@BlizzardCS Any update on a hotfix for Through the Fire and Flames? We have about 60 people in my area who can't even continue the campaign because we're trapped on this rock in the middle of the lava cause the blade won't spawn. Tried server hopping and they were broken too.

@BlizzardCS You've made too many attempts. Can't log in to view ticket status, no ticket confirmation email. Unlock successful, but I still get the same error. 24 hour turnaround for web non-account linked ticket. This is incredibly painful.

@BlizzardCS Hey, ticket #US76426743. We keep getting told it’s a display issue & that they can’t find the gold. Another user from A52 posted on the forum about the same problem. The gold *was* there. :(

@BlizzardCS One is from buying the shadowlands expansion edition and the other I purchased last night to try and unlock, so they are both new shadowlands boosts. I havent heard anybody else having this problem but I imagine you aren't supposed to get progress above lvl 50 in the class trial.

@BlizzardCS For quite a while, many players have been commenting on how the current backpedal animations in WoW are much too fast when compared to the correct, pre-Shadowlands versions. Would you be able to let players know if this is a known issue that is being looked into?

@BlizzardCS 3 days now. 3 days of not being able to play the expansion. Launch was conpletely broken. Now 2 days later, sitting in a 2 hour queue that will most like result in taking over 2 hours or me just closing the client. This is absurd.

I love trying to login to a server and saying position in queue 5 (10min), getting down to 3min then it's spikes to 97min....wth is going on?? @BlizzardCS maybe you should pass out some free transfers...

@BlizzardCS There is no error, the character is just locked and greyed out. I have 2 boost tokens but I cannot use them on him, and clicking the lock icon next to him in character select prompts me to buy another token but does not unlock the character. I have already submitted a ticket
