Quin Bond (@njergonomics) reported@MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness The wrist sensor can definitely get a little buggy if the wrist strap is too tight or too loose. Also, if you move your wrist into certain positions like extension with a little deviation it can get a little funky. For any real exercise, the chest strap is the way to go.

Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

She is really sad that she lost her 1000+ days goal streak and even more sad that her watch cannot be repaired. The support told us we would receive a discount for a new one but we received nothing. Sweating does not seem to matter. I tried starting by wetting it to simulate sweat. I even take the watch off and see if it calibrates but that does not help
