@AiHime @FitbitSupport I had seen people bringing up the heating issue with the Ionic as far back as 2020. What they do is close down old forums so users create new ones to make it look like it's a new problem, or not as widespread.

  • jonathansc Jonathan SC ن Esq. (@jonathansc) reported from Wilford, England

@fitbit @ihalliwell You claim it is an issue in the #Fitbit recall dept - but support are unable to contact that department to find out when it will be resolved

  • madpoetuk Elliott Rodgers (@madpoetuk) reported

@FitbitSupport 1) As a left below knee amputee and wheelchair user I am prepared to volunteer to help with any input to make this happen. I can ask my physio at Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre if she might help. Size of wheels would need to be factored in. Eg: wider wheels need greater effort.

Dear @FitbitSupport, Your products are straight garbage

  • lubnaurifat Lubna U Rifat (@lubnaurifat) reported

Hi @FitbitSupport my Versa lite watch screen has just gone blank even though the green light keep flashing. Watch is fully charged. Have tried restarting but to no avail. Went to Fitbit community and saw this is quite a widespread problem. Can you fix this ASAP pls?

  • SurajIy97934101 Suraj (@SurajIy97934101) reported

@FitbitSupport @WineGoddess16 Hey! I have the same problem, did the registration and verification of my account yesterday, with my Ionic disabled now, I have not received discount codes nor the confirmation email of verification. I also sent an DM!

  • nomadicjaat Sumit Dahiya (@nomadicjaat) reported

@Fitbit how to proceed with recall of fitbit ionic whose display is not working. I am unable to pair it with my fitbit all as I can’t see the pairing code. Already a case is registered but there is no response form your higher ups ever though it’s been more than 48 hours.

  • thereal_rookie Paul Rooke (@thereal_rookie) reported

@FitbitSupport - how do I get help with my iOnic refund?

  • 87caaat Catrin (@87caaat) reported

Hi @FitbitSupport I’m having trouble with the recall of my ionic, can you help me at all? I have send a message but no reply as of yet

  • SoBeautiChelle Michelle Jennings (@SoBeautiChelle) reported

@fitbit This needs to be a class-action lawsuit! @fitbit needs to be held responsible for all the money they took for these faulty watches, causing some physical harm. A recall on faulty products that are more than likely in the garbage is not restitution! That's a cover my *** plan!

  • SurajIy97934101 Suraj (@SurajIy97934101) reported

@FitbitSupport I have completed both registration and verification process and now my device is disabled too, but neither did I receive any confirmation of completing the verification process nor any discount codes. Please help!

  • jcreame8 Jeff Creamer (@jcreame8) reported

Thank you @FitbitSupport for the timely replacement of my broken charge 4. That was really quick and painless. never realized how much I depended on that clock face to tell me what time it was until I was without it.

  • Boroboy_David Boroboy 🇬🇧😎🇺🇸 (@Boroboy_David) reported

@IagoMolist @FitbitSupport Exactly the same message for me….and no help from @FitbitSupport or their online chat function. Also DM’d as per their request….you guessed it….no help what so ever.

  • jillfoleyphoto Jill Foley (@jillfoleyphoto) reported

@FitbitSupport I’ve sent you a DM regarding the recall. Could you please help?

  • earlyaprilfool MegOmyeggo (@earlyaprilfool) reported

@fermarotta @fitbit @FitbitSupport is the worst. I can't tell if they're untrained, or deliberately and actively acting unhelpful to hide or delay the reveal of the problems. It took, so long for a support agent to reveal to me that their products don't work if you're on #NightShift
