    Hi @FitbitSupport! It's been around 4-5 days that my Fitbit Inspire 2 stopped syncing in my Huawei p30 lite, I've tried all the tricks that I found on your help webpage however right now I unpaired the device and cannot add it back to the app. Could you please help me?

    @YolandeMarie2 @FitbitSupport Brutal. Fitbits are just pricey pedometers because the focus is on steps. After all that, I closed the app, restarted my phone, opened the app again, no update notice anymore so it updated despite the multiple error messages I got. 1/2 hr ago I WAS heading out for a bike ride 🙄

    cc: @FitbitSupport - just got a new Inspire 2, and it has a similar problem to my old Charge: it won't start recording sleep until I've already been asleep for ~3 hrs or so. Is it because my RHR is already pretty low? Any ideas?

    @FitbitSupport Did all those steps. Didn’t need updating. Deleted the app, restarted. Waited a few hours. Seemed we couldn’t reach your server but all is good again.

    @FitbitSupport Continuously having the same issue, versa sets up on the phone, syncs, however the screen always appears the same as previously pictured. Quite frustrating having not been able to use my watch since June 15th 🙄 1/1

    I've found my @fitbit @FitbitUK app seems to have signed itself out of my account several times recently. The common factor? Using a VPN @IPVanish on my phone. It seems I can't be privacy conscious AND be health conscious. If connected to VPN it won't let me sign in again either.

    @FitbitSupport Hi! My charge 3 tracker made weird noises and died during a swim yesterday. Nothing seems to bring it back up. I put it on charge, there were strange buzzing noises, a white line showed up across the screen and then it completely died. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport Is there a problem with the Charge 2 synching? My experience is that Fitbit gear is a waste of time, energy and money and the app, the device, the servers, the synching don't work If you put a price on your time, your gear's a terrible investment
