    @FitbitSupport Your troubleshooting tips will not work. The non synching issue has obviously been caused by the last update. See the 000's of comments on various media. Man up admit it and apogise Fitbit. Oh and of course make sure a proper fix is put in place and more importantly publicised.

    @FitbitSupport Has anybody on here had issues with there screen watch bit working? This has happened me after doing the update. Fitbit are saying it's a warranty issue. I've also had the other issues of not syncing and heart rate not being monitored but apparently it's all to do with warranty

    @FitbitSupport My issue is why all if the sudden has it stopped working. If yiu are aware of the issue, is ther going to be a fix!!!!!

    Recent update has made my (and many other people's) Fitbit useless. Yet explaination of what's going on. Just the generic, turn it on and off again. A temporary problem doesn't take days to fix! Rollback your release, we have waited long enough! #notgoodenough @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit owned by GOOGLE and they now see more of hat you do, worst part is there is 0 customer service with fitbits you have to contact GOOGLE , BUY APPLE better product better customer service

    @FitbitSupport Yep those are the ones. And I cannot pair my device (Charge 4) since I unpaired it in an effort to fix the syncing issue. I will send a dm with my email.

    @livndeadgirlxx @FitbitSupport Let me help you out. Nothing you do will make it sync. Fitbit installed an update that has made it impossible for most to sync their phone and watch. It's ridiculous

    @FitbitSupport any idea when this syncing issue will be fixed? I've tried all the troubleshooting tips you suggested & still nothing! I even unpaired my charge 4 today to see if that would help but now can't pair it back to my phone at all 😭
