    i have no idea what @discord is doing, but never EVER have a legit issue. and if you're an artist of any kind? know that you are fundamentally not safe or protected there, @discord_support will not investigate, intervene, or advocate for you. so this is the so called "process".

    tweeting @discord @discord_support again because you guys have an incredibly poor support access. Please fix the fact that I can request a password reset for an account, that ive had for a LONG TIME with access to the email, but not actually receive AN DANG EMAIL. PLS HELP.

    @0GuardianAngelz @BikeMan @discord do NOT enable 2fa or change security settings. I couldn’t login to my email either, just like you. I had my number linked forever but one day i decided to add 2fa authenticator and it kicked me out and forced me to reset my password via email instead of the phone number. Amazing!

    @Elesoterik @discord Yeah, from a dev he was in talks with. Who got his own account hacked during the meeting. It wasn’t installing a random program for the lulz. Fry recovered his other accounts. But is completely locked out of Discord. That’s the main problem atm.

    Probably about to delete @discord and go back to using @teamspeak . It’s been nearly half a year and my tickets keep getting closed due to the very terrible email policy they have.

    @BaddieStreams @discord @discord_support The fact that they are allowing this to happen is just crazy as hell. How the hell does your company check but proof of ID but still allow some **** bag to steal someone's account. Looks like we all need to look into switching to a different service or make a better one!

    my 2 accounts were hacked and the hackers changed my password and locked me out of my account by enabling 2fa on it, i have made a support ticken for both accounts with original emails yet i have gotten no help thus far, i also sent you guys msges on x @discord_support @discord

    @itswillyferret @BigfryTV @discord You would want to tag discord support account as the one you tag isn't for support so they wont help much anyway. Even then they will just tell you to submit a ticket and wait for a response.
