@uzmapowell @fitbit They really are awful. 3 Versa 2's in 14 months and now @fitbit aren't even responding to emails or tweets. Very sad, surely they realise word of mouth is as damaging as all these tweets and comments. I will bad mouth them EVERY opportunity I get.

@FitbitSupport I have a problem with my Fitbit versa 2. It’s got a black screen and won’t turn on. I’ve tried charging it but that’s not turned it on, I’ve tried to factory reset too and it’s not worked and still has black screen. help!

@FitbitSupport the seconds on the watch do not always work when you select different clock faces. My friend has the exact same issue. Is it possible to look into? The seconds randomly disappear from the clock face on Versa 3.
