    @etrade is the worst! I put money into my existing verified account today to be told AFTERWARDS that the money will not be available to trade with for 5 working days. I guess when the funds are available I'll just close the account and go to Robinhood.

    @etrade worst customer service. Shouldn’t take 4 hours to get anyone on the phone. “Management” guaranteed my actions would be done in the following week. Still hasn’t been done and could have cost me a house! This has got to be the worst company in financial services!

    @etrade working on fixing your junk app?? your still hiding data on the trade page of the app. ? why you hide data?? get the trade size back on the trade page! #etradejunk and fix the junk L2 while your at it!

    @etrade Your site instantly logs me out within 15 seconds of logging on. Is this a known issue? It was working great yesterday.

    @jbrowder1 In January @etrade customers service cost me as much as $100,000. Said they couldn't help. They said they CANT sell /exercise shares/call options AMH. However, I later found @CarrieSchwab is able to SELL shares and exercise calls pre-market or post market (1 hour before/after).

    @etrade hey guys! Horrible customer service. I have to wait over 90 minutes to get my account deactivated because you don’t have simple technology to fix problems like this. I am switching to Webull. I guess you don’t value having customers.

    I need information for my @etrade account and they disabled CHAT, have no published email so I have to call which I did and the recording says I have a 2 ******* HOUR WAIT- That is unacceptable-service has degraded since the sale-ae they trying to be like Coinsbase

    @etrade 6 times I contacted support in >2mnths, waiting over 45mins to speak to someone (calling from EU so VERY expensive). Twice I’ve been told a tech support agent would call me back,they have not. I am missing the deadline for my companies ESPP today..someone needs to DM me

    @MansaTariq @CoinbaseSupport WOW only 31 minutes- I am on hold with Etrade and they say it will be 2 ******* HOURS - I think @Etrade just took the WORST EXCHANGE place from Coinbase, OMG say it not so!

    @etrade Your Live Chat being consistently down defeats the purpose, especially when I was on hold for 85(!) minutes on the phone, only to be disconnected. The customer service so far has been a nightmare.

    @etrade WTH is wrong with your company… maybe the CEO should spend 60 hours and 7 months trying to get one thing done. Make sure you avoid ETrade if you value basic service and attention to detail.

    @sushilnayak84 @etrade 3 hours and 45 minutes for me last month. Slowest funds settlement times, worst interface, highest OTC fees and, as mentioned, worst customer service. I can't believe @MorganStanley paid $13 billion to acquire this POS company.

    @etrade hope all is well - been trying to get help on being unable to select wire account via desktop for international account for last 4 hours. E Trade assistants have been unable to help due to high inquiry volumes . Please advise if possible on who else to contact. 🙏🏽

    @etrade My wife opened an IRA account with you about a week ago and you don’t allow her to fund the account. The chat doesn’t work and after spending 2.5 hours on the phone waiting, she has decided she’ll just close it and move to Fidelity. Worst customer service ever!
