Over 28 minutes of hold all for new Fitbit Air tracker that doesn’t charge or light up or vibrate and your rep is telling that this is a known issue for a product that was released a couple days ago? It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

Absolutely impossible to track now. Text messages are no longer coming through. @FitbitSupport has been unhelpful.

Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.
