@Garmin @GarminFitness I just bought and tested your new Garmin D2 Mach 2 Pro: I have used an Apple Watch Ultra One since release, as comparison: The build quality of your product is so hilariously bad that after one hour of testing, I decided to send it back and request a refund. China Trash. Display (really bad black and contrast) and case quality (moves and makes noises, no working lunette) is a 4/10, in relation to 1700€ price tag a 2/10. On top: Your OS is so bloated, slow and you force users to install 5! different apps and still charge 10€ per month for satellite coverage (@Apple it is for free). Compared to my almost 4 years old Apple watch your watch feels and looks like a kids toy. I will wait for the Apple Watch Ultra 4 instead.

@Jefffeldman I’m not sure tbh but what I do know is that all the marketing around wearables and “recovery” products is largely based on making people feel good (or bad @GarminFitness) and making them think they need to “recover” from something nebulous - which has then led to this proliferation of “recovery” protocols 🙄

I really despise some commentary from some of these health metrics. @GarminFitness Nothing worse than someone/saying "i don't know if you're gunna make it" ... wtf Fu MF ;$:$4&:$;$/&7$:! F off 🤬 Just tell the me the data. That's all i require. I don't need your baseline

And on this day, @fitbit died. It was a slow death - first came the email, then came the #challenges & the last gasp of #groups. Then the pain as thousands upon thousands fled as fitbit died in ignominy, mourned by many & then simply forgotten as @apple & @GarminFitness rejoiced.

@GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!

@GarminFitness Thank you. It’s ironic when I complete an activity it uploads without an issue and somehow automatically connects. But 24 hours between workouts it was showing as not connected. I know this because I switched time zones. I believe this is a coding issue and not user issue.

Grrr, after years of syncing Routes effortlessly from Strava, my @Garmin Edge 530 will no longer receive new Courses, by any means: iOS app, Garmin Express, USB connection, Send to device via Connect on Web – *nothing* gets them on there! Help @GarminFitness!

@GarminFitness If I go for a slow jog on a hot day, and my HR goes up, Garmin drops my VO2 max number. If I go out when it’s cool the next day, suddenly I’m more fit and my VO2 goes up. And Garmin is never happy about my training status. You’re like an emotionally abusive partner.
