UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport

@GoogleIndia @FitbitSupport The forced Google Health app update completely broke the backend syncing on my Fitbit Sense in India. Sequential EDA scans fail to register. Paid for premium hardware, left with an unreliable device. How do I get a refund or fix?

@FitbitSupport and here we go again! My sense 2 is freaking out, I have no clue what to do? All it shows is “sync from the Fitbit mobile app” but it doesn’t do anything! Please help,I feel like my Fitbit’s keep messing up and usually ends up in”you’re gonna have to buy a new one”

@FitbitSupport what was the purpose of changing your app to Google Health? Was it to make sure no matter what that no one with a watch could connect to the app again and force them to buy new watches? Bc wtf I have tried everything and nothing works

@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

@FitbitSupport since the change to Google the sleep tracker is way off. Don't know what you changed but please fix it.

@All186Am Mine completely died and nothing worked to get it back. Customer service walked me through each way to fix (after I had already tried each option solo) and nada. I hate having to buy a new one when my old one was perfectly fine until the migration.😡 @googlehealth @FitbitSupport

@BessentsFist @Google @FitbitSupport The worst app . They destroyed Fitbit app which I loved and logged food almost daily for 5+ years. Use Bevel , it is way better than the new garbage app

Whatever @FitbitSupport @fitbit did with that last update, the pixel watch is now trash. Most features don't work anymore. Im tired of being told to do ANOTHER reset!

@GoogleSupport @FitbitSupport Brand new Fitbit Air bricked by Google Health migration bug. Frontline support refused escalation & told me to "make a new email." Hitting retail return window due to your broken identity systems. Case: 8-8532000041470 Bug: b/516591953 Review ASAP!

@FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

@FitbitSupport hello, I purchased a new sense 2 this week and I have tried all the troubleshooting ways to get WhatsApp notifications to come through and I’m having no luck. There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?
