@FlyAirNZ I’ve been on hold on the phone for nearly 5 hours. The other day, it was 4 hours. Nobody responding on the AirNZ WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger services. I’m very frustrated. Horrific customer service.

@loveholidays disgraceful service so far. Messaged them on 7th April and also via Facebook messenger to get another person added to a holiday - no contact at all to arrange this after many messages !

@Eric_Mabius So frustrating... so sorry you are having to deal with this... wish I knew how to help. I have had two hackers in facebook messenger this week alone... pretending to be friends... and I am far from a star. These people need to be stopped.

One of the final nails in the coffin for me using Facebook Messenger at all may be this: I cannot send gifs through that service any more. They just show up for me with a red !, and my gif messages aren't sent.

HP Support directed me to their Facebook page and asked me to send a message on Facebook Messenger. A bot asked me several non-sensical questions to my problem and then said it would get an agent. Now I wait... So far they are proving my point. 😡

I found another 10 messages in my spam folder on FB Messenger & have just spent the best part of an hour replying to everyone. Madness! I’m helping my Aunt make dinner tonight. Should be good. Feel a bit overwhelmed by it, but it shouldn’t be too hard. She’ll help me.
