    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I have just worst customer services experience with your org. My charge 5 is under a year old and battery discharges in under and hour fully charged. All options exhausted by online chat support. No further options offered!!

    @FitbitSupport I’ve been trying to order a replacement versa2 for the past 10 days. My order keeps getting canceled, Fitbit has really been no help. Has anyone had issues and been able to resolve them. Getting ready to switch to an Apple Watch.

    @FitbitSupport The watch band no longer stays attached to the Fitbit. Initially I thought it was a problem with the band but I swapped sides and tried a new band and they still detach from that one side.

    @gertbighobbit @FitbitSupport Yup. This is why I just don't believe them. My Charge completely broke mid June (not an issue with GPS) & they replaced it without issue. However, the GPS function on the replacement Charge has NEVER worked. Feel like I'm being fobbed off

    @chrisbrogan @fitbit @Garmin BTW, my daughter had the Inspire. I only bring that up because the Fitbit longevity issue seems to be (or was at the time) not specific to a single model.

    @FitbitSupport Day 45 without any GPS tracking. Can you put a timescale on this please? It's very peculiar that this has been a known, ongoing issue with my model for this long, yet I can't see it acknowledged on your site/forums anywhere. My Fitbit is clearly defective

    @FitbitSupport I bought a wrist band as they keep breaking ordered the wrong one! My fault! To return it it must be dropped to a DHL depot nearest is 100 miles away! Customer support no help this is my only option !!!! 🤯🤬😡

    @ddebiase @FitbitSupport @fitbit This is pretty standard for the brand. It used to be better, I've had Fitbits forever. Now? Terrible customer service, failing devices, slow turnaround, and they silence you when you try to discuss it in their community forums. I'd request a refund and go with another brand.

    @Give_It_A_Whirl @fitbit Be careful. I have a Sense and after 10 months I had issues and every replacement I get is worst than the other. Luckily I bought the 2 year warranty. I keep getting bad replacements over and over.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge 5 not yet 6 months old and all of a sudden it’s not working. I can’t hard reset it as the Fitbit logo keeps looping. I have tried everything on how to get it to work, even removing it from the App as guided and nothing!!!
