    @fitbit is just straight up ending my free trial 2 weeks early I guess because I still didn't get my Christmas present. PSA: you can't surprise the gifted bc they have to give you the login or it wants all your personal weight height etc. And sub starts the day you order!

    @fitbit be careful if you own galaxy flip or fold phone. They will not sync with Fitbit. Stop working with android 13 and neither vendor has a clue about a fix. On the Fitbit community site people are talking about buying different tracker

    @fitbit Seems like @fitbit is ignoring the issue with Android 13 and syncing. Paperweights at this point. Almost 700 replies on their community forum and no resolution or response about the issue. What happened to the developers? Marketing seems on point though!
