    @EAHelp Hi, I bought The Sims 3 + all the DLCs on Steam but cannot play on Mac and Steam provides no CD keys. Your support page is not working for me. Can you help add the Mac 64-bit version to my EA account? i can provide proof of purchase.

    @eahelp @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC Knockout Day 2 packs were claimed on Twitch and have not credited in FC26 objective. Seems to have affected many in chat too. I had no problems claiming/receiving previous days

They look at our reports & complaints as us, just wanting to steal from them. They constantly treat me like I'm trying to get over on them, I've about had enough of it... #retire

    @EAHelp I was just playing my second to last champs game. the score was 5-2 i was winning. The final whistle went and as the game was shutting down i got a unable to process your request error and got a loss for it !!!

    Dear EA, If you want more people to play your game, you need to fix your servers. The main issue is that the servers are not being upgraded @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp
