Gave it to my mom when I went down the Apple path, and it worked great wi/ her Samsung phone. Alex currently has watch & phone, not sure which model, but he likes it. (I'm happy w/ my iThings!)

If replacement was given then same long term warranty should apply. No senior person comes on call to solve the problem.Just asking for 10000

I’m in the Fenix 6 now, but occasionally I go through periods of getting a lot of false abnormally high heart rate alerts, and either restarting or updating the software will resolve it.

The heart rate is set and is on, the VO2 max recording is on, and for the last 6 days it hasn't recorded any sleep. I just did the power off by holding the power in for 15 seconds and rebooted how to fix this?
