@HBOMaxHelp hello, I’m watching using a Cox communication cable set up, and on the app when watching a show, usually it says “play next”, but the video that comes up is one that I’ve already watched, sometimes 3-4 episodes before where I last watched. Do you know why? Help please

@HBOMaxHelp The troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem. I am CONSISTENTLY getting "Something went wrong" errors after every two or three episodes.

@HBOMaxHelp Hi. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with it freezing and being unavailable at the moment, both on my Roku TV and the xfinity box. It’s very frustrating as it’s my favorite service. Suggestions?

@HBOMaxHelp Have you looked at your mentions on here? Hundreds of people are complaining about this problem. Over 20 people alone on just my tweet have this issue. You’re not going to magically fix mine, you have a global problem with your app that needs addressed.

@hbomax the functionality of your app is bad. The best version is fireTV. Appletv app comes 2nd and it’s fast forward/rewind is awful. Also can’t choose to skip credits and go to next episode. Android tv app is even worse in that it freezes and crashes on my shield tv2019 a lot
