    Etrade @etrade - why did you remove the ability to email Customer Service from your accounts website? Tried calling Your phone lines - on hold forever. Why cant i send an email??? Thats POOR Customer Service! 🤬😡

    @etrade Website quote pages failing to load, not "redirecting properly." Logged off and logged back in - worked for a few minutes, then same problem again. This website keeps getting more glitchy and loses more features with every update you guys make! 😩

    @etrade Pro is starting to be almost as bad as your customer service. That is if you even have a customer service department anymore? Seems like there are no online contact options anymore and it takes hours to get anyone on the phone.

    @etrade WHYY is it so difficult to close out my account? Sent 2 messages to support, and also spent almost an hour on the phone only to be transferred to a survey questionnaire in the middle of conversion with your representative. SMH #eTrade #justdifficult
