Not to mention when I went to pull my money out they made me send my ID AND a video of me holding up my passport saying who I was lmao. Again worst broker I’ve ever had and I’ve had every single one

Shraey (@iamshraey_) reported@IBKR trying to open an account, but the only ID option shown is an Australian driver’s licence, and submission always fails with invalid ID type. Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. However, my request was rejected with the message saying that my financial profile does not meet the eligibility requirements.
