    @googlehealth I need help please I think my Fitbit is dying 😢 I've tried pressing the button & holding for 10 seconds but the logo keeps showing. I thought i fixed my watch but went back to the logo then goes black so I plug it back in & the logo comes back @FitbitSupport

    My @fitbit @FitbitSupport has gone to trash. Won't count steps in workout modes, so I cant use them anymore. Steps given are later taken within a couple hours. Absolutely impossible to track now. Text messages are no longer coming through. @FitbitSupport has been unhelpful.

    @FitbitSupport why has my Fitbit deleted 12000 steps from my device?! I checked my Fitbit earlier and I had over 12000 steps and I’d done 5x my weekly activity goal. Now I went to check the time it said it was 9am and I’d only done 2000 steps. Please fix this!!

    I have 2 case numbers with @googlehealth - @FitbitSupport (7181000041819 & 4331000040983) & no one can seem to figure out a solution for my issue. They say they’re “escalating it” & someone should call me back. It’s been a month, no one has called me back.
