My @Stash app randomly logged me out. To sign in I need a code. The email takes 20 minutes and the text never comes. By the time I get the email code it's expired. This is time sensitive money in the market. These companies can't support @Authy style 2fa? @IBKR you too!

@IBKR sold off ITM options due to POTENTIAL lack of liquidity if assigned, DESPITE the fact the trade was a spread and the other leg simply could have been exercised to offset any assignment of the short leg. WTF!?! That WASTED 50% of the profit on the trade. That's just STUPID!

@IBKR I get it, my friends and I are small fish, totally amongst us we spend around $100K/yr in commissions. Regardless, you will need to up your game VERY soon if we're to keep doing business with you. It's disrespectful at best and incompetent at worst. @IBKR management get to work!
