    @etrade Ur customer svc is atrocious.Was on hold 4 2 hours yesterday&now 2day I've also been on hold 4 2 hrs & no1 picked up. I was even on brunch with my friends this morning&left on hold,we made a bet whether someone will pick up by the end and I won.This shouldn't be happening

    @etrade In that time, I found several bugs that could have exposed several financial security risks (at one point people could login to other peoples accounts on tablets if it was cached, no 2-step security or anything.

    @etrade Once news that I was being let go spread through the company, employees were queuing up in the HR head's office to complain that I should not be let go and that I was a priceless asset to the company. Most of those people no longer work there either. I wonder why.

    I would strongly caution anyone considering an account at @etrade to consider elsewhere. I have been on hold now for over 30 minutes and my money is essentially trapped. This is completely unacceptable and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Please contact me AT ONCE.

    @etrade Traders think: @etrade customer service sucks. 90 minute wait time to speak to someone? For comparison, @TDAmeritrade wait time is between 2-4 minutes. Fix it.

    @etrade I had access to customer's live data even though it wasn't necessary. I could easily get in to the production environment and see anyone's stocks or holdings.

    13 days and no response to this tweet.... No response to my letter....... and the account is still restricted. Hands down the most horrific customer experience I have had. @etrade

    @Jcazz17 @etrade It's amazing isn't it. TOS still has the level2 issue on stocks that move incredibly fast at the open. One would think they would have peeps that know what they do for this stuff.
