@IBKR Since 24 Jan I have been in touch with #IBKR customer service to help solve a critical issue with my portfolio positions. It's end of March and very little to no progress has been made. Defo NOT a no. 1 #Platform . @etrade did a much better job in a fraction of time.

@etrade why is it so hard to reach customer service? 90 minute wait times? in the middle of the business day? I moved all my assets from @TDAmeritrade to you guys. Looks like I am moving those assets right back to @TDAmeritrade. This is seriously atrocious customer service.

@etrade you app is terrible. It’s completely unreliable and I need to close my account and go elsewhere. It has gotten worse since Morgan Stanley got involved. Im so disappointed. This is my experience 20 time last a day. Loading circles and freezing!!

Impressive wait time, @etrade. I'm up to 2 hours, 24 minutes so far. Very dramatic music. Reminds me of 80s action TV show intros. But only three of them - over and over and over... I also like how periodically it tells me I can solve access problems online. If only...
