    @EAHelp hi there, i hope you all know by know that there’s a glitch happening right now in game which allow people to get free heirloom and somehow i got one since i play on 120+ ping servers. Is there a way to unequip the heirloom cause I don’t want my account get banned.

    @benjismith04 @EAHelp This guy's will never respond I’ve tried so many times none responded, all I had to do was get an external support specialist who was able to resolve this whole issue of my account getting all messed up and it worked out perfectly, his page is Valken_tools00 on Instagram

    @EAHelp #FIFA23 entered single player draft twice, and both times it has crashed mid-way through a match when winning comfortably, so i lose the chance to get the 4 win reward. Never had any problems with any other game mode. completely wasted my credits 😡

    @EAHelp @Loljdjdjsje Please don’t ban people over a bug in your game heirlooms have no advantages and people are having fun and enjoying the game due to having the heirlooms please just fix it and maybe give a free heirloom out it’ll boost your player count due to not many people having the money
