    @Feathring1 @yuyuy193 @BlizzardCS Problem is it doesn’t remove toxic ********, it mainly hurts normal players. When the toxic guy gets his 23rd account banned do you think he cares? However when normal players get banned for saying (and this is true btw) "ball is fun as ****", what does that do to the community?

    @BlizzardCS @RobertTate10 We can’t curse, but you can get drunk and harass employees. Remember the social contract you made everyone sign in WoW after YOUR company shared nudes at company parties, causing a woman to take her life and the stolen breast milk incident? I’d keep it low if I were you.

    @BlizzardCS No, **** that. They handled it perfectly and @BlizzardCS SHOULD keep responding like that. Back peddling is the problem. If a user is making up bullshit they DESERVE to be called out! PJ did the right thing, KAL did not. More PJ's and less KAL's! Stop protecting ****** people!

    @BlizzardCS You went radio silent, after another day of trying to solve the problem i get yet another shallow response that doesn't point the actual issue and the suspension it's still there. I refuse to ever consume another Blizzard product ever again

    @AzerothPulse Real talk, will BlizzardCS ever get better? Or is it just damned for eternity in corporate budget cut hell? People want to talk to a real person that understands the game and the issue, because they’re able to provide a much better solution than the department manual this ai is trained on. To be honest, as a subscriber of 20+ years, I’m surprised the monthly sub hasn’t gone up with inflation. If it had, it might have justified a bigger spend on customer service, which means we never would have been in this situation to begin with. The only reason I’m mentionining an increase in sub price is because I have to assume the negligence towards CS has been caused by a reduced budget.. otherwise I have no ******* clue how current leadership operates so poorly. I’m inclined to give leadership benefit of the doubt though.

You've been given mandates by the higher-ups to do your job a certain way but the reality of the job doesn't really line up with those mandates so you're stuck between those two things That's fair and you can't admit it on here because you'll get in trouble. I'm not going to ask you to The least you can do is stop arguing with everyone in the comments and just start stonewalling with the same answer that you've given which is that you aren't in charge of the rule set you just enforce it. Stop trying to justify it stop trying to explain it stop all that stuff. You're going to say something eventually that you can't take back and you're going to get in trouble for it The truth of the matter is is that most people replying to the comments on this are correct. The fact that the ESRB rating and your code of conduct don't line up is a huge hypocritical sore that anyone can see from a mile away. There's no way you can explain your way out of it or have some sort of logical reasoning that's going to sort that out. Just quietly, in your own mind, agree with us on the fact that it is hypocritical and it is annoying for you to have to enforce on the grounds that you have to enforce on right now and just keep doing your job and put up a wall. Yes I want you to put up the wall. I want you to continue to say I just enforce what I'm told to enforce I don't decide the rules. Don't go any further into it. You are not helping yourself when you do it.

    @AzerothPulse @BlizzardCS I do cuss in game, but never towards players because i understand people having bad days or just not being good at the game. 16 year account, not a single day suspended, maybe luck, maybe context but in his case and behaviour a "****" was 200% not the issue.

    @ditzychungus @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent hi i had this same issue, look at what connections you have on your account.. for me removing my nintendo connection fixed it
