hey @etrade , i initiated a wire transfer thursday and it still has not gone out today. i’ve tried calling multiple times each day and it’s always a 2 hour wait w no online support. this doesn’t seem like good business practice when you claim next day wire and charge for it?

Yesterday I got an email from @etrade asking me to contact them ASAP. After 2 hours on hold my international call gets dropped. I called again and wait time is >2 hrs. No other way to contact them. Thank you for providing such a terrible customer experience. 23 years as a clt.

@TheNotFakeDC @etrade I was told they had sold some of my holding because of a $38 Reorganization fee. No communication nothing. Found out it’s like the 4th or 5th time within the last year this has happened. Don’t charge your customer because a company mergers or stop split! #ImOut
