    @ScouseMarkie @PaulOBrien @fitbit What is surprising is that even the cheapest (4$) aftermarket silicon straps don't have this problem. I don't understand why the giants cannot figure it out. Or maybe they don't want to because then they have customers buying 20$ nylon staps additionally.

    @fitbit The site is still not working. Customer service verified that my email address is correct but the site still says it is invalid. If you have verified that my information is correct why can’t you just send me the return kit?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport hey I got scales for Xmas. Only used a couple times. it's adding a stone to my synced weight? number on scales is 1st lighter than number it generates on my phone? Old scales are same reading at fitbit scales so not sure how to fix. Had to manually input??

    @FitbitSupport oI WANT TO KNOW IF AN EMAIL THAT I RECEIVED IS SPAM! I JUST SENT AN EMAIL TO 2 OF YOUR SUPPORT-HELP EMAIL ADDRESSES. AND RECEIVED AM AUTORESPONSE SAYING FITBIT NO LONGER REPLYS TO EMAILS! I INCLUDED A SCREENSHOT OF THE EMAIL THAT I SENT. I GUESS THAT FITBIT IS TOO

    @fitbitsupport So the ionic just stops working. I have to mail it back and wait for refund to process. What terrible customer service and a terrible product. Customer for 10 years.

    @FitbitSupport @_dawnw81 We’re stuck on the first page, it keeps clocking. Once the form loads and you click next, it gives an error message. FIX THIS!

    @fitbit The #FitbitCharge5 Could be a good thing, but it's bogged down by terrible software, and #Fitbit won't share the data collected with the user.

    @meghan_bee @fitbit Thank you 🙏🏼 this was a little while ago but it was traumatizing. We needed Serv pro to come clean and then a new floor and the fire crept into the closet and ruined a lot of clothes. BUT the house didn’t burn down and no one got hurt THANK GOD.

    @Fitbit has announced it will issue a $299 refund for its recalled Iconic watches, which reflects the typical retail price when it was still selling them. The company, now owned by @Google, is also offering owners a 40% discount on a new Fitbit device, if they want to replace it.
