    A Facebook friend just said a big no to renewing @fitbit membership due to cancellation policy. Had something similar happen with @Zoom Automatic renewal of policy without any help when people no longer use it is bad policy.

    @FitbitSupport same as everyone else calling for support yesterday. the app kept crashing. it appears to be fixed now. i noticed that there were many, many tweets about the same issue, none of which had been answered.

    @FitbitSupport thanks for fixing the iOS issue. Can you work on the sleep function now? My Versa4 has been totally inconsistent (even with sensitivity increased).

    @Treello @FitbitSupport Been having the same issue here and it's a brand new Versa 2 I had to buy because they bricked 90% of my old one. Been going through all the troubleshooting and every few hours wash, rinse, repeat for weeks now to keep my new one synced properly. 😠

    @FitbitSupport All of these recent app & server issues over the past several weeks are completely unacceptable. Your issues are going to drive away many of your customers, especially those like me who are “premium” subscribers. Please correct these issues or I’m leaving for something better
