    @IBKR Hello, I have already completed all requested tasks, uploaded documents, updated my financial profile, completed MiFIR and tax information, and funded my account. However, I am still unable to receive the trading permissions I requested, and I keep receiving only automated responses without a clear explanation or solution. I respectfully ask for a proper manual review of my account by a specialist and clear guidance on exactly what needs to be changed or updated for approval. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and if this cannot be resolved properly, I may consider withdrawing my funds and using another broker platform instead. Please review my account carefully and assist me with a real solution. Thank you.

    @Terranatura4 @IBKR @IBKR used to have the best service, but they've been on a terrible decline over the last 2 years. I called because I was having an issue, and they told me there is no one to speak to by phone that I must file a ticket on the app. I did so, and it says it could take weeks for a response to the matter. Weeks?!

    @ChizaramNelo @IBKR Most day traders lose money. I don't want to be in that group. So I'm more of a swing trader - taking my time and watching for trends and opportunities. They should really teach this stuff in school, but teachers themselves are typically very bad with money anyway.

    @IBKR I would really appreciate if every response did not say the same thing. Then I would know I am actually talking to a person and not a computer-generated response. That just shows how little you truly care about customer service and why you are in my opinion the worst

    @Cernovich and if you're going to borrow against your securites, use the right broker. @IBKR has *half* the rates of some higher profile brokerages and most equites require only 25% margin maintenance. Same equity on ETRADE or the like is 50% or even 100%.

    @SOBRBC @IBKR If you got the "missing libxcb cursor library" error during installation,try using Synaptic Package Manager and search for libxcb-cursor0 and install that and then the IBKR Desktop install should work.

    @IBKR Hello, I am trying to enable Options Trading Level 2 on my IBKR account in order to trade simple long calls and long puts on SPY. However, my request was rejected with the message saying that my financial profile does not meet the eligibility requirements. I would like to understand specifically what is causing the rejection and what exact requirements I need to update or meet in order to qualify for Options Level 2 trading permissions. Could you please review my account and advise me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue? Thank you.

    @IBKR @IBKR I deposited funds during an account application that was subsequently declined. I have raised a support ticket, sent emails, and sent DMs. Over a week later, no response and no refund. I expect a regulated institution to do better than this. Please resolve this urgently.

    I really want to use @IBKR and twice now I've tried to fund and set up an account. Their insistence on you having your phone nearby to check their mobile app for some code every 10 minutes has caused me to give up each time. Awful experience and poor security design.

    I’ve never been so let down by the UI of any application in my life as I am by @IBKR . I’m serious. Every little tasks rains a parade of bugs. Just do the thing!

    The AI customer support agents give you useless canned information. These AI agents do not understand the nuances of the qst, which is okay, but refusing to pass the qst to human agents in not okay. @IBKR I pay you guys serious money in commission. Can I get some help?

    @IBKR No communication channel work...you can try your self as outsider...you will not able to reach your own customer care..... check and call Qatar contact number on ur website, try chat you will receive nothing???

    c'mon .@IBKR .... $ARLP went ex-*** on 60 cents today it closed at $25.55 yesterday and being at $25.10 today is green 15 cents , not red 45 cents Bloomberg also saying same error fix ya crappy systems
