Chris Manc (@ChrisManc9) reported@GarminFitness I'm shocked and annoyed that Garmin is trashing up the app that syncs with my venue 2s. I have to scroll down or x it out to see my data. Grrrr. It is getting old but I won't be replacing it with another Garmin device.

Josh Lane (@joshlane34) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness A UX recommendation for your watches. If I forget to save my sleep activity in the morning before heading out on my run, my watch spends my whole run asking me if I want to save my sleep activity or dismiss the notification. It takes over my running display so none of my running data is readable. If I dismiss the notification, it takes me back to my normal watch face and I need to click multiple times to get back into my activity. And, within a minute or two the notification comes back anyway and the cycle repeats. If I click save, it almost always takes longer than my run to actually save the activity. My screen is frozen with "Saving" and the circling green indicator around the edges. I am unable to see my running data panels. I'm unable to pause a run, hit a lap timer, anything. It's just stuck on Saving. Today, it gave me "Saving" for the last 3 miles of my run, for the 10 minutes I spent cooling down and drinking water, and now still for the time it's taken me to write this suggestion. Basically, if I forget to save my sleep activity, and ensure that I've fully dismissed the sleep activity before my run, then my watch is unusable. I assume these are both bugs. If so, please add them to your list to fix if they're not already there. If they're not bugs and they're intended workflow, I have a few suggestions. 1. Dismissing the notification should dismiss it until after the current in-progress activity ends. 2. Dismissing the notification should take you back to the current in-progress activity. 3. Click "Save Activity" shouldn't cause the watch to lock up for an excessive amount of time. It should either save in the background if it takes a while, or save faster. Or, if neither of those is possible, it shouldn't be an option at all until after the current activity ends. 4. Prompt to save the previous unsaved activity once, before the new activity starts. 5. If none of the above are possible, just suppress the whole interaction until there are no other in-progress activities. Thanks!

Battiatus (@_battiatus) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness after almost two years my Fenix 5S Plus became faulty and luckily it was still under warranty and I got a replacement. Now we're two years later and it's broken again and I need to spend $180 for another replacement. What should I do ? (1/2)

ForTheCubs (@forthecubs) reported@Enceladosaurus @GarminFitness Omg good timing~ thx for warning. I've been considering getting a device for the same purposes and that brand had been on the list 😵💫sure as **** isnt now though lmao🙌

AaeJay (@AaeJay2008) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness 2. My watch has been with you for over a week. No updates until I contact you. Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.

Froglet 🐸 (@froglet80) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch i put a couple drops of superglue on where it snaps into the band when that **** happened to me (luckily in my cabin, i'd never have found it otherwise) lol also there are FAR BETTER styles of bands for long term wear on amazon. i don't even use it anymore, if anyone in our community needs one HMU, just pay shipping and if you want to donate extra thats cool

CreativeGenii (@Creativegenieke) reportedCan you support me get my watch fixed @GarminFitness? I got a number for garmin Kenya. The 1st call was answered, the solution they gave didn’t work, they have since not answered calls or WhatsApp. My device keeps going off, battery shows 100%, I’ve rebooted, problem persists.
-
Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Done. As a rule, an update that takes away a simple, easy to use feature and requires you to go to another app is a poor update.
-
Hari Ganti (@FalxFour) reported@GarminFitness I think there's an issue syncing to @MyFitnessPal right now...
-
J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya

Ben (@TumoLPK) reported@GarminFitness @GarminUK I’ve got a HRM Dual that despite connecting to my watch will not read HR. I’ve replaced the battery, tried a different strap, and reset the HRM with no success. Seems to be really common issue online. How do I fix please?
-
Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Is it possible to change the Connect calorie display back to the previous version? The new update now takes me directly to the worst version of MFP. I miss the simple display.

Brahma N (@brahma_n) reported1/n This is my 15th year with @GarminFitness watches and they still can’t get software right. Their watches are twice the price of apple watches but their software can’t get basics right. @Garmin coach workouts don’t sync with the watch, an issue reported on Reddit and Garmin forums for years. There are hundreds of threads -

Will.Im.Not (@deanlooby2k10) reportedThe worst thing about @Apple Watch is when it’s pissing rain you can’t stop your run with the screen being so WET, I love @Strava I think @GarminFitness I’ll upgrade too!
-
nothing Intentional (@kyabaatum) reported@GarminFitness I've a venu 2. While I understand the stairs concept, what I see is that it's somehow taking the gps or something else to consider that I climbed 20-30 stairs in a day when actually I'm riding my bike. Can you fix this issue?
-
AmeliaBaldreeNichols (@starlitdazzle) reportedWaking up to find out @GarminFitness changed its Garmin Connect All Activities view and it's terrible. How can I return to the minimized version of ystrday where I could see more data on the screen? I don't need or want this maximized version with icons where I see less actvities
-
Quin Bond (@njergonomics) reported@MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness The wrist sensor can definitely get a little buggy if the wrist strap is too tight or too loose. Also, if you move your wrist into certain positions like extension with a little deviation it can get a little funky. For any real exercise, the chest strap is the way to go.

Jokin (@kaiku_77) reported@GarminFitness Hello. I have problems with GARMIN Connect when synchronizing. I get a message: "There was an error synchronizing with G.Connect". I do it from a PC in Spain. Can you Help me? I have used it for years with no problems
-
MrsKillJoy616 (@librarykat) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness Ever since I updated your app a few days ago, my notifications won't consistently send through to my watch. I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. I would just like a basic function of my watch to work.

-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

Sean Underwood (@seanpolice) reported@GarminFitness hello I have the forerunner 735xt. The whole watch face has started to fall out, seems to euro but the whole face falls out..... only couple of years old. Seems poor for such an expensive watch
-
J. (Hrebinka) Shanahan 🇺🇦 🇸🇪 (@Enceladosaurus) reportedTbh I feel a bit misled by all of the articles claiming the @GarminFitness Forerunner 955 was the best fitness watch ever. I read SO many articles & did research before buying. To end up with something so poorly performing, slow, and buggy? Did we buy the same watch!?

Francisco (@francrubio) reportedFont size on @Garmin Instinct 2 glances is way too small and non-adj, making it nearly unreadable , especially those +40 or visual impairments. This is a clear accessibility issue for a premium watch. @GarminFitness, please add size cust/bring back single widget view! #Instinct2
