@FitbitSupport I can’t sync my Fitbit blaze. I’ve removed the blaze from my Fitbit app. It encounters an error when I try to set it up again. I’ve restarted my phone and blaze to no results.

@FitbitSupport Ok thanks and hopefully the fix will work. Yes my device and app are up-to-date. But honestly I hope that you change the way the app, watch and phone works so we don't need go rely on the servers.

@FitbitSupport will my data from today on my Fitbit still eventually connect to my phone if the problem is solved in more than 24 hours? Or do I lose it. Plus I deleted and re installed the app. Would this affect it too? Thanks

@mailorderninja @FitbitSupport I have been using Fitbit for almost 3 years and on my second device and have never seen an issue like this one that has gone on for more than a few minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Fitbit.
