    @etrade @MorganStanley did they buy Etrade or did MS sell themselves in a merger because they are one of the worst shops on Wall St that survived by getting bailed out by American taxpayers through trickery and blackmail? can't even keep the lights on properly on a trading day.

    @JRIGWM @etrade Understandable and that’s frustrating no doubt. I’m certain Morgan Stanley holds everyone’s dividend payment overnight so they make money lending it to other institutions with USD LIBOR just like banks do maybe file a complaint with the SEC?🤷

    @etrade Do better @etrade have been trying for over a month to access my money to no avail. On top of it, I am now also out money because of your error. The case manager won’t let me escalate beyond him and I still don’t have my money. At my wits end and no one is willing to help me

    @etrade finally got someone to answer - When they answer please be polite - not the fault of the rep - so keep it civil but do emphasize that being a customer is probably no longer in your best interest if you want to vent

    @etrade With bad executions, poor customer service, sorry horrible. You will lose all your money at E*Trade/Morgan Stanley.

    --- @etrade Your platform has become nearly unusable for active trading. Constant delays, broken links, and inaccurate data make it impossible to rely on. Real‑time performance shouldn’t feel optional. This needs serious attention. $MS
