@BlizzardCS for a company as big as you, you do a horrible job notifying customers when stuff isn't working. Like right now. Bunch of realms are offline and showing zero characters in realm select screen. Maybe hire more customer service humans.

@BlizzardCS whts the point of appealing a suspension if youre not even going to do anything about it until its already expired? its not like its even going to be a real person looking at it. got enough problems with your games youd think you want to hold on to what players left

@BlizzardCS Crest upgrading is STILL busted. Can't Blizzard fix anything properly? Like 4 days of downtime and patches, a full weekly cycle, and STILL not fixed? UPGRADING GEAR IS THE NEW ENTIRE POINT OF THIS GAME. If this is how Midnight goes this game is done.

@BlizzardCS I completed the Two Minutes to Midnight Achievement, and received the Title but not the Mount. I have a Ticket in on it but keep receiving automated responses that send me to the Forums and Websites that in no way can resolve this issue. Please help!

@BlizzardCS when i make a ticket about neighborhoods being broken your customer service tells me to reset my ui. and then gives me a link to submit a bug report that leads to a 404 error page yall got some problems. these are not the things im hoping to be talking about at blizzcon this fall
