    @ArloSmartHome BS. You'll miss PLENTY while trying to deal with the idiotic 2 step verification process that Arlo just shoved down our throats! Think there's an emergency at home? Loved one in danger? Well, just be patient while Arlo texts you a code EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO LOG ON. Boneheads!!

    @ArloSmartHome Noticed that my Arlo Basestation and Arlo Q have been offline for the last couple of hours. Internet connection LED on Basestation is OFF. Not amber or green. This is via @Telstra in Sydney AUS.

    @ArloSmartHome - I spent over 3 weeks trying to get your customer support people to replace your broken doorbell. I even called an actual electrician to have him confirm the issue. Then you just closed the case. Please reach out to me, this is infuriating

    @ArloSmartHome This company is AWFUL! I've had the security cams since 2015 and have had nothing but problems from 1st gen thru Arlo Pro 2. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS and nowhere to get help!

    so, in the realm of ******* ui people I'll add @ArloSmartHome for not allowing the user to paste their auth code into the login page in my defense, this isn't my junk, it's legacy crap that some clients have and it's going in the trash where it belongs very soon

    @ArloSmartHome has worst customer service. Contacted cust. Service on mar 24. The broke an additional camera and told me they would get back to me. Now they are not replying to my emails. 2/3 cameras not working now. Don’t give them your money.

    @boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome I literally reach out on the 1st or the 2nd, and it is days to get a response from the team that they have started working on it. Then days to receive the receipt. There is no self-help option. No e-mailed receipt. Nothing.

    @ArloSmartHome I really want to like Arlo, but your customer service is crap. I can't justify buying 1500+ worth of stuff and having the manufacturer barely support the product. If I have an issue, I want to get responded to reasonably and not a couple months later.

    @ArloSmartHome has sadly provided terrible customer service. We’ve tried to resolve purchasing some cameras with multiple cases opened and nothing has been resolved. They have yet to call back or email and it’s been over a week. They advertise promotions that aren’t available.

    It's really remarkable how much faster to connect and respond @EufyOfficial cameras are than @ArloSmartHome cameras. Most of the time, I can walk down two flights of stairs and answer my door before I even get a still-image preview of who pressed my Arlo doorbell.

    @ArloSmartHome Please advise on how to grant another person access on my new wireless video doorbell. I’ve granted additional access in the invite but is still not working. Not impressed so far - stuff like this should be totally intuitive 😢

    @ArloSmartHome 1 year warranty ran out less than a week ago. Should have told me they were not going to do anything once I provided my proof of purchase. Terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome Used to be very happy with your products; but with now reaching 6+ months trying to resolve a technical issue with the cameras...perception has changed!! tragic! Will seek a refund. but disappointment is worse.

    @boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome Lastly, and possibly the most maddening part – To get support, you must log in to access the e-mail ticket system. If that is down, there is no way to get assistance. The chat is unmanned and redirects you to the broken login for support.

    Never buy @ArloSmartHome gear if you want a home security camera setup that actually works. 1. Only one family member can use the iPhone/Android app or web interface at a time - everyone else is automatically signed out when someone else signs in. *slow clap*

    Hey @ArloSmartHome I have some #pro4 cameras, one of them the battery needs charging every 2-3weeks... not exactly 6 months ? .... what’s the issue ? How many videos is it good for on a full battery ?... other 2 are ~2x the length for a recharge but still way more than advertised
