    @FitbitSupport No. It is nothing to do with timezones. It is not syncing. Whens the next update due? I have not been able to use my fitbit for 3 days as it will not sync. I don't want any more advice, as none of it works. This is a problem with your app. You need to fix it or I want a refund.

    what's going on @FitbitSupport ? I have a 2 yr warranty and you send me a 35% discount email?? I had it LESS THEN A YEAR and the face slipped off. yup, just was walking & BAM the screen of my @fitbit was on the floor - I have a Versa! THIS WAS PROBLEM WITH THE VERSAS #fitness

    At worst, it appears @fitbit is intentionally bricking out-of-warranty devices, refusing to replace them, and forcing customers to send them more money to replace it themselves. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but this is not ok @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport logging in to Fitbit website: The app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them. Developer information: invalid_request - Missing response_type parameter value

    @_michaelmiranda @fitbit Seriously haven’t found an alternative that is as clean and clutter free. For now I might replace Fitbit with a spreadsheet. The lag and bad calculator is just too much.

    Did a 42,000 steps, 28km hike today tracker with my @fitbit only for Fitbit to be unable to show me all stats and the walked route in the app. "An unknown error occured". Ja... Great. @FitbitSupport anything that can be done about this?

    @FitbitSupport It would appear the ongoing saga of Sp02 not working is still a major problem. I'm not getting any information on this very important part of the app despite numerous complaints.....

    @FitbitSupport really upset about your FALSE ADVERTISING about the Luxe battery life. I’ve been wearing it for not quite four days, and it is now at nearly 0%, down from a full charge, for the THIRD time. That’s an average battery life of 1.3 days, not five.

    @NathanJBright @FitbitSupport @fitbit My Ionic heartbeat indicator doesn’t work, second Ionic with an issue, the support team supported me with consolations🤔 and they invited me to buy another Fitbit as a solution to my problem😱

    @FitbitSupport Already spoken to support. Wasted an hour or so of my day & the solution is buy a new one. Same solution you gave 13 months ago when my last versa died. Clearly an issue when other devices last much longer. Won't waste my time or money on your product. Clearly don't value loyalty
