@HelloMobile This is the VERY WORST service I've ever encountered, there is NEVER any support working. Your website says "24/7 support on fb messenger. That's a lie, phone support from 8am to 12am M-F, also a lie. Chat on your website, no can do.

... We have explored London and New York looking for clues in Google maps. We have done crosswords, word searches, build cubes from 2D nets, broken codes, sent emails and got replies, chatted with people (bots, of course) on Facebook messenger... And still no end. It’s great!

@HelloMobile the prompt after the call. Not even messges to hellomobile facebook messenger has been helful. Not to mentioned call to support service or representative for over an 1 hour without anyone to pick my call.

Facebook messenger intermittently never sends messages for me. In the JavaScript console it says "Encountered an error while publishing a LS payload via MQTT". @fb_engineering No results on Google so here it is for future google searches if anyone else is having the same problem

@FitbitSupport my wife’s Versa 2 will receive notifications from iMessage, but not Facebook Messenger or Snapchat. In the Fitbit app, we go to account, her Versa 2. When we try to open Notifications, the button doesn’t open anything up. Can you please help?
