    @TheFlowHorse can i ask why when i trade on @IBKR i tried after hours etc and even if there is trade on nasdaq route at that bid price my bid orders is not execute even with 1% lower price or is like lagging sometimes to like that while hyperliquid/binance perps dont have this issue

    @belfort0609 @buyerofponzi @IBKR I'm hearing this is an increasing problem. You will be better off elsewhere .. IBKR went from a top tier broker to a bottom tier real fast as far as I'm concerned.

    @IBKR Genuinely shittiest trading app I’ve ever experienced Says my application was cancelled, but I tried to register a new account and it says my email is already registered. Can’t see **** after login sometimes, only left with user settings which I can’t even change ****

    Happy 19-year customer of @IBKR here. This is the first feature WS rolled out where I'd consider moving all 6 of my accounts. Let me know an ETA for when you can ship this, I'd rather not move.

    How do people deal with @IBKR? Literally 50% of the time I click any button, the page loads for 3–5 seconds and then just… doesn’t load at all (I get some error message)!

    @IBKR The worst ever cause ibkr never care about the needs of users. When everyone is requiring the removal of pdt, ibkr is holding action and deliberately preventing investors to be more flexible.

    @IBKR Still you are looking HELPLESS in providing me direct contact number where I can call and clarify. That's why I am afraid to open account with #bkr as where I will contact after opening account if something big issues or fraud happened, ...my hard earned money go stucked???

    @ALBACapMgmt @IBKR do you save before logging out? (File > Save Layout) is local JTS folder read-only? uncheck that so settings are saved also File > Global Configuration > Lock and Exit "Use/store settings on server" checked for backing up to IBKR servers

    @IBKR Your investment into support is FAQ and AI. That is not helpful. What is helpful is talking to people. Hire people to do the job not a robot because trying to navigate you FAQ and AI to get to a location to speak with a person is a frustrating nightmare.

    @IBKR Hate to say it as an IBKR user but the platform is the absolute worst of any of the major retail brokers for active trading. Clunky and not intuitive. IBKR has great access to virtually all financial products and international markets but wish they would invest more time or energy on the platform itself. Looks like im not the only one who feels this way.

    @NBee007 @IBKR Disaster trying to login through the Website Portal on a Lap Top, only to be directed to the Cell APP, then back to the Portal for another type of Code, a SMS Code, a Challenge Code, then to a page on the Lap top Website to scan a code on your phone app (why when I am logging in on my laptop??), then over here, then there, then 2 hours is gone and still cannot login. Cannot submit a request for help unless you can login. Try calling? Cannot understand what the person is saying. Pathetic Platforms. Then, as Ten Beers has observed, you get a Canned Response in "X".

    @IBKR amazing trade terminal and fundamentals explorer! loving IB TWS, but if you lose you phone, the only way to restore your access to your account is to call them via phone and verify. no other options. customer support chat is only available for someone who logged in but you can't do that if your phone is stolen. they could have verified clients via google meet or Skype, but no, you have to call directly.
