    @discord have zero support. I don't think anyone is involved in support. Support page is atrocious, a relation who is a Nitro Subscriber had the same issue but got no help. A colleague then advised he reach out to @Robbfixx And the guy was able to get it rectified

    @discord wow cool I'd love to try it. unfortunately, I'm still paying for full nitro on an account that's been hacked (and I can't fix that because my email was part of the hack and my paypal I use is connected to that email) but uh. neat.

    @TubularTigerbee @discord @discord_support The customer support is borderline nonexistent and wholly reliant on AI your best bet is to make a ticket under general issues, one every three days, begging for a human from Trust & Safety to respond. Two months in and I only spoke to a human once, under a Nitro billing ticket

    I wish @discord had a good support team like @steam but no @discord_support literally keeps ghosting my mentions/tickets & won't help me get my account unsuspended for spam when I got it for ACCEPTING friend requests. I genuinely can't seem to get in contact with any human from there.
