Yes, waypoints is toggled on. I see in forums that others with 1040 have same issue. Used wifi & express to send. HELP

Ben (@TumoLPK) reported@GarminFitness @GarminUK I’ve got a HRM Dual that despite connecting to my watch will not read HR. I’ve replaced the battery, tried a different strap, and reset the HRM with no success. Seems to be really common issue online. How do I fix please?

I’m in the Fenix 6 now, but occasionally I go through periods of getting a lot of false abnormally high heart rate alerts, and either restarting or updating the software will resolve it.

One I got in india and has charging issues from the time I got it, today refuses to charge and switched off

Mark Milligan (@MarkMilliganDPT) reportedOk @GarminFitness users. Need some tech problem solving. Turn on Fenix 5. Start jogging, heart rate is not accurate. Stop mid run cause it is frustrating. Stop Garmin. Turn off and back on. Put on wrist, heart rate is accurate. Software is up to date. Please help! #running

Sissikiwi1 (@Sissikiwi1) reported@GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!
