    @FitbitSupport Hi. The problem is not the band. The problem is the piece of plastic that the band attaches to. I followed the link you provided and it was for a band replacement which i don’t need AND it sent me into a never ending loop where i couldnt file a claim. Do you have a betyer link?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Denied a refund on my Premium subscription which auto-renewed after my watch was stolen. Very disappointing, very poor customer support. Policy or not, they should listen to their customers and do right by them. #fitbit #customerservice @bbb_us

    @fitbit your customer service is really terrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy any of your products again. I just hope that @Apple creates a watch that has a battery that can stay for 5 days. I will make the switch immediately

    @FitbitSupport It appears there’s water in the screen. I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s difficult to read because of the water inside.

    Can't lie the @fitbit Charge 5 is trash. It's battery doesn't hold up and it isn't as responsive to touch. It's stats haven't improved. It might be time to switch to @whoop

    Bought fitbit charge 5, 4 days back. Money got deducted and did not receive a order confirmation. Running after them for ages.Thats what I call customer satisfaction. Let the customer be confused. Worst experience I had with fitbit. @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit

    Seems I’ll be changing from @fitbit @FitbitSupport to Apple Watch after less than a year. Versa 2 has a white line going down the screen & checking on the community forum it’s a common problem. I thought this would be durable but again, proven wrong. You were right @chevixter.

    @FitbitSupport how do I request a return please? Your website just takes you round in circles. I’ve reported a fault with my new Fitbit via chat that they couldn’t fix with troubleshooting. I asked to repair or return and they still haven’t responded days later. Poor service

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit had to replace sense cable 2x in a year, pins are getting stuck and not charging. in fitbit forums MANY people have the same issue, some are taking apart cables to fix. support just told me to "buy another cable"...is that really how support is handling?

    @FitbitSupport bought my wife a Fitbit Luce which comes with a 6 month trial of premium. There is no info about how to activate the trial though. Can you help?
