    @BlizzardCS Was that your big fix? Installing the launcher again? Done that about 3 times now and nothing has changed. There is no update for WoW retail. I've uninstalled/reinstalled it 3 times as well. It worked just fine til the last BNet update. I can't be the only one with this issue.

    @BlizzardCS half the games I’ve been trying to get into won’t apply the update and let me in. I thought it was an experimental issue so I tried competitive and got kicked, resulting in an abandon penalty. Please reverse that.

    @BlizzardCS You're service sucks, I can't get into my other blizzard account due to the fact my old phone that was connected to it broke, so now I'm locked out and can't get the authenticator removed.

    @BlizzardCS I can’t log in to my account because it keeps asking for a authenticator code that’s connected to my old broken phone. I don’t have an ID. I can take a picture that shows my overwatch account is linked to a battle net account. I don’t know what to do at this point.

    @BlizzardCS Hi, I’m having an issue when I que for the tank role in competitive overwatch. I have one placement left that I never did, and whenever I que, it keeps saying “applying update.* Then the screen goes red, and I get banned for an hour.

    @BlizzardCS Was just queuing up for a game of comp in overwatch with my 4 stack whenwe found a game but it came up with a red bar saying "error applying update" and then suspended my entire stack and removed ~60sr from each of us, what the hell man

    @PlayHearthstone @BlizzardCS The number of game affecting bugs is staggering and none of it is fixed yet...the longer you play the more apparent and annoying it is. FIX THE GAME THAT PEOPLE PAID FOR.
