    @HBOMaxHelp I think it’s all users. Trying to use on 2 different TVs through a roku. I made the mistake of signing out and it won’t let me back into the app telling me my credentials are wrong. Before that nothing was playing. Your app continues to have problems week in and week out. Fix it

    @hbomax Hey your Apple TV app seems to be broken. It's a non stop endless series of buffering, loading and 'please wait' animations. It worked fine before the update, and all my other apps load no problem. Should I wait for an update, or just cancel my sub? It's unusable as is.

    Come on @hbomax, I didn't buy this subscription to be denied watching films you release day to date premiere. I'm trying to click on Conjuring 3, but I'm getting an error!

    @HBOMaxHelp I have been unable to watch #HBOMax on my Roku Premiere model 3920x for about a week. I have closed the app, restarted Roku. Please help. Thank you.

    @LittleBlueDotTx @hbomax The night of the finale we actually managed to get the app to work on my Samsung phone an hour later and were able to cast it to our tv. It’s beyond ridiculous that we had to do all that. Meanwhile, Netflix has very few streaming issues.

    @anylaurie16 @hbomax My sister just bought a Vizio TV a couple of weeks ago. HBOMax's app is completely incompatible with this brand. You have to run some convoluted thing through Google to get it to work.
