  @BlizzardCSEU_EN I'm in north america and my wife gifted me a copy (we live in the same place, i watched her make the transaction, she used her account because of the card we put it on) she got her copy, I got my email saying I received a gift, I've spent about 6hrs+ trying to claim it on both the launcher app and via the email on the redemption website and it errors..... this part is not fixed. I was told to go to twitter for updates as it was a "known issue".... @BlizzardCS (Americas) has not posted squat about it... I've been back and forth with the support website all morning. This is the only mention about purchases not working I've seen, she was able to purchase her copy, the gifting is NOT working for redemption. Please understand this is a "big" purchase for a video game....nobody wants to screw around when it comes to $90. Can they maybe put out a notice that they are working on it so I know for sure it's not just some isolated incident they are brushing me off on... Because at this point them not admitting it's a widely known issue is telling me they aren't doing anything about it. Make it known, it's ok. I'll stop bugging support when they do it.

  @BlizzardCS should be a priority issue when you guys are goin crazy with advertising and trying to make sales.....this is not a good look, no timeline and no announcement that it's an issue being fixed. why are you trying to hide it? just make a post and make people aware their purchases may fall flat until it's fixed. This is getting scammy

  @BlizzardCS are automated tournaments for starcraft 2 still unavailable on the EU Server ? Coz it's been unavailable now for weeks - if it isnt - why? And when do you folk plan to fix it? Estimates?

  @BlizzardCS @Diablo Yes, the Spiritborn class is now available. However, the expansion campaign progress has also been reset, showing as if I have never completed it before. Having to play the entire campaign again is highly problematic. When can we expect a fix for this campaign progress issue?

  @BlizzardCS Yes, I am on the correct account, and I have already opened 4 tickets, and they have not solved my problem. They always send the same automated message; it even seems like they didn't understand anything I wrote in the message.

  @BlizzardCS Since the latest update (a few days ago) my D2R game has been crashing. Often when I try to reload after dying or switch to another character, or sometimes when I use a scroll to get back to town. Anyone else with this issue?
