  it was a hard watch seeing people believe that Xeno at some point contained malware in its download just due to how many people noticed they had this malware. however, platforms such as @discord I feel play a huge part in how bad this is. Discord, for example, is notoriously horrible at taking down these servers (at least in a swift manner), and would you believe me if I told you that during me and Discord’s 6 month legal negotiation over this exact issue (but with Solara), I informed them early on of a 20 THOUSAND member server clearly distributing malware using Solara’s branding (with a vanity link!) to which I also handed them over identifying information about the server owner—and that they let it stay up for many months as it grew? mind you, this was completely direct, forwarded from Discord legal rep to Discord, and I constantly reminded them the server was still up—and it took around 7 months for it to be terminated. nevermind the two unbelievably huge malware xeno servers that have been on their platform for 2 years now which have probably received thousands of standard malware reports, and there’s likely more of other products in every single game cheat community. for solara in specific, they’ve put more effort into ensuring that I’M off the platform, rather than the people who took my branding and plastered malware all over Discord with it. i mean, my most recent **community** server was terminated because, in their words, I am “associated with the operation of a server distributing malware”, yet, it was against my server rules to post binaries, links, domains, even if it was actually Solara (which I willfully agreed to in our legal agreement, but it was a trade off I was willing to take to have a community server). it’s really weird, i’m not sure what they’re doing over there. even with Youtube, I would send 100s of copyright claims to malware solara videos. eventually, they kept getting declined and so I had to retract them to avoid getting my channel taken down for fraud (ironic). why was I doing the work for the platforms? why is the situation this uncontrollable?

  @hexsealed @gachafan21 @discord You're right, people died all the time without protections until we slowly invented the concept. Then people like Jean-Jacques Rousseau later formalized the relationship of what it means to give one's liberties in the name of such protections. "Man is born free, and is everywhere in chains" The issue of course is that in YOUR ideal world, I could just go up and ******* kill you and nothing bad would happen to me. So if that's the world you want, go ahead, see where that gets you. Go to 3rd world countries and see how long you live where police don't give a ****. My ex from Jamaica was very clear about how bad **** and child molestation is abundant. But I guess that kind of stuff wouldn't affect you huh? Your sister, mother, daughter, hell the boys too. You have this... uneducated fantasy about what you think the world would possibly be or could have been because you rely on over-romantization of the past. It was brutal, and full of death. Plagues. Murderers. Tyrants and Kings who slaughtered innocents for sport. And here you are, thinking without the protections that are made invisible to you, that you'd somehow fair better? That another man's profits are somehow irrelevant to you, when you benefit from such corporations at every level. You didn't build your house, phone, bathrooms, kitchen, plumbing, transportation, infrastructure, communications, etc. Yet here you are saying how you don't need to respect the established systems because you deem them irrelevant to humanity's needs. And for that, you are an uneducated moronic halfwit who, in a less protected world, would have been killed a long time ago. Remember that.

  @discord Joining the server, even though I was in it before all this **** went down and just never knew it went down cause I was only using it for the emojis in the server and they never removed those after the hack.

  @discord_support I am reaching out to @discord again because I need your help clarifying a very important issue regarding my account. My account was hacked on July 17. The attacker changed the email address associated with my account and added an authenticator, leaving me completely unable to access it. With the help of Discord Support, I was able to recover my account on July 28. I have also provided screenshots showing the date of the recovery and confirming that I only regained access to my account after the recovery process. However, on August 3, my account received suspensions related to content that I did not send. Therefore, I am asking again that Discord clearly confirm the exact date and time when the messages/content that caused the violations and ultimately led to my suspension were sent. You have access to the account records and can review all activity that occurred between July 17 and July 28, while the attacker had control of my account. I need you to verify and tell me exactly when this content was sent, because this is essential to demonstrate that I was not responsible for these violations. I am also asking Discord to remove the suspension from my account, considering that the violations resulted from activity that occurred while my account was compromised. Please provide a response directly in ticket #67687635. I have already submitted screenshots in that ticket showing the date I recovered my account and regained access. Please review the account records from July 17 through July 28 and clearly confirm when the activity that resulted in these violations occurred. I simply want my case to be reviewed based on the actual account records.
