    @FitbitSupport I did that both times eventually to get it to leave the swim tracking screen, so it definitely hasn't cleared the problem 🙃

    @julielerman @fitbit It isn't just fitbit. Nothing last forever, but it seems that things go bad at an accelerating rate. Part of it is that we consumers demand cheap prices which means cheap products that must be replaced more often. Or maybe I am just getting old.

    @FitbitSupport I need help retrieving my Fitbit data. I set up my Fitbit account years ago and I no longer have access to the old email I used to set up an account. What can be done in that case? I don't want to create a new account and loose data I have accumulated since 2017.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Can you please fix the Charge 5 so it accurately measures heart rate and exercise? I am in the middle of my weight loss journey, still needing to lose 100+ lbs, & there is nothing more discouraging for me than to work out for 45 minutes, have my heart

    @FitbitSupport On my 2nd Charge 5, won’t connect or sync. Same prob with both. This is ridiculous. Support no help, just want to send me warranty info. Just want product that works.

    @julielerman @fitbit I had issues with mine as well it was like the screen went fuzzy I couldn't read anything. I also thought it was my eyes. it was under a year old. warranty covered it. When I sent it in they agreed it was broken.

    .@fitbit are one of the most burdensome, exhausting products i've ever have to deal with. not only has it always had trouble with basic bluetooth connection (one of the primary functions of the device), now it's just caught in a boot loop after updating, and needs to be replaced.

    @FitbitSupport The display is shot. Restarting doesn't help. It's a big green screen with black dots now.

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 3 has dimmed and can't be read. I've followed all instructions on your forum. Lots of unhappy customers there with same issue. I think you've made a change but are only offering discounts on new products. Are you planning to fix the issue?
