    @IBKR mostly for some. a customer has documented 2 hour wait to speak to order desk in effort to close a losing position. the loss went from $2000 to $5000 in that time $tsla option. customer support advise the have no options quote and can’t guess market could be 100 pts wide

    @IBKR Now I'm locked out of my account citing multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This is actually beyond comical. You should be embarrassed at your lack of communication, lack of appropriate contingency plans in place and for your atrocious time to resolution on this issue!

    @IBKR Forget the app for now. I was able to access my account via desktop/mobile (page URL). Account is manageable - some connectivity issues specifically to permissions as of right now.

    @biotequity Yeah @IBKR down like this sounds like a hack job .. and no redunancy in their systems either ... no communication to customers all day ... very bad ...

    @unilateralquest @IBKR The "Mostly recovered" message has been displayed for the last few hours. But as you said #IBKR has an interesting definition of "Mostly". This is getting ridiculous... I thought TD Ameritrade was bad... this is another level.

    @enter_order @BlogJulianKomar @IBKR I just got off from phone support. They helped me log in the site and said that the app was still not working. They told me I close positions. However, it doesn’t work trading is still not working. I’m waiting for a call back

    @IBKR @captrader it’s still not working. This is very annoying. Will have to look for other options next year
