@LindaTangUSA @etrade Lisa, even during the crash of 1999-2000, 2008 never experienced this kind of outage madness. It was never this bad. I get Covid, they are making a fortune off PFOF and could have back up. On the phone for almost 40 minutes, something is wrong.

@DJPennyTrader @etrade looks like its back up, I spoke with customer service and they said they are not having their order data going through to the market but it should be coming back up now as it is for me and they said anybody with losses (not opportunity cost unfortunately for me) would be credited

wont be surprised to learn @etrade under some kind of attack - trades not going through online - phone calls on forever hold - hold music just went berserk, super loud digital static over music for about 4 seconds, then went back to the normal awful music. almost an improvement.

Props to @etrade tech support. I had a technical software question on E*trade pro performance data refresh rate settings and they said they would call me back once they had an answer. Took a few weeks but they did call back! If you’ve wondered whether to use Default … 1/2

@davidpark2019 @etrade I have contracts that were down were $1.80 when the system crashed. They went to $1.05 back to $2.3 and now back to $1.7. I have a feeling nobody is going to pick up before the Close which is going to screw us over.
