Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Rǝkha (@rekh01) reportedGoogle Health app is not a patch on the old Fitbit version! If it’s not broke don’t fix it! @Google @FitbitSupport #Google #GoogleHeath #FitBit
-
Kelli Bachman (@kabachman) reportedWhatever @FitbitSupport @fitbit did with that last update, the pixel watch is now trash. Most features don't work anymore. Im tired of being told to do ANOTHER reset!
-
Hayley Franklin (@HayleyFrank_) reportedI have 2 case numbers with @googlehealth - @FitbitSupport (7181000041819 & 4331000040983) & no one can seem to figure out a solution for my issue. They say they’re “escalating it” & someone should call me back. It’s been a month, no one has called me back.

Dawn 🍎 Special Education Teacher 🍎 Texas (@dfteach) reported@All186Am Mine completely died and nothing worked to get it back. Customer service walked me through each way to fix (after I had already tried each option solo) and nada. I hate having to buy a new one when my old one was perfectly fine until the migration.😡 @googlehealth @FitbitSupport
-
Nicola Bardon (@NicolaBardon) reported@FitbitSupport hi I have DMd you about a broken fitbit
-
Jake (@rugbyballs8) reported@FitbitSupport Absolutely terrible. The old app was so much better. I did not sign up for this. To make matters worse it just drains my phone. I can't believe I bought a Fitbit two days before the changeover.
-
Evin Lamar (@SocialMediaEvin) reportedThere are still a lot of bugs that this @googlehealth app needs to work out. While the @FitbitSupport Air a good product, its reliance on the app can make the experience trash when the app is inconsistent or lacks functionality to simplify the experience.
-
Beccybecster (@beccybecster) reported@RJ5400 @FitbitSupport I have the exact same issue, my app is up to date and ditto about reboot - since yesterday
-
Smurf (@SmurfMurp) reported@googlehealth @FitbitSupport Hi its working again now, without any interaction or changes from me, so it looks like it was a server issue at your side.
-
Crystal (@CryssyJ824) reported@mistylight23 @FitbitSupport @googlehealth It's been down for a few hours now. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.
-
Joseph Russo (@NGridEconDev) reportedOkay! It’s been a couple days, but I have come to the conclusion that the new @googlehealth app is terrible! I will be shopping for a different fitness wearable! @FitbitSupport
-
S. AI (@saisthelimitt) reported@googlehealth can y’all fix the running stats on the new app??? Firstly, I start the “Run” on my Pixel Watch 4 and once I end it, it somehow ends up as “Workout” on the Health App and no stats. I change it to Run and only GPS is displayed but no cadence. @FitbitSupport

Links : FFXIV Danwtrialed 🏝️🍹🦙🎮🔮 (@HBtrashandrants) reportedHey @FitbitSupport @googlehealth is there any reason why I can't email support anymore? The option either isn't there or won't let me submit a ticket, I have tried chat support and the chat bot and support person doesn't understand my problem and I can't phone due to job hours
-
🌈Joe Lenington🏳️🌈 (@joelenington) reported@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

Kenny Wong 🇲🇾 (@kennywong) reported@FitbitSupport The link you sent doea not address my issue. I've sent a DM
