    @etrade help! I was on hold for 35 minutes and when someone finally picked up they hung up without a word. Then you called back and there’s no one there. Still listening to silence.

    @JohnnyBoySezer @EliotETC Do not upgrade to @etrade. It's a terrible platform. They don't rectify issues when it's clearly their fault. You will lose money due to their buggy system.

    @etrade After having call on hold for > 30 mins for 2 times on the so-called 24/7 customer care to understd the reason of abrupt deactivation, next submitting reqd docs, still my brokerage account remains deactivated. Pathetic service, will never recommend this brokerage

    @unusual_whales Whatever you do, do not use @etrade as a broker. Terrible experience with them. They turned the sell button off on me so I couldn't exit a position.
