    @fitbit Anyone else suffering from a shockingly poor customer experience whilst attempting to upgrade their recalled Ionic. Five contacts with FB support since the start of the recall. Discount code didn't work. Promises of getting back to me never materialise. Support is sh*t!

    Uhh, wtf @FitbitSupport @fitbit - there's no way to hide your step count from friends? Why did you take this away? This seems like a really great way to trigger people who have exercise or disability issues.

    @FitbitSupport I can hardly read my screen. Only when it's dark I can see what time it is etc. But in bright conditions it is hardly visible. I've tried to adjust the settings, but to no avail. Can you help?

    Hey y'all. Just so y'all know, @fitbit doesn't GAF about it's users. My Fitbit quit reading my BPM. I went thru all the troubleshooting stuff and then contacted customer support. They pretty much said, "haha yeah. **** you. Eat my ****. Here's %20 off your next Fitbit purchase"

    Had the most epically bad experience with customer service today while talking to @FitbitSupport They sent my order to their own returns department, then gave me a hard time when I called to ask them to resend it. 🙄 @fitbit should reconsider outsourced customer service…
