@AldairRomano3 @etrade I'm not entirely sure. I know that other platforms have their issues as well. Very frustrating that across the board, these platforms have a difficult time when volume or volatility increase.

Two hour wait to get online chat support, online and automated phone password resets that don’t work, never ending hold music: support from @etrade is so far a terrible experience. I changed phones and 2FA is no longer working, it shouldn’t be this painful.
