@grxce_ow the chinese translates to "china number 1" which goes back to h1z1 where people would make fun of chinese players and their accents because they were mad that chinese players played on US servers. their "jokes" placed blame on the chinese org and not IGC. thats why its an issue.

@DaybreakHelp I am attempting to login to my daybreak account for DCUO. Upon entering my info to log in, the launcher tells me to reset my password. When I got to reset my password it tells me I need to contact support, but I can't create a ticket because it wants me to login.

@DaybreakHelp is there something wrong with your password reset system? I cannot login to my account because I am prompted to reset my password but it continues to give me an error saying to contact support, which I cannot do because I need to be logged in
