    @IBKR What a terrible company. Allow 30% margin on a ****, then after that drops 43% in 7 weeks you remove all the margin with NO notice. No bulletin, no email, and you do it after hours. Spoke to someone who said "I don't know why, the computer just does it" WTF IS WRONG W/ YOU?

    @IBKR Sorry, I have enough poor customer service just with the brokerage. Can’t imagine what I’d do if I had a fraudulent charge. Probably just have to pay it as the brokerage never responds to my messages.

    @IBKR Where we dont fix our trading software we just ask you not to use it as the workaround. We dont have techs smart enough to fix the software so just dont use that part. That is the response I get EVERY glitch I find on TWS software at IB. What a shitshow they are becoming.

    @IBKR I have an open position with interactive brokers that cannot be closed because the software is not functioning at all. the help desk does not react to calls. interactive brokers is completely unreliable and not recommended at all

    @IBKR Hello, I am trying to develop a front end application for the client portal API. However when I launch the java gateway, I cannot authenticate my account, it always reports invalid user pass combo, even though I can login to the production app. Suggestions?

    @tomi @IBKR Seems like I have to manually enter any/some options that expire worthless. Manual entry required to fix in Turbotax.

    @DanielDDamian @IBKR No. Still outstanding. There are six transfer options and no human interaction. I think I have narrowed it down. But still no response from IBKR in any meaningful sense. They haven't called me nor contact me directly. We are one of 720k clients.

    @Seba_DLP @IBKR ok.. so what your saying is you just recently opened the account and there is a possible problem with fraud that they are sorting out before they can release the money? Where did you open a new acct? Another brokerage? What do you think of that one?

    @IBKR I am using TWS. How do i set studies as default for all charts? Every time i open a new chart for a new ticker, i have to manually add sma and other studies in each chart. It is very annoying. Please help.
