    @Florent_ATo I hate having to still use the Facebook messenger app. All my close contacts uses it. I tried to get people to move away to better solution but it's the same problem for them. It's a crazy lock in mechanism. Can't wait for it to end.

    @talk2GLOBE ‘s new appointment booking system is so ******! Even talking to customer service on FB Messenger is unhelpful. It’s like they don’t want to help customers! Just sell sims and wifi and get 5g but when customers need assistance “sorry globe can’t come to the phone rn”

    However, the USPS has returned a package for Unknown Addressee.  I have tried calling the local post office and the customer Service line but I have received no assistance or response.  I am including screen shots with all the contact I have done through Facebook Messenger.
