    Hey @vikramkirloskar took delivery of a Fortuner after a 5 month wait. The CAROT app does not work from day one, have been following up with the dealership for last 15 days,but no resolution as yet.Have written on Toyota India's FB messenger,but the message is unread. Please help

    @AIDsLongtermSur Thanks for reaching out to us. Most activities that you can do within the apps will be covered by the Vodacom Social Ticket service. However the Vodacom Ticket will not cover video or voice calling on Facebook Messenger.

    Their Facebook messenger... any way long short... I made clear i wanted to go and help... I'm not sure when it became apparent or I am... I was chatting with them and my 13 year old daughter knocked on the door for her fortnightly visit... this poured cold water on the idea...
