@RenphoGroup since 3rd January the Renpho app seems to have stopped syncing my weight measurements to my @Fitbit account. Is this a Renpho problem, or a Fitbit problem? I have latest versions of both apps & have checked that the 3rd party access permission is still active.

@FitbitSupport I appreciate support operations are limited however over 18 days without being contacted is not what I expect from a company this size even with the recent restrictions in place. I sent a DM yesterday complaining about the same thing which appears not to be read. Poor service

@blackgirlinmain @fitbit This isn't an individual user issue. Your 3.37 update has stopped phones and watches syncing. Go and look on your forums @fitbit there are A LOT of unhappy customers. Stop giving nonsense answers and telling us to follow trouble shooting guides and fix it!

@FitbitSupport Any updates on this @FitbitSupport? My last Sync was 26th January. It is now the 29th (in 🇰🇷) and there's been little communication from you guys. Can you not get @Google to help you fix this? Annoying.

@FitbitSupport @Chantal44786485 Stop wasting peoples time. A good response would be as follows: "We messed up and are working on fixing the problem. Please give us 24 hours to correct our error and update our app. We apologise for our screw-up and for any time that you have wasted attempting to fix the issue"

@KHappygram @FitbitSupport Mistakes happen, but the fact that they won't take ownership of the issue is what is pissing me off. Blaming the consumer is never a smart move. Roll back the update and figure out the issue before the re-release.
