I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

I just spent more than half an hour resubmitting them thanks to a poor user interface and slow servers. This has happened before a few times and I believe will happen again. So could @IBKR at least offer a way to easily restore the cancelled orders?

You might exceeding the number of KRW you need to buy, and if you're in Europe, new stupid regulation (for which Europe is famous) won't let you buy even 1 KRW in excess if you have any margin anywhere. Reduce how many KRW you're buying and try again.
