    @IBKR delisting of chinese telecom stocks (specifically $CHA) has been revoked and yet I am still getting this error message when I try to buy pre-market, “Transactions in this instrument are limited to closing-only trades” - problem with IBKR or...?

    @IBKR Long time client, Having horrible experience. Trying to get help via phone. Over 1 hour and still waiting. It is becoming urgent as it involves our accounts migration. We have a problem and chat failed to help and need a better way to contact IB.

    @IBKR To bad your data feeds are down. Again. Second system issue in as many weeks and it doesn't help when you shut down your customer secretive when clients need it the most. Your business model is doomed.

    @IBKR Quick followup to previous tweet. Finally got through by phone and problem solved. However, waiting for over an hour to get through was aggravating and not correct for a financial company. IB is great, but could be better in this area.
