  @etrade when two become one is cute, but what exactly is merging here? accounts, tools, or costs? if this means one login for brokerage and retirement, a single tax pack, better cash sweep, and clearer order routing, my portfolio will actually feel it. if not, it’s just copy. what changes on day one, and is there a transfer bonus for consolidating assets?

  It's incredible how frustrating @etrade is to deal with. Worst support, every back and forth takes 3-5 business days, no updates unless you reach out to check in, and the list goes on.

  @etrade Signed up for new account. Attempted to add security questions/answers. Asked for phone number to complete process. Despite providing valid phone number no code is sent, just get "Unable to use your phone to verify your identify." Agent acknowledge this is known issue

  $FAMI this looks great for a run. If I was still on @etrade I wouldn't of been able to trade it through my app etc. Glad I got rid of @etrade . My success has been increasing since. They need to fix their sh*t!

  @etrade Worst trading app! Stay away! Execution latency and platform lag are major complaints among active traders on E*TRADE, especially during periods of high market volatility. The platform frequently frustrates day traders and options scalpers.

  @TeslaBoomerMama @etrade I have been with etrade for over 10 years. They have always been great. Absolutely no fees for banking with minimum balance which my Roth satisfied. With that comes the ups and downs of “virtual banking” I have not had a traditional brick and mortar bank since year 2000. Back then people thought i was crazy “your information will get hacked etc”. The etrade acquisition by Morgan Stanley complicated some things. Extremely slow to update systems to modern day standards. Took years to fix some online issues and services offered. Simple things like access to Zell. I registered for ipo access over a year ago. Nothing to do with Soace X. Everything to do with being prepared for future opportunities. I would be cautious with situations where someone is registering too close to the time they want to participate in an ipo. Not saying this person is not qualified but sometimes the things need time to iron out. Phone calls with etrade representatives etc.

  @etrade I even called, your system kept saying I didnt have a valid account or SSN linked to an account then was on hold for so long I gave up. Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

  @etrade @MorganStanley This has been an issue for many years. Several others too. I thought the issues would be fixed when Morgan Stanley bought them. No such luck. The app data still sucks!
