    @BlizzardCS Since last week world quest weapon drops for my hunter and melee classes have been for off-specs and nothing seems to fix it. I don't mean some or most, 100% of weapons in Midnight zones are for the wrong spec. i.e. beast mastery hunter only gets survival spec weapons

    @BlizzardCS Can we get an update on the state of the servers? Can't play for more than 5mins and I get a disconnect and am reset back by about the same amount of time...

    @JAbascsl @BlizzardCS Youre hope for compensation is like the hope Azeroth feels about not wanting some major disaster happening... One major events happen then we fix it by killing a raid boss. And repeat to the next foe... We got sucked into the void and Lost the war. Lorthemar saw the destruction.

    So @BlizzardCS, I’ve noticed the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Overwatch doesn’t swap the console into 120hz mode when the game is started, like how it does if you boot up DayZ, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4, Cyberpunk 2077, or Hades 2. Maybe that’s why mouse and keyboard feels so sluggish? Please fix the game. Also Diablo 2 still deserves to run better on the console. It’s a slap in the face it still doesn’t run at 60 fps or have mouse and keyboard control support. Ignoring me isn’t going to make the problem go away. I thought you liked money. If you build it, they will come.

    Hey @BlizzardCS @BlizzardCSEU_EN, your support system is completely broken. It's impossible to submit a ticket because the page is stuck in an endless loop, refusing to let me request a refund for an unintended WoW sub. Why are you locking customers out of basic support? Fix this

    @BlizzardCS I'm trying to understand an account closure for Exploitative Activity after repeatedly using the normal Lorewalking reset feature for leveling. Two appeals gave different descriptions of the violation. Are there any known issues/actions this week? Ticket #110336902
