    @AstridBears No problem. I read that @Facebook said they could not contact the people with the actual keys. So nobody in management had the phone numbers of these top-tier network engineers? Sorry, not buying. Network engineers are given phones they HAVE to answer in case of an outage.

    @Neo42 @Facebook I'm speculating & as you say the blog doesn't say. When we've seen similar issues, the issue is initially masked by cache and DNS propagation, but you get the reverse at the other end when you recover too, as bad responses are also cached.

    @Facebook Not surprising. Anything regarding the testimony against FB going on right now....is no where to be found on my newsfeed. I bet if things do slip by, they'll be slapping fact checks on it. Pretty sure the outage was them throwing new algorithms on to block it.

    The @Facebook. Outage was caused by Frances Haugen.... Nothing else.

    Not that I am one to gloat but it has to be said that @Facebook did not go down at 16:00 UTC yesterday, it went down at 15:46 UTC yesterday & I was the first person to mention it & the reason... so in support of the Internet comment tradition... FIRST!!!!!

    @SubsocialChain @Facebook @instagram how many fools nowadays believing any sort claims! you can't even handle staking volumes (keep raising the min number of dots for the last 4 months as you cant fix the issue) and you claim you could handle better the Facebook architecture with your blockchain tech :)
