They now claim it was never a policy. Despite hundreds of forum posts saying the exact same trash to customers appealing and its that "you cussed so its upheld" Such liars and bad customer service.

Ry ST 🍎 (@TheDataBased) reported@BlizzardCS The one and only time I’ve ever EVER seen blizzard customer support, they’re doing this… a bad job? An unnecessary and WRONG reply to a minor account?!? And I think that’s under selling it. This shows how they’re spending their time. I wouldn’t believe this if I didn’t see it myself, considering all the recent bad press due to bugs and performance problems….
