@acuedadamente @etrade I'm looking to jump ship. Used to like the platform and I felt it was easy to get in contact and questions were answered quickly. Not the case anymore. Why have a customer service button when there are few options that provide "service." Live chat not working is a joke too!

@MikoyBass @Fidelity @etrade I was able to get approved to buy and sell options on Fidelity with little trouble and I’m a regular average Joe trader. Just apply for the highest level to be safe.

Just checked my old and forgotten @etrade account. The merger seems not helping their support at all: live chat is unavailable, secure message sent option is apparently disabled. Is there a way to get in touch with them at all or time to take my money and run?

@etrade how does time work in your live chat estimated waiting time feature? Because it goes slower than normal time. And can go back as well. Add to that that there is no way for me to send an asynchronous email to your customer support. Just awesome, really feeling the respect.

@etrade I am now in a queue for an hour long wait to ask why the have not unlocked my account after sending them all of them information they could possibly need. This is far from the only bank/broker I am a customer with, E-Trade has demanded more information than all of them.

@etrade Maybe hire some people and pay them well so waiting time is cut down, and while you're at it why the hell is there no asynchronous messaging feature? Requiring me to either wait in line on the phone or on your live chat is seriously wasting my time.

@etrade I'm having problems with my external account verification. Although your deposits have been made, when I try and verify I get the following message: "The verification deposits for USC Credit Union have not been sent yet" This has been the case all week. Phone wait 3hs.

Hey @etrade a "greater than 90 minutes" wait time to reset an MFA pin is absurd. Not only is the music terrible, but there isn't even a call back option.

@etrade I've attempted to call to unrestrict my account 3 times and have been currently on hold for over an hour. No explanation on restriction. Notification just says you need to talk to me. Well, I'm trying to contact you. WTF?
