  @discord @discord_support Please FIX your support tools. There is an obvious problem with your software as anyone is able to bypass report tools to actively mass report large servers and nuke them to the point every member has the same reason of report. HIRE EMPLOYEES.

  @discord Upgrade GIF avatar file it’s so annoying even if we do a low quality and under 10ko the app still refuse and say it’s over 10.00mb would help us having animate avatar cause rn its so annoying to reduce file I take 2h of editing saving/retry to have my pfp animate 😭

I got human support today but the person didn’t seem willing to help saying that if my in app appeal rejected there’s like nothing I can or some.

  @discord_support @discord @discord_support Need help recovering my account. I can successfully verify my phone number via SMS and access the email address linked to the account. Discord sends me an SMS code, then a password reset email, and I'm able to reset my password. However, after doing all that, I'm forced into an MFA screen requiring either a passkey/security key or a backup code. The passkey previously associated with the account appears to have been deleted and no longer works, I don't have any backup codes, and I'm not logged in on any other device. I'm confused why verification of both my phone number and email address isn't sufficient to recover the account. Can someone from the support team please review my case 65868570

  Hi @discord @discord_support, I’m hoping someone can help me. My Discord account was unexpectedly disabled nearly 3 weeks ago. I’ve already submitted multiple appeals (#65577924 and #65511003), but I haven’t received any update. If possible, could my case be reviewed or escalated? I’m happy to provide any information needed.   @discord_support @discord My account got hacked and then suspended, i submited and appeal and got same reply 2 times with steps i cant follow because it tells to submit appeal via account settings when i cant login, can I get help with that?
