    When you reflect on the very poor customer support offered by @IBKR, the endless software glitches, and the that they don't even bother to produce a well designed app for the iPad--consider this: the company has enormous cash on its balance sheet. It could fix it all anytime.

    I want to like Interactive Brokers, I really do. Excellent rates on cash/margin. Theoretically, they should be a top broker, but they need to purge and replace their engineering department. Login issues today, poor site performance most other days. You had one job. @IBKR

    ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude are terrible at trading. $REI intelligence is not an LLM, study @rei_labs. It has already been proven profitable by @EclipticaOS. I’m confident that the new version, Rei Core 0.5a, will deliver strong results and significant profits on @IBKR in this experiment.

    @IBKR No communication channel work...you can try your self as outsider...you will not able to reach your own customer care..... check and call Qatar contact number on ur website, try chat you will receive nothing???

    @IBKR I have... they claimed they are waiting on finra regulatory notice but that is incorrect. That notice was issued 4/20/26 showing effective date 6/4/26. Other brokers are moving quick on this and your web ticket reps are uninformed. Many are waiting on this information. Pls help

    @IBKR @IBKR I deposited funds during an account application that was subsequently declined. I have raised a support ticket, sent emails, and sent DMs. Over a week later, no response and no refund. I expect a regulated institution to do better than this. Please resolve this urgently.

    Trying to sort an @IBKR account with stables for 2 days, and it's just an all-round ****** experience. Still waiting for stablecoin approval, interface is horrible, bad UI. Been waiting 5 minutes for the deposit button to render. Do non-crypto folk just accept this as fine?

    @IBKR Genuinely shittiest trading app I’ve ever experienced Says my application was cancelled, but I tried to register a new account and it says my email is already registered. Can’t see **** after login sometimes, only left with user settings which I can’t even change ****

    @tradingview your team desperately needs to patch the issue with constant and random sign outs from integrated brokers, specifically @IBKR. The connectivity is absurdly inconsistent and now your verification prompts have stopped working properly

    @IBKR How do I get a human tech support person on the line? I specifically wanted help with an issue because the iBot information is not helping at all, but all I get from support is more copy paste AI answers and they keep closing my ticket without even reading my question.
