    @FitbitSupport My #FitbitSense is #loosingchsrhe quickly. Iv read all your help online - I don’t have the sp02 on - I don’t have gps on - I have my brightness on dim - I close my Fitbit app - and I have lost 30% batter in 15 hours. Surely this can’t be right? Please help

    @FitbitSupport I am having issues with the heart rate monitor on my Ionic. The past month or two it indicates a reading of 80bpm even when I'm not wearing it (120bpm+ resting when I am!). I have cleaned the sensors & reset etc with no success. Is this a firmware issue? Thanks

    The @fitbit app is glitchy so I contacted customer support & all they do: "your device is no longer covered under warranty here's a discount code for a new one!" Ok lazy asses, how about even just TRYING to investigate why your **** isn't working?! Why would I buy a new one?!

    @FitbitSupport Thank you…I’ve tried everything to get my Versa 2 to notify me when a text is sent to me..I get notified for emails, when I need to do more steps but no texts…I have the FitBit app on 1 IPhone, 1 IPad, 2 PCs..could that be a problem ? TY.

    First time back on the spinning bike. 15 minutes in the fat burn and cardio zone. Still got it. Gonna get back slow doing a week of under 20 minutes before I start pushing myself to hour long sessions. Thanks @fitbit . Love my charge 4.

    Apparently 1 year warranty doesn’t mean 1 year according to @fitbit @FitbitSupport but they’ll give you a discount on a new piece of trash that’ll break before 1 year is up. After owning 3 fitbit’s in 4 years I’m switching to @Apple watch

    @fitbit Stay away from fitbit. I have a Charge 4. Freezes all the time. Called customer service. Got a guy who sounded like I woke him from a nap. Wants me to send it back for 3 weeks to see if they can fix it. My time is worth more than this device. I'll see what Google has.
