    Time to find a watch that works!! Hasnt synced in a wk, no notifications in 6 months. Told every time by support they are working to fix this. Will not be recommending to anyone. Pay money and buy a product for a few months of it working.Not worth the price. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport so, your Versa 2 product only last a year and then you only give a 35% discount on a new one?? Why would I buy another one to only last a year. Unbelievably bad product. You should stand behind your product. I will be filing a complaint.

    I'm sick of bad customer service. Today's latest examples is a 2-fer: @VIZIOsupport for not actually having anyone above level 1 support available during their published hours, and @FitbitSupport who I'm pretty sure has the answer to everything be, "send everything back"
