    @FitbitSupport This is the same response that's been put forward for a long time. I'd say the main selling point to the charge 4 is GPS. If its not working then why would we want that watch? This is not looking after your customers at all.

    @tbandras @fitbit The cut, copy and paste responses are very frustrating! They need to resolve the issue or own up to the fact that there's a big problem. This has been a known problem for 10 months. #Fitbit #Charge4 #customerexperience

    @FitbitSupport I had bought fitbit versa 2 on 11.02.2021 but surprisingly it's heart rate monitor sensor has stopped working. Called up customer care did factory reset as per their instructions but still its not working. Fitbit has no service center in Chandigarh. Please guide

    @FitbitSupport Not getting any notifications on my inspire 2. Made sure sleep & dnd R off. I should be getting notifications outside of my sleep schedule, I have never received any. Now the only way I can ask for help is Twitter. I cant explain cause of character limits.

    @FitbitSupport I have tried those..... none of them help either... they all just went through the same steps as each other that ended with “just keep an eye on your inbox” what difference is this email going to make as a human response cannot fix it!! What is in This magical email??

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the suggestion but I’ve been in touch with your customer support for 3 weeks, since your App update which caused many Fitbit users this problem (refer App Store comment Should!), and where you’ve admitted to me that your product has a problem at the moment.
