    @saltynerd @BlizzardCS I've contacted support 3 times and every time is basically a "no" all they say is that cricket and metro aren't legally contract plans or some BS. I've never had any issues with any other company/app before blizzard, this is so annoying I guess we're forced to pay an extra $30.

    @BlizzardCS My DH can't get out of combat in ZM, I have to hearth to Orbis to get out of combat, & that only works if my hearthstone isn't on cd. Last time I reported this the solution I was given was "remove all my gear & die (problem you can't remove your gear while in Combat

    @BlizzardCS Thanks for the reply. I've received multiple emails from GMs with issue IDs but can't reply directly because I can't add an Authenticator code after login. So I have to create a new ticket with my account info to reply. Now I can't do that because it creates a new ticket.

    @BlizzardCS Thanks! I've already done this and received an email that seems to want me to reply to ticket online but can't b/c it wants authenticator.... See my problem?
