I know nothing about gaming. Daughter received a PS4 for Christmas. She then bought @FallGuysGame with Christmas money. Downloaded it, tries to open it, it asks to join PS4 Plus network so we ignore that and then it comes up with “Failed to login” every time. Our internet is fine

Hey @FallGuysGame Just played for the first time in a while and got locked from the seesaw round, people were holding one side down so the others couldn't pass, can you fix this by possibly adding a time you can be on the platform? Thanks

@jchannon @FallGuysGame You ignored the PS Plus, that could be ab issue... I think you have to join PS Plus to be able to play online games? You should be able to find out somewhere online
