@IWOOT_CS Actually the most embarrasing customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to arrange for a refund and a conversation about it has taken 5 hours on facebook messenger. 5 HOURS. To the point i can’t even take it to the post office until tomorrow now. Still not sorted
