    @etrade. I have been on hold for 2 hours 3 minutes and 23 seconds. I was put on hold after my request and then immediately asked to do a survey about how I was helped but I was not helped! please help this is ridiculous.

    @etrade Customer service hold times are ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to open an account with eTrade. All I want to do is close my account and it’s apparently not possible online. They make you call in and wait for hours.

    @etrade is the worst. Over 75 hours on the phone with them and STILL they cannot properly transfer my deceased father's assets to his kids. They are so incompetent. Who can I complain to? @CFPB does not take complaints re E*Trade.

    Hate the new Blue and Purple app logo, @etrade That was the change you desperately needed to make. Totally not leaving a gaping hole there for some new brokerage who doesn’t follow down the Robinhood Spiral to steal customers.
