    @IBKR But it is so complex / an admin hurdle to get a margin loan even though I am a customer (individual a/c) with a sizable balance. I do not understand why IBKR makes clients provide a credit report when the onus should be on IBKR to do this and underwriting appropriately.

    @robjh2 @IBKR I did get a reply, but no solution. They said they have a software bug regarding the migration. I ended up opening a new account under my name and then doing an internal transfer - so far of the available cash. I should be able to do securities next week

    @IBKR has locked up over $60,000 of our Investment Club's money. Worst customer service ever! I've spent 6+ hours on hold in the last 3 months. I have asked to withdraw funds and their website says "The functionality is currently not available". NEVER do business with this CO

    Avoid @IBKR at all cost. Worst company in the world. If you forget your username, good luck closing your account before they charge you a silly inactive account fee! Customer support doesnt answer and you're left running in circles! JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

    @IBKR They checked my documents for three months and didn't give me access to the trade. The website is slow, you can't get through on the phone. In general, the impression that some small and cheap office. IB works like turtles and sloths. I had to close an unopened account

    My view on current deleveraging and why few stocks are suffering more - In Oct 2020, i have 4x leverage on my @IBKR account, I didn't use, but it was available - since Feb 2021, the margin available has gone down consistently on my account, as of now, I am using 4% & that's it

    I find Interactive Brokers @IBKR repeatedly to have the worst customer service of any broker I've ever dealt with. Such a bummer, as I love their platform. You call for platform help and they talk down to you as if you should already know the answer.

    anybody out there trade TOPIX $topx futures? are they section 1256 contracts? on interactive brokers $ibkr they seem to account for them on the 1099-B which seems strange to me. thanks to anybody who can help. @IBKR

    @IBKR Unable to open and close positions due to an issue with the trade permissions. Sent a ticket - no reply. Tried the live chat - twice waited for 20 minutes with no reply. Used to be a great service back in the days. Shame.
