    @IBKR To clarify: the application has been stuck since March 23 due to a known wizard bug on IBKR's end. March 25 was when Live Chat confirmed the issue and promised same-day resolution, which never happened.

    @IBKR The problem is that when I call to get help, I get five minutes of yadda yadda and then it tells me to login online and hangs up. You have effectively cut off all means of contact to get help.

    @IBKR Followed up with web ticket several times. Slow response and unable to to say when ibkr will announce info pertaining to pdt rule change. Disappointing as all other major brokers have announced and majority are ready day 1 on June 4th. Will be looking at others options if no news

    @IBKR @thomaspeterffy For the life of me I dont know whats going on over at @IBKR but for a trader to not have the ability to do any spreads, iron condors or anything resembling a spread for over 3 months due to technical issues is a MAJOR MAJOR ISSUE!!!!

    You can't even open an account with @IBKR because I am a Nigerian. One of the worst feelings I have ever felt this evening. I have no idea why this happened but it is bad. They need to change this policy about Nigeria.

    @IBKR I shouldn't have to say I have billions when I have a disability support pension and just want to get a foot up. I also want to invest in a company that I believe in that will help a project hopefully

    @IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

    Beware that if you run into a problem at @IBKR you may find yourself completely abandoned. I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

    @IBKR @bull_jared39128 Hey IBKR, since you are responding on X now, how about addressing the issue I raised last Monday. Your 10.45.1 forced update broke the TWS RTD. No one from customer service will respond to my support ticket, no one responds to Facebook comment and no one responds to X
