    @etrade @MorganStanley This has been an issue for many years. Several others too. I thought the issues would be fixed when Morgan Stanley bought them. No such luck. The app data still sucks!

    @coinbase I just initiated a stock portfolio transfer from E*TRADE to Coinbase. E*TRADE was able to get on the phone with me and verify the outgoing transfer and making sure that I got my reimbursement for the fee that they had charged me. I can’t get a single human person at Coinbase both on chat or phone to assist me about the transfer verification. I feel like I should transfer all my **** back to @etrade because their customer service is superior.

    @etrade Very disappointed that the service is down and customer support wait times is long and ETrade hasn’t notified customers via any means of the outage of service.

    --- Never trade on $MS @etrade its the worst trading platform I've ever seen. It was better 10 years ago.
