    @FitbitSupport Hey, I havent been able to sync for 3 weeks. Tried factory reset and removing device and re-adding. The help page link that you're sending has no solution for me. Please can you point me in the right direction?

    @FitbitSupport and now I see that the syncing is a huge problem for everyone. But info found only on your dm or Twitter or whatever this is. You couldn’t bother to put this info ON THE APP!!! Are you kidding me?

    @fitbitsupport I removed my Fitbit Versa From my account as I had problems and when I went to reconnect it I have the “unlock with your phone” message. I don’t have a lot of data so tried doing factory reset but it does not work is there any way you can help me please

    @11DanTheMan11 @fitbit I lost 2 in about a year. Thought the first was a “fluke” and they sent a replacement but it happened again. Looking on the forums, it looks like a common issue

    @FitbitSupport hi. I’ve received my new replacement Fitbit Senco and the notifications have stopped working. I have tried going into settings and then notifications, but the section won’t open. My phone is receiving notifications but the watch isn’t. Please help😪😪

    @FitbitSupport Pretty disappointed in Fitbit's products. Two Versa's in 2 years, both broken and won't turn on even after hard resetting with all help/support tricks. Should I throw in the bin?

    Hey @fitbit Sleep tracking has failed again on Versa. Again. For the hundredth time it seems. When is a fix coming to actually fix the problem??

    @FitbitSupport If this is a known issue (as per DM) why did you not say so instead of the whole “did you try turning it on ans off again”, “now DM us your email address) nonsense? You could have just said that on my first interaction?

    @FitbitSupport my wife’s Versa 2 will receive notifications from iMessage, but not Facebook Messenger or Snapchat. In the Fitbit app, we go to account, her Versa 2. When we try to open Notifications, the button doesn’t open anything up. Can you please help?

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 2 isn't recording sleep data consistently. Sometimes it doesn't record at all and sometimes it stops during the night. Is there a fix for this please?

    @FitbitSupport so last Friday my watch turned completely off at midnight I had to reboot the watch to have it come back on. Then today I was using the bike tracking turned it on before I started my ride and it did not tack at all. Not sure what I need to do to fix my watch.

    @FitbitSupport The app is not letting anyone start a new work week or restart a new work week. What’s going on with the app? All of the people in my work week group or having this issue since yesterday. We can’t restart our work week work out
