    @IBKR This does not negate the fact that I incurred losses due to the inability to login and close specific trades on time. Your online chat have not been available all day to resolve issues either. What do you propose we do?

    I have a @TDAmeritrade Account that I haven’t funded. I’d love to use it instead of @IBKR (in the long term) but I always have a fear that because people in Ireland can’t open TD accounts something bad could happen and money gets locked away or something. Irrational?

    @BlogJulianKomar @IBKR I was able to get back online only 15min before the end of the day - basically almost 8h outage. Not even an apology mentioned in the ceo‘s announcement Mail - I guess I was just not a high profile account to be restored more quickly?

    @IBKR absolute nightmare trying to get any assistance from customer service. Hours on hold today, finally get thru, only to get disconnected. Locked out of acct. This is unacceptable.

    @IBKR Do you test your site outside of the US? Lots of issues (see e.g. the IB Reddit), people suggesting a VPN as workaround...

    @IBKR That is incorrect info. Price on options of major, liquid ETFs are not available. How do you expect people to trade? You have not and on top of that your customer service never picks up the phone.
