    @fitbit "My apology but we have a process to follow. What I can suggest is to keep your device and app updated so you can receive the quickest resolution." is a pretty terrible way to replace a malfunctioning watch.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. Received my Versa 4 today and the brightness settings seem to be in the wrong order, ie ‘dim’ is actually the brightest while ‘max’ is the dimmest. Is this a known issue? I’m guessing it can be fixed via software update.

    @FitbitSupport your lovely support team sent me a replacement watch which @parcelforce received on 29.12 and they have failed to deliver it to me even though they have sent it out for delivery every. Is there anything you can do to help? They have been so unhelpful. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport It is impossible to login to fitbit website to sync with lifesum app, also not working to enter customer support chat. Only shows the fitbit logo loading everytime i try

    @Strava @fitbit Hi is there an issue with uploads from fitbit to Strava? Who's side is the issue is on? Not working for months on multiple device. Lots of reports from others online but no official response Debating returning my new charge5 or cancel strava premium if not fixed

    @fitbit why is your product so user unfriendly? I'm laying in bed wanting to set a silent alarm but it's not syncing (happens like 3 times a week needing a restart). I can't restart the watch without getting out of bed to find the charger. It's such a bad design flaw!

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 just died on me 😢. It’s not taking a charge it’s been plugged in for hours. I can’t reset or hold the button down. Completely donezo. Anything I can do?

    @FitbitSupport I have recently purchased the versa 4 , the skin temperature , Heart rate variability are not working it been 8-9 days since i am using i have dropped mail as well but no response , i am frustated seeing this spending this much money and still no use of it.
