@IBKR your platform went down in the middle of trades and cancelled orders, resulting into loss of profit. You guys didn't even give an update. Haven't been able to place orders since more than an hour. PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATE #futures #trading #ibkr

@IBKR @JoseTorresEcon This is out of desperation contact attempt: Recently opened an IBKR account and trying to transfer in meaningful funding into the said account. Having a glitches and find there is NO WAY to get hold of a real live agent, unlike TOS or many others. How could this be? Please help!

@IBKR Warning to anyone considering switching to IBKR will allow you to deposit funds but be aware new accounts will not get approved for trading with no explanation. Here's the best part...you cant even send the funds back to your existing broker so just watch the market while they hold your money. No explanation, no customer support, just tough ****.

@kallervoinen @IBKR I don't know I was on a call with 2 other traders and we are all on different continents. We all got "Invalid order" System Rejected order right around the bottom. The problem arise around 10:15 -10:30. We called Support and Trading Desk they provided 0 help and not even cover for the guys that were short. We ended up spamming the Keys until we could get out. I woke up 4 hours later and it's still not working Unacceptable for one of the most legit and biggest broker out there. Clients losing 100's of millions without any way to manage

Last night @IBKR systems glitched AGAIN and cancelled all my outstanding orders, 17 in total. I just spent more than half an hour resubmitting them thanks to a poor user interface and slow servers. This has happened before a few times and I believe will happen again. So could @IBKR at least offer a way to easily restore the cancelled orders?

@speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR They apparently cancelled my order, and now it's saying I'm still short 150,000 Euros, but the problem is my base currency is USD and it won't let me switch it back. On hold with them on their "emergency number" lol. I'm going to assume that they have to fix it, in the end.

@simpelspekulant @IBKR Well, Nordea is the "quality" dividend name. Probably of the top banks companies in the world. Not cheap. UPM is interesting for their "hidden" energy holdings. Anora if you believe booze demand will rebound. Saga Furs for deep value play. Many names paying about 4-5%.

Everyday I resent @IBKR's desktop app team using Java for the UI. It's great for them and terrible for all users. From the login to maximizing the app to the slowest column reorder in the world, it all sucks.

I have 500 bucks left in my @IBKR account that I can't be arsed to remove, and yet I can't even buy anything with it due to their rediculus minimum buy constraints. Worst ******* tradfi platform on the planet. The UX needs a complete rewrite.
