    @Diablo BlizzardCS is the absolute worst support I've ever seen and is ignoring issues with the PS5 version and Victrix controller compatibility (twice broken now) which are Sony licensed products. I would think agreements with Sony would ensure functionalty. I'll just reach out to them

    @LeoJime14780718 @BlizzardCS Dude this literally happened to me when I renewed 2 weeks ago. I got an email confirmation for my new sub, but I never got added time. Turns out that Blizzard is having payment processing issues currently and I'm not sure they're aware of it. I didn't get charged though.

    @Diablo @BlizzardCS ALL MY PAID DLC COSMETIC ITEMS WORTH ALMOST $300 ARE NOT SHOWING UP IN MY WARDROBE!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD! U GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP PPL HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON ARMOR SETS, WINGS, ULTIMATE EDITION ITEMS ETC AND CANT ACCESS ANY OF IT!!!! GET THE PATCH OUT ASAP!

    @BlizzardCS hey, Classic era wow, new player (1.5 months). I cannot send or receive mail to/from anyone, except for my alt toons. It says “internal database error”. I’ve tried disabling all add-ons, same result. My friend has the exact same issue on the exact same server.
