    @FitbitSupport I am so beyond frustrated I have to completely force restart everything every single day to get my push notifications to come through. I never had an issue before the last update. I don’t get any notifications anymore. I’ve tried everything.

    @RachelHinde @fitbit My suggestion would be just buy a new one- if YouTube doesn’t have the answer of how to fix. It sounds like you’ve benefited from it, had 6 years use- sometimes making a quick decision is a good one- if it works for you then keep going, replace and maintain momentum?

    @FitbitSupport I set up my son’s new Fitbit on my phone. When I did so, I apparently changed the name on my Fitbit profile. Now I can’t change the name back to my name. How do I fix this?

    @addictedcoach @fitbit Ah, we’re on the inspires. We had the flex 2 before that and never had an issue. I got mine first and experienced the irritation, then my partner got hers a few months later. Same thing happened

    @FitbitSupport Your Customer Service that I encountered today is the worst. They know nothing about troubleshooting, they kept me on long holds, the Agent did not want to deal with my issue and it was not quickly solved, was rude. The Supervisor was also not knowledgeable. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport been online asking for help with battery charging problem. Disconnected twice and now can't access the service, says I've reached capacity and to try later. Not great support and watch is still not working!

    @FitbitSupport Heart rate feature is not working, consequently neither is the sleep tracking feature . I have tried troubleshooting through the forums, but it does not seem to fix the problem. Thank you!

    Having the WORST experience trying to cancel a free trial of @fitbit Premium that came with my purchase. I didn’t directly sign up for it. @FitbitSupport you chat team should be able to manage this without additional run around. This confirms I will never pay for Premium.
