@THR Hey @hbomax Please fix your app. It keeps randomly turning on subtitles with each new episode while I’m binging. Yes, they are clearly turned OFF. Yes, I’ve tried deleting the app and putting back on. Thanks

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for reaching out. :) These are two separate issues, though the HDCP error has happened with HBOMax, the specific issue with the HBOMax app is that it doesn’t load easily and takes several tries to get a show to run. I replaced an old Roku, in part, to get HBOMax to work.

@HBOMaxHelp Thanks for the reply. Let me clarify—an episode starts, and the subtitles toggle on. I am able to turn them off without issue. But when the episode ends and the next one begins, they come back on and the option for English subtitles is automatically enabled.
