Remixkid DCardinal (@DJDCardinal) reported@FitbitSupport Hi, I have 2 Fitbit devices, one of them an orange hue has developed at the top of the screen as well as the watch becoming glitchy. the other has a ❌ and lost sync data and won’t connect to the app, have reset both watches several times with now luck. Help!

Texas Peaker 💪 (@PeakerNation) reported@southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

Firstly, I start the “Run” on my Pixel Watch 4 and once I end it, it somehow ends up as “Workout” on the Health App and no stats. I change it to Run and only GPS is displayed but no cadence. @FitbitSupport

My pixel watch 2 was good at it. please get it sorted in next fix

This is the third one i have had this happen with 🤯🔫 @googlehealth **** product you’ve bought when it doesn’t last. I’ve bought 3 in 6 years and won’t be buying any more! Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.
