    @ProLosco @EA @EAHelp Happens every day for me, only way that seems to fix it is restarting whole pc. Clearing cache and restarting app does nothing for me :/

    @EAHelp In fact you have not fixed the problem, when we can actually log in (very rare opportunity), some of us find our entire library empty.

    @TheSimsDirect @EAHelp Not only is it not signing me in it is now telling me I have to repurchase sims 4 and all the packs. It completely deleted it when I was able to sign in

    @TheSimsDirect @EAHelp I had trouble logging in and then I was able to get in but there was no update and every time I restarted the app it wasn’t there either and now I’m back to not being able to log in
