    @fitbit I've tried your online support half a dozen times now and you still have not resolved my issue with the Charge5. It breaks every time it goes in water and you are wasting too much of my time.

    @fitbit I just wish you would do your job and give customers our money back from the Ionic Recall! I was supposed to get my refund withing 4-6 weeks, and it's week 12 now... No money or updates! The worst decision I've ever made was to purchase another device from them! #wheresmymoney

    Really disappointed in the process and assistance of @fitbit with their @FitbitIonic recall. Multiple follow ups have been made since April 2022 with absolutely no indication or help to complete the process. No matter when I call the answer remains: "this could take weeks".
