Someone is using my email address for their @etrade account, so I get a security alert from them with a number to call if it wasn't me initiating the change. That number has no option for security issues. Once I find an option that's close, the wait time is more than 60 minutes.

I awoke this morning to an incorrect balance due to some glitch in nightly processes. Problem is not yet rectified. I am told the issue has been escalated but cannot get any firm commitment from #etrade as to when it will be fixed. #fail @etrade @morganstanley #MorganStanley

@MorganStanley @etrade Your futures department seems incompetent and hiding behind bureaucratic walls. Failing to follow up with your customers on an escalation that the customer has no insight to is not acceptable, as is failing to commit to a timeframe to follow up.

I learned today that I'll never voluntarily use @etrade for any investing needs I may have. They charge you to take any assets out of your account and move them elsewhere. Add that to the unofficial account pages, and it's just an overall bad experience.

@etrade Dividend posts on payout date for Ameritrade. Etrade it takes 2 to 3 business days longer. What's the deal? Is it lack of workers or slow computer or are they trying to make money off dividends before posting? #stockmarkets

@etrade super disgusted with your lack of customer service. Acct was locked due to "suspicious activity" (I tried to access my money). I've since spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get my account unlocked. 2 agents said they'll call back, and didn't. min 45 min wait each time.
