Disappointing that there's nothing else to be done (the support center stuff doesn't help). What I think it needs is an update, and it sounds like that's not forthcoming.

Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

Lars Ankile (@larsankile) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness also @Garmin I have this strange issue now that any time I finish a run it tells me I get all sorts of records, like longest run, fastest run, etc. even though it very much isn't, not even for that week (i.e., this includes Garmin data, not counting any imported data)

Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.

Health daily reports are thus broken (double distances). Is this a known issue? TY

Can I just run without you ranking whether you think I'm going to be successful? I do not find it helpful or motivating. I'm a longtime, but slow, runner rebuilding.

Yes, waypoints is toggled on. I see in forums that others with 1040 have same issue. Used wifi & express to send. HELP

I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech
