    @FitbitSupport I am disappointed today as my new Fitbit luxe has failed to show the map of me bike ride. I used the Fitbit to start the exercise and it said connected to gps. The auto recognition part of the app is very poor that it doesn’t trigger gps but my inspire 2 used to.

    @FitbitSupport BR and HRV not logged for the last few days. It's not just me, have a look at the Fitbit subreddit, there's a tonne of people having the same problem on charge 4, inspire, versa etc.

    @FitbitSupport I have a fitbit charge3, that was working properly until yesterday, screen is blank, continuous vibration for 3-8 seconds when button is pressed, none of the buttons at the back are glowing. @FitbitSupport any suggestions/help?

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit is only 6 months old and has broken due to faulty build. You website sends me in circles when trying to return it under warranty... Can someone please get in contact so I can return my Charge 4 as very frustrated with the support on the website. Uk based

    @fitbit I am sad. I have taken the plunge and come to Greece and my Versa 2 (gift for Christmas) has stopped working. It is fully charged. I have looked on forums which recommended changing clock face but I am still having issues. Missing my Steps recorder please help

    @FitbitSupport my Inspite 2 has died but is still under warranty. When I try to contact support through the ap, I have repeatedly gott the message that no on is available to help rught now. What's going on with that and how is this acceptable?

    @FitbitSupport It’s tracking more floors. I’m fact, if you look at the screen shot I took of yesterday’s problem, you’ll notice that despite only giving me credit for 467 steps, it has logged 44 floors. The two together are virtually impossible. NB: My actuall floor count is also less.

    @FitbitIN My Fitbit Charge 3 is not working (not turning on) and when plug it for charging the display gets heated up and it does not turn on. Can you please help me fit it? Can you also let me know where can I get it serviced in Bengaluru? #Fitbit @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @jack_ryan46 @FitbitSupport Same thing happened to to me a few weeks ago, I tried reaching out to support they did nothing, then a friend of mine referred me to #cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he resolved it immediately. Check him out I’m sure he can help you out too.
