    @EAHelp my apex is not letting me play in a game. If I do get into a game, the game crashes my ps4 hard drive that recently happened at the start of season 9. Theres also a HUGE problem that no one I know gets. Since the mirage’s Christmas train game mode (I will continue)

    @EAHelp Went through this yesterday. Secured the account and email related to it. I was then told I'd get an email from a different team? Terms of Service team? .. I haven't had that yet. How long should that take. Account security is all sorted but what's missing hasn't been. Thank you

    @EAHelp Hi , No I'm sorry but this will not help because its not on my end. The entire community that plays your game had the same issue this weekend, its the server quality you guys provide that is not good enough that causes these problems.

    @EAHelp Hello Seth :) i was on wired connection and was on Singapore server. Game was lagging from the start of the game, selecting legends till before jumping... connection error twice... and i was on 48ms.
