@rogerhamilton how does Cost to borrow go down almost at the lows sitting at 19% when most of the shares has been DRS and locked up if more than 60% has been locked and a number of investors have locked up shares how does @IBKR keep dropping the fee 🤔 is it FAFO time

@SayNoToTrading @IBKR Idk.. IBKR is glitchy AF. Just randomly says I'm logged in from another location all the time..I click disconnect from other sessions and it does nothing. I hit refresh 5 more times then it usually works again. Open positions dont appear until refreshing after clicking back into portfolio or even logging in and out. Search bar suddenly stops working.. just a lot of weird stupid glitches that can cost you money as a trader.

@IBKR It is another day and your platform for a 3rd day in row is unusable, can someone look into this ? It is impossible as well to open ticket with you via web page, as there is again 403 error. @IBKR_Europe @IBKR

@IBKR Thanks for your reply. I am unable to contact your support team at all. I subscribed to the Zacks , and it doenst show up in your app / Desktop application. I have to unsubscribe it. I cant find where I get the extra information and there is no documentation to help us at all.

@Vaarby @SayNoToTrading @IBKR If Etrade ever fixes their customer support and allows a smoother process for getting level 4 options trading and portfolio margin I may go back. I got both of these features instantly at tastytrade after months and tons of back and forth with etrade.

@rogerhamilton cost to borrow now nearing all time lows at 18% and still rinsing shares they had two million down to 550k which seems to be rinsing 550-700 nonsense stop. @ibkr always lowing ctb and finding more shares. $gns hopefully Wes drops some big names @cvpayne ready?

I sent 35+ emails and 20+ calls with ICICIDIRECT for the past month for a simple request to reset the password for my Global Invest account. This is worst customer service experience in my entire life.. None of the CSR's are able to get this process completed.

@Vaarby @SayNoToTrading @IBKR No kidding, their customer service was terrible. Definitely a shame because their commissions and fees are decent and UI is leagues ahead of most. I transferred from Fidelity to etrade because advanced options trading was terrible there only to transfer again to tasty.
