    @discord_support @discord you're able to flash all the cool features coming to your app, but can't improve your support to help actual victims, like what is the logic behind this? alienating the people who actually follow the rules while malicious users roam freely no punishment?

    @rochakire @discord Man, that’s honestly really frustrating Honestly, Discord has always been pretty bad when it comes to support. But this is next level… 3 months with no real response after supporting them with Nitro for 4 years is just disrespectful. They need to help you out.

    @iriscal @discord @discord_support Yeah, I am on her discord and see the issues she is trying to fix it and fix the roles at the moment, I bet its an automated thing due to many reports and they (Discord) might only deal with it when this blows up in their face.
