    @FitbitSupport Since the app went down yesterday its still not syncing to my Fitbit. You are saying the fault had been rectified but it obviously hasn’t. Please can you sort it ASAP as I am trying to track my steps for Prostate Cancer UK fundraising.

    @FitbitSupport Hi can you give a time scale when this issue will be fixed am on my 3rd ionic each time a new firmware is do my yourself it messes up and won’t sync losers time had a Fitbit since you first launched getting really frustrating now is it time to move on to apple I really don’t want

    @fitbitsupport My Fitbit Inspire 2 Health & Fitness Tracker has stopped working properly. When I twisted my wrist it used to show time, but does not do that. How can I fix this?

    @FitbitSupport The biggest technical issue was the firmware upgrade that’s fried several ionics like mine, GET that sorted out !!

    @FitbitSupport I still cannot sync my fit bit. I've uninstall and reinstalled and now I cannot get my charge 3 to stay to my phone. Its been more than a week and it's only synced twice. Now I can't get my charge 3 added back onto the app. #help

    @FitbitSupport Can you please help my mother with her Fitbit? She has a case open with you but it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. She isn’t receiving the email to reset her password so she can log into the app. This shouldn’t be that hard to resolve. Case #39980818

    @FitbitSupport I am at my wits end with Fitbit😡 I have just got rid of your Versa2 because I wasn’t receiving as my Notifications! Now just set up a new Versa3 only to find the same problem! What is going on at Fitbit? Is it your latest software update causing this

    @FitbitSupport That's not my problem at all. I know there are more than 6 mindfulness lessons. Why did everything but those six vanish from the mindfulness section? My ONLY reason for paying for premium is now gone.
