    @etrade I have now been waiting 2 hours 22 minutes and 22 seconds and still no sign of anyone answering my call. Worst customer service ever. My call will take 30 seconds or less to take care of.

    I really hope you add support for other 2FA authentication apps. This goes for any company that only supports Symantec VIP Access for 2FA. @Fidelity @CharlesSchwab @etrade

    I've been on the phone waiting for @etrade customer service for over 2 hours and 15 minutes. I am trying to ask why I can no longer complete trades online and I'm told to call customer service. They only have 1 song that plays on a loop. This is not how I want to spend my time.

    @etrade customer service is the absolute worst you get switched to someone new every time you call. And no one helps. They haven’t let me take MY money out for 2 months!!! Literally 2 months in the middle of a pandemic that I needed for rent and bills. EVIL COMPANY #etrade
