  @donidhernandez @vegasempire001 @discord I think this is where the conversation becomes about different kinds of feedback: > Tickets → “I have a problem.” > Community discussions → “Here’s an idea.” / “I have the same issue.” / “What if we did this?” There are some points where community members begin to help each other solve problems (fostered this at Balance AI & Rosnet AI) Btw there was a point where MidasRWA even though having billions in TVL never used Discord they operated solely on Telegram So downplaying a platform for another wouldn’t be the best way to go around this, especially where the only argument is “Ticketing” Many projects have adopted Telegram bot ticketing or topic-like ticketing setups more still direct messages to particular “Support” mods

  @SKYWALKER_t25 @discord @discord_support don't worry, the total number of PEOPLE increases every day, the total number of fake accounts does not. In the last 2 weeks, the latter outweighed the former; so it looked like the total # went down... none the less growth is still happening :) Thanks for your support

  @comfycheeks @discord Literally, I don't think anyone is involved in support. Support page is atrocious, a relation who is a Nitro Subscriber had an issue but got no help. A colleague then advised he reach out to @Robbfixx And the guy was able to get the issue rectified for him
