  @RiotSupport hi there Just after the new ranked split dropped at 1am, I find myself unable to go past champ select. After champ select my screen goes black and the whole thing is stuck. Only way to get my pc to work again is by restarting it. Do you know of a way to fix this ?

  @VALORANT @RiotSupport my friends and I played and one of those matches they recieved a RR refund because they reported the enemy. I didn't get any Refund cause I didn't report the enemy? Are there ways to fix this so only one will report and everyone will get the RR Refund?

  Riot support is just having AI slop copy and paste the same response over and over in my ticket. My account was hacked and they are refusing to have an actual human check it out. @RiotSupport @drewlevin Indie company I guess. Support is alive just send your problems to grok.

  @riotgames yall really need to reconsider looking at your bans bro…. This is the biggest disappointment to get banned for “suspicious shifts in skill”…. Like everyone has good and bad days, but banning someone for it is actually insane. Please fix your game💀

  @riotgames @RiotSupport you guys banned some of the people coordinating losses in my games, good job on that, but I still deal with people abusing your TOS and streamers coordinating their network to abuse you and I under the context that “RIOT won’t do anything about it.” There’s no reason everyone in a game shouldn’t be banned across all of their accounts for coordinating losses against one person. The amount of times I was solo ending on enemy nexus and my team surrendered by 4 votes is too many. This never happened when I used to play Nasus and one shot turrets in the early seasons, prior to the prevalence of boosting and account selling services. Please either return to 5 votes required to surrender, a surrender system that accounts for game balance to prevent winnable games from being forfeited, develop a penalty for surrendering (such as surrenderer’s queue with reduced LP gain), or enforce your TOS more strictly. You’ve favored the weakness of the people violating TOS too much. Since this is an e-sport you have a competitive duty to uphold the integrity of the TOS. Considering that these people committing these crimes against gamers everywhere are doing so out of hatred, bigotry, and menacing, you should enforce the law. All of these individuals are connected and there’s no way RIOT isn’t informed enough to put a stop to it. Me crushing them so hard that they have to cheat, build smear campaigns, and commit hate crimes isn’t against the rules, but their behavior is. No one is above the law. If these people have a problem playing a video game based on competitive integrity without cheating then they aren’t mentally or emotionally fit enough to play a team game. Thank you for the bans you do make, thank you for your attention to this matter, and thank you for working on a game that I’ve made, much love. -Vince
