    @AiStockAgent @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    @IBKR And there is even no way to get this escalated to a senior ops executive. One of the most ineffective ops process and response team and never expected this from @IBKR I am on the verge of closing down the account

    @IBKR My bid & ask spreads disappeared. I had to restart TWS to get them back. Then i was getting messages that I was under pdt and i wasn't alliwoded to trade. I am not uber pdt. Not even close to it. I shut down TWS & restarted. That resolved the issue.

    @IBKR Why does your platform run so awful. Also, I did an ACH transfer into my account that I initiated on Friday and the funds aren't settled in my account. What's the deal? @CharlesSchwab settles my funds after 2 business days. What is the deal ?

    @IBKR I’ve called & ask for the permission, & there is no follow through. These are things I can trade in my other brokerage accounts. If you don’t fix this problem, so your customers CAN’T trade oil via $USO or $BNO, particularly in light of Iran war, you are going to lose customers.

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon Been waiting a whole month for your Transfer team to reach out to my current broker so they can transfer all of my positions to IBKR. How is this normal? The most rubbish customer service I have ever seen. If you dont help me asap I’m going to cancel my transfer request.

    Beware that if you run into a problem at @IBKR you may find yourself completely abandoned. I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

    @IBKR genius To setup the two factor auth the QR code in the main terminal will be lost because you sign in on your phone f me whoever is in your IT team needs the sack

    @KairosPraxis Hate @IBKR with a passion. Most horrid application process ive ever used, they port you to some papertrade version of the app and then you're trapped there. Ongoing applications dissapear, ever action takes multiple clicks, pages, dead time. Errors everywhere in app andbrowser🤯

    @DebraG_Robins @IBKR I used mine a few hours ago m everything was fine , I use the web page on ipad. I have the app. but don’t use that. I have occasionally had issues seeing portfolio in past but refreshing usually sorted , once I had to logout and in again.

    @IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

    After around 1 year of investing I transferred all my positions from @DEGIRO to @IBKR for risk exposure I had gone from 81.5K€ to 160K€ but the inflation prints and the overall bearishness cycle slowly landed me around ~113K€ Around that time I decided to load up on $RKLB warrants because I loved the company so much (yes, there were $RKLB warrants at some point) These contracts - I didn’t know it at the time - had pretty simple but specific rules : If the warrants traded higher than $10 for an extended period of time (~2 weeks I think) the company could redeem them, no matter what the current price was. And man did they redeem them The stock was trading at $8 when they did so, offering us the option to buy the stock at the warrant strike price, $11.5, making them basically worthless on a cash basis I got demolished. I freaked out so bad I didn’t where to hide, for the first time as a market participant, I wanted to cry When I discovered there was a cashless exercice option that gave ~0.3 share per warrant, I was actually relieved. But the damage to my portfolio was severe regardless, basically a 70% wipeout on that massive position I didn’t know it at the time but that event was the trigger for a highway to 14K€ When I said in my quoted tweet that it’s going to be hard, this is what I’m referring to
