  @MicrosoftTeams Despite of sharing details on DM no luck yet. We have lost access to old device on which authenticator app was installed which is inaccessible now. On new device despite of registration of new device no codes are received. Unable to login to any Microsoft Teams meeting. Pathetic

  so I guess, if I now report that @MicrosoftTeams shows wrong status for many accounts - people who are chatting right now are automatically marked as away/offline - @MSFT365Status tells me, they arent aware of any issue... like every time. M365 - big pile of burning garbage

  . @AAquietgirl2 had issues with @MicrosoftTeams. They “lost” her paid account for like 2 weeks! They had to get an 🇺🇸 engineer in Seattle on the📱with her to sort it. He’d never had that particular problem. We vowed to never use them again at @WDYDTWPodcast & we never will

  Dear entrepreneurs. If you value your customers you would never use @MicrosoftTeams Voice. I've wasted nearly a year of my life trialing this hyper complex product. They've NEVER delivered the promised SMS service. Always excuses are problems. No guidance or valuable assistance provided, they even reject their own template terms. And yes I've already told @satyanadella and the team directly. So, question to all #buildinpublic ... who offers a realistic global phone and sms system for startup teams? Its really simple - my team wants to pick up the phone and call a supplier or customer in most of the world and have it work first time at a reasonable price.

  @MicrosoftTeams Recently you changed the way that teams transcription/summarization works. Previously you had it in pretty standard format with links to the points in the video where it was captured. Now, you're including screenshots. Please don't do this. If you're trying to copy out to an email, document, or summary to people this causes major issues. I had to create a custom summary to get around it, but what you had was fine. Please allow for different modes, with your prompts that can allow people to change up how they want it presented instead of just changing the format at a whim like this.

  @MicrosoftTeams WHY OH WHY if you mark a conversation unread from a point when you next open that chat does Teams not go back to that point, worse it loses the unread point. Skype did not have this issue. What is the point of marking a convo unread if you cannot get back to it?
