@FitbitSupport She can't remember that's the problem. Why are copies of my purchase receipts and photos of the ionic and box not enough? She has tried all email addresses she can remember & you have said it's none of them but you can see & identify her ionic - proof of purchase should be enough

@ThatGuy72 @fitbit Yeah I work out a lot but my step count is ****. This is wildly impressive. What’s your strategy? Do you work a job that has you walking? Do you just walk aimlessly to get the steps in? I need to channel your step strategy, whatever it is.

@FitbitSupport @FitbitUK need help to sort the time on my versa 2! Really disappointed, only had this for about a month & it does not cope with moving through time zones at all! I have tried shutting down, restarting, syncing and it still shows the time as 11:18 instead of 9:20

  • Dinsdale81 Dinsdale (@Dinsdale81) reported

@HeardC82 @newbalance @fitbit Ha ha we can give each other moral support on the days when we just can't be arsed. I need to get my mileage up, and my waist circumference down lol

  • DrRichiMD Dr. Richi (@DrRichiMD) reported

Anybody know how long a @fitbit watch is supposed to last for????? I only got mine 14 MONTHS ago and I’ve been through numerous warranty replacements only for it to just KEEP dying out on me. Is there even a point in getting a new one if it’s just poor quality like this?! 😩

  • saintalex03 Arihant Gupta (@saintalex03) reported

@FitbitSupport i have been trying to get in touch with your refund center for an ionic recall related issue for tha past 10 days - either the phone disconnects automatically OR i get the message that the center is closed, at 11 am local time.

  • Carrrot_Cake CathyRULEZ (@Carrrot_Cake) reported

@FitbitSupport I've tried this multiple times. This has been an issue since my first Fitbit. Every phone, every Fitbit. The "change time zones automatically" setting automatically turns off every time..

  • markfr2018 Mark Fletcher-Robson (@markfr2018) reported

@FitbitSupport Thanks Fitbit support, unfortunately I have already contacted the Ionic recall line. Turns out they are Fitbit at all, just a centre taking calls and can't offer any help. Any suggestions that might actually help me ??????

  • DarrenJamesCook Darren Cook (@DarrenJamesCook) reported

@FitbitSupport I’ve got a new Charge 5 and it’s very poor at retaining charge. I charged fully last night and by 7am the following morning it’s already on 56%. I am not using the ‘always on’ function. Are you able to exchange it?

  • apurvashukla Apurva Shukla (@apurvashukla) reported

@fitbit versa heats up on charging and shuts down. Unable to find help on your website. Where can it be repaired in India?

  • SarahRSabir Sarah Sabir (@SarahRSabir) reported

    @gazmoore77 @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport It's been a very slow process!

  • krishan5405 Krishan Shah (@krishan5405) reported

@fitbit , totally unacceptable treatment after surrendering my fitbit ionic a month and half back.. I was given refunds on Google play which doesn’t help me to buy another Fitbit device in India… the refund center number helpline team is not able to sort the issue.

  • BKMISFITMAFIA Christine Ferea (@BKMISFITMAFIA) reported

  • johnny51981 John J (@johnny51981) reported

@FitbitSupport Having trouble connecting Versa to FitBit account on both iPhone X and iPad Mini 5. I have removed it from my account many times today, would get it connected and then it would disconnect. All devices have had their Bluetooth and Power turned on/off multiple times

  • markfr2018 Mark Fletcher-Robson (@markfr2018) reported

@FitbitSupport That's not the explanation I got from them, they say the pass messages on to you guys. I'm now over the 6 week period, are Fitbit just waiting for me to get fed up and go away. No action, no help, talk about poor !!!!!!
