@BlizzardCS @Devastation1994 Servers are NOT working. Just 70% loading bar DCs on any character retail side. Can log into Remix characters fine.

@BlizzardCS I just tried using the non subbed Starter WoW1 (US) account and got same issue, but Starter WoW2 (EU) logs retrieves character fine and logs my one character in. Is this a regional issue?

@BlizzardCS Putting the onus on a player to check regularly to see if an issue is resolved is unsightly and doesn't serve the customer.

@elke_wtf You forget how @BlizzardCS has treated the majority of their playerbase for years. Tickets get automated responses that don't pertain to your issue, and then it takes about a week to get someone with some literal knowledge about the game to contact you regarding the issue. Then, they make the simple remark to check the bug forums (which you have countless times). Then they tell you there's nothing they can do (after two weeks of trying to get ACTUAL help with your issue) because too much time has passed, but they say they'll fix it in the near future. You wait half an expansion for them to fix it, but they never do. THIS is why people are upset. Rightfully so, considering that they pay money for the expansion ON TOP OF paying a monthly subscription fee. They deserve better. Maybe take the player experience into consideration before blaming the players for being upset with Blizzard CS.

@BlizzardCS @cixeltree Link doesn't work. It just infinitely loads not to mention for all purposes these characters are all regarded as online because I can whisper them and see that it goes through. Character unstuck service just bugs out. You're gonna have to unplug the servers bro

@BlizzardCS are you aware of the glitch for the turbo boost quest, mythic + trinket vendor is locked despite resil key +12 achieved already, many threads on official forum. Team is aware of the bug ? redid a +12 floodgate, trinket still locked

@BlizzardCS Why is Blizzard still having issues with the Authenticator system 15 yrs after it’s implementation? It was because of this issue I go on hiatus, and wait til a new expansion has been out for a while. Disappointing to see the issue still persists. SMH.

@Devastation1994 @BlizzardCS i'm trying to find random common things between people having the issue. do you have any banned/suspended accounts on the bnet account? do you have multiple TWW licenses on the bnet account? were you in remix or anything when the first wave of login issues yesterday was fixed?

@BlizzardCS Then I'd suggest a "pending resolution" state rather than resolved. When the issue is expected to be resolved, mass "answer" the ticket saying that it is expected to be resolved.
