    available shorts @Fidelity and @IBKR, but the borrow fee remains incredibly low (between 0.6 and 0.8%). Conclusio: I fail to understand this market movement (bear in mind, I'm an idiot) and I'd greatly appreciate a plausible explanation for all of this. Could you help? 👉👈😳

    @IBKR TWS sucks. It is THE WORST trading platform available. Charts are loading forever so you can’t trade from that crap. Why add useless stuff? Fix the basics. A user must be able to quickly flip through different tickers.

    @hyperconvexity @IBKR Yeah... I've had it fail to text me too. I had some issue with it where I had to call them and get them to disable my face ID or something like that. Turns out I had an incomplete application from a long time ago that I used face ID with, and it was locked to that. Weird.

    Yikes, I cannot get @IBKR TWS to launch *at all*, I can't uninstall it, and I can't install a new copy. The installer/launcher show a flash screen and then the process just ends... I've had this happen with other programs (discord just did it yesterday), forgot how to fix it

    @alluvialcapital @IBKR Also a lot of BDs are doing significant cost cutting with management and not necessarily knowing nor having experience in those nuances. They are gearing operations towards cheaper reps and customer management. I call it managing out their customers.

    @alluvialcapital @IBKR I've had a problem when the company had veto power over transfers (in order to protect tax status allegedly). Needed a letter from the company authorizing it. Took a long time to figure out what the obstacle was.

    *Noticed that it shows a slightly different % for my worst day, which was Jan 7, 2022 compared to the first week's tweet. I am using @IBKR and I feel it has to do with the fact that I took a screenshot at around 5-6 pm, and there was some trading in the after hours until 8 pm.

    Time for my semi annual **** @IBKR tweet. You pay enormous commissions, pretty sure I paid nearly 50k last year, and they still **** you. Looks like we will be unable to trade the IPO $TPG today due to some incompetent glitch on there end. Might be time to finally leave them.

    @IBKR agree with @whitebreadfox Basic charting is not working and still no fix after weeks of garbage. Stop wasting time on useless bells and whistles and sort out basic, core functionality

    Say what you want about @TheTerminal , but their helpdesk is the most responsive i've ever encountered... @Refinitiv on the other hand, as bad as @IBKR Waiting for more than 30min to be picked up by a support rep
