    I have an open position but @IBKR has kindly told me to f off at least twice now with no ETA on a fix. Their traders can't even close my position. Why is this ok? @CFTC

    @IBKR Worst broker for trading small caps on the planet. They will lock you from exiting your position whenever they feel like it and you will lose 5-10x more before the cap is lifted.

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon @IBKR do you ever solve issues. Your customer service is -100 out of 10. You haven't been able to solve a critical problem for over 20 days now. Ticket #T877121. Are they sleeping on their beds. The issue has been escalated 4-5 times already. DO YOUR JOB!
