    @etrade Locked out of my account for no reason, you wont let me recover my accounts....but you continue to deposit funds into the locked account from my bank. Been on hold on the phone for 1 1/2 hours now and am estimated 382 min. Wait time on live chat. Terrible customer service.

    @etrade If you cannot support a fair and free market, I’m moving all my accounts and money to a brokerage that can. Fix the stability problems, stop deleting my limit orders, and don’t limit my ability to buy what I when I want and am legally allowed to.

    Am I the only person who creates @Etrade Pro hotkeys ("speed keys") only to find that they are somehow deleted by the program? (This has happened multiple times and I make sure to save the layouts.) Any way to fix this?

    @Sethott4 @etrade I have been calling E*TRADE for days. I was just on hold for 3 hours. It’s the quite literally the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen in my life. I have several accounts that I now want to close and take my business elsewhere, which wasn’t the reason for the call.

    @CordovaTrades @etrade Lost a lot of money because I couldn't make a trade. 1 hour wait on calls with customer service and had to give up. @etrade SUCKS

    @kkoch0213 @TDAmeritrade Switch over to @etrade Long wait on customer service on the phone but, they don't block you from trading OTC stocks.

    I just shot email in @etrade customer service. Not gonna stay on phone for hours let’s see if they reply kinda sucks I am now worried about placing a large order and getting stuck in trade.

    @etrade I have 7 figures with you guys and been with you for 20 years, time to diversify away since your platform apparently can't handle today's world and your customer service is completely MIA. I'm just a small fish but what happened today was unacceptable.

    @goodetrades @etrade I wish I could host it on my own server and provide ads. Maybe I’d make a bit of living expenses while other pros used it. I’ll post the links in a sec. They’re on my computer. NO IDEA how I found them, and the tutorial still uses Adobe Flash lol
