@fitbit My mother is dead and even if she wasn't I wouldn't give her a pos product from your company. You treat your customers like garbage. I hope a class action suit happens soon.

  • zephyr681 Sarah (@zephyr681) reported

@FitbitSupport hi my low battery notification hasn’t worked. Everything is turned on in app and phone..how do I fix please

  • HawClaire Claire Haw (@HawClaire) reported

@fitbit I have already called you and because it is out of warranty you won't help, I has always been dim no matter what setting.

  • asthakumar16 astha kumar (@asthakumar16) reported

@FitbitSupport Why is fitbit giving me Google Play vouchers, I cannot even use these to replace my ionic. Please help me out here, Who can spend INR 22k on movies and apps? This is quite absurd.

  • imstephaniex ً (@imstephaniex) reported

@FitbitSupport hello I bought a Fitbit in December for Christmas. The band is now broken and I can’t use it as no other band. Can you advise on what to do please as it’s still under guarantee?

  • mandapen Dr Mand (@mandapen) reported

  • IainD03 Iain Rintoul (@IainD03) reported

@FitbitSupport Oh yet another run around months down the road ionic blocked by Fitbit so no access to refund. And I am hard at hearing, 80 years old and your solution make a call.

  • jamesomitron Tobiloba (@jamesomitron) reported

Hello @fitbit @FitbitSupport I have spoken to the refund support team several times and still nothing after about 4 months Please help! I would really like to move on from this!

  • TechLloyd Matt (Tech) Lloyd (@TechLloyd) reported

@FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Your data export functionality appears to be broken for the last 3 days. I'm unable to export a CSV of my data and the route to download just returns a HTTP 404 error.

  • awoogadaytob awoogadaytob (@awoogadaytob) reported

@fitbit I hope your company sinks. You promised your customers a refund and most have got nothing. You can keep trying but trustpilot, google and a whole host of other sites will come and take you down. I hope a class action suit really does cripple the company.

  • TechLloyd Matt (Tech) Lloyd (@TechLloyd) reported

@FitbitSupport It isn't a browser or cache issue, export-status.json on your legacy API is always returning fileIsReady:false. It's an issue in your API. Please pass on to an engineer internally, thanks.

  • guyforget Allen 2xMVP (Manager of the VFW Pool) (@guyforget) reported

You mean to tell me that @google closed the purchase of @fitbit @FitbitSupport a year and a half ago and there is still no native integration with Google Fit? The google watch was a piece of **** so I tried a Fitbit but with no integration w/ Google Fit I will return the POS.

@FitbitSupport Hi I got a new fitbit sense a couple of months ago and now it won't charge...I went on the help forums and see the problem is,one of the spring loaded charging prongs won't raise from the unit. I tried everything to no avail. Can fitbit replace the charger please ?

  • DreSurname Dre (@DreSurname) reported

@FitbitSupport Obviously the problem is that the sync isn't working correctly.
