    @EAHelp we have a serious problem. I bought apex packs and have been receiving multiple items I already owned. I would either like a refund or something. I've sent emails, I've done everything possible and still ignored. Im not some little kid you can push around.

    @elif__cemil @EAHelp It’s more the fact EA are refusing to do bits on their end despite a formal email request from Microsoft. I don’t know how to resolve this issue without EA doing their part

    @EAHelp @EASPORTS two times yesterday and now my opponent disconnected and i get a disconnected message and i lose the game and my progress two times my streak of winning is lost cuz of this problem and i can't get in touch with a support agent i need HELP

    @EAHelp ultimate team is unplayable menu screens keep freezing and when playing u get kicked on on a disconnect at kick off and least 20% of the time

    @EAHelp You having server issues today? Been on BF6 Xbox since launch today I can't get a game, players floating, disconnected errors server errors.BF5 very similar.Other game brands are fine online

    @EAHelp It’s wild that a game like @ClashofClans can resolve account issues in minutes, while your support drags on for years with no real solutions. At this point, smaller teams are setting the standard and you’re not even close. Do better!!!

    @EAHelp @EAHelp there is problem with high ping in Clubs in FC26. In every match players have exactly 260 ping and they are kicked out from match when it’s substitute. Since one week. No one can play…

    @EAHelp Hey EA... your servers have had issues all year!.. and it is getting worse and worse. Do you have any pride in your product ? Do you think your the only game in town ? Come Nov 2026 and GTA release, you will find out how many of us are REAL TIRED OF THIS CRAP! FIX IT ALREADY!
