    @etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.

    @etrade I can't log in to either app or the website. Wtf! let's go! Triple witching friday of all days. Never have a problem with you but this is fishy.

    @NotFinancialRep @SchwabTrading @etrade Same happening with TD Canada. Used to be great. Now cant make a trade there. Worsr decision they made was reviewing every trade and making people call in trades. Worst part is when someone answers they have to get approval for a trade cause they are not licensed. 10 min execution for a trade that moves in milliseconds. 🗑 is a compliment to TD. Junk.

    Imagine being in trades and @etrade crashes. Can't login, can't access funds or trades, fully locked out while watching a trade slowly decay from profit to loss. This is BS

    @Octopusking77 @etrade I dont use options very much. Nothing wrong with Etrade but as of today they closed the old Etrade pro that i've been using for probably 25 years. The new one is terrible. We've been complaining for months but to no avail. and I have a very large account with them
