    @BerminghamKevin @etrade I feel that the community is more likely to understand the risk/reward nature of investments. Perhaps I'm being naive. The true risk to Voyager's survival is the net loss last quarter. The runway isn't "customer funds," it's market downturn and ability to pay the bills.

    @etrade I'm struggling with how to do a direct rollover out of ETrade. The distribution options don't have an option related to I'm moving to a different vendor. And your CSRs are unwilling to help!

    @etrade very unhappy the way my fraud complain is being handled by E*Trade;it has been almost 3 months of having filed a complaint and have being following up continuously but not getting any support or information.All the enquires are just routed to different people bt no result

    If you're an active trader don't consider @etrade. I opened an account after lots of promises from a "dedicated" account Mngr. He lost my number after I funded. No return calls or emails and cstmr support is slow and bad. The trading platform no good. Sorry I strayed @tastyworks

    @etrade #Etrade This security hold is a sorry excuse for poor service. I call everyday and waste 45 mins on hold, no answer. Why don't you tag w/Priority accounts calling in for a security hold? My funds are HOSTAGE with the #WORST customer service #HOLD TIMES in the INDUSTRY!

    @displace_dustin @etrade On almost all the platforms for a week now. The float was never big enough to qualify for options (their own words), they messed up and are hurting retailers now to fix their mistake
