    @fitbit Yes. The process is convoluted and rubbish. Go buy a Withings scale and compare. Then cry about how terrible the aria is.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit is broken! The plastic broke and doesn’t stay on the band anymore. I bought it in June from Target. It must still be under some kind of warranty?

    @FitbitSupport Why is the time on my Charge 3 about 4 minutes slow? Tried to reset it, but time is still incorrect.

    @FitbitSupport I also replied to the warranty department that this was the second one to crash and me and the response was basically “sorry it’s out of warranty”. I think I’ve had it just about 2yrs. The product should last longer than that.

    @FitbitSupport I am having trouble pairing and linking an Alta HR. The app recognises the device but it fails at the next step. Everything is up to date. Running Android 11.

    @FitbitSupport keep on trying to factory reset the fitbit by holding down the button and then releasing the bottom right when the logo disappears but i never get a strong vibration to reset again

    @FitbitSupport Yes I reached out to the support team and she took me through several options to fix it. Seems as though an update is needed but she was unable to get it off of the black screen to make that happen. So she said the warranty team would email me. They did to let me know it was

    @FitbitSupport No, it doesn’t vibrate and doesn’t turn on when plugged in. I replaced my old charge 3 because the screen died after about 2 years. It is not a screen issue. the battery only lasted a couple of days too even when charged. I’ll DM now

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 locked itself saying that i need my phone to unlock it. Then i tried to change the pass code but said their was an error to connecting i turned my phone off completely and tried to do it again but failed.
