    @AiHime @FitbitSupport I had seen people bringing up the heating issue with the Ionic as far back as 2020. What they do is close down old forums so users create new ones to make it look like it's a new problem, or not as widespread.

    @Fitbit how to proceed with recall of fitbit ionic whose display is not working. I am unable to pair it with my fitbit all as I can’t see the pairing code. Already a case is registered but there is no response form your higher ups ever though it’s been more than 48 hours.

    @FitbitSupport Hello! I have issues with receiving notifications from my phone on my fitbit sense. Tried everything on the trouble shooting page, but it still doesn't work. How can this be fixed? I find it very peculiar that it doesn't work, since the device is newly bought.

    @fitbit This needs to be a class-action lawsuit! @fitbit needs to be held responsible for all the money they took for these faulty watches, causing some physical harm. A recall on faulty products that are more than likely in the garbage is not restitution! That's a cover my *** plan!

    @fitbit I reside in Trinidad and Tobago. My country is not listed as an option for a voluntary return. I have called your support number 3 times. Spoken via chat with Geraldine and I have received NO HELP. Can someone please assist me with getting a refund for my 3 Ionic watches?

    @Eric40778653 @FitbitSupport All the say is wait and keep trying lol, if there is an issue processing just come out and say and give realistic timelines as the 30 mins obviously isn't working for everyone, would cut down on the grief they are getting as well, oh is 12hrs in and still not accepting.
