@fitbit When will you fix the time change problem. I have had a fibit since 2018 and every time change my sleep stats get so messed up. I think I fixed it by adding another hour, but I'm not so sure.

Let's flip it around. Hey, #MECFS folks! Wouldn't it be cool if @FitBit (or any fitness tracker) could be programmed to help you stay inside your energy envelope? Kind of like how QuickBooks can help you stay inside a financial budget?

  • justin__richer Justin Richer 🐀 (@justin__richer) reported

@aaronpk @fitbit When I got here, I had a similar issue and had to turn "automatic timezone" back on in the FitBit app on my phone -- might want to check there.

@FitbitSupport Fitbit does not have a service center and it does not believe in repairing their own products. Too much! Finding it difficult to fix my glass pane on my smart watch. Any resolutions

@FitbitSupport hi, my Fitbit charge 4 is draining far to fast, I did a full charge yesterday and today it’s already in the red, 14%. Are you able to run any test, to see what the problem is? Although it’s a 4 its quite new, not used until recently when I lost my charge 5.

  • DuckRogers24 Duck Avenger (@DuckRogers24) reported

@Bnnuylord7 @fitbit Scrolled down to see if anyone else thought this haha

  • effies Effie Seiberg (@effies) reported

@howardtayler @fitbit So far my body battery hasn't been higher than sixty-something out of 100, and is currently at 24, which feels about right. It's been bad at calculating hours of sleep, but so far the body battery numbers feel pretty good.

  • Sudzguy Chanrak (@Sudzguy) reported

@fitbit Your product was horrible. Versa glass scratches easily, battery was awful and os was clunky. That was, my own asinine problem though. You see, we live in a buyer beware society. So be it, now I am aware. P.S., my third Fitbit model.

  • iangt1023 Ian Thomas (@iangt1023) reported

    Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK your #CustomerService #stinks no help for a long-standing customer of over 7 years.

  • Moosesgirl73 LovinLifeinFla (@Moosesgirl73) reported

@FitbitSupport I can't login to my fitbit app. It has been this was since late August. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed passwords and tried logging in. It won't go anywhere so stays on the signing screen. Passwords works on the web application with no problem.
