@ThatWitch_Hazel Stupid Facebook messenger sends me all the dumb or unimportant messages with no problem, but when people send me important ****, it withholds them. I have no idea why I didn't get the little circle on my screen last night when you sent me that!

@AerLingus @scousebird1982 What about the poor people that don’t have access to twitter or facebook messenger? How are they meant to reach customer service when you don’t answer you phones or make people wait on hold for over an hour?

@blackcircles Bought 2 new tyres (£ 360,) which turned out to be over 4 years old, and one burst after just 2 months use. No reply to Facebook Messenger or Email. Bad customer service!

@harper Had similar auth problem with Mac FB messenger client. If I run it, I have to reauthenticate on every device ... The trick is that the Mac client will not authenticate and each time I run it I'm back to square 1. Perhaps we should stop talking to people?
