    @ReserveBar Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered 2 Johnnie Walker 12 days of Discovery and only received 1!!! This was a Christmas gift. I contacted you on the 23rd and NO ONE has gotten back to me since. I have called, emailed, messaged on Facebook messenger and Nothing!!!!

    I’ve reported someone who has created a fake @Facebook messenger profile with my name and photo and who’s messaging my contacts and Facebook support says they don’t see anything wrong. My contacts have also reported them. Does anyone know how to make @facebook support help me?

    @EntregoPH poor service! Until now I have not received my items which was supposedly delivered last Dec. 13. Entrego replied through Facebook messenger were done by chatbots. Poorly handled. To date no feedback /updates.

    @40_head @Repulican4U @BZulu17 Not sure why this is just coming out publicly. That press conference was help well over a month ago. I’ve had it in FB messenger but not able to export it and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m glad it finally surfaced publicly.

    Still working in my pjs. Not by choice by need for swift response time to calls for help: by phone, FB messenger/tags, text and email. PHL residents need rental relief, stimulus money, affordable housing and unemployment.

    This led to another round of phone calls to customer service, chats, and even Facebook messenger discussions. Repeated assurances not to charge her, yet--another bill came, and this time she was charged a late fee on top of the phone charge...
