    @LeagueOfLegends Half the problems fix themselves as soon as information is not buried deep on someone's private Twitter account, a Discord sever or 25 reddit posts deep. - A centralized place for those little updates and pieces and information would do so much already.     @LeagueOfLegends having these background issues isn't an excuse for lack of communication. your company has a whole team dedicated to marketing/comms/etc. communication is vital for a business to thrive. understandably from a consumer-facing company you have to care about your consumers... 4/5

    @RiotSupport someone replied to my ticket but the answer was very vague and didn't solve anything. To others with my same problem as I have seen you have put the right region back without problems. I don't understand the difference in the way some players are treated.
