    @Cirque why is it impossible to get through to Alergria customer service? Been trying to call for a week regarding a website error. Phone number just says "sorry, we're having high call volume, please call again later" and hangs up. Email, Facebook messenger, all unsuccessful.

    @AerLingus is there anyway someone can please help me with locating my bag? I tried calling countless times, reaching out via email and Fb messenger all to no avail. It’s been lost since Saturday (last seen in Dublin)! I haven’t even been able to get a lost baggage claim number!

    @airtransat I am unable to add checked baggage for my return flight via online Manage Booking function. The agent on Facebook Messenger is unable to help and I have called but wait times are too long. I do not want to pay the higher cost by waiting till I arrive at the airport.

    I also have my Facebook account set up to require a unique code to login each time. That code goes to my phone. If I'm tempted to message my bestie on FB messenger, I can't even login without going downstairs. I know it seems crazy but it helps me stay focused.

    Hi @AerLingus, I need HELP with locating my bag, please! I’ve called countless times, email & FB messenger. NO RESPONSE. It’s been MISSING since SATURDAY (5 days)! Last seen in Dublin per United tracking. Haven’t even been able to get a #lost #baggage claim number. Plz help us!
