    @IBKR Hi, I applied for an account and got it approved but I've changed my mind, I requested a cancelation and it says the status is "Pending" and there's a text telling me to contact customer services because of an Error.

    Trying since more than 2 weeks and not getting any proper reply , it’s just for verifying the account(live chat cannot connect to the server of the application - emails are received after 1 week for each sentence and even the reply is not Clear) @IBKR hesitating on trading 😖

    @IBKR @mmaunder Using SMS messages for 2FA are less secure than not using 2FA at all. The SecureCard+ is not independently vetted for security risks, costs $20, and is another nuisance to carry. Get advice from a security expert, such as @troyhunt . Then fix the password paste and 2FA.

    @TraderNewsFeed @IBKR I actually got thru after waiting for a total of just under 2 hours So it is possible, albeit super slow (it's crazy they are throwing away custom by not investing in their support)
