    @GarminFitness @El_Bart_xD Do you have an update on this issue and if it’ll be fixed? It is pretty clear that the heart rate readings are totally off with the 12.20 software and hence the Vo2 Max are screwed up. I lost 3 points in 1 month.

    Hey @GarminFitness, My Garmin Instinct freezes regularly. Sometimes switching the screen helps. Sometimes it needs a reboot. Do I really need to reverse engineer it to fix the issue? Yup, it's updated.

    @GarminFitness Hi, I have a problem. I factory reset my watch and now when I want to sync my activity with Connect it doesn't even complete syncing. Never ending circle. Help!

    @GarminFitness There did seem to be an intermittent issue yesterday evening. Same login details (I use a password manager) and I was able to login fine today. Thanks anyway.

    @GarminFitness Could I make a little suggestion . If you suggest resetting the watch to default settings also mention that the watch needs to be unpaired if connected to an iPhone and re-added again. That’s what my issue was. It should also mention that in the FAQ.

    @GarminFitness Hi I just tried setting up my new Vivoactive and the Garmin Connect App on iPhone is saying 'Unable to Connect - We are experiencing server connectivity issues. Try again later.'? It also said this when trying to create an acc. but now says my email already exists?

    @helly_welly_woo @GarminUK @GarminFitness I had the exact same issue with my Fitbit. They replaced the band a number of times. It helped to take my watch off before washing my hands but it still happened. I ended up swapping to an Apple Watch.

    @GarminFitness I have already read this, and do not believe any of the answers to fix this. One of my activities it was about an hour in before it shot up to normal, so warming up beforehand is unlikely to do much. I am cycling so there is basically no movement of the watch on my wrist

    @GarminFitness Latest update, now that you decided to have your app sync to Apple Health again, still writes REM sleep as being awake. Over 2 months this has been a problem. This is not really a good demonstration of how you #BeatYesterday is it?

    @GarminFitness I have the Forerunner 45S, love the watch but it unsyncs w/my phone all the time & I have trouble resyncing. Any solutions? I have an iPhone SE but it did the same w/my previous phone too.

    Garmin Vivoactive 4 does not have an always on backlight option available. Wtf is wrong with you @GarminFitness ?

    Ahoy there @GarminFitness My watch has been playing up for the last few days. GPS keeps dropping in and out, elevation is incorrect, miles are measuring long, average pace is wrong. I could go on. Any ideas how to fix this or should I just buy a @PolarGlobal? Over to you x

    @GarminFitness I wrote “the status page wrongfully says there’s no problem”, so of course you don’t see a problem there. Also, there was a problem *yesterday*. I wore that 22 hours ago. There’s no problem now, or at least not for me.
