@FitbitSupport what was the purpose of changing your app to Google Health? Was it to make sure no matter what that no one with a watch could connect to the app again and force them to buy new watches? Bc wtf I have tried everything and nothing works

@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

@FitbitSupport Sent you a DM. EE have done diagnostics on it and says its a battery fault which needs replacing. Hope you can help. Less than a year old

The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. To my Followers-if you agree RP! @fitbit @GoogleHealth @madebygoogle

Hi @FitbitSupport I’ve recently purchased a sense 2 and connected to my I phone 16, however I’m unable to receive notifications from apps such as WhatsApp, I’ve checked all the basics, is there a fix?

@FitbitSupport Absolutely terrible. The old app was so much better. I did not sign up for this. To make matters worse it just drains my phone. I can't believe I bought a Fitbit two days before the changeover.

@FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

@FitbitSupport @googlehealth Was forced to update Fitbit app. to Google Health, and it is atrocious that VO2 is exclusively tied to "Walk/Run + GPS". Why even do such disruptive change? Help forums are so filled with complaints about it, that you had to disable further comments.
