Dostoevsky’s Girl (@saoirse_sikhu) reportedI really think there’s something wrong with this watch. How does my HR go down from 110bpm to 80bpm during/after 10 minutes of running??? 2 weeks ago it went as far down as 60 and I was dripping sweat from running. Explain that @GarminFitness ???
-
@al3x@hachyderm.io (@al3xandru) reported@GarminFitness hi, it looks like the last update of the Connect app on iOS is writing a “Walking + Running” record to Health app for the whole 24h; that in addition to normal activity records. Health daily reports are thus broken (double distances). Is this a known issue? TY

Mark Milligan (@MarkMilliganDPT) reportedOk @GarminFitness users. Need some tech problem solving. Turn on Fenix 5. Start jogging, heart rate is not accurate. Stop mid run cause it is frustrating. Stop Garmin. Turn off and back on. Put on wrist, heart rate is accurate. Software is up to date. Please help! #running

Ciprian Talaba (@ctalaba) reportedGarmin Connect down? @GarminFitness @dcrainmakerblog
-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.
-
murph (@BostonLooper) reportedApple Watch SE is officially in the trash - died ~60% of the way through a half marathon yesterday, @GarminFitness here I come
-
Tone (@goonerlippo) reported@GarminFitness bought a vivoactive5. For 3 weeks it’s been really good- suddenly has disconnected and won’t re connect! Help guide absolutely useless! Haven’t even paid for the thing in full yet! So so disappointed! Won’t buy Garmin again
-
Ben (@TumoLPK) reported@GarminFitness @GarminUK I’ve got a HRM Dual that despite connecting to my watch will not read HR. I’ve replaced the battery, tried a different strap, and reset the HRM with no success. Seems to be really common issue online. How do I fix please?

Oscar Mike 🧗🏻♂️ (@Oscar_O_Neill) reportedAll this money for the ‘best smart watch on the market’ and it won’t even track sleep patterns properly. Garmin get you **** together and realise not everyone has a 9-5 job that allows you one window to sleep 🙄 @Garmin @GarminUK @GarminFitness
-

-
Abhijeet (@IamAbhiMishra) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness . Throwing your watch away. Fed up with your idiotic proprietary charging port. Worst design which gets ***...ed every six months. Switching over to other watch. You lost a regular/loyal customer

J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
Bernard Kasparas (@Bkasparas) reported@FitbitSupport Why is your mobile app now so awful? Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. A living ad for @GarminFitness
-
Mike Lifts (@mikeoniron) reported8:30hrs sleep Poor quality Poor recovery Thanks @GarminFitness
-
Andre (@andreswart916) reported@GarminFitness Hi Folks. Please help resolve. Forerunner 255 data screen font has shrunk on Version 14.13

Andre (@andreswart916) reported@GarminFitness Hi folks. Forerunner 255 software version 14.13 seems buggy. Data screen font sizes have shrunk. Please advise how to resolve this.
-
Dave Harbuckle (@2KnucklesIn) reported@GarminFitness Yeah, I've done all that and nothing worked. I have 3 activities recorded this week and the app just tells me I have no training status and a **** vo2 max. Guess I should've gone with another company instead.
-
AaeJay (@AaeJay2008) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness 2. My watch has been with you for over a week. No updates until I contact you. Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.
-
Tony Kunda (@the_kunda) reported@GarminFitness @Garmin Today was the first day that my daughter wore her Bounce watch and your backend had a massive outage, permanently shaking our confidence in her ability to use the device to get help in an emergency. Unacceptable. Will there be a post-mortem on the outage?
-
J. (Hrebinka) Shanahan 🇺🇦 🇸🇪 (@Enceladosaurus) reportedTbh I feel a bit misled by all of the articles claiming the @GarminFitness Forerunner 955 was the best fitness watch ever. I read SO many articles & did research before buying. To end up with something so poorly performing, slow, and buggy? Did we buy the same watch!?
-
Stanfield Capital Management (@itstheotherway) reported@GarminFitness your **** is broken rn. direct upload from zwift not working. manual upload of .fit file not working.
-
Melanie J (@only_little) reported@LadySayFuckALot @Garmin @GarminFitness I would be interested to know if they reply. Worst customer “service” ever. Love my watch but hate that you can never ask them anything 😢
-
Benjamin Ponzer (@BPonzer) reported@GarminFitness I spent like 2 hours putting my workouts into your app and now I am doing the 1st one and I can't adjust the weight or reps and your rep counter sucks. How do I fix that???? When I did the generic workout I could adjust reps and weight.
-
Sissikiwi1 (@Sissikiwi1) reported@GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!

Jeanette Smith (@jeanettemiami) reportedAnd on this day, @fitbit died. It was a slow death - first came the email, then came the #challenges & the last gasp of #groups. Then the pain as thousands upon thousands fled as fitbit died in ignominy, mourned by many & then simply forgotten as @apple & @GarminFitness rejoiced.
-
Quin Bond (@njergonomics) reported@MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness The wrist sensor can definitely get a little buggy if the wrist strap is too tight or too loose. Also, if you move your wrist into certain positions like extension with a little deviation it can get a little funky. For any real exercise, the chest strap is the way to go.
-
My Marathon Journey (@Marathons4Kids) reported@GustavoKayakero @Garmin @GarminFitness That might solve the problem
