    @FitbitSupport @flota_gflota I got that from customer support twice for an ionic problem last year. I found the solution myself just by deleting the clock face then reinstalling it.

    @FitbitSupport Hi have reset it and rebooted it a few times, but it’s still doing it. Having a read on the Fitbit forums it seems it’s a general issue with the inspire hr. please help.

    Hey @FitbitSupport I’ve had an Aria Scale for a couple of years now. One issue I’ve had all these years is the fact that it will never turn off. It just rotates between diff messages such as “step on” “thinking” etc.... I’ve resorted to removing the batteries in the past to.....

    it off and honestly it has just discouraged me from using it. I’ve now started to use it again and I cannot find a way to shut it off and needing to buy batteries is so expensive and ridiculous tht i have to so often to be honest. Please help me. Thank you for your time @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport hi, my charge 4 has stopped giving reminders to move. It did work fine but has suddently stopped. Notifications are switched on, I've restarted phone and fitbit but still not working, can you help?

    @FitbitSupport I am having an absolute nightmare with my Fitbit not counting my steps & yes I have done every single thing I was told to do & nothing works !! This is the second Fitbit I have had. I am incredibly frustrated & it’s bordering on angry. Please help !
