Hi @EAHelp I have followed up with another email asking for the details of why I was banned on battlefront 2 and have not been given an answer again with them choosing to just mark my supports as fixed, or no fix available. I cannot believe this lack of communication.

@EAHelp As of last night (EST) I was still receiving login errors stating that online services were unavailable periodically, as well as an inability to upgrade starcrads error that was overcome only be repeated upgrade attempts.

@BigBodyBeastYT @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp And they even told the BBB that they would contact him (still didn’t) and when he let the BBB know that they made zero attempts to contact him they still put it as EA had made a “good attempt” at trying to fix the issue. Once they get your money for buying the game they dont care

No Answer? Try it again: @EAHelp hey i tried after Break Madden 21 on Xbox Series X and have big Issue. Can't download any Community Files. Always Error or lost Connection. What is this? I have perfect Internet LAN and WLAN. I have this only with Madden 21 and only on New Xbox.
