@IBKR you guys literally have the worst customer service I have seen, I have been waiting days for my options application to be reviewed. This is ridiculous, I have never encountered a broker that has taken this long on something like this.

@IBKR Worst experience ever. After being in waiting line for 1 hr. On my 6th call. Collectively would have been in the waiting queue for 2.5 hrs. For a simple login issue. You don’t have a way to login through email

@IBKR On hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes, only to be hung up on. I get an error when I try to send an email. I can't log into my account, and after multiple attempts over multiple days, I can't get ahold of anyone!
