@BlizzardCS not sure why but my PS5 account for Overwatch 2 seems to have been falsely flagged as a FTUE account, despite me playing for 6 years. My hero roster has been severely limited now after playing for the last day with no issues. Is there an ETA on this fix?

@BlizzardCS OW2 is still broken. Got issues where it locks heroes for veteran players as if we don’t have them unlocked yet. Reset of the game fixes it sometimes, but can’t reset when in comp game

@mg96511 @BlizzardCS try and go to eu servers if you are not already. we were on eu servers since it released and decided to go to na servers once they were actually working, and when we did we had the same problem. we went back to eu and its all good.

@luminaa__ @BlizzardCS Yeah that’s my issue :( currently have a blank account (besides the progress I’ve played since release of ow2) the only things I’ve received were my origin skins so I’d imagine the servers recognize that my account isn’t fresh just hope everything goes well
