    @FitbitSupport - I purchased a Fitbit Charge 2. It just arrived. But doesn't seem to be charging. I have tried multiple USB A points. I have also tested the accompanying charger with an older Fitbit Charge 2 - works. Seems watch has an issue. Please advise.

    @fitbit Charge 3 watchbands are defective and fitbit has admitted to that when my first band snapped. Guess it’s time to stop buying fitbit. Unbelievable how you sell a defective product then refuse to replace it when it keeps breaking. Bad business!

    @FitbitSupport I cannot understand how a problem that shows up REPEATEDLY in fitbit forums is not addressed by fitbit customer support. a fitbit user for years, switching to the Sense most recently. It's counting floors at a ridiculous rate..too new to be malfunctioning. help

    @rmfornari @fitbit @parkjames Got the same bad experience waiting for months and called cs the advise me to wait a week longer so after 4 weeks the called again to the customer center they told me that my application was canceled and they hung op the phone . from wait 1 one to nothing without notice

    @FitbitSupport I am trying to get my discount code to work. I have spoken to the representatives many times and they say they cant help me to get it to work since It expired. I didn't get the refund to just recently and the code already had expired. Please help!

    @SleepAndSports @fitbit Doesn't it break it down by area? 50% TST & TWT 25% minutes deep sleep and percent REM 25% percent time < resting HR and percent restless I'm not sure exactly how they combine those pairs, though - is that what you mean?

    @fitbit @fitbit the support reply didn’t help anything, it is the same answer I keep getting over and over. So, it was useless to provide my account and reference number. Unfortunately your recall center and nothing is exactly the same thing.
