@_criminologist Exactly my recent experience with @fitbit. Their @FitbitSupport bot DM-ed me and then proceeded to give me pointless canned responses irrelevant to the issue. They basically don’t want to hear from you. Their bot will engage in pointless charade again now after this tweet.

@FitbitSupport I own a Sense 2 watch,and after upgrading my iPhone to iOS 16.1,it's not possible to receive notifications from LINE. I tried several methods including: -restart phone and/or watch -enablying system notifications -forget/register again the watch but none of those solved my issue.

1. Too many companies don’t care about the longevity of their products - unbothered by the amount of garbage they add to our landfills. When a small part on an otherwise functional product breaks, companies should have repair and replacement options for parts. @fitbit
