@FitbitSupport Fab service from Fitbit with a 18 month old broken device! Given the choice of a replacement or discounted new one. Replacement arrived in 3 days! 9/10! Would have been 10/10 but the box for the tracker was far bigger than the one for the tracker/charger/strap!

Still no satisfactory response from @fitbit after sending me just a watchface in a plastic bag. In fact in their email they wrote “please apologize to us for this issue that was suffered your delivery.” I’m assuming they don’t want me to apologise to them!!

@FitbitSupport bought fitbit 5 on 9th Feb 2022, stopped registering sleep, first time experienced a problem since 2016, and 4 fitbit charge watches.

@ConnorS52613955 @fitbit My previous Fitbits were good at sleep tracking. My current one not so much. When I upgraded, I went through all the help stuff, but never got it right. I hope my next upgrade does it. No complaints, really; They have treated me well, I'm sure it's my fault.

@FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, I'm having issues with an order. @DHLexpress are supposed to be delivering it, but they've failed to do so the past two days. Today they say they've delivered it, but not to me, and I've no idea who or where it's gone to. Are you able to help please?

If I increase my activity, my @fitbit Cardio Fitness Level goes down. If I rest, it improves. I am sick, not deconditioned. #MECFS
