    @AllVentured @IBKR Ow, I don't think etrade is available for european users though...I guess I'll have to stick with IB but man, I'd be willing to pay some $ every month just to have a decent customer support

    @IBKR @IBKR waited on hold for 45 mins. Also linked to chat but it kept saying system error and kicking me out ( 1 hour) trying to start an account app. Wast working- i won't bother . Seems like a omen! Bad service!! What next ?

    @IBKR document download for hedge funds from hedge fund marketplace downloads corrupt files. They are only 3 bytes and won't open. Tried Safari and Chrome on Mac. I'm talking about pdfs available under additional docs under individual fund. please fix.

    @Paolo_trades @1charts6 @IBKR IBKR allows retail to access institutional level execution and margin rates, some really useful stuff like realtime SI data, decent customer service but the software is unbearable. If they invest some upfront money and make it better they can retain lots of customers.

    @IBKR worst service of all brokerage firms! transferred two securities to IBKR over two weeks ago, and until now no one seems to know where they are... even after several inquiries and hours (!!) on the phone, total incompetence #FINRA

    @StonkTonk @IBKR A bit cliche but Etrade. I get a live body on chat or the phone instantly. The person on the other end is always more knowledgeable than I would expect. Other than a history of criminally bad fills on market orders, the pricing is actually pretty good.

    gosh @IBKR again messed up taxes. Every year for last few years tax docs messed up & always some updates w/ bug fixes few days later after I already downloaded. This year not even updates just straight up mess with no corrections.

    @IBKR Can some chief at IB please ask IB Ireland to sort out their issues with signing the required documents for Irish Pension Trustee companies. There is lots of €€€ sitting in cash in Irish pension accounts just waiting to go into an IB Ireland pension trading account !!!

    Do not recommend @IBKR in the least - A company that forces a customer to wait close to two hours on hold just to get access to their own money. We have money to invest because we would never let our customers experience such terrible lack of service.

    @IBKR literally worst brokerage, stop recommending these fools to people. They do nothing to help customers just send emails to”supporting team” that never gets back to you... officially closing my account after a week these guys are literally worst than robinhood @WSJ

    @IBKR You guys need to work on your customer care It’s really in bad shape, multiple hours of waiting on phone line , still no luck, chat experience is so glitchy and most of the time you will get one word answer for complex questions , no reply to secure messaging for weeks. Really?

    @DoronGreenberg @IBKR Yup I agree. Worst customer service there is. I spend 2 hours waiting on que to speak to a rep. I couldn't believe it! This is beyond below expectation. It's negligence.
