    @fitbit Whatever your last update was has ruined my Charge5 battery. Up until recently, after 3-4 days, I was at 50-60%. Now it's not even 2 days and I'm at 30%. Can you fix whatever the heck you did?

    @fitbit Is taking *FOREVER* to address my issues with Fitbit Pay. I keep hearing the same lines of "We're still reviewing your case" without any other information. This is terrible customer service.

    I will never be buying any of these products ever again, switching to apple. @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK waiting for my promised refund for the ionic recall in early march despite several emails and requests for help on here

    @FitbitSupport OK that was the issue. I misunderstood this as I thought the screen would wake when I turn my wrist to face my device. That's why I thought I had to have it on to prevent that as the battery would run down rapidly. Despite turning sleep off my screen does not come on, all fine

    @FitbitSupport I think the point is being missed... Recommending a replacement because of a known issue with a charging chord is disingenuous and not core to the values of thinking of the client

    @FitbitSupport is there no warranty for the adapter that comes with Fitbit Sense Watch ? It failed in 1 month. @cromaretail refused warranty I purchased 2 adapters on @amazon , both failed after 1 month of usage each! I am stuck! Pls help!

    @FitbitSupport Any ideas on what the issue is? The Fitbit no longer seems to be emitting any radio signal to other devices. It is less than a month old and was working up through Wednesday morning. I have tried turning both Fitbit and phone off and on, no luck.

    @fitbit More time wasted with @FitbitSupport answering questions— fool me twice, I guess—just to have them ignore my request and restate their return policy. I was paying $10/month for premium on a watch that hasn’t worked. $150 to break in 7 months is amazingly bad.

    @FitbitSupport please help. I have bought a new fitbit versa 3 today and when I try to set it up, it is saying device is locked and to contact customer support. I was told my issue had been passed over to the security team but have not heard anything back.
