@EAHelp And just to clarify further. When it's lagging Throwing the ball your character will do a fake throw sometimes multiple times but never actually throw the ball Dodging just straight up doesn't come out when it's lagging Catching will show you catch the ball and die anyways

@EAHelp Unfortunately the issues are detracting from keeping the game as exciting as you can - for example, it's not fun to play a game on your own. New skins, characters, maps, features are great, but it sucks if game after game we're not matched with other players, for example.

@EAHelp I’m on a brand new series X, and this is legitimately the only game I experience constant lag….every time I play. This isn’t an isolated problem either, it was NHL20, NHL19, etc. extremely frustrating.

@EAHelp Wow I’m surprised I got assistance anyways so I play on switch but I have good connection but for some reason it keeps kicking me out for out of sync, connection reasons, and lag for no reason I don’t know if it’s my switch or the wifi I just wanna play normally
