@etrade any plans on fixing your alert system? I've sent feedback over a week ago and also have tried calling several times, but waiting over 16 minutes (this time) is a bit ridiculous. This alert issue have occurred since your last update.

@etrade I have lost nearly 10% as of this morning on a stock because after the reverse split and ticker change other people on other platforms were able to trade their shares and I STILL cannot trade mine. Customer service said that they do not care and I am just out of luck.
