    @ChrissieYT @EAHelp Sadly EA could not fix the bug with the new app and have asked me to wait till they release a fix. Until then I can't play The Sims ,😫😫😫 I feel terrible that I can't even go back to origin either as it is not supported by EA.

    @EAHelp Everytime I try logging into ultimate team,and error connecting to ultimate team occurs and sends me back to the menu,how do I fix this

    @little_m0chi @EAHelp there is nothing you can do about it, they solution is to wait to be fixed or reset your pass. but there is the problem is reset pass loop. how is that be a solution so funny

    @Trxplords @EAHelp Ya I’m still having the same problem. Paul the support guy helped as much as he could but said someone will contact me tomorrow to help. We tried just about everything to fix it but we’ll see what the guy says tomorrow

    @EAHelp @joeybosa616 So it has been 5 days...server issues are making the game unplayable...your troubleshooting steps are unhelpful and plain incorrect. What are you doing to fix the issues causing one of your flagship games to be utterly unplayable? Is it time for you to admit you stole our money?
