@IBKR Hey - This morning I am not receiving the SMS to connect to TWS or getting it after like 20 minutes. Any issue on your sms provider side ?
@housing_human @IBKR @CharlesSchwab That said, you may get the same or better support from TD and their interface is superior; guess it would hinge on Schwab checking/debit/credit card offers and your familiarity with each interface. I refuse to use brokerages with bright-colored clients, so Schwab gets a knock
Worst user interface and trading screens online: @Vanguard_Group Worst mobile app that has had unfixed problems since forever: @Fidelity Worst trade history and account reporting functionality: @IBKR
It's 2021 of the 21st century and you cannot get trade history for an individual security off the screen or in accounts at @IBKR. How nuts is that? Even @Vanguard_Group and @Fidelity, whose apps and user interfaces are awful, can give you that pretty easily in accounts.
@averygrrl @IBKR @CharlesSchwab There used to be some service .... Now it is almost "**** you". I raised a concern that they are keeping trades inhouse / not posting them on the exchange (there is free money and a clear arb in the trade). Their answer - do whatever you want, we will not be looking into this
@jameswhelan42 @IBKR I tried all that. Callled support they agreed that "we have an issue we r trying to fix it."
@IBKR I haven't been able to trade for the past 2 hours because the IB server reset is failing today, maybe IB should sort out it's existing products before offering new ones?
@IBKR systems seems to have now been down for over two hours! I guess they were not prepared for this market volatility. Does this make $IBKR a good short tomorrow morning?

Data is down at @IBKR, verification app throws error message, help email interface throws error message, even Read Only does not have data. And there is no way to contact @IBKR as usual. They make it really hard. System status says "all fine." But that is not true.

@JudySma89477534 @IBKR Yeah. "IMPORTANT: Due to a technical issue clients may be unable to access our Account Management system. We are working to address the issue." See if TWS works for you, it was working last night.
