I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

Darwin have told me itโs in IBKRโs hands and they cannot help me. Itโs been 10 days now and nobody can help me. Pretty shocking experience so far

Disappointing as all other major brokers have announced and majority are ready day 1 on June 4th. Will be looking at others options if no news

Heaven forbid they actually get a foot up if they don't have a small fortune to use. What's wrong with knocking in 50 to $30 the minimum?

S Sanzhi Kobzhanov (@Sanji_vals) reported@IBKR amazing trade terminal and fundamentals explorer! loving IB TWS, but if you lose you phone, the only way to restore your access to your account is to call them via phone and verify. no other options. customer support chat is only available for someone who logged in but you can't do that if your phone is stolen. they could have verified clients via google meet or Skype, but no, you have to call directly.

Whenever I try calling your support helpline, it always says it is busy and I never get an agent on call. Pathetic service. #ibkr

Here's the best part...you cant even send the funds back to your existing broker so just watch the market while they hold your money. No explanation, no customer support, just tough ****.

Jim Baranello (@BaranelloJim) reported@IBKR Hate to say it as an IBKR user but the platform is the absolute worst of any of the major retail brokers for active trading. Clunky and not intuitive. IBKR has great access to virtually all financial products and international markets but wish they would invest more time or energy on the platform itself. Looks like im not the only one who feels this way.
