    What’s happened to @etrade? They lock my account and tell me to call and they don’t answer “account activation”…. Waited for over 30 minutes. No call back feature, no estimate of how much time of mine they are wasting, no help. I’m still locked out. 🤬

    @etrade Ridiculous! This post is from 2 years ago and you still haven't invested money into your Customer Support?! I bet you gave your CEO a ton of money, but none invested back into your product. This crap needs to stop! Leadership squandering money and not investing in the product.

    @etrade Etrade told me to go file a police report and an affidavit when I contacted them about a fraudulent trade on my account in which I lost money (less than $50). Really?! I've been a client for over 10 years and these are the hoops I need to go through first before you'll help me?

    @etrade @Chunami no you don't. If you appreciated customers, you would service them. I'm currently in the process of moving accounts. a litttle over $1million in the accounts and they treat you like garbage

    @etrade I'm a current ETrade customer, and I've been trying to open a checking account for the past week. I called customer-service number, and the system told me that the wait time was 2 hours! I want to open an account, and ETrade/Morgan Stanley is making it nearly impossible.

    There must be better support at @etrade. I was last able to login 3 years ago after my investment account was purchased by etrade, and I haven’t bee able to login since. Can’t reset my password online, the automated phone system “reset it” and it didn’t work.

    @etrade It's fine, my W8-BEN was submitted and processed quickly which is reassuring. :) This is a usability issue though, not a support issue. It'd be great if it gets passed up the chain for improvement
