There are still a lot of bugs that this @googlehealth app needs to work out. While the @FitbitSupport Air a good product, its reliance on the app can make the experience trash when the app is inconsistent or lacks functionality to simplify the experience.

@FitbitSupport Hi, I'm contacting you to request a refund for my Fitbit Premium subscription which auto-renewed on April 15. It was an accidental renewal due to my oversight, and I haven't used the service since the charge. Could you please help me process a one-time refund?

@googlehealth can y’all fix the running stats on the new app??? Firstly, I start the “Run” on my Pixel Watch 4 and once I end it, it somehow ends up as “Workout” on the Health App and no stats. I change it to Run and only GPS is displayed but no cadence. @FitbitSupport

This is the third one i have had this happen with 🤯🔫 @googlehealth **** product you’ve bought when it doesn’t last. I’ve bought 3 in 6 years and won’t be buying any more! Time for a new more durable fitness tracker. #fitbitisshit Don’t waste your money

@googlehealth @FitbitSupport Hi its working again now, without any interaction or changes from me, so it looks like it was a server issue at your side.
