    @fitbit I own a Sense 2 watch,and after upgrading my iPhone to iOS 16.1,it's not possible to receive notifications from LINE. I tried several methods including: -restart phone and/or watch -enablying system notifications -forget/register again the watch but none of those solved my issue.

    Second Fitbit Charge 5 that's crapped out on me in 11 months. @FitbitSupport is great and turns around warranty claims quickly, but this device is trash

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit versa 2 is not syncing can you please help me I've logged out of the app , shut the fitbit off and on , deleted fitbit from account and now it won't let me re-set it back up even

    @fitbit I wouldn’t know because your alarms still do not sync even after deleting the app, removing the device & reinstalling many times. Been in touch with your AWFUL customer care team for months & you’re still doing nothing to fix the problem that many people still have. SORT IT OUT!

    @FitbitSupport I bought a Versa 3 this year, doesn’t hold a charge or even switch on anymore. Since I lost my receipt from the shop I bought it, is that it, too bad… €190 down the drain ….? Seems unfair that I need to keep a paper receipt when all transactions are digital?

    @fitbit Months sounds about right. Your alarms STILL do not sync even after deleting the app, removing the device & reinstalling many times. Been in touch with your AWFUL customer care team for months & you’re still doing nothing to fix the problem that many people still have.

    Saw the @fitbit website for a quick fix - restart the device. Worked well for 2 days and again the same issue persisted. But this time the fix didn’t work and now the tracker is officially dead.

    @FitbitSupport When are you going to fix the Continuum Clock Face on your Charge 5 to show the DD/MM date format which is used pretty much everywhere outside the USA?

    @FitbitSupport is there something wrong with the app? Wouldn’t sync my Fitbit, so I deleted app and started again. Now can’t login in at all and if I go on website says my IP addres is banned!
