    @BlizzardCS Ticket US86916715. It’s a battlenet id issue. .Mac emails changed to .me years ago. Battlenet is seeing it as two different emails so I have two ids. All of my overwatch 1 info cannot be accessed because of it. The first cs said switch link and wait a year to see if it worked.

    @BlizzardCS Lets be honest the only slowdown comes server side its not the customers internet its the servers always lagging or slow. Although speeds have improved the last year it seems compared to old download times.

    @BlizzardCS I opened a ticket two months ago. And your snarky “maybe someone can explain it differently” is not needed. Again is this the example of blizzard customer service? I’ve never seen a company actually not want people to play their game

    @iamsalskinner @BlizzardCS I actually found a solution. Ps5 user downloads the ps4 version of ow2 and then it’ll work. At least it worked for me and my brother. BUT blizzard definitely needs to work this **** and fix it asap.
