@Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams What an absolutely maddening experience. I have 2FA turned on with this account, I can login to my management portal and use some features, and yet there is no way for me to "unlock" the account with every option provided. Super frustrated right now.

Almost everyone I talk to using Microsoft Teams says my audio drops in and out. I do not have this issue on my personal PC using the same microphone. What gives? (Also I'm apparently not the only one with this issue.) @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams

. @MicrosoftTeams Every time I download an image from a chat, the filename always gets changes to "MicrosoftTeams - image" by default. Can you fix this bug so that filenames are preserved to whatever they are sent as? This is an annoying issue and I always have to rename after.

Any @Microsoft peeps that can shed light on a very odd "locked account" problem on a personal account? I can sign into my own O365 stuff just fine, Authentictor app prompts me, etc. However, trying to access Sharepoint stuff (& @MicrosoftTeams web) says my account is locked?

@ilyabu @_AVAP @MicrosoftTeams Yeah, it wasn't a Microsoft issue, defo Hardware/OEM related, same premise though, an update from whoever could cause an impact, its just about knowing and keeping on topof things, no reason not to use them as they work a treat, just make sure you and the end user are aware.

@KevTalbot @MicrosoftTeams We don't do anything explicit to make them stop working, but we also can't guarantee they will keep working as we may need to do app / service updates which we would not be able to deliver to down level OS versions.

@dougschaef @KevTalbot @MicrosoftTeams I agree, problem is, most client's don't think that far ahead. They think "oh, we just upgraded that room", and expect AV to last forever.
