    Part 2 : Mine died all of a sudden 48 hours ago. No display.. Just black screen. The sensor at the back works, watch vibrate and sync but display doesn't work. When I searched, i found out that I wasn't alone, most users have this issue aftwr 18-24 months @FitbitSupport #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport did over 13,000 steps before lunchtime today, synced my watch with the app and it jumped down to under 8,000, it’s done it twice. Is there a known issue? 🤔

    Hi @fitbit is it common for a Charge 2 screen to go blank? I charged it over night. Tried rebooting via cable plugged into laptop etc and nada. Can I have some help please? TIA

    Really annoyed @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK - my Versa 2 has stopped working, won’t charge at all and have been told as they have replaced previously they cannot help?! Less than a year old - I woulf avoid fitbit at all costs.

    Tremendous customer service from @FitbitSupport when my 5 year old Charge 2 stopped working recently. They tried, but are unable to resolve the issue, so have given me a good deal on a Charge 4 as a replacement. I’ve had great service from them before, glad to see it’s continuing

    Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbit , I just bought a Fitbit Charge 4 and I am having an issue with the SpO2 readings. I have to restart my Fitbit every morning in order to see the values! My device is update. Do you have any idea how can I solve the this? Thank you in advance #Fitbit

    You can’t be serious @fitbit @fitbitsupport? Again, one of your products is defective in a well-documented way and you claim you can't help a “premium” subscriber and after 3 of your products, because I haven’t bought your products at one of your “authorized” retailers? *byebye*

    @FitbitSupport touch screen on versa does not work, buttons still work. Have tried reset as per Fitbit forum to no avail. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport It would seem it's currently a common issue across the board, where fitbit users are having problems using, synching, connecting devices etc

    @FitbitSupport since the last update, my versa has quit receiving any notifications (text, calls, weather, etc). I’ve tried everything I can think of, including factory reset of watch. Please help!

    @Dsparky120 @FitbitSupport This is an ongoing problem. @FitbitSupport knows that it is. Just fix your software. People say no, flip a switch and turn off the alert. It’s not rocket science. This is my 5th and last Fitbit.

    @TalmageMcG @FitbitSupport @fitbit Same formy new Sense tracker too! After doing all the fools errands the fitbit support team had me doing, they finally got the response of "we know there is an issue and we are working on it. We don't have a timeline for when it will be fixed."
