    @IBKR Your support is TRASH! I already sent about 5 requests weeks, some month ago. Still no answer. I dont think I will ever get one. And there is no other way to resolve my issues with IBKR. So there is no solution for my problems, while IBKR stock is skyrocketing. Shame on you!

    My goodness I can't wait to leave @IBKR now Friday and today always communication errors when trying to load the option chain and can't make a move. You guys absolutely suck and don't care a bit about your clients. Spare me the web ticket message you're about to drop.

    If a broker, @IBKR in this case, say you can only reduce risk (due to Kospi issues apparently, more likely they have run out of margin), but in actual fact they wont let you trade a product you have a position in at all, are they liable for any ensuing losses ?

    @IBKR Really need to work on the UI and also if the website is going to be so complicated you need to make accessing live support much less difficult

    @IBKR It takes more than 10 days to open account in Israel and still waiting . This is level of service of the 80'.

    @IBKR what are you going to do about my account that still has money inside but able to sign in or reset, stupid thing is, I need to sign in to submit a ticket. Phone support not useful, they say unable to find my account. I have screenshots of me transferring money in the account

    @IBKR I have spent the week trying to get thru to a person to talk to about my account. Your automated phone service hangs up when you select speak to agent. It tells you to log in but it does not log in. And tells you contact customer service for login assistance.

    After @DoorDash, @RobinhoodApp is now launching an MCP server to work with agents directly. The fact that they're opening to agents is the tell that the UX/UI moat these consumer platforms built is already eroding, and in a few years it won't be worth much. DoorDash is better positioned than Robinhood thanks to its physical delivery infrastructure. If @IBKR or other cheaper brokers open agent access, Robinhood is in real trouble (execution is a commodity the moment the agent is the user).
