    @etrade @dkotinsky I've tried every customer service number today and waited on hold for 45+ minutes each time. Why isn't there a chat with a representative or even an email feature? I can't get a hold of anyone there. So frustrating.

    @etrade I'm having the same issue. Called 4 times today and waited 45 min and eventually had to hang up. Why is there no chat or email? Has anyone had luck with someone picking up the phone?

    @etrade placed a market order, doesnt show up in order entry after reconnection, cancel all orders anyway, 2 minutes later my order fills and im instantly down 10% FIX YOUR PRO PLATFORM
