    @BlizzardCS The last two days, I lagged out of a competitive game and couldn’t rejoin. I am now banned for the rest of the season. It’s a bit unfair I get banned from connection issues. It’s not like I’m being a bad sport and leaving on my own.

    @BlizzardCS Getting check network. I have enabled and disabled securities, I have checked game integrity, I have reinstalled blizzard but upon running the launcher I get network error again. My wifi is working and I can access every other site.

    @BlizzardCS Hi friends. I recently installed Retail WoW on my 2020 13" Macbook Pro (Catalina) and it seems to always be downloading data in the background, despite finishing. Is there a known issues around this? Not sure if it's constantly invalidating or what :)

    @BlizzardCS It says "restoring" right before the unexpected error. It's a brand new device so I don't know how to delete the files recommended in that note. Probably a something that should be added.

    @BlizzardCS COD Warzone crashes so often that I can't finish a single game. Everything I've seen online says this is an @ATVIAssist problem, but the error states that the game lost connection to blizzard servers. Code: BLZBNTBGS000003F8 I've tried troubleshooting.

    @BlizzardCS Anyways thanks for taking the time to give a more human response. Given I lost a hard to get piece of loot to a glitch, a little humanity can go a long way. That's all i was ever looking for even if nothing could be recovered.

    @BlizzardCS I just send one reply with my response to what I was told. then a second reply requesting it be escalated cause as I had read on the website I thought I had a case as I believed it a glitch. The second reply was when i was told to stop. I was not rude either. *shrug*

    @BlizzardCS (2/2) I just felt like even though I presented evidence to counter the first reply that it didn't matter. So like, why not just be honest and say even if the game glitched, you won't get your item. gaslighting a user into thinking it is their fault is not customer service.

    @BlizzardCS there was a loot glitch in wow classic, i was told some items must be looted manually even after winning roll, i countered with this item was put in bags on a different toon on a different run therefore it wasn't one of those items. but that was not acknowledged. (1/2)

    @BlizzardCS The Horde Battle Standard points forward on the Undead. It looks like it was designed for a character with a straight back. Is there any plan to look at some of the undead model issues like this standard and how the helms fit on them?

    @BlizzardCS For the last 3 nights (between 10 and 11:30pm CST) only I, in my group, has had problems being disconnected/unable to connect to servers in Overwatch on the PS4. I have restarted my modem, which shows high downloads and uploads. Any suggestions?

    @Diablo @BlizzardCS Chat's already messed up again on diablo 2 USEAST LADDER games , back to only working in like 1 of out 100 games . Can we get it fixed again please? A permanent fix would be ideal.

    @BlizzardCS I cannot login to my account because i got a new phone and pc. My Authenticator doesn’t work because of the new phone. I tried to remove my authenticator but it says i reached the max amount of tickets. Is there anyway you can help me login.
