Hey @etrade , can you please implement some sort of wait time estimate when a customer calls in to speak to a service associate. 3 calls of 40+ mins and I am yet to connect with someone who can help me.

@etrade your customer service sucks ! Cannot make someone hold for over 44 minutes and 178 on the live chat! Is it b/c you’re secretly charging commissions on sell trades on stock that ARE NOT OTC ??? Answer your phone or my next call is to BBB.

@TheReelPandora @etrade Power E*trade totally sucks... I hate it sooooo much... I've used Pro for years, but they removed the scanners, and are try to get me to use the very, very weak Power E-Trade... That will NEVER happen... Power ET is awful. This is a deal breaker - F**K Power Etrade

@etrade @tayls1414 Why are you advertising as a “no commission” broker when you charged me $14/ea for 2 recent sales of Nasdaq listed stocks (not OTC). Your customer service message responses are barely legible -when you bother responding. Chking out all your BBB complaints now

I just spent 4 hours on hold for a live chat with @etrade who told me they can’t help me since I’m not logged in and I’ll need to log in and open a new chat. The estimated wait time is another 3 hours 😡
