@BlizzardCS What's the point of having a Customer Service account if you don't use it to address known issues. 45 minutes and no boat to the Dragon Isles. Little timer dude is useless. You plan to do something about it?

@paselo92 @BlizzardCS No, a physical copy. Deliveries were supposed to ship out Nov 1st. Contacted on 15th, reached Blizzard EU, couldn't help except escalate problem to NA. Done this process 3 times now, every time it's EU, escalated every time, no response from NA ever.

@BlizzardCS Hey on my character Corty-Frostmane I am getting world server down, however it only did this after taking the stormwind portal in the new starting zone. Character has been stuck and the Stuck Character service is shitting itself, help please <3

@BlizzardCS Porting, hearthing or being summoned to the Dragon Isles is not working. Load screen stays at 0% loaded before timing out. Yet when you go to the dock to catch the boat manually, the boat is also MIA, meaning it is impossible to get there currently

@BlizzardCS Wrymrest Accord, and probably other servers, are having issues logging in to their characters. Please look into this and fix it asap. It is the same issue as a couple weeks ago when people kept logging into characters and then getting disconnected.

@BlizzardCS Oh I got into the game after a bit a of a wait.. but now I'm just at the dock waiting for a boat to take me to the new zone... Problem is the boat is a no show.... Really wish JUST ONCE launch day for a new expansion would go smoothly.

@BlizzardCS Boats and portals not working. Any updates? I took the quest but didn't talk to the npc apparently and can't get back to Durotar. 🙃 As bad as I wanted to GET to the Isles, now I'm stuck here with no quests. Oops.
