    @BlizzardCS I solved all my issue by forwarding ports the ports for BattleNet and Diablo 2 on my router. Wouldn't be surprised if this is a fix/workaround for many people.

    @BlizzardCS Granted you've got a lot going on and your firepower isn't what it used to be, I'll give you a bit of breathing room. Just get these connection issues and character locks/disappearances fixed soon cuz that's not what these people deserve. Giving you a chance here. 🙏👍
