    @IBKR what’s the alternatives to interactive brokers, been unable to trade on my mobile the last two weeks and has cost me a lot of money? Sent many messages with no reply and phoned multiple times and service was pathetic

    @IBKR I have a serious account issue and I opened a ticket on May 11th & followed up on May 13 & 17. NOT ONE RESPONSE?? I called on May 13 & spoke with someone who was going to escalate it. I called back today, still not one response. This is the worst customer service.

    @IBKR Seems like the DAX index is not available on TWS and via IB Gateway this morning, with latest 984.2f . I would appreciate if you would announce this in your "Current System Status" web page, so far it was green, no issues.

    Trying to help out an Irish guy who wants to invest about 5k a year (monthly). I always recommend trusts. Looking at brokers, as far as I can make out @IBKR are the only ones available for purchasing #investmenttrusts given that @Trading212 is STILL not accepting new sign-ups.

    @IBKR Whats going on with your app. It says no more market data. Also it keeps saying margin cushion used whenever im on a cash account the stock prices have stayed the same but im down half my portfolio whats up. Is there monthly fees now to use this

    @IBKR has to be the worst new brokerage experience. Over a week and a half still processing after saying 1-3 business days. This is why your losing to every other brokerage despite having better features and rates
