    @bramblefae @shockwaver @FitbitSupport Ugh that would piss me off…I have an Apple Watch and it’s about 3-4 years old (and is a version 1 so not a fancy one) and the worst thing I’ve had to do was restart it a few times.

    @FitbitSupport Update @FitbitUK : My Fitbit screen was not working, within 24HRS the whole watch packed up. I reported the broken screen and have 3 months on my warranty left and Fitbit I’ve said I’m not legible for a replacement because I reported the broken screen first. Bunch of crooks!

    @FitbitSupport Yet another issue... Fitbit app for Android version 3.45.1 does not maintain wifi connection, it drops wifi after inital connection. Version 3.46 is able to maintain wifi connection, no issues. Any update on this?

    @FitbitSupport is there a way to see what is draining my versa 2 battery? It now only lasts half a day at best. I have reset and only use standard fitbit clockface. Is there a way to do a diagnostic test on the issue?

    @fitbit Hiya, I wondered if you could help? My Fitbit was around 40% charged and turned itself off and will not turn back on? Would you be able to help me fix this problem please:)
