@EAHelp I pre order battlefield 2042 and I got a code to download it on ps4 then I redeemed the code and the store and never got the game. It show in the transaction history that it worked. PlayStation customer service told me to contact the developers

@SmithYak @EAHelp Contacted PS Support to troubleshoot the issue and they couldn't solve it either. Requested refund so that I could attempt to re-purchase the game but was denied due to policy of purchase being over 14 days ago (I preordered on preorder release day). PS or EA needs to fix this.

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp I encountered an annoying problem as a sniper. Whenever I zoomed in on my scope, the 'zoom' doesn't activate. I fixed it by swapping around scopes but this is annoying having to swap scopes to fix it. Can you guys get that fixed?
