Sissikiwi1 (@Sissikiwi1) reported@GarminFitness I have now had a Garmin Venu Sq for a year and it is the worst fitness tracker I have ever had. Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!
-
BillyJoeRayJimBob Blue Check Mark 😜 (@BillyJoeRayJim1) reportedanyone else's @GarminFitness @garmin watch 6 minutes slow?
-
Jeanette Smith (@jeanettemiami) reportedAnd on this day, @fitbit died. It was a slow death - first came the email, then came the #challenges & the last gasp of #groups. Then the pain as thousands upon thousands fled as fitbit died in ignominy, mourned by many & then simply forgotten as @apple & @GarminFitness rejoiced.
-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

Harguneet Singh (@harguneet) reported@GarminFitness the update process is too complicated and broken for Garmin devices for sure.. pls help solve this mystery
-
Margaret-Ann, PhD Scholar (@RealMargaretAnn) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness listen, I need y’all to fix this Forerunner HR firmware ASAP because I know I’m fit af (IRONMAN!) but there’s no way my HR was between 31-76 for a 1.5hr Zone 2 training run… it’s been weeks, PLEASE SAVE US FROM THIS HELL! I’M NOT UNPRODUCTIVE! 😭 #garmin

Froglet 🐸 (@froglet80) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch i put a couple drops of superglue on where it snaps into the band when that **** happened to me (luckily in my cabin, i'd never have found it otherwise) lol also there are FAR BETTER styles of bands for long term wear on amazon. i don't even use it anymore, if anyone in our community needs one HMU, just pay shipping and if you want to donate extra thats cool
-
UK Electric Vehicle Owners Club (@ukevowners) reported@UKSVacher @Garmin @GarminFitness I've not been running for a couple of weeks due to bad toes. Miss it a lot, think I might sneak parkrun in tomorrow
-
Dr. Kate (@KateERyan) reported@MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness I think the wrist heart rate sensor is just kind of buggy. I’m in the Fenix 6 now, but occasionally I go through periods of getting a lot of false abnormally high heart rate alerts, and either restarting or updating the software will resolve it.
-
Florence Sharts (@shan_tahs) reported@GarminFitness your Twitter rep is refusing to help me bc they cant find my account despite giving the email, and your idiot on your customer service person kept asking me to access my my watch after being told 3 separate times I do not have it.
-
J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
Tone (@goonerlippo) reported@GarminFitness bought a vivoactive5. For 3 weeks it’s been really good- suddenly has disconnected and won’t re connect! Help guide absolutely useless! Haven’t even paid for the thing in full yet! So so disappointed! Won’t buy Garmin again

Omkar Pradhan (@Omkar_Pradhan7) reported@Garmin @Garmin_India @GarminFitness I always believed Garmin stood for reliability and quality. Sadly, my experience has been the complete opposite. I purchased an Instinct 3 (50mm) in May 2025. Within 5 months, it had a battery defect and was replaced (Sep 2025). Seven months later, in May 2026, the replacement unit started malfunctioning with pace tracking. I spent nearly a week without my watch while it was at the service center. Then, just a month later in June, the same replacement device developed a heart rate sensor issue. I’ve now been informed that this unit will also be replaced. That means I’ll be on my third device in just 14 months. I requested a simple exception: allow me to switch to a different Garmin model, and I’m happy to pay the price difference. This request has been declined. Can someone explain why? As a customer, I’ve repeatedly faced training disruptions because of defective hardware. Every issue has been verified by your own service team. At what point does customer experience become important enough to justify an exception? I’m not asking for a free upgrade. I’m only asking for a chance to move away from a model that has repeatedly failed me, while paying the difference myself. I expected better from a brand known for building products athletes can depend on.

Nimish T (@t_nimish64935) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness genius product strategy. 1. Sell trainers with issues. 2. Have only one country wide service center, the user bears cost and risk to send bulky (25kg) courier. 3. Bluetooth drops off and it is termed as PCB/motherboard issue and cant be repaired. 1/n

R. Red R. (@johnmayer689) reported@GarminFitness @Derico42799367 I will be taking my money elsewhere. You are a 💩 greedy, ***** company with worst software on this planet.
-
John Straumann (@JohnStraumann) reported@GarminFitness Thanks for the reply, I tried all that multiple times. I bet there is an error in the firmware and/or software that controls the BLE connectivity.
-
Hari Ganti (@FalxFour) reported@GarminFitness I think there's an issue syncing to @MyFitnessPal right now...

🇨🇦#THUNDER BAE🇨🇦 (@THEREELBROW) reportedIf @Google thinks by ruining @fitbit I'm gonna switch to a Google watch they can go #**** themselves. Hey @GarminFitness you'll see my money soon
-
acdaisy (@acdaisy_) reported@GarminFitness @Garmin I have a newer (June 25) device that the heart rate tracking does not consistently work. I reach out to support and I get the run around each time and still have a device that doesn't consistently work. Is there anyone that can help?
-
Deep General Research Institute (@DGR_Institute) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness I just bought and tested your new 2026 Garmin D2 Mach 2 Pro: I have used an Apple Watch Ultra One since release, as comparison (half the price of your watch): The build quality of your product is so hilariously bad that after one hour of testing, I decided to send it back and request a refund. Absolute China Trash. The display resolution and quality (yes I removed the display sticker lol) looks like from 2008 and the case makes noise like a kids toy. It’s heavy and bumpy too. Even the satellite emergency function, that you charge ten euros per month for, I get at Apple for free of charge. I will never buy anything from Garmin again. Worst company ever.

murph (@BostonLooper) reportedApple Watch SE is officially in the trash - died ~60% of the way through a half marathon yesterday, @GarminFitness here I come

Thefodfather (@thefodfather155) reported@GarminFitness Can you fox your shipping challenges to help get the watch I ordered over a week ago. Ninja shipped a whole food processor in 2 days and you can't get me a watch inside a week.
-
Pranav (@Pranav_) reportedhey @Garmin and @GarminFitness I'm unable to enroll my Fenix 7 solar in your beta program. Always errors out, software is stuck on 8.37, can you help?
-
Rob Scherer (@RobScherer6) reportedOne problem I see right away with the @Garmin @GarminFitness HRM 600 is the connection between the strap and the pod, which you have to separate in order to charge the device...this pod is breaking at some point. What are my options when it does?
