@HBOMaxHelp the only way i can get it to work is if i connect to chromecast, search for the show, go to the latest episode and then select it and scroll all the way to where i was watching. or i delete the hbo max app and reinstall and it works

Decided to also cancel @Netflix. They’ve gone from quality to quantity. And whatever did have quality, was cancelled after 2 seasons. Meh. Sticking with @hbomax and @disneyplus

@Zombi_thumpaJH @hbomax Why would they be advertising Zack unless he’s coming back. Why advertise the guys name when he’s signed on to a rival studio rn? Especially when the break up was pretty awful. Something is up for sure.

@HBOMaxHelp I’ve tried that, twice. I’ve also tried another Xbox completely, same result. What did your dev ops team say that those error codes mean? As a professional developer, I would guess it’s an encoding issue.

@HBOMaxHelp @SpaceGrlOnEarth UPDATE: they never helped me, nor admitted fixing the issue server-side, but the app works again — same untouched HDMI cable, so the HDCP error messages about the cable were bunk.
