    Hello @fitbitsupport Charge 4 GPS problem, Brought Nov 2020 and for the first few weeks it would draw a map on mobile and then it stops working, maybe after an update. Over the following months tried everything I can think off but never been able to get it to draw a map again.

    Well been waiting since the 27th August for @FitbitUK to send me a replacement. No response to email and when I do speak to someone on chat they can't help as it is with a different team. Come one @FitbitSupport sort it out.

    @FitbitSupport I can't get any oxygen saturation readings on my Charge 5. I have the latest update. The only instruction is to wear it at night. I do that. Please help.
