    @newlook placed an order on 24th November, still saying "Awaiting Dispatch" even though collection was from today? Went to shop to see if they could help, sadly not, contact fb messenger or twitter. So please advise where my order is exactly, thanks

    @FidoSolutions Great suggestion to exemplify Fido Customer service. 18 hours without response on Twitter DM. 24+ hours without response on Facebook Messenger. Might I suggest shutting down these channels if they cannot be managed reasonably. Or at the very least stop recommending it.

    @ivannncc @FidoSolutions Agreed. Facebook Messenger and Twitter are not viable options if response cannot be managed in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, call centre service is poor too with 3+ hour waits assuming you can even get through.
