@EAHelp I’m trying to pre order fifa 23 ultimate edition through the ps5 and I get an error (F22B007) if I pre order through the ps4 version as that seems to work will I be able to play the ps5 version and have all the pre order bonuses on the 27th of September?

@EAHelp I understand that a game can run into some issues sometimes but the amount of **** ups/issues this game has had, it’s beyond belief. Surely you guys can get at least a time limit on how long this will take to sort it. It’s a joke please just sort it quickly for the players.

@EAHelp Unfortunately I’m still facing the same problems. I find it super difficult to enter UT and when I do, it just kicks me out or after match it wouldn’t load back into UT. It just kicks me out.
