    @FitbitSupport can you help please. My Fitbit strap has broken again. Fitbit charge 3. On checking out the forums this is a known problem. It is worn as an everyday watch. No intense or heavy over use. Can you please advise as to the process for replacement please.

    @FitbitSupport I have. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and they just kept repeating their script. Sorry there’s. I thing we can do about this. We don’t decide what gets sent out for replacement. Junk. Terrible service. Paid full or rice for refurbished unit.

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your help. After updating the app, the app freezes and cannot be tapped. I can't even see sleep. I restarted it, but it doesn't change. Please take immediate action.

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit does not clock my distance properly. I have done well over 27 km today but it has only logged me down for 20km.

    I bought a @fitbit versa 2 in Nov 2019. Less than a year later, I had issues with the screen. They exchanged it no problem. 2 months later, instead of 6+days of charge I am down to 1. Fitbit refuses to offer me anything but a 35% discount on a new device.

    @FitbitSupport he only thing worse than a Fitbit is their support. Terrible. Paid full price for a brand new Fitbit. Failed after a month. Waited 4 weeks for support only to receive a refurbished fit bit to replace the failed new watch. Paid new for refurbished. Junk. Stay away.

    @FitbitSupport I just said that i cannot download fitbit connect..? The download link on your website is going around in circles (cf previous video). The issue isnt on my end, your website has a problem. Do you understand the issue? I havent been able to install since download link doesnt work
