    @airtransat I’ve been trying to contact the groups department for over 2 weeks - cannot get in touch with an agent. Emailed 6x and called 2x waiting on hold 3+ hours each time. I have used Facebook messenger twice and they cannot help as it’s a group - please help

    @SamsungMobileSA Good Morning, I need assistance, forwarded a message via Facebook messenger but NO REPLY. Job Number: CTSA347741, IMEI: 355399272358372 booked my S21+ in at "We Fix" Cape Town Branch on the 20th January 2023 for my screen and battery replacement under my Samsung Care warranty.

    @RoyalCaribbean We are very disappointed with your customer service especially once off the boat. Over 2 months ago we submitted a request for reimbursement due to an emergency medical evacuation delay. We emailed, sent FB messenger as suggested. It is still not resolved.

    @heyjenbartel I only use Facebook messenger. Instagram has a problem with petty people reporting the dumbest **** and somehow winning and you can’t even explain context to defend yourself. The report staff if they even exist don’t even look 99.9% of the time.

    @talk2GLOBE one of your rep redirected me to GlobeOneApp then redirects me to FB messenger just to give the same resolution. Right afterwards magsisend kayo ng text message sakin na may system issue sa area, eh yung mga kapit bahay ko na globe internet user din is meron, tf?

    @KL2FK @kinkytheo Biggest problem I have with FB Messenger is that it seems wildly inconsistent at notifying (or not) when a new message arrives.

    @Blackamazon I don't play either but if we were anywhere nearby I'd drive my brother who does but always has car trouble and bring a cake. who the hell doesn't show up? I talk to mu disabled goddaughter on fb messenger all the time...I only don't take her calls during the work day.

    @RSAWEB how does someone get help from your support? I’ve been on a live chat everyday for the last 4 days, called and I’m yet to be helped. I’ve used the WhatsApp line, used Facebook messenger and sent DMs on Twitter. Do I need to tightrope walk over lava on my way to the moon?

    Ah, it’s so hard to ask for help when everything is automated on your end @LBCexpress ano? Makikipagusap nalang sa robot, ganon? Fone, fb messenger, twitter dms. I just wanna know when you’ll redeliver my package, it cant be track by your tracker. Your service sucks.
