    @FitbitSupport absolutely disgusted with a ‘template’ email I have received regarding BURNS that my versa 2 has caused in my wrist. No questions of how bad etc or even a request of a photo! Does @FitbitUK care about this at all? All you want is a simple return?

    @FitbitSupport How can you legitimately market the Fitbit Sense when you know there is a massive problem with Android software - no reliable and consistent notifications service has been reported by hundreds in the fitbit community across your range of devices for over 2 years.

    @FitbitSupport I can no longer find the icon where I enter my day’s activity and time - for example, one hour bike, or 30 minutes walking. This is just in the last few days. How come? How can I fix?

    @fitbit I am SO, SO, SO sick of being fobbed off by FitBit DMs. All I'm trying to do is buy a new clasp for my Flex2 - you would think I was trying to take down the company. Please, PLEASE, please help me before I give up on you and buy an Apple Watch!

    @FitbitSupport can’t contact you any other way then through app sending me here. My Versa 2 doesn’t have the correct active zone minutes since the new update! Much lower than the same exercise done the weeks before the update. How do we fix this? Same with my husbands’ versa 3.

    @FitbitSupport Only recently, every so often the versa vibrates and I briefly see something brown on the screen - or I don't. There's nothing in the notifications. Is this a malfunction or by design? If the latter, would you fix it so I can see it (with time to put on glasses)?

    deep sigh* @FitbitSupport is the most confusing thing and it is frustrating trying to get support and resolution for issues with. They send emails saying they are glad you resolved your issue but you haven't resolved it.
