  • AimsHewitt Amy Hewitt (@AimsHewitt) reported

    I need some (boring) help. #garmin Venu SQ or #Fitbit Versa 3? (@GarminFitness @FitbitUK )

  • Bowler_DME Dave Evans (@Bowler_DME) reported

@GarminFitness I'd also asked the same question via Facebook and someone from Garmin contacted me there and was able to fix the issue, but thank you for the response.

  • raccas81 Rachel C (@raccas81) reported

Hey @GarminFitness how are you supposed to get some help in regards to a faulty watch when there is no one available on the chat line during the week and I was on hold for a total of an hour while waiting to speak to someone??

  • HSeldon6 Hari Seldon6 (@HSeldon6) reported

@GarminFitness Why not work harder on keeping our devices solidly connected to our cellphones? Work at making them as accurate as possible. How about making a "slimmed down package for those of us who don't want so much info bogging down phones with permissions

  • EugeneDayDSc T. Eugene Day (@EugeneDayDSc) reported

Man I don’t know why I bother paying attention to @GarminFitness’s algorithms. As I improve, objectively getting faster and running further, their algorithm *invariably* tells me I’m “unproductive” and losing fitness. It’s GARBAGE.

  • ambertherunner Amber Finlay (@ambertherunner) reported

@GarminFitness I did a factory reset on my Forerunner 45s two days ago to get it reconnected to my phone. Now it’s disconnected and won’t reconnect again. I don’t want to continually reset my watch — can you help?

  • Esther_Leighton Esther (@Esther_Leighton) reported

Dear @garminfitness there’s a lot wrong with the world. One thing is that your edge cycle computers don’t understand the disability sport Frame/RaceRunning. Please fix this so that I can get the geeky joy of stats telling me I’m an improved runner, rather than a rubbish cyclist.

  • Logun0 Logun (@Logun0) reported

@ianloughead @MobileSyrup Possibly because of a problem with the quality of @GarminFitness devices. My $1,000 Fenix 5x didn't last even 3 years. My wife's lasted 2.5. Their support said they could sell me one previously broken and fixed (refurbished they called it). I'll never buy another one ever again

  • tomshax tomshax (@tomshax) reported

@Smithtasticness @GarminFitness I'm having the same issue. Really annoying.

  • kushal297 kushal bindra (@kushal297) reported

@Garmin_India @Garmin @GarminFitness Last time I spoke to them they asked me to send a video with no real resolution. The problem is the garmin connect app since the sensor lag work fine with zwift

  • JTCrad James Craddock (@JTCrad) reported

@GarminFitness is there a problem with the Garmin Coach? I’ve tried to set up a 5k run but the workout schedule is not populating.

  • NBomb_Plus Nick - K= Δ (@NBomb_Plus) reported

@GarminFitness Hi guys, my move bar no longer shows up - hasn't for a few weeks now at least. Is there some way I can fix this?

  • athletikaty AthletiKaty (@athletikaty) reported

@ElizabethWSVH @GarminFitness Glad I'm not the only one who has this issue! Makes me feel a smidge less off my rocker :)

  • theflyinggopro The Flying GoPro (@theflyinggopro) reported
