    @FitbitSupport Already done all that, this is a problem on your end, every single time this has occurred it’s ended up being a server issue, this is not the first time this has happened

    Apparently my fitbit is fine, their app just sucks for Android and most users are having a problem syncing any fitbits to it. I found out this has been going on for users for over a year too! Do better @fitbit!!! 😡

    @FitbitSupport Is there any plans to support Spotify offline in the future? I live in India and both Deezer and Pandora dont work here. Disappointed with upgrading from Versa 2 to 3, no longer can njoy music on my runs

    @FitbitSupport hey there, recently got an update on my versa lite. It's not even a year old, and I don't often have bluetooth on. However, my battery is draining in less than 24 hrs. What can I do to fix this? I have never had this problem before.

    @StevanG @FitbitSupport I’ve noticed a large group of us in the fitbit forums have Versa2s that suddenly stopped tracking sleep/HR a few days ago. No fix seems to work and factory reset completely killed mine it seems.

    @FitbitSupport It's functioning normally this morning. All-day yesterday, it wouldn't let me log in on my phone, stated my password was incorrect but said Fitbit dot com was down when I tried to reset it. I could log in on my tablet but it wouldn't sync.

    @fitbit This is my second FitBit that will NOT accept a new wristband. One side snapped on with no problem; the other side, would accept my new band. THIS WILL BE MY LAST FITBIT. I’m done.
