  @Dilpree28887118 @IBKR A lot of distress and frustration. There's absolutely no reason for them to block my access to my accounts. It's unethical. The affected customers. They must be sued, and an ALERT must be issued to customers to avoid the BAD SERVICE and disrespect of this trap called ibkr.

  @IBKR Ur total garbage. I switched from schwab and swith back after one day. U dont tell people u have to have 100k to get best margin rate then at 1259. All margins go up to 50% and u sell some of my stocks. Customer service is trash also..u should be shut down

  @IBKR Worst broker for trading small caps on the planet. They will lock you from exiting your position whenever they feel like it and you will lose 5-10x more before the cap is lifted.

  @IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

  @MazFuryCabbage @IBKR You have to go to settings and get permission to trade US stocks and make fx transactions. I opened a USD account as well. You need to use the help function, it's a complex platform.
