  I did not wait 6 days to be told by @discord @discord_support a team would look into my case & get back to me immediately to get yet another automated message of word fluff, showing clear proof my case has indeed not been looked into. It also does not help that I get one reply a day on my ticket if I am lucky. I did my due diligence & took the right steps when someone temporarily compromised my account and tried to steal it, failed to do so due to 2fa & not having the full means to take my account, so they mass reported it for a false reasoning getting it suspended because of how the AI system works....I have already appealed the suspension and created a ticket, because of the initial compromise of my account, lastly the appeal system does not allow communicating/giving reason or more details on why you appealed it just let's you click a generated option for your appeal, so the instructions given here seem outdated or incorrect of your system because I did not have all these options or steps when appealing. My account is technically disabled and in limbo, so I cannot really do much but log on and see the message shown below; which is why I added details regarding my appeal and suspension in my initial ticket. I really need an actual human staff at discord who handles these things to look at my account, my ticket/case and get this corrected immediately and see that this was just someone doing malicious intent because they couldn't have my account. This is showing extremely gross negligence on discords part and a flaw in their system that anyone even a discord partner can be wrongfully banned while those using the platform to harm others seem to walk away with no action taken on them and are able to get away with the flaw in their report system x suspension system if they know how to game it or have bots to mass report.

  @discord NOT how I wanted to try and fix this but it's any means necessary at this point My account has just been permanently suspended for reports that don't even have any attached evidence and any time I make a support ticket about this I just get instantly aired by your bot

  @discord @discord_support on Tuesday it’ll be 150 days since my account was falsely suspended due to a Turkish Phisher/Extorter targeted my 10+ year account for my badges, and when I refused to hand over my account they had their friends spam report me to ensure I’d lose my account. Please I really need help it’s been over 120 days since I’ve posted my dispute, and even my state Attorney General said they’ve failed to get a response from you. I’ve sent my ticket # in DMs which I doubt will be read since my last DM months ago fell on deaf ears.

  @discord_support @discord please unsuspend my account, i got social engineered into downloading a file and then the hacker tried to extort me. my account was then reported for child safety. i keep going to the website for help, but it’s not helping. please look into this :(

  @discord My account was hacked, and the hacker enabled two-factor authentication, making it impossible for me to log in. I submitted a support ticket to Discord, but they only sent me a bot message and said the problem wasn't solved, even though the website says it's resolved.
