@IBKR Do u realize its impossible to bring up the options window in any of the index ETFs or any semi volatile name? If I try to do it freezes my entire computer. To trade options I have to log off my comp & use my phone. How much longer are u going to pretend this isnt an issue?

@IBKR Fix your goddamn charts in TWS! They are all loading slowly. The 10s charts is choppy - the wicks are not loading fast enough! The worst software.

I did not think it was possible to find worse customer service than @IBKR until I encountered @krakenfx , they seem to be working on winning the "worst customer service" award from "Karen."
