@IBKR Closing price still shows as 0.00 but I assume that's because the symbol was not in their system as of Friday's close. Looks to me like everything is now working for IBKR to fully support ABXX trading on Monday.

@ilikeoptions @IBKR Tell them to pull up MMED as an example of a symbol that ONLY trades on NEO. You can't see market data on IB due to a bug on their side, but you can trade it blind.

.@IBKR says support opens at 1PM on Sun but it wouldn't even let me be placed on hold or open a chat window from 1PM to 3PM. At 5:30 it finally let me do those things. No humans in chat. Phone pressed 6 for market data and was connected to margin who put me back on hold 40min ago

@ilikeoptions @IBKR They've said that before and they don't know WTF they are talking about. Try MMED (Mind Med), a stock that trades ONLY on NEO. You can trade it on IBKR. IBKR calls NEO "AEQLIT" and the ******* who answered your ticket didn't know that's another name for NEO.

Still no $ABXX symbol on the @IBKR platform this morning, despite that I sent them a support ticket over a week ago telling them this was coming and stressing that several HNW IB customers want to trade the stock on opening day. @IBKR customer svc couldn't be worse if they tried

@ErikSTownsend @ilikeoptions @IBKR IB is the worst for stuff like that. The fact that they make you pay separately for a live bid/ask is obscene. I get Level 2 being extra but live bid/ask and last should be the bare minimum you get for free.
