    @BlizzardCS They can do everything you think they can, but often choose not to. I had a GM jump on my character once to confirm (and then ultimately fix) an issue once.

    @BlizzardCS No it did not. They told me I had to login but in order to log in, it wasn’t my authenticator code which I don’t have access to. I know my password

    @BlizzardCS any news on Mailroom Mayhem? Fight is still bugged and it’s been out a week and there has been zero communication about the issue, kinda getting tired of bashing my head against the wall for a fight that isn’t doable unless your a mythic raid geared group.

    @BlizzardCS having an issue trying to run demonolgy warlock. When i ise demonic strength it says i need a felguard, even thought the ability prior used was felguard and he is indeed alive

    @BlizzardCS Doing covenant assault in the maw, keep getting disconnected when being thrown back to the ground. Would understand if it was just lag because of crowding, but can't even go do other things to wait for things to subside. How does gametime lost reimbursement work?

    @BlizzardCS I am unable to log onto my paladin after interacting with one of the giants at the tremaculum during venthyr assault. i disconnect immediately on loading in so i cant submit a ticket nor use character stuck. are there other ways to ask for help without being on char?

    @BlizzardCS I know my login and password, but the minute I try to login it asks me for the authenticator which I don’t have logged in anymore. It has literally been years since I logged in.

    @BlizzardCS So I reached out to them, no reply. If it's a Blizzard server though why do I have to go to Activision? The ports that are suggested to forward are also the typical Blizz server ports. When looking the issue up on Google everything points to Blizzard.
