    Y'all don't buy a @fitbit Less than a year old and it's broken, after speaking to 4 different reps they still won't send me a replacement, despite it being under warranty. @FitbitSupport is no help and the product is absolutely not worth the money.

    @FitbitSupport Last firmware update attempted to install on 8/13 destroyed my Sense. When charged it's stuck on logo screen until it dies. Customer Service is horrible sending me an email about a discount to purchase a new one. Totally unacceptable u broke it u should fix it.

    @FitbitSupport This time I didn't get a google prompt on a CC to choose, so had to enter it manually, and then it lit up... order placed. I wonder if the CC auto complete was what was causing the issue? Maybe forward that onto your dev team to look at.

    @fitbit I don’t have the complaint. You should recalibrate your customer support bot. Talk to the person who started the thread. That’s where your issue is.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have tried to resolve the issue of a refund for my ionic and no one has been able to help me. I have sent pictures, proof of purchase and yet you seem to be ignoring me. I am very close to buying a Samsung watch and leaving fitbit for ever.

    Hey @FitbitSupport I have a ~5 year old device for which I need a new strap. Third party ones don't last more than a few months and I really do not want to send this to e-waste for want of a new strap. Any help...?
