  @IBKR Literally the worst broker imaginable. They block tickers now, they price cap anything remotely volatile, even large caps so you're stuck in a bad trade or can't enter a good one. This broker is anti-success. High fees and trading interference. Run from this broker.

  If a broker, @IBKR in this case, say you can only reduce risk (due to Kospi issues apparently, more likely they have run out of margin), but in actual fact they wont let you trade a product you have a position in at all, are they liable for any ensuing losses ?

  @FredrikEJohans2 @IBKR @CFTC It eventually got corrected after several hours, had to test it every 15min. But never got a notification on why it happened or when it was supposed to be resolved. Submitted a complaint to the CFTC regardless, super unprofessional reckless

  @IBKR the worst investment platform I’ve ever dealt with! Random rules that forcibly convert currencies, AI shoved down my throat even when I clearly said it was not helping and I needed someone to look into my issue! So yeah, taking my business somewhere else.

  @IBKR I have spent the week trying to get thru to a person to talk to about my account. Your automated phone service hangs up when you select speak to agent. It tells you to log in but it does not log in. And tells you contact customer service for login assistance.

  @IBKR you customer service is useless, not once did they mention how failed transfer attempts cost £££ each time. your website ui is awful. Attempted transfer failed twice now and you have taken all most of my £100 is fees… you need to make it clear for new users.

  IBKR has made me lose so much money it's gross. Can't sell covered calls on positions I own? Why? I'm in a margin account with positive SMA etc?!? @IBKR no help from the trade desk and as of yesterday a senior trade desk rep didn't even know your own margin rules.

  @Sanji_vals @IBKR You can use the second 2Auth with an authenticator app from google or microsoft. Just make sure to connect them with cloud. If you loose your phone, download the app on the new one and login wirh authenticator app. Its really annoying to contact support, which is so difficult.

  @TheFlowHorse can i ask why when i trade on @IBKR i tried after hours etc and even if there is trade on nasdaq route at that bid price my bid orders is not execute even with 1% lower price or is like lagging sometimes to like that while hyperliquid/binance perps dont have this issue
