    @FitbitSupport getting no help about replacing my clearly broken pebble which was sent back BEFORE a replacement would be sent (a bullshit policy) so the life lesson is if you want a fitness tracker, go anywhere other than @fitbit since they are absolute trash.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport when will the issue with the watches get resolved. My device only tells times the rest of the features and functions aren't working. I have already reached out to support and they offer me a discount to get a new device that's unacceptable

    @FitbitSupport After update my versa 2, I unable sync it with the app. Tried uninstall-reinstall the app many times & restart the fitbit many times — not working. So I did factory resetting. Now I unable to set up device using the app. Error 403 pops up. Pls advice.

    @FitbitSupport I bought an inspire2 for my wife's b'day and set her up a Fitbit account with the wrong email address. I found this when a request for acct confirmation was not yet received. I can't remember her p/word and so cannot change it. Her phone has the account open, help!

    @Dreeeaaamer @fitbit You said it, the more high tech the more the issue. When I use it to listen to stuff when I'm working out the battery just drains. For basic stuff I'll be lucky if I get 5 days of battery life. If I turn off notifications I can get a week...

    @FitbitSupport Need help with a fitbit charge 3 which has a dim display which seems to stay very dim even after selecting all the different brightness settings and resetting the device. Can you help? Amazon said I should contact you first.
