    @BlizzardCS @BlizzardCSEU_EN None that I can see, browser works fine for everything else and steam works fine as well. Now that I type this, this is starting to sound like a firewall type of issue to me, though I only use Defender. Any tips/ideas on where to start looking?

    So it would be nice if @BlizzardCS would respond to all of the people having issues with the Time Walking que. Currently I've been able to que for 1 then after that sit in que for insane amounts of time while guild mates get their entire week done queing solo. Never get one.

    @BlizzardCS SC2 matchmaking has been broken for a week. Regular matchmaking, Arcade, Customs, Replays, match history, and more. This happened well before the Christmas break and no support. Any updates, please?

    @Vengeance_OW @UhOh_Stevo @BlizzardCS Dropping to diamond is not the issue here. He didn't do it by throwing on purpose. He tried to learn a hero he enjoyed, but wasn't good enough to keep his usual rank. The issue is that he got banned because people falsely reported him.

    @BlizzardCS You guys mentioned you already knew about the issue with Starcraft 2's lobbies and arcade matchmaking, but is there a relative estimate as to when more news about this issue will arise?

    What's going on with timewalking queue times? The estimated times and actual times are way off. I've been in a queue for an hour that was supposed to take 9 minutes. Known problem? @BlizzardCS
