    I'm about to throw my @fitbit Charge 5 in the trash. Some time after Google took over, the App just launches to a blank screen half the time until I reinstall or clear cache/data. Are there any good alternatives I should consider?

    @FitbitSupport @googlehealth help I can’t get into Fitbit or Google Health as you have only half registered my Google Health account so when I try and complete it it’s saying I already have one? Then says need to upgrade a linked child’s account but it won’t work or let me delete

    Okay! It’s been a couple days, but I have come to the conclusion that the new @googlehealth app is terrible! I will be shopping for a different fitness wearable! @FitbitSupport

    @Jessicayoung_99 @FitbitSupport Mine been doing the same. Did all the log out force quit nonsense, it’s still doing it. Guessing a bug they’ll release a fix for soon …hopefully

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I’ve done all of that and also spoke to support. They said it was a known issue I was just hoping it would be sorted.

    @apple I don't really blame you for my iPad being broken. I mostly blame @fitbit because it was their app that broke it

    @Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week — both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport
