@etrade warning every person I know not to do business with your company. On hour 3 of holding after being hung up on earlier. My account is frozen and I have no way to access money. And your poor customer service exacerbates the problem by no one knowing what they are doing.

@cxinsider @etrade GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. These thieves cost me a fortune….literally … by freezing my accounts with NO justification. Then try getting them on the phone and nobody wants to take your call. ETrade is the worst place you could put your money. GET OUT!

@etrade after 2 hours of wait. The customer service representative put me on hold then he hung up because I got the after call survey. @etrade you suck big time now I called again it says I have 2 h and 15 minutes wait time. I’m canceling my account with you you suck

Be careful using stop loss orders with @etrade, it will tigger on the BID; which on illiquid stocks could be substantially different from the last trade price. Both @Fidelity and @TDAmeritrade set the trigger as the last trade price which is less likely to result a bad execution
