@etrade I need someone to please contact me regarding a customer service issue. I submitted a request a month ago, plus a follow up message two weeks ago. I received what seem to be automated messages, which failed to address the problem. I need a reply from a human ASAP. Thanks.

I will say that the wait times are much shorter and message deliveries are much easier on my brokerage now compared to 2020. The growth crash really did scatter a lot of people last month. @etrade

@Lowes canceled an order without explanation and now most of the prices are +400%. Their solution: reorder. @etrade mixed up ESAs for my kids. Their solution: instead of renaming, reapply and move assets. Making customers jump through hoops is NOT the solution. #DoTheRightThing

@etrade Getting a little concerned about how I'm supposed to do my taxes when my cost basis info hasn't been updated since my transfer to you from RH. I was told it takes 30 days, but we're past that now... help?

As soon as I transferred the money again. I mean as soon as I clicked the button all the securities were sold at a $1400 loss. @etrade says they are not responsible for their own issues and that I'm screwed. I could not do this to one of my customers. I would make it right

Is anyone else having issues completing orders on etrade? And no level 2 all of the sudden? It's been terrible lately. @etrade $SYSX $USBL $HMBL
