    Hey @FitbitSupport my Charge 2 refused to change to Central Time while I was in TN. I stopped in CO and it switched to Mountain Time. Now I'm home on the west coast and it is STUCK on Mountain Time--one hour ahead of me! Help?

    @FitbitSupport is the Sense terrible or did I just get a dud? Smarttrack doesn’t work and when I set it manually it randomly ends my walk or run. I’m seeing similar complaints here.

    @FitbitSupport I received an email about a free 3 month trial. Went to activate it & got charged for a full year! Now there is now way to get a refund OR be reimbursed for the remaining subscription that I WONT USE??? This is terrible customer service! No way at all? Why?

    @FitbitSupport Hi there. I got a Fitbit Charge 4 for Christmas this year and despite having worn it as recommended (a finger’s width above the collarbone), the rubber part of the strap has broken, rendering it unwearable. What can I do about this? Thank you

    @fitbit absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Bought 2 Fitbits, paid for overnight tracking for both of them. 5 days later they are still not here. Keep telling me FedEx is having system issues. FedEx is fine, Fitbit never shipped my stuff. Like wtf? #robbed

    @FitbitSupport Additionally, your "Custom" option rounds fractional grams down. I entered an item with 3.9 grams of carbs. It was rounded to 3. While your tool is more convenient than a mobile spreadsheet, it comes at the expense of accuracy. One of your *** delivered an MVP, emphasis on M.
