    @FitbitSupport Still no reply from your team. It’s been a week since I’ve been trying to resolve an issue of my dead Versa. I’ve provided you with my details twice and sent emails that have been ignored. I deeply regret buying a product that didn’t even last 2 years. Poor, poor service.

    @FitbitSupport The heartrate censor doesn't work consistently or properly. I take walks/ go running and it only places me "below zones" or "fat burn" I should easily be between cardio and peak. I don't think this issue is human error on my part

    @FitbitSupport is there an issue I can't get my Fitbit Versa 3 to sync? I got Bluetooth to forget the devices now I can't even get it to pair! Last time I had this frustration it was due to your servers being down.

    @FitbitSupport my Inspire2 sometimes responds to pinching buttons and sometimes doesn't. Is that a common issue? Tbh the unreliability means it is pretty useless.

    @FitbitSupport @Williajc It would be helpful to post about this problem. I was considering an upgrade to the 4 but this stuff going on with the 3 is making me consider switching brands. I'm outside all day and can't read this thing anymore.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK My wife is so disappointed with her Fitbit 3 because the display is so poor in terms of visibility-brightness non existent. Customer support also the same. Non existent. She has gone over to another company’s watch.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit my versa started to screen tear and followed recommended tips nothing worked. Now the screen is completely black, but still operating. Anything i can do to fix? Or replace?

    Wondering why when my @Fitbit goal is to GAIN weight it still shows my daily calories at 1200... WTF? It says it's set at 0 calorie deficiency. Recommended calories for women is 2000, 1200 is bare minimum.

    @FitbitSupport from many tweets is there a universal issue with charging. Mine is almost 4 years old and stopped charging today. My daughter's is less than 2... won't charge today?? Very strange.
