@StockJockAT @IBKR Yea I heard that too, I don't think it's as bad as people say. I think overall platform and fills are okay. I will say, they got some of the best customer service that I have seen from a broker. They dont fck around.

@IBKR I want my funds and you keep trying to make me run in circles to do it. I am being prevented from withdrawing my funds. I need to close my account and withdraw my full balance immediately. I have been unable to submit a support ticket through your system. This is unacceptable. I require immediate assistance or I will be filing complaints with FINRA and the SEC.

@IBKR Yeah the suggestion is when you have basic functions like remembering when the user adjusted something or clicked on something you fix it regardless of how they notify you about it instead of directing me to some form to file in proper channel. You are aware of the issue, fix it.

@Jeppez420 @IBKR I am not so sure you even get choose where you open the account. eu / finnish customer (corporate or not) is direct to Ireland. In that case, you need professional status, which shouldn’t be a problem for you, to trade US listed ETFs.

@Jeppez420 @IBKR While ETFs may be limited under IBKR Ireland (I'm a customer and not a professionally listed trader) and they're not available for me, you can get a lot of the same names through futures which I've done in some cases. Futures give usually better margin as well.
