@FitbitSupport with all the advise you are giving, any of us can find on google, like resetting apps, force closing the app etc and none of it is working. Are we to assume this outage is bigger than just resetting our watches? This is happening far to often now with @FitbitUK

@FitbitSupport @KnightleyH Ya know after you've had to tell almost a dozen people who have the same problem you to do the same thing, maybe you should consider its on your end and not ours.
