    @FitbitSupport I spoke via a live chat re my charge 4, the clip on the device that connects to the strap has broken can i get this repaired or covered under warranty (if Im still in warranty) live chat was not really helpful just said it would be passed on, had no email reply

    @FitbitSupport So, now it's the 11th business day since the replacement Sense you sent has not arrived. Silence is all I hear. I don't expect the replacement device will work any more reliably than the last one. Reading around there's probably something fundamental broken...

    @FitbitSupport Ive received replies via email & Twitter. I’ve had to repeat my issue repeatedly. All I’ve asked for is a shipping label. I haven’t had use of my Fitbit since Oct 8. Do you want to keep me as a customer? If so, please act as if you do.

    @FitbitSupport I have tried those tips. This is an issue that’s been known to you for years. I just updated firmware and had high hopes that it contained a fix for this, but didn’t. It’s been 5 weeks without a sleep score.

    @FitbitSupport on my app for my Fitbit Charge 3 it is showing no measurements for active minutes. However it says I have 86 minutes on the main screen. I have reset my Fitbit. I have shut down and restarted my phone. Can let me know how to fix this?

    @FitbitSupport Fitshit! website is having an issue, It does not sent email for password recovery, I just created my account and @Google Smart Lock messed up with the password It generated and now I ended up with a useless device

    @fitbit We had 3 fitbits in our house hold. One worked for a few weeks, the rest was straight garbage, never worked. I contacted customer service who told to send it back for repair/refund and never heard from fitbit again. 100% not impressed.
