@tom_slimm @IBKR Yes, notice the higher low between Nov 10th and 17th... that line gives the support now near the 20 simple moving average (blue line). Should act as a support... if not, the trend line become invalidated and probably will exit the trade for a loss.

@IBKR Finally got in with 20 minutes left before close. I have called numerous times and have been totally ignored. No emails, no call backs, no service... totally unacceptable.. What a great way to lose a lot of clients.. Count me as one of them..

@moe_lean @IBKR Yes, lost a couple of trades and a stop loss, but the operational risk is part of the business. First time in 6-7 years I experience something like this with IBKR so it's not common thank God! I remember the problems on RH when we had limit down days back in March 😐

I find it insane that people are losing it about @IBKR being down for 25 mins at the open. Some of the people who were losing it weren’t even day traders. Just my opinion but if you hate your positions that much that you don’t want to hold them for 20 mins on Monday. Sell them.

Add $MP to more @IBKR misses on opportunity. Had to sell the open via phone order and then would have been a re-entry on flash under that $25 resistance that had broken and flash retested. Great continuation for those of you who kept some.

don't know why people complain about @IBKR $IBKR ...... You guys should come to canada and try the TD direct investing brokerage (Not the same as TD ameritrade in the US). If u think interactive brokers is bad, TD Canada is 100 times worse.
