    @Chilangles @willsWords @FitbitSupport If I held my finger down on the app, then hit Track Exercise, the app would open so I could log out & do this wifi trick.

    @SiobhanAliperto @FitbitSupport Same here. Many complaints on help forum as well. Crickets(no responses) on forum as well as this thread from Fitbit support. They should AT LEAST acknowledge that there is an issue...

    @FitbitSupport there’s clearly an issue today with your app not opening. Instead of keep telling ppl to DM you why don’t you add a pinned post with actions to take to resolve the issue? Or an update on what YOU are doing to fix it.

    @FitbitSupport your app on ios is not functioning. Check the community forums. Many users reporting that app opens and closes immediately. Some have to launch it 5+ times. This is a serious problem that needs a response. 4+ hours for me

    Bummed that despite @fitbit’s claims of water resistance to 50m, my Charge 5 is dead after a brief dip in the ocean. Impressed and baffled that it seems to have also broken the app on my phone. That’s a mystery to me. Anyway don’t take your tech in the ocean. @FitbitSupport
