    @maddie_jarman Agree, their system is down, both the site and app. So far @FitbitSupport is saying nothing, either. This isn't the service we pay Premium to get.

    @fitbit The fitbit aria air smartscale is a waste of money!!! And worse yet, fitbit won't stand behind their product. Now, it is weighing a whole POUND AND A HALF off. I have tried everything to fix this thing!!! And it is STILL having problems communicating.

    @FitbitSupport From 28th October to 16th Nov - 3 weeks have gone by! Why does it takes weeks to come up with the next course of action? Especially, when this issue has been on your table for close 3 months now.

    @moretz2016 @fitbit Yes, the @fitbit site AND the app both seem to have just gone down about 10 minutes ago. Hopefully they will be back up, soon.

    Hey @FitbitSupport @fitbit I can't log into the app. It says my password is incorrect, when I click in forgot password it says 'Network Operation Failed - is unavailable please try again later' help me.

    @FitbitSupport Is your service down? Cannot see any data in the Android app and sync doesn't work as well (Ioniq). Already restarted the phone...
