    @fitbit Save your money. Fitbit has gone excessively down the pan. Constant pop ups to buy stuff in the app. Watch stops functioning correctly after a short period of time.

    @fitbit #ecommerce #checkoutprocess experience in German shop is the worst! For the last 30min I was trying to pass the checkout validation process... it's impossible!!! I had to buy somewhere else... Ugh, I'm so mad at you! Fix it!

    Well, it's dead again. I was wrong about it being 2 years old. I bought it in Feb 2020 and they replaced it once bc it had tons of dead pixels. This is utter garbage. Don't buy a @fitbit bc they suck. I'm so disappointed and frustrated about this.

    @FitbitSupport received the worst customer service. My Fitbit broke after 1 year you sent my another faulty product with no one in your customer service team or supervisors offering adequate support to resolve this! I won’t be buying Fitbit or recommending it every again!

    @FitbitSupport what has happened to the once excellent support. I called on 3rd April to report an issue. It was agreed that a replacement would be sent, I received an email for order received on the 29th April. Chased a couple of times, trackers says it is still in germany!

    Broken @fitbit is going to be replaced, but I'm without a watch for the duration of them taking their sweet time. I have to wait for it to be shipped back (@USPS, so here's to hoping it makes it), processing, then there's a mystery finish. Thanks for my patience @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit When I am walking and tracking my walk.. The walk tracking says 3 miles, and the fit bit app main page shows way less than my tracked walk.. Best way i can explain it. After I pull down on the screen two or three times the app finally updates to the correct distance
