    @AlisonLeiby @hbomax HBOMax is such a mess. How do I have AppleTV, a SmartTV but can only access the app through a PlayStation? And I had those same issues before I just subscribed directly through the app.

    @francis_moors @gourleyandrust @hbomax Not entirely terrible, but forgettable. At times it becomes more like an episode of Dawson's Creek. Contains none of the grace of the earlier ALIEN films. Also dark AF (i.e., hard to see what's going on)

    @HBOMaxHelp @hbomax I'm currently using a Amazon Firestick and I check to make sure the app was updated. I also played another movie with no issue. I'm trying to watch Tom and Jerry

    My gf & I have at least 8 streaming services. The only one that constantly has playback problems is @hbomax. Sticking, pauses. It’s terrible.

    @AlisonLeiby @hbomax Since they have the worst interface, it might be a good thing. I give up more often than not. Who gives up Saturday and Sunday night appointment viewing? Warner Bros.

    @ATT @hbomax Funny how my customer service calls got routed promptly until it became a cancellation issue. Now sitting on hold for at least a half hour like it’s a black hole and you just want me to give up and go away.😡 #Sleazy
