    @FitbitSupport heeey- I have a problem. My charge 4 isn't tracking properly so I attempted a reset, pressing the button for 10 sec. But it wants my pin. I entered my pin. Fitbit says it's wrong. It's not wrong... whuddo-i-do?

    @FitbitSupport Just replaced my Charge 3 with a Charge 5. Battery drains in less than a day - really a matter of hours - when not actively used. GPS is set to Phone. Removed SpO2 app. Restarted using both the connector and thru the Settings. Screen not set to always on. Help!

    I can’t rave about @fitbit and @FitbitSupport enough! They have always been so great when I’ve had an issue. I’m back in action as of today and I’m so excited.

    @fitbit Terrible product. I haven't received my Ionic refund, despite sending all information, photos, codes. I got an e-mail promising the refund, which has not come yet. I've tried to contact by Twitter and chat: worst service. All I got was: call our center in England. #FitbitFails

    @FitbitSupport Hi, for the past 2 weeks I've not received my weekly summary email, despite having it set as on in my app settings. I had always received it prior to then. I got a new Fitbit 2 weeks ago, but I synced it with my Fitbit through the app. Can you follow me, DM & help?

    @fitbit I've had an issue for 3 weeks and no one's getting back to me. Chat support says to just wait for a response and ends the chat. Seriously frustrating.

    @fitbit I get it you have a thousand of automated responses because I have tried to get into customer service jobs, but there's something clearly broken with the app and I don't need your automatic response. Just fix it!

    @fitbit Yes. I have had a fitbit for the last 7 years and have always gotten a weekly email unless fitbit was having an issue on the back end. I will send a dm now.

    @FitbitSupport is there a fix coming for the calorie counting issues on the app? Last few months it doesn't total them properly if you enter via the app. This seems to be a known issue judging by other tweets I've seen...
