Sometimes holding or spamming TAB (or the key for the scoreboard) for a few seconds should work. The definitive solution is disconnect and reconnect (just to the menu) I did bind "-" for scoreboard for this reason

Only problem with it was that winning really tanked your trust factor and probably was the main reason why I started matching with a lot of cheaters at the end of CSGO.
