    Fitbit stops working after only a year and a half...@FitbitSupport can't help...No longer under warranty so I'm outta luck. Then they end the chat telling me to update the app?! Lol why? My fitbit won't even turn on!

    @FitbitSupport help!! My versa 4 won’t charge, showing a big red ❌ tried everything that was recommended, I did a full restart and now since my battery is low it can’t find anything?? Super frustrated!

    Tech companies like @Google and @Fitbit still have the same problem with navigating COPPA and allowing kids to have access to devices. As a result, parents have to opt to lying about ages or not using the devices. Guess which they choose? #coppa #smartdevice

    @FitbitSupport random manual weight readings keep showing up in my Fitbit app. I delete them but more are constantly being added. I understand from your Community Forum that this is a common problem. Do you have a fix for it? #fitbit #google

    @FitbitSupport hey, my screen on versa 3 isnt working properly. The screen shows time correctly, alarms etc, but won’t respond to my touch. Force restart didn’t help, am om 90% battery. What can I do to make it work properly :)

    @FitbitSupport I've done everything I can to try to fix the problem, I'm not the only person having the problem, ever since Google took over apparently that's when the problem started.

    @FitbitSupport disappointed when I get a new watch and support keeps telling me that they know of the issue and are working hard looking into it. It has been months. Isn't it false advertising stating you have voice assistant and voice text on a watch then dont allow it?
