@etrade do you even have a customer service representatives working? it is virtually impossible to reach your customer service through phone. The wait time is insane. I have waited for 1 hour every single day and no real human actually answers.

@etrade This became 95 minutes before a rep was able to help. I know things are difficult in the banking & investment world these days, but you need an alternative contact method. If nothing else, then just for fraud cases. I will be moving to a local bank after 10+ years withE*TRADE

Has anyone ever been able to get @etrade to fix an incorrect 1099 that claims proceeds you never received? (In my case, because an acquisition fell through and tendered shares were returned.) Even called them and nothing but seeing other tweets about incorrect E*Trade 1099 forms.

@MattCur59214210 @CblastBT @etrade No, it would be called Good-Faith Violation instead if you buy contracts with *unsettled fund* then sold on *same business day.* Would not be problem on bigger account (unless you gone nuts full ported), but for smaller one, this can be avoid by swing trade into next day.

@etrade has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had using any app, I missed my company trading window because they locked me out of my own account and their customer service is useless, I held for over an hour each time and hung up without any help! I wish I could transfer out!

@etrade @beyondprotocol1 is down significantly from launch 4 months ago due to social engineering attack & botched unlock of 1/4 of tokens. Price is bottomed & should 10x due to mainnet & top 5 exchange listing. SOL type of growth. Solid fundamentals & long term play. #DontMissOut

@wp4home @CblastBT @etrade Problem is any cash you use on that trade has to settle which takes a day. It’s so annoying I wait 4 days for my $400 funds to settle use it all on one trade then I have to wait the next day to use those same funds again!?!?!

@LisaBraganca @TylerGellasch Lisa, I had to wait 3 hours on hold to DRS with @etrade. That was nearly a month ago and it is still showing "in process." What can I do? Why won't they DRS my shares? They are holding my shares hostage and their customer service is horrible.

@etrade I have Requested a transfer of my GME / AMC shares to Computer Share. It has bee two weeks and it wasn’t transferred. Is it because @etrade doesn’t have the shares? Should I file a complaint with the SEC?
