@quinncy @HBOMaxHelp Thank you for this. I have nothing to compare to this, and I was director in tech, often the only woman in the room. It was dreamy 24/7 compared to what you describe. I did work with some insane people, but there were no photos involved.

@HBOMaxHelp Dear intern, At a casual work function for a DC lobbying firm I worked for years ago, I misunderstood a water feature on the ground and casually stepped into water that was at least four feet deep. I was drenched up to my chest and had to wear the host’s sweatpants all night.

@addictionguy @HBOMaxHelp A friend of mine started working at a small company. They asked her if she had database experience. She said: "No." No problem. By midmorning, she had accidentally deleted the MS Access database and there was no backup.

@HBOMaxHelp #DeatIntern I once had to delete a file from the server, when I hit delete I didn't realize the entire project folder was selected. We were able to retrieve a good portion from a backup, but lost days worth of work. I was 36 yo.

@HBOMaxHelp You should really just refund everyone’s subscription for this month due to the insane amount of problems, fix the bugs & bad processes, and try again. It’s just disrespectful at this point, and I wonder how many will stick around for another month of an app that barely works.

@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern, I once ran a job in production environment by mistake which failed midway due to some issue and ended up deleting a lot of records. My team helped me through it but we’ve all been there and made mistakes :)
