    @IBKR It takes more than 10 days to open account in Israel and still waiting . This is level of service of the 80'.

    @IBKR And HORRIFIC SLIPPAGE that crushes P&L, with slow customer service in submitting trade busts to CBOE that costs clients money. I'm mad at you.

    @IBKR I would not recommend using this brokerage service as they seem to completely ignore any customer service. No human answers their telephone customer service line.

    @IBKR I have spent the week trying to get thru to a person to talk to about my account. Your automated phone service hangs up when you select speak to agent. It tells you to log in but it does not log in. And tells you contact customer service for login assistance.

    @D3GSolutions @IBKR Incredible there isn’t a good broker to use in 2026. TD Ameritrade was hands down the best but it’s gone now and nothing even compares now. Pathetic

    @CoreyCicero @TT_stocks_ @IBKR No it isn’t- I tried that. It’s free IF you only trade market hours- anything PM OR AH is 1% fees. Not to mention when I went to pull my money out they made me send my ID AND a video of me holding up my passport saying who I was lmao. Again worst broker I’ve ever had and I’ve had every single one

    I think @IBKR is the worst website interface and support experience I have ever had. That includes the DMV, gov tax website, etc.

    My goodness I can't wait to leave @IBKR now Friday and today always communication errors when trying to load the option chain and can't make a move. You guys absolutely suck and don't care a bit about your clients. Spare me the web ticket message you're about to drop.
