@adamnash @RobinhoodApp @etrade Would be interesting to see if robinhood better UX / lower friction drives more trading activity than a platform with bad UX. Because if so, then for most investors the good UX isn’t a feature, it’s a bug.

@etrade - I am unable to submit for new IPOs. It was working before and now it is not working, I am not getting a proper explanation on why I am not eligible to participate.. answer I was given by representative was to keep checking profile which doesn’t make sense

Gotta say, @Plaid gives great customer service! Reached out for help & they were thorough & helpful. Ultimately the connection problem with @etrade needed some real dev time to solve, but they didn't forget about me & notified me weeks later once the problem was fixed. Thanks!

@etrade - another reason provided was that I am working for a competitor which also doesn’t make sense because I’m not working in direct department and my job doesn’t make any competitive . As long as there is a valid explanation,I would not have any issues
