    @FitbitSupport I think I’ve just sorted it. I tried everything apart from deleting the app completely then reinstalling it. I’ve just done that and it seems to be working again. Cheers for getting back to me so quickly. If it goes down again I’ll be in touch.

    @FitbitSupport are you kidding me??? I have to delete my account and set up a new one because I no longer have access to my login email in order to change my pw?? Why do you offer an option online for 'alternate ways to recover your account' if it's impossible? Unbelievable

    @FitbitSupport Syncing isn’t the issue, the issue is it doesn’t store on the watch. I add the water, it says water, today, 1000ml. I go back to the today menu and the amount I just logged has gone.

    Omg. 20 min on phone for the end result to be I'm **** out of luck because I dont have access to my login email. & when I kept saying to the supervisor "So what you're telling me is you can't help me" he just kept repeating You will need access to your login email. @fitbit sucks

    Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport why is the Sleep section of your app SO SLOW? I've noticed it over the past couple of weeks. I have to wait a long time to add/change sleep or even navigate around the area.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks, correct cable, I’ve restarted it and everything works, tracker etc ...but only when on charge. I’ve tried to log in but again having trouble getting into my account too.
