    @FitbitSupport Well after a couple of attempts and reviews it’s the same result so at this point I’m gonna let the world know not to buy your product because if it breaks as a result of a poor design you will hide behind a warranty, been using a Fitbit for over 8 years, but now I’m switching

    @ravindramurty @FitbitSupport No, @FitbitSupport won't help you at all if your watch is out of warranty.. they might give you 35% discount code to buy a new watch or say to hell with you. Or send you a buggy software update that will drain your battery

    Hey, anybody out there with a @fitbit Inspire 2. We got one and it's overall fine, but the sleep stage tracking isn't working. It's showing awake/restless/calm, but not light/deep/REM stages. No complaints about bad heart rate sensing. Is there some trick to turn this on?

    @fitbit Really disappointed. Sent in defective item 7/26. Everytime I reach out, told a different story. 2x told rec'd @ warehouse, 3x told not rec'd. No one can help me. Told several x case closed. I'M FED UP!

    @fitbit absolute terrible customer service after receiving a faulty fitbit luxe directly from your website. Keep going round in circles and can't even resolve the issue. Advertised to say 4 days battery life yet dies in 1.5 days. Clearly an issue with the product yet no support.

    @FitbitSupport need assistance on my charge 3. Doesnt charge and it gets hot whenever i do. Its not working anymore and this item was just a replacement

    @FitbitSupport so I updated my Versa to version 72.1.15 and my battery life went from 4 to 5 days before (as advertised) to about a 1 day and a half now. Are y’all aware of this issue?
