    @EAHelp very bad game!!! Cannot play even 1 minute, the game always crash and disconnect, impossible to enjoy the game tried with 3 different devices and few WiFi and cellular net and nothing solve it . And you always send the same troubleshooting ways that doesn't help

    @EAHelp No error messages at all, when I get into my franchise and try to play the game it puts me in the team select screen with the controller in the middle and couldn’t select a side, and in ssko it won’t let me do anything and when I try to join friend it says session is no longer

    @EAHelp can you kindly tell the people at @PlayApex to fix their damned ranked queues in Arena? There is ZERO excuse to queue a squad with 1-2 players. I should be able to leave w/o penalty if it does queue me down a teammate or two.

    @EAHelp Why is it that editing a name or choosing a name for a FotF player or created player to a name in the game results in the audio being deleted? This completely destroys immersion, and wasn't a problem in Madden 20. Why can't I use my own name?

    @EAHelp @PlayApex started a match of Ranked got a 800+ Ping and 97 loss. because of it, i got an error and got the matchmaking penalty cause this game thinks i left the match... nice

    @EAHelp I just reached level 10 and still haven't received my 86 NAT Rookie Premiere card.. also, it's not letting me play solos and says that the server couldn't be accessed.. are these known issues or just a problem on my end? Thanks.

    @EAHelp hi there, I’ve suddenly been experiencing Madden 22 on the Xbox Series X crash every time I send a game invite to a friend in either Head To Head, or MUT play a friend. It kicks me right back to the dashboard every time. Please advise on a solution.

    @EAHelp @Respawn I’m lagging every 2-3 seconds in game and I can’t contribute in any team fights at all because all I do is lag. It’s not my internet because I’m running at 150 mbps. Please help.
