@etrade @pennystawkcawk Lol you put your phone number but I call no one answers. Line hangs up. Your company is a joke. I’m going to every page on stovktwits telling them what ur doing to me. I call and call and no help ever. I was told 4 times they’d fix if/when they answer. I’m done waiting on phone

Bye bye @Fidelity and hello @etrade . After 2.5 hours on a queue for customer support, rep says I have to call back again tomorrow for the right person, same phone, same wait. What a crappy service. Took me 5min on etrade to get setup.

@ResearchRonin @BeckInvestLLC Many brokers stopped trading in it earlier. I had some covered calls in amc and couldn’t get out until nearly 10 central because of @etrade “system issues”. I bet.

One broker I heard that was not down today was @etrade Talked to my neighbor that used to broker for them and they vowed never to have a outage ever again. Hope this is true.

@etrade @pennystawkcawk 212 minute wait to even talk to live chat and it’s 10 pm Ca. Time. I highly suggest you fix this or I will go on every stocktwits ticker there is telling them my experience. 5593348454. I’m done waiting on a phone. Call me for once!

@etrade Literally every time I try to connect my bank to fund my account going on 12 hours: "We're unable to process this request at this time, please try again. If the issue persists, please call us for assistance." You guys must hate money.

@Chattwjonathan @etrade I missed this @Chattwjonathan, could have been overload from that, and may have saved some people from panic selling, but there were good buys too. Was just frustrating, not good for a trading app or website, both were down.
