@FitbitSupport hi. I’m unable to sign in. Notification in the app says you’ve sent a reset password. Nothing received. All folders in my email account checked.

@FitbitSupport @Google I’m a Fitbit Premium customer. I can’t migrate my acc. 'cuz a deleted child account is stuck in 'pending deletion.' No support no human no fix! Please escalate. I need the family link removed so I can access the service I’m paying for.

@actualstephen @Google @FitbitSupport This is why Garmin still wins on trust. They push firmware that adds features to 5-year-old watches instead of bricking them. Fitbit under Google has the worst update track record in wearables right now.

@googlehealth @FitbitSupport Hi its working again now, without any interaction or changes from me, so it looks like it was a server issue at your side.

@googlehealth I’ll sadly no longer be a @FitbitSupport user after 15 years. This upgrade to #googlehealth is the worst thing I’ve ever seen 😩bring back #fitbit

@GoogleIndia @FitbitSupport The forced Google Health app update completely broke the backend syncing on my Fitbit Sense in India. Sequential EDA scans fail to register. Paid for premium hardware, left with an unreliable device. How do I get a refund or fix?

@RJ5400 @FitbitSupport I have the exact same issue, my app is up to date and ditto about reboot - since yesterday

@LindaR39 @FitbitSupport @googlehealth And Google's App for it is garbage. I've stopped checking my FitBit.

  • SocialMediaEvin

There are still a lot of bugs that this @googlehealth app needs to work out. While the @FitbitSupport Air a good product, its reliance on the app can make the experience trash when the app is inconsistent or lacks functionality to simplify the experience.

@clevermonkey93 @FitbitSupport Hey @FitbitSupport similar issue. I log my intake and then it duplicates up to three times. I delete the extra entries and then they come back. Food log has been like this for a few days.

@FitbitSupport Absolutely terrible. The old app was so much better. I did not sign up for this. To make matters worse it just drains my phone. I can't believe I bought a Fitbit two days before the changeover.
