  @StockyPlatano @etrade It couldn’t possibly be more insane, and that’s the very surface of it. Add the fact they let me add $50k to same options mid day when all were far ITM doubling just my capital exposure and at the same time had their exposure was the highest. Thenhad no problem selling em OTM wtf

  @JillJen103 @etrade Its probably Morgan Stanley laid off their most of the support staff to cut costs. You would think that being part of a huge Financial conglomerate, they would have the courtesy to be more customer service focused

  @etrade @RobinhoodApp I am only a customer of both companies, not related to them. In stocks trading, time is of the essence. If you do not get support for your question about their app, you lose money. Go w/ ETrade, final answer.

  @etrade I'm tweeting because you removed customer service from your web page, how can I be sure a stock I own is an OTC pink or not and what happens if I hold one, GGSM for example I believe is an OTC pink, as of Sept 28th this year rules change, please advise, thanks.

  If you are a day traders DO NOT use @etrade @MorganStanley their Pro platform loads extremly slow and it will freeze u up until the trade goes against you. @SEC_Enforcement #Crooks

  @etrade you guys are about to be cancelled. I've tried for WEEKS to get through to a rep & each time I call the wait time is "greater than 30 mins" with no option for a call back w/out losing your place in line. Get it together! I need help w/my acct.

  @etrade E*TRADE can't do math (3 of 3). I have called E*TRADE about this, and talked to my local E*TRADE account rep a couple times over the past couple **YEARS** and they have yet to fix the problem. Doesn't give confidence on in accounting calcs.
