Is there a problem with my Fitbit ? It says I only took 34 steps today which is untrue @FitbitSupport

@pecosROB @FitbitSupport Working for me now. Seemed to be a system wide issue.

@FitbitSupport Hi, I'm contacting you to request a refund for my Fitbit Premium subscription which auto-renewed on April 15. It was an accidental renewal due to my oversight, and I haven't used the service since the charge. Could you please help me process a one-time refund?

@FitbitSupport Hi, I’ve done all of that and also spoke to support. They said it was a known issue I was just hoping it would be sorted.

@FitbitSupport fix the food logging on your app. Don't bother with a reply, I don't need your standard help desk answer of logout and reboot. It's obviously an app issue affecting everyone globally. You'll you have to fix this with an app update. How about a fix ETA?

@FitbitSupport your watches are junk, just stopped charging. Cleaned the charger, swapped sources and restarted. Still nothing. Threw it out. Total garbage.

@FitbitSupport why is my exercise not showing in my @loseit app 🤫 Apparently been like this for several days now. I am not a techie and haven't a clue how to fix it. Checked both apps are uptodate.

Pretty incredible that @fitbit's food/calorie tracking has been down for -everyone- for over 24 hours and they are owned by Google which is a 3.8 Trillion dollar company. This is something you'd expect from an independent developer.

    Diane (@SoCalValleyGal) reported

@FitbitSupport I've done everything I can to try to fix the problem, I'm not the only person having the problem, ever since Google took over apparently that's when the problem started.

@FitbitSupport @Jessicayoung_99 4.58 has not fixed the issue. Sort it!

@susanelizabet28 @FitbitSupport @Google Yup. Canceled my premium. Not gonna keep paying for a system that has gotten worse, offers fewer benefits and now it's broken - regularly. In a bad economy, canceling was an easy decision.

    Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported

@yonenchi @FitbitSupport having the disappearing logged food glitch isn’t going to be fixed for 7 days? That is absolutely asinine and unacceptable. Having one of the most important app features down for a whole week is inexcusable.

Just bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.
