    @BlizzardCS Having issues connecting to D2R on xbox series x. Getting message of cannot connect to server. If I get into a queue once I get to 2nd in queue I get kicked to title screen with same error message.

    Hey @BlizzardCS when I run scan and repair on Black Ops Cold War, it gives me a "whoops, something went wrong. Try again" error, but how can I when ... I don't know what the problem is? And yeah, I've updated all necessary drivers AND did a clean reinstall.

    @BlizzardCS @RichardJonHans2 Thanks for the updates. Now, if only i could actually play online multiplayer on the switch. Should have made all of my characters offline. Any plans to rectify that issue or are consoles just SOL for online play?

    @BlizzardCS Having issues reconnecting to a Mercenaries game. Just freezes on open, once gave me error that client froze as it was trying to retrieve data. Keeps attempting to reconnect, so locked out. Any tips?

    @BlizzardCS @CallofDuty Since Call of Duty can't rectify the glitch with coldwar because of this DDoS hackers who seem more tech savvy then the activison team....I think supporting developers that can provide the action were looking for would be great WITHOUT the glitch....Battlefield 2042!!!

    @BlizzardCS My battlenet app keeps "installing updates" after every time I close D2R. How do I fix this?
