    @SingaporeAir I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour without speaking to anybody and I've just been cut off. Your website won't allow me to submit an "assistance" form, and nobody has replied through Facebook messenger. What kind of service is this??

    @Argos_Online have been trying to get through to customer service team all day, however I have tried 3 times calling and get cut off. Have tried twice on the live chat and this also gets disconnected. I have now tried to get in touch via Facebook messenger! Still no answer! Help!

    @Argos_Online I’ve wasted 2 hours on Facebook messenger, your website chat bot and calls just to be told you can’t get me through to anyone to help. Waiting since November for refunds and your customer service is a disgrace. Can a human contact me to resolve this?

    @grantmccall Yes, WhatsApp definitely got everyone hooked. Even despite the privacy/data issues clearly out there (thanks to @SocialDilemma_ ). Ah FB Messenger was an easier one, I just stopped answering over there as I only use Facebook for client work purposes and it's a HUGE distraction.

    @SAS Morning! Who can i contact when your customer care team will not help me? I've tried filing a complaint, called the helpline, facebook messenger, live chat etc. I'm getting nowhere with a 6 month old claim of compensation for a delayed flight.
