@etrade my e-trade account won't let me select my bank account for fund transfers. Been that way all day. The customer service phone call that took 52 mins for someone to answer told me that you have high traffic right now and to try later.... well here we are 7 hours later.

@etrade what's up w/ fake notices during open session & 1hr holds for customer service. Notice said during open session, "ETS does not accept orders to purchase or sell OTCBB or pink sheet securities during pre-open or the post-close trading sessions." Mkt is open so what's up?

@MoneyLobster @etrade @Fidelity For me it appears etrade service deteriorated since the MS acquisition , slow trades , Power Etrade desk charts are not coming up for certain stocks , during GME games I had the spinning wheel of death at the open and couldn't trade. Time for a move

I just spent 2 hours on hold with @etrade, only to speak with the most aggressive and hostile customer rep EVER! When I asked to speak to someone else or a manager, I was intentionally hung up on. Without a doubt the worst service ever.

@kef5M I mean that's the "headline" that got the coverage but not the full picture. Citadel bailed out @etrade in 2007 and many other before and after but nobody has an issue with that.
