@ArloSmartHome Why won't my cameras charge? Why do they quickly lose battery life? Why does it take your support team 2 weeks to call me back? Your products are ridiculously expensive, these are known issues I've seen on your own website, and you can't fix it? What am I to do?

Be aware that @ArloSmartHome has terrible support. You will be dragged along. You will be asked to do things like "turn your phone on and off for 2 minutes".

@ArloSmartHome Poor customer service. Get an Arlo 3 for Christmas and give me an indoor mount and an outdoor mount for 2 cameras I want outside. So I have to pay $20 to mount my camera

This can't be an actual human... Unless they are purposefully screwing with me at this point. Worst customer service ever.

@mluisbrown @ArloSmartHome I regret purchasing @ArloSmartHome , automated software updates have left mine offline waiting for me to push a button on the device (when I was 800km away). Or lose synch for no reason. I'm sure my cameras will be very expensive paperweights soon.
