Ramit Sheth (@ramitsheth) reportedVersa 2 got shut down by water in a swimming pool of maximum depth 1.5 mts. Previously it worked perfectly in and after the swimming pool. Not in warranty. How can I get it repaired? @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev @IndiaFitbit

Matthew Halmshaw (@matthewhalmshaw) reported@FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

Harshad (@Harshad81545152) reportedI bought a brand new Fitbit Charge 6 from just 2 weeks ago, and since day one it hasn’t charged beyond 45%. The battery is also draining extremely fast. I’ve cleaned the charging contacts and tried everything I can, but the issue is still there.@FitbitSupport @GoogleUK

Namrata S (@NamrataS691142) reportedHi @FitbitSupport and @googlehealth , my Fitbit sleep data hasn’t been syncing to Google Health for the past 3–4 days. Everything was working fine before, but now my sleep data isn’t showing up. Is this a known issue, and is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks!

Kelli Bachman (@kabachman) reportedWhatever @FitbitSupport @fitbit did with that last update, the pixel watch is now trash. Most features don't work anymore. Im tired of being told to do ANOTHER reset!

Mandeep B 🚢 (@mandeepmusings) reported@BessentsFist @Google @FitbitSupport The worst app . They destroyed Fitbit app which I loved and logged food almost daily for 5+ years. Use Bevel , it is way better than the new garbage app
-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@actualstephen @Google @FitbitSupport This is why Garmin still wins on trust. They push firmware that adds features to 5-year-old watches instead of bricking them. Fitbit under Google has the worst update track record in wearables right now.
-
AmberPaw (@AmberPaw) reported@FitbitSupport is there a problem? I cannot sync with my Samsung droid phone
-
mherrsch9 (@mherrsch9) reported@FitbitSupport what was the purpose of changing your app to Google Health? Was it to make sure no matter what that no one with a watch could connect to the app again and force them to buy new watches? Bc wtf I have tried everything and nothing works
-
Mikko Tuomela (@mikkotuomela) reported@FitbitSupport Hello. I don't see anything relevant to this issue on that page. It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.
-
Joseph Russo (@NGridEconDev) reportedOkay! It’s been a couple days, but I have come to the conclusion that the new @googlehealth app is terrible! I will be shopping for a different fitness wearable! @FitbitSupport
-
S Selser (@SSelser) reported@FitbitSupport Thanks for selling out to Google. They ruin everything they buy. I hope you made a lot of money to **** over your loyal customers.
