    Trying to revive an old Fitbit Charge 3 and its display is partially blacked out. I can't see the numbers for pairing with the phone. Have you encountered something like this before? Any idea how to fix it? Hard restart/reset doesn't help. #Fitbit @FitbitSupport

  • Emily_Payne322 Emily Payne (@Emily_Payne322) reported from Conway, South Carolina

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport why can't I get my blink camera notifications to my versa2? I don't even want the actual pic or video just notification that motion was detected! #help

  • Strawberry0199 🍓 (@Strawberry0199) reported

    OK but @FitbitSupport is the best I've ever had to deal with? My problem was solved in under 20min with no wait time to speak to an employee? Best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I feel so less stressed about the whole broken watch thing, 15/10

  • earlyaprilfool MegOmyeggo (@earlyaprilfool) reported

    @PotsNash @fitbit Are you on nights per chance? I've found that a lot of features don't work for me because I am on night shift. Some settings will straight up crash the app if you try to set it to a night schedule.

  • nikkigibson1988 Nikki Gibson (@nikkigibson1988) reported

    @fast_junkie @ouraring @fitbit Did you get a fix for this from Oura? Having the same issue here

  • Tracybookaddict Tracy (@Tracybookaddict) reported

    @duquesnemike @fitbit @FitbitSupport Thats too bad.

  • DeniseDowns Denise Downs (@DeniseDowns) reported

    @FitbitSupport the app on iPhone is showing the same battery charge level all the time, the same is happening with my husbands so I assume it’s an app error.

  • duquesnemike AZyinzer (@duquesnemike) reported

    @Tracybookaddict @fitbit @FitbitSupport Thanks but the problem is where it is broken you cant replace the strap... won't work. We've tried it.... 2 months after and they wouldn't help. Very disappointing. Seems like Apple Watch is way to go

  • slojodaddy joel k (@slojodaddy) reported

    @ChasDTompkins @fitbit @FitbitSupport same issue. Is there a solve?

  • Ladyiz7 Lady_iz (@Ladyiz7) reported

    @FitbitSupport I know how to do a restart. I've had to do them a thousand times. I am using the original cord. It's not just my fitbit, if you look at your support board you'll see tons of people with fitbit sense having this issue.

  • MelissaIsArtsy melissa jacobsen (@MelissaIsArtsy) reported

    @FitbitSupport My battery was literally 100% one hour ago. It is 80% now. I have done nothing but sit down for the last hour. Even using all these "tips" your product's battery life is AWFUL. Trash material.

  • nitinagarwal198 Nitin Agarwal (@nitinagarwal198) reported

    @rajupp @FitbitSupport So, the display is having a hardware issue?

  • LeanneS49406132 Leanne Simpson (@LeanneS49406132) reported

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport So my mum purchased a Fitbit Vera 3 direct from your sight and it’s basically died and burned her arm. She’s gotten no help or support on email she has used your products for over 6 years. Shocking

  • bfh61301783 bfh (@bfh61301783) reported

    @FitbitSupport Our son is a cyber specialist with a OHD and has written text books about hacks and cyber activities. If he couldn’t get the crappy watch to connect l doubt if it is on our end . You escalated my concern and that didn’t fix the problem. I have no confidence in you or your product

  • MelissaIsArtsy melissa jacobsen (@MelissaIsArtsy) reported

    @FitbitSupport You know what shouldn't drain an additional 30% of your battery? Sleeping. While Bluetooth is off and all of these "tips" have already been considered. And it's not a "my device" problem, I know others having this same issue since the weekend. It's YOUR issue. Fix it.
