@IBKR 1/2 - You have failed to call me back for over 48 hours, going on 72 hours b/c my phone was stolen and I'm locked out. This is unacceptable that you won't allow me in with all the documents I've emailed to you and that your 2-factor ID system is this terrible its failed twice.

@IBKR the timeout on your website for the login security code is ridiculously short. more often than not, i do not receive the code in time. many websites give 10 minutes. that's fair considering all the things that could go wrong. looks to me you'll give out far less. 🤡show.

If you buy/sell $USDT or $USDC, don’t trade directly SGD <-> USDT/C, you’ll get a bad exchange rate. Get a multicurrency acct w\@DBSbank and register an acct with a broker (I use @IBKR and @SaxoSingapore)… 3/8

@IBKR I've been with IB for >10 yrs and was satisfied with the reliability of its platform tws. But in recent yrs tws started to become unreliable and problematic & the customer service never helpful. The exposure charge could cost you a lot on daily basis. I wouldn't recommend.

@EmmetPeppers @waitbutwhy @IBKR But when you do end up needing it, IBKR service is an absolute nightmare probably the worst out of any of the big brokerages. I’ve stayed with them though bc their platform is far superior to others

Anyone else having problems with Interactive Broker @IBKR in the UK? Screens not rendering fully, auto-logouts randomly. The system is too broken to raise a web ticket, and they're not responding to me in Twitter DMs. I have same problem on multiple PCs, pretty sure it's not me?

@RobbyXie @waitbutwhy @IBKR Thanks, i need to ask for guidance on doing new stuff too…i thought Bloomberg was harder to pick up but had better service when you needed it (but also costs a ton to use Bloomberg vs. IBKR makes very little off each customer vs. other brokers)

@IBKR Hey, I just got an "unexpected error" trying to "Report a problem" about the email form not working, when I was trying to email you that your ticket system returns errors when I try to make a ticket about the trading platform being down. WTF? Do any engineers work there?

Just had a pretty poor fill on a stop limit buy in @IGcom acct. Even tho price moved through my much lower stop, & several prices in between, the buy eventually triggered with a much bigger slippage than I'm used to at @IBKR. Anyone else had similar problems with IG's fills?

@IBKR Fix the order confirmation window! Who ever updated the stable version this Tuesday messed up the 1 click instant orders, now you get a confirmation window when using hotkeys, hot buttons, or rapid order entry, no way to disable, making day trading impossible. $ibkr #ibkr
