    @etrade So many hidden fees n charges!!I ws charged total $75 insufficient funds fee for a few transfers which failed due to issues in ur system as I had funds avlbl in my accnt.Hrs f hold tym to reach an agent only to b told dat nothin cn b dn to revert the fee!! @bbb_us @SECGov

    @etrade I've been trying to get in touch with a customer service rep about an issue with my account for 3 days and every time I call it says there is 90+ minute wait (!!!!). Is there another number besides 1800etrade1 or place I can leave a message?

    @etrade hi! I have been trying to contact your customer support team for the past 3 months, each time I called, there is a 90mins+ wait time. There is no online chat option. You also do not operate during the weekend. Please tell me what is the best way to speak to someone??

    @daytradingmom22 Was your issue with TD resolved? It's weird that @etrade showed the correct info yesterday, but today the price paid shows $0 instead of $9.90ish. I will wait a day or two to see if the website updates.

    @etrade Is there any way to get customer service besides the telephone? The wait times are ALWAYS over 30 minutes, even when I've tried in the middle of the night! I need assistance!!! #etrade

    @EVFollower1 @etrade I actually got a really good service rep today. If you do finally get somebody on the line after a very long hold make sure they take your number because sometimes say “accidentally“ disconnect you. They are not using any offshore customer service agents. Many complaints.
