Hi @FitbitSupport, my Fitbit app is crashing every time I try to open it. I deleted the app, restarted my phone, and re-downloaded but the problem hasn’t resolved. Any solutions?

@FitbitSupport It sounds like you're having an outage for ios users. Perhaps update your status to reflect this, because I am also experiencing issues with my app crashing, along with a bunch of others who have tweeted at you already this morning

@FitbitSupport @Brian4Builders Hey Fitbit, please actually read. Closing and signing out doesn't work. Neither does deleting and reinstalling the app. Fitbit, you've broken it... please fix it ASAP and stop recommending actions that many have already stated do NOT work.
