@EAHelp I pre-ordered fifa 22 + had a hero pack in the store today. I tried to open it on the app but it said error and the app closed. When I reopened the app the pack was no longer there and there is no hero in my squad, transfer list or discard recovery section. Pls help 🙏🙏
