    @FitbitSupport ever since I bought premium, I'm not getting notifications on my charge 4. I've followed every steps on the documents, restarted the devices multiple times. Still no use. Not even getting the test notification from the Fitbit app. Please help

    @fitbit DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FITBIT. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS WHEN THEY GO DOWN. FITBIT CHARGE 3, SCREEN DIM AND BLANK - A KNOWN ISSUE BY THEM & ALL THEY OFFERED WAS A DISCOUNT THAT ANYONE CAN GET WITH THIER CURRENT SALE ON A NEW PRODUCT. NOT IMPRESSED BUT THER SUPPORT

    @fitbit @PayPal receive Ionic refund mail 29/3/2022. From beginning shows error. Talked to Fitbit and PayPal. Still nothing #norefund#nonewfitbit.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport recalling our 300 dollar ionic watches, and sending money back with @paypal that has disappeared when we try to claim it is horrible... It is like you stole our watch.... Phone, twitter, and live chat have been no help either. #Horrible
