    @FitbitSupport I’d love to know but my Sense 2 turned into a brick after I installed the update. Tech support said out of warranty and they didn’t even bother to understand why the update killed my watch. Terrible customer service and terrible product! I hope you guys can’t sleep yourselves!

    @FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

    @FitbitSupport I've just been told by your support team you can't help me log in because I had an old account registered? He couldn't remove my old one. He wouldn't pass the call. So what now? I just return the device because I can't login? Really disappointed

    @FitbitSupport help!! My versa 4 won’t charge, showing a big red ❌ tried everything that was recommended, I did a full restart and now since my battery is low it can’t find anything?? Super frustrated!
