    @FitbitSupport Hi, I tried to force quit the app and restarted my device but it still doesn’t work unfortunately. A lot of people seem to be experiencing this issue right now.

    @FitbitSupport please post about the outage that is happening right now. My iPhone Fitbit app keeps crashing. I contact d you this morning - was told you were aware of the issue but cannot fine anything about it.

    @fitbit @MarieMo36557294 Actually the only way I’ve been able to use the app is to go into airplane mode but then it only updates my steps. Gotta fix this asap @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport you’ve problem heard by now but your app is crashing as soon as it’s open. There is a workaround… Turn off your Wi-Fi and cell. Open app. Then turn Wi-Fi and cell back on and sync.

    @FitbitSupport Your App is crashing AGAIN! For me on my iPhone. The App opens and then immediately closes. It will not stay open to read data. Your 24/7 Chat service is also not working. Can ANYONE provide an update on when this will be fixed?
