    @abledoc @fitbit I bought Fitbit Versa back in 2018, and all I can say is, it is trash! Wasted my money! Should have gone for Garmin.

    @SouthEastBird @fitbit Try restarting the device. Seems to have fixed it for me. Which is fine. But ******* is this device full of bugs.

    @FitbitSupport hello! My Fitbit Charge 3 quit working. I have tried doing a reset several times - both when plugged in and not - and it just vibrates really hard but the logo screen does not come up. Can you help?

    @fitbit @FitbitUK how does a fully charged versa 3 that ahas been shut down run out of battery? Isn't the point of shutting it down to save the battery life. Almost £300 for this, not happy

    @CarcassOfChrist @fitbit I’m having the same problem, battery life was main reason I chose the Sense. Having to charge daily is not what I expected. Yesterday I had to charge twice.

    @KayNgwenyama @FitbitSupport Mine is doing the same thing as well as my mom’s and friend’s Versa Lite and Versa 2 and Fitbit won’t address the issue and continue to tell me that I’m not under warranty anymore so they won’t replace it…this can’t be a coincidence

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a brand new Luxe, and try as I can anywhere on your site and resetting the watch. I cannot set the timing to Pacific Coast time. It’s on East Coast time and I live in Los Angeles. Please tell me how to fix this issue. I’ve looked everywhere online.
