    @robbrutvan @The_DTCC @etrade Same happened with td and rbc in Canada. When a complaint was filed they are unwilling to disclose the code for the split and actually stated that . Corruption all over

    Leaving @etrade after 10 yrs, thanks to their horrible customer service. Unable to fix cost basis in 6 mon. Wait time exceeds 45 mins every time you call. It used to be way better service before. Hopeless!!!

    @etrade @MorganStanley - 2 months ago I made a wire transfer from etrade to my bank but the funds never made it and my bank confirmed it. Etrade support is refusing to launch a wire investigation saying it’s not possible. Who can help me?

    Hey @etrade I can't add a new authenticator because you apparently limit it to three. But when I tried, it said it added, then just didn't work. And I can't remove an old one because I need that old device to remove it? WTF?

    Cwap, I got burned today. Started when @etrade changed my lots overnight from LIFO to FIFO and it would not let me change lots, not even the Broker could help me. AGAIN ET messed up yesterday's profit. Rather sick of this. Need to find a different trading platform!!!!! I'm OUT!

    @etrade Why is your customer service wait times 60 minutes and then 30+ minutes? Why is your live chat feature not enabled? This is outrageous to use your company if one cannot speak to an employee for assistance. I’m ready to migrate to another company.
