    @killianbyrne @GarminFitness Did you get the 955 in the end Killian? I got the solar version a couple of weeks ago, very impressive except the watch face freezes randomly, a simple button press readjusts the time lag but still annoying. Seems to be a ‘known issue’ judging by some forums.

    @GarminFitness Garmin Connect is not syncing activities, steps, sleep, etc. Is the app down or not working? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

    Why did the battery suck so bad on my @GarminFitness watch? Seriously, it doesn't last more than a day and a half.

    @JoyKranefuss @GarminFitness Nope. Even from the start it had me going super-fast and then randomly it would drop down the pace. My map is completely off, too…it had me starting and finishing several miles away from where I actually did the workout.

    In contrast, ages ago when I had an issue with one of our Garmins, it was two minutes on the phone with a customer service agent to get resolution on the issue. Never buying a non-@GarminFitness watch again.

    @GarminFitness The issue seems to have resolved itself, when I wrote this tweet my device was brand new out of the box. I think the bank needed some breaking in. All good now!

    .@GarminFitness the #vivoactive4 is janky as hell. I constantly get errors about storage, the watch shuts down, and never syncs. Trash. Mines likes 2 months old...and I want my money back.

    @RicardoDavis69 @ACShilton Reach out to @GarminFitness customer service, they may be able to help. My watch recently failed (past the warranty) and they provided a refurbished unit no cost to me once I sent the old unit back

    @GarminFitness my forerunner watch did not seem to survive the latest update. Even though it is clearly connected to my phone bc I’m receiving notifications the screen is frozen on the little transferring data icon. Restarting doesn’t work. Help?
