    @HBOMaxHelp No it says, “cannot play title. We’re having trouble playing this video. Please try again later” been saying that for the past 3 days. My app is updated, Roku system is updated and I’ve deleted HBO Max and redownloaded it, redid my internet connection and it still that error msg.

    @TVMoJoe @hbomax @Roku Ah, that’s why the profile screen and the loading icons look different. It worked so much better this weekend than the last few months. (Now if we only knew why the Apple TV app on Roku refuses to work. Had to improvise to watch Ted Lasso this weekend.)

    @HBOMaxHelp charge problem.. u guys charged me on sunday for my regular monthly service.. I decided to do the full year deal however you were supposed to subtract what I was already billed from the amount for a year.. you are asking my credit card for the full amount

    @jodywhitesides They are literally incapable of fixing it. @Xfinity tells us it's @hbomax, and then HBO support tells us it's an Xfinity problem. We've swapped out boxes, rebooted countless times(>30?), had a tech onsite. BTW, stream HBO outside of Xfinity...works fine.

    @HBOMaxHelp I signed up yesterday for the reduced rate for 6 months. I tried to sign in today and it says I'm not signed up. Now the sale is gone???!!! WHAT??! Help?

    @hbomax hello, build 51645 on the Roku and my back button seems to no longer work. From my GUI changes I'm guessing a recent update broke it? Is this a known issue?

    Does anyone at @hbomax or @LastWeekTonight ever watch their own captions? Because they are awful and always have been. Always at least a full 5-10 second lag while still missing whole chuncks of monologue. How can you continue to put such **** quality out for folks who need CC?

    Ima need @Roku and @hbomax to get it together. There should be no reason why I can’t play any of these movies/shows. It’s been like this for going on 3 days now! Charging me to stream but your app doesn’t work on my Roku tv? That’s a total rip off!
