@USARaconteur @etrade I gave up at 3 hours. I have to feed my kids and do our evening routine. Having trouble adding a new bank to my account and it says to call... Probably just going to use a different company instead.

@etrade @simplyismail No you aren’t. There may be one dude answering all the customers questions who is working 24/7, but that doesn’t mean you are accessible 24/7. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
