  @hbomax you just let your ads run over so we missed the first point in Arnaldi v Collignon at @rolandgarros It was a vital point so why did we miss it for a stupid ad. I am paying quite a lot for the service and that’s a basic error

  @TheEricGoldman @hbomax It does the same thing for a bunch of the Smiling Friends post credits scenes too. Honestly one of the worst ideas I’ve ever seen implemented into a streaming service

  @hbomaxhelp @TheEricGoldman Dear HBO Max Help I tried your suggestion but it did not seem to clear up the issue. This method does not seem to fix dogshi*t decisions made by a streaming company. I will continue to look for a fix and will get back to you when I find it

  My daughter asked to watch a show with me tonight and it's only on Disney+. I got excited because she's usually running around doing her own thing. She's 6, almost 7, so she's finding all kinds of new things to do, but tonight, it was father daughter time! We get settled in, and what do you know, Disney+ is still doing the same thing I've called and complained about. It's beyond frustrating. We've been customers since inception, but tonight I had to pull the trigger and cancel it. When you can't do something as simple as watch a streaming service because you can't "update your household," it's frustrating as hell. Bye, @DisneyPlus. Bye, @hulu. Bye, @hbomax. Fix your service!
