    @BlizzardCS Also - I am the gifted account BenBotts#1359 // The Gifter account did contact me. And I've been trying to get this resolved since 12/25(?) - but YOUR system won't save/log any of my tickets. So I am here pushing the issue via #Twitter to hopefully get it resolved.

    @BlizzardCS I am getting "disconnected" before I even log in. Never had this issue before--brand new laptop, net connection is more than good. Any ideas?

    @BlizzardCS Also if the above image is confusing - that is MY PC screen trying to submit that (new) ticket multiple times while still receiving that error message along the header.

    @BlizzardCS More Overwatch, but I can't play online. It fails to connect to servers, it's not my internet cause I can play COD and Sea of Thieves no problem. I'd really like to play because I don't want to miss the seasonal events.

    @BlizzardCS I've been trying to get a real person to contact me in regards to a Gifting Error for nearly a week now... I keep being redirected to your automated (unhelpful by the way) ticketing system that is NOT saving/archiving my tickets. Please address Issue ID #77279499

    @BlizzardCS Okay so its been about an hour and a half since my last password reset and its still not letting me in. Im starting to get a little upset because I spent money on a character transfer yesterday that I now can't even play with because the service is locking me out.
