    Hi @FitbitSupport Is there a problem with your systems today? My Fitbit phone app display has suddenly decided to start showing calories as the main category. And I am getting an error message when I try to log on to live chat for support..

    @FitbitSupport I had received a broken pebble and you are not providing me a proper resolution. I had even shared you the images of the damaged pebble you had sent to me including the case no. you had provided. Kindly send me a new pebble asap as i am in urgent need of it.

    @FitbitSupport I got locked out of my Fitbit account. Not sure why. Noticed I had a problem syncing so I Uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Tried to login but it says I attempted to login too many times when I only tried once. Now gotta contact support. 😤

    @KSchnickelfritz @LeanneAbbey1 @FitbitSupport Mine logged too, here in the UK, when I woke up. Then the outage caused (and is still causing) everything to be messed up. My data for today has mostly disappeared, and I can’t synch now. My past data is only partially there, and which bits are missing changes every time I try.

    @FitbitSupport Although fitbit app is not showing data, is it still saving the data it is getting now? So i can at least see it as soon as the issue is resolved? I have a fitbit luxe.

    As everyone is learning having a Fitbit is useless unless it has a network connection to @fitbit @FitbitSupport. Basic functionality, even setting an alarm on some devices is broken when there isn't a network connection. If you've spent any time in the woods, you knew this.

    @HollyWeber2020 @FitbitSupport @fitbit To be fair, this is probably an issue affecting millions of users. They probably don't have time or resources to respond to one itty-bitty person...no matter how frustrated that makes you feel.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Steps tile has vanished. Not even in the edit section. Before I was aware of this issue I unpaired my Versa and deleted reinstalled the app and updated my ios etc and now my Versa keeps saying the 4digit code is incorrect. All afternoon. Hope it’s fixed soon

    @FitbitSupport the steps on my Fitbit app were not showing up and now my Fitbit won’t register with my account on the app, any chance you could help
