    @FitbitSupport Hi - I just set up my charge 2 again because there was a problem with it not tracking my sleeping. An option came up for a 90 day trial, after which I would be charged, but I was charged today. Could I please ask for a refund?

    @fitbit My Fitbit versa Lite device was not working and I have given the request for replacement and sent my pebble in July 2020. I have not received the new pebble yet. Still, you people are cheating on me and saying that you will send me the pebble device. I hate Fitbit. I hate Fitbit.

    Hey @FitbitSupport is there a reason anytime I call for help I get people who don’t give me a second to actually explain the issue? I’ve had various Fitbits for YEARS, and ANY time I’ve used customer support I get people who can’t be bothered to listen. 🙄

    Fitbit is probably the WORST customer service. Don't sign up for their services, they will keep charging you and won't refund your money. @FitbitSupport I've been on 3 calls with customer service. They keep sending me in a loop.

    @FitbitSupport can you help. There's a noticeable difference in miles between fitbit and another app. I've calculated a walk I did and fitbit is showing I did longer. Anyway I can configure the fitbit and app to be more accurate.

    @FitbitSupport Yes, that is the link I am using. I cleared my cache. It still does not work. I want to report a broken band on my son's device. He's only had it since May and this is the second time we have had this experience. Not cool that I can't even report it and get a new one.

    @fitbit I just used your tech support and kudos to your team. Although problem is not yet completely fixed, the fact that my watch is not under warranty and they helped me get it fixed was awesome. Tech I spoke with was outstanding (didn't get his name). Thank you

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I was wondering if you could help, I am trying to add my Charge 2 to my profile but it won't work. Have tried all of the workarounds online. I enter 4 digit code and then get error about ensure tracker is charged and turned on, other trackers near an bluetooth
