    Between online help never being available and phone wait times over 2 hours @etrade basically doesn't have customer service anymore. What a genius move after a giant merger..lol Time for a new broker!

    @etrade has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Over 2 hours wait time no matter when you call. I get no info on the problem with my account, just “call us” and wait half the day. #badcustomerservice

    @MarcusFrampton @etrade I had this issue with Ally. Went all over the place trying to track it down and nobody could figure it out. I had to move my account over to Schwab and then one day the dividends popped up in my account and I didn't even own BVERS anymore. I have no solution for you, sorry.

    @etrade No, I don’t need a sandbox key, I already have that. As I noted in my original tweet the documentation refers to using topics in the drop down that aren’t actually there. Could you escalate to the right team to get that corrected?

    @ProfitsTaken @etrade I will. Took a 22 percent gain on dis. I rode it down to far, I'll agree, but I just felt it wouldn't go lower than the opening gap. Rode through chop, might have gotten out early, don't care. I need to accumulate green.
