Jeff Gawlinski (@JeffGawlinski) reportedOur stock purchase is through @etrade but the service is awful and can't connect to anyone. Next employee pulse meeting, will bring this up to see if a different platform would be better who provides better support.

MoonStonks (@TargaGordon) reported@etrade I even called, your system kept saying I didnt have a valid account or SSN linked to an account then was on hold for so long I gave up. Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. Hours on the phone with no answers.Please DM me immediately to fix this

IPODave (@IPODave) reported@AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.
