@IBKR Why does it take you more than 2 months to approve documentation for a new account? My funds are frozen and after multiple conversations with customer support I still cannot trade. Waste of time.

@IBKR seems you have a technical issue. When trying to buy an options combo on the RUT, it will only let me if I trade 1 lot. As soon as I give the order to enter with 5 lots the order remains blue and won't be transmitted.

@xoelipedes @IBKR Literally, one of the worst customer experiences ever. IBKR excels at not giving clear explanations at anything. 3 months to validate my account and I still can't buy certain kinds of products because of unclear reasons and random errors.

@StockTalks21 @IBKR I have 12000 shares in total $ater 10.000 were bought for family. 2.000 are mines. But, 1800 were with cash and 200 on margin. (mines had a 30 usd avg price). Now i have 1770 shares, because of that margin calls. Lost more than the ones that i bought on margin. Bad move.

Time to create a sub-account on @FTX_Official: 1 second Time on @IBKR: 6 days, 3 calls to customer service, and still not open. Is it just me or are crypto exchanges going to cannibalise traditional brokers?
