@EAHelp I have yet to be able to play the Madden 23 trial on Xbox Series X. Ever since I downloaded it when I open the game it says "less than 10 hours left" but once I get into the game and hit any button to continue, after loading it says "thanks for playing" is there a fix?

@EAHelp Is there a fix coming for the trial of @EAMaddenNFL? Trial says I have less than 10 hours left. Then, after the loading screen. It says the trial is expired. I'm on Xbox Series X.

@DwaneHolloman24 @EAHelp you know the usual, “they’re aware of the issue”, probably won’t be fixed till Friday and they’ll compensate us by giving us a free pack 😭😭😭. I would rather have my money back at this point

@EAHelp I claimed my 4 twitch packs yesterday and 2 today but nothing is coming through. I have my accounts linked and had no issues getting drops last year so not sure what's going on.

@EAHelp Nah fix your game and stop worrying about crap games like Madden 2k22 fix Apex legends. If you'd just listen for a change to the community and give respawn the money they need there wouldn't be issues with Apex legends

@EAHelp @gameover9181 I wasn't getting prestige rewards but now it's spread to battle pass levels as well. Just an FYI. I'm not sure if this was part of the existing problem or not since I received them up until now. But come level 24 on the battle pass and no dice. Thank you.
