    @BlizzardCS D2R So yesterday morning at roughly 8 CST I had a queue of 489 people. Now, 119. My queue of 155 took 50 minutes the other day, I'm not sitting in a queue for multiple hours. Fix your ****, this is absolutely ridiculous.

    @BlizzardCS So glad I waited an hour and a half in que, just to crash 30 seconds into my first game, just to be dropped in another 200+ que...... Are we ever gonna fix this or is this a running joke in the office now?

    @BlizzardCS Why can you just fix the server ossues in d2r? The games been out for how long now and us concurrent users still face huge problems playing... Been in a que for hours and still havent had the chance to play.. like why

    @BlizzardCS is there any reason for D2R (PC) to run fine. Then all of a sudden for it to run at 30fps or lower. The only way I can temporarily fix it is to reinstall my video card driver but even then it will run poorly again.

    @BlizzardCS To be honest, I do not believe that any response will come even if there is new information. I can't see this "escalated ticket" and asking about it ever again is likely to lead to termination. Won't need to fix it without an account to fix, eh? Are you going to threaten me too?

    @KalynSierra5 @BlizzardCS It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account
