    @absolutmusic @FitbitSupport My layout was also messed up by the bug. You’ll have to go in manually and reconfigure the layout. That fixed my issue.

    @FitbitSupport @absolutmusic We all have the same issue - no longer tracks steps on the app and various other metrics. Come clean that this is a wider issue - can you not see the huge amount of conversation across various platforms to know that this is a massive problem?

    @FitbitSupport Update: Fixed the issue. I logged out of the app and deleted all data then signed in again.

    @CollontheCOB @FitbitSupport Great, after wasting time all morning trying to solve the problem, I decided it was my Fitbit finally wore out so I ordered a new one. It would have been helpful if Fitbit would advise when you go to internet to troubleshoot.
