    @fitbit @SonoranRed Just get a Garmin. The Ionic was so terrible I switched and found Garmin's tech was way more accurate on every metric

    @FitbitSupport hi, I reached out a few days ago and was asked to send my details privately. What is supposed to happen now? Issue still not fixed in the Fitbit app (app notifications blank with no apps to select)

    Irritated that the new @fitbit app no longer tracks hourly movement and gives nudges on the watch to move, it also no longer has a "cardio fitness" score, which was a proxy for vo2 max, nor does it have a place to record water intake, better graphics dumbed down. @google

    @charlesarthur A Nest thermostat is the worst bit of tech I ever bought. Privacy nightmare, limited functionality unless you give it all of your data, not designed for purpose. I would have said the @FitbitSupport that needed replacing four times but I got my money back for that. Both Google.

    @FitbitSupport Not everyone wants to merge data with Google for sign in or anything else. After your cutover date in May - you lost me as customer of over 10 years!

    Just bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.
