@sainsburys typically every time I want to use my nectar points online then there is a technical issue and I can’t unless I go to the site defeating the purpose of online ordering. Your Facebook messenger assist aren’t helpful either.

I was advised by their Facebook Messenger account to submit a Support Ticket to find out what is going on with my RMA. I understand that things have been chaotic for everyone but the design of their system does not appear to intend to provide any help with products.

@BreakfastVC @SpecificTest @lockheimer If millions of people (specifically the ones without a default RCS messaging app installed) have no problem installing a 3rd party app like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc then it shouldn't be hard for them to install an app such as Google Messages.
