  My Twitter feed is primarily food reporting, and I haven't posted here in a half-year. Which makes it even more striking that I've come to warn all to stay away from @etrade for having the most atrocious customer "service" I've experienced in a long time. An absolute nightmare.

  @etrade I have tried to get 1k of a small old investment transferred out now for months. The hours I have spent calling to follow up is greater the investment. Your processes are broken. I just want my money!

  @etrade has the worst customer service in the industry. I was treated like a criminal and for reasons not told to me my account was restricted every day for 2 weeks. Never use them for your brokerage. They view you as a nuisance and thief and not a customer.

  Why is the Ameritrade app so slow, no live options pricing on current positions, closed positions remain visible in the positions section. Since mid January the apps been buggy. @TDAmeritrade Good thing @etrade works.

  @etrade and 5-7 business days for a replacement ATM card? I’ve been a customer for 24 years. But now it’s literally faster for me to get cash by opening a new account and moving to a new bank and brokerage.

  @etrade I own $5 of a stock and you charge me $38 for a reorg fee? More junk fees that need to go away. You are one of the last marketplaces to still have them. Terrible platform and junk fees are reason enough to close my account.

  Has anyone else had trouble getting shares of stock transferred out of @etrade ? We’ve been trying to get stock moved and they absolutely are unresponsive. Our trust company is trying too. No success. Very frustrating.

  @etrade I think I misunderstood the zip code field, keep entering mine instead of the one of T-Mobile on my bill. Maybe add a “help me find it” link with some explanation? Or expand on the help text that’s it’s not the zip code where you live. It’s for distracted parents trying to GSD

  @etrade @joshuap37950901 The problem with your customer service is that they put people on hold for hours if not minutes. My own experience. I have an issue and I have wasted so much time and effort without any result, which is incredible.
