    @sarah_favourite @FitbitSupport Ok thanks. Going to look into Garmin. Costs more but if the product/cust service are superior it’ll be worth it. I could never get @FitbitSupport to even tell me what the issue ever is. Yet somehow they refurbish already faulty products then send them to us.

    @FitbitSupport my Aria Scale will not sync properly. I have tried everything on the forums but it never stays synced for more than a day. Please help or I am going to have to return it..

    @fitbit HELP my Sense knows I did 250 steps on the 12N hour, but the sync refuses to credit me. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? And why is there no way to correct the stats?? This has occurred with every model you've ever made. Yeah I'm old

    The amount of time I spend resetting time and date on my @fitbit Versa 2 watches is absolutely awful. The instructions given rarely works. It’s more like trial and error in days. #versa2 #versa2timeanddateerror

    @FitbitSupport @Meondra There’s every chance that the real problem will start when the device arrives and you find that due to the latest app update it won’t pair or sync as many users are finding. Fitbit say they’re sorting - but it’s 3 weeks now and no sign of any App update.

    @fitbit I need a product for my disable daughter. The problem w/ the fit bit is it's geared toured being fit. That's great if you can move, but if you can't it just make you feel sad. Then you don't want to wear the fb.
