You guys can pick up a phone like every other normal brokerage. Take some tips from Schwab and you guys need better customer service, app UX and really everything.

Fyke Peony (@FykePeony) reported@IBKR Hey IBKR, you have changed the log in system to authentification based on SMS code. There are multiple ways to log in but EVERY ONE requires SMS. To get log in help also, you need SMS. What if the SMS number in your system is wrong AS IN MY CASE? I can't change it bc 1/2
