    @FitbitSupport My device is only a week old, Done all of this and more to test. I've already got a ticket with UK support. I'm not alone on this issue either. Simple Google search will show up alot more people experiencing half their expected battery life after your recent update.

    @FitbitSupport brand new versa 3 excited to try new features with seeing texts/calls on watch.Cannot keep Bluetooth connected to watch. Have factory reset the watch, uninstalled app, deleted watch and added it back still not working. Any other ideas what to try?

    @FitbitSupport Dear Team, I'm sorry to report that my wife's replacement Fitbit Versa Lite appears to be going the same way as the original. It's losing time, hours not minutes or seconds and refusing to sync even after restarting. Help!

    @FitbitSupport I have been trying to get support for my ionic. Started with verticle lines on right side of screen. Got wider. Can't see data now. Now the screen gets bright then dark and blurry along with the lines. Had it reached the end of its life? Changed clock, no help.

    @fitbit hi I've been trying to get calls and whatsapp notifications on my fitbit versa3 for a few weeks now. Managed to get calls working once but it has also stopped. Fitbit app re-downloaded. Devices restarted. Please help.

    Seriously terrible customer service from @fitbit - ordered a product in Oct, heard nothing since. Twice I have chased, their so called customer service is just the worst. Very very disappointed.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, having Bluetooth connection issues with my Charge 2 that has previously been connected for over a year to my phone. Initially had a syncing error so "forgot connection" to try and kickstart it. Now been unable to reconnect for 7+days. Any tips please? 🙏

    Imagine going to @fitbit for help because your almost new fitness watch isn't powering on and they tell you that they can't help you but they still want your money so please go buy another watch

    @FitbitSupport my Charge 3 has stopped tracking heartbeat and sleep and the firmware update continues to fail (tried about 7 times now). I have tried all advice (except a factory reset) in the community and linked articles to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
