@cineworld Be good if I could sync my unlimited card to book tickets but I can’t. Sent multiple emails and messages on Facebook Messenger but no one has responded. Tried calling various times too on the 0330 333 4444 but no one ever answers? Could you please DM to help with this issue?

@RemingtonUK @joelycett you need to have our back with these clowns. Look down the hundreds of complaints of faulty products. They give generic advice to dm then ignore you. I've emailed 15x, called, fb messenger and nothing they just want you to give up

@NewLookHelp 2x missing orders- tried WhatsApp and Facebook messenger - no reply’s!! Phoned local store and they didn’t seem to be bothered! Literally no customer service!! Not even a number to call it just cuts you off!

@becagrimm Depending on your timeframe it might be better to find someone to help you translate. Also some Consulates have Facebook & social media pages. I was shocked when I messaged one via Facebook messenger and got a response a few hours later with a number I could call for help.
