    @IBKR @bull_jared39128 Hey IBKR, since you are responding on X now, how about addressing the issue I raised last Monday. Your 10.45.1 forced update broke the TWS RTD. No one from customer service will respond to my support ticket, no one responds to Facebook comment and no one responds to X

    The AI customer support agents give you useless canned information. These AI agents do not understand the nuances of the qst, which is okay, but refusing to pass the qst to human agents in not okay. @IBKR I pay you guys serious money in commission. Can I get some help?

    Just got all my clients to accept leaving @IBKR for another broker. Feels good. It's not the stinking pile that is TWS, or the costs, or the smug arrogance of the back office. It's the mindset that produced layer upon layer of problems with security, the API, and data calls.

    @RetiredRtard @Wealthsimple I've had no issues with WS, I think they're great alternative to Big Banks, I use them and @IBKR for trading. There seems to be more to this story...maybe a probate issue

    @IBKR today I have tried to open TWS in 3 different PCs and it stalls at the "reading layout configuration" screen. I uninstalled the latest version of the software and installed the stable version and had the exact same results. Never had this problem before. I accessed your website and there is no record of such problem currently.

    The level of incompetence at @IBKR is impressive. 8 days I've had my account locked with a position open costing me thousands of dollars. Everyday I'm on the phone with them for hours being passed to the next department @IBKR you guys suck so bad

    @renatodelarento @Trading212 @IBKR IBKR: interesting info. But 4me, I can't digest all the incoming on the investment front for myself. That's why I'm willing to pay someone (they get a cut of my investment) who is more trained than myself. My training: fight fires, b a paramedic, fix auto body's, & not worry.

    @tradingview your team desperately needs to patch the issue with constant and random sign outs from integrated brokers, specifically @IBKR. The connectivity is absurdly inconsistent and now your verification prompts have stopped working properly

    I recently opened an IBKR Darwin account @IBKR @Darwinexchange - i was told the process would take 1 day I got my approval and tried to access the services but hit with “ineligible” to add funds. Darwin have told me it’s in IBKR’s hands and they cannot help me. It’s been 10 days now and nobody can help me. Pretty shocking experience so far

    On the @IBKR institutional Client Services line, an India call center handles my security issues. It takes >2 hours to work through my 2FA issues. On the @IBKR retail Client Services line, I speak to a US person and it takes less than 15 minutes to work through the SAME ISSUES.

    I'm a client of both Chase and Interactive Brokers. Does anyone at @Chase know why Requests for Payment I initiate from @IBKR do not show up for approval on Chase's website or your app? I've wasted well over 60 minutes talking to your help line and they have no clue. Thank you.

    @IBKR So you guys are playing accounts liquidation, customers cannot transfer money between own accounts in order to cover margins, since transfer page is not working. I am going to fill a complain to CBI
