    @FlyFrontier You screwed me over AGAIN! Now I’m trying to use the $200 voucher you sent and it’s only loaded with $125 and expires tonight. Can’t call for help because apparently customers would rather be on hold for hours over Facebook messenger or your website. How can this be fixed?!

    @chenpink_author That's happened to me too lol I must have everything written down, texted, or sent via Facebook messenger, otherwise, I'll forget the item I needed to get so I have to call the family to re-confirm the item.

    UPDATE: Due to an influx of bot accounts trying to infiltrate the THH Facebook Group, we have now closed membership requests. Please DM me directly to report any problems relating to the group, as FB messenger is still not working properly. Thanks all.

    @BoostCare More lies from Boost Mobile customer service. I asked a rep if they were aware of the cyber security attack on their parent company and I was told no. Boost Mobile has blocked me from messaging them on FB messenger and from commenting on the Boost Mobile FB page.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    While we're on the topic of problems with my S22 Ultra: From time to time, I'll not receive any notification sounds from apps. For instance, if someone sends me a message on FB Messenger, my phone will just ignore it. Super annoying.

    @maildotcom I have been unable to access my email for the 3rd day. Submitted issue thru your online help.. no response. Contacted thru Facebook messenger got a reply at 1:15am EST we were closed. I need access to my email this is not acceptable.

    You've sent me a customer service phone number that doesn't work @AerLingus (885) 567 8224 and I'm unable to get a person, not a bot , to answer your DMs or chat on your website (frankly I'm surprised your co would use FB messenger for customer support given it's track record)

    Cannot get over how bad @WestJet service is. Not the fault of the front-line folks, but no support on the phones, online links that are broken, and you have to use Facebook Messenger to chat to an agent. What a sad decline.
