Dear @FitbitSupport: I have had the same login and password for a decade and NOW you refuse to let me login without a password at a level you approve of? Once again your customer service sucks. #customerserviceisdead #youworkforusnottheotherwayaround

@FitbitSupport really unhappy about the poor longevity with your charge series. Another one has bitten the dust and barely 2 years old. Reviews of the charge 5 not wowing me. Anyone recommend a watch similar that lasts longer and doesn’t look like a huge diving watch or is Apple?

@FitbitSupport @cdubgma Think he was being sarcastic. The point is your products are not lasting. Poor quality for the outlay.

@FitbitSupport It still needs to be resolved. I think I have stumped them, as the issue keeps getting bumped to different people. To answer definitively, Yes I have read the support pages. Yes I have been wearing the device for 4+ nights continuously.

@FitbitSupport hi there is there an issue with Fitbit and MyFitnessPal? Mine has disconnected and won’t allow me to reconnect either through the apps or on desktop. I go through the process and click connect, but it doesn’t actually work

@FitbitSupport Yes. The Charge 3 had an altimeter built in. The Charge 5 doesn't, and says it doesn't, and the app doesn't show stairs results, so it's working as designed. (Too bad you can't use GPS to help.)

Worst customer service available. I'll be dumping my Fitbit in a drawer somewhere and get myself a fitness tracker that actually works. Avoid @fitbit @FitbitSupport if you can!

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Is it normal to have a very painful sensation in my wrist from the Versa 2? Going into my hand and has been several days. Can barely use my left hand to do anything. The strap is not a problem and no skin irritation. What would cause this?!

@FitbitSupport But how can you say that with such ease? such a poor policy and you have done nothing on it so far? how many customers like me must be sitting around with damaged pieces. You are encouraging the unauthorized black marketeers. Have you no social responsibility?

Contacted @fitbit to tell them my Ionic isn't working properly. This has become a recurring theme - I've had 3 different models in the past 5 years - they all inevitably do this after a few years. Customer service has been terrible - won't even discuss it. Time to change brands.
