  • pauladowdma paula dowd (@pauladowdma) reported

@fitbit @googledevs why would you remove the app and challenges before having a new platform for people to move to? And who wrote that slap in the face email? Say goodbye to the 111mm fitbit users you just purchased. Bad business decision.

  • CFcarer Jo Davidson #ToriesOut (@CFcarer) reported

@mtdewmomma @fitbit FULLY agree with this. Terrible idea! Do challenges with my granddaughter who has #CysticFibrosis & need lots of exercise. May have to switch to another make of fitness band

  • karthik__123 Karthik Krishnan (@karthik__123) reported

@FitbitSupport Not regarding restarting the device but it is about #fitbit device failure Display of #fitbit charge 5 is frozen and #fitbit not working

  • LuckyStella LuckyStella (@LuckyStella) reported

@wallaceme @fitbit @FitbitSupport The dumbest move ever by #Fitbit and #Google. The challenge feature is the ONLY REASON I keep my broken *** Fitbit Charge 4 (second one with a broken band connector). I have a work week hustle group that has been going for years! So disappointing.

  • ericghill #_____________STRONG (@ericghill) reported

@lexlanham @fitbit might be a slow sunsetting of the product. diverting development resources elsewhere, simplifying by removing features so it can run on autopilot.

  • TheShakyBaker The Shaky Baker (@TheShakyBaker) reported

@fitbit Appreciate the response. For future reference, as a general rule, removing a great feature = bad.

  • Brian4Builders Brian Miller (@Brian4Builders) reported

@fitbit the announcement that you are removing core functions of your product like challenges and open groups seems to be one of the worst mistakes you can make if you expect to remain relevant to your customer base. #stupidstupidstupid

  • Lyndydaisy Lynda Hunter (@Lyndydaisy) reported

@FitbitSupport @IbuZakiyama46 Please help! Trying to access Fitbit Support Chat line but the code is being sent to my old phone number. I cannot access my account either for the same reason...having problems all round with my Versa 3.

  • geniustime1 HealthOptimizer (@geniustime1) reported

@Google @fitbit Terrible idea to do away with Fitbit Challenges it makes zero sense since so many participate to improve their overall health. Its the only reason people continue with @fitbit for the community. Is the end goal to dissolve Fitbit and move people to Apple products?

  • Abbie_Jayne122 Abbie💜 (@Abbie_Jayne122) reported

@fitbit is getting read of challenges WTF NOOOO THATS WRONG I have so many saved that I want to do this year!

  • jeanettemiami Jeanette Smith (@jeanettemiami) reported

@allisha_lee513 @FitbitSupport @mtdewmomma I totally understand. I was already feeling bad for the people who had recently bought them. I'm glad you could return it.

  • CFcarer Jo Davidson #ToriesOut (@CFcarer) reported
