Happened on Feb 1st and again today. @Etrade sucks!! I put an order in. Status says pending. It's pending over 10 seconds so I try to cancel, now cancel is pending too. 10 minutes later , the cancelled buy goes through at the price 10 minutes ago . So,... immediately, down 30%

I think @etrade is a HORRIBLE platform! It looks slick…you would think it’s powerful and optimized. But really, it’s like a Ferrari with a broken engine.

@EncouragementJD @etrade I use E*trade pro on desktop and don't have issues. Not sure which one you use. I used the website only for the longest time. I also prefer E*Trade Pro app for real time trading too on my phone.

@RealtorStarShar @etrade One thing I dislike about the etrade mobile app is that charts are only available down to five minute windows. Prices update as expected, but it would be nice to have one minute charts. Still not enough to make me switch, though. Been using them since 2008.

@etrade Seems to have terrible service since the merger. They have locked me out of my account and there is no way to communicate with them. No one answers phones. Chat is disabled. May be time to switch (again)

Well @etrade has been terrible for me today! Almost impossible to trade. Will be waiting for them to fix yet another issue. This will be the last one before I start looking for another brokerage. Any other brokerages that anybody suggests for OTC?

@etrade How about you fix E*TRADE Pro and add the strategy scanner back to it and get good executions again. Very since you went commission free you have slowly gotten worse and worse. I was on the phone of hold for over 3 hours and then it hung up on me. If you don’t call me I’ll leave.

@etrade Have been on hold for >20 minutes. Just need to reset my password. For unknown reasons, you won't just let me hit the request password reset option when I log in. Not like I've tried multiple times. & your hold music is so 1970s in a really bad way. Giving me a headache.
