Nickalas W. Venables (@TheRealNWV) reportedIn case you're wondering, yes @ArloSmartHome security cameras are currently down. The entire ******* network. So I'm not saying anyone *should* rob anyone, but it certainly would be a good time if you were the kind of person who'd do such a thing.

TCOLLEGECUSE (@TCOLLEGECUSE) reported@ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae My frustration with your company and its poor customer service has reached a tweetable moment unfortunately. It is fine for a company to discontinue products. That is common, but to not arm your customer success associates with the proper information and

Citizen Mane (@HoosierFordMan) reported@ArloSmartHome hey Arlo! Maybe you should stop telling people that it’s their internet that causes every single issue that arises with your cameras! I spent two hours chatting with your worthless support team on the app and that’s all they can offer when it’s so clearly hardware

Scott 🌻 (@ScottyWitte) reported@ArloSmartHome It’s normal to be frequently, randomly logged out of the Arlo app. But now, this time, I’m unable to log back in. No reason or error given. I’m assuming the people that run this company don’t use their own products.

Jason Abbate (@JasonBrobbate) reported@ArloSmartHome Thank you AI slop but it all worked fine. Then you changed UI. Now it’s broke. I’m still waiting for my call back from your awful Pakistan based support team about this issue from 4 weeks ago. I don’t need an article to tell me how to work location services

mauriciobond (@mauriciobond23) reported@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

LXP (https://spacekaren.sucks/learningxp) (@learningxp) reported@ArloSmartHome Trying to upgrade my EOL cameras. Credit card got charged the full amount twice. The CS chats were filled with canned answers and completely unhelpful. No idea if my order is good or not. It's been a while since I've had customer service this bad.
-
Save Lives! (@BrotherBourbon) reportedHey @ArloSmartHome I just bought a whole system on Ring because your chat is terrible and you can’t get anyone on a call. Worst customer support I’ve ever seen.
-
Joseph Gruber (@josephgruber@josephgruber.space) (@JosephGruber) reported@ArloSmartHome Also, a fun bug I found - if I add someone as a friend, it will log them out of _their_ account anytime I change the access settings. Let me help you with the test case: User A should not be able to force User B to log out of their account. #cybersecurity #vulnerability
