    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Your customer service, double standards, conflicting & unclear information, & lackluster excuses about warehouse policies are appalling & unacceptable. YOUR irreparable #Charge4 product is the problem and should be immediately replaced.

    @FitbitSupport since I made the last update, my versa 2 no longer tracks my active minutes. It’s just a blue circle. My app registers them, but they are no longer displayed on my versa 2. Help. AM is my daily goal, so frustrating

    @FitbitSupport my daughters fitbit 2 is not switching on. Tried holding down button and then charging again and slso quickly pressing button with no luck. Any advice. We have 4 in family and other 3 are ok. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport I have a Versa 2 for the last year. I always kept the screen the same. I would have to charge my fitbit around every 4 days. For some reason the last 2 days in a row I had to charge because it was down below 5%. Why? Does it need a new battery

    @FitbitSupport This doesn’t explain why it can’t be fixed. I understand that it can’t be replaced. I’ve explained the issue and that as a 75y/o she is hesitant to learn how to use a new device. And with the restriction on movement in the UK we won’t be able to go to her and explain it to her.

    Back from a walk around our neighborhood. No stops. He got 400 more steps than I did and we walked side-by-side the entire time. Total today? He's got A THOUSAND STEPS more than me. WTF, @FitbitSupport? WTF.

    @FitbitSupport my last fitbit died after a year, so i ordered a fitbit charge 4 on Sept 20th. Now it has gone dim and i can hardly read it. After just 3 months. On fitbit forums i see that this is not an unusual problem.
