    @FitbitSupport Hi- I’m having an issue when it comes to receiving notifications on my Fitbit. I use to when I received texts/phone calls, now I’m not. I unpaired, repaired, reset notification setting within app & iPhone settings, but no luck. Do u have a solution I could try?

    @fitbit Apply for refund. Ionic gets disconnected. No email for refund or discount. No help on chat or DM. This is incredibly poor customer service

    @FitbitSupport Hello! I have issues with receiving notifications from my phone on my fitbit sense. Tried everything on the trouble shooting page, but it still doesn't work. How can this be fixed? I find it very peculiar that it doesn't work, since the device is newly bought.
