    @airfrance Tried to contact you via FB Messenger yesterday and nobody has responded. Your WhatsApp chat channel doesn't work from a Bulgarian phone number. Truly awful service levels.

    @collin04526443 @TelkomZA couldn’t care for your data. Mine disappeared they said it was my Facebook messenger updating ?? I thing I have ten messages on Facebook messenger and my friends don’t have a lot to say , it’s like the @TelkomZA consultants when you ask for help ! They don’t say much

    I don't need to check facebook messenger or whatsapp continuously to see whether she has sent any messages or not.I can spend more time on creativity. I cn chase my passion without any problem. But after running miles after miles & I have not breath left, I start to miss someone.

    @AyieHedzry @AyieHedzry, you may try to redeem the Ultra Hotspot 5G at MyUMobile app, on 'Add-Ons' tab. Do PM us with your phone number and screenshot of the error message at Facebook Messenger or Instagram if the issue still persists. As we're unable to DM you. Thank you

    @AirCanada On 2/24/23 I submitted a question to your customer service both via Facebook messenger and Twitter DM. I have not received a response through either method of communication. I think this is really a poor example of customer service.

    tip: if you use fb messenger and have suddenly stopped getting notifications, hold down on the messenger icon to go into app settings, then battery usage, then click on unrestricted (might be labelled something slightly different depending on brand)

    @British_Airways can you pls provide me with an email address for your ‘customer relations’ as people on the phone lines can’t help, people on your fb messenger can’t help, your online forms to submitted info to your customer relations doesn’t work. 9 weeks and still waiting……

    At no point does it realize it is useless and bail out, getting me to someone who can help. I am now trying to get this resolved via Facebook messenger with "Eduardo". Eduardo's responses to me are - no word of a lie - roughly 30 minutes apart. /3

    So my notifs for everything from Twitter to Tumblr to bubble to fb messenger and regular texts are not working at all. That's fantastic good to know my phone has decided i don't need to know when my sister texts or when anyone else is trying to contact me.
