@XfinitySupport Yesterday tried to enroll in the Xfinity rewards program and was told my account was ineligible. Facebook messenger support is useless and left me with no solution except a trouble ticket number. I was told to copy the URL and check back in a couple days.

Anyone else having trouble with @EL_AL_AIRLINES? They cancelled my flight, put me on one with an inconvenient time, and you cannot get thru to customer service by phone (to Tel Aviv), FB messenger, Whatsapp, or here.
