    @IBKR 9 months ago or so, I send my documents for the aperture of a account and I send 2,000 USD to fund the account because you told me it would help to open de account faster, now you told me the process was refused but you didn't refund me the money. How can I solve this problem?

    @FlowAnalyst @IBKR It's working now, I think I somehow managed to download invalid instrument symbols for the ES? The heck.... how is that even possible idk TWS kept losing data itself, which makes using their API awful. Ah well, glad the ES didn't crash while I was fixing it, I'm 20 long.

    Anyone else having problems with futures data on @IBKR tonight? I've been having issues with everyone, and I'm paying for all these separate feeds. About to cancel all my professional data subscriptions because half of them don't work. When one doesn't work, they're ALL useless.

    @IBKR If you want the best in WORST IN CLASS trading software, go with $IBKR - their CEO cares more about CNBC ads than the platform integrity / it’s 100% useless with their newest version of TWS.

    @IBKR Listing the wrong cost basis for recent trades for the 6th trading day in a row. Cant get ahold for customer support. Closing my accounts with them. - They messed up the cost basis by more than $30 a share. Incredible.

    @IBKR Hi interactive broker. Ok i have a problem with you. I made a wire transfer since 20 days and no news of it. But, the real problem is : there is no way to contact you. From my home, all you "24 / 24 - 7/7 " tel number can't be join (one in the USA goes to a fire-department)...

    @IBKR I began composing new tickets on 11/29 re: IRA Conversion. You have never responded to me. I decided to write ALL Departments. Where is the service. Obviously time sensitive but it seems you don't care.
