    @hbomax Your customer service is HORRIBLE! In the past 12 days, I've made 13 calls. Over 3 hours talking! A service tech still hasn't e-mailed. My service still doesn't work. How is it ok I'm paying you for something that does not work? And no refund allowed? #badcustomerservice

    @borrachacansada I don’t understand why they think making the error message sound like a kid who just **** their pants will increase my confidence in the app or make me less pissed. @hbomax fix your app…and change your pants.

    @NatalieMedlock @maia_mcc @hbomax I know you are proud of your work in the film, and good for you for getting it, and I'm sure you were very convincing in it given everyone's surprise at the twist ending. But this is a fake, non-documentary that Ollie didn't deserve to get made, that no one needed, and does harm.

    @HBOMaxHelp -- please fix your app so it works with @googlefi's VPN and doesn't tell me I'm outside the service area. Their tunnel terminates in the continental US. Every other streaming service works fine!

    @hbomax Day 2 of trying watching something. Play 5 minutes then crashed. Are y’all doing anything about this? I thought it was just me but apparently I’m not the only person paying for a service that doesn’t work

    @mikegreenee @hbomax Yes. Disconnect roku and co next, unistill App and reinstall, reboot modem and wifi. Like we all havent tried these b4. I have an open ticket to their help desk after I called. Still nothing. U should try. Go to hbo customer service and they call u back
