@trapT15766788 @ShieldVoC @Uber_Support For you sake, I hope they do. I had to contact them through Facebook Messenger to get a response, and I'm a driver. I have no phone number to contact them if there is a problem. Last year, I had a gun pulled on me and could not reach anyone at Uber.

@markzucky Problems I'm having: I cannot open Facebook Messenger because my email address on both. If there's a way for me to open my old Facebook account without needing codes, I'll keep it and I'll immediately deactivate the new one. If not, deactivate the old. Thank you, Sir.

if you're gonna send me one-sentence-long answers without elaborating on your problems and extend the process of trying to find the solution cause we have to go back and forth for 2 months like it's a facebook messenger - you can go and seek help somewhere else

@Ishikawa_Sachi Did you connect your IG with FB Messenger? I had this problem with FB before. I got a spam message that got auto-blocked by FB as spam, but it remained unread. Had to sign into FB on Desktop and delete it from there.

@kwirirayi Sheesh that hectic bad service, recently had a struggle with an airline stuck in Zim trying to change a ticket spoke to their FB messenger initially they couldn’t help but persistence had them helping me out. They didn’t even have a 24 hour call centre

@enjoyGLOBE It is so hard to contact you via call, fb messenger, 211, email on your app. You don't have available agents to talk to via call for account related issues/problem caused by your cs agent but you have telemarketers who can call us to offer your product and service?
