    @IBKR My bid & ask spreads disappeared. I had to restart TWS to get them back. Then i was getting messages that I was under pdt and i wasn't alliwoded to trade. I am not uber pdt. Not even close to it. I shut down TWS & restarted. That resolved the issue.

    Tried to use @IBKR app to buy some QQQ and it was such a bad experience. This is my first time investing so it was overwhelmingly complicated. I put in an application at @public but haven't heard anything back. Their app looks so much easier!

    @IBKR You must have Push notification enabled on your Phone to confirm your withdrawal request within the app. Otherwise please login to Client Portal and confirm your Withdrawal request. ?

    @IBKR Failure! Broker issue: In the middle of the night, IB (Interactive Brokers) Canceled my entire order book, Including stops that were working overnight on futures positions. I deem this unacceptable for a platform to cancel stop orders and can not remain a customer there with any confidence Does anyone have a good broker/platform recommendation that offers access to everything? Futures, Options, Stocks, in US/Europe/Asian Markets? #LEAVEIBKR

    .@IBKR what happened with leverage ETFs order. I see that suddenly I have started getting error that I don’t have permission to trade this type of securities. Whereas I am trading leveraged ETFs since last six years without any issues except today.

    @MichaelENewton1 @nottatowl @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    @Desi_Trade It’s one of those things I thought would never happen to me… just got notified from IBKR that they are shutting down my account. It’s crazy that they @IBKR does this.

    @IBKR The issue is quite simple. I cannot invest in anything unless I lie about my income. People in pensions are not allowed to try and make money. Heaven forbid they actually get a foot up if they don't have a small fortune to use. What's wrong with knocking in 50 to $30 the minimum?

    @IBKR The worst customer service EVER! I started an application on Thursday 3/19 and I already hate you. Was denied trading permission for futures on a cash account. Nobody can tell me why I was denied or what the requirements to trade futures are.

How do I get in touch with someone regarding this. Please help!!!!

    @IBKR And there is even no way to get this escalated to a senior ops executive. One of the most ineffective ops process and response team and never expected this from @IBKR I am on the verge of closing down the account

    @IBKR Why is TWS doing the following all of a sudden? Secondary confirmation order tickets opening on their own = delays. Sounds confirmations not working. Log-in confirmation not being sent to phone ap half of the time. Aggravating as hell.
