@Stephke_C @EditaSllamniku Try messaging them directly from Facebook messenger. I literally kept being told no everytime I tried but got a yes 1st time on messenger. My train still ran last Aug but my holiday was cancelled. Customer service is shocking!

@AutSciPerson This is such a common problem and is addressed in pretty much any voice or video based chat system from Facebook messenger to zoom to discord to Google meet. Afaict, discord has the most complete set of controls, and Google meet supports AI captioning.
