    @WorldRemit It hasn't been resolved in 4 days. I need more assurance that the issue will be resolved today. I have been on Facebook messenger since Thursday, a day after the transaction has status "In progress" for more than 24 hrs. I only get empty promises. I don't know what to do now

    @maheenghani_ @UmarShaukat_Ch There’s a way to get service. You go and issue a ticket in the portal and take that ticket number and message Stormfiber on Facebook messenger. If you’re worried about service please understand it’s being terrible for everyone. There was a cut cable internationally.

    @joncoopertweets He's going to ultimately create a platform similar to if twitter, paypal & facebook messenger had a baby, but with news verification. He needs to charge for it, so, he's going to create chaos, then fix it and ultimately, you will be so thankful, you'll hand over money for it.

    @shapermint Why is there no phone support? Some of hate typing what we want to say. I’m not going to use Facebook messenger. It’s too much to type. I already had this experience this morning trying to type my issues and they almost ended the chat.
