@0neW0r1d0neLife @IBKR I got this, I also started a ticket. There’s a setting I found on IBKR where you can choose to receive cash dividends or reinvest and it’s set to cash by default but I don’t understand if that will help

Just wow @IBKR! I can't access the client portal for the last 50+ days. And now I can't place trades because of verification issues. Well, guess what? I can't verify because I cannot access the client portal. Amazing!

@IBKR I registered last night. Setup user + pwd and took note of them. Then submitted ALL my documents. This morning I got the confirmation email. Clicked on the link, tried my username/password combination...no dice. Q. how do you expect a new customer to have any confidence in u ?1/2

@IBKR Hi. I’m trying to figure out how to view options’ volume for each strike in the client portal/IBKR iPhone app option chains. I can only see bid/ask sizes. There’s no dedicated column for volume. Contacting customer support did not help.
