@ClBlockchain @IBKR Never had any problem cashing out tbh (but I've not tried to avoid taxes). Can think of a couple... "unorthodox" ways to cash out > 25k too but imo it's not really worth the risk, you're going to spend more time to think about how to avoid it than to make an additional 15-30%

@IBKR Why is IBKR refusing to give me back my money. No amount of telephone calls or email have done anything, to resolve the issue, and now they won’t even respond to me, by phone or mail. Why is IBKR allowed to steal people’s money?

@joeytee_ I use @IBKR Pro margin & selling puts on more expensive stocks. That way if I get assigned I can use DCA money to pay down the loan (+ covered call income). I use @RobinhoodApp for selling puts on cheaper stocks so I save commission since I often open & close.

@DegenSpartan @GreatGrandBear @IBKR Even if it turns out to be in the 2-3% diff, on a trip where I spend 10,000 USD. That'll come down to maybe 200-300 USD for the convenience of using my home credit card. Sounds cheap compared to the hassle of dealing with IKBR+FX tx+carrying multiple cash currencies

@EmmetPeppers Thanks @EmmetPeppers will look into @IBKR Like Schwab but their customer service declined since they merged with TD Ameritrade. Still feels safe though The worst might be Wells Fargo. Never would trust them with cash. They're constantly hacked and service nrs hijacked

Execution at Interactive Brokers has become a pain, the SMART algorithm is unable to get me good fills and do quick sweeps across exchanges even w/ max fill settings, also the flash boys own IB clients now in the premarket already judging from what I am seeing. It's so bad @IBKR
