@etrade when I log on, the top section of my account is blank. there is no logoff, complete view, transfer funds or any other option, its just my portfolio and thats it. im current on hold for the past 20 mins. is there a problem with your site?

@etrade If I've payed my tuition, not broken any campus rules, not been convicted of any crimes, and am maintaining an academic standard, does the University have a legal right to expel me because other students don't like me? I'd say I'd have a very winnable lawsuit.

@etrade System problems? Can't login. Can't reset password (and it speaks it way too fast). Password includes numbers, are we supposed to type them out longhand? Hyphens? All caps? 30 minute wait time to get a human....?! TTYT, I guess

@FINRA Do you have specific companies already labeled? I can think of a broker (@etrade) that does terrible in regards to transparency and communication with their clients. #etrade

Anyone having an issue with @etrade saying your “Price Paid” is a lot higher then what you bought it at yesterday.??? Have 2-3 tickers showing my “price paid” almost a dollar higher then what i bought it at yesterday

@etrade 6 times I contacted support in >2mnths, waiting over 45mins to speak to someone (calling from EU so VERY expensive). Twice I’ve been told a tech support agent would call me back,they have not. I am missing the deadline for my companies ESPP today..someone needs to DM me

@etrade worst customer service. Shouldn’t take 4 hours to get anyone on the phone. “Management” guaranteed my actions would be done in the following week. Still hasn’t been done and could have cost me a house! This has got to be the worst company in financial services!

@investvoyager @etrade 3/ @Ehrls15 - dumping VGX & Voyager Stocks from my portfolio. At first opportunity. ‘ll move out of Voyager completely. If this issue is not resolved in 24 hours. Never to return to Voyager . The support team sucks, they respond with generic email. This is insane. Check 1 & 2.

The only way to provide customer service to yourself @etrade is to start a new account because they never answer the phones. On hold 3 hours and fell asleep. Don’t know why they went away from the messaging system for most services. Terrible decision.
