    @FitbitSupport Oh, I've done all of those things. I've had the device loose, tight, up and down my wrist/arm. Essentially the device is faulty and just doesn't read heart properly while exercising. It displays a heart rate of ~103/104 when it's in fact ~130bpm. This is dangerous.

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 4 is only displaying calories burned in my Fitbit app on my iPhone. Challenges, sleep and all other activities have disappeared. It seems that the issue has been resolved for some. When will it be fixed for all? Thank you.

    @FitbitSupport At this point it is clearly safe to say you have not fixed it, and more to the point you are not going to fix it. Those with missing data have permanently lost that data. You should grow a set and announce this rather than continuing to try and bullshit everyone.

    @FitbitSupport Still not working. Have closed and reopened app numerous times, disconnected Bluetooth, restarted phone. Most of my info is still not there.
