@etrade I waited a total of 17 hours on the phone last week, on one 5 hour wait waiting to speak to a trader the line just hung up after 5 hours. Today it hung up yet again after 5 hours. This is the worst cust service I have ever seen.

@PilotDanny @etrade Still trash today. E*TRADE PRO has Crashed or been frozen all morning. PRO platform is failing and @etrade just does not care - complained repeatedly and hours with tech support - they are well aware of issues and nothing changes. Utter incompetence. Changing brokers.

@Augustus81118 @etrade It is very time consuming to get thru to them, have to plan for a call. That's my concern, but outage for an extended period and the market moves on. All this easy tech could really bite hard if it fails for an extended time.
