    @FitbitSupport help! My Fitbit Alta is recharging when it’s plugged in. As soon as I unplug it, I cannot get a reading. I tried cleaning contacts where it charges. I logged in as a new account. Nothing works.

    @FitbitSupport hey @FitbitSupport I had checked that, it didn't help. its really disappointing that the fitbit is picking up arm movements rather than actual steps. which is happening now while I'm sitting. Its brand new but not looks particularly accurate.

    @FitbitSupport my credit card was changed for an annual premium membership without giving me the free trial offered... community says there are others out there having the same issue. Can I please be refunded as I wasn't given the trial offered!!

    @FitbitSupport Got an inspire 2 and cannot see the screen outside. Checked and not on dim or sleep mode. Very disappointing. Please fix or refund.

    I'm on my second @fitbit Versa 2 in less than 6 months--it has started vibrating continuously (super fun & distracting) & not syncing. I can't get it to reset or connect to anything. Can you help, @FitbitSupport? Beyond frustrating.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport it’s so nice to know that after spending over $300 on 3 devices in 5 years, you won’t replace your product when it dies shortly after the warranty expires. Bad customer service

    @FitbitSupport I don't think there is a problem. I just want to learn how a sensor using a green LED is able to measure blood oxygenation (which requires red and infrared LEDs). My app and Ionic work fine.
