    @IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

    @one_foothurdle @IBKR Thatโ€™s comforting. Thank you. I was not able to place the trades again when cancellation happened. Support was not reachable. Later I got email saying it was a technical issue on their end.

    @IBKR Oi *********. What is the point of providing any pnl information if you are just going to value US etfs at nonsensical fkg values during non cash equity hours. AOR for example. ******* you people are impossible to like.

    @IBKR Why does your platform run so awful. Also, I did an ACH transfer into my account that I initiated on Friday and the funds aren't settled in my account. Also, the UI and website are so buggy. You guys need to step up your game. What's the deal? @CharlesSchwab settles my funds after 2 business days. What is the deal ?

    @IBKR I shouldn't have to say I have billions when I have a disability support pension and just want to get a foot up. I also want to invest in a company that I believe in that will help a project hopefully

    @SixSigmaCapital @IBKR Did you submit deposit request first, and sent money after? Stupid question I know, but if not done in this very order it can cause hours of delays with your deposits.

    @MichaelENewton1 @nottatowl @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.
