    @FitbitSupport While it isn’t expected - what is being done to solve the problem? Consumers spend over $100 on your product and it only last for 3 years. Disappointed would be grossly understated.

    @FitbitSupport Yeah. So I understand from my multiple contacts with your customer service. Problem is, @fedex can't get their crap together and do anything useful either. I'm just the sucker with $$ invested here while both "customer service" teams go "Sorry, we can't do anything."

    @nursechica1 @FitbitSupport @FedEx I have invested over $230 of merchandise in a FedEx package, I can tell you that I’ve counted each and every call I made to FedEx, I just made my 54th call in three days, with no help as usual

    Any @fitbit & @MyFitnessPal users amongst my mates here? My Fitbit randomly disconnected from my MFP on its own a few days ago, and I've followed the directions multiple times to try and get them reconnected, but nothing is working. Anyone what had the same issue? Very annoying!

    Definitely regretting buying @fitbit @FitbitSupport Versa 3 instead of just sucking it up and getting an Apple Watch. They’re about the same price. This Fitbit is so glitchy and constantly needs to be shut down and restarted just to work properly. Love that for me.

    @FitbitSupport hi there, my fitbit isn’t syncing with MyFitnessPal, and hasn’t been for the last week. I’ve deleted and redownloaded both apps multiple times - is there anything more I can do to try and resolve this issue?

    @brianlagunas @fitbit My wife had the same problem. Not so much breaking, as not wanting to sync after 5 days. Factory resetting every 5 days gets old REALLY fast. The offered a 30% discount on a new one. We both got ourselves a MI 6 band. Dirt cheap.

    @FitbitSupport My issue after a month and a half wait for you to delivery me a all black fitbit isn't over yet. Please answer me why can't you just send me a all black versa 3 that I ordered.i stead of me having to send the wrong item you sent back to me.the one that disappeared for 50 days.
