    @HBOMaxHelp @MJLinderman The iPad app is extremely sensitive to internet connectivity & will hang indefinitely w/o it. It recently deleted all of my downloaded content mid transatlantic flight b/c it can’t deal w/ flight mode correctly Your developers have to know it blows. This is a mgmt issue @hbomax

    @hbomax your app sucks on firestick. Everytime it times out I gotta force stop. Fix that **** so I can fall asleep with it on. Like every other app in the world

    @HBOMaxHelp General instability, every time I watch something I have to download it to be sure it won't stop... but when I finish watching the app just logs out of my account for no reason. Oh and It keeps showing me an error that I'm not connected to Internet no matter what 🤡

    @DavidSRudolf Uh, we cancelled @hbomax after watching the beginning of Episoe 2. Awful! More like Docufiction! Such B.S. It is the creators fantasy of what happened, not reality.🤢🤮😵‍💫🫥🤬😡🥵

    @donnyc99 @hbomax Game pass doesn’t work natively on Steam deck. I’m already in GP and I’m locked in for a while yet. Now I can play those on the go without the need for internet connection.

    @gabriellllemags @hbomax Don’t waste your time. I went through an entire troubleshooting excercise with advanced support and they said there was nothing they can do. @hbomax - this is a terrible customer experience issue - fix it!
