    Anyone else have $PUCKW at @IBKR and see the clerical error that made it drop out of their portfolio should be sending a message to them and ask how in the hell a warrant drops out of their holdings when it has over a year life remaining. This is my morning currently

    @IBKR Correction: spend MORE time worrying using TWS. Use our unreliable software that can’t load intraday charts fast enough whilst enjoying “attempting to retrieve data” errors

    @IBKR TWS is trash. Intraday charts are loading too slow. Fix your market data because we are tired of seeing “attempting to retrieve data”

    @IBKR tws is rubbish compared to its competitors that is why every day it has very bad reviews on youtube and many serious traders leave the broker for lightspeed, centerpoint, cobra trading ,Tradestation , no one wants to lose money because a broker does not invest in their software

    @IBKR I'm sorry but the Portal is very unstable... - trade permissions keeps disconnecting then takes forever to reconnect - valid symbols charts do not load and show "invalid symbol" - account pages completely freeze rendomly Broswer cache is clean, your side is problematic...

    @IBKR when they are going to have a better desktop platform the worst thing that IBR has is TWS made in Java and poor execution one has to pay a third party for better software

    @dinnerdrengen @IBKR They told us after a series of phone calls to submit a support ticket and acknowledged it is an issue on their end. This is wholly inappropriate @IBKR and we are not happy campers. This is not on your customer to submit a ticket when you acknowledge the error is on your part.

    @IBKR why is charting options pricing on specific strikes so slow to load up ? sometimes it doesnt even show up.. how do i fix this? its not my net connections for sure.

    @IBKR can we please get these glitching issues fixed guys... im having to log out and log in multiple times a day. this is extremely inconvenient. im always shilling you guys to everyone but this isnt the experience i want for others nor myself. its consistently gotten worse.

    @IBKR Do you guys have any idea how clunky your system is? I was trying to open an account but your system is too stupid to let me upload my license. If you can't do simple things right, how could I trust you as a broker? I am done wasting another minute of my time here.

    @IBKR I've been trying to close my account since you bought it from Folio. Over 6 months of delay, needless approval documents and zero real customer service. Not to mention having funds trapped in a falling market you just suck

    @AthanaDipls The customer service at @IBKR is the worst in the business. Was on hold for ~2 hrs to speak to a rep so I can initiate a transfer to fidelity. Had to submit a web ticket. Did that & 10 days later still no response or action.

    @BackpackerFI @IBKR Pro only charges 0.75% margin interest on any amount borrowed over $50 mil with current federal interest rates. Profiting off of that spread is stupid easy. Just sayin’.
