Has anyone else had trouble getting shares of stock transferred out of @etrade ? We’ve been trying to get stock moved and they absolutely are unresponsive. Our trust company is trying too. No success. Very frustrating.

@etrade your customer service staff clearly have been decimated given local branch #’s out of service and 800#’s are not answered either - abandoned after 10 mins on hold… Will closing my account within 10 days.

@etrade is probably the worst platform to trade futures on. Do not recommend. Their "Dom" lags, fills are terrible, hard to set up bracket trades, no stop loss, etc... Only wanted to try it since I already trade SPX 0dte on the platform which is actually very fluid for options.

@etrade has the worst customer service in the industry. I was treated like a criminal and for reasons not told to me my account was restricted every day for 2 weeks. Never use them for your brokerage. They view you as a nuisance and thief and not a customer.

@etrade I would get no satisfaction of the issue. I will be using accountant to prove my issue and the fact that E*Trade is miscalculating total losses because of reverse splits

Why doesnt @RobinhoodApp offer custodial accounts? I’m forced to work with @etrade which may have the worst UX ever. Was told 51 seconds to wait to speak to an agent on live chat. 15 minutes and counting.

@etrade I own $5 of a stock and you charge me $38 for a reorg fee? More junk fees that need to go away. You are one of the last marketplaces to still have them. Terrible platform and junk fees are reason enough to close my account.

@etrade is terrible for futures trading. Do not recommend. -Dom is probably the worst in the industry -Execution is terrible -Dom lags and skips everywhere -cant put stop loss on the Dom I only have Etrade because my options account is on there and its easy to trade futures since the money is already there but I just cant anymore. I heard AMP, Omega, and Edgeclear are all good firms. Will try them out soon and report back.

@etrade I have had an issue with my account and have called about 10 times but etrade operations are just unable to put the issue to bed. I can’t talk directly with the team, nor is there a soecific person assigned to follow up on this. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

Why is the Ameritrade app so slow, no live options pricing on current positions, closed positions remain visible in the positions section. Since mid January the apps been buggy. @TDAmeritrade Good thing @etrade works.
