I just bumped into my elderly neighbour getting the Sunday papers, I told him it was no trouble to drop the papers into him or whatever needed. He promptly pulled up his wrist to show me his @fitbit and said he's on a 2,000 daily step challenge to keep active. What a legend!

@FitbitSupport I love Fitbit and have continuously had them since the very first version - as soon as it was released! I now have a charge 3 but it has become unreadable in daylight even on the brightest setting. I’m frustrated about it because it makes it hard to use. Help?

@LanceStorm @fitbit I think you have to call customer service. When my Charge died, I called to explain my problem and the gentleman I was speaking to told me exactly when I got it/registered it.

@LanceStorm @fitbit also could be worth doing a soft and/or factory reset on it, depending on what the issue is that is making it act up. I've had my flex for five years and the one time I thought it was dying because it wasn't holding a charge, doing a quick reset on the charger fixed it.

@FitbitSupport I am having a problem with my Fitbit versa purchased on 20/9/19 fm Argos The battery was out of charge so I put it on charge overnight & nothing happened I cleaned the charging pins & back of watch & used another charger no luck please can you help?

@FitbitSupport my fitbit won’t switch on. I set it to record my swim today at 3pm and it went dead half way through my swim. I assumed it was out if battery but now once it has been Charing for a few hours it still won’t switch on? Please help
