@BlizzardCS Will Blizzard create a message where we can immediately see when (the server is busy) error bug has been resolved? I have been following the forum thread as well. This has been an all day issue and many people are affected.

@BlizzardCS I tried to switch to Hell 2 on The Worldstone server, and it refused to load past the loading screen. I restarted the app and now it says the server is busy. Is this related to the problem other players are experiencing?

@BlizzardCS i am unable to log in to my battlenet account, the only way i can is through my xbox account, and when i try to it says “Sorry, we can’t authenticate you right now. Please try again later.” with the error code of BLZBNTTAS00000001

@BlizzardCS I have submitted multiple tickets to try and get the Authenticator removed from my account. I need to speak with someone about this. I’m tired of getting emails that I can’t respond to, telling me to do things that I can’t do because I can’t login.

@BlizzardCS my brother battle net account was unmistakenly ban. he did not do anything that breach the t&c.. he was playing diablo immortal PC beta with purchases via mobile version since SEA launched. Now he cannot get in touch with CS because he can't login
