    @FitbitSupport I'm having issue adding/switching clock faces. It keeps loading the face, and when I guess it tries install or switch to, the ribbon starts over. I've unpaired and re-paired, etc and it still repeats. I have Versa 2 I bought on 1st

    @FitbitSupport Help! I have a fitbit Versa 3, for a month now the heart rate numbers have disappeared and now I just have --- . I have checked all settings and all is on. I took off my watch and it's funny but the LED lights are no longer working on the back?

    @FitbitSupport my charge 4, purchased in April 2020, has suddenly developed a problem with the strap. The top clip keeps coming loose and I'm close to it falling off permanently. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit hasn't synced since the 19th of December, none of the help tips are working, all the recent app reviews are 1 star due to this problem being so common. Please roll-back the latest update or fix it.

    @FitbitSupport ur pdts r filth. in last 6 yrs I hv used 5 diff devices wich included 3 replacd devics bt nothin hs lastd 4 more thn a yr. now my versa has died once I optd out of premium membership. Not sure if u guys do it intentionaly or ur pdts r genuinly bad. #trashfitbit

    @FitbitSupport hi. Fitbit doesn’t record my deep/REM/light sleep every night. This morning once again I had basic showing. Is this Fitbit ongoing problem? I read something online from 2019, people been complaining about same thing. Thanks. (I have charge 4)
