    @FitbitSupport Had the same issue, done all the troubleshooting even deleted the app, reinstalled it it synced, thought problem was solved til it never did again, all since new update. Was told my phone was the issue by live chat tech, been using same device since August. Your update needs help

    @debbied007 @FitbitSupport That is my next step. I always try and fix it outside the hours that online chat is available. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended in the online guides though.

    @FitbitSupport I literally purchased a versa 2 because the specs stated I could use Spotify without paying for premium. I downloaded and it’s telling me I need a premium subscription. Tried Deezer...same thing. Should I return and purchase an Apple Watch instead? Help

    @FitbitSupport is probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever boughten from. If you want a defective watch and a customer service team that takes over a month to respond to you, only to tell you to just restart the device... go with Fitbit

    @juliefearnley1 @FitbitSupport Fitbit has sadly changed. They had top of the line customer support for awhile, 5 years ago, then it went down hill. They seem to be coming back though. I decided to give them another change and purchased the Sense. Sadly, the released it before it was finished. Keep at them.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve had a Charge 4 for a few months but recently have noticed it no longer shows the time when I raise my wrist to read the time - I have to press the dude button . Is there an easy fix or is it faulty? Jan

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for fixing the sync problem. So far mine seems to be working now I had to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times but doing that + user data reset on my Charge 4 seemed to make it finally sync
