Damn stupid @fitbit keeps freezing on me. The only way I have managed to find to fix it is uninstall the app and reinstall it, plus try and turn the actual watch off. I am starting to wonder if its slow stuffing up 🤦🤔 @FitbitSupport

@payelhati2907 @madebygoogle @FitbitSupport I’m having same problem with my charge 6. Unresponsive, troubleshooting tips don’t work. I’ll put it on the charger and it’ll show it still has a significant amount of charge on it. No help from Fitbit support. How do I fix this?! It’s become unreliable and useless.

Don’t buy a Fitbit @FitbitSupport They don’t last. Their support is useless. Will send you round in circles rather than fix the problem!!!

@FitbitSupport Hi, I'm contacting you to request a refund for my Fitbit Premium subscription which auto-renewed on April 15. It was an accidental renewal due to my oversight, and I haven't used the service since the charge. Could you please help me process a one-time refund?
