    @madebygoogle I am really regretting buying the Fitbit Sense 2 as the app on my Pixel 8 for it has been nothing but trouble for the last 5 weeks. I reached out to @FitbitSupport via the help centre and email. They were extremely frustrating to deal with.

    @fitbit is weird bc what do mean you have days where i can forget to close out my workout and suddenly I have a 13 hour, 8000 calorie strength training session. But then there are days where I stay still for 2 minutes and it closes out my ****

    @ArsenBalls @visible_health @fitbit I use visible to be able to give data to studies, and I use my Garmin body battery for pacing. It’s a pretty good measure of how I am doing. I gave up on Fitbit when it went over to Google, the app is terrible and customer support is dire.

    Don’t be telling me @FitbitSupport that my watch is out of charge when the charger is broken after only 7 months. I’m surprised the strap has lasted this long though. They don’t normally

    @Google’s superpower: buy great products → kill them slowly. 🪦 Been a @fitbit user for 10+ years. Now the app can’t even show the correct TIME. ⏰ (Kinda imp for, you know… a WATCH.) At this point, I’m just waiting for the error message: “Time not supported in your region.”

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport, when are you guys going to fix these sh***y bugs that you have so my watch keeps working as expected? It's clearly software. I have more than one watch in my family, all with the same damn bug.

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit sense2 is completely dead and not working, it's just going dead suddenly. I think there's some serious battery issue. I tried to reach through email but I guess @FitbitSupport is just interested in selling but not in servicing. #worstcustomersupport

    I am so sick of this app not working!!!! After installing and reinstalling as advised by you support on one of my two phones, now my device won't pair. Whoop is looking better and better every update. Google always destroys everything @FitbitSupport @madebygoogle @FitbitDev

    @FitbitSupport But my Mom is having same issue, so it's now a "me" issue but a fitbit app issue.
