@fitbit is great for counting steps and mapping my bike rides and knowing how much sleep I got but damn is their sleep score bad. Every time I wake up feeling rested I have a low score and every time I have a really bad night (like last night) it gives me such a high score.

@FitbitSupport My charge 3 screen is completely invisible. Tried the restart mentioned in your forums but didn't help. It vibrates when I press the button on the left but cannot see anything on the screen - except the smiley that faintly appears on restart for a few seconds.

@FitbitSupport You replaced my sense recently for poor battery life, unfortunately I’m having the same issues, possibly slightly worse. [Fully charged before bed, waking up at 76%!] Also the strap has come apart from the body several times. Luckily I’ve not lost it. Please help

@FitbitSupport Already tried that several times, as well as changing the watch face. Screen doesn’t work. It’s a Versa 2, which you guys replaced when this happened the first time. Now replacement has the same problem.
