@GSIVentures Can you point us to a product rep or customer service endpoint? So far, this band is a piece of garbage. My @fitbit Luxe is far more accurate, readable, and costs 70% less than full price. Oh, and it has a clock, display, alarms, etc. Please link me with someone who can explain the competitive advantage here.

@ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

@FitbitSupport I cannot contact you people the worst support system. I have dealt with three days. I’ve been trying to get a reply from you people. Pretty sure this will be the last Fitbit that I purchased.

I am trying to pair my Fitbit with my iPhone. After I enter the 4 digit code, it says pairing on the Fitbit but then an error on the phone appears “Something went wrong. There is an error. Try again”. Details in comment… @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev

@FitbitSupport How come I can't send you a message. My spo2 hasn't been working for days, and I have to keep force stopping the app because I get a blank page in the morning and have to start it back up. Im a paid subscriber, and I shouldn't have these problems. Help

Apparently @FitbitSupport can't keep their app running. Widespread outage. Can't log food. Makes @Google even more annoying to those of us that have had fitbit for years. Unreliable. Out since midday yesterday. No status updates from fitbit/google.

I think it’s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

  • zamoose

Attempting to add my 13yo's Christmas present @FitbitSupport to the kids' iPad has been a Kafkaesque nightmare, with no end in sight. It's almost beyond parody.
