@etrade I don’t usually do this but your services are a joke. 8 weeks of failed transfers and zero support. Averages of 50 minutes wait to speak to representatives. Loss of interest on failed transactions. No remedies. No help. My own bank at a loss of how to work with you.

After trying everything I can to solve an issue with my @etrade account and failing, I am now trying to close the account by telephone (the only option apparently). On hold for 1 hour, 50 minutes and counting. @etrade is one of the most negative user experiences I’ve ever had

@etrade TWO HOUR customer hold times for last week. Thankfully I am @Schwab customer with their 2 min hold times, but my daughter's company is using you for their stock plan and she needs to reach you. Two hours hold really? With no call back feature? Are you kidding?

Seriously is your live chat EVER available? I’ve tried every day of the wk—at all times of the day. Never available. And each time I call it’s at least a 2 HOUR HOLD TIME. What I need help w/can’t be done on the site bc you won’t verify my cell. What the hell am I to do? @etrade
