    @FitbitSupport hi over the past several days my ionic has been displaying my heart rate at over 300 whilst sitting, I have cleaned the sensors and reset the watch as per the forums, the readings are still reading high. I have had my ionic for approx 21 months pleas can you help

    @FitbitSupport I’ve been down this road every time change for several years. Editing the reminders isn’t not the issue. The issue is the delay in recognizing that the time has changed. I set my day for 7am - 7pm. This last time change the range moved with the time change to 8am - 8pm.

    @ItsMeDaraB @FitbitSupport Ah thanks for getting back! My uncles fitbit versa 2 just had a sudden blackout but looking at fitbit website seems it might be a wide software issue at the time of an update.. Hoping for a fix soon!

    Hey @FitbitSupport, what’s going on with the iOS app? With the last couple of updates, the quality went down: the app's responsiveness is terrible, and the sleep feature doesn't work anymore. Are these known issues?
