    @etrade My wire transfer was cancelled but deducted the wire transfer fees. And reaching customer care is a nightmare.

    @etrade I’ve been on hold for two hours because your company like to lock peoples account with no warning just verify info. Do you know how much money this costs people? Even Robinhood has better customer service then you. That’s sad

Why--during market hours, on a WED, in a volatile-news week--is the -$5k question. Im screen recordn rest of the day. I hear ToS quality declined around '19-'20.

    @BerminghamKevin @etrade I feel that the community is more likely to understand the risk/reward nature of investments. Perhaps I'm being naive. The true risk to Voyager's survival is the net loss last quarter. The runway isn't "customer funds," it's market downturn and ability to pay the bills.

    @SMalikjo Its funny, I am a shareholder of $MS for a long time but also I use @etrade which Morgan Stanley owns and it makes me really sad that they bought Etrade given how terrible it is.

    @lukasbradley @BerminghamKevin @etrade Right? Because Steve told his customers he was lending money to degenerates with no collateral. I'm sure he was "communicating" with people about that. That moron just promised a bunch of things and never delivered. I feel bad for people that will lose all their life savings
