@FitbitSupport Whilst I appreciate you opening a case for me it now leaves me with no fitness tracker . I would much prefer you replacing the broken charge 4. 7 months I have had it and due to no fault of mine I now have no way of tracking my fitness. Thank you

@FitbitSupport has told me that it can't help me with the serial number to either my @fitbit Charge 3 or Charge 4, both which broke w/in a year of purchase (11 mo and 2 mo, respectively). So I can't use my @WeSquareTrade warranties. Anyone else experienced this?

@FitbitSupport hi, this is in context to a case #40106086 seeking help to resolve sync issues. I’m disappointed to say that my concern could not be addressed even when it is an issue for software upgrades released by Fitbit! Istill cannot understand why I cannot get a resolution!

@FitbitSupport my versa 3 has a problem with the alarm. It doesn’t always come up with the check Mark to turn it off. I have to push the button on the left to stop it. Also the button on the left doesn’t seem to be as sensitive as it was. Only a few months old

@FitbitSupport I promise, I tapped no thanks daily for three days. Every time I opened the app, several times a day, I got the same pop up. No one I talked to at Fitbit or in the forums could figure out how to make it stop. I am not the only person with this issue.

@FitbitSupport Every time I open to the app I got asked if I would turn on GPS tracking. The options were no thanks or sure. I found comment threads going back to 2019 asking Fitbit to fix this without any resolution. Customer service chat told me there was no fix for it.

@FitbitSupport Follow up: Fitbit refused to tell me the serial number of my watch, which I need to make a warranty claim, because they have a policy against sharing such "internal information" with their customers. Unless you're a packrat and keep the box the watch came in, Fitbit won't help.

@FitbitSupport Thx for responding! Replacement is not i’m expecting now..how would a device fail to work just because it cannot update to the new releases! And I don’t want to.. please fix my watch to prev settings.. i’m good with it..verifying for replacement is not the only solution..u agree?
