    @marykayfabe @hbomax @AEW Was able to get it to work on a laptop. Usually we watch on the Max app on Xbox, but it wouldn’t work. Never had that issue before. Hopefully it’s an isolated incident

    @hbomaxhelp I’m watching it on a laptop on my bed instead of the tv like normal I also missed the first 25 minutes as well, I’m just annoyed I have to jump threw hoops to get something i paid for to work properly

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    @hbomaxhelp Hi, I am writing to report a persistent issue with the Max app on my Apple TV 4K. Despite having a Premium subscription, my video quality remains stuck at 720p, while I should be getting 4K UHD or 1080p.
