    @FitbitSupport I have given up with fitbit and I have purchased a different brand of fitness tracker. 4 fitbits I have had and not much help.

    @VLebeter @fitbit How do I do that? I asked Fitbit if the lifecycle of their product is only a little over year, and the assured me their engineers tested. Lol! Empty assurance but terrible product

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I’ve been dealing with your customer Sox all week. They are absolutely NO HELP!! This is why more and more people are switching to the other guys, & I’m about to be one of them! I’ve had Fitbit’s for years and you could care less. Goodbye

    @FitbitSupport I get where you’re coming from...but again, this is a quite rote and relatively meaningless response. We’re looking for a plan of action, even a kernel of acknowledgment that there’s an issue and a fix is in the works.

    @AHW1978 @fitbit @FitbitSupport How are they still in business? I mean it's an expensive device that only lasts a year and their arrogance is just a cherry on they **** cake made with arrogance. Check out their profile on better business bureau, a real treat.

    @FitbitSupport Also, I don't know why the tech guy kept concentrating on the charging issue. I told him, it was holding charge better after i rebooted, it's the sleep stages and the whacked out calorie count and activity level that's the bigger problem.
