    Hey, this is already day 3 of trying to get my @discord account back and I’m still stuck. Writing emails to @discord_support doesn’t help, the auto-reply immediately says they can’t assist this way. I’ve submitted more tickets, but my account is still suspended. I still haven’t received any explanation why it was suspended in the first place. Every ticket gets instantly closed with zero response. It looks like Discord’s bot auto-banned me for using the word “Kisiel” (because the user had that exact nickname). I only wrote “Kisiel nie znam się” while kicking people I didn’t know. The American AI bot probably misunderstood the Polish word. But why is the actual support team not replying at all? I’m describing the whole situation in detail and attaching screenshots as proof. @discord_support do you have only bots or are there any normal people working there who would finally like to explain something?

    @Magical_Misa @discord Had a friend fall for one of those, they try to befriend you, get to play a game with them at which point you cannot connect to a multiplayer session untill they link you a "VPN service" which is disguised as malware and they get access to your emails and passwords and try to extort you for money. Be careful people.

    someone has attached my phone number to their discord account. trying to remove my phone number by logging in with the phone number resulted in an automated 1 year ban from the login attempt. @Discord support wont help because im not contacting them from the hijackers email 🤡

    @tkn0801 @discord I think Discord is about to go the way of Skype, these were the same issues plaguing skype, now it's happening to Discord, if Discord doesn't stop giving people the silent treatment and actually help them, Discord will be replaced by an alternative just as they did Skype.

    @discord_support @discord help me please!! My account got hacked and banned for 4 of the same offense that wasn’t even me. 1 got overturned and the other 3 are pending. Tickets haven’t helped at all!
