E_A_L_II🇺🇲 (@E_A_L_II) reported@GarminFitness @JohnStraumann Garmin is trash. Nobody should invest in this company
-
Tom Shugart (@tshugart3) reported@GarminFitness That graph with all the missing data was from a sync via my computer and Garmin Express. Disappointing that there's nothing else to be done (the support center stuff doesn't help). What I think it needs is an update, and it sounds like that's not forthcoming.

Chris Martin (@CMartin9496) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness My Garmin 945 will not connect to my home wi fi. Is this a known error? It worked fine until today. I”ve installed and attempted to reinstall several times on my watch and the Garmin connevt app and it will not work
-
Brittany Busse, MD (@brittanybussemd) reported@jaybjackson @JasonFitz1 @GarminFitness I am not. I do help people find the right fueling routine for their physiology.
-
Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Done. As a rule, an update that takes away a simple, easy to use feature and requires you to go to another app is a poor update.
-
Sunil Kumar (@sunilkumar8mile) reported@GarminFitness Thanks team for your response and the workaround. However now the issue got resolved and data is syncing into TrainingPeaks.
-
Quin Bond (@njergonomics) reported@MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness The wrist sensor can definitely get a little buggy if the wrist strap is too tight or too loose. Also, if you move your wrist into certain positions like extension with a little deviation it can get a little funky. For any real exercise, the chest strap is the way to go.

Speaker 25 (@rodtrent) reported@Garmin sync for @SmashrunHQ is broken too after Garmin's Oauth changes last week. How long will this last? @GarminFitness
-
J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-
Will C. Smith (@wcsmith40) reported@GarminFitness Thank you. It’s ironic when I complete an activity it uploads without an issue and somehow automatically connects. But 24 hours between workouts it was showing as not connected. I know this because I switched time zones. I believe this is a coding issue and not user issue.
-
Johann Philipp Steger (@steger_johann) reported@SixPointerGuy @Garmin @GarminFitness Same Problem with my 1040 Solar. Used to upload activities after pushing stop button.
-
🇺🇸God Bless America (@CCPmustDie) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness have you realized there are so many exercise not listed in Connect when you're trying to create your own workouts there. Fix it by adding them! And your interface to create workouts sucks. Fix it! Don't just selling crazy expensive smart watches.
-
Vahid (@vahidlazio) reported@Stolen_Kishka @Garmin is that a garmin that security forces in Iran are using? Are they using your tactical watches to shoot at people? They are snipers. They shot many iranian peaceful protesters. Is your ballistic feature working in Iran?! Wtf @GarminFitness
-
Curren Dewan (@LamarJacksonMV) reported**** this garbage @Apple watch. What a waste of money. @GarminFitness send me a promo code. My iPhone ******* sucks too tbh

-
Marty (@Marty_FTT) reported@amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

Jeanette Smith (@jeanettemiami) reportedAnd on this day, @fitbit died. It was a slow death - first came the email, then came the #challenges & the last gasp of #groups. Then the pain as thousands upon thousands fled as fitbit died in ignominy, mourned by many & then simply forgotten as @apple & @GarminFitness rejoiced.

Josh Lane (@joshlane34) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness A UX recommendation for your watches. If I forget to save my sleep activity in the morning before heading out on my run, my watch spends my whole run asking me if I want to save my sleep activity or dismiss the notification. It takes over my running display so none of my running data is readable. If I dismiss the notification, it takes me back to my normal watch face and I need to click multiple times to get back into my activity. And, within a minute or two the notification comes back anyway and the cycle repeats. If I click save, it almost always takes longer than my run to actually save the activity. My screen is frozen with "Saving" and the circling green indicator around the edges. I am unable to see my running data panels. I'm unable to pause a run, hit a lap timer, anything. It's just stuck on Saving. Today, it gave me "Saving" for the last 3 miles of my run, for the 10 minutes I spent cooling down and drinking water, and now still for the time it's taken me to write this suggestion. Basically, if I forget to save my sleep activity, and ensure that I've fully dismissed the sleep activity before my run, then my watch is unusable. I assume these are both bugs. If so, please add them to your list to fix if they're not already there. If they're not bugs and they're intended workflow, I have a few suggestions. 1. Dismissing the notification should dismiss it until after the current in-progress activity ends. 2. Dismissing the notification should take you back to the current in-progress activity. 3. Click "Save Activity" shouldn't cause the watch to lock up for an excessive amount of time. It should either save in the background if it takes a while, or save faster. Or, if neither of those is possible, it shouldn't be an option at all until after the current activity ends. 4. Prompt to save the previous unsaved activity once, before the new activity starts. 5. If none of the above are impossible, just suppress the whole interaction until there are no other in-progress activities. Thanks!

Aaron Lassiter 🌵 (@aaron_lassiter) reported@GarminFitness Stop forcing the useless "estimated distance" for timed runs on us. That garbage does nothing positive and whatever project lead was in charge of it should have to publicly apologize for not building in an option to toggle it off.

Sudhanshu Sehgal (@sudhanshu1011) reportedMy POV regarding this. I started running in June of 2020 and ran with a Casio watch till November of 2024. Then planned to buy a watch and was confused b/w Coros & Garmin. I went for Coros Pace Pro and it was the latest watch from their side at that time because it got released a month before. Pace Pro hasn't still been launched in India and I had to get it from US. Battery of Pace Pro is quite good. First hand experience of this from my side- I ran a 24 Hour Stadium Run in March of 2025 where I covered 175 KM in a span of 24 hours. The battery of the watch at the start of the race was 98 or 99% battery. After 24 hours, 50% battery was still remaining which I can bet none of the entry level watches from Garmin could do. Another recent experience of one of my friends who is a Coros user. His Pace-3 button stooped working & it had been 18 months since the point of buy. He raised the ticket for this concern and it got exchanged and this happened in India where Coros even doesn't have a single offline outlet I guess & it's presence is quite limited. If it would have been Garmin, it wouldn't have been replaced because Garmin comes with 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty whereas Coros comes with 2-year limited warranty starting from the original activation date. This is a pretty big difference. This is not a biased post regarding Coros because I am a Coros user but this is just my perspective and still I stand that entry level Coros watches are way more good especially in the context of battery. Recently one of my friends bought Garmin 265 Music & he himself says that it's battery is not that good. If you want to buy Garmin, buy it. It is good but the point is what is your purpose behind buying either a Garmin or a Coros. Entry level Coros watches battery are way more longer than the entry level watches of Garmin. @COROSGlobal @Garmin @GarminFitness

Oscar Mike 🧗🏻♂️ (@Oscar_O_Neill) reportedAll this money for the ‘best smart watch on the market’ and it won’t even track sleep patterns properly. Garmin get you **** together and realise not everyone has a 9-5 job that allows you one window to sleep 🙄 @Garmin @GarminUK @GarminFitness
