@etrade #ActiveTrader can't be and active trader when L2s are lagging and other constant glitches in Etrade Pro, work on fixing the problems rather than drawing in more customers you cannot take care of.

@etrade why the hell can't I transfer money right now? It says the page is unavailable. Never had this issue before, tried multiple browsers and this weirdly coincides with $AMC pushing to stay north of $10. Don't lose a customer of 16 years for some hedge fund bullshit.

@etrade Quality and execution of Etrade has really not kept up with other platform. Frequent outages especially during volitility has prevented trading. L2 quotes have been erratic. You need to up your game. I've been a client since 2005. Ever think of starting 4 am trading?

@etrade I’ve asked in writing FOUR TIMES to have my $GTII warrants transferred. I got a reference # but no response. Where are they? I know they were delivered by 4-17. Did you sell me fake shares? I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years! What do I have to do for an answer?

@etrade why can I not get an answer on my GTII warrants. Your online live chat is not working. Your secure messaging system gives a basic response. I was on hold for over an hour last week trying to get an answer. I want my warrants transferred to the transfer agent.
