    @hbomaxhelp Been in an email loop with support doing the same troubleshooting steps repeatedly. Issue: Friends degrades in picture quality after ~15-20 min, every time, only that show. App updated, reinstalled, TV restarted — multiple times. Need actual escalation.

    Hey @hbomax y’all need to fix your app! At the very least, add a restart option to episodic shows. Spoilers and having to hit rewind is just bad UX!

    @hbomaxhelp I’m watching it on a laptop on my bed instead of the tv like normal I also missed the first 25 minutes as well, I’m just annoyed I have to jump threw hoops to get something i paid for to work properly
