    @FitbitSupport Since I'm in India and there's no official repair center here, can you guide me on how to proceed? Is there a paid repair or replacement option available for out-of-warranty devices? It's a very expensive fitness tracker so help me someway to get it working again..

    BYE @fitbit I've enjoyed using your #fitbit's for 18 years having purchased 11 fitbits even thru your faulty strap phase & after you dumped the option to download data w/dongle on a laptop. BUT, I just threw my last 2 fitbits in the trash per I'm NOT logging in via #google.

    @FitbitSupport hi my charge 6 keeps disconnecting from my phone constantly so when people ring me, it doesn’t notify me. Have to keep opening the app to re-sync which is v annoying. I had my inspire HR for over 5 years and never had this issue.

    @FitbitSupport is there an issue with the Stress Management score. I have a versa 2 & it works, then doesn’t & does again. Has nothing to do with me wearing it as I rarely take it off. It also keeps getting disconnected from Bluetooth. My charge 2 meanwhile has no issues.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve done that but that’s just syncing it isn’t it? When I connect it to the charger it syncs fine, it’s getting it to not switch off randomly that’s the issue. I’ve just connected it and it came back to life with 97% battery thinking it was 8.06am, it was actually 10.57 am.

    @PawnOfMusic @fitbit I'm fine with just the basics (I cancelled fitbit premium because it was just silly), I just have issue with a notification feature that tells me almost daily I'm not doing enough... that I cannot turn off. I googled it and other people hate it too!

    @FitbitSupport hi, my charge 5 keeps freezing and stopping working, it then has to be connected to the charger to work again and never has less than 70% charge when I reconnect it. Can you help? I’ve reset it, changed the clock face etc. Thet doesn’t help.

    @FitbitSupport I've had my Versa for a while, it's suddenly showing a black screen. Tried a restart, seems dead, even though on charge for 36 hours! Any help would be appreciated-I miss it 😪

    @FitbitSupport Hi team - my Fitbit is playing silly buggers - won’t sync and will randomly vibrate on my arm and display the Fitbit logo and nothing else. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps. Can you help please?

    @fitbit can we please allow users to turn off the "you're at a risk of under training" prompt? It's like having a nagging parent constantly telling you none of your efforts are ever good enough. Just let us turn this **** off, thank you. It's NOT inspiring, it's annoying.

    @FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit Charge 6, purchased in Oct 2023, and it's now out of warranty. The watch is not charging at all despite trying multiple chargers. I believe the issue is with the charging plate or internal connector. (1/2)
