@EAHelp Hi my Apex legends is really in a bad state, after you pushed out a patch my games started laggin and I couldn’t her any audio, some of your advisors said that it is internet connection but it can’t because my brother play on the same wired internet and had no issues.

@EAHelp I registered my issue on February 8th and still had no reply. I’ve decided to never buy an EA game again because of the poor service I’ve received. I lost content that I paid for because my account was compromised therefore it was pointless playing FIFA 21 which I paid £60 for.

@EAHelp I’ve been through this multiple times. I have reference numbers. There is an email on file that isn’t mine and I need help figuring out how to fix this. Every person I speak to tells me that because I can’t verify the games purchased they can’t help.

@EAHelp @TheSims in the sims 4 neighbours keep coming round and trying to make white cakes then never leave and just keep making cakes, there’s no send home option and even when there is it doesn’t work 🙈 can this glitch please be fixed soon cause it’s driving me insane 🙃
