Taking my $33k in funds out of @etrade after getting stuck in multiple trades and could not reach customer service by phone, chat, and email says 3-5 days for a reply. No thanks!!

@Michael47514166 @hdanielferrari5 @etrade On the Orders page, for me it shows none having executed - but I haven't traded extended hours before so no idea if the site is just broken or if this is par for the course for extended hours trading. Seems broken to me. Either way, will not try again on etrade anytime soon.

Bye bye @Fidelity and hello @etrade . After 2.5 hours on a queue for customer support, rep says I have to call back again tomorrow for the right person, same phone, same wait. What a crappy service. Took me 5min on etrade to get setup.

@etrade I canceled sell order 1.5 hours ago. The cancelation is still pending. The issue is the I can not sell the position due to overlapping orders. Why does it take so long to cancel an order?

@RealtorStarShar @etrade Tell me abt it. I entered $gme this morning at $209 and wanted to get out around 350. Fidelity kept on giving me errors. I tried the browsers n got errors saying page not available. Then I restarted my computer and it put my order as limit order. Sold at 275

@DCarey3 @BullionNation @etrade yep Reagan-era. these issues are noted change no matter what BS they spew out. def have less people/consolidation & firings +using lesser servers since closing that deal. i used to work IS/IT & build my own rigs. they try tell me servers have reserve capacity for new peeps online

@Chattwjonathan @etrade I missed this @Chattwjonathan, could have been overload from that, and may have saved some people from panic selling, but there were good buys too. Was just frustrating, not good for a trading app or website, both were down.
