    As everyone is learning having a Fitbit is useless unless it has a network connection to @fitbit @FitbitSupport. Basic functionality, even setting an alarm on some devices is broken when there isn't a network connection. If you've spent any time in the woods, you knew this.

    @FitbitSupport Is this 'issue' connected to the missing GPS run data on my Pixel Watch? Where I run a local loop but the map says I only did two thirds of it.

    @FitbitSupport @JordanOSullivan I'm having the same issue. I was unable to sync and then couldn't log in. Now I'm told my account has been blocked for 24 hours due to too many account login attempts. I can't use the Chat support as I can't log into my account and email support says it's no longer supported

    @symptomfrei @FitbitSupport I waited forever until someone answered. This was before they announced the problem. They said all our data will be back once they fix the issue. Now we just need to wait and see if that is true.

    @FitbitSupport Any movement on this? Tried troubleshooting before discovering the outage. Unpaired my device, now cannot pair. Constant network errors.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I’ve just bought a Versa 3, trying to synch it to app - getting error 503, is this part of the issue? Should I just try again later?

    @FitbitSupport My Inspire 3 has not provided details on sleep score for a couple of days. Might that info come back when the sync problem is fixed? Or does that sound like a different problem?

    Hi @FitbitSupport my @fitbit app isn't working today! It was working yesterday on Sunday. I hope there is a remedy to this technical issue.

    @FitbitSupport What ever you do do not uninstall and reinstall app. Because the network is down you won't be able to log back in. Learned that the hard way last time this happened

    @TracyHornschuch @FitbitSupport I totally agree that Fitbit should post something on their website if the system in down. Or have pop-up that tells us that the system has issues so we don’t change our login passwords numerous times or uninstall and reinstall the app thinking problem is with only our account.

    @1wendylouwho @FitbitSupport I’ve had a Fitbit for several years, and once my Sense completely goes (battery life is down to 3 days) I’m switching to a different brand. Instead of updating here, or on the website, we have to keep trying to sync every few hours? Awful customer service.

    @FitbitSupport any ETA on when we will be allowed to log back into the app? I'm going through what many others are with my Sense but the app told me to email Support only for me to get an auto reply that email support no longer exists. Might wanna fix that messaging today too
