@FitbitSupport @jwla56 Janie, it's not you. My time is messed up too. My FitBit has the right time but the app went TWO hours ahead instead of one. It's a problem on their end, but they keep blaming the user. I've been dealing with this all morning. Wish @FitbitSupport would help us.

@SamsungUK I haven't bought it yet. I'm deciding whether to get the #Active2 or the @fitbit #versa and the poor battery life is a big factor.

@FitbitSupport Worst customer service, its impossible to get anyone to help me. Apparently the wrong info is registered in their database for my account so even though my device is under warranty, they are refusing me service.

@FitbitSupport damned hourly activity is messed up. I try to set it from 8am to 4pm and it keeps changing the time. Sometimes it changes the start time to 5pm!!! You seriously need to fix this flaw

@FitbitSupport @AlanDoran I also went through ~4 bands and I gave up and got different watch. There seems to be a quality issue with the bands. It's a great device if you could keep it together for a long time.

@FitbitSupport bought my mum a versa 2 for Mother’s Day and when setting up at the ‘check if versa 2 is on’ stage it just says try again even tho it’s plugged in and charging/on. Her phone is a Samsung galaxy s9 with software up to date as well as the latest version of app. Help?

@FitbitSupport I can't believe how terrible your website is. I have gotten kicked from customer support chat twice and now it says I have reached my limit of help? Extremely disapointed to say the least

Hey @FitbitSupport ...it’s spring forward ONE hour not two. The app is so messed up. I’ve tried all your recommendations regarding time zone and it still thinks it’s 9:51am. Why’d you go two hours ahead? My daily activity is totally off. Thinks I already did my 9am steps. Fix!

  • Liberal2Core
Proud Liberal NJ Momma 💙 (@Liberal2Core) reported

@FitbitSupport @gibeau_stu Hey @FitbitSupport you clearly have a time issue with your app. You skipped two hours ahead not one. My app thinks it’s 9:48am and it’s 8:48am. Can’t change daily activity nothing. You have a problem. Again.
