    @HBOMaxHelp Sir, with all due respect. I’ve done that **** before! Can’t you tell by my frustration?? Are you a robot? It ALWAYS happened! God forbid I rewind or pause while watching something. The entire app breaks down or freezes. Netflix, Hulu doesn’t cause that issue. Only you!

    @hbomax has the worst movie descriptions, they don't tell you a damn thing about the movie but list every actor you might know but probably don't

    Hey @hbomax why is it nearly every time I watch something on ur website, halfway through the show, the epsisode cuts off and says "Can't Play Title"? Every other streaming website known to man seems to work without issue, but urs ALWAYS cuts me off. What the hell am i paying for?

    @HBOMaxHelp I am experiencing Netflix. There are no bugs or glitches or freezing or audio issues in their app. As I said before, I am no longer an HBO Max subscriber.

    @hbomax fix your subtitles/captioning. It’s delayed and sometimes it misses key sentences. I’m trying to watch #HardKnocks2021 tell me how we can fix this, please.

    Screw @hbomax they need to fix there buffering I just tried to watch a movie and every 5 min it froze. Not working paying for a service that can't even play something properly. I refuse to continue to pay for it until they fix it. Learn to buffer in the background. Don't support

    The White Lotus @hbomax An attempt by Mike White to white A Profound Critique of White Privilege. Instead he used a white lens to white happy endings for most of the broken white characters, while leaving non-white characters broken or ignored. Sounds about white.

    @HBOMaxHelp keep getting the message below but when I select Access all HBO Max it doesn’t do anything. When I select the other option it takes me to a menu so not an issue with my remote. But when I want to watch anything I end up back here. acct is current. Ad-free HELP!!!!!

    @HBOMaxHelp This never works but once maybe twice a week if we're lucky. Kicks back to the Roku home screen every time. Can you please fix this issue or I'm stopping my subscription!!!!

    whyyyyy does my @hbomax roku app ALWAYS crash??? i’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and it still happens! soo close to canceling my subscription bc wtf am i even paying for if i can’t use it 🙄🙄

    @hbomax what can I do to get this app to work on ANY of my four Roku devices? It’s been terrible since switching from Go to Max. Any way to get it to work would be greatly appreciated
