@FitbitSupport 7:57 PM Image 7:58 PM I have my versa 2 a while but went into a pool for the first time today and the screen opened from the body flooding the watch and killing it. I thought I could wear it swimming, had no problem at all until entering the pool.

@fitbit when are you bringing back the ole charts or at least the ability to zoom in. If you are doing long term weight loss with a big goal all the line trend lines flatten to a straight line. FIX THE CHARTS. BRING BACK THE OLD CHARTS. TH OLD ONES WERE USEFUL

@FitbitSupport No, I will not DM you the details. It's very clearly stated here, and that article has the exact details of the issue. It looks like you've asked a number of users to DM you the details of this issue. Please, just fix it, and stop asking people to define the problem for you.

Owned & supported @fitbit products for over decade. Most recent is #Sense (most expensive offering). Screen came off bezel which is significant issue by Google search. No support because of short lived warranty. JUNK! Never again!

@allylean89 @fitbit My wife had a similar issue and she received a discount on a replacement as well. Fantastic customer service @fitbit

@FitbitSupport I mean this linked to your own support forum describing a generic problem, so I'm not sure how my account would help?

@GSpellchecker @FitbitSupport I’m on my fourth fitbit, the problem is, you wedded to the software so despite their unreliability you get another one. Well, that’s what I’ve done.

@FitbitSupport hi, I got a Fitbit Sense last June, paid £300 for it and the glass screen has popped out. Because I've had it just over a year my warranty has expired. Is there anything you can do to help? Kind regards, David

@rsmck @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Mind you, would be less of an issue if their whole approach to charging wasn't so terrible; every new device has yet another stupidly-designed clip thing and meanwhile the knockoff I bought of Amazon years ago just had a USB cable built into the strap :-)

@gertbighobbit @FitbitSupport Yup. This is why I just don't believe them. My Charge completely broke mid June (not an issue with GPS) & they replaced it without issue. However, the GPS function on the replacement Charge has NEVER worked. Feel like I'm being fobbed off
