    @FitbitSupport I am getting very frustrated with my Charge 3. Twice just recently it has completely shut down, even though it had plenty of charge. Both times it was on a long snowshoe hike. When I plug it in I get the happy face and wrong time, and no walk data for that day.

    Well, I tried restarting my @fitbit ionic to fix the GPS before today's run but unfortunately I was still having corners cut and distance chopped. Back to @Google GPS for my runs #ironicionic

    Never thought it would be such an issue to cancel Fitbit premium. Why making things that usually takes 3 clicks to resolve hard? On top of it their @FitbitSupport didn't help at all so far... 🙄

    @FitbitSupport I received my new Versa 2 (replaced due to an issue) but I do not have Zone Minutes anymore, just Activity Minutes. How do I replace Activity with Zone minutes?

    @FitbitSupport hi, is smthg going on w/ the Android Fitbit app? It has signed me out 2x today. On the most recent attempt to sign in, it tells me I have invalid email or password. However, I can sign in on the Web without any problem. Tried uninstall and reinstall. What gives?
