    @FitbitSupport Replacement service is the worst! Defective Fitbit was received by you on 4/23/26. The replacement is just now shipping out (after I had to contact their stupid chat to inquire about it) Hire real people to take care of this!

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge6 purchased December 2024. Battery life has plummeted. It used to last a week, now about half a day. I haven't made any changes to settings etc. have restarted multiple times. Suggestions or should I toss it in the trash?

    @FitbitSupport hi. I’m unable to sign in. Notification in the app says you’ve sent a reset password. Nothing received. All folders in my email account checked.

    @clevermonkey93 @FitbitSupport Hey @FitbitSupport similar issue. I log my intake and then it duplicates up to three times. I delete the extra entries and then they come back. Food log has been like this for a few days.

    @Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week — both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport
