@HollyDolly1708 @fitbit @Vitality_UK Yep me too. The app is always plagued with issues. They keep brushing over it. They need to actually fix some fundamental issues.

@FitbitSupport This is the last Fitbit I will own. Every one of them has been trash. I followed directions and still cannot get the screen out of dark mode. Same for the previous 2. Yesterday the band broke off while I was taking it off my wrist. Really? Have some pride

@FitbitSupport It won't let me! I press the envelope, the screen flashes and that's it. I'm getting frustrated now, I use this Fitbit to monitor my heart, I have Atrial Fibrillation. Is there an email address I can send something to? Please help me I need this.

Just updated my @FitbitSupport app and now I'm stuck with the terrible @googlehealth new layout. It's too busy, too many side swipes and just generally chaotic. I want simple information in an uncomplicated format. @GarminUK here I come!

@FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

@GoogleIndia @FitbitSupport The forced Google Health app update completely broke the backend syncing on my Fitbit Sense in India. Sequential EDA scans fail to register. Paid for premium hardware, left with an unreliable device. How do I get a refund or fix?

UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport hi. I’m unable to sign in. Notification in the app says you’ve sent a reset password. Nothing received. All folders in my email account checked.

@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM
