    .@hbomax has got to be the worst streaming platform in existence. Not the content, the actual app itself. The layout, the constant delayed response, the freezing/crashing. Hopeless.

    Wow, @HBOMax.... Normally the video quality on shows is good, but someone really needs to reencode The Larry Sanders Show on your platform. It's pretty bad. Lots of dropped frames. When Mill Creek Entertainment's DVDs look better than your encoding, you know it's bad. :)

    @HBOMaxHelp I’ve been trying to stream In The Heights all day and it will not stream. I’ve been able to stream other movies today but not this particular one. It streams fine on my phone but I want to watch it via TV. Please help

    @Ali610 @HBOMaxHelp @XfinitySupport I thought it was just me! This is crazy - i put in code four times, reset xfinity box then got in only to loop to home screen as play doesn’t work! I pick any show hit play and go back to home screen.

    A heads up. Our @HBOMax account was hacked and login was changed. HBO CS is useless. I cancelled the account and re-upped through another provider. If you are 1 of the lucky few who hasn't been hacked, go in and change your password NOW. 1/2

    @HBOMaxHelp @dasilvalining It would be nice if you just fixed the app overall or told us what to do because seems all Roku users are having this issue. I just wanted to download the app on my Roku and the screen won’t even load when I try to get into the app. Don’t even have an account yet

    @HBOMaxHelp for some reason you're app keeps crashing on my Ps4 like every day and there are two of same apps on there for some reason but I think A good thorough search through to the app update will probably fix it

    @hbomax and @VIZIOsupport kiss and make up plz, so I can put the stupid app on the stupid tv, so I don’t have to ******* cast shows from my phone, as I’m very bad at keeping my phone charged, and I don’t have a charger by my couch, so this is a BIG issue for me.
