  Dear @discord @discord_support About a week ago my Discord account got falsely suspended for Ban Evasion. I have never been banned on Discord and have always followed the Community Guidelines & Terms of Service. When that ban happened I have issued an appeal like you instructed by pressing the "Think we made a mistake? Let us know!" button and today I got an email titled "We maintained our decision" which feels unreal considering there's no reason for you to "maintain your decision" because no rule was broken. I have and always will follow the Community Guidelines & the Terms of Service, I have never broken them, I own a Discord server with over 7,600 members & my community is worried, every day is crucial to get this fixed. Please respond at your earliest convenience.

  It's already been 3 weeks since @discord_support DM'd me to wait for a response to my ticket I submitted. I have been waiting nearly 2 months since I submitted my ticket, and I have gotten nothing from them! @discord please take your customer service more seriously

  My account got hacked It's been over 2 weeks since I reported an authentication issue on my Discord account. Support keeps me waiting while I remain locked out. Amazing platform, but terrible experience when you actually need help. @discord,@discord_support users deserve better.

  @discord @discord Hello, I urgently need a manual human review for my permanently suspended account (Ticket #1514653567120834564). My initial appeal was instantly denied by a bot, and I need a real person to look into the context of my case. My account was banned due to an automated flag regarding my presence in servers called 'CDY' and 'Extranet'. I want to be completely transparent: I clicked an external link and joined these servers, but I completely ignored them. I have absolutely never engaged with, endorsed, or contributed to any violating, violent, or graphic content. To give you the full context of who I am on the platform: • I am an adult and a long-time, active Nitro subscriber. Because of the Nitro perks, I am currently near the limit of 200 servers. It is humanly impossible for me to actively track everything going on in every single community I am part of. • I am an active developer on Discord. I own and manage two custom apps/bots that were online and functioning. Because of this sudden ban, I lost access to my own projects and had to completely pause my paid hosting services, causing me real losses. • I have a clean history and have always respected the Terms of Service. I am fully confident in my innocence. I respectfully ask that a human agent checks my chat logs, activity, and account history. The data will clearly show I had zero interaction with the rule-breaking content of those specific servers. Please help me recover my account, my Nitro subscription, and my development projects. Thank you for your time.
