    @bronteroseg Honestly I'm convinced part of the problem is something is broken with fb messenger. I've had so many problems with notifications not coming thru, and most of my issues on the marketplace stem from either the buyer or seller not responding ever 🙃

    @StaffsPolice Via Facebook messenger. I have finally been contacted this morning and now waiting for neighbourhood policing to contact me. Appreciate the demands on the service but waiting 15 hours for a response to a serious assault is disappointing

    @TurkishAirlines how does one confirm a flight change when none of your phone numbers are working? They don’t even ring, they just immediately fail when calling. I used your Facebook messenger service and they request that I call. My flight is tomorrow so we this is a problem!

    @WashSportsRJ Me neither. I managed to get my neighbor fed via FB messenger & amazing neighbors literally *while I was driving to PA.* I don’t know if it’s a mom thing or a teacher thing or an Asperger’s thing, but I thrive on solving problems… To a point.

    @AubryAndrews This is the same stuff I’d empathize with the women I’d talk with in public settings when I was an AOL guide. Yeah I’m aging myself. All the nonsense that the women had to put up with when it came to unsolicited IMs. So here it was FB messenger. Different service. Same crap.

    @airtelindia you. No 1 fraud company.. charging customers but not giving any benefits. Will rip you apart on social media. Escalated complaint multiple times on Facebook messenger n instagram.. no one cares to fix it. You just want money from the customers, you don’t care at all
