    @IBKR I find myself having to shut down and restart Traders Workstation twice a day. It is slow and a pain in the ***. I truly have had a terrible experience at IB. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person to get any type of support.

    I really want to use @IBKR and twice now I've tried to fund and set up an account. Their insistence on you having your phone nearby to check their mobile app for some code every 10 minutes has caused me to give up each time. Awful experience and poor security design.

    @IBKR It's been 2 months I requested a modification of my name and other data in the platform and didn't receive any response. That's not serious, how do you expect me to transfer a large amount of funds if customer support is inexistent?

    @IBKR is a garbage broker. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy some international stocks and it continues to not work. Meanwhile I've had to watch my main pick go up 70%. I've reached out to support, wasn't helpful. Was told 2-4 weeks for a response on my followup ticket.

    The level of incompetence at @IBKR is impressive. 8 days I've had my account locked with a position open costing me thousands of dollars. Everyday I'm on the phone with them for hours being passed to the next department @IBKR you guys suck so bad

    @IBKR you have terrible cutomer service. If someone is denied a product and can't reapply for 30 days then how and when exactly are people supposed to get a chance to submit additional information for consideration? Your reps on the phone are so frustratingly stupid.

    @alexkingsays @AskRobinhood Rey. Same experience. I eventually moved everything to @IBKR and haven’t looked back. Brokerage for adults, and actual customer support when you need it.

    @IBKR This is garbage! I opened a sub-account on May 22nd and deposited funds on May 23rd, but it's still showing as pending on June 1st. I can't trade and have missed many opportunities. The price is already very high. Can't you compensate me? Damn it!😭

    The AI customer support agents give you useless canned information. These AI agents do not understand the nuances of the qst, which is okay, but refusing to pass the qst to human agents in not okay. @IBKR I pay you guys serious money in commission. Can I get some help?

    How do people deal with @IBKR? Literally 50% of the time I click any button, the page loads for 3–5 seconds and then just… doesn’t load at all (I get some error message)!

    @IBKR Still you are looking HELPLESS in providing me direct contact number where I can call and clarify. That's why I am afraid to open account with #bkr as where I will contact after opening account if something big issues or fraud happened, ...my hard earned money go stucked???

I’ve moved all my funds to Charles Schwab, but their app is terrible—it’s incredibly sluggish and requires a VPN to access from within China!
