    Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against opening an account with @etrade or @MorganStanley. Nearly $10,000 restricted, legitimate payments reversed, two promised deadlines broken, 15+ calls, and still no explanation, timeline, or accountable person.

    @etrade @MorganStanley Long time account holder. I have to warn you that e*trade stands out in a very bad way from most other online brokerages in that you still charge fees on mandatory corporate actions on equity holdings. Your UI is top notch but these fees have driven me to open accounts at other brokerages. I hope E*trade reconsiders and eliminates these ridiculous fees to stay competitive.

    And after getting an agent, telling him the problem, I got a boilerplate answer about how balances are calculated rather then the agent addressing the error. His follow up - after 20+ minutes of wasted time - was to tell me to call @etrade. We've institutionalized failure.

    @etrade Oh great Eric Cartman wants to be a lawyer. Well first, he'll need to get ******** out of my office. Second, we started like yesterday. I waited in a public space in Sacramento, CA until I was invited to live in a space for free. Fair warning:This is as close as you get.

    @etrade Whoever uses @etrade is an idiot...4 hrs and the platform shuts down..I was a customer since 1995 and I did a commercial for you..Now i will do a commercial for @Schwab!!They're the best

    @etrade wtf is wrong with your platform and support staff, I canceled two orders. You have not returned my funds. Your support staff Patrick H, stated that because @SpaceX just did IPO “I’m sure there will be hiccups, and we will raise a case to have your funds returned”… Seriously wtf ?? I’ve lost prime trading opportunity due to your platform having hiccups ? And you’re now holding my funds because you can’t process order cancellations??

    $FAMI this looks great for a run. If I was still on @etrade I wouldn't of been able to trade it through my app etc. Glad I got rid of @etrade . My success has been increasing since. They need to fix their sh*t!
