    @LeagueOfLegends Please consider removing True Dmg. Convert all current true dmg to 50-75% Armor or Magic Piercing and test it out. True dmg has completely broken the game.

    @RiotSupport Yes they are, I just kept spam refreshing the client. It also wouldn't let me unlock champions skins during this time stating 'champion not owned' so not a visual issue and something that you should look at fixing, but the issue is resolved for me now yes.
