    Hey @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp can you guys fix your servers on the Live Events?! Why am I at 50 ping in one minute and then bouncing between that and 400+ ping in the same game?!

    @EAHelp I’m being driven up the wall right now. I continue to get error code 0:66003S:4688822970:0B. I keep trying to log into my EA account but it wants me to reset password but it takes 15 minutes for the code to come through email and the code becomes invalid. HELP!

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    @EAHelp My Battlefield 1 account on PC (Rank 131) got bugged after a Rank 0 server glitch. My Ultimate Shortcut Bundle is ignored and my War Bonds are mistakenly consumed. Please help me restore my War Bonds balance to 21020 (original number). Thank you.

    @EAHelp You having server issues today? Been on BF6 Xbox since launch today I can't get a game, players floating, disconnected errors server errors.BF5 very similar.Other game brands are fine online

    @EAHelp Hey EA... your servers have had issues all year!.. and it is getting worse and worse. Do you have any pride in your product ? Do you think your the only game in town ? Come Nov 2026 and GTA release, you will find out how many of us are REAL TIRED OF THIS CRAP! FIX IT ALREADY!

    @EAHelp Need help with Case #242000397 (lost rewards/server error). Two agents (Gaurav and Shanti C) have now disconnected active support chats when I requested manager escalation. Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.

    @EAHelp Please fix your disconnection glitch. It happens in all first play attempts. The issue is when u need to fulfil limited game objectives, it counts against u as games played but not for the requirements, so I forfeit qualification due to no fault or action of my own.
