    @fitbit I spent 42 minutes on hold to then be cut off. I have a fault with my fitbit. It never synchs to my app unless I manually refresh. I have unistalled the app & reinstalled it. I now am receiving a message on sign in saying fitbit is unavailable. Please can someone help

    @FitbitSupport How about a message that servers are down instead of "couldn't sync" leading to instructions to "fix it" that we waste our time on before discovering everyone else in the world is having the same problem?

    @FitbitSupport had my charge 4 for a few days and it's stopped syncing already. I wish I'd known the continual Fitbit sync issues before i wasted my money on it. Won't sync, won't login. All software up to date 😡

    @FitbitSupport @james_crichton How about make a formal announcement and take ownership, instead of trying to sneak your way around this problem? I will definitely be switching to another smartwatch based on the lack of integrity, and the fact that the app designed for my fitbit literally doesn't work.
