@jeremyjudkins Mine is so buggy (mostly in PM/AH) that it shows 100% LOSS on random positions - very scary in the morning. Dear @etrade, please fix your mobile app, the new one is as buggy in its calculations as the old one. Likewise balances should be live/accurate in PM/AH too.

@etrade I need phone support for some reason can't do a transfer yet HOURS of wait time. "Due to high call volume" really? or is it actually "Due to us not hiring enough support people to save a few dollars, we won't help you"

OK Traders....After 20+ years trading online with different brokers I just had a CRAPPY experience with @etrade, I have traded with for the last 7+ years, that cost me 25% on a trade. No help because OTC stock.... Suggestions for my next Broker?

Customer service at @etrade is the worst I’ve ever experienced—anywhere. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the call was dropped. Do they even have customer service reps anymore?

@jablamsky @etrade Had to move from E*TRADE and interactive brokers to schwab due to customer service. Had a wonderful experience relative to these brokers. First time realized, customer experience could be also a moat

@jablamsky @TheMarkCooke @etrade Jessica, I find that almost nobody does customer service well. I just don’t get it. Has confused me for so long. Maybe companies are just set on keeping wages at a certain level and, thus, cannot get talent? idk.

@shizzy96176993 @RealtorStarShar @etrade In TD Ameritrade when I tried buying as OTC at market price it gives me this error. I would assume the issue is the same for ETRADE. Setting a specific price fixed it for me. NOT ADVICE just my opinion.

@spacathon @jablamsky @etrade IDK - they assigned somebody to me. His name is Nam and he is a real person. He occasionally calls me. Other times I always get a real representative and the issues are resolved on the spot, or Nam calls me back very quickly.

Feels bad that @etrade wouldn’t execute my sell order for GME calls. Not happy whatsoever. If the price drops I will have incurred substantive harm given that you wouldn’t let me sell. Looking for alternative brokers
