    @ArloSmartHome I've been trying to reach you for support to no avail. I have two bases and 5 cameras total and none of them are recording, I get the alerts, but no video is saved. I need help troubleshooting this asap please.

    @ArloSmartHome how should activity zones work? I keep getting alerts for activity outside of the zone.I have adjusted my camera down such that most of the traffic is in the “gray” upper band but still get activity triggered

    @ask_Arlo @ArloSmartHome @NETGEAR arlo camera is stating there is a firmware update. The past two days I have clicked the update and the update never completes. How do we fix this?

    @ArloSmartHome @HomeDepot your customer service is abysmal; off-site trying to access the trouble ticket response to lack of battery life, hung on phone for 45min to no avail, zero chat bot access+ now receiving notice I am 'blocked' (Cloudflare Ray ID: 5e9055bddea49304) for trying to contact again. Help?

    I'm glad that Costco has a great return policy so I can take my piece of **** @ArloSmartHome cameras back instead of throwing them into the trash where they belong. jk. I'd use an appropriate electronics recycler.

    @ArloSmartHome Major let down Arlo. My car was rifled through last night. I have a camera pointed right at it with plenty of battery and online. Picked up nothing! Makes my decision to switch to @ring that much easier! Thanks for nothing.

    @ArloSmartHome WTF happened to my Premier subscription for up to 15 cameras that I've had for YEARS being an EARLY ADOPTER & BETA TESTER of your product since its introduction? Those of us that have supported you for years should have our PREVIOUS PLAN GRANDFATHERED & CONTINUED!!

    @ArloSmartHome “Capture every detail” yeah ok. You should rewrite “Capture every detail after rebooting basestation 3 times a day or else you won’t capture anything”. System used to work now this whole system is trash. DO NOT BUY ARLO.

    @ArloSmartHome hey Arlo, my cameras and my relatives cameras are all saying AC power has been disconnected!?!?! I never had AC power to them. Yet I can click and the library is storing videos. Help!! This is terrible!

    @ArloSmartHome This is not a difficult fix - the system can identify ALL pre-orders and adjust the price to reflect the “security sale” announced just days after pre-ordering became available. It’s not right for LATER orders to save $100 when none of the product has shipped!

    @ArloSmartHome my cameras are all offline and I am traveling. They do this all the time, the base is also offline. This system is totally unreliable. Can I reset from the app?

    @ArloSmartHome amazingly epic poor service. 9 phone calls 7 hours multiple transfers and lots of energy to finally have resolution. But wait! Now we have to wait for a phone call from a rep. Just forget it. We will throw the product away. NEVER buy an @ArloSmartHome product

    @ArloSmartHome why when I'm standing in my home doea my system keep notifying my cell phone that motion is being detected. Its me im walking by it. My app says system is disarmed but still notifying me! Help!!!!!

    @ArloSmartHome Hello. Why doesn't your support reply to me for more than 10 days? I am very frustrated. It doesn't benefit anyone to take the time to resolve this issue. Of course, your image will be the worst. I request an immediate response.

    @ArloSmartHome One of my Ultra cameras has failed. Your support staff refuse to replace it, despite under Australian law it being reasonable for such an expensive item to last more than 12 months. Able to help?

    @ArloSmartHome Don’t buy from Arlo. My Camera died a year in, had to fight for a replacement (they won’t include a battery BTW) and 3 months later I find out I was supposed to send mine in first!! They didn’t tell me that!! I have NO camera! Customer service didn’t care. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
