@CanaquaL When my Bell promo was about to expire I got on FB messenger with one of their reps. She quoted me a $10 increase. Called the loyalty dept, told me she had the best pricing & I’d be looking at a $40 increase. Booked it with the rep on messenger and haven’t had an issue.

Instagram Messenger is ******* terrible as well. FB messenger is clearly better. In conclusion, IG is so annoying a great deal of the time. I consider it to be the most overrated app out there right now.

@hosmastimmy1 Hawkit network hasn't been too good recently, I also had similar issue, but I complained to them through their support system on Facebook messenger and I got my money into my account yesterday. You can do that too, complain to hawkit. Check your hawkit account for that.

@RealFKD1974 haha I've had that same issue with a few too. They're all "I only use FB messenger," when I tried to give them my number. I won't install messenger. Hard to get some to get away from it. All I use it for these days too. Neighbors, friends, family.

@DHLParcelUK terrible service. Next day delivery paid for yesterday and dropped at collection point 9.34. still not collected. delivery due on Wednesday rather than today. No response on twitter messaging or FB messenger and your customer no doesn't let me speak to anyone 😡
