    @Rads_WA @BlizzardCS I just found this tweet. On Remulos, Hellfire is stuck in a "world server down" void. If you zone into the zone & log out, you won't be able to log back in. Also no NPCs anywhere.

    @BlizzardCS I have an issue where my phone number has been linked to an unknown account and I am trying to reclaim it. I have filed 5 tickets, all have given me responses that have nothing to do with my issue and are then marked as solved when nothing has been done.

    WoW BUG: The perma-ghoul from Raise Dead (Unholy Death Knight) STILL despawns when changing instances (even though it was supposed to be fixed with a November 1st Hotfix). Fix it, please? @Warcraft @WarcraftDevs @BlizzardCS

    @BlizzardCS Had a chargeback hit my account a little over 5 days ago. Tried to use Repay Chargeback feature. Doesn't work. Just errors out. Put in a ticket 5 days ago. Can I do anything else to get assistance?
