    @kentrosaurian @Scottishborn_ @BungieHelp Yes, Bungie has acknowledged the bug but only said to kill the boss slower. We did that and it still didn’t drop the key. We ended up giving up. This is a long mission & if solo this is especially bad. This hot fix nor the TWAB mentioned it.

    @soupychloe @anthonyjdella Why doesn’t Bungie have any customer service phone numbers or contact emails any more? Why is it impossible to do account level actions with your company outside of automated stuff? I recently tried to play Destiny, and would be gladly buying silver but cannot and on 90 day CD

    @BungieHelp Hey Bungie, I was trying to complete my Gumshoe Seal today but I had to realise that the Disbelieve is not progressing, no matter what tier of Deepsight puzzle I'm doing, please advise, is this a known issue?

    I've ran into an issue with "The Hidden Shape" quest step 7 of 8 (Shaping Revision Zero). I shaped it 3x and the quest is still on 7 of 8.. I think it's either bugged or my shaping Revision Zero is flawed somehow.. help?? @BungieHelp @DirtyEffinHippy @Cozmo23

    @Aztecross I really wouldn’t mind if after the final shape they close the servers down for an extended period of time and stick destiny 2 on a better engine just imagine destiny 2 on unreal engine 5 it would look remarkable and run almost perfect but that’s just My opinion

    @Gladd Dude you won't believe this I logged into destiny for the first time in like 5 minutes and my computer deleted itself! Crazy! Bingo plz fix I can only play for 2 minutes a day before I have to go back to taking care of my 42069 children and working 1620 hours a day.. smh my head

    @BungieHelp my seasonal weapon progress is stuck at 25% for gilding, we had that issue during another season iirc

    @BungieHelp Well I am sure if it was you would have found the problem. Because the games progress is perfect and you always fix the issues and find them in a very fast manner. Like no way would the app be down for a week or more while you searched issues.
