  @GarminFrance @GarminFitness @Garmin Hey Garmin, it is soon my mother birthday and her fenix watch died recently. She is really sad that she lost her 1000+ days goal streak and even more sad that her watch cannot be repaired. The support told us we would receive a discount for a new one but we received nothing. Can you help me so I can order for her birthday?

  @GarminFitness Can you fix your shipping issues to help get the watch I ordered. Ninja shipped a whole food processor in 2 days and you can't get me a watch inside a week.

  @mikeoniron @GarminFitness garmin seems to be a problem, sleep without. Train better w! Apple Ultra and Polar H-10. My feel is more accurate than the garmin .

  @Garmin @GarminFitness 2. My watch has been with you for over a week. No updates until I contact you. Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.

  @FitbitSupport Why is your mobile app now so awful? Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. A living ad for @GarminFitness

  @amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch i put a couple drops of superglue on where it snaps into the band when that **** happened to me (luckily in my cabin, i'd never have found it otherwise) lol also there are FAR BETTER styles of bands for long term wear on amazon. i don't even use it anymore, if anyone in our community needs one HMU, just pay shipping and if you want to donate extra thats cool

  @GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!

Their watches are twice the price of apple watches but their software can’t get basics right. @Garmin coach workouts don’t sync with the watch, an issue reported on Reddit and Garmin forums for years.   @marcelfahle @pepicrft @GarminFitness I'm on a 945 LTE. But I had (still have) a 230 that lasted 6yrs. The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯

  @Jefffeldman I’m not sure tbh but what I do know is that all the marketing around wearables and “recovery” products is largely based on making people feel good (or bad @GarminFitness) and making them think they need to “recover” from something nebulous - which has then led to this proliferation of “recovery” protocols 🙄
