@fitbit another day no resolution We're unable to provide replacements as this is an ongoing issue and this bug is affecting your phone and Fitbit device. But, this issue is now being checked by our support team. We will continue to look into the case and get back to you ASAP.

@FitbitSupport 2/2 ... when I wear the watch it works OK for a couple of minutes then shuts down. It's currently a blank screen, on charge. When I hold the button it vibrates for about 8 seconds but then nothing. I've held for 8 and 15 s and reconnected to charger but no change.

@FitbitSupport Thanks for responding here. What is the timeline for this fix to be rolled out? And if it doesn't roll out what do I do as a next step?

  • fredibear1 Lynette C Kennedy (@fredibear1) reported

@fitbit nice answer We're unable to provide replacements as this is an ongoing issue . Thanks for your patience. While the watch is still covered by our warranty, a replacement can't ensure a resolution. Please check in on a later date for any updates.

@FitbitSupport That is the exact Fitbit community that keeps posting the issue, with no action being taken or communicated. Good to know this is just a loop of nothingness!

  • GeekyPixels GeekyPixels (@GeekyPixels) reported

Had terrible customer service from @fitbit today. Contacted @FitbitUK because I was charged for a £79.99 yearly premium subscription I thought was cancelled as it doesn't display in app. I'd had a free trial with the Sense but wasn't using it.

@FitbitSupport i just want to highlight the absolute horrendous experience i have had with fitbit support on DM. I have been facing an issue on my fitbit since over 8-10 days where the device wouldn't start due to the battery being not being able to hold charge. I have asked the

@ShaunStent @FitbitSupport @fitbit Spoke to recall centre a couple of times, either ‘system down’ or confirmation that refund is being ‘processed’ #shambles

  • MSichova Marianna Sichova (@MSichova) reported

@FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply - it's not that the EDA isn't working, it's that few of us have the hand strength to hold like that for that long. It's not an adequate replacement. Getting near daily emails from FitBit Community that others are having same issue

  • StephMcM_1 Steph (@StephMcM_1) reported

@fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Since the 10th May I have been trying to have my iconic recalled due to the health & safety issue associated with it. Customer support, the recall set centre and the “specialist / escalation” service is abysmal. No resolution and no responses!
