If replacement was given then same long term warranty should apply. No senior person comes on call to solve the problem.Just asking for 10000

Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. I would just like a basic function of my watch to work.

One I got in india and has charging issues from the time I got it, today refuses to charge and switched off

The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯

But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it.
