@googlehealth can y’all fix the running stats on the new app??? Firstly, I start the “Run” on my Pixel Watch 4 and once I end it, it somehow ends up as “Workout” on the Health App and no stats. I change it to Run and only GPS is displayed but no cadence. @FitbitSupport

@GoogleSupport @FitbitSupport Brand new Fitbit Air bricked by Google Health migration bug. Frontline support refused escalation & told me to "make a new email." Hitting retail return window due to your broken identity systems. Case: 8-8532000041470 Bug: b/516591953 Review ASAP!

@ambientshitpost I agree, after trying to find it (why does it look so different?), they have just cramped so much in and it's now so unintuitive. What happened to 'if it's not broke, don't fix it?' @FitbitSupport

I am ******* serious here: I want to get a bill passed in CA, if you are too embarrassed by your **** as operation to admit an outage, you reimburse all tinker time in your userbase at market rates. @FitbitSupport Let's face it our legislators are the biggest joke in 250 years, but it's time for the bots to come in and start getting laws passed. Plebiscites and then bot-driven ops, boom, all the barnacles in Sacramento can go home.

@actualstephen @Google @FitbitSupport This is why Garmin still wins on trust. They push firmware that adds features to 5-year-old watches instead of bricking them. Fitbit under Google has the worst update track record in wearables right now.

@GoogleIndia I have an in-warranty Fitbit that is not working and there seems to be no way to claim the warranty. What do I do? @FitbitSupport @FitBitIndia

The Fitbit Air is *** @Google @FitbitSupport. FAILS to accurately log calories - I actually think it's just making **** up. I literally just did a 1k calorie burn and I'm logged at 350 on this stupid thing. Updates coming?

The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. To my Followers-if you agree RP! @fitbit @GoogleHealth @madebygoogle

@FitbitSupport hi. I’m unable to sign in. Notification in the app says you’ve sent a reset password. Nothing received. All folders in my email account checked.

@FitbitSupport your new @googlehealth app is absolute trash. Time to trade in my pixel phone and pixel watch 4 and just get an iPhone and Apple watch. Just a terrible redesign. Looks like a first grader did the UI #
