    @fitbit Versa 2 just dies. Suck it up,buy another. Versa 3. Has not worked since I got it. Set up per instructions. features work randomly. Will not align w/ my settings. Total nightmare. Trying to get support is like trying to break into the Pentagon. Should've gone Apple?

    @FitbitSupport My wife's Charge HR 3 is permanently stuck on the smiley face. I've tried resetting it, draining the battery and charging it again, and resetting it. Nothing works. It just won't start up. Help!

    @BrannonJT @FitbitSupport @Strava What they don’t say is that THOUSANDS of customers have put this same complaint on the Twitter page. Instead of acknowledging the problem they will have you spend hours troubleshooting. Fitbit is junk.

    @FitbitSupport Opened the app and went to friends tab and I see soo many Michael entries. Also some numbers and question marks as you can see in the image. I checked again just now and the issue is solved so ok for now.

    There’s a persistent issue with foods not loading when trying to log in fitbit, it makes it really difficult to keep all the data I want in the app when I can’t log the food! @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hi, my Fitbit is broken and I got the extended warranty but I cannot find anywhere on the website to take action on this, what do I need to do? The only return link says I can’t return the product because it shipped over 45 days ago

    @FitbitSupport 11 weeks of having a product that doesn’t work properly. They just responded and told me the same response I have received for the last 2 months. At what point am I compensated for having a defective product? Emailing and tweeting weekly about my issue forever is not acceptable.

    Terrible experience with @fitbit over the last month. There is an admittance of a fault but because I’m out of warranty customer services just quote corporate slogans and don’t even press to help. One even ended the chat purposely instead of escalating my Versa fault. Appalled.

    Don’t bother with @fitbit . They’re aware of product issues for WEEKS and their @FitbitSupport said they are not STILL not working on it. They don’t fix their software problems. They just tell you to buy a new one. Why buy new from a company that doesn’t care to fix issues?
