@averygrrl @IBKR I was having the same issues but noticed today that if I removed any instance of the same contract on the watchlist with both the front month all the issues with quoting and not having any bid / ask spreads resolved immediately. I don't know if this is a fluke

@IBKR Maybe your loan rates are good, but the problems which i have with future trading in TWS are not so exciting. The relation between charts and orderpanel seems to be like "frozen". This happens only with futures, not with stocks. What is the reason and how can i change it??

@averygrrl @IBKR Did you get a solution to your delayed / frozen quoting issue on MES/MNQ? I have found that If I have both the front month and continuous contract (i.e. both December contracts) on a watchlist, I have problems. Once I deleted one, it seemed to resolve.

@IBKR I am a customer and i am very dissapointed in your platform. Why cant i set a trigger above what you think the value is.. Im trying to make money not lose money. If i buy a stock at 1 dollar and put a sell at 3 and you dont think its worth more than 1.50 whats the point?

FIX YOUR DAMN LOGIN @IBKR ANSWER YOUR PHONE DO SOMETHING Nobody can log in using your SMS/Voice authentication. Nobody can enter any trades. I can't even get through to a trade desk; I should get my orders placed for free. On hold since 4:30am. **DO NOT USE IBKR TO TRADE**

@stonking2021 @IBKR To be clear, this is after being told support couldn’t do anything. After I said I wasn’t going to call back later only to be put on hold for 30-45 minutes, they magically realized that they could authenticate me via personal questions. Before we finished that, I found the issue

@averygrrl @IBKR How did you get through? I can’t get a response on chat. Been on hold on the phone, twitter DMs are unanswered. I love IBKR, but the lack of communication about this critical problem isn’t okay. High volume to support? At least reach out and let users know you’re working on it.

@MartinBras @IBKR Yes they are. Even though platform TWS doesn’t work with macOS Monterey and the haven’t been able to repair it in one week. The service is pretty bad. Low fees, bad service. They are just a cheap broker.

@stonking2021 @IBKR @IBKR Please make sure your support team tells ATT users to check messages app on ALL their devices. I was basically being told “we don’t know when this will be fixed” when it’s a SIMPLE issue - devs should have been able to let support know what to do

@blangb I really have found very little to complain about with @IBKR ; Very good trading platform and commissions are just fine. Unless you have to send them mail on getting some obscure Canadian Warrants in the system, that has been the only hangup. Large availability on borrows.

Ok, @IBKR fixed my login issue by activating IBKey, which somehow was not possible to activate because I'd had it activate before, and then de-activated it somehow. They said it's a problem with AT&T but I think the problem is they're using e-mail SMS. Other notifications work!

compared to many other brokerage platforms "in the hood", @IBKR is very customer friendly and offers the lowest margin rates among most brokers. Buying an ETF is also easier for many folks than using a crypto exchange, let's not even talk about a Ledger.

@IBKR But your support is still CRAP and hold times are 30min plus and when you get thru it's NEVER the right dept and then the can't speak English at All! Wake up! Worst support in the trading world.
