@ADT 113/1096 days without a working system. ADT came AGAIN yesterday. Problem still isn't solved. ADT FB messenger told me I would have to pay 75% of my remaining 3 year contract.I have had over 12 technical support calls, in person service visits, email and chat appointments.

@KLM my flight was cancelled and has now been rebooked. I need to cancel the rebooking, cancel my return flight and get refunds for those 2 flights plus the flight I took to get home. My baggage is also lost. Your facebook messenger bot seems to be broken and has just stopped.

First time I ever try using @facebook Messenger (I had to in order to use FB Marketplace) and it has an outage just as I need to coordinate where to meet up. So much for selling this stuff today. Mobile app, and desktop are both just "spinning." Nice first impression there. 😡
