    @SamWalk50736020 @FitbitSupport Same here. Got "Step 1 Complete" email and nothing else. That was hours ago. Hoping it's down to huge hordes of people emailing - wasn't wise to give an ETA of 30 minutes in the circumstances.

    @FitbitSupport I purchased my Fitbit versa 3 02/21. It’s been great and I have the premium to be about to see all the information. Over the past few month the charge hasn’t been lasting as long and I now have to charge this every day in order for it to work! Can you help?

    @Thomas_Barnes_ @fitbit I have been told it may take a few weeks to receive the email regarding the refund. This isn't acceptable, we should have been provided with a full explanation of the process when we completed the form. Very poor service.

    @OnePlus_IN OnePlus should learn from @fitbit @FitbitSupport . After they identifing the heating issue they started refunding for millions of devices . Your Nord phone were blasted in india, u people didn't care the users. This make difference between Chinese company and Other company
