    @Thebest01112 @gimbakakanda And where did I mention that radio is outdated? I am talking about they not being able to move with the times by embracing newer information dissemination systems. Is the post office not working also, why don't you post letters? Why are you relying on WhatsApp and FB messenger?

    @PLDT_Cares Ive reached out via FB messenger with my concern. Internet connection was down since afternoon. But did not get any reply. I can’t call 171 because my phone line is dead as well. Tried using my smart number to call 171 can’t get thru. need your feedback pls. thanks.

    @tualgorithm We use the WIFI with our phone to get better service. I call my kids using facebook messenger which works much better. But we still get dropped calls. Our rural WIFI sucks too. Our electric co-op recently installed fiberoptic internet access. Works much better.

    I can't help but conjecture these issues were a result of integration with Facebook messenger.

    @WeAudition I have had sound issues with the WeAudition reader I always work with. For the past year it was perfect and the past month it has had issues. Tinny noises and static sounds popping in randomly. But using FB Messenger works perfectly. why?

    @ClrLindaScott @Qantas Going through the same problem myself at the moment. Can I suggest you try a DM on Twitter with them. I'm in the process of starting public dialog on Facebook Messenger which apparently works as well. It's insane that we have to go to these lengths to get very basic service.

    @PLDT_Cares I have sent DMs, I have visited help lines on FB messenger, I have rang 171 for the past FOUR DAYS of having NO INTERNET. Despite all these efforts, PLDT HAS NOT RESOLVED THIS.

    @facebook FACEBOOK MESSENGER SUCKS!! Always says i have a message when I don’t… FIX THAT **** AND THE EVENTS PAGE.. U TOOK AWAY THE ABILITY YOU SELECT “TODAYS EVENTS”

    Anyone having problems with Facebook messenger? On PC, I can't send any messages on some random group chats of mine. On my mobile, I can chat on the problematic group chats but can't send any pictures... I didn't receive any notification that I was banned or anything...

    @breezeline been over 5 hours since my Facebook messenger and Twitter DM and still no return service call as I was told would happen. BBB complaint has been filed.

    @neilvagg Depending on who you’re flying with, some countries - and therefore their airlines - will completely ban WhatsApp unless you’re connected to a national telecoms service provider. It happened in UAE with FB Messenger.

    Anyone else having an issue with Facebook Messenger not notifying you of your messages? Like at all? And also sending messages but not delivering them til like 30 min later?
