Charles Colburn (@cmclbrn) reported@FitbitSupport ok I can now add heart rate, sleep and health metrics by clicking edit at top right hand corner , then scrolling down to “additional stats” and adding those to dashboard by clicking them. Will see if sleep will measure tonight. But I’m pretty much back to normal.

Samantha Morley (@samjomorley) reported@FitbitSupport @absolutmusic We all have the same issue - no longer tracks steps on the app and various other metrics. Come clean that this is a wider issue - can you not see the huge amount of conversation across various platforms to know that this is a massive problem?

Diane (@dopplerdiane) reported@CollontheCOB @FitbitSupport Great, after wasting time all morning trying to solve the problem, I decided it was my Fitbit finally wore out so I ordered a new one. It would have been helpful if Fitbit would advise when you go to internet to troubleshoot.
