Can anyone help with a @fitbit problem? Last week, my husband accidentally turned off my blue tooth on my phone, & ever since then, my Fitbit and @MyFitnessPal don’t really sync. Some of my steps sync with the app, but most don’t. Today I walk 3000 steps, but only 758 logged.

@FitbitSupport what is wrong with the app?? 😭 it was working 2 updates ago and now all of a sudden the app keeps freezing, I thought the new update would help but it hasn’t. I exit out and retry and it doesn’t make a difference.

@FitbitSupport recently received a Versa 3 and the heart rate monitor is off by at least 30 bpm while exercising, tried cleaning, reset, different positions in wrist, issue remains

@fitbit I used to have a Fitbit before it broke. I want another one, except I know 2 ppl with verses & one with a charge 2, & they cannot receive texts from their phones anymore. Is this an issue that will happen to me if I purchase a Fitbit again? Or should I try a dif. product?

@FitbitSupport Do the right thing and fix it. If this is what people are to expect of your products - that they break for absolutely no reason in less than 2 years - then perhaps they shouldn’t buy them. Or admit it was a faulty product which happens with all electronics and FIX IT.
