@IBKR TWS is buggy and antiquated. IBKR Desktop is so full of bugs it's barely usuable atm. What are we supposed to use? Why is software quality so low for such a large broker?

@SmallCapSmarts @IBKR I may have seen a firsthand situation which contributed to this. Previously they could go *surprisingly* deep into negative equity territory (read - it's your problem, then it's their problem), so there is that. The world has fat tails. Maybe a broker known for good borrow (and by extension smallcaps) like centerpoint would be a good add if this is the arena in question.

Zero support, ridiculously obnoxious requirement to install a phone app just to login? 1990's GUI? 5-10 sec delay every time you click something? Broken withdraw system that wont send notifications to your phone but then says you've exceeded withdrawals for the month? 🤡🤡🤡
