Had the worst experience with @etrade . I kept getting brushed off answers and they would tell me they would call back multiple times but never did. The issue was just a simple account restriction that I’ve been waiting for a couple of days to get removed...

@etrade You guys really need to do better with your customer service as well as your email messages. The fact that I get a generic answer everytime I email is a problem! What is the point of emailing if you don't read the emails and respond accordingly? I am not pleased!

If any of you call in orders to place for $ZHUD and $WDRP you can ask customer service to put in a request to lift restrictions off these tickers.. I just did.. @etrade

So I guess @etrade jumped in the bandwagon of screwing their customers now too. Transferred funds but they don’t show up, try to launch an online customer service page and doesn’t work of course!! Thanks for screwing me on my ability to trade!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡

Man, lost my arm on $aabb because of @etrade's terrible platform, took a few small losses closing out positions cause i was pissed at @etrade, missed out on some serious $gnus gains cause my funds haven't transferred to @WebullGlobal yet, but at least im not holding 20k of $zom

@Lancestipher Same issue for me with my @etrade account - make some money but get halted for 90 days for Day Trading. Can’t trade on @RobinhoodApp until 9am which will mean 400% gains already made by others. Oh well.

@etrade Put in sell orders etrade let's the sit for 2 minutes crazy. Service has gone way down hill. This has happened to many times. TD Ameritrade has much faster buys and sells. Get your **** together E trade.

So @etrade 7 years not enough experience to trade spreads? There was a mistake on the options application "speculation" wasn't selected on my profile but having to wait 90 days to reapply? Really? Very understanding customer service 👏 can't even get back on email cus "C19" 🙄
