    @fitbit @FitbitSupport has been unbelievably bad, shipped me a dead warranty replacement, and asked me to wait another 3 weeks. The supervisor refused to provide the name or contact info of his supervisor! Unreal!!!

    @FitbitSupport Help! The screen on my Versa 2 has gone completely black! It still has a charge and vibrates when I receive texts/phone calls but I can’t see anything. I’ve tried restarting it multiple times but even if I am doing it right, the logo never shows up.

    @fitbit bad update, my Fitbit versa two went from excellent to not working well, streamlined to trash, I want my old Fitbit software, get it together Fitbit, help your customers out, guess I need to look into @applewatchology

    @fitbit this new update is horrible, totally messed up my versa 2. Got online to chat for help and support and all I got was a bunch of thanks for your patience answers with zero help and problem solving ideas. I went from loving my brand new Fitbit, to feeling it’s trash 👎

    @cheryllausch @fitbit I used to use Fitbits and never had a problem with them. Sorry yours was so glitchy. I use apple watch, now. Spendy but good.

    @fitbit @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I have had my Fitbit 1 year and 1 day before it suddenly died on me. I have tried to speak to somebody on the w/site via Chat, I have emailed CS and I have emailed James Park (3 times). Nobody has got back to me!! What do I have to do to get help?

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitSupport I don’t need an automated response with the contact info that I’ve used twice already to call for status. The customer service reps have no info for me. I want an actual answer as to why it’s taking so long for you to issue a refund on something YOU recalled.

    My @fitbit of less than a year old - band broke & it’s a Fitbit that the band isn’t replaceable so it can no longer be used. I reached out to the company & was told - sorry can’t help & thanks for understanding…really? I won’t buy another Fitbit- suggestions?

    . @FitbitSupport Hello, my Fitbit Versa hasn't been syncing to my phone and since the last night, it's not even getting detected. The time is lagging on the tracker and I'm unable to even add the tracker to my account now. Have troubleshooted quite a few times. Please help.

    @fitbit Your chargers for the Charge 4 and 5 are an absolute disgrace. The watch does not sit in the charger properly and gets scuffed down the edges. Expected better than this.
