I have tried calling @etrade 5x over the past week as turning off Symantec 2FA locked me out of my account (wtf?). I have a 60min wait time at 1:50am. It was a 4hr wait at 1pm. It’s been 3+ hours the past week. Y’all cannot be serious.

@etrade your tax residency verification form has a bug. The last step is to enter your password for confirmation, and if it contains specials chars, the validation fails immediately- which leads me to believe it’s client side. Confirmed by setting an alphanumeric password.

@Etrade has been #hacked. They said it's a known issue but they can't do anything about it. We can't withdraw funds from the ATM. So the only thing they are offering is to wire all funds to our other account. No more #etrade. Closing this account. @MorganStanley
