  @myngmyngk @lolesports @riotgames nope, they can use guma’s signature because it is quite literally his name on that merch, and this was a mistake that they already acknowledged. saw a big guma account say that support responded to fix it and it’s been taken down for the mean time. let’s hope it’s fixed soon.

  @px58614230 @vicnhas @RiotSupport And yeah if you have to reach out on Twitter to get help instead of the official support page that's 100% an issue. The response you would get from a dev is what support should be like, not that AI bs.

  @riotgames jpop's ticketing is a ******* lottery and they dont face THIS crazy amount of issue; kpop does fan-reserved and they confiscate the scalpers like why are you claiming youre doing fan-first and then turning around and be like akshually it's lottery??

  @LeagueOfLegends This is the worst thing you guys could have done. The 3x6 is not working no one likes to be teamed up with a third that has never played a champion or is just AFK which is 90% of the games I play with my duo. Bring us Swift Arena bring back 2x8 and bring us ranked Arena. Listen!!

  @masoneclark @PykaPower9001 @LeagueOfLegends A lotto is fan first, no? It makes it harder to scalp? Limited tickets is obviously an issue, but the lotto should be considered a good thing.

  As a player, I have to ask: What the hell is going on at @riotgames lately? They published the Korean patch notes using what was clearly machine translation, apparently without even having a human review them first. I honestly cannot remember seeing anything like this happen before. It also feels like they are relying almost entirely on AI-generated code for Mayhem updates. Despite the patch notes claiming that the bug with Combusting Interest had been fixed, they somehow made it even worse. Now it appears to be completely broken and does not work on any champion. Draven's Q quests and several other features are also still nonfunctional because of bugs. Riot is a multibillion-dollar company, yet it struggles to fix even basic bugs while simultaneously pushing ahead with League Classic, ARAM Mayhem Classic, a separate TFT client, and countless other projects. The only reason they can even attempt this many things at once is obviously AI. But their implementation of AI is such a complete mess that they apparently do not even have people manually checking the results. The last Mayhem patch made that painfully obvious. What disappoints me most is just how broken Riot's internal processes seem to be. Nobody checks anything. They are even trying to lure ranked players back by artificially pushing everyone's rank up by one or two full tiers. At this rate, League is going to fall apart sooner rather than later. There is unquestionably something seriously wrong at Riot right now.
