Scott Rouse (@srouse501) reported@BlizzardCS I am trying to purchase the Diablo Prime Evil Collection due to the summer sale. When Diablo 3 came out I did the 6 month WOW sub to get D3 free. When I try to purchase the collection it forces me to upgrade which is more expensive. Any way to fix this?

Mathieu carrier (@Mathcarriet) reported@BlizzardCS Don't know if you guys know but there seems to be a problem on consoles(ps4 here) for cross region invite. I tried to invite someone EU(i'm NA) and he got a level restriction message while neither of us had that enabled anywhere.

wander (@wanderlewds) reported@BlizzardCS @Alexmeimaridis1 I've run thru the troubleshooting, including re-installing Battlenet, resetting my modem/router and flushing my IP. Fact is the issue ONLY occurs with desktop Battlenet app. Please look into this its a Blizzard issue not an individual person issue.
