    @etrade I've been a customer for over 10 years. For no apparent reason I've been locked out of my account without the ability to reset my password. I've called your customer service number since Friday. I've waited on hold for over an hour SIX times without speaking to anyone.

    @etrade E*TRADE still won’t allow me to withdraw my funds. —nobody answers your phone —the chat doesn’t work —your site won’t allow me to verify my bank to withdraw funds. You don’t get to just steal my money. Reach out and fix this immediately you greedy jerks.

    @VictoriaECrosby It is really bad :) Its web interface was designed 100 years ago. @Fidelity is as worse as @etrade in their user experience.

    This is the 3rd time in a week I have waited on hold at @etrade for 1-3 hrs to speak to a customer service rep on simple stuff. Unacceptable. #DumpEtrade

    @etrade Would you really want to trust a company that will freeze and close a customers account that's been with them for over 20 years. If they did it to me they'll do it to you. Ask them why and they hang up and send you their vague terms of service that equates to we can if we want to
