    @fitbit I bought the luxe from Fitbit and I would like to exchange the band for a different color. Make sure you are confident with what you are buying. The exchange process is horrendous!! Bad customer service.

    @fitbit your products just run till the warranty after that it will not work? Disappointed with your quality decided to by normal fitness device no need to speed more in the cost of fitbit we can buy multiple devices whenever it stop working. The major problem

    @fitbit, my ##Charge4 broke today at the clasp to the watch part. The plastic broke off in the watch area and I can't replace the band. I just bought this probably 2 months ago. How in the world can I fix this? I'm a single Dad on a very tight budget & this is all I use. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Here's the thing - it *was* syncing. Steps, HR, just not battery. No errors. Just no updated battery after a charge. That was the only issue.

    @FitbitSupport Customer "service" what a joke. This msg, joke! An issue?? What issue?? Which of the 1000's of complaints are u talking about? I can't get clocked as bc the app says "you must have the latest update" but these geniuses claim there is no update. Their own chatrooms list the update
