Since @etrade is broken today I have a change to read, catch up on Netflix shows, finish watching the golf tournament, so excited. Lost money on $SNAP this morning, got out because **** wasn't working, didn't loose much but would have been good winner.

@etrade thanks for being worthless and your app always having issues! I honestly think it’s time to find a new broker. I just can’t continue to lose money because I can’t trade, because you can’t keep your apps working. Ridiculous.

@etrade @SEC_Enforcement I think you should penalize them each time their system is down - otherwise they would not learn any lessons! Every brokerage should have several backup system, otherwise they should NOT be allowed in the biz! Fair? banking sector has regulations!

So, I've bought into few companies that enacted a reverse split on their stocks. I've used few brokers without any problems, but @etrade which is my main stock broker account charged me $38 mandatory reorganization fee for each of the stocks i've traded.

I've talked to other people going through the same problem with @etrade and all had their fees reversed. But me. The rep I was talking over the phone was adamant that these fees being mandatory couldn't be refunded, which is obviously inaccurate.
