@josephmring @Verizon The rep on fb messenger told me there's an outage in our area (Florence). She does not have a repair time. I've seen many others in Florence posting about Verizon phone outages!

@boostpoweruk utterly useless no customer service.. phone lines cut you off after an hour.. web chat ridiculous.. no response on twitter and not even looked at Facebook messenger messages.. unable to top up account.. can’t even leave boost due to the utter mess of our economy..

@kobohelp faulty device (Kobo Sage & power cover), but worse than that, terrible service. Website chatbot is useless, Facebook messenger bot just sends articles based off of keywords. All negative trustpilot reviews just have the same copy/paste response directing you to use them

Absolutely horrendous customer service from @FidoSolutions. Started a Facebook messenger chat on Saturday at 11 am. They replied on Sunday at 6:00 pm and then vanished again with no further replies till now. Even on their community pages,ppl are complaining about wait times.
