    @EAHelp Currently after I complete a game I get the error message that the FIFA can’t comprehend the request I’ve made. Currently there are many limited time sbc, milestones, and objectives I would like to complete, I get a dnf at the end of every game so I can’t, please help.

    @EAHelp The servers for the Xbox 360 versions of FIFA 17, 18, & 19 are not working. My son cannot connect to them despite EA announcing they aren't closing till February. Can you help him out?

    @EAHelp I am all of a sudden having in game connectivity issues for NHL 23 where the game freezes than fast forwards every minute or so. I have tried resetting router, PlayStation and reinstalling game. This has been happening for 2 days now. Please help!

    @EAHelp Hey, I would like to get unbanned. After playing lots of wc swaps mode it seems I've been soft banned, it just gives me a message of not being able to process my request after I win (or lose). I hope you could fix this today as I would like to not wait for 24hs.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA @EASPORTS It is incredible that I have been banned for legitimately playing the World Cup friendly mode. Can't be more unpresentable than this company, in addition to not solving it, it doesn't even issue a statement to explain at least what has happened.
