@wizzair You seriously need to improve your customer service. Live chats do not connect to any agent via your website and FB messenger! Via the site or app i cannot cancel my flight and get a refund, although i have the right to so as you also informed me by mail. What the hell?!

@ScottishPower we are OFF SUPPLY! Customer service is shocking. Been waiting for Facebook Messenger to reply since 9am, called Provider as we have no gas and they referred me back to Scottish power and been on hold for 1 hour. This is supposed to be an emergency but no one answer

Was reading FB Messenger msgs, came across one from 2019, my father's cousin asked me for money. It's a long thread but the way I went from wanting to help to realising he was trying to scam me, is now funny to read. It taught me a lot about trust oh and that some people are scum
