    I would like to go on record and say @etrade customer support is horrific. I'm most likely going to move my account elsewhere. The double speak, non-answers and moving of the goalposts is repugnant.

    @beaky777 In this age of technology, I fail to understand how this can happen repeatedly. We saw it with $VLDR You think they would have made an adjustment. Then $DM Now $SKLZ I mean, WTF. It's pathetic. Pathetic @etrade Absolute freaking disgrace.

    @lamebanana80 @etrade reverse split. every 100 shares have been combined into only 1 share. and the stock is down today. so everything in your account is correct unfortunately.

    @etrade I’m a holder of $ETHE on E*TRADE. There was a 9-1 split. Your UI shows price per share correctly, but the share quantity is incorrect in My Portfolio (still shows pre split quantity). When will you fix this #bug ?

    @BrownsFridge @etrade The ethe shares had to be secured by 12/14 in order for the split. My last biy was on the 14th, so that isn’t an issue. Something seriously screwed up.

    @mrmoneymustache @ecohen16 @etrade Every time I have had an issue, I have just had to submit a request and they email or call me back. It has worked much better than trying to get someone on the phone.

    @etrade cant seem to get touch id to work on the latest upgrade. Turned it off and on again in settings but its not asking for it at login...

    may be sometime to post verified trades from @profitly (import from @etrade). guess another tech issue w/ importing. prefer to post verified instead of manual inputs.

    I just want to try @RobinhoodApp, but the application procedure was so stupid, asking for my social security card?. I did it, but then after few days, asking again photo id? WTF, I have an account @etrade already, why bother to do such a stupid thing.
