@etrade just spent nearly 45 mins on the phone for what I thought would be a fairly simple process. speaking to someone in another country and could barely make out what she was saying plus the delay and bad reception. TERRIBLE customer service as we have 5 accounts with Etrade.

OK Traders....After 20+ years trading online with different brokers I just had a CRAPPY experience with @etrade, I have traded with for the last 7+ years, that cost me 25% on a trade. No help because OTC stock.... Suggestions for my next Broker?

@shizzy96176993 @RealtorStarShar @etrade In TD Ameritrade when I tried buying as OTC at market price it gives me this error. I would assume the issue is the same for ETRADE. Setting a specific price fixed it for me. NOT ADVICE just my opinion.

@jeremyjudkins Mine is so buggy (mostly in PM/AH) that it shows 100% LOSS on random positions - very scary in the morning. Dear @etrade, please fix your mobile app, the new one is as buggy in its calculations as the old one. Likewise balances should be live/accurate in PM/AH too.
