There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?

But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.
