    @IBKR @ergodrake @IBKR Noone is answering the phone and you know that, people are waiting for hours. There are videos on youtube of the calls, noo e from IBKR support is answering. My account is locked and I cannot access my money.

    @JimSuncomm1 @FuturesOperat0r @IBKR My platform understands that if I am long a 15 Call and short a 25 Call then I have 0 risk - apart from premium loss. When I sell the 25 call (against a 15 call) there is 0 margin attached to it. I have been doing this strategy for more than 20 years without a problem.

    @IBKR Why does your contact centers in Europe not respond to emails and do not pick up the phone calls? I have problems with changing device and can not log on to my platform from yestreday. Could you help with this please?

    @IBKR Keep getting this error today ; 'We could not connect to the trading/market data system' WHY? Is your system down? Please advise, it is urgent. If I cannot place trades...I am being put in a difficult situation.

    @IBKR customer service is non existent. Called 3 times, 3 different days, on hold for over 2 hours every time without anyone answering the phone. Worse POS ever. #Scam

    @marvinlyonheir @IBKR If you will get you account locked for any reason then the only way to unlock is by phone support. Good luck reaching them, noone is answering.

    @JamesMcClanahan @IBKR I tried to open a ticket but the system rejects. I went on the offenseive leaving dozens of tweets and feed back on Trust Pilot. Eventually, they contacted me (shock) and my problem was solved in 10 mins.

    @IBKR Why don't you mention, tht it's very risky to have an account on your platform? And there's no possibility to get back the access to it because of lack of the support from your site? No response to any call!!

    @IBKR The FCA in UK (Financial Conduct Authority) refuses to provide any comment or help with issues related to Interactive Brokers UK. My account is locked and only way to unlock is to call support but noone is answering since a week. I should have withdraw my money when I could.

    @IBKR your customer service is horrific. Extended waits to speak to a person. Arbitrary deactivation of services. Horrific lack of communication with customers.

    @IBKR Really? you are the worst broker, i have dealt in 20 years trading, I am a CTA, I open an account, I could not trade no one picks up the phone, i send messages no response, i had the data for just a day and i was charged, and I could not use it, the WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    @JimSuncomm1 @FuturesOperat0r @IBKR Yes. I understand what it means to be short calls. I traded options for a large Swiss bank so I understand what they do. When I trade call spreads I invariably trade out of them on expiry day. Never had a problem.

    @resharmonica @IBKR Same here, you can only deal with security related issues by phone and noone answering since Tuesday. I think they block people becuase they want to prevent mass account closing and money withdrawal.

    @IBKR stuck in a loop where I can't cancel the application because I've funded it, and I can't complete it because as a beneficiary to my parents I can offer no proof of residence. And your support is 2 hours of waiting. Worst experience I've personally had with any firm.

    @IBKR any ideas? I'm not the only person who can not contact you despite of urgent situation! why don't you inform your customers that you are facing technical problems? No answers for email, nobody picks up phone calls.
