@HBOMaxHelp Hi, I’ve seen many users (including myself) indicating their account information was changed by a “Jessica”. This issue has been going on for several days by the same “Jessica”. And because HBO Max is down, I cant login to my account. What’s going on? Is this related?

@hbomax seriously the worst app out there. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s not working. Prior to that it kept kicking me out, glitching and the fast forward and rewind are jacked up. Get it together HBO!!

@HBOMaxHelp he acted with integrity. as soon as word of the problem spread, he came forward immediately and told what he had done, and that was enough for us to review the code, diagnose the issue and then work to repair it. it lead to better review practices and higher code standards.

@HBOMaxHelp For Xfinity customers. Go to the gear icon and then privacy. Delete cache and local data. Then log in again. It fixes the problem when it keeps going back to main screen and doesn’t play the movies.

@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, We understand. Mistakes happen. My Navigating the Internet prof wrote some code for us to copy for a class assignment. It worked on his computer. The entire class lined up at his office door to ask for help because it didn't work on ours. It's okay. You're human.
