@sarahtrg @fitbit It's a blaze which is one of the first fitbit watches. If you're interested in monitoring sleep, I'd recommend a smaller model; the blaze is terrible to sleep with on. Not even sure if they still sell the blaze tbh

There’s been an issue with @fitbit’s menstrusl tracker since 2018. Multiple people on the forums have complained of the sams issue. And yet nothing is done to fix it. Why is it now 2021 and still this error exists?

@FitbitSupport I'm having issues with my new fitbit 4 not keeping it's charge. It was on 33% before I went for a long walk but before the walk was complete it had shut down. Brand new for Xmas so not happy as had issues with previous fitbit I had also.

Hi @FitbitSupport, recently bought a Versa 3 and trying to sync my Deezer playlists but it does not seem to be working. Taking hours to sync a tiny amount. Is this a known issue, or is there something I have missed? Thanks

@fitbit It’s not a small error either. The dates in the menstrusl tracker will suddenly change, so that it’s no longer accurate. Which basically stops it from being remotely useful at all. Yet still no fix? Since 2018? Clearly they don’t care half about their customers!

@FitbitSupport I continue to have a problem with my Alta HR skipping a nite or quitting around 2:45 am keeping my sleep data. I have done all u asked me too & it still continues.
