@IBKR I don’t know who ‘chooser broker’ is but your platform is terrible for day trading IMO. Very hard to navigate and overpriced commissions for low priced stocks because you charge per share

20 years after the onset of online trading, and the internet more broadly, we still see many days in which @Vanguard_Group goes down; the design interfaces at @IBKR look like something from 1976; and @Fidelity can't even load listed tickers so that you can trade. Incredible.

@fturriaf @IBKR Almost EVERY other week my colleagues who (unbeknownst to me) trade using TOS thru TD Ameritrade- and suffer greatly due to the issues that occur- ESPECIALLY at critical times like the open. In my time with IB I have had 2 incidents with this being 1 of them.

Despite wining $10K in the @IBKR virtual sports betting competition, I can't claim my prize or open a brokerage account even after 2 months of phone tag with technical support due to a software bug in your application process...Had fun but sad ending

@jameswhelan42 @Telstra @IBKR If it's a mobile service, don't they have a "view your call logs and charges" option when you login to your account online? I am with a small provider #telechoice they have that option on the online account.

First got on @IBKR nearly 15 years ago. I can say without question the usability of TWS has steadily declined. Huge spray of hurdles/messages just to place a trade; bewildering options that literally don't work. Needed an hour of tech support *just to get text alert of a trade.*
