    @FitbitSupport I've synced the fitbit controls. I've synced the app. Everything looks correct on my end. Perhaps there is an issue 🤔

    @FitbitSupport Started having the same issue again with FitBit App, not Syncing with my Sense 2. Looking at a screen without data with an error saying "Couldn't Sync to your Sense 2". Downdetector also has lots of complaints about the App being down AGAIN!!!

    @FitbitSupport all day Friday and most of Saturday my fitbit charge 4 would not sync or connect to Bluetooth, finally resolved the issue and now it won't hold its charge and goes from fully charged to empty in a couple of hours, any ideas on how to rectify this?

    @FitbitSupport I just wanted you guys to know I've only had a fitbit for like 2 weeks and my app made me login again and said my one and only password was wrong like 10 times in a row. I went to reset it and make it what I knew was right and it said no to making it that again lol

    @FitbitSupport Just done a factory reset on my Fitbit Versa 2. Now it won't turn on at all. It had battery when I did the reset. I've tried all the different button variations and holding them down. Still a completely black screen. Please help with what I should do. Thanks.

    Would be nice if I didn't get booted out of my @fitbit app and told my login/password is incorrect when it's an auto-saved password... no emails coming through to inbox or spam when trying to reset either, and the support number on the website is inactive?? @FitbitSupport 😞

    @fitbit @Fitbitrefund still the status is same. the Fitbit promotion is going to expire with in todays. I would like to use this refund amount to by the some device before expire the devices. can you help to me in this regard.

    @FitbitSupport I have today been told my refund for ionic will be at least another 4 weeks despite already waiting 6 weeks and all detail being present. Worried as all I want to do is buy a replacement sense 2 and can't, also the discount expires in 20 days. Please help

    @FitbitSupport I’m having a problem charging my Charge 4. Can you help please? When I plug it in it shows 3%. It appears to be charging for a few seconds then the screen goes blank. It never gets past 3%. I’ve tried cleaning it gently but to no avail!

    I am not overly happy that after having my @fitbit for just over a year, it's out of the blue just broken, screws on one of the band sides have sheared off. Checking the forums, this happens a lot. Kinda a joke really!
