    @IBKR This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took me several hours over several days JUST TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER. They kept sending 2 factor verification codes to my old number. Then, even when I finally changed it, I still couldn't withdraw my money.

    @Rayner_Teo @IBKR I have been using interactive brokers for quite some time. I have never been able to login into the trading system of the client portal. I raised the issue with customer service team and they gave various solutions. However nothing worked. So, I use only the mobile & desktop apps

    I just gave up on @IBKR as a broker. They have a trial account you can supposedly test drive and it puts you in a recursive loop telling you to do various things but never allows you to pull up a trade ticket or get chat help.

    @Hoarsewhisper99 @IBKR Fortunately, they backed off these requirements last week. I believe maintenance is down to 55%, which is acceptable. Alot of big name fund managers saw this and likely made their distaste known.

    @IBKR I think there are some connection issues currently happening. I can't get any data within Trader Workstation. Been on the line with customer service for quite a while....I can't access data within the app as well.

    @moonsh0t__ @IBKR This is debt and it’s not financial advise. You’ll be responsible if you take too much margin, the stock goes down too much, and they do a margin call. Be responsible. I only use margin for short term needs.

    For people who invest in stocks, mutual funds, crypto, etc.. never EVER use Interactive Brokers. Dumbest customer service I've maybe ever dealt with in my life.. and that's saying something! It doesn't matter who you speak with either! @IBKR

    [10 DAYS] Hey Interactive brokers @IBKR, I can't access my client portal. Tried changing browser, VPN, clearing cache, mobile, etc. Nothing works. I've raised this issue 10 days ago via email and phone call. But still no updates. Help?

    @IBKR, why is my TWS extremely slow on Mac book Air M1? I allocated the largest portion of MAC memory resources to run the terminal, but still, it takes 10-15 seconds for MAC to react after I press the buttons. @AppleSupport works fine on mobile.

    @Rayner_Teo @IBKR They are the worst when it comes to Customer Service. Very good trading broker but god forbid you need help with anything. TD Ameritrade has the best service.

    @IBKR Three weeks and still no resolution. I cannot access any of (1) account management (2) tax documents (3) online portal trading (4) funds withdrawal (5) trade reporting. Tech support has been unhelpful. This is terrible service. #IBKR #TWS

    Has anyone else had a terrible customer service experience with @IBKR? They offered a 33% refund on a trade that was 3 months ago that was entirely their platforms fault. I asked a follow up question and they pulled the 33%. Is this how they operate? @Ducky_Trades @ShinobiSignals
