    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Let me get this straight. The app was working perfectly with the version of the app I have on my iPhone. #Fitbit changed it so now the app does not work on my iPhone. And my iPhone6 cannot update to iOS 13 to run your new app. Do you see the problem here?

    @FitbitSupport so I updated my Versa to version 72.1.15 and my battery life went from 4 to 5 days before (as advertised) to about a 1 day and a half now. Are y’all aware of this issue?

    @FitbitSupport very dissapointed with fitbit support team, i had a replacement of fitbit versa whose screen went off, the product has been returned to fitbitindia, a replacment was promised but no communication for 1 month even after repeated mails,kindly help Case no: 41553923

    @MissMurda954 @FitbitSupport It’s annoying when you know it’s a software issue too, not the watch. The android app is working now at least. That discount would do me no good (it was a gift and i’m broke) so I’m getting insurance. Thanks for the tip.

    @FitbitSupport Your returned DM is the reason I will NEVER buy another one of your products. The screen being too dim is a KNOWN issue. You’ve had LOTS of complaints. There is message board after message board with the same complaint. Your customer service is 💩.

    Is there a known issue with @fitbit not sending notifications? My fitbit is less than a week old and I'm not getting notifications. Not calls or texts or my 250 steps per hour.

    @fitbit Hey, I have an account for my Fitbit so I can use it with the app and I have my sons on their too as a child account. My Fitbit randomly goes from displaying my steps to displaying my son’s steps for no reason. Can you help please?! #fitbit
