hey @etrade , i initiated a wire transfer thursday and it still has not gone out today. i’ve tried calling multiple times each day and it’s always a 2 hour+ wait and there’s no online support. is there a response for locking up a customer’s $ like this?

If you are going to use a trading platform, DO NOT use @etrade . I have tried MANY times to get a hold of them over the past EIGHT days with ZERO response. Imagine trying to get your shares transferred in a timely manner. Customer service is non-existent.

Yesterday I got an email from @etrade asking me to contact them ASAP. After 2 hours on hold my international call gets dropped. I called again and wait time is >2 hrs. No other way to contact them. Thank you for providing such a terrible customer experience. 23 years as a clt.
