@IBKR you cannot get help. You cannot conduct any foreign exchange transaction. The app sends you in circles with repeated requests to login and use another challenge code. Complete and utter pain.

@nope_its_lily @TheSpeculator0 @IBKR I had to realise through trial and error that they updated their apple mobile app which I use for my security device to generate code. Uninstall IBKR app, then reinstall and follow steps but don’t select “new security device”.

@FutureOfMoney7 @TigerBrokers_SG @IBKR yes that’s why i said they probably wanted to do the RS. if they get some of the company or all of it listed on HK markets, that solves the issue too. hopefully all of this gets worked out soon.
