Ticket #T877121. Are they sleeping on their beds. The issue has been escalated 4-5 times already. DO YOUR JOB!

MW (@mw_invests444) reported@Therichardralph @IBKR The interface isn't great not unlike IBKR but you seem ok with it. Decent control as you have with IBKR, selling lots, in app charts. Execution is good. Fx is currently 0.49% so that is a drawback and too high for me. There is a dumbed down app for basic use.

They must be sued, and an ALERT must be issued to customers to avoid the BAD SERVICE and disrespect of this trap called ibkr.

WhiskeyAndIce (@OptionsWolf77) reported@Sanji_vals @IBKR You can use the second 2Auth with an authenticator app from google or microsoft. Just make sure to connect them with cloud. If you loose your phone, download the app on the new one and login wirh authenticator app. Its really annoying to contact support, which is so difficult.
