    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK the face popped off of my Sense last night. This is a replacement device as I had the same issue with my first one. Can't get onto live chat to speak to someone. Can you let me know what my options are please? This seems to be a really common issue.

    @FitbitSupport The outage yesterday (in US) has impacted my Luxe (premium) Health metrics missing; sleep stats are completely wrong; no readiness score; zone minutes not syncing; weekly progress report is totally wrong. I bought it specifically for sleep stats. DO BETTER

    @FitbitSupport Tomorrow morning will be 48 hours of this outrage. I have trouble shooted everything and my Luxe still will not sync. This is incredibly frustrating since I keep seeing that "things are resolved". Please help.

    @FitbitSupport your website sucks and so does your “customer support” (that won’t open on the website or app) supposedly will get help through Twitter messages but it hasn’t happened and I doubt it will.

    @FitbitSupport Day 3 and my Fitbit app is still not working. I’ve done all the steps you’ve told people to do. Force closed and reopened app. Powered down phone and rebooted. Went to App Store to see if there was an update available. I’m still only seeing calorie data.

    @thaiicedtea @fitbit @FitbitSupport I have the same issue. I wish they would just admit that data is lost instead of pretending it can be recovered through pointless restarts. At least my sleep data, health metrics, and readiness score returned today after being gone for 2 days.
