@fitbit tried a support chat with you this morning, very poor service. Bought my wife Aria Air for Xmas and it only calculates BMI once every 5 or 6 days no-one can tell me why. If I bought a fridge which only worked once every 5 or 6 days it would be called faulty & replaced?
