    @FitbitSupport To anyone else, Fitbit's response was the exact same. Not sure why they asked me to DM. The response is still "too bad". What's even more funny, the discount doesn't apply to the Charge 5 and they don't sell the Charge 4 on their website!!!

    @hannari_eri @fitbit My husband’s new Sense band kept failing. 2 drops on grass ok, but one on concrete and it did the same thing. Band is defective and very poor service. Referring to Consumer Affairs as 3 mth old watch should be able to be repaired.

    @FitbitSupport You suck. Finally upgraded to a Versa 3 and it is sooooo bad compared to my old Charge. Gonna look at other options. 😞

    @FitbitSupport I've had my Fitbit Versa 2 for almost 2 years and it's has 4-5 day battery life. This week it can't hold a charge more than 24 hrs. Contacted support chat and followed all the steps and doesn't fix. This is a known issue. How can you help?

    @FitbitSupport my Inspire HR won’t sync the correct time. All of the other data syncs, including steps and battery life, but the time doesn’t change. I’ve tried all of the suggestions from the forums, nothing is working. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport Setting up my Fitbit Versa after a few months of it switched off. Slow, unresponsive, juddering images, won’t sync. Tried uninstalling, factory reset; still slow, etc, won’t reinstall via app. Any ideas?!
