@FitbitSupport worst company I remember dealing with! Luxe went faulty in less that 9 months from purchase & was sent a refurbished replacement face weeks later . Have been waiting further 6 weeks on response to complaint . Case number 46533209

@fitbit dear all plz don't buy any fitbit watch after warranty end if ur watch is not working so there is no use becoz they don't given any service centers and replacement don't buy I face issue spending 28k watch and no there is no use . It's a garbage watch

@FitbitSupport thank you for updating my versa 2 with new software that rendered my device useless. Your customer support team said it was out of W and offered me a 35% off code for new device. That's outrageous. You guys messed it up now make it right! Replace my device or push fix software

@fitbit @FitbitSupport I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 in Aug. In 2 months I had charging, dim screen and flickering issues with the original and replacement. FB says I cannot get another replacement for their faulty product. I have to buy a new one. Anyone else with same issue??

@FitbitSupport I wish this was a positive post. My Charge 5 stopped working. It was under warranty, thankfully so a new one was sent, but the package wasn’t sealed right so I never got it. This was escalated a month ago and no one is getting back to me. Terrible support.
