@ADT Isn't it terrible that this is the only way to reach out to you guys? On Facebook messenger I was told that there is nothing further you can do and my new appointment is scheduled for Tuesday from 8am-12pm. Not a reasonable solution.

@facebook please fix the Facebook Messenger app on Windows. It's so buggy it's almost unusable. Search as you type is broken, each time you click on a conversation it slowly reloads hundreds of old messages, the media viewer rarely works, etc...

I've been down with covid and feeling pretty wiped out and not as responsive to messages as usual. My mom was trying to get ahold of me on fb messenger and when I didn't respond as fast as she liked, she proceeded to send me the entire alphabet, one letter at a time.

People please don't click on links from people you don't know where they came from. Sometimes even the people you know. Don't click on them. It can cause you trouble. Email, text messages, DM, Facebook messenger anywhere.
