@EAHelp @tymesrhymes I am having the same exact issue at the same exact boss fight. Replayed a few times, pulling from the game's auto generated saves, with no luck. I keep running into the same exact black screen situation after the encounter...

@EAHelp There is a big big issue concerning singapore servers., many games you enter ping is over 400 fix. Only solution is to leave the game and re-enter the game. Why do you never fix this since season 8

@EAHelp I attempted what was on the list. However it still says “our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later” ever time I go to load a solo challenge on MUT and only on my ps4 my Xbox doesn’t have this issue

@EAHelp hello I'm having an issue with my Sims game, the object "The more views video station" isn't working as it should, I'm unable to edit videos or anything other than record a video. I've removed all mods and have the same issue and repaired the game I'm not sure what to do.
