@nutmeggles I gave them all the screenshots of the fake accounts this guy made messaging me, showed them proof he had broken into my house and took pictures of my nudes+they couldn't do anything cause they don't have access to SC. I said it was fb messenger and he said it didn't matter.

@eon_next over 90 days since changing over, smart meters are still not working, contacted your call centre, chatted on FB messenger no one knows what they are doing! When is this going to be resolved?

@LiamsTransport1 I was able to post a video fine yesterday but today oh no you can't become Facebook Messenger isn't supporting your video settings. Try mp4 instead. Can't copy and paste onto my phone without an error message coming up either. Skip this file or copy but your video won't play.

@DHLParcelUK I have messages saying my parcel is at a collection point but they have told me they don't take DHL parcels. Messages via facebook messenger have been completely ignored. Company I purchased from cannot help as DHL have marked as delivered.

@tapairportugal Have contacted you many, many times through phone and Facebook messenger- with either lengthy, lengthy hold times and hang ups, or confused incompetent customer service. Private messages are not returned on Messenger. Will DM all pertinent info to Twitter in yet another attempt.

@HP Coming up to 100 messages now on FB messenger. The customer service agent is deliberately trying to make leaving as painful as possible. As I said. It started with me wanting ink. Let's see how day 4 goes tomorrow.
