@windowscentral @MicrosoftTeams has a lot of bugs for example: wait for other person's "name" reply to continue chatting. Has replied already and the error still the same. Microsoft support solution is to check the community page as it seems they don't know how to fix it. (Personal account)

They didn't and the team manager sent me a nice email apologizing. I asked her to solve the problem. I still can get guests to join my meetings.

@tomarbuthnot @MicrosoftTeams It's just maddening you have to do error trapping for bugs, instead of Microsoft just fixing the issues. This has been going on for weeks and it's embarrassing to tell customer operation teams that this is just how it behaves.
