It sounds like you’ve benefited from it, had 6 years use- sometimes making a quick decision is a good one- if it works for you then keep going, replace and maintain momentum?

They know nothing about troubleshooting, they kept me on long holds, the Agent did not want to deal with my issue and it was not quickly solved, was rude. The Supervisor was also not knowledgeable. I didn’t directly sign up for it. @FitbitSupport you chat team should be able to manage this without additional run around. This confirms I will never pay for Premium.
