Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

Bloated piece of software crap. Goodbye #Fitbit, #Google ruin what I bought from you. Normal people don't have hours to relearn your app.

It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

andy elton (@EltonAndy) reported@FitbitSupport I have a permanent red light on the back of my charge 5 and no display on the front. I've done a hard reset using the charger cable. This fixed the problem, but less than 5 minutes later it's back to red light and no display. Please advise next steps.

They haven’t even bothered replying but then it’s probably because they’re inundated with the same problem - the move to Google isn’t working! I’ve had fitbit watches for 10 years but this hassle isn’t worth it
