@etrade the service rep sometimes can’t find the reason it was declined, and when they do and inform and you take care of it they find another reason and then fail to inform you that it was declined and for what reason pg2

@etrade all they Can do is apologize, which is weakness! Meaning they can’t take care of their business, and the apology does nothing for the customer. The service reps are actually very helpful it’s the others who you can’t talk to that just don’t care.

@etrade I've attempted to call to unrestrict my account 3 times and have been currently on hold for over an hour. No explanation on restriction. Notification just says you need to talk to me. Well, I'm trying to contact you. WTF?

@acuedadamente @etrade I'm looking to jump ship. Used to like the platform and I felt it was easy to get in contact and questions were answered quickly. Not the case anymore. Why have a customer service button when there are few options that provide "service." Live chat not working is a joke too!

Just checked my old and forgotten @etrade account. The merger seems not helping their support at all: live chat is unavailable, secure message sent option is apparently disabled. Is there a way to get in touch with them at all or time to take my money and run?
