    @Uber Please provide a means of contacting a senior member of your support team. I’ve spent more than two weeks trying to resolve a problem, over the phone, through the app, and using Facebook messenger. There is no way to escalate.

    @jennifer__elle @walkerpj1 I’m on FB because that’s where all my cousins are on - otherwise I wouldn’t. FB messenger is terrible at being hacked by ppl pretending to be someone I know. I’m still on there as cousin & uncle keep in touch there.

    FB messenger is entirely broken for me lmao 1-2 min convo overheated my iphone and drained 25% battery, and web messenger is broken entirely (no messages load overnight) if you chat with me there, pls start using twitter

    @DarrenKnights @ted_baker They never answer! Even if you're on hold for 60 minutes they won't. They don't reply to emails, fb messenger nothing. For the prices they charge its appalling service!

    @KyrelDK Sadly not. They used to have really good phone customer service and also FB Messenger where they helped me when I used them for work ... but now there is no way at all to contact them from their website. All 'contact' links go to the faq or a bot chat.
