    @fitbit I hope your company sinks. You promised your customers a refund and most have got nothing. You can keep trying but trustpilot, google and a whole host of other sites will come and take you down. I hope a class action suit really does cripple the company.

    @fitbit my luxe doesn’t work. I’ve wasted many hours trying to fix it via live chat, phone calls and tweets. It’s a poor product that doesn’t work and customer services is terrible. I want a refund for this faulty product and no one will help.

    @fitbit Once again my fitbit doesn't count - this is the second time for a brand new fitbit. App loaded again and fr community it is a known problem. Not good enough!

    @fitbit Every couple of months I have the same issue trying to synch my Charge4. Fix the issue! I have unpaired; repaired, turned it off, tried to synch thru the online account all to no avail.

    @FitbitSupport Is this for all Fitbits? I've not bought one yet, I'm looking at buying 2 just now and want to know what's best. I see a new Sense is coming out soon so grudging that money for it to come down a hundred by next month or so.
