  @etrade why is it taking you 2 months to fix a cost basis after my equity was transferred to my @etrade account. Probably the biggest mistake I made was to transfer my account to @etrade.

  Our stock purchase is through @etrade but the service is awful and can't connect to anyone. Next employee pulse meeting, will bring this up to see if a different platform would be better who provides better support.

  Had a check washed (fraudulently cashed) from @etrade account. Filed a police report, filled out required paper work and it has been over 40 days. No resolution, despite weekly calls to customer service. Really shocking they aren't fixing this like normal banks.

  Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either?   $SPX $7500 SHORT was my setup; I was late Chased for the channel bottom @FiboNachoLibre & VWAP touch on the 14:00EST candle open. Bagged some profit @etrade account. And there’s the slide 🛝 RSI midline dive! Shame on me for not holding a runner; really need to work on that. Broken record.
