@IBKR not sure how you guys are rated best online broker in 2020. i clearly see u guys going to bottom in 2021 with a very poor customer service and hold on cash transfer policy. i m definitely moving out to a different broker. This is just my 2nd day and horrible experience.

@IBKR was on hold for 1:30hrs. Rep was horrible to deal with couldn’t help me with my concerns! Was looking to open up an account, had questions about the demo. Couldn’t see pricing on the charts and other things. The rep hangs up on me after 20mins and doesn’t answer anything!

has anyone else noticed @IBKR interactive brookers trying to fhk over traders? it seems unreal and crazy but 2 weeks ago i had put avg of 0.37 cents, i woke up. they increased it to $1.15. $FCEL swing short $18.67 avg and today it said my short avg is $8 and i am down big

@IBKR a perfect negative 5 star for having the worst customer service in the industry. The technology behind their Client Portal is just as bad. It will lock you out of your account and you won' t have access to your funds until it's fixed. Stay away!
