I just spent more than half an hour resubmitting them thanks to a poor user interface and slow servers. This has happened before a few times and I believe will happen again. So could @IBKR at least offer a way to easily restore the cancelled orders?

super (@super509219312) reported@one_foothurdle @IBKR Happened to me too. Multiple orders got canceled. They said it was a technical issue on their end. But it it rather alarming, given that their support is hardly reachable. When situations like this happen, you need support more easily available to deal with it.

BullDriven (@BullDriven) reported@IBKR I have... they claimed they are waiting on finra regulatory notice but that is incorrect. That notice was issued 4/20/26 showing effective date 6/4/26. Other brokers are moving quick on this and your web ticket reps are uninformed. Many are waiting on this information. Pls help

Heaven forbid they actually get a foot up if they don't have a small fortune to use. What's wrong with knocking in 50 to $30 the minimum?

DC (@HalifaxDC) reported@speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR They apparently cancelled my order, and now it's saying I'm still short 150,000 Euros, but the problem is my base currency is USD and it won't let me switch it back. On hold with them on their "emergency number" lol. I'm going to assume that they have to fix it, in the end.

Theoretically, they should be a top broker, but they need to purge and replace their engineering department. Login issues today, poor site performance most other days. You had one job. @IBKR

Binay Jha (Chartered Accountant) (@binaycjha) reported@JacobMcGrew6 @IBKR Yes. It was a system issues which they are trying to resolve. But you need to call them and they need to reset all the accounts to make it work. After that you need to logout and login again.
