Ben (@TumoLPK) reported@GarminFitness @GarminUK I’ve got a HRM Dual that despite connecting to my watch will not read HR. I’ve replaced the battery, tried a different strap, and reset the HRM with no success. Seems to be really common issue online. How do I fix please?

AC (@TheStroBro) reported@GarminFitness Looking at Garmin Connect, there was probably some impact of adding strength training last week on my runs. But yesterday for recovery should help today. I added 52 minutes of stimulus on top of the previous 105 minutes of running, that's 49.5% of increase in some volume.

Tim Kettenring (@timkettenring) reported@Jefffeldman I’m not sure tbh but what I do know is that all the marketing around wearables and “recovery” products is largely based on making people feel good (or bad @GarminFitness) and making them think they need to “recover” from something nebulous - which has then led to this proliferation of “recovery” protocols 🙄

She is really sad that she lost her 1000+ days goal streak and even more sad that her watch cannot be repaired. The support told us we would receive a discount for a new one but we received nothing. Can I just run without you ranking whether you think I'm going to be successful? I do not find it helpful or motivating. I'm a longtime, but slow, runner rebuilding.

Lopez (@willa_daddy) reported@GarminFitness If I go for a slow jog on a hot day, and my HR goes up, Garmin drops my VO2 max number. If I go out when it’s cool the next day, suddenly I’m more fit and my VO2 goes up. And Garmin is never happy about my training status. You’re like an emotionally abusive partner.
