One I got in india and has charging issues from the time I got it, today refuses to charge and switched off

Ray Sephton (@barklyboy) reported@GarminFitness @GarminCycling Routes in Garmin Connect sent to my New Edge 1040 have No Waypoints visible when riding that course. Works perfectly on Edge 530. Yes, waypoints is toggled on. I see in forums that others with 1040 have same issue. Used wifi & express to send. HELP

nothing Intentional (@kyabaatum) reported@GarminFitness I've a venu 2. While I understand the stairs concept, what I see is that it's somehow taking the gps or something else to consider that I climbed 20-30 stairs in a day when actually I'm riding my bike. Can you fix this issue?

Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. Tim Kettenring (@timkettenring) reported@Jefffeldman I’m not sure tbh but what I do know is that all the marketing around wearables and “recovery” products is largely based on making people feel good (or bad @GarminFitness) and making them think they need to “recover” from something nebulous - which has then led to this proliferation of “recovery” protocols 🙄

Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

Now it won’t even pair with my new phone, and for pairing I had to remove it from the old phone. So no stats anywhere now. Never correct anyway LOL Garmin rubbish!

I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech
