    @fitbit I signed up for FitBit premium and was expecting a 90 day free trial but seem to have been charged today. Can I get help with this and confirm that I should be on a trial period first?

    @FitbitSupport I want to understand *why* this happened so you can keep more of your loyal customers, b/c clearly it’s not user error. & if you’re going to offer a discount, at least offer to cover the extended 2yr warranty as well. Either that, or expedite a software fix to whatever killed it.

    @FitbitSupport @lovealissaellen I am also having a similar problem. In the last couple of days my Versa 2 Fitbit has been draining the battery. It was charged up to 99% this morning and not even four hours later she is at 52% when normally we get 4-5 days out of a charge.

    @FitbitSupport Been through this at least 3 times. Either you have a compatibility issue with iOS or I have a defective product.

    @FitbitSupport my aria won’t tell me body fat or BMI despite resetting it, following trouble shooting questions and replacing batteries. It’s well frustrating - not exactly cheap.

    @FitbitSupport I don’t know what update got pushed that absolutely nuked my Fitbit battery life, but this is unacceptable. My Versa 2 used to go 5-6 days on one charge, and as of 48 hours ago, it barely lasts for 1 day on a full charge. My usage has not changed. Please fix this!!

    @FitbitSupport My Versa2 sent a low battery warning and within an hour was dead. I charged it for 2 hours, full 100% power. Went to bed, woke up and it’s dead. Help!

    @FitbitSupport notifications from Twitter are not coming in to my Versa. I’ve removed, reinstalled, turned off/on, checked all I know to check. Nothing. Calls/texts do come in to the Versa. Only the Twitter connection is broken.

    @jon_a_ross @FitbitSupport So strange! They told me I can buy a new one for 35% off. They messaged me & we tried everything to fix it. They saw none of it worked, and said I have to buy a new one. I was hopeful for a replacement since I consider 1.5 years still pretty new. Hoping you have a better outcome!

    @FitbitSupport my versa 3 used to work for a week on one full charge - now it’s barely 8 hours. No usage has changed - called your helpline and was told that the next update will resolve this but find that hard to believe. Can you help please?
