    @FitbitSupport Hi Guys, seems like Thier are still some issues with the "Guided Programs" everytime I try to open one it says "There was a problem communicating with the Fitbit server, please try again" Any ideas?

    @FitbitSupport Yeah still not syncing right. Providing junk sleep data, and metrics give me a server error. You need to fix this issue still. This is after all the trouble shooting steps for a luxe.

    @FitbitSupport Mine is not working properly. On the 3rd attempt, it appeared to sync but Only captured simplified sleep data for my 7 hrs of sleep & when I switch to health metrix it says “our servers seem to be having some issues …” On a 4th attempt the sleep data & health metrix disappeared

    @FitbitSupport @dinnervilledon The experience with Fitbit these past two mornings has been terrible. Can you guys please get your app/servers up and running properly. This is extremely frustrating !! Please post something so that we all know you are working on getting these issues corrected

    @FitbitSupport NP! Just got another clue that the problem is something to do with sleep stats. I just got my weekly report and it's saying I haven't recorded any sleep in the past week.

    @FitbitSupport The fitbit app does not seem to be working again this morning. None of the fitbit premium features appear when opening the app. Are there still issues with a server???

    @FitbitSupport My and my wifes apps will not sinc to our devices today again. My wife has a versa lite and i have a versa 2. Done everything I can think of. Reinstalled app. Cleared cache, stopped and restarted bluetooth and wifi. Restarted watch. Nothing has worked. Need help please. Thx

    @FitbitSupport I’m having issues too. I tried removing my device from the app, and now I am unable to pair it again. I keep getting an error message.

    @FitbitSupport You were hesitant to acknowledge the issue and you left people waiting on hold instead of swallowing your corporate ego and doing the right thing by playing a message for everyone on your customer service robot. The issue is back today. Acknowledge it early and fix it.

    @FitbitSupport @teejay814 The help article doesn’t resolve how to add the missing tiles. Steps and sleep are not currently even showing up as optional tiles to add.

    @FitbitSupport your issues aren’t fixed. I’m still getting a server error and junk sleep tracking with intermittent syncing. Please fix this.
