    @FitbitSupport your product's, Fitbit charge 4, hinge that holds the band in place broke after a year and 13 days, and guess the response I get??! A f@#$ coupon for 30% off!!! WTF, why can these devices last longer than that. This is such a waste. #Fitbit #badcustomerservice

    Be careful when buying a @fitbit smartwatch had mine recalled for a fault. They issue a refund in Australia with a gift card that cannot be used anywhere in Australia. And device was disabled by them as well. Been trying for weeks to get this resolved no luck.
