    @randysnachos @GarminFitness @Garmin It's a shambles isn't it? Having problems syncing AGAIN this morning and the only support is 'plug it in' and 'delete & reinstall'. No Garmin. Acknowledge it's broken and actually fix it. Infuriates me further that once a sync has failed that's it, you can't sync that again. 🤬

    Hi @GarminSA @GarminFitness I'm having trouble with the heart rate monitor on my forerunner 35 watch after installing the update it prompted me to install. Can I get some assistance or advice?

    @GarminFitness Very happy with my VivoActive 4 but for one issue. When an activity appears as complete on my phone, it opens the app right into the activity screen. I expect the back button to go to app homescreen, instead it just closes the all which seems unexpected behaviour

    @Garmin Update: after a very fast online chat with a very nice customer support agent. I was able to receive a new watch to replace the new broken watch. Thank you @Garmin @GarminFitness for making this right.

    Dear @garminfitness there’s a lot wrong with the world. One thing is that your edge cycle computers don’t understand the disability sport Frame/RaceRunning. Please fix this so that I can get the geeky joy of stats telling me I’m an improved runner, rather than a rubbish cyclist.

    @GenuinelyJo One last thing...if you decide to get a #Garmin watch, purchase a different band. The plastic/silicon bands #Garmin uses always irritate the skin on my wrist (rash), which was a well known problem with #Fitbits. @Garmin @GarminFitness has yet to address this sufficiently, IMO 😤

    @Garmin @GarminFitness I am so disappointed with the Battery Draining so fast on my Vivo Active 3 ! Evenna software update couldn't resolve this problem for me as yet and its been a long time ! Is there anyway that you could help me out with this problem ?

    Hello @GarminFitness my forerunner 735xt keeps coming up blank after a run. I just went for an easy run at it had my heart rate over 193 bps somethings wrong with my watch help! #runnerproblems

    @GarminFitness My vivoactive3’s pedometer isn’t functioning properly. It doesn’t count the steps properly and by that I mean difference of 1k steps in 3.5k steps. I have updated the latest firmware but still no luck. On the other hand while I drive my car it counts steps. Help!

    I love my Garmin Instinct Tactical. It’s a fantastic watch. I do have two questions I am hoping someone from the community can help me out with. 1) Is there a way to add solar to it? 2) As a disabled veteran who is wheelchair bound; how do I monitor hand cycle? @GarminFitness

    @GarminFitness you guys running slower then usual? Just did a 16km run on zwift and it shows up on strava but not loading to Garmin (tried disconnecting and reconnecting) just wondering if the server was backed up or something

    hey @GarminFitness @GarminUK i have ur vivoactive 4 watch. had it about a year now(great watch). but the last 2 days ive been running i come home and sync it with my phone and the map it says i have run is a long way out. any help to fix it would b great thanks

    @corin_ja @GarminFitness @Strava Notes and corrections: it's an Edge 520, not a 510 (my bad) and after forgetting the device on my phone and on the Edge and then doing the reconnection thing it's worked! Yay!

    @GarminFitness @NikeService @garminconnect this issue occurred again today. I completed a run, synced to my Garmin app/service, & the run has not synced to the Nike Run Club app (after 30 minutes). I have already dis, & re, connected the two services and syncing the data w/ no result.

    There appears to be a problem with @GarminFitness syncing across in the last hour. Other platforms are also reporting a problem so it looks like a Garmin issue rather than Xhale specific.

    @GarminFitness @GarminSA @Garmin Is there any reason why my Garmin Venu won't connect to wifi (010 error)? From research it seems to be an error since 2019 with these devices..?
