    @FitbitSupport Give over with your cookie cutter responses. You KNOW those steps aren't working for me and loads of other charge 5 users. I'll DM the details to you - what are you guys doing to fix what is clearly a widespread problem?

    @FitbitSupport Hi there. As reported by multiple people on /r/fitbit, Fitbit Charge 5 stopped syncing this morning. Both mine and my wives. Steps/km/points sync, but f.ex sleep doesn't. You get an error from the app if you try to 'pull down' to force a sync. Widespread issue

    @FitbitSupport @AlisonNolan9 are you robot? Read what everyone is writing: the syncing isn't working and your troubleshooting doesn't help at all. A fix on your side is needed.

    @FitbitSupport good morning. i have a problem with my charge 5. everything was ok with the bracelet until 2 days ago when my bracelet went wet because it was raining outside. at home i observed that the display is not functional anymore. what can i do? thanks

    @FitbitSupport my charge 5 is not syncing. I see so many people with issues, I guess you have a server side issue. Can you let some technical people look into it?

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit app stopped syncing with my Fitbit today also. It's still connected and seeing my heart rate, but won't sync. The app had updated itself earlier which I'm guessing is the reason it stopped syncing. I've never had an issue before. The app version is 3.65.

    @FitbitSupport Have a charge 5 is troublesome.Difficult to syncHeart rate not working Battery not lasting more than a couple ofdays I have tried , restarting Charge 5,disconnecting from app and restarting ,switching heart setting off/on . All to no effect . Can you please advise.

    @TaoistGolfer @FitbitSupport Exact same problem here. Steps and active minutes updating. Heart rate visible when app is open but graph not updating. Breaths per minute, HRV and SpO2 updated overnight but no skin temp, RHR or sleep. Followed all troubleshooting but still get "couldn't sync your charge5".

    @marybschneider @sassiecas @fitbit I started having trouble with mine c. ~5-6 hours ago. I wonder if something broke on the backend (i.e. on the servers)?

    @FitbitSupport Yes, but the response is run of the mill "it's probably on the customer side" stuff. ;) This clearly is on your side due to the widespread nature of the problem.
