    terrible service from @fitbit notified faulty in-warranty FitBit Ionic 18th April, & promised replacement, now 10/05, still waiting! supposedly shipped to me 29/04 with promise of 4-5 days! Keep getting falsely reassured & given incorrect tracking number. Not impressed

    @FitbitSupport Thanks @fitbit , The strap/band isn't broken , its the black connector from the display unit to the strap/band. I got 2 new straps thinking that would solve the problem. It didn't work.

    @irishlifehealth @fitbit very disappointed with a fitbit I purchased from Irish life My Life , after less than 8 months the strap connection has broken. Going around in circles from one department to the next , everyone passing the book to some other department .

    @FitbitSupport Hi. More than likely won't be eligible under warranty. Which means having to purchase a new one. But I won't be buying an official strap as too expensive and poor quality. Off to a third party I go!
