@BlizzardCS I usually don't have many complaints about existing lag in instance servers, but I just finished an M+ Mechagon Junkyard in WoW with over 1300 ms ping. Figured I'd at least report it.

@BlizzardCS It’s happening on Stormrage, Farstriders and Madoran. The level 10 I can log into is on Stormrage… anything level 50+and a couple 30s all receive the same error

@BlizzardCS I can't log in to my account because my authenticator died. I opened a Ticket but it requires more information to verify my identity and i can't access the ticket without logging in. Main problem: SMS code is not received despite following suggested solutions

@BlizzardCS Every link and response I've gotten from customer service has required me to Log In, the exact issue I'm having trouble with. If your automatic responses to people having issues logging in require them to log in, there's an issue.

@BlizzardCS This is insane. I try to log in, blizzard requests to send a code to email, enter code from email, webpage takes me right back to login screen, endless loop of 2FA. Create support ticket, and blizzard tells me to login to my account to view my ticket. WHAT!?

@BlizzardCS I've got two open tickets at the moment regarding the issue. Each response from noreply blizzard includes links and options that require me to log in to respond with my information. The authenticator block prevents access. 1st Ticket number was sent with 2nd ticket and ID

@BlizzardCS you really did ruin wow. Trying to play after 2 years and I can't even find the quest hubs to continue leveling. You did not need to make the terrain difficult to cross and quests difficult to find. wow was fine the way it was. if it ain't broke don't fix it
