    @etrade @_tizzle My phone was stolen this past weekend, and I was using Symantec VIP access to get into my eTrade account. Now I can no longer access it, and have been on 10+ hours of calls this week with no answer from Customer Support. On phone for 3 hours currently. Any help???

    Impressive wait time, @etrade. I'm up to 2 hours, 24 minutes so far. Very dramatic music. Reminds me of 80s action TV show intros. But only three of them - over and over and over... I also like how periodically it tells me I can solve access problems online. If only...

    As if trading wasn't stressful enough, @etrade has added unexplained and unapologetically bad software to the equation. I keep threatening to switch to IB. Guess it's time to make the move.

    @etrade Facing swapping issues?, NFT Issue, login error,Transaction delays,missing funds ,etc .try them trust wallet support instant team will help you rectify it immediately.... I was having similar issues i was fortunate to get help there

    I do NOT RECOMMEND @etrade as a broker for stocks. No chat support, 90 minute wait time on the phone. No customer service email.

    @etrade Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Live chat must be dead because no one is ever available. Apparently Morgan Stanley ruined your platform. Time to move my accounts to a new brokerage.

    @etrade I've been on hold with you for 106 minutes so far and I'm literally ready to move my entire account to another brokerage just as soon as I get access to the damn thing again. BE BETTER.

    @etrade do you offer a 2FA solution using a third party authenticator such as Duo, Authy or Google? I would prefer to not use the Symantec mobile app. Thank you in advance for a prompt response.

    @etrade fix your garbage pro app on iPad!!! Option prices never show. I have to close out and reopen multiple times a day. This app is trash since MS took it over. :-( @MorganStanley

    Frustration. @Etrade horrible since bought by @morganstanley. Web site is glitchy and cannot do many things. Called support with 30 minute wait. Was only a minute before. Anyone know a better alternative?

    @etrade @etrade Web site has issues with transfers, circular refs when I try to delete a scheduled transfer. Garbage can icon, blank screen, wash rinse repeat. On hold for a loooooong time.

    no trades for me today because @etrade #etradepro simply can not be trusted. Three crashes in a single day is my limit. Amazing how much money we entrust to such a shoddy program. By far it is the worst-performing piece of software I have ever used.

    @etrade why is it so hard to reach customer service? 90 minute wait times? in the middle of the business day? I moved all my assets from @TDAmeritrade to you guys. Looks like I am moving those assets right back to @TDAmeritrade. This is seriously atrocious customer service.
