    @FitbitSupport Yes. Plus reboot. It’s being returned today and I already ordered a different product. Shoulda read more reviews as this is an issue with many. Highly disappointed

    I bought Fitbit Sense watch (top model) few months back. The product and service are not up to the mark. I would say 2/5. The watch reboots intermittently and shows wrong heart beat many times. I told @FitbitSupport about the issue and its been month since I got any mail. 1/2

    @FitbitSupport hi there my fitbit sense won't sync with my phone...is there an issue with fibit at the minute? Fitbit is only 1 month old

    2/n Not even a single scratch. It is just the software issue. It makes no sense why the customer has to pay when there fault is ZERO. A reputed company like @fitbit should make exceptions on warranty and see to it with their loyal customer base.

    @FitbitSupport I have had my fitbit versa 2 for about 1 month and my side button to turn it on has stopped working I went through amazon and they said as its 30 day old they can't do anything even though its a mth old Help please im really disappointed it has stopped working

    @FitbitSupport Can you help me? Fitbit is 2 months old, syncing with iPhone has always been difficult and took a long time, but now syncing does not work at all anymore. Tried to connect Fitbit to another iPhone with same issue, while iPhone connects with any other device...

    @FitbitSupport help! My versa is barely a year old and the only thing it will do is blink the logo on and off. Tried charging it and holding the one button for different periods of time. Nothing works!

    Really wish @Fitbit Exercise tracked me spending nearly 5 hours clipping, showering, drying & brushing my 2 dogs! I'm knackered! Doing the little dog is the hardest, it's like wrestling an octopus with an attitude problem. #dogsoftwitter

    @FitbitSupport I've tried this .. it does fix it for a few hours but then stops syncing again ..will DM you now thank you

    @neonamelia @FitbitSupport @StravaSupport Same problem. Generally have to wait a few days to a week and it normally gets resolved. For GPS tracked activities I manually export the tcx files from fitbit and upload to strava.
