@BlizzardCS They have the servers locked again on D2 resurrected or they are lying about the position we are in queue. Last week I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes waiting for the number to even start moving. 20 minutes in today and it has not moved. Same issues same silence from @BlizzardCS

@BlizzardCS Over month later and the game is still plagued with queues and join game issues. Some are fed up with it and want a refund, yet are threatened to have our accounts removed permanently for asking. What's the deal? If you won't refund us, when is it going to be fixed?!

@BlizzardCS GLAD I GET TO WAIT IN QUEUE FOR AN HOUR TO PLAY FOR 10 MINUTES THEN THE GAME CRASHES AND I GET TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR TO PROBABLY ONLY BE ABLE TO PLAY AGAIN FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT CRASHES AGAIN! THIS IS BULLSHIT! FIX YOUR GAME!

@BlizzardCS made it through the d2r queue ~250 ppl ahead, only to get dumped on the offline tab. Clicked online and it put me at the back with 180 ppl ahead. What a broken queuing system. Waited over an hour at this point

@BlizzardCS @thedrew34 Maybe expand your database temporarily through AWS or something until you can find a permanent fix. Spin up some VM’s man. Do something to save your customer base. This waiting hours just to play a game I paid for is absurd.

@BlizzardCS Is there a plan to fix long queue times at 4-7am PDT (can't possibly be more people login now then at primetime) to fix chat so it works 100% of the time right now it works less than 50%. Is there a plan to fix the communication error bug? Can we get a refund if not?
