I have a Venu 2S and I'm on my 3rd charging cable in 3 yrs cause the pins keep breaking off. The best they offer is 50% off their garbage charging cable. I'll never buy another until they fix this tech

I’m in the Fenix 6 now, but occasionally I go through periods of getting a lot of false abnormally high heart rate alerts, and either restarting or updating the software will resolve it.

Garmin should warranty it even out of window given the research use. If you want zero risk of repeat, Venu Sq 2 or Vivoactive 5 are sealed cases instead of the slide-in pod.

I've had to uninstall and reinstall your app multiple times a day to try to get this basic function to work. I've tried to connect with help over this, but that isn't really working either. I would just like a basic function of my watch to work.

One I got in india and has charging issues from the time I got it, today refuses to charge and switched off

Fix it by adding them! And your interface to create workouts sucks. Fix it! Don't just selling crazy expensive smart watches.

It's more frustrating to put my watch model in your support page and that issue is listed real close to the top. For $130 fix the design flaw.

But... i'm sick of it not giving me my distance on runs, but i love that the battery last 15 days AND that i get ZERO notifications from it. Lopez (@willa_daddy) reported@GarminFitness If I go for a slow jog on a hot day, and my HR goes up, Garmin drops my VO2 max number. If I go out when it’s cool the next day, suddenly I’m more fit and my VO2 goes up. And Garmin is never happy about my training status. You’re like an emotionally abusive partner.

Dave Harbuckle (@2KnucklesIn) reported@GarminFitness Yeah, I've done all that and nothing worked. I have 3 activities recorded this week and the app just tells me I have no training status and a **** vo2 max. Guess I should've gone with another company instead.

If replacement was given then same long term warranty should apply. No senior person comes on call to solve the problem.Just asking for 10000
