    @etrade I transfer for Merrill Lynch to E trade Money on Friday 03/11/2022. And On Monday 03/14 /2022 Merrill Lynch confirmed transfer successfully,E Trade told still Processing transfer money SO SLOW. THIS IS TOO SLOW, ETRADE CEO or top management SHOULD CORRECT THESE Laid back PEOPLE.

    @etrade Except you'll delete (yes delete) a loyal customer account and refuse to even speak to them. Why would anyone trust their money to a company that will close a 25 year account and then when asked why repeatedly they mail you their TOS that basically says "because we can"... RUN

    Anybody getting the following horrific customer service through @etrade banking? 1)Can't order a new debit card. 2)When calling wait time is 90 minutes 3)Can't complete ACH purchase for funds in my account. #EtradeBanking...too bad we can't report them.

    @etrade So far I tried reaching you guys 34 times in customer call waiting for 30 min at least each time. Useless portal. My stocks are executed in one price but next day the paid price is shown higher price. My profits are entirely rated by your frustrating system.

    @etrade I've been trying to use my ATM card for two weeks but I keep getting an error message. Every time I call customer service the wait time is over two hours. This is not okay and #unacceptable yet to speak to someone

    Tremendous customer service from @etrade just now. Unwarranted activity in my Roth IRA and the team handled swiftly and accordingly. Highly recommend their brokerage.

    @missteencrypto Mine too - @etrade. They FROZE my account and basically interrogated me because I sent $ to an exchange. The minute the acct was unfrozen I closed all my eTrade accts - 12 year customer gone. DON'T USE ETRADE FOR ANYTHING.

    This morning I attempted to exercise stock options but accidentally sold them instead. I called @etrade support and after explaining my mistake and what I was attempting to do, they were able to undo my snafu. I really appreciated Ryan's assistance! Thanks again!

    @Pigeonomics @etrade Yeah I waited 30 minutes, but the help was A1 and from an American native speaking rep. Slightly annoying, but worth it in the rare cases I call.

    @etrade @MarkkanenJarkko F****ing customer service number to reach. No one answers the call. Tried 34 times on my false price execution by @etrade. No one responds and I am loosing more than 600 USD in my portfolio.
