    im having trouble, your automod system has flagged me for platform manipulation. I used the prune system to remove a lot of members at once by using the tick box on the tool and then hitting ban to remove them. I received a penalty for this @discord_support @discord

    @discord_support @discord is that site you force us to just AI/bot automated? I can’t remember a time when Discord Support actually helped a problem I reported, and for the past year they just seem to copy/paste the same responses. How do I escalate to an actual human?

    My account got hacked It's been over 2 weeks since I reported an authentication issue on my Discord account. Support keeps me waiting while I remain locked out. Amazing platform, but terrible experience when you actually need help. @discord,@discord_support users deserve better.
