@etrade has sent me monthly statements for years at an approximate cost of 40cents/statement. I tried to close my account YEARS ago...they screwed up and didn’t do it and it wasn’t worth my time to fix. I have 18cents in the account...WHERE ARE THE SIX-SIGMA GUYS?? #sloppy

Two hour wait to get online chat support, online and automated phone password resets that don’t work, never ending hold music: support from @etrade is so far a terrible experience. I changed phones and 2FA is no longer working, it shouldn’t be this painful.

@kendallparcs @etrade "Trickle down" is and was always a big myth. Trickle down lets the wealthiest screw the working and middle classes. Turns out higher wages for the average worker boosts the economy, fixing the drag that greater wealth for the wealthy does the opposite. Happens time & time again.
