    Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? I just need to expect some trades might have a confirmation follow up now? wtf?

    @etrade is the worst financial institution. For three weeks they have locked me out of my own money due to "suspected fraud". They mirror my account, new log in credentials and they are giving me the rounds. Abuse by corporate america

    @etrade why is it taking you 2 months to fix a cost basis after my equity was transferred to my @etrade account. Probably the biggest mistake I made was to transfer my account to @etrade.
