    @etrade Etrade is showing all buy and sell orders as red on their momentum tool in Etrade Pro-platform. Ever since the merger the trading platform has not been working correctly. You need to fix all the problems.

    @etrade Really @ETrade. I traded yesterday $VXRT using FIFO for my tax lots. and this morning I wake up to changes in my account they made to LIFO. SO FRICKEN FRUSTRATING> This is a KNOWN issue by ETRADE.

    Is there some reason why @etrade makes it ******* impossible to get your money out? And don’t try customer service! You’ll be on hold for hours! Whenever I figure out how to get my money out, I’m so ******* done! Anyone at E*TRADE got any advice?

    OK @etrade I have my sons college tuition invested in you, but I cannot make a withdrawal.. I've tried the app, the website/phone. Next step is a complaint to my state rep as well as my Congresswoman and Senator. What gives? You made it easy to invest, why can't I get my $ back?

    @chadbstewart @etrade You should be able to with etrade. Try again. Plaid is having intermittent connection issues with Etrade. It may take a few tries.

    @AllyCare are you actively working on improving the login process? I would say I’m able to access my account less than 50% of the time...have been slowly transitioning everything over to @etrade

    @etrade Nope didn't help. The momentum bar on the right continues to show all red on buy and sales order in pre-market and post- market trade. It's a problem with your system. Corrects itself during regular trade hours. Your system is deficient in transparency pre/post trading hours.

    @etrade I got to say E*TRADE is the worst company. They are the scummiest don’t bother opening an account with them you will regret it trust me. Today is the last day I trade with them, closing my account and taking my money to light speed

    @etrade is it really impossible to transfer money electronically between business and personal (separate) checking accounts or did i just get bad information from the phone rep? your plaid setup refuses to add an etrade account as an "external" account.

    @etrade why did you close my account for linking my checking account to @Venmo ? I called customer service and jumped through all the hoops the friendly guy on the phone said to give it 10 minutes and the account will be active again and instead you close it.

    @etrade I just waited on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with one of your Retirement Specialists regarding an existing account, and gave up as I do not have the time to wait any longer. You need to figure out how to improve your customer service responsiveness. #DoBetter
