Accounts are kept being banned for coin distribution even tho no one sells/buys coins. The issue has been going for so long now it's amazing how incopetent your ToS team is. I've been banned for over 3months now on few seperate accounts, and unbanned multiple times only to be banned again the next day EVEN WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNTS.

Jeff (@JeffPoe_tra) reported@AskEASupport playing Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. I have 900mbps Wi-Fi 6, but my in-game ping is suddenly stuck between 110ms–160ms. I already flushed my DNS and reset my hardware. Matchmaking is routing me to the wrong regional servers. Any known server issues right now?

Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.
