@ArloSmartHome the issue each time. They are claiming the cameras no longer work do to my wi-fi. The cameras were connected to the SANE WiFi for TEN MONTHS before this issue occurred. There were no changes made to our network.

@ArloSmartHome you have been charging me $10 a month for over a year, even though I don't have any Arlo products/subscriptions. I am told that I'm not allowed to talk to an agent. Previous cases to resolve this have failed (42300315,41812070,42299335). Help.

@ArloSmartHome Day 5 my Arlo Security system down, no phone support anymore only Chat, case opened last Thursday no response in promised 24-48 hours, today they opened another case referencing first case...support is a joke #arlo #arlosmarthome

@try_thinking0 @ArloSmartHome Tried every fix they offer. They refused to replace. When they work the video quality is the best I’ve found for birds. Yet, they are garbage with no good warranty/crappy support.

Hey @ArloSmartHome. It’s nearly 5 weeks now and the only person from your company that’s ever responded is Kamil in tech support. Obviously he can’t help me coz I have no actual tech to support as it was never delivered. Please give me my money back!

@Zenia1019 @ArloSmartHome Worst customer service ever. I'm convinced the product is trash. We all have the same complaints and we all get a copy and paste response on how to fix...which never ever works. They have sooooo many 1* reviews with the same complaints.

@ArloSmartHome all arlo can tell me is try troubleshooting the cameras. Which I have 10 times… 0/10 would recommend them solely on their customer service. Worst experience. Don’t expect to get your problem fixed.

@ArloSmartHome Why is your product and customer service so garbage? We pay far too much for a crappy experience. EVERYONE that uses your products have the same complaints. Super long delay for motion alerts, if you even get the alert. LONG delay for live stream.

@ArloSmartHome 8 weeks later still no fix, still no call back from customer service. You should just offer us all refunds if you know your product will never work as advertised. SO pissed I spent so much on this system. I was a stock holder, but this made me bail.

@ArloSmartHome fix your app, my cameras keep going off on "Motion detected" when theres no motion and its unassigned from my settings anyways so I should only get "person/animal detected"

@ArloSmartHome I’ve had Arlo for years.. have upgraded models twice. Recordings just randomly stopped working yesterday.. Internet connection great, all armed, all three cameras don’t work… and say online. I can only talk to a virtual bot? Terrible customer service.
