    @FitbitSupport when I’m in the app and told by your rep to set up a device, my call gets disconnected. It’s happened repeatedly. Now, I’m disconnected with no hope. Case 44118169. Please help. I’ve been through five reps.

    @FitbitSupport My comments about battery life were about the Apple Watch I recently bought, to replace my Fitbit ionic. I replaced my Fitbit b/c you weren’t able to answer my question as to whether the issue I had was fixable or I needed to replace. I was referred to FAQs which did not help.

    @Hanfo2904 @FitbitSupport I have the same problem. Connected & verified both accounts multiple times. Steps Providers on support pages do not help (Sense/Mate 10pro, Austria)

    @FitbitSupport Too Bad. I would like to buy one but some friends said they bought FitBit Sense in the USA, however here in Brazil some apps are not allowed to be used, for example, ECG, payments, etc.

    @FitbitSupport can you push out an update for the Ace 3 to switch it to 24hr time? I have my profile set for 24hr display but that doesn’t seem to carry down to the child profile. Thanks!

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Charge 5 seems to be dead. I bought it from Kohls in late November or early December. I tried restarting it and it didn’t work. The battery was charged overnight so it isn’t that. Last night it froze. Today the screen is black. Please help. Thank you.

    @FitbitSupport I understand the Fitbit app has to be open and nearby. That's literally the problem. That makes it inconvenient to use. The original Aria scales were better.

    @FitbitSupport Short story: Shawn-Tea tried to help me yesterday and failed. Today, Andrew gave me directions, and now my phone doesn’t work at all and can’t connect with the app. In essence, Andrew broke my phone. The other reps have been no help. Who can help me?

    @FitbitSupport The Aria Air I got syncs fine. That's not the point. The point is that it should sync in the background automatically. Requiring me to open the app and save the weight log is inconvenient and bad UX. What if my phone is dead or what if I forget my phone in another room?
