    @BlizzardCS I logged into my Xbox (Main account) to find that it's completely wiped as if I was a new player. Then tried to download and login to my PC with the proper battle net account and the same issue persisted. Is this wipe permanent or will it come back with later bug fixes?

    @BlizzardCS I wanna change my country on my battlenet to Canada but it doesn't let me and everytime i send a ticket to change my country they just delete the ticket. Now i can't even open my account because everytime i login an error pop up said "Please enter a valid account name". HELP

    @NicS3595 @BlizzardCS Yes. Disconnected and wanted to reconnect the proper account but it connected to a different one. It said online that could fix the log in issues and now I got screwed over.

    @BlizzardCS As a customer service for rep. for Blizzard it is embarrassing you don't have your chat and/or hotline to help your players. If you did, imagine how much easier it would be to get situations like mine and others dealt with. Instead of always having negative backlash about CS.
