@FitbitSupport @tashabha How recent a purchase would my Fitbit need to be for there to be customer support on a dead screen issue? Mine has been blank for some time, I can use the app to retrieve data from it, but obvs wouldn’t repurchase based on this experience 😕

@FitbitSupport The problem is @FitbitSupport that I have waited and emailed for an update with nothing. 4 emails with no response not even a quick reply to update that it's in progress. I know the support team are probably really busy but no update in over a month is a bit off.

@FitbitSupport Hi yes tried these but when holding the button down for 10 seconds the screen goes off and back on as you can see the back light change but no Fitbit logo appears. It’s my step daughters and the account she uses I can dm you ?

Hello @fitbitsupport Charge 4 GPS problem, Brought Nov 2020 and for the first few weeks it would draw a map on mobile and then it stops working, maybe after an update. Over the following months tried everything I can think off but never been able to get it to draw a map again.

@FitbitSupport Issue is looking at your community, there are too many tickets open with the same basic request, just worded or titled differently. There is a huge frustration amongst users outside of The Continental US that this is not available.

@FitbitSupport The heartrate on the Versa 3 is straight up unusable. Unacceptable, actually. Both mine AND my wife's will register 40-50bpm below our known-to-be-accurate-cheststrap during HIIT training or weight lifting. We've tried all suggested steps to fix. What's next?
