@etrade I've been calling to unlock my account every day and have been put on hold indefinitely. At least tell me how long the wait is OR have a callback option! I've lost $$ on so many trades that I've missed! I've tried chat. No help!

@etrade you’re platform is terrible. I’m transferring my wife’s account to another broker. She purchased 10 shares of APPL at 10am, 10 more at 12pm and 10 at 1pm. Then sold out of the AAPL position at 2pm and you guys counted that as 3 daytrades and flagged her with PDT

@Etrade your crap app fake halted SPY twice this morning. The only way to tell was looking into level 2. I have screen shots of it. Cost me my exit, profit and made trade a total loss. No response from your CUSTOMER SERVICE.
