    Terrible experience with @fitbit over the last month. There is an admittance of a fault but because I’m out of warranty customer services just quote corporate slogans and don’t even press to help. One even ended the chat purposely instead of escalating my Versa fault. Appalled.

    @FitbitSupport hi, wonder if you could help me, my versa 2 said I had done 19,467 steps and I've just synced it and it says I've only done 19,328. Why have I lost steps as this is not the first time this has happened!!

    @fitbit Why are you asking me to buy a 3rd watch in 3 years after 2 defective watches? Was happy with Charge 2 even though it went bad just after warranty expiration, happy enough so to buy a Versa 2. Versa 2 has never consistently tracked sleep correctly. I called several times

    @FitbitSupport Are there any known outages? I can't login using the iOS app or website, creating a new account lets me confirm my email but after that still can't login "User does not exist or password is incorrect."

    So they implemented a sugar tax a few years back. What about a tax break? Could give discounts on a @fitbit and if people meet certain monthly goals for activity they get a tax reduction. Would help with a healthier more active country. Could do it household based.
