    Everybody is talking about the @RobinhoodApp MCP, but almost nobody is talking about @IBKR launching something similar. Interesting choice, though: @IBKR went with a ChatGPT app instead of an MCP server, so I can't actually use it in codex. Only in ChatGPT.

    If you are an executive at @IBKR or you are @shayne_coplan and you are wondering why your Climate Market volume is in the toilet - consider that your resolution source is DELETING data prior to resolution. You are resolving markets on bad data.

    @NBee007 @IBKR Disaster trying to login through the Website Portal on a Lap Top, only to be directed to the Cell APP, then back to the Portal for another type of Code, a SMS Code, a Challenge Code, then to a page on the Lap top Website to scan a code on your phone app (why when I am logging in on my laptop??), then over here, then there, then 2 hours is gone and still cannot login. Cannot submit a request for help unless you can login. Try calling? Cannot understand what the person is saying. Pathetic Platforms. Then, as Ten Beers has observed, you get a Canned Response in "X".

    @IBKR I can't open my IBKR account. It’s been inactive for 6 months and I've been trying to reopen it for the last 2 months. Why is the interface not user-friendly? I've also been contacting customer support for a month, but their responses aren't helpful...

    @IBKR Could you change the requirement for proof of overseas address to proof of address? Countless Chinese people are blocked from registering because of this address issue.

    On the @IBKR institutional Client Services line, an India call center handles my security issues. It takes >2 hours to work through my 2FA issues. On the @IBKR retail Client Services line, I speak to a US person and it takes less than 15 minutes to work through the SAME ISSUES.

    @IBKR I have been trying to open a professional account for a mounth now. (Charles Gave Media). I have sent absolutely every document under french law yet your compliance service, that must be outsourced, demands some more documents that do not exist under french law. You keep asking fir registre des bénéficiaires effectifs, we have given this document under lawyer signature many time now. You have the statuts, the Kbis, attestation from our lawyer, CEO signatures. After a month of going back and forth could you please, please DO SOMETHING about it?

    I deposited 5k into @IBKR to test out my trading bot being they have API available.. I have already withdrew the money back out for two reasons. One, the gateway portal seems to have been created in 1998. Awful UI. Second, and the most pertinent was the death by auth codes.

    @IBKR So you guys are playing accounts liquidation, customers cannot transfer money between own accounts in order to cover margins, since transfer page is not working. I am going to fill a complain to CBI

    @IBKR It's been 2 months I requested a modification of my name and other data in the platform and didn't receive any response. That's not serious, how do you expect me to transfer a large amount of funds if customer support is inexistent?

    I really want to use @IBKR and twice now I've tried to fund and set up an account. Their insistence on you having your phone nearby to check their mobile app for some code every 10 minutes has caused me to give up each time. Awful experience and poor security design.

    @IBKR Genuinely shittiest trading app I’ve ever experienced Says my application was cancelled, but I tried to register a new account and it says my email is already registered. Can’t see **** after login sometimes, only left with user settings which I can’t even change ****
