    @FitbitSupport my Charge 5 is stuck on logo screen. Tried to reboot it by hitting the button 3 times on charger cable. Screen flashes black. Shows logo again and stuck. Please help

    /7 I could buy the Versa 2, but it doesn't have the built in GPS of the Versa 3. Which means I couldn't use "outdoor exercise" on it. Which is what started the problem with a perfectly good device. I'm almost ready to move on from @fitbit , and go to another tracker.

    @FitbitSupport I need a new Warranty Repair or Replacement incident number, please. The Charge 4 you replaced for me in July under the terms of the warranty has already broken. This time it's hardware, as the part on the watch to which the band attaches broke off on one side. TY.

    thinking about getting a @fitbit ? Don't. Horrific customer service, broken website, and no straight answers regarding a compromised account. In fact, I get conflicting answers from two different representatives. Time for an apple watch, I guess

    @fitbit I had my Fitbit for less than 6 months and the device and the charging cable is defective, went to Costco they said I can’t do an equal exchange. I change from an Apple Watch to this and no help on just getting it replace. Are you able to help. All I want is an exchange.

    @fitbit 2 watches, both dead in under 2 years from water exposure. Offered a discount on a watch only to be told old watches only, nothing new, after I placed the order. Now they won't help with canceling orders, I have to figure it out. Not impressed, time for Apple or Garmin

    @FitbitSupport What about the issue of the white screen on Charge 5? It's been raised on the community, but no solution yet after applying all the suggested steps from restart, to new clock face. None works.

    @FitbitSupport Gave up on @fitbit ..started having trouble exactly at the 2 year mark. Constantly going to the startup screen and battery running down within a few hours. Tried the factory reset several times that was recommended but no luck. Have had several Fitbits in the past..never again.
