    @BlizzardCS I’m just highly confused to why this is the 5th day I’m dealing with this and no one on your support team finds my inconvenience significant enough to help me personally and help me fix the phone number issue since you can’t help me with the authentication part of things?

    @ouam3r @BlizzardCS I had similar issue too but was referred to this guy COLE_TECHS On Instagram. He got my account fixed within few minutes.write to him for help

    Blizzard's customer service went from really good, to very bad. You used to be able to submit support tickets and now, you have to post on the forum...... Im hoping with the MS acquisition their customer service dept gets some more bodies back in it @BlizzardCS

    @BlizzardCS WHY on your BATTLE net App on Scan and Repair a File its takes long time for scaning ofcourse for WARZONE Game but in the End it GIVES ERROR BLZBNTAGT00000960 like this???? WHYYYYY, i should DELETE ENTIRE GAME and DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN Such a HUGE GAME when i HAVE A FOLDER Already!!

    @BlizzardCS On the blizzard website, I type my password and try to login, and the security feature pops up. I click “can’t log in”, but nothing happens and it generates the same page

    @BlizzardCS Thank you for the response. It is a battlenet account issue (no SMS is being sent). I tried removing my current number and adding it back. Still not recieving a code to complete the process to verify my number.

    @BlizzardCS I have been using this account for call of duty on my Xbox. I just got a new pc, and wanted to switch the account to my desktop version. I have no connection with the authenticator, nor the phone number. I am also unable to login due to security features. A ticket was (1/2)
