    @Jason @fitbit Life span on all my fitbits was like 9-12 months. Became a the most frustrating thing. Easily the worst quality tech product company in years IMO. Had to get 3 replacements from them in 3 years.

    @Apple I recently purchased an Apple Watch 6 now I truly regret it. At the most, it gives me 12 hours charge. While it sits overnight charging, I can’t track my sleep! I wish I had gone with @fitbit Fix that @Apple

    @fitbit Hi. I have a Fitbit inspire hr I bought November of 2019 it is no longer holding a charge. I've tried everything that I have found. Can you help me? It seems it should last more than a year and a half??!??

    @burnsmchumprson @fitbit @FitbitSupport Yeah, factory warranties are great n free, but that mail-it-in and wait garbage ain't for me. I've gotten brand new kitchen stuff, electronics, vacuum cleaners, even televisions and never had to wait unless they had to get it to the store first. And they match Amazon's price.

    @skynet47397425 @fitbit I showed away from getting an Apple Watch at the time because I misunderstood - I saw a monthly subscription price of like $36.99 and was like **** that, but someone told me recently that’s not a thing so I’m gonna look into it.

    @Jason @fitbit I tried several different fitbits over the years & every one, including different models, fell apart. Horrendous build quality. Fitbit refused to replace my last one because it had already been replaced once. Tossed it in the trash and vowed to never buy another Fitbit product.
