The problem with Tribunal is that it exposes Riot's behavioural malpractice which they utilize to feed their EOMM (engagement-optimized matchmaking) which is why you've consistently seen "famous" inter accounts with 40+ losses in a row.

I choose Ranked because it's supposed to put me with and against the same skill level players. Unfortunately, this Season, it doesn't work like that. That's my problem.

Riot themselves stated the elo was boosted, matchmaking was broken, meaning people in all elos are NOT where they are supposed to be and people at their current elo are getting terrible games due to their broken MMR from riot trying to fix it. You just seem uninformed.
