    @FitbitSupport I’ve had this problem since I purchased it. It’s defective and offering to replace a defective item with a defective item after not attempting a fix for WEEKS is a problem.

    Terrible customer service by @FitbitSupport. Supposidly 6-8 weeks for the refund of my faulty Ionic. Nearly 12 weeks later, no refund. No contact by fitbit. Iv had to call twice to chase up but still nothing! @FitbitUK @fitbit
