    @IBKR Talked to support. Tried to give me a Hong Kong login, didn't work - bad id and pw. I can log in to the portal, and get my security code, but can't trade. Attempting to login to trade from the portal just hangs. Looks like compensation through the complaints process is way to go

    @IBKR mostly for some. a customer has documented 2 hour wait to speak to order desk in effort to close a losing position. the loss went from $2000 to $5000 in that time $tsla option. customer support advise the have no options quote and can’t guess market could be 100 pts wide

    @IBKR Still unable to log in. IBKR Representatives are saying they are still working on a fix. Issue was ONE server went down which took out their system. The programmers are still trying to restore access.

    @IBKR Forget the app for now. I was able to access my account via desktop/mobile (page URL). Account is manageable - some connectivity issues specifically to permissions as of right now.

    @Fabrice25400023 @KartS115 @IBKR Can’t call by phone it all leads to T2 errors. The mismanagement is beyond horrible. Lesson learned and I’ll be moving my assets. I refuse to trust a company that can’t get basic communication right.

    @IBKR I only hope this wasn't a structural problem, since we've had more connectivity problems lately. Something very important on a broker used for day/swing trading is reliability, and we can't afford hours of downtime in trades that must be adjusted almost daily.

    @IBKR Hopefully this is today only. If they lost data it could be a much more serious problem. At least I have 1 account that is working for short periods of time, so data there is ok.

    @enter_order @BlogJulianKomar @IBKR I just got off from phone support. They helped me log in the site and said that the app was still not working. They told me I close positions. However, it doesn’t work trading is still not working. I’m waiting for a call back
