@etrade I am having troubles at the market openings for the first 45 minutes. It’s slow and won’t respond. This morning it cost 600 dollars in a stock trade. What is the problem with access in the open? My partner has TD trade on the same network and does not have the issue.

@etrade The outage this morning is completely unacceptable. I would expect a "power broker" to be prepared for spikes in traffic on bear days like today. Totally unacceptable. At the very least, acknowledge the problem and give status updates.
