I know my @fitbit lying sometimes like when i am rolling out pretzel dough and that **** celebrating 10,000 steps. *****, i haven’t moved in an hour.

  • MufcDw DW 🇾🇪 (@MufcDw) reported

@FitbitSupport or you can carry on ignoring my support/help requests...

  • andyhillier Andy Hillier (@andyhillier) reported

@FitbitSupport My Inspire 2 arrived yesterday. Screen times-out after 3 seconds and there is apparently no way to increase this. Official message boards were reporting this issue over a year ago. Please offer a solution or else I'm returning mine. A 3 sec view renders it useless!

@SleepXclear @9to5Google @fitbit Unfortunately, the person who is doing the twitts doesn't know English so that we might get blocked anytime. I believe in this company, but Twitter is one of the best ways to pump the stock by adequately informing the investors. I hope they will fix this issue.

@FitbitSupport since google took over your customer is appalling. My Fitbit broke in July and you sent a replacement after three weeks that is now not working and you refuse to do anything further.

  • KatchNYCRealtor KatchYourDreamHome (@KatchNYCRealtor) reported

@FitbitSupport Why do ur products always break?! My 1st Aria scale broke & I wound up giving it 2 a friend 2 try & fix with no luck so I bought a new 1- a Fitbit watch broke also & had to buy a new 1-I still have the broken Fitbit watch - I’ve bought so many items it’s ridiculous

  • amybrandish amy (@amybrandish) reported

@FitbitSupport Hello, I have gotten my first fitbit, and overall I am not happy. It does not always record my sleep, stops tracking exercise midway and counts steps when I haven’t moved. I had done 100 steps today before even getting out of bed! Is there any way to fix?

  • dasherwo Denise Hine (@dasherwo) reported

@FitbitSupport any chance you could help? We were told a replacement for my son's ace 3 would be sent over 3 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything? He only had it a few days and loved it

  • MarcLandry Marc-A. Landry (@MarcLandry) reported

The @Fitbit snoring detection is really hard on the battery. 4-5 days down to 2-3 tops between charges. Turned off.

  • TrainWithBain Elizabeth R. Bain (@TrainWithBain) reported

Fun fact: if you don't email back fast enough @FitbitSupport will close your help ticket (1) without telling you and (2) without resolving the problem.

  • rmusial007 robert musial (@rmusial007) reported

@FitbitSupport Hi, I got problem with charging cable (sense) When a inspected cable, I can see that one of the pins has crawled back into the hole. Is happen to me two times ( two cables). I can't use my device because of that ! Could you help me to solve this problem please

  • Eugene47180760 Eugene (@Eugene47180760) reported from Whittle-le-Woods, England

@FitbitSupport I am amazed how you get away with your business model of selling products that only last just over 12 months and Instead of supporting customer issues you just offer a discount on a new product, absolute garbage and stealing money from customers.
