@ATT my internet has been out since last wendsday. I have called your IT department was told it would be back up by monday ( yesterday) I have chatted via fb messenger with your representative still no clear answer when it will be fixed. This is becoming an ongoing issue

@elonmusk @dogeofficialceo The Galaxy Note 7 showed us that they can remotely shut down our devices. The lack of data based calling/texting is a result of profiteering. Instead of Android's iMessage, we have Facebook Messenger. We need real competitors

In the midst of this process we contact Snaptravel for help. This happens, for some reason, via Facebook messenger. I convince the person on the other end that this is a serious problem, and he says he's going to forward to the Urgent Care team and they'll call me.

@LatransCanis1 Then a few days later she said she was having further problems, and again, he sent her another $500. But he wasn't sure what was up so he called her on FB messenger. Only she didn't answer the phone, another American guy did and asked "why are you calling my girlfriend?"
