@etrade Ur customer svc is atrocious.Was on hold 4 2 hours yesterday&now 2day I've also been on hold 4 2 hrs & no1 picked up. I was even on brunch with my friends this morning&left on hold,we made a bet whether someone will pick up by the end and I won.This shouldn't be happening

@AmaraDabbara @etrade @ClarkWGriswold0 That's what we call Customer NO Service. I noticed today the layout has changed and when you sort by gains, losses for the day it only does so for a hot second. I suspect it's NOT worth my time to call them. Ugh.

@etrade Traders think: @etrade customer service sucks. 90 minute wait time to speak to someone? For comparison, @TDAmeritrade wait time is between 2-4 minutes. Fix it.
