  @hbomax just I unsubbed because you app is constantly having trouble playing downloaded content and crashes periodically while viewing. I’m on the latest version of iOS. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot this, maybe you’ll fix your app someday.

  @HBOMaxHelp I've done all that, chatted with a tech, bought a new upgraded HDMI cable and still no love. It seems to work better for series. But movies are a nonstarter.
