Hey @Garmin my Venu keeps glitching and freezing. Eg- when swiping to add water, there isn’t an option to click on the glass and the creen freezes at that point. After screen goes dark and doesn’t nothing else 🥺 Help? #garmin #gadgets @GarminFitness

@GarminFitness Jeremy in Garmin Support found this; “The Edge 1000 is not compatible with Physio True Up and activities will not show on the Training Status/Training Load page.” He also said he knows of no plans to update the firmware to fix the compatibility problem.

@GarminFitness What happened with the design of the HRM battery compartment? Impossible to remove absurdly small screws to replace battery. Left with a useless bit of kit. Unimpressed - really poor design. Not what I would expect from Garmin.

@GarminFitness Thanks for the reply. In the UK. It's the HRM that came with my Edge810. It seems to be a well known problem - impossible to remove screws even with jewellers' screw drivers. Crazy design - is it considered a disposable item? My Cardiosport HRM uses a coin - so much better.

Hey @Garmin @GarminFitness @GarminUK - are you aware of an issue where the heart rate is not recording correctly? I have a #Forerunner235 that is being temperamental in that it sometimes records the heart rate at about half the usual rate (I do the same run and time every day)

@GarminFitness so I’ve had the Forerunner 245 music for a year and l feel like I’m missing out on so many of its features. Mainly adding workouts and intervals and who knows what else because you don’t know what you don’t know until you know. Can you help me out with this?

Btw, will be buying my son an a for analytics book at one point. And, to repeat everyone else, printer error is not your fault, you have gone above & beyond to fix

I’m a week into using an Apple Watch after everyone told me it was better than the @GarminFitness Forerunner 235. I charged the Forerunner twice a week. On airplane mode, I can’t even get through two days on the @apple Watch 7 using the same functions. WTF?

@Garmin 2/2 it’s the primary function of the device!! All I get from @GarminUK @GarminFitness is “it’s accurate to the degree we expect, it must be “GPS Drift” which is made up nonsense for when you have a terrible device on the market and won’t admit it…
