....I pay @etrade commissions for 1000s of trades on both sides buying and selling. Expected better service. When I asked him to mail me the case number and solution he says they can't send email. So no evidence..haaa...for stupid reason for selling some of my options for- 60%..

@etrade Closing my account with E*TRADE Tuesday morning. These fools took a $20,000 check to put in my existing account and said it would be available today at least 9K Nothing is available. They told me Tuesday now. I could’ve put this money elsewhere. E*TRADE is nothing but a problems

@BossBlunts1 @Fidelity @etrade Based on the current price action leading up to the 3rd vs. last year this already appears to be nothing. Down 10% today heading for under $10 by Friday with no volume compared to last year. Last yr we were moving.

Got hit with a $38 reorg fee from @etrade for holding $ZNGA through its acquisition by $TTWO. Guess I'll sell my shares of $ATVI ahead of time to avoid needing to beg customer service to have this fee reversed again. This is the crap that scares small investors away.

...how much I lost because of their random bot selling. Can't blame $HOOD since they offer commission "free" trading. But @etrade juiced my 7.5k in commissions in the last 10 months, I expect better customer service (waited 1 hr 30 mins to get someone on phone who can't email).

@AshTheSnkrhd RH is fine because you can then buy micro shares instead of expensive shares i.e. Google etc. However, @Etrade is good because of the layout and ability to customize charts. They will also send a checkbook & debit card. RH conversion back to cash is slow & charts suck.

Hey @etrade this is NOT the way to keep customers. Locking out 100’s of accounts who use aggregator services, then force them to wait on hold (for what, hours?), but the kicker is the absolutely awful hold music.

@etrade , why can't I contact one of your financial reps via chat or email? The only way I can get in touch is to snail mail or wait on hold for an hour or more on the phone. I've tried calling multiple times in the last week with 30-90 min wait times. This is a big problem. 😡
