  @IBKR the worst investment platform I’ve ever dealt with! Random rules that forcibly convert currencies, AI shoved down my throat even when I clearly said it was not helping and I needed someone to look into my issue! So yeah, taking my business somewhere else.

  @IBKR 2/2, bc that needs SMS too. So I can't login, write a help ticket, fund my account bc of wrong SMS ( that's strange, bc I have updated my profile regularly. Try phoning, they say. Get a live agent. After a really long hold time I did get an agent but he could not 3/3

  @IBKR today I have tried to open TWS in 3 different PCs and it stalls at the "reading layout configuration" screen. I uninstalled the latest version of the software and installed the stable version and had the exact same results. Never had this problem before. I accessed your website and there is no record of such problem currently.

  @IBKR I would not recommend using this brokerage service as they seem to completely ignore any customer service. No human answers their telephone customer service line.

  My goodness I can't wait to leave @IBKR now Friday and today always communication errors when trying to load the option chain and can't make a move. You guys absolutely suck and don't care a bit about your clients. Spare me the web ticket message you're about to drop.

  @CoreyCicero @TT_stocks_ @IBKR No it isn’t- I tried that. It’s free IF you only trade market hours- anything PM OR AH is 1% fees. Not to mention when I went to pull my money out they made me send my ID AND a video of me holding up my passport saying who I was lmao. Again worst broker I’ve ever had and I’ve had every single one

  @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon Your software is such a pos. It is not sending the notification to my phone for me to login. I cannot access my account. I tried logging in with the QR code and it shows page not found. I need access to my account. You are just the software in the market. Total garbage

  @TheFlowHorse can i ask why when i trade on @IBKR i tried after hours etc and even if there is trade on nasdaq route at that bid price my bid orders is not execute even with 1% lower price or is like lagging sometimes to like that while hyperliquid/binance perps dont have this issue
