    @5le @fitbit My battery is crap on Charge 5. I’m supposed to get 5 to 7 battery life. I’m getting about 16 or 17 hours. Customer service put me up to the next level of support 13 days ago. No one has contacted me. There is a problem with them, others are complaining.

    @OsirisKTJ @FitbitSupport Their product quality is horrible .. 3 Fitbits I have had i 1.5yrs and each just breaks down and dies 2 they have replaced and this 3rd one dies after 8 months they refuse to take responsibility for when it clearly is a pointer to their product quality.

    @FitbitSupport please help. Since yesterday my fitbit ionic has been stuck on the fitbit symbol. I've tried rebooting and everything but still isn't working. I think I've only had it over a year after my other one died 🙄 this is to much money to keep having to replace them. Help

    @FitbitSupport Placed an order one hour and eight minutes ago. I'm trying to change the watch color and the support person is saying I will have to return it since "it processed while I was trying to cancel it" Any way you can help?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport worst customer service. My Fitbit is stuck and no one can help so too bad. Oh but here's a discount code to get a new one but everything is on sale and code cannot be combined so it costs more to use the discount. Wow! 👎

    @VasVadum @fitbit The quality of their products it bad. I havr had 3 gitbits in a span of 1.5 years. Am now determined to atleast post something about it everyday for the next so long, no retreat no surrender.

    hi @FitbitSupport. My Fitbit versa 3 does not charge every time last month. It worked perfectly before. I use the same charger (2.1A). When I connect, it starts showing the charge, then show a normal screen, and then a message about slow charging, but does not charge at all.

    @FitbitSupport HI! Waiting for a email,from support with some steps I have to follow before calling them back, about my heart rate monitor not working on my watch. How long should I be waiting for this email? It's been a couple hours Thank you
