    @BlizzardCS Overwatch isn't working on PS5. When I try to start the game, it says it's downloading an update, but nothing is downloading. Not the only one dealing with this either, I saw another post with the same issue.

    @BlizzardCS And when i use the link that your team sends me to reply with the info needed and i try to sign in by answering the questions that you insist it does not sign me in all it does is allow me to create a ticket without being signed in. Therefore i cannot accesss my ticket

    @BlizzardCS The Ky'veza fight is broken, detection when you face the clones is a coin flip despite locking eyes with them, brann dps/tank are constantly sabotoging you on the gryphon, and instakill mechanics are horseshit. thanks for making me hate brann.

    @elke_wtf You forget how @BlizzardCS has treated the majority of their playerbase for years. Tickets get automated responses that don't pertain to your issue, and then it takes about a week to get someone with some literal knowledge about the game to contact you regarding the issue. Then, they make the simple remark to check the bug forums (which you have countless times). Then they tell you there's nothing they can do (after two weeks of trying to get ACTUAL help with your issue) because too much time has passed, but they say they'll fix it in the near future. You wait half an expansion for them to fix it, but they never do. THIS is why people are upset. Rightfully so, considering that they pay money for the expansion ON TOP OF paying a monthly subscription fee. They deserve better. Maybe take the player experience into consideration before blaming the players for being upset with Blizzard CS.

    @AisuSnows1 @BlizzardCS I feel you, I'm SUPER annoyed as well. Still can't get past that stupid character load screen. I'm assuming the maintenance announcement that just popped up for tomorrow morning is to address this issue... lets hope.

    @BlizzardCS Can we get any comment on what's being done regarding the degree to which yesterday's maintenance has wrecked anniversary servers? Not just addons - respeccing has issues, almost every boss has bugs or incorrect mechanics now in Naxxramas. How did this even happen?
