    i got a fancy new fitbit charge with gps so i don't have to take my phone out running and the watch face... shows not only my WEIGHT but also when my next period is??? nobody needs that information on their wrist yet it is impossible to remove please @fitbit fix this xxx

    @FitbitSupport Hi- can you help? Brand new fitbit versa 2 and the strap has fallen off. Totally unable to get it back on and suspect metal rod is broken inside as it does not spring into place as the spare one I have tried does. Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport Nope, it's all good, we're just in the middle of a pandemic so I'm stressed as **** and am highly unfit, which is why I got a fitbit so I can work on getting more active! 🙌👍

    @FitbitSupport I know now that only the Ace and the Ace 2 are the only ones available to be set up under family account. I have asked, when this is a long standing issue with your customers (you have referred to a link approx 2 years old) why isn't this clear to customers when shopping?

    @fitbit I got a Versa 2 for Christmas but can’t install any apps because apparently I don’t have the latest firmware, but I don’t have an update due either. How can I fix this? And why can’t you just sell the watches so they’re usable when fresh out the box?

    @FitbitSupport Got a Versa 3 for xmas, but the heart rate monitor seems to report my HR ~20BPM higher than it actually is. My partner got the same one, and it's closer to my manual count. Is there any way to recalibrate it, or anything like that? Restarting didn't help. Thx!
