  @super509219312 @IBKR The first was a platform update. The did a beta update and TWS stopped communicating with outside documents. The solution was to switch to the stable platform, which I did. Problem solved. Annoying but no concerns

  @IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

  @IBKR Opening a ticket in your susten is actually quite difficult because you have to navigate a mine field of AI generated answers and faq. Your support staff is terrible. Last time I opened a ticket it took a week to get a response.

  Everyday I resent @IBKR's desktop app team using Java for the UI. It's great for them and terrible for all users. From the login to maximizing the app to the slowest column reorder in the world, it all sucks.

  @KairosPraxis Hate @IBKR with a passion. Most horrid application process ive ever used, they port you to some papertrade version of the app and then you're trapped there. Ongoing applications dissapear, ever action takes multiple clicks, pages, dead time. Errors everywhere in app andbrowser🤯

  @IBKR Failure! Broker issue: In the middle of the night, IB (Interactive Brokers) Canceled my entire order book, Including stops that were working overnight on futures positions. I deem this unacceptable for a platform to cancel stop orders and can not remain a customer there with any confidence Does anyone have a good broker/platform recommendation that offers access to everything?   @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon This is out of desperation contact attempt: Recently opened an IBKR account and trying to transfer in meaningful funding into the said account. Having a glitches and find there is NO WAY to get hold of a real live agent, unlike TOS or many others. How could this be? Please help!
