I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech

I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. Stop Garmin. Turn off and back on. Put on wrist, heart rate is accurate. Software is up to date. Please help! #running
