    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK stop apologising for your incompetence on PM and send me a response that has been promised. Your higher resolution team do absolutely nothing. Address the issue and provide a replacement device or full refund!!

    @FitbitSupport why am I constantly having a problem syncing my Inspire2 I got in November? I don’t get my notifications. This just keeps getting worse and worse. Sunday was the last time I could sync. It has been rebooted.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I have now been waiting for 6 hours for an email response to a battery issue. Charge 5 discharges in an hour. Still under warranty so entitled to full refund or replacement. Fitbit failing to address issue. Have also been PMing with no response

    @FitbitSupport I would really appreciate some actual customer service. I continue to be brushed off, expecting to be pacified by being told a firmware upgrade will fix a hardware issue. Frustrating.

    Still no response from @FitbitSupport about their terrible service twice when reaching out. The watch is at it again, restarting over and over again. Guess it is finally time to get a @SamsungUS watch.

    Wow, @fitbit watches & customer service are absolute TRASH. My watch has been buggy & completely stopped working at only seven months old. I just had to spend 45 minutes jumping through hoops (including filming 2 videos) to finally "qualify" for warranty service.

    Been trying to get my Fitbit Ionic refund for the past 75 days. Wasn't even the user's fault for the refund the device itself is defective. Have been running rounds on their India customer service, which has a UK number but they have been of no help. @fitbit @FitbitSupport help

    @ddebiase @FitbitSupport @fitbit This is pretty standard for the brand. It used to be better, I've had Fitbits forever. Now? Terrible customer service, failing devices, slow turnaround, and they silence you when you try to discuss it in their community forums. I'd request a refund and go with another brand.

    @FitbitSupport Day 45 without any GPS tracking. Can you put a timescale on this please? It's very peculiar that this has been a known, ongoing issue with my model for this long, yet I can't see it acknowledged on your site/forums anywhere. My Fitbit is clearly defective

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I have just worst customer services experience with your org. My charge 5 is under a year old and battery discharges in under and hour fully charged. All options exhausted by online chat support. No further options offered!!

    I laugh how @fitbit sounds concerned with wanting a DM on specifics of your issue with trash #Sense product. Then reply with cut & paste "we take all feedback seriously" statement & no REAL resolution to product failure. Trying to keep it out of the public eye. Save your money!!
