    What pretty solidly turned me against my @fitbit is that you can't sync data from your watch to your phone without an Internet connection, and if your Fitbit runs out of battery or turns off it loses everything it recorded. Internet-dependent services are trash. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport my charge 5 has died and won't wake up! Borrowed a friends charger and it came to life but said please connect charger then died again - can you help?! We tried my charger on his and it worked so feel the watch is the issue?

    @PawnOfMusic @fitbit I'm fine with just the basics (I cancelled fitbit premium because it was just silly), I just have issue with a notification feature that tells me almost daily I'm not doing enough... that I cannot turn off. I googled it and other people hate it too!

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit sense2 is completely dead and not working, it's just going dead suddenly. I think there's some serious battery issue. I tried to reach through email but I guess @FitbitSupport is just interested in selling but not in servicing. #worstcustomersupport

    I’ve been a Fitbit advocate for years. Loved every product I’ve ever had. Last March I bought the Versa4 and it’s now broken. I keep getting hardware failures and the battery is dire! @FitbitSupport. I’ve contacted Google Support about 6 times now and no outcome! Useless

    @FitbitSupport my Health Metrics disappeared yesterday and aren’t updating anymore. I have restarted watch and app, signed out and back in and rebooted my phone. Is this a known issue?

    @Google @fitbit why you have made extremely difficult to register Fitbit devices for teens (15+). Fitbit says it’s Google issue and Google says contact Fitbit. How in the world of AI, you r not able to see user birth date and decide if they are mature enough to get charge 6 ?

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Completely incapable of fixing months-long alarm issue failure on Inspire 3 and Charge 6 fitness tracker watches ever since March update. Clearly under pressure from Google to abandon customers and force migration to Google Health platform. "Don't be evil"

    Don’t be telling me @FitbitSupport that my watch is out of charge when the charger is broken after only 7 months. I’m surprised the strap has lasted this long though. They don’t normally
