@knbpixels @ArloSmartHome I’ve been SO disappointed with the Arlo system. It’s supposed to be too notch but it has been absolute garbage since day one. Unreliable, massive lag, terrible battery life. I’m so pissed right now.

Be aware that @ArloSmartHome has terrible support. You will be dragged along. You will be asked to do things like "turn your phone on and off for 2 minutes".

@ArloSmartHome Community ??? Is that for real ? There is 0 community when you are advocating tech obsolescence and products beyond 12 months are not serviced, repaired... Batteries are dreadful... if your lifespan is < 12 months the only community you help is landfills....

@ArloSmartHome We bought 3 external cameras in May 2018 however 1 has stopped working. Technical guys told us it’s broken and we need to buy new as out of warranty. So that another £180 after only 32 months! Contact form completed but ignored by Arlo. #terriblecustomerservice

At some point after 2:42am Eastern our cameras are no longer recording motion. Reboot of base station didn’t change anything. No other settings have been changed. Help! @arlosmarthome @toinecl

There’s a gap in notifications from 4pm Sunday to 4:30am Monday. There’s NEVER no activity at that time. I usually have between 30-50 notifications from that camera, during that time, each night. But not when it matters, apparently. @ArloSmartHome, that’s just absolute trash.

@ArtemR @ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae The freedom of wireless devices means they can go anywhere. It’s a glaring omission to not offer an elegant power source accessory so people don’t have to climb a ladder regularly to charge it. Plus accidentally changing the framing is bad if you have activity zones

@ArloSmartHome Reboot of the Arlo hub solved the problem. Cameras back in #HomeKit. Any timetable on when the doorbell will get the firmware update to be exposed to #HomeKit ?
