    @FitbitSupport Love my new Sense but as you know from the many many complaints it has a problem with accurately measuring HR. Mine is about 20 beats too high I’m figuring this is a firmware update to fix? ETA for fix?

    Just a reminder that @fitbit is ****** company that doesn't stand behind it's product any more. @FitbitSupport is a joke and @Fitbit premium is useless garbage that they need to trick people into paying for.

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit alta hr is not working. I woke up this morning and it was 40 minutes off and the screen either doesnt turn on or just freezes. I tried restarting it teice but that didnt fix anything.

    @FitbitSupport I have already tried all troubleshooting steps including reconnecting bluetooth and factory reset, as have most of the people on the forum. It can’t be a coincidence we all had the same issue at the same time

    @Rami_Khalawi @FitbitSupport This, along with their issues with gps on the charge 4 plus issues with their assorted products not syncing reliably are on a long list of known problems that they won’t fix.

    @FitbitSupport It has been reported, received a discount code since it wasn't in warranty. However, there is issues with your website that I get an error message if I'm logged in or if an order does get placed the overnight shipping changes to standard shipping. 3 TIMES #annoyed
