@BlizzardCS Ok I removed the old card. It cancelled the sub. I could not add the card first I had to try to manage my sub and add the card there. But it’s looping through some code that says there’s Errors it’s red box at the top then says heads up in yellow no idea what error is

@BlizzardCS Your customer service is awful. Everytime i have an issue it takes days to resolve. All I want to do is play the game and I am locked out, AGAIN, this is not the only occurance. You can't even say we'll try and fix our character unstuck feature. Its just a shrug it off 4 CS

@BlizzardCS Can you guys help me? My character keeps dcing when i login. I opened a ticket and its been 24 hours. Your character unstuck doesnt work, just keeps loading untill error message appears. I cant play the game i am paying for??

@BlizzardCS My wife’s character is stuck and we can’t get the ticket system in game to fix it. Every time she logs in, it automatically disconnects her. KrystleMeth#11954 is her battletag and the character is Vhinessa on Tichondrius.

@wenlll @BlizzardCS It’s possible for consumer WiFi routers as well as software firewall additions in av solutions to cause issues with games. It’s likely not that common and I think that’s what you are trying to say. Even so it’s not wrong for blizzard to have a KB on it

@wenlll @BlizzardCS I’ve had Norton cause lag and my character to snap back in overwatch. Disabling it fixed the problem. I no longer use Norton so it’s possible they fixed it at some point.

@LopeyDad @BlizzardCS The reset has been done and the crash stop successful but it was temporary due to the sypwares and bugs I installed was not enough to completely stop the crashing so there is a last tool need to make it permanent
