    @FitbitSupport I have been given a £50 discount code for a new Fitbit however when I place the order a constant error code appears so am unable to complete transaction. Can’t believe there is no way to process transaction over the phone!

    @FitbitSupport That doesn't help, as running a sync only temporarily fix this issue. It has happened at least three times already with me only noticing after checking different clocks such as mobile phone (such as the one it syncs), train station signage and traditional clocks.

    @FitbitSupport No, I think I'll just trash your device and tell everyone to never use the service. Do you really think I haven't been through your "troubleshooting" steps before? Do you think I'd be complaining about it if they worked? Terrible service that can only respond with scripted text

    @FitbitSupport Dead Versa 2 with a full battery, less than a year old. Can’t load update, because it’s dead. Called but closed. Message says to check the Help section for hours of service. Help section continually down for maintenance. 🤨

    @FitbitSupport Good day, I have charge 2, 3 & now 4. I bought C4 to utilize it for payment but it's not supported in Saudi Arabia ( only one bank ) !! How we can find a solution for this issue ?

    @fitbit hey! Your “clock face” portion of your app is completely broken! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and still nothing...as soon as you click on clock face, the page is blank, with arrows on the bottom which lead to nowhere....wtf??
