@etrade is currently in the running for worst customer service ever. They dropped me after 90 minutes of waiting on hold. Their “live chat” has a 2 hour wait. All this because I want to sell the stock I have owned for 2 years from a company I no longer work for.

@HamzehMurab @etrade Im in the same boat. I bought at $1.05 minutes before the RS news and was down 40K in 5 minutes before Fridays rally. If we were able to trade Friday the panic selling would have us in a very different place. I'm grateful.

@etrade You have, by far, the most non-existent customer service of any company in America, not just stock brokers. Your money transfer will not work even though I have transferred money in the past. Your system is saying I have to verify my account again but does not work. 1/

@etrade E trade is a joke whoever runs the app technology is a pure novice and I'm sure I can speak for a lot of people. For a company to have such a high budget in commercials you would think you had some good tech but I'd recommend T.D. ameritrade because you can atleast login.

@etrade customer service is without a doubt the worst of any institution I have ever dealt with. And I’m old. It’s shocking that you need to wait hours for someone to answer a phone call.
