    @EAHelp I’ve been having this issue when I load up Apex Legends I load perfectly and when I get into the lobby it takes me straight to the title of the game and this has been happening for about 2 weeks now I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling same result.

    @EAHelp Why are the 94 and 95 Yashin hats not working in-game? His card images are misleading, they have been broken since the 94 release.

    @EAHelp FIFA 21 FUT issue - for some reason, every time I try and update/change my squad - it kicks me out of ultimate team. Is there a known issue atm as can't find any updates on the web?? Please help, I just packed 94 Ronaldinho and desperate to play!

    @EAHelp I’m serious, you guys are amazing and help me get through this lockdown but there was this 50% off deal which I wanted to use but while it was active the payment system was not working and now, it works but the damn deal is gone🥺 I was really looking forward playing this

    (cont) I bought a VPN service and that is the ONLY way I'm able to access my Origin accounts right now. @EA @EAHelp You say you don't do IP bans but why is my router's IP being prevented from accessing servers? I would LOVE to speak to a rep about this. PLEASE.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA every time I end a game it disconnects me from the game, I just currently played champs game and got a loss due to this, I really to complete my 81+ pack but this error keeps continuing it so help me

    @EAHelp I've been having a blast playing battlefront II but the servers have been giving me issues. My wifi is connected and I'm still getting error code 721. From my understanding this is a ddos attack on the servers, so I was hoping there was a time that the server will be up
