    Never buying a @fitbit again! At least 10-20 times a day I get a lost Bluetooth pairing alert on my Versa 2. I have done EVERYTHING FB has suggested to fix it short of throwing this useless thing in a volcano. #fitbit #upnextapplewatch

    @FitbitSupport Yup, been down that road too many times. We've done it with at least 4 different phones since she got it. Both android and iOS/iPad.

    @FitbitSupport my luxe has stopped syncing since 6/19. I have signed up for the Premium account but can’t get the benefits of it. I have tried shutting off Bluetooth and then turning it back on but nothing seems to help. What can you suggest?

    @fitbit It's a large scale common problem that the Charge 5 has a very bad battery wear, most of them won't even last 1 day per full charge. Your own community is full with these user problems. Why don't you do anything to fix this? Our Charge 5 is a worthless product, refund it!

    @FitbitSupport Thank you I will. I’ve tried all the things on the string from your KB on line. It *appears* to work (the steps on my watch are now the same as my app. I also read on your KB that Fitbit is working on a fix for this? It was sometime in May 2022, 25th sticks out as a date.

    @fitbit can you let us know what is happening with the refunds on the recalled iconic, have been waiting since te beginning of May, contacted and told it was processing and had a problem with the batch of refunds mine was in, then told they were cancelled 🙄

    @FitbitSupport so, I think I figured it out when I tried to restart the Fitbit. when I hold down the button, it pops up that "set up wallet" prompt. how do I get rid of that shortcut? I don't want my wallet to come up when I hold down the button.
