@FlyAirNZ is there a plan for scaling up contact centre staff to deal with incoming call volumes? Messages to FB Messenger and Twitter DMs go days without being answered and now at 2.5 hours on hold trying to sort an urgent issue. Is this the new normal?

Just fixed my refund issue with Globe for more than a week of no internet and phone service last July (via their FB Messenger support). Took a while.. but, at least.

@SawADogOnce Thank you Roro! I was so scared to wash it but it worked a charm, it looks so different! Idk some people have no pride when the put things up for sale, then after I won the PayPal case she sent her mother after me via fb messenger, why get others involved in your problems 🤨

@lefty_designs I've been having this issue periodically lately, almost didn't get my tickets yesterday because I forgot to tell the person sending them about the issue and had to have them send them through Facebook messenger. Always nice when I get 50 work texts from the previous day at once🙃

@airtransat @Trip @londongatwick Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, our flight from London to Montreal was missed due to airline delay. The customer service team confirmed a new flight could be arranged free of extra charge in this case. However the link from the fb messenger directs me to buy flights again

@Purpleella I’ve had good luck with getting replies from McDonald’s on Facebook messenger, try reaching out on there if you still have an issue with them. They took care of me.

@facebook Messenger Kids is STILL not working. It’s been over a week and the issue of an endless authorization loop persists for tons of users with no timeline for a fix. Customer service for the app is non-existent.
