    @FitbitSupport I had Fitbit help on the phone. Not with a charge 4. It says it's in sinc, but it's not.

    @FitbitSupport i am seeing i am having the same issue lots are reporting with my Alta. A few days ago the battery stopped holding a charge. I see lots of people saying this. Now a full charge is drained in 2-3 hours. Is their a fix for this bug?

    @FitbitSupport Hi @FitbitSupport, Well, I gave it my best try, but the new one does exactly the same. Kinda expected as it's a common issue with any probing point style connector. I was hoping I could keep one unit charged and switch them if the other one wouldn't charge in the morning, but >>

    @FitbitSupport got Fitbit charge 4 from Amazon. Very good product with a bad strap. I cannot even get a replacement as Amazon wants me to return. But I cannot return as I need to fly out. Pls assist. It’s only been 2 days and strap is unhooking itself from day 1

    @FitbitSupport We’ve talked to support and done those things and #fitbit said too bad so sad. So we’re stuck with two dead watches that aren’t even 2 years old.

    The build quality of the @fitbit really has me question why I still give them money, they got that planned obsolescence down pat... I don't think I've had one yet that hasn't just stopped working for no reason at all... the stupid wifi scale too!
