    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Joining the chorus about the heart rate sensor failing on Versa 2 models. Offering a discount on a new one isn’t a resolution to poor design and manufacturing. Fix or replace all of them please.

    @FitbitSupport I bought a versa 3, a week ago, first 3 days it connected well. Now last 4 days I am struggling as it disconnects and no notification is shown in the watch, restarting phone and watch. If there a place in Bangalore India that I can get help. Amazon isn't helping..

    What the **** @fitbit? For the second time a Charge 3’s display has crapped out on me. Still works fine, just can’t read anything on the face of it. This is the second one to do this. 🙄
