Dostoevsky’s Girl (@saoirse_sikhu) reportedI really think there’s something wrong with this watch. How does my HR go down from 110bpm to 80bpm during/after 10 minutes of running??? 2 weeks ago it went as far down as 60 and I was dripping sweat from running. Explain that @GarminFitness ???
-
Mahli (@Mah_Lan) reported@GarminFitness @Garmin the GPS on my Forerunner 645M is giving issues. Please help.
-
Jacob Yadao (@Jacob_Yadao) reported@GarminFitness uhh outage?
-
Rob Scherer (@RobScherer6) reportedOne problem I see right away with the @Garmin @GarminFitness HRM 600 is the connection between the strap and the pod, which you have to separate in order to charge the device...this pod is breaking at some point. What are my options when it does?
-
murph (@BostonLooper) reportedApple Watch SE is officially in the trash - died ~60% of the way through a half marathon yesterday, @GarminFitness here I come
-
Nimish T (@t_nimish64935) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness genius product strategy. 1. Sell trainers with issues. 2. Have only one country wide service center, the user bears cost and risk to send bulky (25kg) courier. 3. Bluetooth drops off and it is termed as PCB/motherboard issue and cant be repaired. 1/n

Bernard Kasparas (@Bkasparas) reported@FitbitSupport Why is your mobile app now so awful? Ver 4.52.1 running under Android 14, logs me out every night, loses the last 5000 steps and other activities of the previous day, won't store the first 3 ECG traces after logging in. Really poor. A living ad for @GarminFitness
-
WhattheHUFF? (@Michael41381590) reported@GarminFitness Can you add rucking on the lower-end devices for us poor folks?
-
J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
KDaltonD 🇺🇦 (@kdaltond) reportedSo, @garmin / @GarminFitness I'm told by Product Support that a ride launched thru downloaded Movies in Tacx desktop app doesn't count for a challenge that ride is a part of. Can that be right? That's a clear design flaw. Please fix.
-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.
-
userx (@voodooobear) reported@GarminFitness for gods sake get rid of MyFitnessPal or at least let me enter my consumed calories manually MyFitnessPal is complete garbage now and its not fair to force people to use a expensive bullshit app to get calories consumed/ burned
-
J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
CT (@CarlJTaylor23) reported@GarminUK @GarminFitness - disappointed that my Forerunner 965 has broken after less than 3 years and the option is to buy a refurbished device at a price of £155. I expect a £600 watch to last longer than it has, especially as it’s not worn all day / everyday.

Brian Tafel (@briantafel) reportedHi @GarminFitness could you please fix the VO2 max / Apple Health integration that thousands of us serious runners have been asking for? It feels like hubris. I’m looking srsly at Apple Watch Ultra knowing my hard work shows up across health apps. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Henri Helvetica 🇭🇹 👨🏾🚀 🚀 (@HenriHelvetica) reported@marcelfahle @pepicrft @GarminFitness I'm on a 945 LTE. But I had (still have) a 230 that lasted 6yrs. The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯
-
RunGap (@rungapapp) reported@jedimama @GarminFitness This issue will be fixed in the next update that I expect to reach the App Store within the next few days. In the mean time you can open the workout in RunGap and share it to Garmin a second time to update the title.
-
Stanfield Capital Management (@itstheotherway) reported@GarminFitness your **** is broken rn. direct upload from zwift not working. manual upload of .fit file not working.
-
Nathan Kraft (@Thousand__Paths) reported@GarminFitness Please go back to the full red Heart rate metric on the connect app. The line is WAY TOO HARD to see well, and it makes it more difficult to follow trends. Ever hear “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”? It wasn’t broken. Please put it back the way it was.

J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Done. As a rule, an update that takes away a simple, easy to use feature and requires you to go to another app is a poor update.
-
Mike Lifts (@mikeoniron) reported8:30hrs sleep Poor quality Poor recovery Thanks @GarminFitness
-
Chris Manc (@ChrisManc9) reported@GarminFitness I'm shocked and annoyed that Garmin is trashing up the app that syncs with my venue 2s. I have to scroll down or x it out to see my data. Grrrr. It is getting old but I won't be replacing it with another Garmin device.
-
Wrecky Carmichael (@KewellBeans) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness your service rep, Sarah, who assisted me today with my Garmin Connect coaching plan issue was phenomenal! Give that girl a raise!
-
Michael Arter (@Michael_Arter) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness YET again your #vivoactive4 watch has missed laps while swimming. This is such a poor quality device ! What’s even worse you pretend here in social media that you follow up on issues yet every single email I have sent you has been ignored !! #poor

murph (@BostonLooper) reportedApple Watch SE is officially in the trash - died ~60% of the way through a half marathon yesterday, @GarminFitness here I come
-
John Straumann (@JohnStraumann) reported@GarminFitness Thanks for the reply, I tried all that multiple times. I bet there is an error in the firmware and/or software that controls the BLE connectivity.
-
poyntesm (@poyntesm) reported. @GarminFitness seeing runs recorded today while Connect was down have now synced to Strava but not @TrainingPeaks anyway to repush them?
