    @HBOMaxHelp As a customer of any platform and specifically one other platform which I won’t mention, I would always prefer I integration tests exist even if they go rogue. Keep up the good work!!

    @HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, Just last year I had to send out a detailed email division-wide explaining how our very first all virtual shift bid was going to work. I was meticulous in ensuring the wording was clear and concise. Then, I sent it out with the subject line “**** Bid Process” 😩

    @HBOMaxHelp pffft. One mistake to a portion of your users? It's not even a blip. We improve processes to make it less likely to happen again (including designing for possible human error). That's all we can do.

    @dmorelli9 @burkeholland @HBOMaxHelp it's not necessarily a big task, but it would likely remove all the data entered in between backups. In an office that could be payroll, schedules, client visits, etc. Unless some one has a hard copy back up, could be in for some trouble.

    @HBOMaxHelp Can you get some software and security specialists to help HBO keep confidential production data out of Dev and QA ends, and the public internet more than one Oopsie Poopsie away from those environments? This isn’t inconvenience. This is disfunction laid bare.

    @runtime @HBOMaxHelp We had an intern try to set up a football pool after being warned not to involve people at work. He did it anyway and rather than choose the group email for our subsection of the department, he sent it to the entire corporation. Somehow it temporarily jammed up corp email.
