    @IBKR I’ve been on hold over an hour now. I am still unable to correct my trading permissions so have money being pissed down the drain because no one will answer the phone! @AskRobinhood Please please will you launch in the UK so I don’t have to stick with IBKR

    Good afternoon @IBKR can't get your technical help on Chat or the phone after 45 mins on phone was disconnected so how ?? two days in a row. For a corporate account this is terrible customer service.

    @IBKR I only recently and accidentally discovered that #IBKR's Trader Workstation is a java-application that you support on multiple operating systems including #Linux. You could be more upfront with this important information.

    Does @IBKR have the worst customer service of all brokers? For 3 days straight I have spent 30 minutes / day on phone with them without anyone even bothering to answer the phone.

    Been trying to place an order using @HLInvest for over 3-hours and the order will not fill. Absolute joke considering @IBKR is having no issues. I'm giving #HL till April 1st to fix the platform. Would suggest others do too!

    @IBKR Absolutely terrible customer service. I have not been able to withdraw funds using saved bank details or set up new bank details. Customer servce don't reply to inquiry tickets, phone calls or web chat! Want to close account now!

    @m_pereire @HLInvest @IBKR Same here. Happened before ...their infrastructure old tired like the app/web not fit for purpose, and they’re doing nothing to fix. I’m leaving. Best alternative is #Trading212 no commissions no fx charges (HL 0.45% rip off) good for general investing and ISAs. Good luck 👍🏻
