@etrade I have an ETrade account that i have been trying to access, but now keeps telling me wrong password. Been trying to get a customer service rep for possible fraud. Was told 90 min wait time. Been waiting about 127 min when i hung up. My account could be empty by now.

@etrade Your system has a catch up for people who sell options. Many people purchase back the option for a profit prior to expiration. When filing, your system flags each such transaction bc “purchase date is after sale date” Would be clutch if you added a box to fix this

I have been on hold with my bank for 40 minutes now (thanks @etrade @MorganStanley!). I will give five million monopoly dollars to whoever figures out how to stay on hold while muting the universally terrible music and going about your day until the other end finally answers.

gosh, it's almost impossible to contact someone from customer services from @etrade - and they don't even have a call back feature. It's 2022, folks! Come on! Over 45min on hold to talk to someone (and counting)

@hedgewonk @etrade One thing I’ve noticed for the past week is the @Etrade Pro Level 2 Quote Montage is about a minute or two delayed from updating. I need to watch my phone app for an accurate LIVE quote. This started recently - with Morgan merger maybe… Not liking these issues as a LT client.

Has anyone ever been able to get @etrade to fix an incorrect 1099 that claims proceeds you never received? (In my case, because an acquisition fell through and tendered shares were returned.) Even called them and nothing but seeing other tweets about incorrect E*Trade 1099 forms.
