    @fitbit fix the glitch where the screen wake keeps auto selecting button and motion when I only want button on. Its making me want to toss this thing waking me up in the middle of the night flashing me in the eyes, and the battery is dying like crazy. Husband and I both are mad

    @FitbitSupport random manual weight readings keep showing up in my Fitbit app. I delete them but more are constantly being added. I understand from your Community Forum that this is a common problem. Do you have a fix for it? #fitbit #google

    @clevermonkey93 @FitbitSupport Hey @FitbitSupport similar issue. I log my intake and then it duplicates up to three times. I delete the extra entries and then they come back. Food log has been like this for a few days.

    @FitbitSupport @Google After more then a decade using Fitbit watch for GPS tracking of my (hundreds) of exercise, I inform you that I am leaving the brand. On my Sense 2, the GPS is since beginning of the year total garbage. You screwed up. ByeBye

    @FitbitSupport The face plate on my Versa 4 has fallen off. I keep my fitbit dry, don't allow fat or oil to get on it, wipe it down daily when I take it off to shower. The first two both died the second the warranty died.

    My Fitbit versa 2 is not syncing, I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling the app, removing the device and resubmitting it on the app and it still is not working! I also can’t get the time to sync so it is 10 minutes delayed @FitbitSupport
