    @EAHelp I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I'm out over $500 because I have a different IP address? You shouldn't treat your customers like they're crooks and make it impossible to retrieve old accounts. Never buying anything with electronic arts again

    @fantasims @SimGuruNick @EAHelp The lighting issues are super frustrating! With the plants that darken if you build a basement below and stick lights in it and raise the plant from the basement the plant looks normal, but we shouldn't have to come up with all these work arounds to not have abnormal shadows.

    @EAHelp I have submitted a case. I would like to fully understand why my account has now been suspended after so many years under the same in-game name? Why wasn't I contacted first if it was such an issue, rather than an instant 7 day suspension?

    @MaxMyrus @needforspeed @EAHelp So I see is #EA shutting down Need for Speed Shift 2 online at the end of August on #Xbox360. Trouble is Shift 2 online match making isn't currently working and from reports I seen stopped working since January. Any chance this will be fixed?

    @EAHelp I am trying to play FIFA 21 on my PC. But the game is not working properly, not letting me change the key bindings for my controller and keyboard. Volta is also not working properly. I tried reinstalling the game, but still the same problem. Please help with this issue.

    @EAHelp @Crouching_Mouse The issue seems to be related to the In-game trophies associated with the loyalty missions. In my Playthrough despite having done the loyalty missions for my squad none of the trophies are unlocked and by proxy none of the bonus powers are available. Is there an ETA on a fix?

    @EAHelp Yes, I have quite a few mods, but I tried removing my whole mods folder and it didn’t fix the problem.

    Hey! @EAHelp. I have an issue with xbox game pass and ea play. When I click see in EA desktop in the xbox app it takes me to a profile that is incorrect. But it is somehow on the same E-mail as the one I want it to be on? Please help, all I want is my progression from xbox to pc.
