    Thank you @FitbitSupport contacted you this evening as my screen was not lighting up correctly, troubleshooting all options and no fix so offered free replacement right away! Great service thanks! Looking forward to being able to see my step count again!

    @fitbit It’s not a small error either. The dates in the menstrusl tracker will suddenly change, so that it’s no longer accurate. Which basically stops it from being remotely useful at all. Yet still no fix? Since 2018? Clearly they don’t care half about their customers!

    Just had a terrible customer experience with @fitbit!!! We ordered a device in early DEC as a gift but it arrived days after Christmas When we called @FitbitSupport they didn't care that it arrived so late & told us WE had to pay to return it. #CustomerService #customerexperience

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I need help with my wife's Fitbit Versa. We couldn't charge it (tried for many days) now the screen is totally black. I have tried to hold down the buttons to reset the device and then charge it but still doesn't work. What should I do? I live in Singapore.

    @FitbitSupport I'm having issues with my new fitbit 4 not keeping it's charge. It was on 33% before I went for a long walk but before the walk was complete it had shut down. Brand new for Xmas so not happy as had issues with previous fitbit I had also.

    @FitbitSupport help! My less-than-year-old Charge 3's display no longer works! No cracks, no damage, just faded to black. Everything else works (per the app), HR is reading and everything, but I can't see anything 😕
