@etrade hanging in international line for ages for simple password reset! Alternative phone numbers didn’t work.why not having 2-3 security questions and we’re done, online, no support required!

@etrade Why would you trust an institution that would freeze and close a 20 year customers account? When you call to ask what's going on they refuse to talk to you and send you the generic terms of service that's says they can cancel your account if they want to.

etrade securities @etrade Worst customer service ever. My husband James Brassard died 11/04/2020. I contacted Estates @etrade to transfer his money into my JP Morgan IRA. @etrade said I had to transfer his money into an etrade account which I did. No $$ yet! since 1/29

@etrade Why is E*Trade deciding what stocks we can trade and what not? I tried to get in $SSY when it was still down to $4.30 and got the text that you didn't allow trading of "the security" at the moment. It was not halted. I missed a $3K trade

@etrade For 3 weeks the Etrade Pro service has been horrendous, apparently an upgrade issue. Why don't you roll back the service prior to these issues to do right by your customers? Clearing the cache is not cutting it!

@MichelleK_McKay @DuckyKen I don't work there or anything, but I've been with @Etrade for over 20 years. They're great about processing deposits quickly, I haven't paid an ATM free in all that time, and always good customer service. I use my primary brokerage acct as my checking acct.

@etrade. Worst broker ever. My repeated requests for fund withdrawal were cancelled without a call or email notification. Then I waited an hour on the call and spoke with a rep to learn what happened. I re-submitted the request as instructed, but the request was cancelled AGAIN.

@Matthew38110846 @pufmeister @etrade is very slow. I had the same thing happen with a different ticker and it took almost 10 trading days to resolve. Their customer service is also terrible.
