    @fitbit I think your app is down. Wouldn’t sync all morning so I tried re-adding my device (error message) so then deleted and redownloaded the app now it won’t let me log in without saying “oops something went wrong” @FitbitSupport

    @AdalCarrol @FitbitSupport yes please @FitbitSupport, i thought the issue was on my device, as this has happened before. I followed your debug advice, but that was truly a waste of time since this is a problem on the Fitbit end.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks @FitbitSupport . I posted the comment so other Windows 10 users would know there's still a way to sync during these down times with the app and online dashboard.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit watch just show blank nothing on it. I can’t even see the time. Can you please tell me if this is the technical issue that’s going on or is it my watch? It’s been a couple of hours now.

    @FitbitSupport If we've already followed the previous support steps to try and sync, before we were aware of the issue (i.e. re-pairing, re-loading the app, etc.) will our historical data repopulate in the app or is it just lost?

    @FitbitSupport This is inconvenient, but I've been a fitbit customer for years and this is the first outage I remember seeing. That's really good uptime, to be honest.

    @FitbitSupport my inspire hr goes through to asking for 4 digits then few minutes later it comes back with can't connect...is this also linked to server issue?
