@IBKR I just opened an account and I must say this is almost as garbage as coinbase. Every time I login it asks me for a response string that never works when I type it in. And you guys have literally no way to contact you without loggin in. Thus why, I'm here.

@IBKR I would caution everyone to be very careful when dealing with Ibkr. I have noticed they are no different than any other broker and when they are wrong they hide behind a phone system and the old "file a complaint with us we will review it" lol OK so the person at fault decides??

Hey @IBKR your mobile app is screwed up. On transaction tab and on quote tab orders say they are still open when they have already been filled. Fix this because it is screwing up my ability to know my orders.

@IBKR Right for example, if the system has an error & wont allow u to leg into a spread they blame legacy coding tool they wrote years ago, then blame u. Or if they close a position on a .28 margin issue after system allows the trade they give u 49 seconds, ur fault again...

@Peyto_Capital @SpacWarrants @IBKR Just to clarify; you can trade the ones owned previously, on ETRADE (ie, sell shares bought under the old ticker)? Just curious, for future reference on ticker changes such as these. ETRADE is awful with unit splits, but a straight-up ticker change is different

@IBKR Without a doubt IBKR has the worst web site of any financial organization. Difficult to navigate. I can’t even add funds to make a purchase. They took over FolioFN, worse think that happened for my money.
