@OddDiligence @IBKR ClearStreet talked up specializing in SPACs so CenterPoint might be good, probably catch a bunch of per issue fees though. For recurring issues, put the ticket to attention of the rep that solved your problem before and you can circumvent their "customer is wrong" attitude.

@Noah_G_TRD @IBKR Yea its a pretty bad experience.Especially when I open a ticket 2 weeks or so prior to fix the exp date and go through back and forth and escalations.. and they still don’t fix it before “expiration”. Happened on 2 separate securities to me this week. Few thousand$ into the abyss

@OddDiligence @IBKR Jeez sorry to hear. Which names if you don’t mind me asking? Hope it gets settled. They made one pretty inexcusable error for me a few months ago but havent been convinced that another platform was better all around (maybe some brokers could be better for some asset classes idk?)

@gruust @IBKR Having the exact same issue. I sent a ticket to IB, chat was not working and right now there is maintenance scheduled on account management. So, it's surely some bug or maintenance issue.

@IBKR I have an issue with my IBKR account, I receive a pop up requesting me to update my account info due to "multiple records found" and when I do the account sign in along with the two factor authentication code it says the "supplied username is not valid for account" pls help

@IBKR Fix your warrant expiration date IBKR! Opening ticket isn’t helpful either! My warrants disappeared when in reality they expire much later

@OddDiligence @IBKR Wow gotcha, yea that’s awful. Luckily I was never caught in one of those cases and have seen them update expirations upon merger close. Just assumed they handled it like a place holder and wouldn’t have expected liquidation like that.
