@MicrosoftTeams Also, teams has infected outlook to no longer give reminders for external meetings, ie zoom calls. Teams just has so many issues. I hate it.

It is extremely bad UX that users sharing their screens can’t see other people’s video. So people just present screens without seeing facial expressions, etc. It’s either I’m missing a setting or you need to fix up @MicrosoftTeams.

@kidmystic @MicrosoftTeams I know of an org doing it with Cisco Webex, I am doing it with teams in a test network and haven't seen any issues - Just trying to prevent the same install 8 times - perms would need to be locked down for sure before using in production.

@kidmystic @jarwidmark @MicrosoftTeams Last I recall you could get a special teams installer that installed it machine-wide to get around this problem. Otherwise powershell script is the best way to go

@MicrosoftTeams & @sysaid AI Service Desk are not entwined to introduce automation into incident, service request and problem management or just hey, i have a question!
-
Ari Saastamoinen (@AriSaastamoinen) reported
@kidmystic @MicrosoftTeams End users are informed that they dont have admin rights and they can "just close and ignore this one-off message", everything works anyway. For further queries we refer to MS docs where they proudly present this as a known issue aka unwanted feature.

Josh Binney (@Binneyj79) reported
@kidmystic @MicrosoftTeams I have blocked the firewall notifications, but that setting also blocks network protection notification. Problem is When MCAS blocks a site in a non Edge browser there is no notification, only a browser TLS error.

@MicrosoftTeams if I had a nickel for every time I’ve heard “Well I’m presenting, so I can’t see the raised hand icons”, I’d have a lot of nickels. Please fix this so people who are screen-sharing can see if hands are raised.

@ShawnChittle @MicrosoftTeams Ugh, yeah, everyone gets tech issues... but this one just was really hard to swallow. We'll see how it turns out.

1/ Not all #UX is visual, a #design: * Work on UX research presentation for C-level until 1 AM. * Anticipate issues w/ @MicrosoftTeams, upload presentation to cloud. * Teams repeatedly refuses my log-in at meeting start ("Try again later"). * Execs get restless while waiting...

@kidmystic @MicrosoftTeams I feel pretty certain that I've set a FW rule using Intune however this issue keeps coming back. What script are you all using?

Eoin Mulligan (@emul) reported
@donasarkar @MicrosoftTeams I turn captions on, volume down, incoming video off, as I suffer from migraines and find it easier to read the captions. Audio & multi video can mess with the migraine.
