@etrade On hold for 37 minutes. I have been trying to speak with someone for over 3 weeks. My account has been restricted, and am told the only way to fix it is to talk with a rep. Claim to have 24/7 service. What a joke. An closing this account as soon as I can!

@etrade I am unable to trade PFE shares in my account. Due to error message “not enough shares in account” Live chat is not working (drop down boxes don’t open). On hold with customer service for 30min.

@etrade Glad to hear e*trade was acquired by Morgan Stanley. No phone numbers to customer service, chat agents wait queue 25 minutes, or you can send a message that takes 3 business days. WTF? This is NOT service. This is a bad joke. Discount brokerage = discount service or no service.

@etrade y'all signed and sealed me leaving etrade for good tonight. Called for support because y'all locked my ATM card again and was denied access to my own money. That's fine, after removing scanners from pro and this, I'm gone. Td ameritrade herd I come.

@SplexyWho @etrade has really, really long wait times and gawd awful music. I mentioned it to their service rep after finally getting through… They replied “yeah we get that a lot.” The music is so bad, I’m convinced the intent is to get you to terminate call before reaching a service rep.
