  Hi @discord ! I attempted to reach out to your support via messaged but got no response so am hoping this goes through as my last attempt. My account was compromised and recovered 2 weeks ago, but during the incident a lot of my friends reported my acc to get it disabled so it wouldn’t be used for more destruction. It received 9 child safety violations within the following 3 days of it being suspended. I’m able to get into the account successfully and securely just to view the screen showing the violations for appeal, which I did and only this morning got an email response saying they were reviewed and they wont be removed until they expire. I don’t know if the suspension goes will them in 2028, but that’s the earliest I imagine I can fight the account again. I can accept that and make a new account, not my first disappointing rodeo. However, because that account was setup securely it still holds the information in it as the main account attached so I can’t reuse my information again for the new secure account, like my phone number now says invalid because it can only be used on one account at a time. This means I can’t setup the required account steps to build new community servers or be transferred my ownership back to me of my servers. I’m pleading that I get through to someone who can either review my account appropriately with a genuine human response, or that I’m able to get that account’s information released so I can use it on a new account. I’m locked out of your Support Portal because I don’t have a passcode, not similar to the password. If I’m truly unable to recover my account due to my mistake, then please at least help me rebuild from that mistake.

  @WorthlessWillow @discord Classic with discord support, the most unreal system you’ll ever see. Over three weeks and I get not a single response. We’re supposed to wait for our “open” ticket to be replied to as they’re apparently too busy. You mean the open ticket that you guys automatically mark as solved without a response or anything? Yes, Discord I absolutely love waiting over three weeks or who knows however, long if I ever even get my account back over posting a Minecraft inventory. I already knew their support team was bad but this is like unreal next level terrible. Court might be the way I don’t know anymore.

  @lovelyrecover @masalano9 @discord Its insane how you needed to clarify that your talking about actual CSEM. But you can't really blame people for asking you if you were talking about actual csem cause the idiots on here have watered down the word.
