    @Apple - my Apple Watch **** the bed and you’re gonna take a week to get it back to me? Guess that gives me a week to try out a @GarminFitness watch and see if I’m ready to swap ecosystems.

    @GarminFitness That graph with all the missing data was from a sync via my computer and Garmin Express. Disappointing that there's nothing else to be done (the support center stuff doesn't help). What I think it needs is an update, and it sounds like that's not forthcoming.

    And on this day, @fitbit died. It was a slow death - first came the email, then came the #challenges & the last gasp of #groups. Then the pain as thousands upon thousands fled as fitbit died in ignominy, mourned by many & then simply forgotten as @apple & @GarminFitness rejoiced.

    Can you support me get my watch fixed @GarminFitness? I got a number for garmin Kenya. The 1st call was answered, the solution they gave didn’t work, they have since not answered calls or WhatsApp. My device keeps going off, battery shows 100%, I’ve rebooted, problem persists.

    @GarminFitness just had a week of “unproductive” runs according to my #fenix6. I discovered that the GPS was slow (15 mins+) to sync on these runs. Throws off V02max. A reboot fixed the watch but please add logic while GPS_sync=false, productivity_rating=false, alert

    @Kharrii1 @GarminFitness I did several times in the first couple years running. They suck! I’d slow the pace way off, foam roll and wear compression sleeves but work through them. Now I don’t worry about them, it’s more just making sure form isn’t slacking or getting enough recovery in.

    @marcelfahle @pepicrft @GarminFitness I'm on a 945 LTE. But I had (still have) a 230 that lasted 6yrs. The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯

    @GarminFitness Fitness age is now 30, did two lifts this week so it had a marginal negative effect on the running due to soreness even though it was limited reps. It was still the first time I've done those movements under load since August. Sunday as a recovery day should help.

    @GarminFitness @Spotify having to suddenly spend 15 minutes reauthorising my music when I want to run on my lunch break is a seriously poor UX. Please sort this out.

    @GarminFitness hello I have the forerunner 735xt. The whole watch face has started to fall out, seems to euro but the whole face falls out..... only couple of years old. Seems poor for such an expensive watch

    Garmin watch (Venu 2S) stopped working. Battery is gone within hardly 2 years. Battery cannot be replaced. What is the solution?? @Garmin @GarminFitness please help

    @Garmin @GarminFitness My Garmin 945 will not connect to my home wi fi. Is this a known error? It worked fine until today. I”ve installed and attempted to reinstall several times on my watch and the Garmin connevt app and it will not work

    @GarminFitness I've a venu 2. While I understand the stairs concept, what I see is that it's somehow taking the gps or something else to consider that I climbed 20-30 stairs in a day when actually I'm riding my bike. Can you fix this issue?

    @GarminFitness If I go for a slow jog on a hot day, and my HR goes up, Garmin drops my VO2 max number. If I go out when it’s cool the next day, suddenly I’m more fit and my VO2 goes up. And Garmin is never happy about my training status. You’re like an emotionally abusive partner.

    I need your help. I've been a loyal @WHOOP user. I've been with them for 5+ years. But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. People recommend @GarminFitness, but i really don't want a smart watch. Just the best fitness tracker. Any thoughts?

    Waking up to find out @GarminFitness changed its Garmin Connect All Activities view and it's terrible. How can I return to the minimized version of ystrday where I could see more data on the screen? I don't need or want this maximized version with icons where I see less actvities

    .@GarminFitness @Garmin is there a reason why the "confidence" metric is even in your 5K Garmin Coach plan? Can I just run without you ranking whether you think I'm going to be successful? I do not find it helpful or motivating. I'm a longtime, but slow, runner rebuilding.

    @amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

    So, @garmin / @GarminFitness I'm told by Product Support that a ride launched thru downloaded Movies in Tacx desktop app doesn't count for a challenge that ride is a part of. Can that be right? That's a clear design flaw. Please fix.

    @Garmin @GarminFitness also @Garmin I have this strange issue now that any time I finish a run it tells me I get all sorts of records, like longest run, fastest run, etc. even though it very much isn't, not even for that week (i.e., this includes Garmin data, not counting any imported data)
