  @etrade now taking 3+ months to answer basic account service questions. Roth conversion taking weeks. A conversions used to take 1 day in 2020. All while @RobinhoodApp service keeps getting better. One day turnaround on most issues at RH.

  @etrade Horrible customer service and account management. Sitting on a ACH Deposit from US Treasury for almost two weeks. Verify or deny the Zero deposit, so I can invest my money with someone else. I have spent hours on hold, sending emails. NOTHING!!
