    Hey @FitbitSupport the latest 3.39.2 iOS app update DID NOT fix the issue of Nutrients display disappearing from the current day’s food tracking. It’s been 12+ days and 2 updates since this started. Let’s get it fixed! #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I did that but when I got in touch with your sales rep they told me to do that when I did it didn’t start back so I’m thinking it’s a software issue can I shop it you and I pay for the fix because my warranty is over and i have had this watch for a year only!

    @FitbitSupport Anyone having an issue with wrong times after the time change?! Ie: it said I only slept 3 hours but logged 5?!

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 2 was given to me by my sister. She had it before she got a Samsung smart watch. As mine was dying within 2-3 days. This one she gave me isn't always giving me my phone calls or texts. Is there any way to fix this?

    So disappointed with @fitbit watch lasted less than a year and bought extended warranty but no replacement when it stopped working!! No wonder they aren’t BBB accredited and have bad reviews

    The three separate @Fitbit “bug fixes” from the last three weeks have turned a $200 wearable device into a fancy digital wrist potato. Let me help you work your way around it: Delete the app, reinstall it, then save up for an Apple Watch. Google has ruined this product.

    I’ve started looking at other tracking devices now as my help with @FitbitSupport has been non existent-despite clearly stating the problem. @GarminUK are looking good atm -does anyone have a good model they’d recommend?

    @WithingsEN First night with the scanwatch and it only recorded a few hours of sleep. Why? Never had this issue with @fitbit or @GarminUK

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Hi Fitbit I’ve got a versa and randomly today the screen stopped working. The backlight is still working, it’s still vibrating when I get notifications and it’s still syncing with my phone but nothing is showing on the screen. Please help!
