    @IBKR I'm unable to trade at the moment, on the web portal it says my account is approved, when I try to execute trades I get a message saying " account under review". Spent 4 hours on the phone and could not get through to support

    @IBKR One of the worst cusy service given in the #financial industry. From long wait times to #brokers which are inflexible. The commissions might be lower than average however is that really the case with other brokers not charging for trades. If you are a retail investor BEWARE!

    Interactive Brokers @IBKR is the absolute worst. Trying to account transfer out because their service sucks but they hold your money hostage for 60 days from date of deposit. Totally a scam to make it as painful as possible to leave. You will get better service ANYWHERE else.

    Great platform but terrible customer service @IBKR Canada . 20 min on hold and now disconnected. Something wrong with the system saying margin issue on a cash trade.

    @IBKR Problem with IB Pro is it takes ages to verify an application, I’ve been waiting for more than 3 weeks due to technical issues! Despite Interactive Brokers having already received my deposit. This delay is unacceptable and despite almost daily querying still get the same answer.

    @IBKR Is there a way for use to sell partial shares od stocks we placed limit orders on to sell full shares of? Literally it says unsupported on the platform, but that’s ridiculous I have to keep 0.0181 shares because you dont support it.

    @fiorummy @Trading212 @IBKR A phone call to their auditor at a Grant Thornton, complaint with FCA, and class action lawsuit is on the cards for them if this carries on. Wonder if we’ll see then lifted once their commission kicks in on Fx

    @IBKR @DietPix Rubbish. Can’t reach IR by phone. Online chat non existent, email don’t work. I’m getting emails on a daily basis from IB about an issue I have already responded to, yet they keep coming. This is downright harassment of a customer. But you guys don’t care about your customers

    @IBKR your phone number ending 6901 doesn't work, the demo account doesn't direct to support/sign up for full account. Why should I use you as a broker? +I'm on 30min hold on the 877 number 😐
