Sweating does not seem to matter. I tried starting by wetting it to simulate sweat. I even take the watch off and see if it calibrates but that does not help

I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.
