@IBKR The contract size is 1/10 of the E-mini product, which can more accurately hedge the risk exposure changes of the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, and help to better control the risk/reward ratio of the trading strategy.

3 @IBKR while they offer many different ways of accessing markets and doing interesting trades, their customer support is absolutely horrible and their software stack is extremely dated. I had to dig out punch cards to use it so to speak.

@NatGasGuy1 @Josh_Young_1 @IBKR have same problem with TWS. the snapshot auto pops for every ticker, and now got an email saying my snapshot fees were high enough for free L1 data. called them from day 1 asking why the auto pop and was told just turn off streaming data that should do it, it didn't.

@NetparM @Josh_Young_1 @IBKR Right, same here. It doesn't pop up for futures or futures options only for equities. Some times I use it, but I have to click the button. But for equities it is automatic for some reason. This is a software bug I don't care what they say.

@lv_1 @BSEIndia @IBKR As of now, the main benefits seem to be on the banking side. Bringing remittance costs down. Costs on investing internationally is quite high. BSE likely to do better. IBKR platform is good so it makes sense to use it. Places where BSE could add value are forex and reporting

@IBKR Since 24 Jan I have been in touch with #IBKR customer service to help solve a critical issue with my portfolio positions. It's end of March and very little to no progress has been made. Defo NOT a no. 1 #Platform . @etrade did a much better job in a fraction of time.

@IBKR Now, if you just learned how to deliver a great 'Customer Experience' - instead of delivering low quality Customer Service on a consistent basis. Just try to contact a CSR and see how long it takes to actually resolve an issue. Also, there is NOBODY to lodge a complaint with.

@silberschmelzer @IBKR I mostly hold liquid ETFs and sell options against them. IBKR says you can still do so with them lent out and it doesn’t affect margin. Has there been any issues during times of volatility, like Jan 2018 and Mar 2020?
