    @FitbitSupport hi my Fitbit versa 2 isn’t linking up with my phone! I updated it and I have been on chat support but nothing is working! Can you help! I haven’t had my versa for a year yet! It had been playing up but which is why I was prompted to resolve the issue. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport Every time I open to the app I got asked if I would turn on GPS tracking. The options were no thanks or sure. I found comment threads going back to 2019 asking Fitbit to fix this without any resolution. Customer service chat told me there was no fix for it.

    @FitbitSupport My Versa Lite is only 6 months old but the sleep score and sleep stages do not record anymore. Everything else is working perfectly fine. I already reinstalled the app again and also reconnected Bluetooth. The sensor is clean. What can I do to fix it?

    @FitbitSupport Follow up: Fitbit refused to tell me the serial number of my watch, which I need to make a warranty claim, because they have a policy against sharing such "internal information" with their customers. Unless you're a packrat and keep the box the watch came in, Fitbit won't help.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit step activity is no longer updating the activity page on my fundraising page. This started yesterday and the same issue has occurred today. I have sent my email address linked to my Fitbit via DM.

    @FitbitSupport Whilst I appreciate you opening a case for me it now leaves me with no fitness tracker . I would much prefer you replacing the broken charge 4. 7 months I have had it and due to no fault of mine I now have no way of tracking my fitness. Thank you

    @FitbitSupport I promise, I tapped no thanks daily for three days. Every time I opened the app, several times a day, I got the same pop up. No one I talked to at Fitbit or in the forums could figure out how to make it stop. I am not the only person with this issue.
