@etrade all it took was 3 hours for you to turn me from happy customer to 90% sure I want to leave. It's not the outage; outages happen. It's the silence, & reports that when people get through they are told everything is fine. Regain my confidence? Comm & transparency, please

@etrade worst service. Couple hours of waiting for trade desk to answer & still waiting. I’m done with your brokerage. If I was in a position , I would of lost everything and you wouldn’t do ****. Let the retail sink. Just like #Robinhood

@uMadBro9000 @etrade I just opened an account with them last week; have not been able to log back into it to verify deposit account for two days now. Tried multiple browsers on two computers. Have not tried app but if the site is this bad I have no confidence in them; going to move elsewhere.
