Shraey (@iamshraey_) reported@IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. Is this a serious platform with tech or support team or just GPT-4 era vibe coded?
