@messenger I haven't blocked any of my friends and family on facebook messenger. Some of my family and friends can't message me even thought i haven't blocked them. On their messenger app it says, I'm unavailable to send messages to. HELP!!

@eon_next been waiting since 14.30 for a reply on FB messenger and no response. I topped up via a phone call and requested £5 on gas and electric but the consultant put it all on electric leaving my gas low on credit. This is entirely your error so can this be sorted ASAP
