@BlizzardCS Thank you for the help. The email is not verified though, Is that going to make a difference? Changing the email is what prompted the issues in the first place as it wanted me to authenticate, which I was unable to do. I have the original ticket number saved though

Also getting error codes puget foster Hueneme Concord Literally haven’t touched this game in over a month, and can’t even get in. Managed to get through and start a match, just for errors to kick me out right away @BlizzardCS Wtf do I have to do to not have wasted $100 ?!?!

@BlizzardCS just a group of people in a guild who don't like me and mass report every time I speak in trade. I'm constantly helping lowbies and answering questions, but as soon as someone doesn't like what I say they have the power to shut down a service that I pay for? this is so crazy.

@BlizzardCS Will they correspond threw email? It’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t heard anything. I just changed the email on the account on Friday and that is what caused all these issues to begin so I haven’t been able to verify the email due to not having the Authenticator 😭😭

@BlizzardCS This was the purpose of logging in today; I saw that my card is still being charged, but I haven't logged into WoW in over a year. I'd like to cancel that, but am unable to login to do so. If customer support can't help me log in, then perhaps you can help me cancel.
