    @fitbit My 2023 win will be dumping my Fitbit for an Apple Watch. My Fitbit completely broke and Fitbit was no help. Bye Felicia.

    @fitbit Fix the compatibility with foldable devices (in particular samsung). Peope are not able to sync data. 😑 it's been a month of this problem. People will return their new devices soon.

    @fitbit has the worst login-system with 2FA I have ever seen in any international company. I hope @google will fix this ASAP. No way to reach your fitbit-account if you change phone number, no alternative 2FA codes. #pixelwatch #fitbit

    Hey #fitbit users - anyone else have a problem with the Charge 5 not working on the wrist you prefer to wear it on? @fitbit and @fitbitsupport sent a new tracker, but the problem is the same with both. I've been wearing fitbit trackers for years, this has never happened before.

    @FitbitSupport help my charge 3 went blank. It still charges, tried changing clock face and a full reboot. Nothing! Lots of people of Fitbit community page with the same issue?

    @fitbit Fitbit is just garbage. I purchased a ionic watch top of the line then. After 6 months it stopped working properly. They said they would refund all there customers that had purchased an ionic watch. Over a year later they have stilled not refunded us. Worst company. Never buy

    @FitbitSupport Bought my wife a brand new Fitbit charge 5 last Christmas. It has stopped charging. She has purchased 2 new chargers and neither will charge her fitbit. She cleaned it as advised. It's still not working. What can you do for her? It should last more than 1 year.

    @FitbitSupport Still has the issue - the rounded corners on the Sleep Schedule chart push beyond where the actual times should be - can't read that chart properly at all!

    @FitbitSupport I’m on my 5th or 6th charger for my Sense in 18 mths. I was going to get a new Fitbit, but the only ones with the crash/fall feature are Google. I have Apple devices. I’m getting an Apple Watch. I’ve loved my Fibits for over a decade. I’m no happy I have to leave.
