    @MecaChrome51 @IBKR IBKR hates SPACS, they won’t give you any margin on them. And they mess up the symbol change on the merger freezing you out of trading. No concern for the customer, only themselves. Even Tommy Boy said so!

    @DanielWiener_ @IBKR The problem he's describing is how to deliver the shares to the new longs (buyers or call options exercisers). He has a point. But the solution is not to stop the buying, but margin call the sellers

    @IBKR In addition this complaint cannot be sent because ib will not accept by email. when i try to send by ticket it says preview ticket and you have to select a category and topic but when you click on the menu they say ‘no option’. So ib cannot be contacted by phone, email or ticket

    @IBKR Your services have been terrible. I cannot access my account as my password needs to be reset. I cannot trade or do anything. Customer service is terrible and no one answers the call for hours

    @IBKR your servers are resetting for the last 30 mins rendering all form of system access unsuccessful. The customer support has no ETA on they'll be back. Why do server resets during market hours? I'm unable to view or manage my positions. Pathetic customer experience.

    @IBKR - I am having the worst experience from a support team, ever. Cannot connect via email and chat, waited 3 times for 45 minutes listening to classic music without being able to connect. Yes, your support team.

    @IBKR Seriously, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with any company in any industry for whatever reason.....ever! Your CEO goes on CNBC and wonders aloud why nobody borrows on margin from IB. Charge more interest and then hire some customer service

    @DanielWiener_ @IBKR Hmmm. no , that's another issue (and doesn't even work like you describe). When your shares are lent out, you don't have much control over when they are given back. Unless your shares are actually in your name and not in street name (which is very very rare for a retail investor)

    @MaybeAnOption @IBKR Since most of IBKR clients are professional traders who prefer to have a 10$ price improvement and pay 2$ commissions when using IBKR pro only 3% of them choose to be an IBKR Lite customer.

    @epaveseDC @IBKR What do you mean of course you have control when they are given back, its called selling, when a long sells his shares the brokers is forced to recover the shares to enable the customer to sell.

    @epaveseDC @IBKR Maybe the rules should be changed so only you can borrow shares from another customer of your own broker, that way their is very little risk of this happening since the broker is always net zero the shares, every share he lends he owns.
