    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your help. Recently, the active time of the app has dropped sharply. The active time after exercising was 60 minutes, but the next time I open the app, it is reduced to 10 minutes. Why? please tell me.

    @FitbitSupport my versa lite hasn’t turning on since last Friday, I charged it as usual and didn’t work. The screen is on for seconds but it shows black, the app/ Bluetooth phone is not detecting it. What can I do? Help 😭

    @FitbitSupport Hello, I have just bought a Fitbit Versa 3. However the step count is vastly inaccurate - it measures 100 steps before I’ve got out of bed, and 10,000 steps when I’ve been working indoors all day. If this isn’t accurate I will need to return it - can you help pls?

    @FitbitSupport I’ve factory reset the charge and reset the app. Cleaned the sensors on the back and I’m wearing it the same position I have for the past 5 years of Fitbit use. Looking at my heart rate though it’ll bounce up and down even though I’m sat reading
