@MicrosoftTeams sha has bad user experience. How will someone have an inexistent account and you keep forcing the person to log into that account, then throw an error that the account does not and not take the person to where they can create a new one.

For the love of... @MicrosoftTeams will you please fix your app on Android? Whatever release happened a few weeks back has resulted in the app constantly refreshing to a blank white screen rendering your app completely useless.

@danihigs @MicrosoftTeams Switch to cell data for about 1 minute, and then you can turn wifi back on and the refreshing stops. But yes, @MicrosoftTeams please fix this for real!!

@Microsoft365 @MicrosoftTeams I am unable to download a copy of the transcript after the meeting has ended. It gives me a calendar error. We are not using exchange online so do not yet have calendar integration with teams - is that why?

@MicrosoftTeams Is this a known issue or the push notification on iOS are not working? I get one or two notifications despite being messaged by many. My notifications shows 1 message but when I open the app there’s a lot of messages from different individuals.

@MicrosoftTeams @glittman Teams Customer Service: always the engineer. This reads SYNTAX ERROR: it looks like you had trouble doing breakout rooms. Try again. Instead of what a human might do: wow, looks like you had trouble doing break out rooms. Devs are notified. Here’s the link to a ticket I created

@MicrosoftTeams please get your **** together ... I like the app. I am not worried about the ton of issues in the Mac app. Now mobile app too is killing me ... refreshing the screen non stop ... notifications not taking to the screen etc.

Hey @MicrosoftTeams - is it possible to be external users on multiple Teams accounts? We are part of several client's Teams accounts and it's frankly a disaster keeping them all up and working. Searching around this looks like a known issue. Any fix coming or best practices? 1/2

@walkology @MicrosoftTeams Wow, I experienced that but thought it was just my setup. I also uninstalled on Android and resolved to only use web version on computer. Now on iPhone, no problems.

Arrggghh whhhhyyyyy doesn’t @MicrosoftTeams have a 3 dots menu option to quote someone else’s message?? I simply cannot remember shortcut keys, they just don’t work for me. I need a drop down menu. Instead I now need to describe which message I’m trying to reply to in a chat.

@SuhailCloud @MicrosoftTeams Nothing to fix. Had a conference call in the morning. Was getting quite annoyed at how long Teams was taking to load. @Zoom is much faster and more convenient. Unfortunately, not all clients use it.

@mguhlin @MicrosoftTeams The app begins to access some page like a sign in but then just loops and loops. Forced to clear cache and data each time. If you look at reviews in PlayStore there are dozens of reviews over the past 2 weeks complaining.

@danihigs @MicrosoftTeams I've seen this a few times as well. Any chance you've tried the classic IT solution of clearing cache and data? At least they appear to have fixed the issue where clicking on Chats would show the list of chats for about 10 seconds before changing the display to Teams view.
