@IBKR #IBKR Has anyone else had a problem getting the interest for the IB Notes that were redeemed early on 6/2/21 credited to their account. In the past I have always received it on the day of the redemption but this time I still haven't received it.

@IBKR not getting my one time password and at this very moment I want to close a trade and you will ask prof when I call later and say technical issues are bound to happen and will ask for proof and such a terrible service for a fee which you guys are stealing.

@sterndavidi @BillAckman @IBKR Yes but why should I have to change my broker for a stock I purchased on the NYSE so that I can now hold a stock on EU? I hope that makes sense. If I wanted to go with IB or TD I would have. I chose Hatch in NZ because of careful research and excellent service. ADR is the answer.

@IBKR I am an advisor that has been working with you for almost 4 years. Is very frustrating to have new accounts that take one month or more to complete the opening process on your side. How am I supposed to give a good service to my clients with that kind of delays?
