    @FitbitSupport really upset about your FALSE ADVERTISING about the Luxe battery life. I’ve been wearing it for not quite four days, and it is now at nearly 0%, down from a full charge, for the THIRD time. That’s an average battery life of 1.3 days, not five.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I've been trying to get help with my Versa 2 for months on a known issue and keep getting the run around. Now I'm told it's not covered by warranty even though it's a known issue on your end. Can you have someone reach out that can actually help me?

    Superb customer support from @FitbitSupport after my wife’s inspire hr stopped working. It wasn’t a recent purchase so we feared the worst. Replacement sent within one week no questions asked. Thank you. Loyalty goes both ways 🤝

    @FitbitSupport I am using Alta HR. The display is not working and because of that I am unable to link my phone with the device. I know my tracker is working as before delinking it with my device yesterday the vibration and other features in app was working .

    @FitbitSupport It would appear the ongoing saga of Sp02 not working is still a major problem. I'm not getting any information on this very important part of the app despite numerous complaints.....
