    @fitbit Are you sure all the data you used is accurate? Your devices tend to show wildly inaccurate numbers. Maybe you should focus on fixing that issue first

    @FitbitSupport I have not received my refund of Fitbit Ionic. Customer care is giving various excuses like device is not synched, serial number of watch required, longer wait etc etc. Going on since June. Very very bad & sad experience.... Wilson Nadar, India

    @FitbitSupport created a new account, verified email go to sign in on the app to continue, app doesn’t let me login when details are correct, go to forgot password, don’t get a change password on email.can’t carry on with set up of watch.Checked support page still doesn’t work?!

    @FitbitSupport I bought Fitbit Inspire in 3/2022, got injured, haven't used it since May. I resumed workouts but I can't find the app in the Google store so I downloaded it to my laptop (Windows 10) but it won't recognize my device. 😠Help! I live in Australia if that matters.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport if you're going to issue a refund, use a better service or do it yourself! Blackhawk is worthless and so is @myprepaidcard service and their app! #disappointed #pissedoff
