@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport. I bought a Versa 4 through Blue Light Card and want to return it as it's not working correctly. Apparently, watches bought through Blue Light are not sold by Fitbit so they will not refund me even though the link on the blue light card to contact Fitbit

@FitbitSupport my watch doesn’t recognize when I’m on the treadmill. Is there a way to fix that?

  • gfhand Greg Hand, MBA, MSEE (@gfhand) reported

@fitbit I've been an avid Fitbit user for 6 uears... ordered 18 products and spent more than $2,100... so, why is it your online support cannot handle special cases and seem unwilling or unable to escalate... How do I email a decision maker with an issue?

  • stephenbalmer Stephen Balmer (@stephenbalmer) reported

@fitbit how in the name of goodness do I actually get access to someone to help with why my Charge 3 is unreadably dull. I’v reset and tried all the settings as instructed.

  • JohnPimento John Pimento (@JohnPimento) reported

@FitbitSupport Hi. I'm having problems in synchronizing my Charge 4 with the app. I erased the App and installed it again an the error that I gives is that the watch does not sync. It just stays there waiting...

  • michaelgammans Michael Gammans (@michaelgammans) reported

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport bought Versa 4 through Blue Light Card, it's not working correctly so want to return for refund. Apparently watches bought through BLC aren't from Fitbit even though the website says contact Fitbit for refund and warranty issues. No one will help!

@FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit. I’ve not had a tangible reply. We’ve been left in a situation where I still have a broken watch and whilst you know the problem you don’t want to solve it for me. Please can I have a better reply #customerservice #brokenfitbit #fitbit

  • hearnesque Pete Sematary (@hearnesque) reported

@FilmProProdPod @fitbit Yeah I imagine part of mine is active brain at night but I need to get my sleep apnoea under control as I’m sure it’s ruining everything else. I wish my apnoea was a weight thing, as that would be a (relatively) easy fix, but it’s not :(

@IanChri47809496 You think that’s bad, it’s been 28 weeks and I keep being sent on a wild goose chase. #fitbitionicrecall #fitbit @fitbit @FitbitSupport you can’t possibly be trying to dodge refunds after a recall

  • bennettm0207 #Bekind (@bennettm0207) reported

Is anyone in their 11th week of waiting for the 3-6 week reimbursement of the recalled Fitbit Ionic? @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK How bad is the service here?!

  • TCAnelle TCAnelle (@TCAnelle) reported

@FitbitSupport My Inspire2 won't update time after travel. App set to automatic time zone. I've synced multiple times, rebooted device, and reinstalled the app. Recently app hasn't retained time zone setting, but when turned on again it's fixed it, but not today. Pls fix ASAP.

  • jaimeturner Jaimé Turner 🇨🇦✊🏿🌈🌎 (@jaimeturner) reported

@madebygoogle with @fitbit #Charge5 I could see steps in the app update in real-time. When I have #FitBit app open using #PixelWatch I have to manually refresh. Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting or connection issue?

  • sazmi Sarah Evans (@sazmi) reported

@FitbitSupport just messaged you again, my fitbit app is still not working after the update
