    @MyFitnessPal your support for @fitbit is absolutely garbage! I have never seen an app that has sucked so freaking bad. Instead of improving each and every day this app gets worse while begging for a dollar! Absolutely no other app has issues with Fitbit just you!

    @FitbitSupport Charge 2 won't synch with the App today. I tried all the recommendations for synching and to no avail. Is there a larger issue?

    @fitbit Still unable to complete my purchase due to an error on Fitbit's end stating I already have a premium subscription which I do not and have provided proof of such - why is customer support not helping me?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Sense has stopped working. It just shows the fitbit logo. Holding the buttons down for 10sec causes the logo to disappear for a few seconds. The watch is charged but does nothing. It doesn't sync with the app on my phone or laptop. Any suggestions?

    @fitbit NO, Did that got a replacement, and its equally useless as the one it replaced. I suggest you issue a firmware update for the Charge 5 that disables the GPS, and you repackage the device as assisted GPS only. This is a known issue that you choose to ignore #fitbitcharge5 #fitbit

    @FitbitSupport the plastic nub that sticks out from my Charge 4 (&onto which the band attaches) has broken rendering the device unwearable. It is 9 months old. Please advise on my next steps. Thank you

    @FitbitSupport hey! I have the versa lite. I charged it last night and when I put it on this morning, it wasn’t tracking my heart rate and my swipe right and down pages won’t load. It also won’t sync. Is there anything I can do?
