    @FitbitSupport @fitbit had to replace sense cable 2x in a year, pins are getting stuck and not charging. in fitbit forums MANY people have the same issue, some are taking apart cables to fix. support just told me to "buy another cable"...is that really how support is handling?

    @FEveryFollower @FitbitSupport Jesus, I've never seen this much issue on a fitbit, must be this model. Ive had both the Blaze and Versa 2 and theyve been just fine.

    @FitbitSupport Your chat bot is proving very unhelpful for my wife’s issue. It’s refusing to escalate and seems to be stuck in a loop now. Her Versa 2 is registering 10s of thousands of extra steps, even when on the charger. Restart and reset have failed to help.

    @eddiejaoude My notifications seem at least only sometimes digested break fast sleeps uhhhh I don't even know time to fit bit fix. O yeah @FitbitSupport use know to appropriately approximate to considerable accuracy when and how long individuals will sleep to allow them better self prediction

    I need a @fitbit that's a different kind of wearable. It registered like 1000 steps while I was sitting down having a long dinner with my friend because I gesture with my hands so much.

    @FitbitSupport bought my wife a Fitbit Luce which comes with a 6 month trial of premium. There is no info about how to activate the trial though. Can you help?

    @fitbit How do you justify sending refurbished Fitbit Sense as replacement? Replacement device supposedly re-certified but its not even working, which begs question about recertification process. Premium product itself is buggy and paywalled with an obscene price tag.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for reaching out. The piece that holds the band to the Fitbit center completely broke off which is weird b/c that’s never happened & I bought this one 5/27/21 of last year. I’ve know the bands to break before w/wear & tear, but not this issue with Fitbits.

    @FitbitSupport Right now I'm not happy at a with my fitbit it hasn't worked right in 5months & I truly was doing awesome with my steps everything, Then all of sudden, It want track anything at all keeps telling in Colorado, Heck I'm in Omaha Nebraska Please Help
