    @ArloSmartHome I purchased an Arlo Go and immediately had battery trouble. I contacted customer service about a replacement. they agreed to send a replacement. a week with no replacement I again contacted customer service who still can’t figure out how to send it. I’m stuck.

    @ArloSmartHome don’t expect any support if your device doesn’t work. Over two months ago I reported a problem with silent mode, essentially in silent mode pressing the doorbell stops the recording. I asked for help but you just get ignored.

    Regretting buying @ArloSmartHome cameras. This is some buggy tech. Our motion detection keeps triggering but no videos display and nothing in the library. Seems like a new issue every week.

    been recommending @ArloSmartHome cameras for years but after adding several new Ultras, my phone has become unusable with constant and incessant false notifications when I asked Arlo for a one-month refund ($10), I was denied for not bringing up the issue earlier what a joke

    @ArloSmartHome This also happened when I asked for the annual tax receipt for the service I paid for. This has made my whole coustomer experience terrible and wishing I didn't purchase this expensive higher end brand.

    @ArloSmartHome Been on "chat" about an issue for nearly 30 minutes about an issue with an arlo charging cable and the arlo floodlight. Purchased 25', over priced, exterior arlo charging cable which is not charging the arlo floodlight camera! #CustomerService #CustomerExperience

    @ArloSmartHome Hello. I have a problem w/ my security light hub that shows up in my wifi, but no longer shows up in the app under base stations/hubs. I've tried reconnecting ( add new device, etc) and I can't get it on my wifi - likely because it's already there. Thoughts?

    @BrettAScudder @ArloSmartHome @ask_Arlo and once again, logging in though the website it says camera are offline - they are not bc am receiving notifications through the phone app. Been a couple years with this problem, will it ever be fixed permanently?

    @ArloSmartHome SOMEONE BETTER CALL ME. You have the WORST customer service on the planet. It has been over 2 weeks since I uploaded proof that you were double-charging me for over a year. You owe me a refund of over $240. I’m done with your **** products and your **** service.

    @ArloSmartHome Making me reset the camera and the next day it was flat and not working. I feel like I been robbed twice, once with the robbery and now with the subscription and support. The support team keeps on bring me around in circles hoping I will disappear.

    @ArloSmartHome I'm actually really disappointed with this camera.2 of my cars were broken into and the Arlo floodlight camera didn't record anything. The event happened 2-4 meters aways from the camera it self.Trying to find support from the Arlo support team has made my whole experience worse

    @ArloSmartHome I can’t purchase a subscription because your website is garbage and full of glitches. My $400 cameras are dummy cams now. I need a refund because you won’t support my camera after the trial period ended. Case number 42998053. Your IT department can’t even help

    @ArloSmartHome The battery life on the Arlo Pro 4 is so poor that it is unusable. You advertise 3-6 months but it lasts for less than 4 days "because there is too much activity in front of my house"! It is clearly not fit for use in a city - yet you refuse to give me a refund!

    @ask_Arlo @ArloSmartHome KINDLY fix this. I am not able to access recordings thru the website today. It's obvious my system is not offline because notifications and recordings are coming thru on the phone app. This has been an intermittent problem for YEARS. Please fix it.

    @ArloSmartHome Can’t seem to place my order, I’ve tried ALL day and it keeps giving me an error message or “page not found” once I’ve clicked “place order” . Is there something wrong on your website or on my end?
