    @orrdavid @IBKR a lot of questions like AUM, structure (PA vs SMA vs Fund), what mkts do they trade, how often do they trade, do they short?, etc. And most importantly, where did they go? I'd love to find a better solution because IB is horrible.

    @orrdavid @IBKR Not sure if they'd be a good fit (I use them b/c they give good access to foreign markets), but MS Howells has shockingly good support.

    @Anonymous7902 @IBKR They're kind of trying to do the right thing. They gave me access to special support once I got big enough. But that team needs more power to override the system, especially in spots where it makes no sense not to. $IBKR shouldn't try to automate everything for big customers.

    @IBKR @IBKR what is going on with your chat support? 2 days I've been trying to use chat but every time I get a season expired message?? I'm trying to find out why on the website some charts don't show up anymore, but they did a few days ago?? Your support system sucks and I need help

    @orrdavid @IBKR Alternatives are all bad in their own way and you'll probably end up staying at @IBKR. Dash Prime for any account size and you're ok with Apex but you need an EMS. Clear Street and StoneX both have lower touch prime offerings if you're in an LLC but cost more.

    @TradeLightspeed We use both your service and Interactive Brokers @IBKR, no you can't beat their Margin rates and or their commissions but their service sucks, impossible to automate trading with their awful security requirements.

    @COMETcapital @IBKR Yep. But it's that rare time that counts. Especially when a customer needs 30 minutes of help over tens of millions of dollars.

    @Latrilife @IBKR I almost never ask for support but the few times I have, they've either been slow or rigidly said no way. This time they're actually responding now, after I posted this and emailed them saying they were losing a customer after the guy said "no exceptions".

    @orrdavid @IBKR I am going to start an IB customer support group. My fave story is I was supposed to be part of a DE Appraisal Rights dissenting shareholder group, but IB sent the docs too late, and I got kicked out. I did everything on my end in a timely and correct fashion. IB: too bad

    not able to trade on ibkr now, anyone else having that issue? @IBKR Tried the ibkr chat bot and it said "servers too busy" So I'm guessing others are having issues too.

    @orrdavid @IBKR the key to a deep moat is not that you please customers but that you piss off customers but they do not leave. methinks you are about to go thru the same process many others have (including myself) and end up back at IB. But I hope I am wrong and you share the better solution.

    @IBKR Submitted application for account opening and got email that it has been approved. Following instruction to log in to fund the account but got a error message "Your Application has been deleted"

    I'm ready to upgrade brokers. Can anyone suggest a good one for a high gross leverage investor - fair short borrow costs and rebates? @IBKR's rigid and terrible support has pissed me off one time too many. They are just so shockingly bad.

    @marketcallsHQ @algomojo I will be subscriber once the facility is enabled, as of now only @IBKR provides this for positional trades , but issue is order slicing is not supported for Indian market for conditional orders

    @IBKR Shout out to ***** at @IBKR for helping me resolve my issue. I really didn't expect it would get resolved. I hope their business continues to increase support for larger managers, which expands their business.
