    @fitbit @FitbitSupport This is Boki. Case No-38823720. I’m still waiting to hear from y’all regarding my Versa lite. I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the back and forth on this issue. Let me reiterate that this would be the FOURTH device that has broken down this year.

    @fitbit Dont buy this crap , no customer service . 1yr of usage made the versa dead . Customer service recommend to buy new product ... wtf .. big regret for buying fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge HR Fitbit and the tracker is not keeping track of every time I go up the stairs in my home. It's a steep staircase and I have counted 11 times for today, but the app says I've done 4 floors. Is there a way to adjust this? Thank you for your help

    @FitbitSupport None of the lights in my charge 4 are working and it hasn’t recorded my heart rate since 12. It forced me to reconnect it this morning as it wouldn’t sync. Is it broken. I’ve had it 2 weeks.

    @fitbit bought fitbit versa2 on 17 Sept cost £159 on 1 Dec after on line test you decided my item was broken and would be replaced We have Emails to support this decision We hve received a refurbished item with no idea if is mine unacceptable. Contact me soonest
