    @FitbitSupport I have had my Fitbit for months. Today Fitbit app says “Not enough data available” when logging exercises. My bpm appears on my watch. What’s the issue can I please fix this asap?

    @FitbitSupport what is wrong with the app?? 😭 it was working 2 updates ago and now all of a sudden the app keeps freezing, I thought the new update would help but it hasn’t. I exit out and retry and it doesn’t make a difference.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks! Actually that "Up front" face is one of yours :) I thought maybe it's a thicker font so lighting more pixels at once? The help page said animated faces use more, but it just shows the time (unless you go to the data page, but many faces have that info on the main screen)

    @FitbitSupport was in contact with live chat support about an hour and a half ago and was supposed to receive an email regarding warranty options for my broken Charge 3 shortly after the chat ended. Nothing yet. How long should this take?

    @FitbitSupport Wish I could - my Fitbit stopped working this Friday. Went through trouble shooting only to be offered a discount on a new one...mine was only about 15mo old. Very dissatisfied with customer support. I’ll not be using the discount or getting a new device...very dissatisfied

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit has been tracking significantly more steps than I’ve actually done today. I’ve had the Fitbit for just under a year and it’s never done this before. I hadn’t changed any settings before this happened. Can you help to correct this?

    @FitbitSupport a year after u replaces my previous faulty versa I now have one that’s not working again. It’s stuck on the logo screen. I’ve reset, turned Bluetooth on and off etc
