  • Trini123a Mahatma Trini (@Trini123a) reported

@fitbit Not a bad ad. In 10 days she is not a bikini model.

  • isaac32767 Isaac Rabinovitch (@isaac32767) reported

@HPS_Vanessa @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport My bad, I misread your complaint. I'm used to wearable devices, like Google Watch, that only support phone syncing, not computer syncing. Is phone syncing not practical for you?

  • Vortell3 leroy muhs (@Vortell3) reported

@FitbitSupport Garbage support... Force me to give email and then when I make a new one they refuse to believe it's real

  • delfshaven_mami Rhaenyra (@delfshaven_mami) reported

@PubStorck @FitbitSupport The same exact thing is happening to me and ALL IOS users yet it’s been over a week and no fix from them. Crazy right? You can check the Fitbit support forums, lots of people are complaining about the same thing. For a Google company this is embarrassing 💀

  • DonaldsonGraham Graham Donaldson (@DonaldsonGraham) reported

@FitbitSupport @fitbitireland Fitbit wtf us going on with you, im waiting 7 months on my refund for my fitbit ionic which you told me to deactivate. Where is my refund? What kind of company are you guys running? #fitbitisajoke #fitbit

  • Ben_ben_s LetsGoBrandon (@Ben_ben_s) reported

@homunculusdick @fitbit No all fatties should be locked down to stop the fatness spreading. 2 weeks to flatten the tummy.

  • Ben_ben_s LetsGoBrandon (@Ben_ben_s) reported

@jr_allred @fitbit Most of them, I had some help with the last bit

  • enigmaneo Richard Montgomery (@enigmaneo) reported

@FitbitSupport My device is not syncing. I rebooted the phone and device. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Is there an outage?

  • Ben_ben_s LetsGoBrandon (@Ben_ben_s) reported

@ApartmentWitch @fitbit No all fatties should be locked down to stop the fatness spreading. 2 weeks to flatten the tummy.

  • BoatMateARS Arlene Shumaker (@BoatMateARS) reported

@FitbitSupport I have tried those tips. This is an issue that’s been known to you for years. I just updated firmware and had high hopes that it contained a fix for this, but didn’t. It’s been 5 weeks without a sleep score.

  • iamian16 iamian16 (@iamian16) reported

@FitbitSupport I did. You have had 344 votes over 14 months so you've had plenty of time to do a software upgrade to DD/MM/YY or even MMM-DD across all clock faces. I reckon you've got no intention of fixing this ethnocentric bias. Very poor customer service fitbit.

  • pupbrown1 Thomas Brown (@pupbrown1) reported

@FitbitSupport Just hit the 6 months today and still be told they can't see why it hasn't gone through. Have rang the recall company and fitbit 10times over the 6months with zero help. This is a complete scam of a company!
