    @LSmigl @BlizzardCS @d2resurrected That might just be attributable to the current outage and the fact that your account is new? It's down for everyone else trying to log in right now but we're mostly just seeing blank character select screen and "cannot connect to server"

    @BlizzardCS No. No they haven't. Same problem. 3 days in a row. Including roll backs and loss of items. This is not good enough from Blizzard. You have customers returning or that have support ed you for 20 years. Be better.

    @BlizzardCS Hell, it would be nice if they just wouldn't let us login at all. Would keep the where the hell are my characters down to a minimum and them actually saying the servers are down would be really nice...lmao

    @BlizzardCS Hey if you guys insist on making us check here for updates, how about you ACTUALLY UPDATE? Can you let us know why servers are completely unavailable for 1h+ already for the third day in a row? What's being done to fix it? Come on, "we're aware of an issue. issue fixed" is sad.

    @Usman__H @BlizzardCS @RodFergusson I work in IT. There's terminology for non permanent fixes: workarounds, temporary fix, bandaids, etc. Resolved means the root cause has been identified and fixed. If the same issue happens multiple times 3 days in a row they have not isolated root cause, they're BSing straight up
