    @FitbitSupport Nothing was resolved,it's unfortunate that I just had the rep disconnect under the grounds that they can't find my email. It's the only email I have used with Fitbit for all my years. Can someone help me please 🥺🥺🥺 @fitbit @PeteLau

  • hockeyNicole Nicole T. (@hockeyNicole) reported

    Dearest @FitbitSupport, ever since I updated my Versa 2 to the new firmware, my HR readings are completely off. How can I fix this?

    @missystubby @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK It’s seriously broken lol.

  • TeamBrittana Heather not Morris (@TeamBrittana) reported

    @FitbitSupport Thank you, but as I already said, your tech support does nothing. The "solution" is always "tighten your band," which I've done in the past and all that happens is the hinges break and I have to buy a new one. Seriously, I'm not going to waste time trying to fix this.

  • matteneff Matthew Neff (@matteneff) reported

    @FitbitSupport Hi attempting to purchase a product on your website and receiving the error message "Request Failed with Status Code 500". Can you please help?

    @FitbitSupport My FB charger 3 says I’ve been burning calories, even when I don’t wear it! How can I fix this???

  • mrsclareloumac Clareloumac (@mrsclareloumac) reported

    @FitbitSupport Customer support is atrocious. The DM didn’t address the problem and speaking to someone in the order department hasn’t helped either.

  • withAnnF WithAnF (@withAnnF) reported

    @fitbit Started having trouble with my Sense last week - losing charge very quickly and now it won't sync. My position in line for chat has been "1" for over an hour now ... why not tell me "we don't actually have agents chatting right now"??

  • carlyrhodeside carly r. (@carlyrhodeside) reported

    @ladonnapietra @fitbit These are two solid on the Garmin. Meanwhile, @FitbitSupport is doing its best to convince me that it's somehow me that is sustaining a 1550-170bpm for days (and nights!) on end and not a sensor problem.

  • TeamBrittana Heather not Morris (@TeamBrittana) reported

    @FitbitSupport I'm seriously absolutely not wasting any more time on this. I have had multiple Fitbit products for years and have had to contact tech support repeatedly, but it never works and I've never had a single problem with Samsung. See ya.

  • michaelabookish Michaela (@michaelabookish) reported

    @FitbitSupport I've already had a chat to online support. They were very helpful in trying to solve the problem.

    Very disappointing experience with @fitbit so far! First, they promised one year premium subscription which I couldn't avail so far. Talks are going on & now while exercising can't stop the workout. What is this yaar? fix these technical glitches pls! @FitbitSupport
