    @nexus_coffee @etrade @MorganStanley What about E*Trade pro ? I have so many lag issues with it… my computer is powerful enough. Internet is fast enough. I have cleared it out and been on phone with these people and no help

    @etrade why is your chat function not working and I have to wait on hold fit two hours to speak to someone. You have my $2000 and I can’t access it because my “account services are limited”. I can’t even transfer it BACK to my bank account!!!! Do better. I’m angry grrrrr 🤬

    @etrade For some reason I can't login and need to reset my password but it says "We were unable to reset your password online. Please call us for assistance." I have tried calling but can't sit on hold the rest of my life. Someone PLEASE help--I can't access my accounts!! #etrade

    @rchahall7 @CFTC @etrade I haven’t tried, I think they are having clearing issues so will check it tomorrow. I’m gonna switch over to TD or IBKR once I can close out some open option positions. Really tired of the issues at etrade.

    $ROKU Anyone having any issues with @etrade Pro platform & $ROKU? Look at all the data. Nothing is right & hasn't been all day & only with this ticker. It dropped 137-125! Then the data has never been correct; Level 2, no date/time sales, incorrect current Bid/Ask, etc. Anyone?

    @etrade when you put funds in ETrade , expect to wait like a week before you can use it smh they never answer the phone so , it’s really room another company to come on with better service #etrade

    @etrade Since Morgan Stanley took over, ETRADE has become the worse customer support I've experienced in my life no joke. No chat support, no answering phone calls, no email to send support tickets... are you guys serious??? This is why you guys will fail and you don't realize it.
