    @Zenia1019 @ArloSmartHome Worst customer service ever. I'm convinced the product is trash. We all have the same complaints and we all get a copy and paste response on how to fix...which never ever works. They have sooooo many 1* reviews with the same complaints.

    @ArloSmartHome I spent four hours trying to get the simplest of questions answered by your support today. No luck, even when I tried to pay your support extortion. I guess tomorrow I’ll rip out your garbage equipment and find a company who cares about paying customers. #ripoff

    @ArloSmartHome Hey folks I found out how to get the attention of Arlo “support”. Call Bob at 408-824-7000 and he will forward your info to Arlo “support”. Bob’s a nice guy but doesn’t understand how Arlo support got so broken.

    @ArloSmartHome Support was not helpful. Trying to blame a battery issue when the batteries have run only three days. Awful, just awful

    Hey @ArloSmartHome - your support is closed on weekends - that is really crazy for a security company. My system is down and i have nowhere to turn until Monday. Not ok!

    @ArloSmartHome It sucks when you put a wall between the consumer and the company. customer service is terrible and you don't allow us to talk to anybody on the phone. The company "ring" does you can actually talk to somebody. Why would you not want to talk to your customers #arlo

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo has the WORST customer service I have ever received. I have been in communication with them for 2 months and have yet to get the problem solved. I never talk with the same person and have to re-explain….

    @ArloSmartHome the issue each time. They are claiming the cameras no longer work do to my wi-fi. The cameras were connected to the SANE WiFi for TEN MONTHS before this issue occurred. There were no changes made to our network.

    @ArloSmartHome 8 weeks later still no fix, still no call back from customer service. You should just offer us all refunds if you know your product will never work as advertised. SO pissed I spent so much on this system. I was a stock holder, but this made me bail.

    @ArloSmartHome Why is your product and customer service so garbage? We pay far too much for a crappy experience. EVERYONE that uses your products have the same complaints. Super long delay for motion alerts, if you even get the alert. LONG delay for live stream.

    @ryangjchandler @jbrooksuk @ArloSmartHome Apparently even if Eufy servers are down, you can’t view the recordings on the base. We just went with Eufy because of price and HomeKit.

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve had Arlo for years.. have upgraded models twice. Recordings just randomly stopped working yesterday.. Internet connection great, all armed, all three cameras don’t work… and say online. I can only talk to a virtual bot? Terrible customer service.

    @ArloSmartHome all arlo can tell me is try troubleshooting the cameras. Which I have 10 times… 0/10 would recommend them solely on their customer service. Worst experience. Don’t expect to get your problem fixed.

    @ArloSmartHome hey Arlo. I bought 3 cameras for home security before we traveled. They lasted two days before all 3 went offline and now it seems I have no way to remotely get them back online. Awful

    @ArloSmartHome Our experience is when the internet goes out, the battery drains very quickly. Is this a known issue, and is there any way of mitigating?
