Hello @etrade Your 2FA implementation is broken You seem to silently truncate passwords to 32 characters If one has a 32 character password, enabling 2FA locks one out of one's account, since your awful "add the 2FA code after password" practice effectively creates too big entry

@etrade Known acc/pass not working, reset password asks to verify tel# - "unable to process at this time", call the hotline 28 mins wait, support can't hear me, called again on another phone, 24 mins wait, support can't hear, try online chat - wait time 130 mins, is this a joke?

@etrade poor customer service. Class action!?!? Lost $25000 backup withholding, they failed to pay me back. Their excuse is because they joined #JPMorgan. Costumer service said I was not the only the one there are many. I don’t need the apologies I need the money back.

Hey @etrade , the functionality on the "Orders" page where you click the ">" next to an order to get the details of that order has been BROKEN FOR WEEKS. I'm trying to collect information for my taxes, and can't find information on commissions paid anywhere else. What gives?

@etrade you guys are TRASH!!! I have spent two months attempting to reach you! Office in Irvine CLOSED. Call the 800 number wait times are 139 minutes or longer (that’s 2 friggin hours). Submit the online support form NO RESPONSE. You’re holding my MONEY and I WANT IT!

@etrade Well, clearing the cache and trying another browser didn't work - that page (Accounts -> Orders) is broken. However, the details I needed were in the "Trade Confirmations" documents, so thank you for that workaround.

@etrade tried to speak to someone 3 times today. 36min on hold, 28 min on hold and then was hung up on, now 37 min and counting. Your live chat is down. Tough look when you’re holding peoples money. Might be time to look at other options.. @CharlesSchwab @RobinhoodApp

@etrade Fix your wait times for Customer Service or lose my business. I waited for two hours on two different days to reach customer service because it was the only way to transfer cash from my Roth to my bank account. Unacceptable. There ARE many other choices. Fix it or lose us.
