    @ArloSmartHome Your support system is absolutely horrible. This is the 2nd time I've had to contact Arlo and the 2nd time I've have to jump through hoops to get support. I've wasted hours of my time trying to get a resolution to my problem!

    Be aware that @ArloSmartHome has terrible support. You will be dragged along. You will be asked to do things like "turn your phone on and off for 2 minutes".

    @ArloSmartHome @CES All 20 of my Arlo’s work just fine, now those outdoor floodlights are a whole new bag of garbage.

    Ffs! @ArloSmartHome drives me bloody mental!!! It NEVER WORKS i have to restart my base hub about 20 times a day, it’s absolute ****. Please everyone never buy a #arlo product it’ll send you loopy. #ArloDumbHome

    @mluisbrown @ArloSmartHome I regret purchasing @ArloSmartHome , automated software updates have left mine offline waiting for me to push a button on the device (when I was 800km away). Or lose synch for no reason. I'm sure my cameras will be very expensive paperweights soon.

    @ArloSmartHome I am a loyal new customer and I need to complete a return. The terms are 30 days and I am out 7 days and you won't allow the return. This is poor customer service.

    Wtf @ArloSmartHome. Why the hell are there ads in the arlo smart camera app now? After buying the cameras, and paying a subscription every month, this needs to go. Not cool at all.
