    Hey @BlizzardCS is there an issue on The Venture Company US? I can't see guild or general chat. It works find on other realms. Heck instead of a guild button there's an inaccessible guild & communities button.

    @BlizzardCS There is an issue with accessing the auction house. Clicking on an auctioneer only opens my bags and the AH window doesn't pop up.

    @BlizzardCS What are you doing about 2 hour queues on Grobbulus other than hoping people will move on their own? Should have been locked before prepatch. Move the new people "sorry, we messed up, pick a new one." This is unacceptable for a subscription service.

    @BlizzardCS as I’m sure you are aware, WotLK pre-patch has brought extremely high Q times to many different servers. Commonly in the 3 hour range by 6pm EST and reaching as high as 6-7 hours, is there any solutions for this on a server technical side to resolve this issue?
