    Yet again @FitbitSupport have gone above and beyond in being the worst support company in living history. Recall a product that I have never had a fault with, disable the device immediately but can't issue a refund for 3-6 weeks. Absolute joke, can't wait to get my @GarminUK

    @fitbit Had a warranty issue, and both had this battery problem. I am unsure if I have either anymore. Why does a refund solely depend on still having a defective device from 2+ years ago???

    Need some advice: I'm looking at buying the @fitbit Sense for my dad. I'm interested in the ECG/EKG feature as he just survived a massive cardiac arrest. I understand that these gadgets aren't 100% accurate but it's something that could help. Would appreciate any feedback.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport This thing sucks. Another morning waking up to it having dropped to 40%, then reboot it and it’s at 19%. Battery life is garbage and Fitbit isn’t doing anything to fix it. GREAT JOB!
