    @GarminFitness the garmin connect app has had the ‘running man’ error for months meaning users can’t access or amend courses. I am moving to Wahoo for better customer service. What on earth explains your incompetence?

    @GarminFitness just had a week of “unproductive” runs according to my #fenix6. I discovered that the GPS was slow (15 mins+) to sync on these runs. Throws off V02max. A reboot fixed the watch but please add logic while GPS_sync=false, productivity_rating=false, alert

    hey @Garmin and @GarminFitness I'm unable to enroll my Fenix 7 solar in your beta program. Always errors out, software is stuck on 8.37, can you help?

    @jedimama @GarminFitness This issue will be fixed in the next update that I expect to reach the App Store within the next few days. In the mean time you can open the workout in RunGap and share it to Garmin a second time to update the title.

    @GarminFitness bought a vivoactive5. For 3 weeks it’s been really good- suddenly has disconnected and won’t re connect! Help guide absolutely useless! Haven’t even paid for the thing in full yet! So so disappointed! Won’t buy Garmin again

    @KellerCaponePhD @GarminFitness Hey Cheryl! Great to hear from you! Oh good call. Will wear chest strap next time and see! Same tightness each time. Sweating does not seem to matter. I tried starting by wetting it to simulate sweat. I even take the watch off and see if it calibrates but that does not help

    Tbh I feel a bit misled by all of the articles claiming the @GarminFitness Forerunner 955 was the best fitness watch ever. I read SO many articles & did research before buying. To end up with something so poorly performing, slow, and buggy? Did we buy the same watch!?

    @GarminFitness you should fire all of your software design teams. vivoActive on watch UI terrible. garminConnect iOS app - worse. Decent in 1995 perhaps but unforgivable today.

    One problem I see right away with the @Garmin @GarminFitness HRM 600 is the connection between the strap and the pod, which you have to separate in order to charge the device...this pod is breaking at some point. What are my options when it does?

    @GarminFitness That graph with all the missing data was from a sync via my computer and Garmin Express. Disappointing that there's nothing else to be done (the support center stuff doesn't help). What I think it needs is an update, and it sounds like that's not forthcoming.

    @GarminFitness hi, it looks like the last update of the Connect app on iOS is writing a “Walking + Running” record to Health app for the whole 24h; that in addition to normal activity records. Health daily reports are thus broken (double distances). Is this a known issue? TY

    I need your help. I've been a loyal @WHOOP user. I've been with them for 5+ years. But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. People recommend @GarminFitness, but i really don't want a smart watch. Just the best fitness tracker. Any thoughts?

    @Vasco360 @GarminFitness I am having the same problem with fenix 6 pro solar. I cant sync anything. I’ve tried to erase my watch from connect and Bluetooth it made worse.

    @GarminFitness I do have another issue (this is day two of using my new Garmin) I cant get the wrist gesture to work. the mode is always on and the sensitivity is set to high but it still doesn't activate when I raise my wrist. Can you help please?
