@BlizzardCS Cannot login. Reset my password, and a GM removed my authenticator after I submitted a ticket. New passwords don't work, but my old original password does, still getting prompted to use my now removed authenticator. wat do?

@BlizzardCS I have an authenticator associated with my first account (that I don’t use). I wanted to associate my authenticator with my second account (that I do use). Customer service reset my second accounts password, but I can’t login for some reason and I can’t login to first account

@BlizzardCS Great thanks - it was saying my password was wrong so i went ahead and changed it. It is still saying the current password is wrong as well & i am unable to login to the website with my credentials? Should that also be impacted?

@BlizzardCS It says the ticket will resolve itself in a week if I don’t login and close it. So that means wait a week to play while my ticket “self resolves”?
