    @FitbitSupport hello. I am having trouble with my Fitbit Blaze. It just stops tracking and resets to the wrong time. Usually overnight when sleep tracking. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

    @fitbit shame on Fitbit for their terrible customer service. Buy a £200 watch, the screen cracks snd they offer no way to repair it? What is this? Apple for me next. People I would not reckoned the versa 3 it probably will not last long and fitbit do not care.

    Hey @FitbitSupport the latest 3.39.2 iOS app update DID NOT fix the issue of Nutrients display disappearing from the current day’s food tracking. It’s been 12+ days and 2 updates since this started. Let’s get it fixed! #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport ok guys. I gave a glowing report on the service the other day. The first time I was ignored I let it go. This,now, is unacceptable. Fitbit, through error or incompetence, have cost me money. What's worse is that this situation looks very, very like gouging.

    @FitbitSupport My Versa2 changed my clock face on its own and I can’t change it back. My Versa 2 won’t sync. It won’t recognize my wireless network. Your app won’t let me contact customer service. I’m at my wit’s end. WTF?
