    @FitbitSupport help! My Fitbit Alta is recharging when it’s plugged in. As soon as I unplug it, I cannot get a reading. I tried cleaning contacts where it charges. I logged in as a new account. Nothing works.

    .@Lifesum; you have the best food database for tracking ( real shame that the @fitbit database is so poor). Do you have any intentions to allow a sync of food data into fitbit? Or do you have an API that I might be able to use to write a sync myself (presuming fitbit have an api)

    @FitbitSupport My fully charged fitbit charge 3 is not counting steps or heartbeat. I have shut it down several times and synced it with my phone. I even did a factory restart. It tells time but does no other function. Please help, thanks.

    @FitbitSupport charge 3 is stuck and only displays a smiley. 8 second button press while connected to usb charging cable doesn't help. Any suggestions?

    @FitbitSupport I know only kids devices may be connected to a kid’s account... THAT’S THE PROBLEM!!! In this day and she when you’re mass producing tech to be purchased, you should do your due diligence and support your customers do are making you billions in revenue!

    @fitbit I've had so many problems with my Fitbit Versa watch. It refuses to sync with my phone and the GPS link keeps dropping out. Fix, after fix, after fix... Non of which have improved the service. I've given up and bought a Garmin

    @FitbitSupport was delighted to get verso 2 for Xmas and in general very happy with it. The biggest flaw is if I am out walking with our baby in a buggy, no steps are counted because my arm is stationary on the handle. Is there a way to overcome this?

    @FitbitSupport I’ve had my Ionic for 4 years and it’s been great. Decided to pass on to my son and upgrade but Factory Reset caused permanent shutdown. Does @Fitbit stand by their product for a known issue on a very well cared for device even though it’s beyond warranty?
