    @FitbitSupport You have really messed up sleep tracking. I now have two nights in a row where it has me as falling asleep close to 4:30 in the morning. It never did this prior to your outage.

    Dear @FitbitSupport you still have a problem. My stats came in for the week saying I took 200 steps a day, but burned 9000 calories. I do more than 200 steps to go to the bathroom in the morning!

    @FitbitSupport After repeated attempts to sync my device to your app yesterday, everything finally synced this morning. And now it won't sync again. Please don't respond with a list of fixes I should attempt. Acknowledge that the issue is with the app, and let us know when it's fixed.

    @teejay814 @FitbitSupport I’m also having the same issue as yesterday. Restarted my phone, restarted my device, turned Bluetooth off/on, nothing fixes it. It only syncs my steps and heart rate.

    @catester @FitbitSupport I wasn’t even aware of a big outage maybe they should inform their users when things go down or aren’t working. But how can the charge not know how long I slept.

    @FitbitSupport Nowhere on your account does it mention what exactly is being done. Can you let us know "the problem involves software effecting sleep tracking and XYZ" or something, and post so we are able to track when it's supposed to be fixed?

    @FitbitSupport Neither of us in this household is getting any #Fitbit sleep data at all today. Everything else (steps, heart rate, days of exercise, etc.) is syncing. This seems like a you problem.
