    @FitbitSupport Do these issues affect sleep? For two nights in a row my Fitbit has not had me falling asleep at the right time, meaning my records are missing out on 3-5hours of sleep a night. Last week I got no sleep/readiness or stress scores. Is this part of your recent server problems?

    @FitbitSupport My FitBit app is still not working properly. Only calories show on the main menu. Where are my daily steps? Where is my sleep score? Please tell us what the issue is and when it will be resolved. This has been happening for 3 days now.

    @FitbitSupport Well, this is not the first time with this wristband and although I have been taken care with your advice it doesn't help. It's interesting that I didn't got any other problems with my previous Fitbit wristband than it went broken quite quickly.

    @FitbitSupport Seems to be back to normal this morning. Yay! (BTW for the 48 hours it was not working I tried all that you listed except for restarting my phone and it did not help , I presume because the issue was with the Fitbit servers as the message communicated.)

    @FitbitSupport your website sucks and so does your “customer support” (that won’t open on the website or app) supposedly will get help through Twitter messages but it hasn’t happened and I doubt it will.

    @FitbitSupport when are you going to fix the menstrual health tab. The calendar is blank and the trends tab just spins and I know there's data on there cause I use it daily!!!! Very annoying!!!

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Has the issue been resolved? My dashboard for charge 4 still only show calories at the top, no steps, kms etc. all information is correct on the display of the device.
