@HBOMaxHelp Your app crashes. I was asked about my IP address and provider, bandwidth and I really don’t care what else. You are not listening. My internet speed is just fine. I can watch other services with no problems.

@HBOMaxHelp hi. So I had been streaming HBO Max to a Chromecast for the past few hours and suddenly it stopped working. It gives me error code 420. However if I try on a different chromecast, it works. I have restarted my iPhone, the affected chromecast and the app.

@hbomax So to setup my account I have to go to my email to get a one time use code, and when you go get the code the app backs you out and says you have to go get a one time code again. Do you see the issue?

Hey @hbomax thanks for finally getting the Roku deal/app done. But can you please fix the garbage framerate I’m getting trying to watch the Larry Sanders Show? It’s seriously looking like 15fps. I have to stream it from my phone to get it to look like it should. Thank you.

@HBOMaxHelp Finally found it. But amazon doesn’t make it easy to find the app as you are first directed to subscribe through them. If you subscribed elsewhere, not intuitive to figure out how to sign in.
