Two promised deadlines have passed with zero explanation. Nearly $10,000 remains restricted and I still cannot speak with anyone who actually controls the case.

Phone and chat both dead ends today. Need funds for food and meds. Zero urgency/care Twenty years a customer. I need this resolved.

I have to warn you that e*trade stands out in a very bad way from most other online brokerages in that you still charge fees on mandatory corporate actions on equity holdings. Your UI is top notch but these fees have driven me to open accounts at other brokerages. I hope E*trade reconsiders and eliminates these ridiculous fees to stay competitive.
