@HBOMaxHelp I've removed every device from my profile, I've updated roku, and I've uninstalled/re-installed the hbomax app on all my tvs, to be told that I'm still outside the US. I'm using my Hotspot for internet connection and it says my Ip address is Dallas, TX. Help please

@OfficialGVTC two days ago I called to report that I couldn’t watch @hbomax because it was saying I was not in the service area. The @OfficialGVTC tech told me they are aware of the problem and working to resolve it. Two days have gone by and it still doesn’t work!

I’ve seen a number of these tweets previously, and they are all correct. I do not understand @hbomax decision to go to market with the worst UI ever (as evidenced by anyone who has ever tried to fast forward or reverse).

@HBOMaxHelp I subscribe through Hulu and there is no sign-in option on the Roku HBO MAX app. Every time I try to play anything it asks me to subscribe. This app never works for me—please help!

So I just finished @JamesGunn #TheSucideSquad and I really enjoyed it. But @hbomax REALLY has to figure out the streaming quality. Every couple minutes, the stream would stop and buff. It doesn't happen to any other services I have, ala Netflix, Disney + or Hulu. Please fix prob

@BryanMyrick @hbomax Lol it’s actually BETTER than @Showtime app, which can be borderline unusable at times. As a QA Engineer, it kills me that nobody seems to go through and actually use the apps before releasing them.
