@etrade anyone else get any word from @etrade about what their incompetence causes with the outage? Maybe we need to get on a class action suit. The @SECGov should be on this but they aren’t. They sure do give robinhood the attention though

@CalCoastCU @etrade I ended up getting around it by manually entering my routing and account numbers into Etrade, but it wasn't really ideal as it took a few days to verify. I appreciate the reply though. At least you are aware of the issue now and maybe it'll help someone else in the future.

@etrade SCAM: You have an unexplained partial "outage" right near "power hour" & nobody can trade their OPTIONS. Then at 4:03 EST, right after market close, the system is suddenly "fine" again, options chains are loading, & all the tech problems magically disappear. #etradeSCAM

Do not invest with @etrade. Their customer service is a joke. Can’t ever get a hold of anyone, they closed their chat feature for the last year, now you can’t even secure message them. Can only call (wait on hold for 2 hours) or reach by snail mail.
