    @lilymetaX @discord_support @discord I am having the same issue. I got striked for being in a server that did fraud. I didn’t participate in any of that sort of malicious activity. I even reported it and other people did, but I also get hit in the crossfire by discord and get my account set to limited for a whole year. I do an appeal and Clyde also comes back to me with that message. It’s unbelievable how support can be this useless, especially to users that have been on the platform for over 9 years. I haven’t even committed a violation throughout my 9 years on discord. And this is the treatment I get back from them.

    @NikoSaikou_ @discord Discord is horrendous with customer service, they claim human service but its definitely either AI bots or they just genuinely don’t care to help.

    @discord @Fortnite Could you guys help me out? Yesterday, my account was permanently suspended because a server I had joined was taken down for "violent content." But how does that work? I didn't interact with that server at all—I never joined any voice channels, and I had actually already left ++

    @discord @discord_support can you please take a look at this and help my friend out by having an actual human check on this? The AI systems are just bad and useless when it comes to hacked accounts. I do get that you need a degree of automation, but please give people a chance.

    Hello, please check my ticket #67829076 ASAP. My server was taken down for absolutely no reason because of someone that wants to report my server and take it down due to the server size and we don't condone any inappropriate behaviors in our server. @discord @discord_support
