    Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? I just need to expect some trades might have a confirmation follow up now? wtf?

    @AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

    @etrade Very disappointed that the service is down and customer support wait times is long and ETrade hasn’t notified customers via any means of the outage of service.

    @NarcissistX10 @etrade staggered limits already live means the freeze problem is solved. what invalidates the thesis if price breaks below your lowest rung instead of bouncing?

    @etrade And the "new and improved" Etrade "Pro" strikes again. Recent tickers/drop down feature in every single window and field (inc. options chain) has disappeared. Great product guys.

    @etrade With bad executions, poor customer service, sorry horrible. You will lose all your money at E*Trade/Morgan Stanley.
