    @FitbitSupport My sensors are clearly broken. I'm climbing maybe 10 steps a day, but for the last 50 days it says 200+ daily. I know weather can mess with pressure, and thus steps, but not this much. It's been consistently off. I'm out of warranty, and your policy has been made clear.

    @FitbitSupport Me and my husband both have an issue with this on the Fitbit app where when we click on the sleeping portion after syncing our Fitbit, it freezes the app. Then after 30 sec of waiting it brings you in to the sleeping portion to wait another 30 sec to see the result

    @FitbitSupport I’m having trouble with my new Versa 3 and inaccurate step count. It’s undercounting dramatically and not showing any steps for most of the day. Help?

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit sense stopped charging. The green light would not come on. I replaced the device and am having the same problem. Trying different USB ports. Everything is new out of the box. No green light. Please HELP!!!

    @FitbitSupport I am not getting the heart rate data in sleeping. I let my Alta HR go all the way down, have recharged, but the heart rate isn’t visible, just the average and a flat line. Please help. I have Premium.

    I have to tell you @fitbit , I have been using a #fitbit since one came out. Over the years you have become very unreliable. My #sense won’t even hold a connection to sync. Apple Watch in my future per DH. It’s your software, fix it.

    @fitbit editing a period in your app should not be this hard. I edit. Hit save. Goes back to the pre edit dates. Never once been easy to edit. Please fix.

    @FitbitSupport I did and unfortunately nothing worked. I have been through several sessions with technicians who are very patient but my Versa 3 has been a huge disappointment to me. Please help!

    They do nothing to help and give me the run around time after time for the situation.. this is the most ridiculous customer service I have every received and Ive been a @fitbit user for over 5 years now. I just want my issue resolved and apparently that's too much to ask
