    @BlizzardCS NO CURSING But WE HAVE A MATURE LANGUAGE FILTER AND IGNORE LIST! Your company is genuinely part of the modern problem, a big part. Glad i quit this game and have 0 intentions of resubbing. I've gotten people to move to Runescape, fire your **** employees, weve seen enough.

    @BlizzardCS @ayyyyluhmao i asked multiple times what was considered bannable and was never given an answer. if i had been told "you cant say swear words anymore" instead of having to figure out thru trial and error i would never be perma banned. a system should not harm those who want to follow the rules

    After years and years of Blizzard saying if you cuss and then it gets reported you get banned. @blizzardcs goes viral for this policy being so bad. They now claim it was never a policy. Despite hundreds of forum posts saying the exact same trash to customers appealing and its that "you cussed so its upheld" Such liars and bad customer service.

    @BlizzardCS @Just_PauI Im looking for a solution to the same issue. Customer support is just sending the same copy paste response saying I dont have enough info but I quite literally have no more info to give since I dont have the serial number for the authenticator I guess

    @BlizzardCS @blizzardcs how come you guys refuse to acknowledge only certain issues? How come no one at your company will explain what happened to @warcraftdev support? Do you guys really abandon your primary feedback channel and have such little respect for the community that you don't even announce you aren't taking feedback anymore?

    @BlizzardCS The one and only time I’ve ever EVER seen blizzard customer support, they’re doing this… a bad job? An unnecessary and WRONG reply to a minor account?!? And I think that’s under selling it. This shows how they’re spending their time. I wouldn’t believe this if I didn’t see it myself, considering all the recent bad press due to bugs and performance problems….

    @BlizzardCS Once again, I would like an explanation as to why I was banned so that I may defend myself. I sincerely believe this was simply done due to some other factor like mass reporting or an error. And I would like a real response not an automated script, please.

    @BlizzardCS issues changing character appearance on Diablo 4. Changing hairstyles, markings or jewelry doesn’t seem to work on my warlock character.
