    @FitbitSupport Sorry but not good enough to be sending out refurbished products to replace a faulty product that was only worn and used for 6 weeks. Hence why I feel this is the worst customer service Ive ever received. Online reviews reveal I'm not the only one to feel this way! #disappointed

    Does anybody make an Android compatible smart/fitness watch that isn't a steaming pile of ****? Never had a @fitbit device last longer than a year - and my current @GarminFitness device decides at least once/week that my mid-workout HR is in the 50 BPM range (it isn't).

    @karent161270 @FitbitSupport I've been reading terrible #FitbitSupportSux stories all morning. I'm in the same boat. My device malfunctioned and I've been waiting a month for a replacement device. Can I ask, how long did you wait to get your replacement device the first time?

    @FitbitSupport Hi team My fitbit blaze is getting charged, shows battery full but still after suppose 10-15 minutes, it's getting discharge. Sometime it shows dead nothing comes up till you restart it. Please help to get it resolved ASAP.

    Worst customer service I have encountered ever from @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport My daughters six week old Ace2 became faulty and has been replaced with a refurb! I find this totally unacceptable and not what I expected. I wish I had read the reviews online before purchase! #unhappy

    can anyone recommend a wearable tracker that monitors your heart rate and doesn't break the bank? And don't say @fitbit total garbage. Mine had a black screen, 1000s of people having same problem and @fitbit says too bad but here's a discount to buy another @fitbit!!! NOPE!!

    @fitbit @fitbitsupport you really have a horrible product. Unreliable, the bands break every few months (maybe talk to Swatch, they've worked that out?), you don't honor warranties, and your customer service is the worst I've ever encountered

    Sent my @fitbit Sense because it was bad quality. Its been 11 days sent by Fitbit provided shipping label.. its still in transit Dont know what @fedex service used. Customer service at @FitbitSupport is very bad.. Complained no effect so far cant imagine its part of Google. bad.

    @dlynnbergs @FitbitSupport My Fitbit worked perhaps 2 weeks and I couldn’t sync it anymore now it’s just sitting around like unnecessary garbage in my house.
