    @etrade I got your DM, not helpful at all. As others have noted, call wait times are ridiculous. Etrade decided to make this unnecessarily difficult - could choose to do what many companies done - customer leaves a message, gets a call back instead of waiting on hold.

    @etrade Your customer service is atrocious.Was on hold 4 2 hours yesterday&now 2day I've also been on hold 4 2 hrs & no1 even p/u. I was even on brunch with my friends this morning&left on hold,we made a bet whether someone will pick up and I won. This shouldn't be happening

    @_CSchultz_ Stuck with gains from shorting. It’s insane the US exchanges have helped prop up the value of these companies.. would be sold down to nothing in the part month. Margin rates are 300% on ******* @etrade

    @Etrade I have been trying to get support. Every time I call, I only get the voice mail bot and then the info the waiting time for a rep is 60+ min. That is completely unacceptable. No one wants to wait 60+min for something that should take no longer than a few minutes.
