Am I old school? I just want people to write me a hard email with a direct problem. I can't stand all FB messenger, FB business messenger, IG messages, Twitter inbox, Tik tok messenger, plus regular texting.......it's too much I need to turn my phone off & automate social media.

@brandyellen @shapermint I get emails but they are generic mass produced responses because it is worded the exact same as 15 others I received. I tried the FB messenger same thing it’s a bot issues a work order and tells you they will respond in 24 to 48 hrs. It’s unreal.

PS I do feel weird that the doctor was willing to issue a medical certificate based on my word alone. The Maxicare customer care rep said we would use either Facebook Messenger of Viber to have a video call with the doctor for the session but we just talked on the phone (9/8)
