@nahajzer52 @etrade @imani08 The thing is I waited on the phone for them to tell me they couldn't help over their mistake. They allow deposits into accounts that they restrict thus, trapping my funds where Ill inevitably be charged by my bank to stop ACH payment. Completely backward thinking.

@etrade thanks your complete lack of customer service and crap UI I am out $26. You restrict my account, but cannot close it. You allow funds to be deposited, which automatically CANNOT be withdrawn. Don't you see the issue here? Complete negligence and incompetence.

1/ @etrade Significant problems with trading platform this am. Level I frozen for some symbols. ie, $BCC been at 48.00 x 48.43 for more than an hour, while stock has traded both below and above that range. Level I on $MHO for example shows 51.60 x 50.36. Not possible.

@DanFlanders1 @etrade @TDAmeritrade FYI ... TD I’m on and I’ve had days where the mobile application platform won’t allow you to login when volume is heavy. Has happened on some days where I’ve needed it and I’ve lost money. So ... everything has its pluses and minuses. IMO.

@DanFlanders1 @etrade @TDAmeritrade No ... it’s good today. Normally it is, but us TD people have had our bad days as well. The GME crazy drop day I got f’d on some non-GME stocks I wanted to sell and flop. Overall it’s been pretty reliable though.

2/ @etrade Also, several instances where Level 1 quotes for many names don't match market depth screen. For example $BCC stuck at 48.00 x 48.43 on watchlist, while market depth on ARCA shows 48.11 x 48.28. What's up with these problems?
