@HBO @hbomax @hbomaxhelp Your monthly fee should include an app that WORKS. Have to reset my Samsung TV everytime I want to watch something on HBO all other apps work fine. Please hire someone that knows how to fix this! We should get a refund on our monthly fees until you do!

@jeff_rake Why doesn’t @warnerbros and @hbomax work something out? All of Warner Bros stuff usually goes on HBO MAX either way. There’s already a petition of almost 50k signatures on there. The show deserves an ending & need that season 4,5,6. Great writing and cast!

@HBOMaxHelp @BREADSWORD It’s always crashing on my laptop and my phone device as well!!! Hopefully you guys can resolve the issues because it’s annoying to have to refresh, exit out of the video, go back to the homepage and click on the show again. I use a windows surface pro and iPhone 11.
