    @FitbitSupport a new Charger 5 stopped measuring heart rate twice in a month a couple of weeks apart. Restarting the device fixed it. Is it a known issue?

    My son has @fitbit ace 3 and after you setting a countdown or a timer, once you leave that screen and go back to it, it resets and the timer has been cancelled? Can you help? You should be able to check other things while a timer has been set and go back to it? @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport is 7 months the normal life of the Versa 3? I got my flex in 2012, my charge 2 in 2018, my versa in 2019, and each one is still working. I bought my versa 3 Apr. 2021, it stopped working in nov2021 and support replaced it, and now it's not working again.

    Really fed up with @FitbitSupport. Reminders to move stopped working with my Charge 5 with the last release of the app and they refuse to help. Just tell me to do things I’ve already tried and told them don’t work. #poorcustomerservice

    @FitbitSupport I still haven’t had my ionic refund and it’s been well over 6 weeks since 2nd May when you sent confirmation and email stating 3-6 weeks for refund!!! WHEN IS IT BEING REFUNDED SHOCKING SERVICE AS USUAL … and yes I’ve called your ‘helpline’ two times zero help!
