@HamzehMurab @etrade Im in the same boat. I bought at $1.05 minutes before the RS news and was down 40K in 5 minutes before Fridays rally. If we were able to trade Friday the panic selling would have us in a very different place. I'm grateful.

@etrade I have been trying to contact customer service for 3 days, over 2 hour waits on chat and then it just stops updating times, been on hold on the phone for over 2 hours a well and never get someone, this is ridiculous, you are costing me money here!

@etrade doesn't respect your time. They do NOT offer customers a call back as soon as a customer support person frees up. Switch to another bank / investment platform.
