand for the anthem until police brutality and social/racial injustice were no longer prevalent in US. They’re both still problems. His supporters wouldn’t fault him for losing

@IllKingKilla I'm encoding off gpu and making sure settings in game are bricked. The game still looks fine enough. I suggest running 720p 30fps.. I can stream it at 60, it fluctuates 33-51 fps. So if I do 30, it handles that with no issues. I have an easier time streaming anthem...

@AnthemYour We need someone to do a side by side YouTube video comparison of Destiny, The Division and Anthem load times. I agree it's a serious issue that needs to be sorted asap but they all are pretty annoying, it's just they're implemented differently. The lifeless load screen sucks lol

@dark1x @_LarZen_ @GossiTheDog Tearing in Anthem is more on the heavy side on PC but I have noticed it on XOX as well. V-sync on PC robs around 20-25 frames. Maybe the issue stems from bad implementation of 21:9 resolutions, I am not sure. Hopefully D1 Patch will improve performance across all platforms.

Anthem felt rough in a bunch of ways and disappointing in others. I think I don’t like the disconnect between the Fort and the suit stuff, as well, I like the rebuilding aspect of The Division 2. Maybe I’ll dive more deep into these thoughts in an article soon.

Anthem, while fun so far, really is in rough shape. I appreciate the smooth performance on PC but wish it didn't come at the expense of long, long load times, frequent audio bugs, rendering issues (enemies straight up not appearing but killing me) and levels not loading in

Feel there’s a problem with expectations put on devs by consumers if a game like anthem can take 7 years of development to make and most people are like “yeah it’s alright.” I remember they talked about it on Splitscreen how every game now has to look as good as ‘x’ to sell

@anicebrotha Seemed like it even though they said they tried to fix it. Doesnt seem worth the purchase to me when you have other games like Anthem
