I have a daunting estimated 24 hour wait on my ticket, but that's... not exactly ideal. Can anything be done, or do I just tough it out?

Knightmare (@8bithacker) reported@BlizzardCS on PC. Yep, I reported it on the PC Bug Report forum a few days ago, and there are previous reports of the same issue on there with no answers. I'm not sure anyone actually looks at those forums.
