    @caffeinecamera @AirCanada Try their FB messenger? Sometimes they get it done quickly that way. It happened to me when Swoop fixed my issue within 36 hrs.

    @NewLookHelp 2x missing orders- tried WhatsApp and Facebook messenger - no reply’s!! Phoned local store and they didn’t seem to be bothered! Literally no customer service!! Not even a number to call it just cuts you off!

    @marksandspencer Item missing from my delivery. No help on the telephone. Operator just kept saying your order will be delivered by 30 Sept. Even when I said I had the package which should have 3 items but only 2 in parcel. Now sent FB messenger contact and not read.

    @RemingtonUK @joelycett you need to have our back with these clowns. Look down the hundreds of complaints of faulty products. They give generic advice to dm then ignore you. I've emailed 15x, called, fb messenger and nothing they just want you to give up
