    @EAHelp im not receiving any progression towards my mission objectives I’ve been having this issue for 3 days now. No rewards for actually completing the required objectives in mut and no rewards for the yard campaign plus my game crashes 3-4x I’m playing it. Can you help or what

    @EASPORTS_MUT @EAHelp just got kicked off the servers while loading back into the menu from a solo battle. Won 24-8 but got a DNF and no points.... Please fix this, it's the same thing as last year all the time. And yes my internet is fine.

    @fantasims @TheSims @EAHelp EA might have problems with anyone using them or the The Sims as a way for selling goods without their permission. You can do this without realising sometimes without knowledge of the law.

    @EAHelp sorry just back from work, ive been go to that website but... there is no "Nintendo Switch" Problem ? :"))) i thought after paid the game there will no bad lag issue as the Demo (Rank until 25 knockoutcity games) but sometimes it goes much worse hahaha

    still has not been an update to repair crashes on Xbox series x, i tried to request a refund and they denied me twice,xbox support called and told me try again and Denied again. @Microsoft @EAHelp @MaddenNFLDirect this is unacceptable.fix the game or give me my hard earned money

    @Zirksee @EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp my game keeps freezing and crashing on pc, a lot of people had the same issue on series x, ps4 and ps5, where do you expect a patch to fix ? im trying to play since 08/12 and cant do anything, its frustating, see everyone play, and not be able too

    @EAHelp You see Dennis, i did that. I got told that my account was banned and that it needed to be appealed. I wasn’t helped, I was instead given the middle finger and was basically told “Good Luck”. I reported the issue as soon as i noticed so this wouldnt happen. -1/10 Support Team.
