@codybei @BlizzardCS I had to open a new ticket when they did this to me earlier in the month. I just copied and pasted the text from my original ticket and added a note that this is from a previous ticket where the issue was not resolved with an auto reply.

@BlizzardCS Ever since the original overwatch, I’ve had issues staying in the practice range. I lose connection a few minutes in every time. Same goes for the Junkenstein mode, but never multiplayer. Any idea why this could happen?
