    Absolutely ridiculous that @Play2XKO is being shut down. The game wasn't even given the chance to grow or perform with characters people actually wanted to play. Fix this @riotgames

    @riotgames We both play Valorant on PS5s. We both work 40+hr weeks so we dont have the time to even set up a way to cheat. He was not given an answer on why it was suspected that he was cheating, he was just told that he was cheating. The least your service reps could have done was explain.

    @namiffyy @RiotSupport this is wild to me bc 98% of the time me or my bf have made a ticket the response is the most basic automated reply that's not helpful at all with spelling errors

    @riotgames @playriftbound The only way to solve the botting issue is KYC (Know Your Customer) and require a valid License or ID to order. If you're unwilling to do this, this problem will always exist.

    Riot said they wanted the 10,125 T1 Signature Bundles in the hands of Riftbound players and collectors, but then gave essentially anyone with a Riot ID the same chance. There were far better options: • Prioritise existing Riftbound purchase history • Weight entries for organised play participation • Require accounts to pre-date the raffle announcement • Verify phone/address/payment details to limit multi-accounting • Reserve 60–70% for verified Riftbound players/collectors and leave the rest as an open lottery The issue isn't that T1 or League fans were allowed to enter. They should have been. The issue is that a dedicated Riftbound player who has supported the game since launch had the exact same odds as someone who created or used a Riot account purely to chase a scarce Faker collectible. If the goal was genuinely to get these into the Riftbound community, "one Riot ID = one equal entry" was a poor system. What does everyone else think? :) #riftbound #riotgames #leagueoflegends

    @RiotSupport @playriftbound My order just got canceled for no reason, I just contacted support about it hoping they can reverse this problem. My account is over 10 years old with many hours in league and in game purchases. This is crazy!

    How am I getting a Diamond 3 in my lobby when this is an Immortal lobby... 💀 Riot, seriously, what the hell is this ranked system? This makes ZERO sense. Please explain how matchmaking is supposed to work because this is ridiculous. Fix your ranked system. @riotgames

    @riotgames @Play2XKO More live service models fail their teams in charge of them. There is a better way to do it. Hopefully those people working behind the scenes will still have jobs.

    @riotgames @Play2XKO Ngl I'm still impressed this was green lit...such a niche genre to get into and then trying to make a live service out of it...yeah...should have been regular sold game and it could have been fine, but well live service obsession. You're not hoyoverse riot.
