I have talked to Philippines Airlines over an international call, and had several chat over facebook messenger. Though staff wants to help, but always I am getting update that it is escalated, and still there is no update.

However, I'm inundated with that crap on FB messenger even though I express my disdain for such materials & requests. I even get video calls in the wee hours.

After more than a year, back on Twitter bc this is the only resort to reach @talk2GLOBE as a Filipino global nomad. I cannot reconnect my post paid line through any of your apps/sites bc your servers are down and cannot reach your hotline nor your FB Messenger customer line.
