@FitbitSupport my Fitbit charge 3 has no display that shows up. It is still working because I get the data on my app but it’s frustrating because I can’t even tell what time it is. That has been the biggest deficit of this Fitbit is the display, has never been great. Please help!

Hi @FitbitSupport . Any suggestion to help with Bluetooth audio stutter? Since I got my Charge 4 two weeks ago, it's impossible to workout and listen to music simultaneously. Even causes stutters in the car. Help!

@fitbit ordered a product over 2 month ago. Received and it was was not working correctly. Contacted customer support and was told to ship it back for support. Every time I contact customer service they say.....

Anyone else TOTALLY DISGUSTED with @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK customer service? Called them late Dec, Jan, Feb & March - my issue is STILL NOT resolved! They were going to send shipping details. Brand new watch as a gift - never worked!!! Fitbit my case number is 39448107

@FitbitSupport HI, I have been waiting for some help with my previous issue since October. I have since gotten a new phone. The GPS worked the first time and it tracked my run but it has not worked since. I didnt change any settings.
