On his new account he had moved that Xbox account to it & it had no issues till this past week. Removing the account gave him access to his battlenet again

And it’s not just me who’s experiencing it either. Thousands of people on Xbox have an issue right now.

And I think that’s under selling it. This shows how they’re spending their time. I wouldn’t believe this if I didn’t see it myself, considering all the recent bad press due to bugs and performance problems….
