    @ChicagoVince @facebook I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to BRENFIXER on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!

    You need to make this right. Someone hacked her account and got her account deactivated and has been unable to do anything because whoever did this linked their Instagram account to my wife's Facebook account. @facebook @meta you will fix this.

    @Gizmodo @facebook offers absolutely horrible support when dealing with scams and hackers. Their feature to secure your account throws errors, their feature to recover your account throws errors, their feature to report an account taken over by a scammer throws errors.

    @facebook @fbsecurity @facebookapp I have added some funds in billing section but it was showing as payment was failed but amount was debited from my account & after that I have reported about same as it was showing it will take 2-3 day its done & my issue is not resolved yet

    @facebook my wife’s account was hacked. We have followed all recovery steps provided & it’s not working! They are impersonating her and scamming friends/family. It’s ruining ppls lives & we can’t get any help from fb! We’ve reported it 100 times! Can you please make this right!?
