    @hbomax can someone explain why I can watch a TV show on your app on my Roku TV, but movies will not start at all? It is so weird. We have never had this happen before, in 2 or 3 years of having the app AND my other apps are playing everything without issue.

    I complained enough before that I think I owe @hbomax some props for the changes to the TV app; it’s been pretty much problem free the last couple of weeks! 🤙🏽 credit given where it’s due and whatnot

    @HBOMaxHelp In the recent past, you have already instructed me to delete the app and reinstall. Why doesn’t the app work? I have never been told to delete and reinstall for a h other TV app.

    It's embarrassing how much @WBHomeEnt seems to not care about @stargirl_cw First, there was a ****** delay in getting it on @hbomax, and now the episodes are screwed up. S02e5 has a horrible audio sync issue My kids just told me they give up

    .@hbomax why do you have to glitch so hard? Been trying to cast Station Eleven to the big screen and more often that not, won’t work. But can get other shows to go. Vexing.

    @HBOMaxHelp Thank you. I resolved the issue. It ended up being HBOMax not buffering correctly within Roku. After a restart of the Roku, the sync issue resolved. It was only with the HBOMAX app, but I resolved it Deleting original tweet
