    @SawyerMerritt @SpaceX Just called @etrade and they were not helpful about this process. They didn't even know about it. E*Trade, who can I contact for support?

    @AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

    @etrade horrible executions on options trading and you can only go in .05 increments. good customer service. horrible app, that also freezes up constantly. the pro app is simple enough. the desktop app is garbage and the regular app is too.

    @etrade Do better @etrade have been trying for over a month to access my money to no avail. On top of it, I am now also out money because of your error. The case manager won’t let me escalate beyond him and I still don’t have my money. At my wits end and no one is willing to help me

    @etrade @MorganStanley Long time account holder. I have to warn you that e*trade stands out in a very bad way from most other online brokerages in that you still charge fees on mandatory corporate actions on equity holdings. Your UI is top notch but these fees have driven me to open accounts at other brokerages. I hope E*trade reconsiders and eliminates these ridiculous fees to stay competitive.

    @etrade you guys are finished!!!! The worst platform I wouldn’t even call you a broker. Its criminal to have this bad of tech. @SECGov no way they can service money with this many technical issues daily, today is catastrophic
