I bought Fitbit watch. Since, I've had to reset watch and spend quite some time every month to make it work correctly. Support barely help. In order to contact them, Twitter is the ONLY way. What a joke. My frustration is exceedingly increasing. @FitbitSupport @fitbit

Hats off to @FitbitSupport. Contacted via live chat yesterday and in less than 20 minutes (mostly down to me double tasking) had agreed to ship my wife a replacement watch. Great customer support is so under-rated

@fitbit Nobody buy any device from Fitbit, they're aware there is a software issue on some devices and you won't receive any notifications particularly on the Versa 2. Contacted the useless customer support and was told a team was looking into this and have no time frame.

Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbit FitBit is not syncing my cardio! It missed my whole Thursday cardio, delay in syncing/calibration. Today it added 11mins of cardio I hadn’t done. Please fix this integrity issue please.
