    @FitbitSupport Hello Fitbit Support - of course i have done all the suggested fixes. I don't feel you are reading the room well here - the problem is that the android update means that Samsung Flip and Fold won't sync to fitbit. end of story.

    @FitbitSupport I am having an issue with my Fitbit Charge 3. This is the second time with the same issue where the screen does not work. I can not get a replacement but offered 35% off a new watch but can not purchase a charge 3/4 on the site.

    @FitbitSupport @ChristosKonst17 We're all having this problem with Samsung phones and our Fitbits since updating to Android 13 and OneUI5. We've done the troubleshooting steps many times. This is a known issue with no user workaround, so @FitbitSupport need to work with Google and Samsung on a resolution pls.

    In my @fitbit versa 4, I get fitbit pay notification (double tap to pay). Even though I haven’t setup my wallet, and I’m in Nepal. Pls fix this, checked online no solution yet. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice @FitbitSupport the problem is widely reported online. We all did the troubleshooting steps and many contacted support. It's not working. My wife had Samsung Flip and I have Fold 4. Fitbits just stopped communicating. Please fix!

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice Fitbit Support, please get with the program. The problem doesn't lie with the consumers. The problem is Samsung foldable phones + Fitbit + Android OS13 = failure. All the standard trouble shooting advice is useless until Fitbit updates programming.
