  @BlizzardCS The complaint is not about how you conducted yourself in this response. Honestly, I don't think anybody had a problem with that. The problem is that these WoW accounts can have thousands of dollars of purchases on them, so when you do ban, it had better be VERY serious or an obvious bot account. The complaint is a culmination of so many things. The game direction is actually part of it. The community being scared and tight-lipped in-game is another. The destruction of server communities is also part of it. It's the botting problems, especially on Classic. It's the private server shutdowns which don't have these problems somehow. It's the low quality customer service in general. It's the fact that you run severely afoul of Stop Killing Games because you've tied them all to this awful BattleNet launcher. And your takeaway is "yeah maybe our post wasn't clear enough"? This is getting more and more outrageous by the minute!

  After years and years of Blizzard saying if you cuss and then it gets reported you get banned. @blizzardcs goes viral for this policy being so bad. They now claim it was never a policy. Despite hundreds of forum posts saying the exact same trash to customers appealing and its that "you cussed so its upheld" Such liars and bad customer service.

  @BlizzardCS Can someone look at Issue ID: #109159082. A GM did reply to the ticket asking for some info, but I could not answer on the ticket; I had to reply via email.

  Hey @Diablo, @BlizzardCS D4 is great but please work on fixing the Mephisto encounter. I had to kill him 10+ times before the encounter would actually complete for credit without bugging out midway thru or at the end. The cutscenes fail to load and I’m stuck with a black background screen. All inputs and HUD/Minimap/menus work. Several ignored posts on your official forums for this issue. PS5. Sorc. Kthxbye

  @Feathring1 @yuyuy193 @BlizzardCS Problem is it doesn’t remove toxic ********, it mainly hurts normal players. When the toxic guy gets his 23rd account banned do you think he cares? However when normal players get banned for saying (and this is true btw) "ball is fun as ****", what does that do to the community?

  @Txrles_ @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent Hi this just happened to me. exactly the same reason no email and account banned. All I had to do was disconnect an account i had connected, for me it was Nintendo and then my account got unbanned.

  @BlizzardCS NO CURSING But WE HAVE A MATURE LANGUAGE FILTER AND IGNORE LIST! Your company is genuinely part of the modern problem, a big part. Glad i quit this game and have 0 intentions of resubbing. I've gotten people to move to Runescape, fire your **** employees, weve seen enough.
