    @ETRADE @MorganStanley Froze all my accounts, including Social Security, over a $118 overdraft. Blocked me from linking outside funds to fix it. Phone and chat both dead ends today. Need funds for food and meds. Zero urgency/care Twenty years a customer. I need this resolved.

    @etrade @EricGrossman — I have now exhausted customer service, filed regulatory complaints, and documented everything. Two promised deadlines have passed with zero explanation. Nearly $10,000 remains restricted and I still cannot speak with anyone who actually controls the case.

    @CharlesSchwab Open AI is going to go down in flames once the public realizes that they stole all YOUR ******* Data to train its model. Isnt that nice, smart AI but YOU WILL NOT CASH IN ON THIS THEFT @SchwabResearch @etrade It will not happen. It just isnt right to cash in on murder.

    @etrade @MichaelPizzi — given your history leading both E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, I hope you will take a look at what is happening here. Nearly $10,000 is restricted, legitimate transactions were reversed, and customer service cannot provide a single accountable person.

    And after getting an agent, telling him the problem, I got a boilerplate answer about how balances are calculated rather then the agent addressing the error. His follow up - after 20+ minutes of wasted time - was to tell me to call @etrade. We've institutionalized failure.
