    @TheQueenGoldi @discord_support @discord I am listening. Your issue does not prevent you from resetting your password. You can also login with your verified phone number. The account for Discord’s support portal is *different* from your Discord account. Unless you used it before, you don’t have one.

    They routinely do this for reasons that no one understands. Just contact (email) @discord and tell them that you want to appeal their decision or perhaps contact there employee @Robbfixx he can be of help to you

    Seven months ago my account got hacked, I reported it, and your team did absolutely nothing. The hacker came back, got it banned, and now I’m banned for a crime I didn’t commit. I have no Premium, no special access, just a stolen account and zero help. @discord_support @discord

    @discord @discord_support Our server (ID: 1486457938892689548) has been locked out of Discovery for over a month We started a respectful campaign on August 16 asking for a human review. Since then we have not received any real human response. An agent rejected our appeal and closed the ticket without explaining a single issue. We asked what needs to be fixed but got no reply. We also sent the Ticket ID via DM last week. The server has 0 NSFW channels and fully follows Discord’s guidelines. Our community of over 5,000 members is genuinely saddened by this situation We kindly ask for a real human review or a clear list of what needs to be changed so we can fix it immediately Thank you..
