    Currently having an issue where I on PC, and my wife on PS5 get stuck at "Connecting" when booting up Overwatch. Every other game tested works fine, just Overwatch not connecting. @BlizzardCS

    @BlizzardCS Thanks, it’s really crummy that it’s happening on a weekend and the game is unplayable. The error code doesn’t match the problem happening as I’ve moved 2 characters using unstuck service as suggested and the issue persists. They weren’t stuck originally either 😥

    @Lumidoom @BlizzardCS Still the same issue for me, same error code. I'm not able to download bnet and with all the files that Blizzard cs suggested I delete I cannot uninstall the game now, trying to remove all hidden files etc. I tried. I ended up just cancelling my subscription.

    @blizzardcs The newest patch for overwatch makes the game crash consistently for me and caused me to get banned. I've been playing over a hundred hrs per month for years now with no issues until the newest patch.

    @itsmekatsa @BlizzardCS Good luck! They respond faster if it's a billing issue even if you don't have a billing issue, just explain that you need help with something else instead.

    @BlizzardCS What should i do to fix "server incompatible". Did a fresh install, cleared folders etc etc thats been listed on the forums.

    So @BlizzardCS, I’ve noticed the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Overwatch doesn’t swap to 120hz mode when the game is started, like how it does if you boot up DayZ, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4, Cyberpunk 2077, or Hades 2. Maybe that’s why mouse and keyboard feels so sluggish? Please fix the game. Also Diablo 2 still deserves to run better on the console. It’s a slap in the face it still doesn’t run at 60 fps or have mouse and keyboard control support. Ignoring me isn’t going to make the problem go away. I thought you liked money. If you build it, they will come.

    @BlizzardCS Yes 😔 Usually when a new patch is released it automatically downloads, this time it did not. So I did a scan and repair, and nothing, I tried to log in and got this screen. So I stupidly uninstalled and reinstalled bnet as suggested and I get an error code

    @BlizzardCS hey i got issue shearaim my toon permanently stuck underneath the new zone. i been summiting stuck character to move but you kepe putting me in same underneath spot which i keep falling. im tired of waiting so pls i just wanna teleport to the silvermoon city inn.
