Tim Kettenring (@timkettenring) reported@Jefffeldman I’m not sure tbh but what I do know is that all the marketing around wearables and “recovery” products is largely based on making people feel good (or bad @GarminFitness) and making them think they need to “recover” from something nebulous - which has then led to this proliferation of “recovery” protocols 🙄

I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. The heart rate is set and is on, the VO2 max recording is on, and for the last 6 days it hasn't recorded any sleep. I just did the power off by holding the power in for 15 seconds and rebooted how to fix this?
