People want to talk to a real person that understands the game and the issue, because they’re able to provide a much better solution than the department manual this ai is trained on. To be honest, as a subscriber of 20+ years, I’m surprised the monthly sub hasn’t gone up with inflation. If it had, it might have justified a bigger spend on customer service, which means we never would have been in this situation to begin with. The only reason I’m mentionining an increase in sub price is because I have to assume the negligence towards CS has been caused by a reduced budget.. otherwise I have no ******* clue how current leadership operates so poorly. I’m inclined to give leadership benefit of the doubt though.

If the person is not using it in a targeted manner to harm another player then there should be no issue. Also, if that player is easily offended by language then they should turn the filter on.
