    @BlizzardCS They can do everything you think they can, but often choose not to. I had a GM jump on my character once to confirm (and then ultimately fix) an issue once.

    @BlizzardCS No it did not. They told me I had to login but in order to log in, it wasn’t my authenticator code which I don’t have access to. I know my password

    @BlizzardCS so i was working on jewelcrafting befor the servers went down and i got it to 74 and i log back on and now im at 37 how do i fix this cause i spent alot of gold buying materials

    @Irixan @BlizzardCS Def not a login issue as most of us were logged in. You're correct. But now it's become a "login" issue as none of us can get back in.

    @BlizzardCS The amount of nasty *** comments from people on here for what was literally a few minute max outage is ridiculous- chill people - i got stuck on a loading screen getting out of arena - gave it a minute, closed and re-entered the game - not a big deal at all.

    @BlizzardCS When the instance issues started, just finished a Mythic+ dungeon. Did not count for anyone in my groups Vault or rating. Been over 30 minutes now.

    @MystbornGames @BlizzardCS Also on Hyjal, and we had some severe lag, player rubberbanding, and "transfer aborted instance not found" when stuck in combat when the problem started. Then, presumably, world server down or just mass disconnects.

    @BlizzardCS I just did a 12 key during the issue and it temporarily updated my m+ score but didnt update my vault then after relogging the score went back down and my vault reward didnt change
