    @NordicTrack I really REALLY need to get in touch with a customer service manager. I WAS chatting with someone via Facebook messenger on Tuesday, but have had NO responses to ANY messages since Tuesday at 7pm ET.

    Have to tell you, @RogersHelps customer service is 1000% better via Facebook Messenger than the call center. No holds, no misinformation and help in a timely manner. Thanks for the tip @NordoftheNorth - saved hours of time wasted getting passed around/ignored #CustomerService
