@BlizzardCS @Warcraft I need to raise a serious issue happening in Solo Shuffle that is affecting not only me but multiple players I know. Over the past year, I’ve received back-to-back communication bans one on Oct 28 expiring Nov 12, 2025 and another on Nov 10 Ex Dec 4, 2025.

@BlizzardCS @Warcraft the penalties were issued only days apart, & the timing makes absolutely no sense. What’s even more concerning is that these bans only happen when I queue SS . In every other mode, I have zero issues, which suggests something is very wrong with how reports are being handled.

@Tchernobog1 @BlizzardCS No. You have to pay twice. I already contacted Bbb, FTC, Florda Department of Consumers affairs and Florida States Attorney office. And a week later I have been having issues with logging in and being disconnected.

@BlizzardCS @Warcraft I removed the addon immediately, but the problem continued. Solo Shuffle players still report instantly out of emotion or misunderstandings. Even with NO chat and NO manual messages, I still get communication suspensions. This clearly shows how easily the system can be abused.

@BlizzardCS Let me elaborate. Without changing anything on my computer, queuing competes and just before actually logging in error code 330008 appears. I followed all the directions in your canned responses without any chance in behavior. Now support says to open another ticket?!
