@fitbit It's not just me who is having this experience. Check your own message boards. Check Amazon reviews. Look at the comments on YouTube videos. Do a Google search for "Sense won't charge." I'd say I think you'll be surprised, but I'm guessing you're fully aware of this problem.

@B4BPayments @FitbitSupport can someone contact me please I have had my Fitbit recall code but when I try to login to B4B I get a error saying my mobile number is not recognised. Tried phoning b4b but can’t get anyone to answer #frustration 😡😡😡

@FitbitSupport Hi no I have already been through the refund process and I have been given a code to claim a refund card from B4B payments. When I try to login to their system I get an error saying they don’t regognise my mobile number. I think they are trying to send me an sms for verification

@FitbitSupport when will the Charge 5 update come out to resolve the poor battery issue? This has been a problem since September 21. Only had my C5 for a month and have to charge every 3 days. What’s going on and why reluctance to send a replacement?

  • amanduhhleigh Amanduh (@amanduhhleigh) reported

@FitbitSupport The issue isn't with my Fitbit. The issue is with the app. Things that I track (food, menstrual cycle, etc) aren't working in the app. Menstrual cycle predictions are way off, it doesn't accept when I put in a cycle.

WHY DO YOU NEED ALWAYS ACCESS TO LOCATION WHILE SYNCING, @fitbit ? NO YOU DON'T! Oh, then no sync? Luckily sync is potluck anyway, but this bloody thing is only used as watch anyway and now going to the trash.

  • camcjay Joanne Perkins (@camcjay) reported

@FitbitIonic STILL waiting for my refund after I registered over 3 months ago and was told it would take 3-6 weeks and no one @FitbitSupport seems to be able to help

  • mamaces22 Ces 🕷️👊✌️🇵🇭 (@mamaces22) reported

@FitbitSupport pls help escalating my concern to the right team. My alta device is inoperable. Need it badly for my daily exercise😢

  • SophieCharles64 Sophie Charles 🇺🇦 (@SophieCharles64) reported

Since @fitbit wants to pretend that my broken Sense charger is a me problem and not a defect in their product, I think it's time to cut my losses and buy a different brand of watch. I don't have an iPhone. What else is out there that's good?

  • amanduhhleigh Amanduh (@amanduhhleigh) reported

When you pay for @FitbitSupport premium and their app doesn't update things you track in the app and the solution is to restart the Fitbit. No. Your app is trash now and needs fixed.

  • SophieCharles64 Sophie Charles 🇺🇦 (@SophieCharles64) reported

Hey, @fitbit. Me again. Another Sense charger broke today. Same problem that you refuse to acknowledge--the top left pin fell in. This is the 6th broken charger since purchasing my Sense nearly 7 mos ago. Check your message boards. They're full of others with the same problem.

  • joperkins77 Joanne Perkins (@joperkins77) reported

@fitbit it's really bad when 3 months ago you are sent an email stating that you ionic has been recalled..so you register for your refund and the response says 3-6 weeks for refund processing and it's over 3 months later and now you have NO WATCH and NO refund!!!! 😞

  • NikiMCakes Niki Murray (@NikiMCakes) reported

@FitbitSupport We can’t pair it to her app because we can’t read the code on the screen as the glitching is too bad

  • 123roseberry JSRoseberry (@123roseberry) reported

@FitbitSupport Your assistance has included wasting 1.15 hrs trying to fix a Fitbit less than 3 months old, then when defeated, because I made a formal complaint, replacing it with a ***** and I mean ***** refurb. When it doesn’t work at least have the decency to replace it with a new pebble!
