    @GarminFitness What happened with the design of the HRM battery compartment? Impossible to remove absurdly small screws to replace battery. Left with a useless bit of kit. Unimpressed - really poor design. Not what I would expect from Garmin.

    Would be great if @GarminFitness and @MyFitnessPal would fix their sync issues, it's been 60 hours and reinstalling both apps etc doesn't work. Asking for me, thanks.

    I'm pretty sure the worst part of taking an FTP test is trying to remember how ******** to change your FTP settings in @Garmin Connect @GarminFitness Only took 15 minutes this time!

    @GarminFitness so I’ve had the Forerunner 245 music for a year and l feel like I’m missing out on so many of its features. Mainly adding workouts and intervals and who knows what else because you don’t know what you don’t know until you know. Can you help me out with this?

    @Justin_Britton @GarminFitness Oh no, Justin! We're so sorry to hear about this and would like to see how we can help. Does the watch take a charge at all? If you plug it into the computer and press and hold the power light button for 20-30 seconds does the watch do anything? *MH

    @johnlewishelp I placed an order of a @GarminFitness watch. It says delivered to the builders next door but no one seems to knows anything about it. Please help! It's supposed to be a present.

    @GarminUK @GarminFitness any update on this? It's been going on for months. The advice you've given to date still not addressed the issue. All I got was a questionaire as you your support team did.

    @GarminFitness Jeremy in Garmin Support found this; “The Edge 1000 is not compatible with Physio True Up and activities will not show on the Training Status/Training Load page.” He also said he knows of no plans to update the firmware to fix the compatibility problem.

    @GarminFitness I will never buy a Garmin watch again. I also promise to make sure everybody else I know won't buy one either. Poor customer support and terrible hardware and software.
