    @MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness The wrist sensor can definitely get a little buggy if the wrist strap is too tight or too loose. Also, if you move your wrist into certain positions like extension with a little deviation it can get a little funky. For any real exercise, the chest strap is the way to go.

    @KellerCaponePhD @GarminFitness Hey Cheryl! Great to hear from you! Oh good call. Will wear chest strap next time and see! Same tightness each time. Sweating does not seem to matter. I tried starting by wetting it to simulate sweat. I even take the watch off and see if it calibrates but that does not help

    @MarkMilliganDPT @GarminFitness I think the wrist heart rate sensor is just kind of buggy. I’m in the Fenix 6 now, but occasionally I go through periods of getting a lot of false abnormally high heart rate alerts, and either restarting or updating the software will resolve it.

    @mikeoniron @GarminFitness garmin seems to be a problem, sleep without. Train better w! Apple Ultra and Polar H-10. My feel is more accurate than the garmin .

    Hey @GarminFitness it's frustrating to pay $130 to replace my 645 Music for the 2nd time for the case breaking where the band attaches. It's more frustrating to put my watch model in your support page and that issue is listed real close to the top. For $130 fix the design flaw.

    @Garmin @GarminFitness genius product strategy. 1. Sell trainers with issues. 2. Have only one country wide service center, the user bears cost and risk to send bulky (25kg) courier. 3. Bluetooth drops off and it is termed as PCB/motherboard issue and cant be repaired. 1/n

    @marcelfahle @pepicrft @GarminFitness I'm on a 945 LTE. But I had (still have) a 230 that lasted 6yrs. The only issue is that the battery charge only lasts 1 day (yes, that's the downfall). The screen also had a small group of dead pixels, but still works totally as intended. in 6yrs, took it off only to charge. 💯

    1/n This is my 15th year with @GarminFitness watches and they still can’t get software right. Their watches are twice the price of apple watches but their software can’t get basics right. @Garmin coach workouts don’t sync with the watch, an issue reported on Reddit and Garmin forums for years.     @GarminFitness just had a week of “unproductive” runs according to my #fenix6. I discovered that the GPS was slow (15 mins+) to sync on these runs. Throws off V02max. A reboot fixed the watch but please add logic while GPS_sync=false, productivity_rating=false, alert

    .@GarminFitness @Garmin is there a reason why the "confidence" metric is even in your 5K Garmin Coach plan? Can I just run without you ranking whether you think I'm going to be successful? I do not find it helpful or motivating. I'm a longtime, but slow, runner rebuilding.

    I need your help. I've been a loyal @WHOOP user. I've been with them for 5+ years. But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. People recommend @GarminFitness, but i really don't want a smart watch. Just the best fitness tracker. Any thoughts?

    @amymitchellart @GarminFitness @scrippsresearch Vivosmart 5 had a known module-pop issue, the pill literally ejects from the band. Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

    @GarminFitness Stop forcing the useless "estimated distance" for timed runs on us. That garbage does nothing positive and whatever project lead was in charge of it should have to publicly apologize for not building in an option to toggle it off.

    @GarminUK @GarminFitness - disappointed that my Forerunner 965 has broken after less than 3 years and the option is to buy a refurbished device at a price of £155. I expect a £600 watch to last longer than it has, especially as it’s not worn all day / everyday.
