    @FitbitSupport Every time we've talked in DM's since that 1/8 contact, you've promised that fixes were in the works. They've never materialized. I can't help but feel that as long as they're out of sight, you're lacking incentive to cure them, especially as you push newer products. 2/3

    Hi @FitbitSupport I'm trying to setup my partners old Charge HR on my phone and having problems. I run through setup, the device is detected and I enter the pin but it fails after that. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport Hope you can fix my ionic. Such a pity that technology which was supposed to last for years (no moving parts etc.. ) fails way before it should and just adds to the landfill holes.

    Fed up with @fitbit going round in circles waiting for my replacement they said it will be sent once they have my other one they recieved it on the 6 th April customer service has been terrible all I get in the end is thank you for your cooperation stay safe fix this fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Hi, thanks for the reply, but this isn't whst I'm looking for, I don't have a problem with what activities my Charge 4 uses with and on the app, the screenshot was from the 'track workout' within the app... There's only those 3 to choose from and no way to add any more

    @fitbit Fitbits are junk that constantly fall apart. I will never buy another. Every single one I’ve had has broken. My versa 2, the face just fell off.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit my versa 3 is broken/defective and the elevation feature is broken. After two support chats I'm being told to wait because there may be a firmware update (some day) and that's the only solution. My watch cost me hundreds of $ (Canadian). This is not okay!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have a Charge 2 and the screen has gone blank. I've followed the usual advice of holding the button to reset but still not working. Is it true that you've designed this watch so it only last so long? I love it but this is really irritating me now. Help!

    Friends, beware of Fitbit versa products. I got one brand new one two weeks ago and it has been giving me shocks on my wrist debilitating my arm and hurting my wrist. Fitbit will not refund or help me since it was bought on eBay USA, they will not honour their warranty.@fitbit
