    @FitbitSupport hey y'all gonna fix that horrible firmware update for the versa anytime soon? The heart rate monitor is pure trash now. HIIT workouts should not result in my HR only getting to 120 max. Yes I've done all the resets. Any news on a patch or something?

    @FitbitSupport I have never had this problem before, it’s since this new update. I’m not the only one who is having these problems. Fitbit is about to lose a lot of customers!

    @FitbitSupport The issue is not resolved, very disappointing 😣 Very annoyed continuously wasting my time going through this time and again and still not working properly, all I have now is an expensive watch that counts my steps because nothing else works without sync and it won't sync😡

    @FitbitSupport I have tried to reset any times - resetting is never going to fix the ongoing issues your product had with developing black lines across the face of the watch. A quick Google shows it is a very common and ongoing problem with you products.

    @FitbitSupport I keep getting am alert about leaving the app open in the background will help. But for the life of me I can not figure out how to give that permission. I have looked through the Fitbit and on my phone settings (I have an I-phone). Pls help:

    @FitbitSupport My kid uninstalled the Fitbit app off his tablet. I reinstalled it but I can't get his kid view to sink to his ace 2, his kid view looks the same as it does on my phone. Help please.

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 got stuck on the Fitbit logo. I tried to reset it but now it’s stuck on a “Data not cleared. Sync and try again” screen. I also can’t sync because it’s no longer recognized as one of my Bluetooth devices. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport when update the app and device, the clock on the device which is the most basic and important element of everything is wrong set, that is very frustrating, pls fix your app bug!
