    Spent 30 minutes waiting for @etrade's Live Chat support only be told that I need to call in and speak with a live human. All due to a "precautionary hold" on my card. Yeah, because I have been buying holiday gifts. Every Dec purchase has been confirmed. Now waiting via phone...

    @SweezeyK @etrade @venmo What until you try to collect earnings when a horse is owned by multiple partners. “I’m sorry we can’t send multiple checks.” However, they are more than willing to take multiple deposits. Also, I’d prefer they just ACH the money back to me. This is THE broken, archaic system.

    I've been on the phone waiting for @etrade customer service for over 2 hours and 15 minutes. I am trying to ask why I can no longer complete trades online and I'm told to call customer service. They only have 1 song that plays on a loop. This is not how I want to spend my time.

    @etrade I've called several times to take care of a trade issue. Today I've been on hold for 3 hours so far (on speaker doing other stuff, but really there hour hold? have you hear of call you back tech that holds your spot?) This is brutal!!!!

    Hope this is just a fault with my @etrade algorithm, but $BRTX just went back down to .0055 after hours. Which would be a terrible joke after such a strong close...

    @etrade I had to hang up after 3 hours 35 minutes and 12 seconds. I will be transferring my funds to someone else that has better customer service than this on my next day off. Pathetic.
