I have been attempting to talk to someone @etrade for a week. I’ve been a customer 10 yrs😡 2.5 hours on hold to be hung up on. 😡 Live chat function doesn’t work AT ALL... 😡 expected 3-5 days response time on messages. Anyone know anything about @TDAmeritrade customer service?

@kaye_kikay @etrade Don’t do it! I moved IRA there— took 3 hours over 2 days on hold to sort out their error of transferring an initial account 3 times— a $2,000 error. Try TIAA which responded in 3 minutes

So I set up an @etrade account, now I’m having trouble logging in. If you need any customer service from them... don’t count on it! Been on hold for 4hrs, tried getting them to email log in stuff, and tried online chat wait time was 3hrs, there service is horrible.

@etrade your customer service stinks. I call can’t get anyone over an hour multiple times. During a call 2 u I get a call from E*TRADE I take the call & recording to call or online support. I go online and wait time is 324 minutes.

@SFWTrades @etrade Problem is, Power E*Trade does not have a saved desktop/layout. You start over like Groundhog Day every login...no saved chart settings, no layout across multiple monitors. Huge effort to re-setup every login - not even close to a PRO replacement! @etrade

@Ahlibobwa26 @etrade They are the worst platform, 40 minute wait on hold I just gave up. Meanwhile my deposit has been pending for over a week and I can’t imagine how long the withdrawals will be. Opened a @Charlesschwab account no fees for OTC stocks, oh and they pick up the phone within 5 mins!

Dear @etrade .... please improve your customer service. Your CHAT service is down. I have called twice today, and had to hang up the first time because my lunch break was over & I couldn’t wait any longer. Now, I am 15 minutes into my second phone call and nobody has answered
