When reset date reverts to end Jan/ start of Feb. All current activates show on Feb. App on iPhone is fully up to date - any suggestions on how to fix?

Brent C. Wilson (@MrWilson) reported@GarminFitness I always complete my run, then add whatever shoes I wore. But I don't think that's where the problem lies. EVERY shoe I've ever tracked shows zero miles. That's many thousands of miles logged to a few dozen shoes that just *poof* disappeared.

You won't even give me a target date for resolution. All of my stats are out, and you're doing nothing to resolve. Please help.

Kjerstin L (@KjerstinL) reported@GarminFitness Help! I am having trouble with the GPS of my Vivoactív 4--it frequently takes about 15-20 minutes for my watch to connect with GPS. Losing the data for the majority of my runs isn't great. Is there something I could do to prevent this happening in the future?
