Renato Villanueva (@_renatov) reportedI need your help. I've been a loyal @WHOOP user. I've been with them for 5+ years. But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. People recommend @GarminFitness, but i really don't want a smart watch. Just the best fitness tracker. Any thoughts?
-
Oceanman (@Kaidansei) reportedI do most of my work indoors and on treadmills, peloton, fan bikes, or in the pool. Apparently the watch isn't good with those exercises and needs outdoor runs. Ok, fine, but it shouldn't do calculations then or display results if that data isn't available. Or fix it to use other pertinent information like Grok, Claude, Gemini and others do! @grok does this mesh with other users of the device? Is there anything @apple can do to fix it? Do devices like @GarminFitness have this issue?
-
poyntesm (@poyntesm) reported. @GarminFitness seeing runs recorded today while Connect was down have now synced to Strava but not @TrainingPeaks anyway to repush them?
-
Michael van den Ham (@MVDHcyclocross) reported@JOEknowsPETE @GarminFitness If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If it is, do. Applies to watches and fingers.
-
🇺🇸God Bless America (@CCPmustDie) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness have you realized there are so many exercise not listed in Connect when you're trying to create your own workouts there. Fix it by adding them! And your interface to create workouts sucks. Fix it! Don't just selling crazy expensive smart watches.

J (@J8099150426777) reported@GMHikaru @GarminFitness That is not even the worst of it, he is still making accusations against Danya
-

Trashatarian (@Trashatarian) reportedAbsolutely do NOT buy a @GarminFitness watch. The charging system is AWFUL. I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech

Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Is it possible to change the Connect calorie display back to the previous version? The new update now takes me directly to the worst version of MFP. I miss the simple display.
-

-
Giles P. Croft (@gpcroft) reportedGrrr, after years of syncing Routes effortlessly from Strava, my @Garmin Edge 530 will no longer receive new Courses, by any means: iOS app, Garmin Express, USB connection, Send to device via Connect on Web – *nothing* gets them on there! Help @GarminFitness!
-
Bean & Bean Cotton (@Bean_Cotton) reported@GarminFitness Done. As a rule, an update that takes away a simple, easy to use feature and requires you to go to another app is a poor update.
-
Mike Lifts (@mikeoniron) reported8:30hrs sleep Poor quality Poor recovery Thanks @GarminFitness

Kanika.malhotra17@gmail.com (@KMalhotra17) reportedGarmin watch (Venu 2S) stopped working. Battery is gone within hardly 2 years. Battery cannot be replaced. What is the solution?? @Garmin @GarminFitness please help
-
Will C. Smith (@wcsmith40) reported@GarminFitness Thank you. It’s ironic when I complete an activity it uploads without an issue and somehow automatically connects. But 24 hours between workouts it was showing as not connected. I know this because I switched time zones. I believe this is a coding issue and not user issue.
-
Chris Manc (@ChrisManc9) reported@GarminFitness I'm shocked and annoyed that Garmin is trashing up the app that syncs with my venue 2s. I have to scroll down or x it out to see my data. Grrrr. It is getting old but I won't be replacing it with another Garmin device.

Mark Milligan (@MarkMilliganDPT) reported@KellerCaponePhD @GarminFitness Hey Cheryl! Great to hear from you! Oh good call. Will wear chest strap next time and see! Same tightness each time. Sweating does not seem to matter. I tried starting by wetting it to simulate sweat. I even take the watch off and see if it calibrates but that does not help

Josh Lane (@joshlane34) reported@Garmin @GarminFitness A UX recommendation for your watches. If I forget to save my sleep activity in the morning before heading out on my run, my watch spends my whole run asking me if I want to save my sleep activity or dismiss the notification. It takes over my running display so none of my running data is readable. If I dismiss the notification, it takes me back to my normal watch face and I need to click multiple times to get back into my activity. And, within a minute or two the notification comes back anyway and the cycle repeats. If I click save, it almost always takes longer than my run to actually save the activity. My screen is frozen with "Saving" and the circling green indicator around the edges. I am unable to see my running data panels. I'm unable to pause a run, hit a lap timer, anything. It's just stuck on Saving. Today, it gave me "Saving" for the last 3 miles of my run, for the 10 minutes I spent cooling down and drinking water, and now still for the time it's taken me to write this suggestion. Basically, if I forget to save my sleep activity, and ensure that I've full dismissed the sleep activity, before my run then my watch is unusable. I assume these are both bugs. If so, please add them to your list to fix if they're not already there. If they're not bugs and they're intended workflow, I have a few suggestions. 1. Dismissing the notification should dismiss it until after the current in-progress activity ends. 2. Dismissing the notification should take you back to the current in-progress activity. 3. Click "Save Activity" shouldn't cause the watch to lock up for an excessive amount of time. It should either save in the background if it takes a while, or save faster. Or, if neither of those is possible, it shouldn't be an option at all until after the current activity ends. 4. Prompt to save the previous unsaved activity once, before the new activity starts. 5. If none of the above are impossible, just suppress the whole interaction until there are no other in-progress activities. Thanks!
