    Oh let's have a look how terribly I slept. "No" @fitbit says, "you're not allowed". But I bought you to do just that and track my fitness, what's the point in you? "Here spend 30-60 minutes trouble shooting to absolutely no avail. Every. Single. Day." @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport my Versa is working normal but can’t sync nor get discovered by Bluetooth. I’ve recently updated my Versa to the latest firmware day before and this happened today. I’ve done all what is written on help pages but nothing worked. It also showed a thermometer

    @FitbitSupport I’m currently using my premium free trial, interested about the advanced sleep analytics, but every time I click on that option in the app, I get a loading circle and it sends me back to the homepage. How do I fix this?

    @KimPapit @FitbitSupport I encountered same issue on my hacked account ..and I contacted support services, but they wouldn’t help me ..then I got referred to @petetools on Instagram and they helped me ..they were so fast and reliable

    @FitbitSupport I purchased a Versa 3 on Sat & have had problems with it syncing to the app on my phone all day today. I have unpaired the versa 3 from my Bluetooth but now cannot set up the devise on the app. The next step is to contact customer support. Please can you help?

    @FitbitSupport my Peloton had automatically synced workouts to Fitbit until Thursday when suddenly it stopped. I didn’t change any settings. How can I fix this so they sync again?

    @FitbitSupport hi, I have a fitbit versa 3 that was syncing most of the time, this morning it won't sync at all, I've turned Bluetooth on and off, switched device and phone on and off in paired, uninstalled the app, nothing has worked, help please

    @FitbitSupport Very pathetic support by Fitbit support. One of the close friend gifted me fitbit versa & in the lockdown period t was not charged. But, after few months i wanted to use it but, charging is not done while holding down the keys it is just showing fitbit logo on the

    @FitbitSupport my versa 2 has stopped receiving notifications from my huawei phone, I have done the troubleshoots, turned phone on and off as asked, uninstalled and reinstalled app, and it's still not working.
