    @BlizzardCS @OverwatchEU @PlayOverwatch Why have i ranked down a whole division after grinding up from bronze? i played my usual 7 wins and instead of ranking up it showed that i ranked up from bronze again? even though i was gold. is this an issue or a new ranked feature?

    @BlizzardCS you guys ever gonna fix the incorrect hours showing on OW? I’ve gone from 1K+ hours to 600 hours since launch, lol. I can’t even submit a ticket because the automated system takes you through so many run arounds to NOT let you do one and offers non-solutions.

    @Mrdeksam @BlizzardCS Getting support out here is very difficult I’ve tried every possible way to get in touch with support team but no reply from them until someone here referred me to #kelvtoolz I am sure he can fix the issue because he also fixed mine successfully I'm positive he can be of help
