    @FitbitSupport my fitbit never tracks my cycling. When cycling mode is only it doesn't track my kms or heart rate. I've read other similar posts so I don't seem to be the only one with this issue. (Premium membership)

    @profexorgeek @fitbit It’s a common issue I found out. The face of mine fell off too. Outside the 365 days warranty so a discount code is all they offered. Shame on @fitbit for not offering free replacement.

    @FitbitSupport cant get my versa 2 to sync. The watch is now 5 mins slow. Tried to remove it and reinstall but now wont do that. Always gets stuck about halfway syncing or reinstalling process. What can i do?

    @FitbitSupport so yet again I'm having to uninstall the app and reinstall it again and the last time it synced was hours ago and now it won't connect via Bluetooth it's a joke and yet I paid 130 for this item and it's not working the way it should
