    @etrade @tayls1414 Why are you advertising as a “no commission” broker when you charged me $14/ea for 2 recent sales of Nasdaq listed stocks (not OTC). Your customer service message responses are barely legible -when you bother responding. Chking out all your BBB complaints now

    @etrade I have to tell you E-Trade, as a new customer you have probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hour hold times are not OK.

    restriction under federal securities regulations." Basically it takes 2-3 days for funds to settle, when I feel that it ought to be instantaneous, in my opinion. I am using @etrade but I assume many brokerage accounts also have slow 2-3 day settlement periods.

    @etrade your customer service sucks ! Cannot make someone hold for over 44 minutes and 178 on the live chat! Is it b/c you’re secretly charging commissions on sell trades on stock that ARE NOT OTC ??? Answer your phone or my next call is to BBB.

    @etrade why is the Strategy Scanner function in tools not working? I have several custom scans set up but they’re not accessible. What is the timeframe to have the functionality active again. Not having this capability is going to turn off short term traders.

    @oaslam2 @AskRobinhood It's ridiculous - go to @etrade as their support and platform is so much better. I've used them for the majority of my funds for a long time now, and decided to test robinhood out but I'm wildly disappointed.

    I just spent 4 hours on hold for a live chat with @etrade who told me they can’t help me since I’m not logged in and I’ll need to log in and open a new chat. The estimated wait time is another 3 hours 😡

    Hey @etrade , can you please implement some sort of wait time estimate when a customer calls in to speak to a service associate. 3 calls of 40+ mins and I am yet to connect with someone who can help me.
