    @etrade I want to transfer my cash balance into my Bank account. It says account is already linked, but the bank doesn't show up when I try to initiate the transfer. Help! (I called you, and it says my wait time is 90 MINUTES 🤬).

    @etrade my account has been locked for over a month because I cannot get through to customer service... 2 hours wait time is my entire day... Can't invest with @etrade they are a black hole for the money I deposited.

    @etrade I understand that there is a wait to speak to a phone rep with you guys, but how come there is no call back option? Its crazy that I have to wait 2 hours to speak to a rep on the phone right now. Please help.

    @etrade you need to fix the shares bought I bought $tggi at .0114 not .0139. I noticed with a few tickers you have increased the share price where I did not buy $fteg yesterday at .0018. I have proof of my transaction and took a screen shot. Nasty plateform.

    Be careful using stop loss orders with @etrade, it will tigger on the BID; which on illiquid stocks could be substantially different from the last trade price. Both @Fidelity and @TDAmeritrade set the trigger as the last trade price which is less likely to result a bad execution

    @etrade No. They better not find him in time, I'd rather "they" get on the phones so I can get someone in customer service to unlock my account. 2 hour hold times are worse than the IRS.
