Dawn 🍎 Special Education Teacher 🍎 Texas (@dfteach) reported@All186Am Mine completely died and nothing worked to get it back. Customer service walked me through each way to fix (after I had already tried each option solo) and nada. I hate having to buy a new one when my old one was perfectly fine until the migration.😡 @googlehealth @FitbitSupport

N Renham 💙 (@Nufctillidie7) reported@FitbitSupport is there going to be any fix for the set up card wallet error that keeps appearing. Or is it time to move to a new smart watch manufacturer.

Frankie G (@knarf74) reported@Google @FitbitSupport Why do you need to make my life difficult? Can you both stop pointing at each other and help? We can't upgrade his child account in Fitbit app under our family group? And he gets a 403 forbidden error on the Google store when he tries to login?

Rǝkha (@rekh01) reportedGoogle Health app is not a patch on the old Fitbit version! If it’s not broke don’t fix it! @Google @FitbitSupport #Google #GoogleHeath #FitBit

🌈Joe Lenington🏳️🌈 (@joelenington) reported@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

@MikeBeach (@mike123qwe) reportedThe Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. To my Followers-if you agree RP! @fitbit @GoogleHealth @madebygoogle

Debi Dowd (@LoudDebiDowd) reported@FitbitSupport I need help please. How do I manage my clock faces in Google Health app? How do I manage my goals? Where’s my hourly 250 steps reporting? Why doesn’t the exercise I start on my FitBit show when I sync the Google app? Hav we have lost all features with this change?

Rob Williams (@codeslubber) reported@Google just passed $4T in market cap. This week @Fitbit rolled out new sleep tracking and it's a complete jackass disaster. The old one I thought worked well. Now, the watch tells me one score, the app a different one, and apparently if you ever wakeup at all in the night you cannot have had great sleep (which is complete BS). Yes I know I already griped about this but here is today's new spin: if you are scoring things, and your scores whipsaw all over the place and are just pulled out of your ***, please just ***. Can I just get the data from the watch myself? next up, on @Apple I could and did, BUT the problem is those idiots admitted their monitoring of deep was not accurate because it would have taken too much battery to be correct. *** to them too!! #everythingisbroken

S Selser (@SSelser) reported@FitbitSupport Thanks for selling out to Google. They ruin everything they buy. I hope you made a lot of money to **** over your loyal customers.

Seebee (@SeebeeNarra) reported@Google @FitbitSupport @google Are you aware how bad the Fitbit app is now, since the transition to Google Health?
