    What a lot of tech writers need to understand is that many of us do not switch to a messaging service because of its feature set, but because of the sheer number of people we know using it. I still use FB Messenger more than Snapchat or Telegram because folks I know use it!

    @Ybalrid Got it sorted, I installed Chrome and tried again, it worked. Not sure if Firefox just didn't want to work or if I hadn't cleared enough cache and stuff to fix it. I also used Facebook messenger for the first time (to contact the pyra's store). I already hate it's mobile app.
