    @FitbitSupport hello, I purchased a new sense 2 this week and I have tried all the troubleshooting ways to get WhatsApp notifications to come through and I’m having no luck. There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?

    @googlehealth I’ll sadly no longer be a @FitbitSupport user after 15 years. This upgrade to #googlehealth is the worst thing I’ve ever seen 😩bring back #fitbit

    Okay! It’s been a couple days, but I have come to the conclusion that the new @googlehealth app is terrible! I will be shopping for a different fitness wearable! @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @googlehealth help I can’t get into Fitbit or Google Health as you have only half registered my Google Health account so when I try and complete it it’s saying I already have one? Then says need to upgrade a linked child’s account but it won’t work or let me delete

    @madebygoogle @FitbitSupport Fitbit Air is great in what it is supposed to do except floor calculation or stairs. i live in a place with 2 floors and in the office i take stairs but as of now the floor count is 0. My pixel watch 2 was good at it. please get it sorted in next fix

    @JLamp72 @FitbitSupport The worst part is no one is available to help with this process. I was on chat for 30 minutes trying to get my account migrated. And nope. Now I'm locked out of my fitbit

    Apparently the Fitbit watch I just bought is a piece of trash I connected my B0 app and apparently Google takes the information hides it from me and will not let me see it in the consolidated space I thought I purchased Which Apple watch is recommend! @FitbitSupport

    @dfteach @FitbitSupport @googlehealth I have a fitbit, and I have had nothing but trouble since Google got involved. Now my fitbit reads one thing, and the app has a number almost double what the device says.

    The service from @FitbitSupport is horrific. I got a woman called Jona guessing from the Phillipines who has absolutely no idea what she is doing or how to behave to someone. I can’t synch my charge 6 to the disastrous new app. Never had an issue before. She even pretended she couldn’t hear me but then could when I said I want to speak to a manager then claimed she will call me straight back and hasn’t!!! What on earth? I pay good money Fitbit and premium membership.

    @FitbitSupport hi..I am having issues with my fitbit charge 5. The screen has gone blank. Tried all troubleshooting but nothing is working. The logo comes on after pressing the button 3 times on the charging cable. But the watch does not reboot. Please help

    @actualstephen @Google @FitbitSupport This is why Garmin still wins on trust. They push firmware that adds features to 5-year-old watches instead of bricking them. Fitbit under Google has the worst update track record in wearables right now.
