@FitbitSupport Well after a couple of attempts and reviews it’s the same result so at this point I’m gonna let the world know not to buy your product because if it breaks as a result of a poor design you will hide behind a warranty, been using a Fitbit for over 8 years, but now I’m switching

@StefanIrimia @FitbitSupport No, @FitbitSupport won't help you at all if your watch is out of warranty.. they might give you 35% discount code to buy a new watch or say to hell with you. Or send you a buggy software update that will drain your battery

@FitbitSupport sure would like to be able to sync my Flex. Last update lost the 15 minute actual step. Now it doesn’t even sync. Yes I plugged in and did the reset thing. Any help.

@MissMurda954 @FitbitSupport It’s annoying when you know it’s a software issue too, not the watch. The android app is working now at least. That discount would do me no good (it was a gift and i’m broke) so I’m getting insurance. Thanks for the tip.

@FitbitSupport Ok here is the issue. It’s sleep data not showing. I know i fully slept last night because normally a bad sleeper so I love to see the data. It’s worked right until your latest update. Sleep itself is not syncing.

@fitbit absolute terrible customer service after receiving a faulty fitbit luxe directly from your website. Keep going round in circles and can't even resolve the issue. Advertised to say 4 days battery life yet dies in 1.5 days. Clearly an issue with the product yet no support.
