@IBKR I said nothing about difficulty in transferring funds. I just pointed out an error in what you want users to include as "Reference" when transferring funds, but you have been unable to find anyone who can understand the issue so you can fix it. I will just give up on this.

the top of the ipo market is @ibkr finally getting rid of their ridiculous price limit cap they've had on new issues. Today you can buy $BLSH at whatever price you want. Before they would have capped you at like $38 or something stupid. np

Really disappointed with @IBKR lately. Some streaming quotes fail on their outdated desktop app, but work on mobile (not the first time I see this issue). Support can't explain issues & no follow-through 48 hours later. They're letting themselves down—people will leave if they don't improve.

@IBKR I’m not receiving the verification email! The email isn’t arriving. And why was 2-factor authentication (2-FA) suddenly changed to 3-factor authentication (3-FA)? I didn’t authorize this. I want to log in only using the authenticator. And I don’t want to be restricted just because I’m using a VPN. I can't even send a support request via website or reach out via phone call except on office hours. Your lack of support options are disgusting.

@IBKR I tried IBKR for algo trading and passed. You need TWS/IB Gateway (or the Client Portal Gateway) running 24/7, sessions auto-restart daily, and there’s still periodic manual login/2FA—usually about weekly. For a hands-off stack, that’s a deal-breaker for me.
