@HBOMaxHelp @JoshBro98545705 Obviously, Nicholas' problem is different, but the stuff I told you about is way too common. A clean, linear streaming service with the ability to view where we're at in an episode would be wonderful. The option to turn off the timer would be incredible.

@hbomax I am an HBO Max subscriber via my @ATT home internet plan. When I attempt to sign in with a provider, and choose ATT, I get redirected to a DirecTV login, which does not accept my credentials. This is happening on multiple devices.

@hbomax @HBO Please PLEASE give europeans normal length movies!!! Why have you STILL not fixed the fact that all our movies on your site are pitched up by 4%? It cuts off 5-10 minutes of a movie which absolutely sucks. Please just please fix it and give us the american framerate

@HBOMaxHelp @FlyBoyTex Your solution says, "Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in (your profile should appear in the upper right)." See the problem with that? Obviously, not helpful for people trying to use the app without an internet connection.

@HBOMaxHelp I'm not having a problem accessing HBO Max. I'm having an issue watching SPECIFICALLY The Vampire Diaries. I have now tested it on 6 different devices running fully updated HBO Max apps. So it's not a device issue. Something is wrong with y'all's app. Look into it.
