    @HollyWeber2020 @FitbitSupport @fitbit To be fair, this is probably an issue affecting millions of users. They probably don't have time or resources to respond to one itty-bitty person...no matter how frustrated that makes you feel.

    @FitbitSupport I had received a broken pebble and you are not providing me a proper resolution. I had even shared you the images of the damaged pebble you had sent to me including the case no. you had provided. Kindly send me a new pebble asap as i am in urgent need of it.

    @bobgrange1 @FitbitSupport Yes, I haven’t been able to use my watch or my phone all day. Troubleshooting to no avail. For a watch that is supposed to help with stress, it’s causing it instead. No bueno.

    @FitbitSupport Also note that the bug slaughtered my sleep history-- an restoration of those records as "the issue" is resolved would be greatly appreciated

    @FitbitSupport why isn’t my charge 4 syncing? It looks like the app recently went through an update and it won’t sync. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method in your help center and it still doesn’t work. The interface on the app is also different. Help please!
