    @FitbitSupport anyone having issues with Charge 5 battery draining within a few hours? I've only had it 1 Yr. Fitbit support via the app have tried to help, but now there l seems to be a server error, and I can no longer long into my app or follow the link to my warranty options!

    Paid £130 for a @fitbit Charge 4 in Aug 20. It is broken on the attachments for the strap. @FitbitSupport does not offer a repair so it's essentially useless. Obviously won't be buying another. What fitness tracker (not🍏) do you recommend.

    @sosaysShelze @fitbit Good ideas. I’d never figure out how to. I don’t find the @fitbit to be user friendly-at all!! Why can’t we get a written manual?? I’ve had to call 3x for issues and it’s still not working right. I may return it next week if it doesn’t completely run correctly. 1/2

    @fitbit Fitbit broke and your resolution was to send me half of it in replacement? I purchased a fitbit in its entirety, why would you not send me a replacement in its entirety? It’s broken. Solution: see if it works and if not, call us back again. Literally what i was told

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply. However, Fitbit support didn’t provide any SUPPORT or help. Referring me to links and the refund center didn’t resolve my issue.

    @FitbitSupport Customer services patronising after trying all methods of fixing to no avail, indeed even worse!!! This is really a very very poor product - used to be good! I am going through channels to return watch and retrieve money! Poor show Fitbit!!! What the heck happened to you!?!
