    @FitbitSupport The screen of my Charge3 initially faded and has now gone blank. My fitbit still records steps and sleep etc as I can view the results on the app but I can't see anything on the screen. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport so Fitbit AFTER A MONTH have provided a meaningless reply to the question of refund for a faulty Inspire 2 falling back on the 45days issue. A disgraceful company whose products should be avoided at all costs -buy Garmin or Apple products!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Keep having trouble to check my fitbit app. Screen just stays white, wheel keeps spinning. Have to reinstall the app every single time. Even tho the app gives trouble, there's no problem connecting to versa 3, notifications do come in. Oneplus 5, versa 3

    @Tracey_Osborn @FitbitSupport Charge 3 was broken with the latest firmware update. Only solution provided thus far is to purchase a new device with a 35% off coupon. Hope they have a better option for you.

    Extraordinary poor products and service from @fitbit as demonstrated on this account @infopage2019 Their own customer community forums show the same issues in their hundreds. Just how long can a huge name like @fitbit get away with this?

    @FitbitSupport hi! I am experiencing an issue with my Charge 2. Yesterday, I synced with my app and had 70 active minutes. Today, I re-synced and it dropped it back to 14. Is there something I can do to get back the accurate reading?

    @FitbitSupport Are you working on a fix for the syncing problem with the Versa and the app? I've tried all of the suggestions from the community boards and nothing is working. Also, I know this is a wide-spread problem based on the number of people posting about it online.

    @margaretlees4 @FitbitSupport I had that problem on my Versa 3 with an Android phone, the new Fitbit 3.37.1 update fixed it...if it didn’t work check to make sure your battery on phone is not putting your Fitbit app to sleep after awhile. Mine was clicked on...after I shut it off my Versa 3 synced.

    I bought Sense as I saw it support Spotify, only to learn that it cannot store music offline as it is possible with Deezer/Pandora. Can anyone from @fitbit explain this? I hope this will be fixed soon, as I'm used to listen to music and podcasts on Spotify on my run.
