    @fitbit @FitbitSupport how many users do you plan on losing? Wait until the 12/12 update to fix the problem with logging food in your app? And you haven’t communicated the fix ETA to ALL users experiencing the system issue, only in DMs?! #useless

    My Fitbit versa 2 is not syncing, I’ve tried everything. Reinstalling the app, removing the device and resubmitting it on the app and it still is not working! I also can’t get the time to sync so it is 10 minutes delayed @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I am new user trying to create an account for the first time I am using the Sign in with Google optionThe app and website keep looping me back to an Existing Fitbit Account screen that I cannot bypass.I do not have a legacy Fitbit login; How do I fix this?

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't even send you a private message. Im a paid subscriber, and why is it i either wake up with a blank screen and I never get my spo2 anymore. Please fix this problem, and next time, please inform me when you're taking money out of my account (premium)

    @susanelizabet28 @FitbitSupport @Google Yup. Canceled my premium. Not gonna keep paying for a system that has gotten worse, offers fewer benefits and now it's broken - regularly. In a bad economy, canceling was an easy decision.

    @FitbitSupport My sleep score has been consistently dropping the last few days. 77, 76, 74, 69 and today 68. Looking at the statistics I cannot understand why this is dropping. It would help you gave a brief explanation e.g. less deep sleep or more light sleep or not enough rem🤫
