    @FitbitSupport I have an Inspire 2 and over the past few days it's only part recording walks. So if I walk 2 miles its only recording a distance of 0.23/0.6 miles. It stops recording the distance at some point although its still counting the steps. Please help. Thanks

    @DebiHarper1 @FitbitSupport I've had the same problem with irritated skin from the strap. I bought a stretchy fabric one and it's been fine since.

    Hi, I'm having ongoing issues with my fitbit. It repeatedly loses bluetooth connection with my phone. the only way to reconnect is to forget the connection and restart my fitbit. it's very annoying, any help? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport can you help please? Just bought my wife a new Sense but her fitbit account was registered to an old phone and old email address for her old fitbit. She's tried to create a new account with a new email but it isn't working. What does she need to do?

    Does anyone else find their #fitbit charge 4 has essentially become useless, with dropped gps all the time? I’ve tried turning on both types of gps but it doesn’t seem to help. It hasn’t accurately recorded a ride or a run in quite a while now. @FitbitSupport

    @PaulOBrien Hopefully @fitbit will do something about their silicon straps giving users rashes one day. The problem has been prevalent since a few years now.

    @priteshpatel9 @fitbit Horrific things happening in Ukraine. Genuinely awful. Here in Tbilisi we're trying our best to help efforts here, and given our flat to a Ukrainian family (with an 8month old) that were on holiday here when war broke out.

    @fitbit The website doesn’t work very well. I enter my information and it says my email doesn’t match. I contacted customer support and they said it was fixed. It’s still not working. Then I go to the site again and I can’t even get past the point of entering my country and state.
