In my case it is an urgent situation and IB can't be contacted via chat or phone and support tickets are not answered at all

The platform is ancient but very functional (give it 2 months before passing judgement). Plus the founder literally pioneered electronic trading

Tell him to call customer service and wait for 3 hours to get a live person to fix your mistakes. Not only will he not use you for margin, he will close all his accounts as I am now.
