  @discord_support Hello Discord Support, @discord I honestly did nothing wrong, and I am completely innocent in this situation. My 9-year-old account (sloo_) was falsely flagged right after I recovered it from a hacker who bypassed my SMS 2FA Please, just have a real human look at my account logs and messages—you will see that I never broke any TOS. If my account EVER violates any rule in the future, feel free to ban me permanently without appeal! But why should I suffer a 2-year suspension for something a hacker did during a security breach? As a Twitch Partner, my community server is completely unmanaged because of this automated error. Please review my active tickets manually: Hacked Account: #66812770 General Support: #67063553

  @totmacherx @FreyaHolmer @discord Automated systems are garbage and any system where the trigger is mass reports will have this. Unfortunately there will be no fix for it as most companies are cheapasses and don't want to pay dedicated teams of humans to curate reports, so they resort to automation and thus the mass report campaign abuse.

  @livinpink @discord_support I've been trying to reach a human @discord support for 4 days. Support tickets, this post, DM's... no response aside from the AI bot, Clyde, who is giving responses for other unrelated issues. My worst customer service experience to date. #CustomerSupport
