So... I think FB messenger's problem started the other day when I couldn't log into my account for identity issue. Am glad though it was the shove I needed to finally delete my account. Quite timely... good to start my 'Less is More' as early as now.

@DHLParcelUK Thank you for your reply. I'm afraid I have already been in touch on FB messenger and DHL have said it has vanished so they can no longer help. I'll ask the seller for a refund. Thank you anyway.
