    @anthony_einhorn Can't even see the chart on @eTrade. Typing HLGN in the search bar shows the company name, but clicking it produces a "ticker not found" error. 😒

    @etrade Etrade execution speed on buy limit orders are one of the slowest in the world. Making me miss out on 1K+ profits. 🗑 Hurry up and fix this **** and especially for OTC stock or I’m moving to TD

    @etrade I tried to call for support and the wait time is > 2 hours with no option to leave a call back number. No live chat or email is offered as far as I can tell. Really, etrade?

    @etrade @ashleesorange Ridiculous; I've been on hold for over an hour, trying to access my account. Have tried numerous ways to log in and the website & phone doesn't appear to be working or accepting any attempts to log on. You need to address the customer service response times immediately.

    @etrade I have been trying to reset my password for weeks. The online system will not reset. The phone system will not reset. When I can finally get the automative system to connect to customer service the wait is astronomical. Please help.

    I have tried about 14+ times this month to do something with @etrade over the phone. The two times I've gotten a human being, they transferred me to another department where I've had to hang up after waiting over an hour. Absolute garbage support.

    @MehulRRao @fintel_io @etrade Sad to say, but they don't give a **** about the working class. Robbing from us is how they stay wealthy. They will do anything to keep us from winning. They're ok with us making 10-20% per year in these crooked *** markets, but they definitely don't want us to win BIG.
