@etrade please get skilled, experienced & knowledgeable folks who can understand customer’s need and accommodate clients request accordingly. I called 3 times and dealt with 3 different guys and instead of fixing the issue, they added more mess on it. Leaving you for sure!

@etrade Was just on the phone with E*trade about a technical glitch on your site that is screwing up cost bases and making it inaccurate. The person on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and it turned into a 3 hour phone call. Really unacceptable. Will be moving to fidelity

@etrade I already did before I posted this. The management team said they saw the errors but said “oh well sorry about your luck we can’t help you”. As a day trader I pay hefty fees. Would thought I’d get better service.

I tried calling @etrade during the week and was told my average wait time would be 30 minutes. So I thought I'd call on the weekend since customer service is 24/7. Today I was told my average wait time would be 60 minutes. 🤔🤨

@WDF1988 @etrade $xcpl Not True at all! I just placed a sell order on TD after you said this and it was open and available to sell once market opened. I cancelled the order, of course. You need to contact your brokerage and inquire to their problem as it is not a problem for anyone else.

@ProfitsTaken I’m an @etrade user. I’ve never noticed an issue with orders filling slowly; however, maybe I don’t know what I’m looking for. IBKR option fees are quite higher than I’m paying now. I’m all ears for advantages IBKR has over E*Trade.
