    @Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week — both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport

    Attempting to add my 13yo's Christmas present @FitbitSupport to the kids' iPad has been a Kafkaesque nightmare, with no end in sight. It's almost beyond parody.

    @bookishbish @FitbitSupport #same but @FitbitSupport is never helpful, just spits out an auto-response of useless “troubleshooting” steps for users when it’s their known system error.

    @ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't even send you a private message. Im a paid subscriber, and why is it i either wake up with a blank screen and I never get my spo2 anymore. Please fix this problem, and next time, please inform me when you're taking money out of my account (premium)

    Activity and sleep is not synching to the correct time when shown on the app. Please fix your back end systems. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I've done everything I can to try to fix the problem, I'm not the only person having the problem, ever since Google took over apparently that's when the problem started.

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't send you a message. My spo2 hasn't been working for days, and I have to keep force stopping the app because I get a blank page in the morning and have to start it back up. Im a paid subscriber, and I shouldn't have these problems. Help
