  Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either?   @etrade Worst trading app! Stay away! Execution latency and platform lag are major complaints among active traders on E*TRADE, especially during periods of high market volatility. The platform frequently frustrates day traders and options scalpers.

  @etrade @MichaelPizzi — given your history leading both E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, I hope you will take a look at what is happening here. Nearly $10,000 is restricted, legitimate transactions were reversed, and customer service cannot provide a single accountable person.

  @AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.
