@GarminFitness I'm a swimmer. There's a reason I'm a swimmer. I'm not very good at running. I walk for fitness, but I don't run. Why is there an option to track running on my #GarminSwim2 but not walking? Seems like a software update could fix this. How about it?

  • AWildPossum JustinB (@AWildPossum) reported

    @GoFahr @GarminFitness same problem here...

  • RandomJack1775 Bob Berditzman (@RandomJack1775) reported

@Garmin @GarminFitness your connect IQ app is not working.

  • Adzsmith16 Adam (@Adzsmith16) reported

@godinmanform @GarminFitness It's clearly broken. Send it back

  • katy_dickson Katy Dickson (@katy_dickson) reported

Hi @Garmin @GarminFitness @garminau hoping someone can help me resolve a charging/battery issue with vivoactive4s. Chat not available and left endlessly on hold when I call.

  • nhughes1020 natasha. (@nhughes1020) reported

The small child has been wearing a @GarminFitness tracker since Christmas 2020. He just looked down and the tracker fell right out of his band. This is wrecking his whole little 7 yr old day. 😩

  • KathyT8 KathyT 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@KathyT8) reported

@GarminFitness I used it today but the suggested pace for a threshold section was just too fast for me. The ten minute warm up either side was also on the fast side for me too. Perhaps it’s not suitable for those of us really slow runners

  • JulesFDF HockeyLife (@JulesFDF) reported

@GuyHeveldt @Garmin @GarminFitness Hmm annoying. I’ve been tramping and training with others all wearing trackers and it’s always completely different. So of course we take the longest one! I presumed there was an +/- error with the satellite..?

  • earlyaprilfool MegOmyeggo (@earlyaprilfool) reported

@GarminFitness I really need to know if you support #NightShift before I plunk down a bunch of money for one. I have found forums, with the newest entries being from 2 years ago, but people are saying the forerunner and the Venu don't work for #NightShift is this still true?

  • whateversleft_ Tom (@whateversleft_) reported

Dear @GarminFitness your running fitness algorithm is a complete festering, fetid, pile of ****. Love the entire running community of the world.

  • SethJayson SethJayson (@SethJayson) reported

@GarminFitness Optical HR works fine as long as I'm not actually working hard, which is a problem for a fitness device. Problem HR hits thin people (ie, high-performing runners, cyclists, climbers, etc.) even more. And it gets noticeably worse in cold weather.

  • matsher75 Mat Sherlock (@matsher75) reported

Hello again @GarminUK @GarminFitness @Garmin still no progress on you fixing the accuracy issues with my #Fenix6S despite me doing everything you have requested. Issue raised 16/10/21 (150 days ago) Data you requested for testing was shared 13/02/22 (30 days ago) Please fix it!

  • denisbest16 denisbest (@denisbest16) reported

@MissMarleneDK @GarminFitness Sorry Marlene but you lost me. Not a tech expert by any means.I Hope someone can help though.

  • bertie_bhoy Bertie B (@bertie_bhoy) reported

That's my second VivoActive 3 stopped working in 3 years - the last time @Garmin @GarminFitness @GarminUK told me as I was 2 weeks outside warranty I would have to buy a brand new one. Wont be doing this time. Terrible.

  • ArmyInvoice El Lul Randum (@ArmyInvoice) reported

Dear @GarminFitness - changing the band design on the fenix sapphire solar 7s from the 6s so users are more limited in aftermarket bands is a garbage move. Your bands are trash and now I have less options to replace it. Lame.
