    @fitbit Hey @FitbitSupport I upgraded to a Charge 4 becasue of the Sp02 readings and now the entire Fitbit community appears to be having a problem getting SP02 readings!!! What gives?

    @FitbitSupport What's up with the Bluetooth connectivity of your devices? Several reports can be found with no solution. Restarting devices didn't help. Can't even connect out of society (no other BT signals interfering) firmware up to date in my case it's a charge 2.

    @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have a charge 3 watch that suddenly turned black without me having any damage to it.What is this trash service.The watch screen is half black and I cannot even see the time properly.Never in my life will I buy a fitbit .Poor service.Give reply.

    @FitbitSupport After looking at the Community page, there seem to be a lot of people experiencing the same issue with their Inspire trackers yet @fitbit doesn’t seem to be addressing this other than offering discounts that can’t be used.

    @FitbitSupport @ashleyjm1287 But when it breaks a second time, which it will AND within the two-year time frame, then under those same regs, you HAVE TO offer me a full refund And so on. Every two years, a brand new Fitbit. Problem solved.
