@IBKR After near a decade as a satisfied institutional client, in March IBKR showed bad behavior akin to the decline of other brokers we have dealt with the last 25 years. This sort of prolonged outage without alternative system, is another nail in the coffin. If not back up by 9:30...

Anybody getting into $ibkr trading platform, been down since 7am. Call center backed up, no answers @ibkr Sucks had 4 trades in, sure 1 popped off $snow sold 5 sh at 386, ca-Ching.

@IBKR IB: your authentication server went out before 7:00 AM Eastern and you're just updating the server status to show that it is down? You need a backup of both login/auth servers - weak link in the chain.
