So @etrade 7 years not enough experience to trade spreads? There was a mistake on the options application "speculation" wasn't selected on my profile but having to wait 90 days to reapply? Really? Very understanding customer service 👏 can't even get back on email cus "C19" 🙄

@etrade How many days does it take to be able to trade with MY MONEY? Deposit was made days ago. Have you ever heard of the internet and other newfangled ways of doing business ? No reply frm Customer Service in 30 hours. My Goodness, you’d think we were back in the 50’s.

So I guess @etrade jumped in the bandwagon of screwing their customers now too. Transferred funds but they don’t show up, try to launch an online customer service page and doesn’t work of course!! Thanks for screwing me on my ability to trade!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡

hey @etrade I can't ever get through to you. The wait is over an hour EVERY time I call. You're telling me I need to call, but when I ask why through secure messages I get a nothing answer. I'm so frustrated about it I could spit. What is the problem over there? Grrr.

@etrade It’s going to come crashing down. That $1400 is a drop in the bucket for most people who are months behind and the prices of everything have gone up (including gasoline) during this pandemic. Not at all surprised this happened. I expected this. Peeps given inch, corps took mile.
