Other brokers are moving quick on this and your web ticket reps are uninformed. Many are waiting on this information. Pls help

Requires ID, Password, then an SMS Code (which always worked_ but now takes you to a page that requires scanning a QR Code on your phone using the phone APP. Nothing but HELL. Missed trades, timed put while trying to update information, and on and on. Tried talking to HELP but could not even understand the individual claiming to speak English (no offence to the person). If you cannot communicate, then what is the purpose of HELP? So now logging in through PORTAL requires both the lap top and a cell phone APP to use the lap top.
