    @CrypticAces @IBKR @Wealthsimple What I didn’t appreciate was senior management was lying to me. Feel sorry for the reps because they don’t have resources and I can only imagine what its like for them dealing with clients they can’t help. SVP VP & Director are the causes of operation failures.

    Anybody that even thinks of using @IBKR . I highly recommend they try calling in or using the chat feature on their website. Literally the worst customer service ever.

    Does anyone have any experience with @IBKR support? Trying to call them for 2 days. I waited for the connection 22 minutes on Tue, now I’m waiting 30 minutes. Music is playing but there’s no answer neither any info on how long the cue is in fact. Any idea? Using +41 41 726 9500

    @IBKR I'm unable to contact IBKR support (CH and UK numbers) for 2 days. I waited 22 and 30 minutes and then hang up. Any chance to discuss my problem with withdrawal? Tbh, I don't care about market volatility which is supposed to be the reason of your inability to react adequately.

    @IBKR Why is it that recently the IBKR app has been experiencing so many issues? My app and desktop is not working again... aside from the big outage this week, I’ve experienced this twice more....

    @Guruleaks1 Speaking of risk, it's still not clear to me whether stops in place would have worked or not. Got no reply from @ibkr about that matter. Annoying not to be able to trade, but would be huge for a position trader like myself if stops were down due to their technical problems

    @2020molonlabe I am just going to tell you from a consumer awareness place. I had your problems. Lost thousands. So I moved my options to @IBKR and my stocks to @Wealthsimple The current management for last 3 years went downhill when Wayne left. The experienced left too.

    @IBKR Today I can log-in but pre-market warrant prices aren't updating and my P&L isn't correct... It's anyone's guess if I'm losing money. How on earth is this acceptable!? Your CEO's email just down-played the severity of these ongoing issues. #interactivebrokers #liable

    @IBKR I am forced to contact Financial Ombudsman due to the lack of interest in solving my problem with withdrawal. I honestly do not understand how could IBKR became the best broker in the past. You have not reacted for TWO WEEKS, it is impossible to reach you over phone either.

    @Thapa4Kamla I took my biz to @IBKR and @Wealthsimple but not without looking into why the service degraded in the last 3 years. Its because Wayne left. Apparently Wayne cared about staff. But they say its just rotting from the head now.

    Why is customer service on hold music always so distorted by static? Given technology and that the voices are clear you would think we would be able to tidy this old problem up. @IBKR

    @IBKR Dear IB Support: A legitimate stop order was elected, but, failed to execute. I called and reviewed the order with John, who agreed. He said he would follow up. Tom messaged asking if it's still a problem. Yes is the answer - still nothing on this from IB.

    @alfiesmdrnlife Don’t believe the lie alfie! They don’t mean to lie its a job. Just know this the problems you faced many face and its cuz the senior management has been willfully negligent. The experienced reps went to scotia. Now its being run into the ground. I moved to @IBKR

    Due to the HORRIBLE support at @IBKR (no reply for 2 weeks, impossible to reach them over phone, no reaction to tickets sent), I am forced to contact Financial Ombudsman. You’d better consided opening an account at Interactive Brokers!

    @alfiesmdrnlife @IBKR Its a little more costly but I do options. It only had issues Friday for the 1st time in a year but I got through by phone so that was ok. If you prefer low fee and do big stocks and bitcoin @Wealthsimple has the robinhood model. No fee but slow to transfer money in from account.

    @sanglucci Since @IBKR was trying to keep you so bad, did they give you some sort of VIP number or anything. I'm trying to report a critical flaw in their trading software for separate managed accounts and I can't even get in touch with anyone. Man these guys are terrible now

    @CrypticAces Move to a brokerage that isn’t managed in such a poor way. Especially with the near term down side you wanna be ready for the rally when the US fed prints more paper to drive value stocks. I went to @IBKR and @Wealthsimple . 1. for options 2. for no fee.
