    @memorie_holiday @fitbit @FitbitSupport i started to reboot mine daily. it either didnt track my heart rate right and some other stuff. rebooting it should help.

    @FitbitSupport Your DM doesn’t address the issue: I can’t synch with phone. I bought a new device from you on the understanding I could use Fitbit connect. It’s been out of the box barely 4 months and you’ve bricked it by removing support for a whole platform, and made no attempt to reach out.
