All of a sudden @etrade has locked me out of my account. The triggering event? I *added* money to my account. Not sure why that would trigger a security check, but OK. Hold times to call in are over 10 min though, so I can't just call them on my 15 to fix it :/

I can only login to @etrade from one device. Two different networks. Same password manager on all devices (both working ant not) I suspect some weird security thing is going on but not sure what to do about it. Didn't have any problems before turning on MFA.

@etrade so my card was compromised. Can’t get cash. And I call and my wait time is “greater than 2 hours”. Whiskey tango foxtrot. Loved E*trade but may need to move to a place that has a way to get customer service in a reasonable time frame.

Still waiting on @MorganStanley @etrade to fix my account from December 2021. I had $175 worth of fees for payments Amazon said they have not receive. I need my money back and need to dispute those payments if Amazon didn't get them. Time out for the bs

E*Trade caused me issues all day and took my money. E*trade owes me my money and gains of 50k+ from today. Spent 1 hour+ on the phone with E*Trade waiting for them to figure it out. They couldn’t I now have a meeting with a higher up on Monday @etrade you owe me big time.Fix this
