    @BlizzardCS This was badly timed a badly communicated maintenance on a day most people are trying to finish weekly tasks. Log-in issues were more severe then indicated. Pls tell whoever scheduled it that it was extremely frustrating to be locked out of the game for 6+hrs the day before reset

    @Hellfire_Club21 @BlizzardCS The only thing that changed was the service provider due to new location. I was able to log on my phone hot spot for a bit, but now I can’t and I assume that’s because of the maintenance now.

    @BlizzardCS Why can’t I access the stuck character service? Your webpage just doesn’t load. Every time I log in, my character is seen falling off the map and disconnects instantly. I need to be able to move it...

    @BlizzardCS There’s no error message. It just says I am offline, but I am not. I can pull everything else but that. I can’t get access to the BNet website on my PC, but can on my phone. I can also ping BNet on my PC. I checked my firewall and it is open for BNet.
