    @IBKR My application U24947179 has been stuck since March 25. Promised same-day resolution, got nothing. Now I'm 403'd from Live Chat so I can't even reach support. No ETA, no update. What's going on?

    @IBKR 24 hour access sounds like edge until you price 3 things: carry, margin calls, and overnight gaps. More table hours only help if your read survives the next open.

    @IBKR I have recently opened an account with you. I simply do not receive security code over text or phone call. Therefore, cannot login. Whenever I try calling your support helpline, it always says it is busy and I never get an agent on call. Pathetic service. #ibkr

    @joemccann @IBKR @ibkr has a horrible user-interface, i decided to stop using it and pay premium extra cost elsewhere where user interface is much more friendly. call me stupid but I have seen zero improvement by ibkr in the last 7 years - they do not even try

    @one_foothurdle @IBKR That’s comforting. Thank you. I was not able to place the trades again when cancellation happened. Support was not reachable. Later I got email saying it was a technical issue on their end.

    @speculator20221 @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    @IBKR @thomaspeterffy For the life of me I dont know whats going on over at @IBKR but for a trader to not have the ability to do any spreads, iron condors or anything resembling a spread for over 3 months due to technical issues is a MAJOR MAJOR ISSUE!!!!

    I have 500 bucks left in my @IBKR account that I can't be arsed to remove, and yet I can't even buy anything with it due to their rediculus minimum buy constraints. Worst ******* tradfi platform on the planet. The UX needs a complete rewrite.

    @IBKR To issue a web ticket, I need to sign in, but my issue to start with is related to my inability to sign in. Possible to PM me and provide me some contact information in the form of an email or phone number to call that provides me a human to speak to who can verify me.
