@BlizzardCS We did use the original restore and serial number. We’re not exactly sure what the issue is. When we are able to get past the authenticator with our code. We receive this error. We can’t submit any tickets either because we can’t get into the account.

@BlizzardCS I know it's the holidays and support is limited but the verification codes that I'm entering is saying "we couldn't verify you with the security code provided" this happened after he hit send verification code too many times I guess? How can I fix this?

@BlizzardCS, wife having trouble logging into her account. We managed to get the Authenticator back on her phone, but we can’t log in through one tap or through Authenticator. Error: We Can’t Find That Blizzard Account, but prompts us for authenticator.
