Simon (@7s26simon) reported@FitbitSupport @mom2feebs Rebooting phone etc won’t solve issue. This is a Fitbit issue on your end… can you at least acknowledge that much? Much better communication is needed from Fitbit when these issues arise.

We’ve all tried forcing restart, restarting the phone and also switching from wifi to 4g and blue tooth on and off… app and restarting and deleting and reinstalling app, please help

As I said neither my OH or I are able to open the app… I have rebooted my phone twice; deleted and tried to reinstall the Fitbit app but no success. I am using the most up to date iOS software and my online account is working just fine. It is an app issue #pleasefixit
