    @FitbitSupport Is there a problem with syncing? Neither Fitbit in the house will sync despite following all the troubleshooting steps.

    @FitbitSupport damned hourly activity is messed up. I try to set it from 8am to 4pm and it keeps changing the time. Sometimes it changes the start time to 5pm!!! You seriously need to fix this flaw

    @FitbitSupport your customer service is absolutely disgraceful. Two Fitbit charge 3 both develop the same fault within 18 months and your team not only tell me I need to buy a new one AGAIN. I will be looking at an alternative brand for my next purchase. Terrible service.

    @FitbitSupport @gibeau_stu Hey @FitbitSupport you clearly have a time issue with your app. You skipped two hours ahead not one. My app thinks it’s 9:48am and it’s 8:48am. Can’t change daily activity nothing. You have a problem. Again.

    @FitbitSupport @slickfixation Those responses are not good enough. The poor woman shouldn't have to vote. Whoever added this to the app is desperately uninformed, they need to un-ad the notifications. This is distressing. Take this back to the design team & tell them to take it very seriously & fix it.

    @FitbitSupport @AlanDoran I also went through ~4 bands and I gave up and got different watch. There seems to be a quality issue with the bands. It's a great device if you could keep it together for a long time.

    Hi, I have a fitbit inspire watch. The automatic sleep tracking stopped working in January and I haven't been able to get it to work since. I've tried restarting the watch and made sure its synced. Is there a way to fix this or is my fitbit faulty? Thanks :) @FitbitSupport
