@IBKR Hi, I applied for an account and got it approved but I've changed my mind, I requested a cancelation and it says the status is "Pending" and there's a text telling me to contact customer services because of an Error.

@IBKR @mmaunder Using SMS messages for 2FA are less secure than not using 2FA at all. The SecureCard+ is not independently vetted for security risks, costs $20, and is another nuisance to carry. Get advice from a security expert, such as @troyhunt . Then fix the password paste and 2FA.
