    @ArloSmartHome how should activity zones work? I keep getting alerts for activity outside of the zone.I have adjusted my camera down such that most of the traffic is in the “gray” upper band but still get activity triggered

    Hello all another if you out there have @ArloSmartHome this service is the most unsafe service I’ve ever seen . They do nothing to help but tell you to buy more product . The Arlo dies in less than a year , snd now no ones responding. Covid? ? ?no to arlo

    @chimpiemunki @TeamKnowhowUK @ArloSmartHome Me too ! They respond quick enough if you leave a bad word but the minute you want you problems solved they go silent again. My patience has run thin been trying to resolve this for a week now, and Rory wanders why we are angry

    @ArloSmartHome Bought a top of the line (supposedly) camera system from you and suddenly it stops recording at night?? Apparently lots of other customers have had the same problem. No solution online or via a support chat which was disconnected. Case 41928326.

    @EufyOfficial Are there any plans to offer solar panels we can plug directly into the cameras so we don’t have to take them down to charge every 200 days or so? Similar to how @ArloSmartHome does it with their cameras?

    @ArloSmartHome help! I bought 6 ultra 2 cameras but when I change the settings away from super wide 180 I can’t change back! I’m stuck at 155 or 120. Also can I use 2 base stations? Thanks!

    @ArloSmartHome I sent my in laws a request to access one camera on my system. I sent them the email invite and they got the app and set up an account. Now when they open the app, it wants them to set up an arlo system. They just want to view mine, not set one up. Help please.

    @ArloSmartHome your app is terrible. When I’m away from home and want to connect to one of my cameras, it should work instantly, and every time. You’ve failed, and there are competitors. That’s capitalism.

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSucks typical Arlo garbage. Don’t think I’ve seen a thumbnail update properly despite their being footage and a crap lod of it. Plus it’s not recording and missing things anyway. If I were paying for it I would be even more pissed off. #stayaway #arlo

    @ArloSmartHome I had to completely set up my Arlo cameras again because they suddenly stopped working with AppleHome. I got it done but need on the Arlo website to add my cameras to the Arlo Plus subscription. The Verify Device step on login doesn't work at all. (push or email)

    @ArloSmartHome So my replacement is set up and working but the battery has drained 40% in a lil over 24 hrs. The solar panel charger seems to do nothing. Now I gotta worry abt short battery life and a solar charger that does nothing? C'mon guys, wtf?

    Been having loads of issues with my @ArloSmartHome in the last month. Stops recording for no apparent reason requiring a reset. The latest issue is the timeline is all out of synch and showing the older footage than the time stamp. Did you not consider daylight savings ??

    @ArloSmartHome Just been on with your support chat about stolen camera. Once they discovered it was purchased from Amazon they declined to help. I have loads of Arlo stuff and this is a crap way to treat loyal customers - regardless of where they bought the kit

    Pic isn't clear as @ArloSmartHome ArloQ video is so compressed it's doesn't give 1080 anymore. It's so bad it's almost unusable. Only use it to see if anyone entering the property. Even during the day you can't tell who someone is 2 metres away. Faces pixelated! Don't buy Arlo.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome despite your cameras not working very well I’m trying to like your product but getting 2 and 3 promotional emails a day is a bit much. That isn’t helping.
