    @etrade E*TRADE is a brokerage built in 2007 and maintained by carrier pigeons. Awful communication, archaic platform, and customer service that exists only in legend. Don’t switch for the bonus. If you’re already there, leave—you don’t know what good service feels like.

    @BLSmith2112 @TeslaBoomerMama @etrade I'm very confident that's the case. Those questions read like a bad HR questionnaire for a job posting. They don't work well either. Bummer, sorry that happened to you.

    @etrade E*trade will offer you money to open an account and never pay you, I’ve opened three with them, an IRA, a savings account and an individual brokerage account, never got paid their promotion for any of them, bad company

    Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? I just need to expect some trades might have a confirmation follow up now? wtf?

    @ETRADE @MorganStanley Froze all accounts, including Social Security, despite funds sitting right there to cover it. Won't let me rectify the overdraft myself either. "1 min to live agent" 1 hour, then hangs up. Every time. 20 yrs a customer. food/meds #etrade #MorganStanley

    @etrade is the worst financial institution. For three weeks they have locked me out of my own money due to "suspected fraud". They mirror my account, new log in credentials and they are giving me the rounds. Abuse by corporate america

    @AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

    I repeat. Nobody should ever use @etrade for their banking services. They hold your money hostage under the guise of "fraud protection". Their customer service team cannot contact the department that manages this so they are useless. Never again, not anything affiliated with @MorganStanley
