Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.

Chris Manc (@ChrisManc9) reported@GarminFitness I'm shocked and annoyed that Garmin is trashing up the app that syncs with my venue 2s. I have to scroll down or x it out to see my data. Grrrr. It is getting old but I won't be replacing it with another Garmin device.

Sissikiwi1 (@Sissikiwi1) reported@GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!

She is really sad that she lost her 1000+ days goal streak and even more sad that her watch cannot be repaired. The support told us we would receive a discount for a new one but we received nothing. Deep General Research Institute (@DGR_Institute) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness I just bought and tested your new Garmin D2 Mach 2 Pro: I have used an Apple Watch Ultra One since release, as comparison: The build quality of your product is so hilariously bad that after one hour of testing, I decided to send it back and request a refund. China Trash. Display (really bad black and contrast) and case quality (moves and makes noises, no working lunette) is a 4/10, in relation to 1700€ price tag a 2/10. On top: Your OS is so bloated, slow and you force users to install 5! different apps and still charge 10€ per month for satellite coverage (@Apple it is for free). Compared to my almost 4 years old Apple watch your watch feels and looks like a kids toy. I will wait for the Apple Watch Ultra 4 instead.

Shon (@Shon) reported@GarminFitness just had a week of “unproductive” runs according to my #fenix6. I discovered that the GPS was slow (15 mins+) to sync on these runs. Throws off V02max. A reboot fixed the watch but please add logic while GPS_sync=false, productivity_rating=false, alert

Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. People recommend @GarminFitness, but i really don't want a smart watch. Just the best fitness tracker. Any thoughts?
