    @FitbitSupport I cannot sync to strava recently tried reinstall, phone restart and all the usuals. Is there an issue?

    @neonamelia @FitbitSupport @StravaSupport Same problem. Generally have to wait a few days to a week and it normally gets resolved. For GPS tracked activities I manually export the tcx files from fitbit and upload to strava.

    @BladeMarcantel @FitbitSupport Don’t worry, this isn’t the experience they want you to have but they’ll do nothing to fix it and tell you how to spend hours troubleshooting with processes that don’t work.

    @FitbitSupport @411Regan WHY ARE YOU STILL ASKING THEM TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION? Your entire Twitter feed is full of the same complaints. It is on YOUR end. Stop asking your customers to spend time fixing an unfixable problem on our end. I have never in my life seen such poor customer care.

    @FitbitSupport hi I have a Fitbit charge 3 and have started to have terrible problems with it not holding a charge. It will charge to 100% then within an hour or two shows at 28%? It was at 80% last night but woke me up at 4.45am vibrating as it was dead. Please help 😫

    @FitbitSupport Further investigations show that the problem is apparently with Fitbit, there’s been an issue for lots of users for days now, not just for me. I already unlinked/re-linked my accounts via desktop settings. I really don’t want to manually upload data files.

    @FitbitSupport @411Regan Fitbit ALL of your customers are having the same issue across the board! Your support told me Friday that Fitbit is no longer supporting Strava and basically told me “oh well.” Don’t give us the run around with troubleshooting to no avail!

    I bought Fitbit Sense watch (top model) few months back. The product and service are not up to the mark. I would say 2/5. The watch reboots intermittently and shows wrong heart beat many times. I told @FitbitSupport about the issue and its been month since I got any mail. 1/2

    @FitbitSupport @captainkudzu Lol! Don’t waste your time sending the information. The entire page is full of the same complaint. They are just buying time and tiptoeing around the issue that lies on their end....buy an Apple Watch. It’s a product that is actually functional.

    @FitbitSupport How am I supposed to screenshot an issue that's happening on my Versa 3? It doesn't have that technology. The microphone was working fine. It was showing what I was saying, just couldn't interface with my Google Home. 2 hours after my initial post it started working fine tho.
