    @FitbitSupport I've been a fitbit customer since 2013 and this by far is the worst year of service that I've ever seen in my life. I returned my versa 2 on Aug 9th with the return label from @fitbit and to this day they have not received it...so I've been without every since.

    @FitbitSupport Received your lasted email. Regurgitating your policy isn’t exactly problem solving. Think out of the box and make a product that lasts more than a year. Off to buy an Apple Watch

    @FitbitSupport I've done that - repeatedly - and it all gets merged into one issue that Fitbit then ignore. And I know I can do it on the device, but it's about as usable as a chocolate teapot. When it was in the app, it was easy. And it's still there for everything except Charge.

    @FitbitSupport I am writing on behalf of someone who is having a problem with their Charge 2 and bedtime notifications. They have never used this feature but a few weeks ago they started displaying. It is paired with their iPhone. (1)

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit ionic doesn’t connect on my phone’s Bluetooth anymore. I have tried turning off my phone, removing and reinstalling the Fitbit app and nothing, it doesn’t get detected by my phone. I need your help

    @ang_p73 @FitbitSupport In my honest opinion, I think there's a good chance of recovery, I suggest you reach out to cyberglobal_consultant on Instagram they helped me recover my account which was locked a week ago, pretty much the only viable option you've got they can help you out
