    @fitbit used to have a GREAT Customer Support and now I have the feeling they are dismissing ppl instead of helping them. Never in the 5 years that I’ve own a Fitbit did I get poor answers like this. At least acknowledge the fact that data is unreliable because of an update issue

    @stephaniefidis_ @fitbit mine is doing the same thing and it says 05 and it won’t let me edit the date or anything- looked this up on here to see if anybody was having the same problem

    @FitbitSupport my son flipped the watch screen on my Sense 180 degrees and I can't figure out how he did it or how to flip it back. How can I fix this? A restart has done nothing.

    @adrianpb @fitbit Wow!!! That's a big difference honestly!! Fitbit has to fix this asap! We rely on those smartwatch to keep track of our health and have a better idea but if the info is wrong, then what's the point. Do you start it manually when you exercise or you leave it automatic detect?

    @FitbitSupport @ebzornes I have just noticed this issue too! Plus whenever I open the sleep info screen, the app freezes and I have to restart. Cant access proper sleep data at all.

    @adrianpb @fitbit If a fix is coming, that's great if not, then I'll buy another product that will read my heart rate correctly when talking a simple walk.

    @fitbit Hoping that i'll be emailed re my faulty FitBit Versa? Sadly ran through all the trouble-shooting ideas, Chuck from customer services was helpful, though we both quickly deduced it's a dead duck. I do rely on this specific watch to help me monitor my health #heartfailure
