    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your reply but that doesn’t resolve my issue. A smart watch that is 4 months old shouldn’t be having syncing & software problems. I’ve repeated myself 5 times now to service reps & have essentially been told that since it syncs eventually its fine (1/2)

    @FitbitSupport I am having issues with my Charge 3 screen disappearing again. Had the same issue on my previous model which ended up being replaced, the device seems to be still tracking, and it is vibrating when pressing the button on the side but I can’t bring the screen up.

    @FitbitSupport Can't seem to get in touch by phone. Had trouble with brand new Inspire2 giving me 7K extra steps. After 3 phone sessions w/you on consecutive days, was told to return it with the charger. I must have sent the wrong charger, because just found right one. How to send? Reuse label?

    @FitbitSupport my mother, has had her replacement Fitbit for around 6 months after the first broke. Now this one has broken and you appear to be refusing to fix or replace it? Can you explain why? If the device isn’t fit for purpose she shouldn’t have to buy a new one!

    DO NOT get anyone or yourself a @fitbit as a Xmas gift! My current watch started failing after 4 months. Contacted @FitbitSupport & have had to explain my issue AT LEAST 5 times. 0 resolution. The lack of customer service has been mind numbing. Spend the extra $ & get an @Apple

    @FitbitSupport When I sent back my fitbit II inadvertently sent the wrong charger along with it. I just found the right one and would like to send it. How can "chat" help me with that? Can you issue me a new label?
