  @IBKR Ur total garbage. I switched from schwab and swith back after one day. U dont tell people u have to have 100k to get best margin rate then at 1259. All margins go up to 50% and u sell some of my stocks. Customer service is trash also..u should be shut down

  @alexkingsays @AskRobinhood Rey. Same experience. I eventually moved everything to @IBKR and haven’t looked back. Brokerage for adults, and actual customer support when you need it.

  @IBKR the worst investment platform I’ve ever dealt with! Random rules that forcibly convert currencies, AI shoved down my throat even when I clearly said it was not helping and I needed someone to look into my issue! So yeah, taking my business somewhere else.

  @IBKR Hey IBKR, you have changed the log in system to authentification based on SMS code. There are multiple ways to log in but EVERY ONE requires SMS. To get log in help also, you need SMS. What if the SMS number in your system is wrong AS IN MY CASE? I can't change it bc 1/2

  .@IBKR You guys are the worst. I set to sell my position with a limit and it passed that limit but no fill. I canceled it and made way lower limit but no sell. Tried many time with no fill. When the IV crashed I put a sell limit it got filled. So pathetic 🙄

  After @DoorDash, @RobinhoodApp is now launching an MCP server to work with agents directly. The fact that they're opening to agents is the tell that the UX/UI moat these consumer platforms built is already eroding, and in a few years it won't be worth much. DoorDash is better positioned than Robinhood thanks to its physical delivery infrastructure. If @IBKR or other cheaper brokers open agent access, Robinhood is in real trouble (execution is a commodity the moment the agent is the user).

  @IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

  @Sanji_vals @IBKR You can use the second 2Auth with an authenticator app from google or microsoft. Just make sure to connect them with cloud. If you loose your phone, download the app on the new one and login wirh authenticator app. Its really annoying to contact support, which is so difficult.
