    @maklelan @fitbit my solution to a similar predicament (got signed up for a christian singles dating website) - since I never got help from the website itself - was to simply block (mark as spam) the emails.

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 3 from May 2019 has stopped holding a charge. Had it at 100% before heading to bed last night. Was down to 82% within an hour. Woke up this morning with black screen and vibrating every 2 seconds.

    Ok, @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport @fitbit you suck. I would've managed if my Charge 3 stopped showing my heart rate but now it's battery is also trash Like wth? My 13year old iPad has a battery much MUCH better than this charge 3 It truly seems you all just made the charge 3 to make

    @FitbitSupport Please can I request a new contact at customer service? Its been over a week now and I've had a "how did we do" email. So I assume Natalia C has closed my request for help. It still doesn't work. It has been 8 days since she last responded.
