    @IBKR Called customer service which was an even worse experience. Rep refused to remove the 3 trades in 5 days limit even though it’s been well over 5 days. She said I’d get a letter re: PDT rules but couldn’t even say how long until those letter go out. She refused to allow me to speak to someone in a decision making capacity and when I asked to have the situation escalated she told me I had to go online and start a ticked…. You guys are a joke and I hope lots of people see this.

    @IBKR Unfortunately support is not being very helpful, their response is always that there is no ECD and no mitigation and that they are waiting for “the developers response”, we are close to a month wait now, I was hoping you could shake things up a little bit

    @IBKR Hello, I have already completed all requested tasks, uploaded documents, updated my financial profile, completed MiFIR and tax information, and funded my account. However, I am still unable to receive the trading permissions I requested, and I keep receiving only automated responses without a clear explanation or solution. I respectfully ask for a proper manual review of my account by a specialist and clear guidance on exactly what needs to be changed or updated for approval. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and if this cannot be resolved properly, I may consider withdrawing my funds and using another broker platform instead. Please review my account carefully and assist me with a real solution. Thank you.

    @IBKR today I have tried to open TWS in 3 different PCs and it stalls at the "reading layout configuration" screen. I uninstalled the latest version of the software and installed the stable version and had the exact same results. Never had this problem before. I accessed your website and there is no record of such problem currently.

    I’ve never been so let down by the UI of any application in my life as I am by @IBKR . I’m serious. Every little tasks rains a parade of bugs. Just do the thing!

    @IBKR It's been 2 months I requested a modification of my name and other data in the platform and didn't receive any response. That's not serious, how do you expect me to transfer a large amount of funds if customer support is inexistent?

    @IBKR Literally the worst broker imaginable. They block tickers now, they price cap anything remotely volatile, even large caps so you're stuck in a bad trade or can't enter a good one. This broker is anti-success. High fees and trading interference. Run from this broker.

    @ASTS_SpaceMob I'm not worried. Launch in around 2 weeks. I can take 10% hit. The only people who benefit from selling are the enemy shorts. MoC is up, available shares to short are down by 75% with @IBKR. Only way we go down is if someone wants to buy at a lower price - propably significantly more than you paid yourself. Dont sell, price goes up. It really is that simple.

    @NBee007 @IBKR Disaster trying to login through the Website Portal on a Lap Top, only to be directed to the Cell APP, then back to the Portal for another type of Code, a SMS Code, a Challenge Code, then to a page on the Lap top Website to scan a code on your phone app (why when I am logging in on my laptop??), then over here, then there, then 2 hours is gone and still cannot login. Cannot submit a request for help unless you can login. Try calling? Cannot understand what the person is saying. Pathetic Platforms. Then, as Ten Beers has observed, you get a Canned Response in "X".

    @IBKR is a garbage broker. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy some international stocks and it continues to not work. Meanwhile I've had to watch my main pick go up 70%. I've reached out to support, wasn't helpful. Was told 2-4 weeks for a response on my followup ticket.

    @stan100x @IBKR Why do you think a different brokerage will help with this? Anyway try out tastytrade, they have lower fees at least
