    @IBKR Do you have any idea that your customer service may be worse then TD Webbrokers. Ive been trying for 2 weeks to set up account no one picks up the ohone and when i select call backs i havent received 1 in 2 weeks so obviously that system doesnt work

    @calvinfroedge @IBKR That means asks had dried down. HFT put such trades because they are required to stay in the market at all times. There's simply no market and the order would be canceled after some time.

    I called @IBKR this morning to speak with customer service regarding an issue with my account. I was waiting (listening to the crappy music) for more than an hour. I got tired and hang up. My question is why have a contact phone number if your customer can not get help via phone?

    @IBKR @Tvitoje The system update says all good to go but I can’t even view my holdings or statistics on the app or the browser for almost 12 hrs. Customer service can’t even guarantee it’ll be back up during market hours. Are you kidding me

    @LEAHCIM_P @jimcramer I want to say this again here. @IBKR would not allow me to buy a share. I had a cash account with sufficient settled cash. It takes two days minimum for trades to clear on the account. So crazy stuff went down

    What's worse than draw downs like today? When you have to restart your brokers software in the middle of it. About done with @IBKR's TWS. What's the point of good execution if the damn thing is frozen when you are potentially going to have to execute something... sigh.

    @TuckSantoro @IBKR Are they targetting certain accounts and removing trading permissions? How is there not a bigger uproar. This happens way to often... I can barely find mention of this error anywhere.

    @IBKR Finally able to receive help after a long wait and quite a bit of luck. I think brokers should explore options for paid preferential support, more automated help, announcing queue position while waiting on call. #ibkr

    @IBKR is the worst possible broker in the entire world. Their platform is straight out of the 90's, their support haven't replied to my two tickets that are 2 weeks old, their platform is lagging, it doesn't display live data despite buying it 3 times, nothing is str8forward.
