@Johanhervik @EAHelp Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihelpdesk by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@gridgame @EAHelp @Codemasters fix grid legends the game is completely broken one of the sponsors is locked when it shouldn't be and I cannot complete the career mode and because of this the platinum trophy is unobtainable

@EAHelp I’ve done this and I’ve also my reset my console to factory settings and also reset my Wi-Fi router and I can load the game and sign in but when I go to play ANY game mode it’s boots me out to the main Xbox menu

@EAFIFADirect @primegaming @EAHelp any update on the prime packs? Appreciate its delayed but your lack of response is both annoying and worrying. If something goes wrong I game it never takes this long to fix. Really poor service from you both here.
