@StormOfMastodon @FitbitSupport Seems it has been fixed with version 3.37.1 of the Android app. Could pair my charge 4 again on the first try (after restarting both devices for good measure and the process is still quite slow)

@CADman1865 @FitbitSupport They are rolling out a new update on playstore. Not everyone can see it yet, but if you go to playstore and search for Fitbit if you see the last update was 1/28 download it and it should fix the problem.

@FitbitSupport So we have 5 Fitbits within our family and all are having the same issue. I can get them all to sync but it doesn't last more than a day. I got my Versa 2 to work last night and just noticed I want getting alerts for my text messages... Check my sync and it is not syncing again!

@FitbitSupport The GPS on the device isn't working properly. I have taken all steps advised to rectify the problem to no avail. It works intermittently, sometimes tracking my walks and others not.

@FitbitSupport Okay I replied in the DM. I look forward to the app update issue being acknowledged and dealt with...in DM.

@FitbitSupport ~ So many reports of the same syncing issues ... How can you not simply reverse the last update in the interim period ... Terrible service !

@FitbitSupport Your troubleshooting tips will not work. The non synching issue has obviously been caused by the last update. See the 000's of comments on various media. Man up admit it and apogise Fitbit. Oh and of course make sure a proper fix is put in place and more importantly publicised.

@FitbitSupport You told me 3 days ago that it was an issue with my phone and now you release a patch for the exact issue? Top notch "support" you have!

  • elementeds
Kat Betts | Element Editing (@elementeds) reported

@FitbitSupport I've restarted it multiple times. This morning it synced, and I was also able to change the clockface (which resolved an issue I had a few months ago) but this didn't resolve the problem, either. :(
