    @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp HI! I am sorry but my app for you froze This isn't the first time I have had a problem with this. I restarted my TV and now it's working. I think it's your specific app because this hasn't happened with any other streaming service. I hope we can resolve it!

    @HBOMaxHelp Can you fix the glitches? I get routinely booted from the app or experience sever lag time and latency issues. I haven’t been able to watch anything in full since June. Is there a roadmap to solving these issues? Or is it best to just unsubscribe?

    @hbomax Your Roku app sucks… sometimes works, rest of the time takes 4-5 attempts to work. And, yes, my Roku is somewhat new, maybe 4 months. Internet connection over 300mbps.

    @HBOMaxHelp I have applied that attempt multiple times along with resetting my roku device, wireless router and modem as well and its the same issue...please help!!!!!

    @HBOMaxHelp Its on my laptop and will stream for a few minutes, freeze for a few seconds and do this for 10 minute. It then show a black screen saying I can't view content. Netflix and Amazon Prime video work flawlessly. 32 min now trying to watch the last 7 min of the film.
