    @etrade Signed up for new account. Attempted to add security questions/answers. Asked for phone number to complete process. Despite providing valid phone number no code is sent, just get "Unable to use your phone to verify your identify." Agent acknowledge this is known issue

    @etrade @MorganStanley Need someone from Executive Customer Support to contact me ASAP. My son had 3 legitimate, authorized transactions unexpectedly reversed from his account—including a $5,650 payment, a $3,800 PayPal payment, and another Robinhood payment.

    Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against opening an account with @etrade or @MorganStanley. Nearly $10,000 restricted, legitimate payments reversed, two promised deadlines broken, 15+ calls, and still no explanation, timeline, or accountable person.

    @etrade you guys are finished!!!! The worst platform I wouldn’t even call you a broker. Its criminal to have this bad of tech. @SECGov no way they can service money with this many technical issues daily, today is catastrophic
