    @FitbitSupport Trying to cancel my 'free trial' premium. Tried on line, said I had to do it from the app. I've spent 30 minutes selecting every button/link and haven't found anywhere where I can stop Premium before it renews. Help!

    @Himendra60 @FitbitSupport It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 48 years.... The products do not work and they simply do not care. They waste your time with going round in circles with advice that won't help as the products are useless.

    @FitbitSupport my sense is logging insane number of floors. 88 floors today when I've spent the day in a single story house. Is there a fix?

    @FitbitSupport I have done all of the above. Gps works on everything else I have! It worked initially on the first two devices.. The problem is the charge 3.. Please arrange for a device that actually works.

    @FitbitSupport please remove the Bluetooth sharing location access message that keeps popping up every time I sync my HR 4. I spoke to your support team and they told me the only way to fix it is to allow it or select never.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Versa 2 isn’t tracking my heart rate correctly when I’m exercising and keeps telling me I’m below the zone since I updated it didn’t have this problem before the update and I’m wearing the watch in the correct spot.

    Had heard that the @fitbit #sense connectivity wasn’t the best but I didn’t think it was this bad. Wont stay connected, won’t sync even after following all troubleshooting steps. I hate to return it but it’s awfully expensive to be so unreliable. Please advise @FitbitSupport

    Notification service required device restart.. this error keeps coming back on my android. Is there anything @FitbitSupport are doing to resolve this? To make it work I have to clear cache and still this error keeps coming back.
