@AerLingus currently on hold for 1.5 hours to make a change to a flight this afternoon that I cannot do online. Completely unacceptable. The Facebook messenger team kindly advised that I can call 24/7 at a more convenient time - convenient for AL but not for me - help!

@SeanEcom People forget in 2016 that it was all about Facebook messenger. We tried it and built for it. Performance was much worse than sms. Apple business chat is just customer service.
