    @Crisneros_ @jlong78la @etrade Nah, I’ve not had any login issues but I’ve had difficulty getting in touch with customer services. It either never works or the wait times are nuts.

    @etrade Is anyone working there today? Apparently I need to activate my a/c, but almost 2 hours on hold calling from the UK and same again with the chat function which is advising 365 minutes, This terrible service! Please do not ignore.

    Y’all can **** on @RobinhoodApp for being sleezy but I STG @etrade is the most piece of **** app for trading. I’ve been trying to withdraw my settled cash for weeks now & they say they are “too busy and to call customer service” ... no one has answered customer service in weeks

    @etrade Let's share an Etrade experience. 5-hour wait to speak with someone. They immediately transfer you to a "Trader." Trader doesn't care to solve problem, and you just wasted 5 hours of your life.Rinse&Repeat,same experience.2 weeks later same problem. Case is still open
