    @amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

    @Garmin @GarminFitness 2. My watch has been with you for over a week. No updates until I contact you. Its a simple fix but every time I look for support, your agents say they will escalate it and then drop out of the chat. I have the screen recording as proof if you want.

    @GarminFitness Fitness age is now 30, did two lifts this week so it had a marginal negative effect on the running due to soreness even though it was limited reps. It was still the first time I've done those movements under load since August. Sunday as a recovery day should help.

    I really think there’s something wrong with this watch. How does my HR go down from 110bpm to 80bpm during/after 10 minutes of running??? 2 weeks ago it went as far down as 60 and I was dripping sweat from running. Explain that @GarminFitness ???

    @GarminFitness My Garmin Solar Instinct keeps going off and won’t turn back on unless connected to power. The battery is fully charged. What could be the issue?

    2/3 @Garmin_India @GarminFitness Svc ctr says only 3 mth warranty so this cannot be replaced, pay Rs 10000 to repair. For a 30000 product! If replacement was given then same long term warranty should apply. No senior person comes on call to solve the problem.Just asking for 10000

    @marcelfahle @pepicrft @GarminFitness I'm on a 945 LTE. But I had (still have) a 230 that lasted 6yrs. The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯

    @Garmin @GarminFitness Ever since I updated your app a few days ago, my notifications won't consistently send through to my watch. I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. I would just like a basic function of my watch to work.

    Absolutely do NOT buy a @GarminFitness watch. The charging system is AWFUL. I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech

    @GarminFitness @Garmin Today was the first day that my daughter wore her Bounce watch and your backend had a massive outage, permanently shaking our confidence in her ability to use the device to get help in an emergency. Unacceptable. Will there be a post-mortem on the outage?

    One problem I see right away with the @Garmin @GarminFitness HRM 600 is the connection between the strap and the pod, which you have to separate in order to charge the device...this pod is breaking at some point. What are my options when it does?

    Tbh I feel a bit misled by all of the articles claiming the @GarminFitness Forerunner 955 was the best fitness watch ever. I read SO many articles & did research before buying. To end up with something so poorly performing, slow, and buggy? Did we buy the same watch!?

    @GarminFitness Looking at Garmin Connect, there was probably some impact of adding strength training last week on my runs. But yesterday for recovery should help today. I added 52 minutes of stimulus on top of the previous 105 minutes of running, that's 49.5% of increase in some volume.

    @GarminFrance @GarminFitness @Garmin Hey Garmin, it is soon my mother birthday and her fenix watch died recently. She is really sad that she lost her 1000+ days goal streak and even more sad that her watch cannot be repaired. The support told us we would receive a discount for a new one but we received nothing. Can you help me so I can order for her birthday?

    @GarminFitness Done. As a rule, an update that takes away a simple, easy to use feature and requires you to go to another app is a poor update.
