@IBKR OK, after about 90 minutes on hold I finally got through to someone to reset the login attempts. The reset attempt consisted of me giving my name and username, then a tap on the phone notification. Not convinced that forcing me to make that phone call resulted in better security.

@IBKR The ShitBrokers.. Your service is still down. No prices for many instruments. This is incredible.. Whole day with zero service. Even though the "logging in" is happening, there are zero prices for whole groups of symbols and instruments.. No trade is possible.
