@GarminFitness you should fire all of your software design teams. vivoActive on watch UI terrible. garminConnect iOS app - worse. Decent in 1995 perhaps but unforgivable today.

.@GarminFitness @Garmin is there a reason why the "confidence" metric is even in your 5K Garmin Coach plan? Can I just run without you ranking whether you think I'm going to be successful? I do not find it helpful or motivating. I'm a longtime, but slow, runner rebuilding.

@GarminFitness just had a week of “unproductive” runs according to my #fenix6. I discovered that the GPS was slow (15 mins+) to sync on these runs. Throws off V02max. A reboot fixed the watch but please add logic while GPS_sync=false, productivity_rating=false, alert

Hey @GarminFitness - Having issues synching to Connect - just completed a run and it’s not syncing. 5G and phone are fine. A message flashed on Connect about server issues, but quickly disappeared. Any info?

Hey @GarminFitness it's frustrating to pay $130 to replace my 645 Music for the 2nd time for the case breaking where the band attaches. It's more frustrating to put my watch model in your support page and that issue is listed real close to the top. For $130 fix the design flaw.

I think I fuound a new contender for my alltime list of worst file formats. @GarminFitness's #FIT format is an unfathomable mess, including gems like timestamps against a custom(!) epoch.

Hey @Garmin @GarminFitness is there an issue with syncing with steps and activities? After syncing, it’s not registering correctly my workouts and not counting towards streak connection challenges.Don’t want to miss out & lose the points or streaks because of this.Anything helps!

@GarminFitness the garmin connect app has had the ‘running man’ error for months meaning users can’t access or amend courses. I am moving to Wahoo for better customer service. What on earth explains your incompetence?

@wrobel221 @benz145 @GarminFitness Having owned 3 Garmin watches I would never get another. Battery life is terrible, software is glitchy and non intuitive, customer support and repair is non existent and they are very expensive.

@deabruzo @GarminFitness I had an Active2 and liked it, but it didn't always like my non-samsung phone. Gave it to my mom when I went down the Apple path, and it worked great wi/ her Samsung phone. Alex currently has watch & phone, not sure which model, but he likes it. (I'm happy w/ my iThings!)

Anyone have a @GarminFitness instinct solar with a problem with the body battery? Mine won't recharge during rest periods and sleep. Reset temporarily solves it but it happens again immediately.

Sucks that many of us are having the same issue, but good to know that we’re not alone so it will likely get fixed soon… I also noticed that as an apple user my run did not update to my Apple health or fitness app either so it is likely a @Garmin @GarminFitness issue.
