    @FitbitSupport Actually. I've logged stuff in Myfitnesspal today and it is not showing up still. I have already unlinked the accounts, logged out, uninstalled both apps and started again from fresh. What is the issue now?

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Sense says I climb the empire state building everyday when all I really do is climb some stairs in my home. Fix this bug, it's annoying.

    @FitbitSupport what are your timescales to responding to a complaint?? I logged a complaint last Wednesday 8 December and I am yet to receive a response?? This issue has now been ongoing since 22 November and I feel no closer to closing this down?

    @FitbitSupport Yes. The Charge 3 had an altimeter built in. The Charge 5 doesn't, and says it doesn't, and the app doesn't show stairs results, so it's working as designed. (Too bad you can't use GPS to help.)

    Worst customer service available. I'll be dumping my Fitbit in a drawer somewhere and get myself a fitness tracker that actually works. Avoid @fitbit @FitbitSupport if you can!

    @FitbitSupport I've been on email, chat, phone and social support over the last two days. Some of the worst support & inflexible policies I've ever encountered. I strongly recommend avoiding @fitbit products. Used fitbit prods for 8 years, **** quality & client care is awful.
