@craigmod Line here in Taiwan as well. Terrible. Slowly and steadily, I get my contacts on Messages 1st, FB Messenger 2nd. I haven’t met a single person who even knows what Messages is over here - but they are willing to use it with me.

@LBCexpress hi, what’s your customer service number? I call the number on your website, but it goes into a loop for any option I select. I also tried FB messenger, but can’t do it there either. Is this normaI? I was asked to contact you about a shipment issue.

@Goodtweet_man I'm inclined to think it's not unlike the endless stream of facebook messenger sales pitches. You're in business X. I help people in business X! They're reifying their branding in hopes some piece of themselves that's for sale finds a buyer. Nothing is real anymore except debt.

@KLM Hi, I’ve been struggling to get ahold of customer service for quite literally weeks. The phone lines are always down and Facebook messenger and what’s app only ever give me a robot. I never actually speak to an agent. I’ve sent a DM about our issue.
