@etrade ETRADE the epitome of pathetic service. I have been trying to reach customer care regarding my account for past 2 weeks and each time i get a voiceover saying estimated wait time is greater than 2 hours. painstakingly i stayed for 2.5 hours twice still no answer.

@etrade hello e trade I just sold my $cmmb shares which I bought at 6.85 I sold at about 6.95 and I look at the order and it says I sold it at 6.7 and I sold at 3:47 how do I fix this and get my money back

@etrade I CAN’T access my account and a 2 hour wait on hold is not possible. This is awful! You need to do something to allow people to access accounts without having to call your company if it’s going to be a two hour hold.

I don't think I've ever dealt with a worse bureaucratic and unhelpful company as @etrade from Morgan Stanley. Absolute disaster as they want to withhold taxes even though I am not US American and have used them for 5 years without issues. Have me jump through hoops for weeks

@etrade Woodforest and I figured out what was going on through trial and error and how your system was incorrectly naming the wires.. But now I have 3 fees. I'd like two of the fees handled, please. The issue was how Firefox was displaying Etrade's wire screen.

I've been a customer of @etrade for over 20 years. I've currently been on hold for over an hour to fix a problem that cannot be resolved online (after being told there was a 2 hr wait the other day). Any guesses as to how much longer I'll be their customer?
