@EAHelp Hello, in FIFA 22 I opened my 85+ x10 pack just after the refresh, but due to the error the new players werent in packs however I didnt get a notification of this. Will the pack be refunded so I get a chance at the players which are supposed to be available?

@EAHelp Good morning, my son is having trouble with the new passing mechanic in madden 23. He is trying to set the reticle to visible, however every time we do so once we exit the settings screen the visibility switches back to hidden.
