It was stuck on trying to reconnect. I had to force quit and restart the game and it applied a penalty to me because YOUR CLIENT messed up.

He reached out to your customer service reps via a ticket, and the answer he received is that he was, in fact, cheating.

It's a lot more complex than waving away a game's failure with "shouldn't have sized down the team!" when the issue at hand is a matter of unprofitability. Who knows, maybe if they did keep a larger team the game would've been more successful and recouped-

I remember most of their projects were announced during a dev update almost a decade ago and the MMORPG will be released close to 2030. This was released a year ago? I Think?
