A Facebook friend just said a big no to renewing @fitbit membership due to cancellation policy. Had something similar happen with @Zoom Automatic renewal of policy without any help when people no longer use it is bad policy.

@Treello @FitbitSupport Been having the same issue here and it's a brand new Versa 2 I had to buy because they bricked 90% of my old one. Been going through all the troubleshooting and every few hours wash, rinse, repeat for weeks now to keep my new one synced properly. 😠
