@IBKR how has your service become just like the crapification of everything? trying out your IBKR Desktop. Spent 2+ hours configuring the preferences to where i wanted them. even did a "save as" to make sure I had a copy of the zip file. Now, all that work has disappeared.

@IBKR Why is TWS doing the following all of a sudden? Secondary confirmation order tickets opening on their own = delays. Sounds confirmations not working. Log-in confirmation not being sent to phone ap half of the time. Aggravating as hell.

I follow best practices by using complex and random passwords generated by my password manager. Meanwhile, @IBKR just force-updated my TWS on Linux, and now I can't copy/paste my password to login anymore. These guys have been vibe coding before AI was even a thing.

Having a glitches and find there is NO WAY to get hold of a real live agent, unlike TOS or many others. How could this be? Please help!

@IBKR Opening a ticket in your susten is actually quite difficult because you have to navigate a mine field of AI generated answers and faq. Your support staff is terrible. Last time I opened a ticket it took a week to get a response.

@IBKR My bid & ask spreads disappeared. I had to restart TWS to get them back. Then i was getting messages that I was under pdt and i wasn't alliwoded to trade. I am not uber pdt. Not even close to it. I shut down TWS & restarted. That resolved the issue.

If anyone happens to be having problems with the API on @IBKR after last night's TWS update to 10.43, go to file, change version, and stable and that fixes it IBKR is working on a fix but this is their short term solution
