I am on a large project on a large team where a lot of the diag/support is conducted over @MicrosoftTeams. A good use of AI/LLM would be to feed the entire chat history to the LLM to provide a means of support for future issues.

@MicrosoftTeams Teams is now opening at a post from days ago. A real nuisance scrolling down to last post. Fix I can see from AI far too complicated. Give us a SINGLE checkbox in Settings: 'Open at last post". Otherwise I abandon. Also get rid of whoever responsible.

After updating my Mac to @Apple macOS 26.1, I’ve been experiencing serious issues when using the @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams desktop app. Whenever I start screen sharing, my mouse begins to freeze and hang, making it almost impossible to work. If anyone face this problem?

@Universe_Zindgi @MicrosoftTeams In Android, after the app kicked me out like two weeks ago, I cannot sig-in again with my hotmail email (it kicks me out after introducing the password, demands something about corporate login, or it says that I don't have a teams account). @infosec_fox It's a sad reflection on these products that you should try early just to be on time in case the product doesn't work, crashes, needs updating, device needs rebooting, etc. Case in point is @MicrosoftTeams app on my laptop as insists I sign in to join another company's meeting but we don't use MS products so I have to use web browser which froze for 2+ minutes yesterday although audio worked.

The main problem with modern software is it tries to anticipate what I want based on general predictions, and doesn't just act like the utilitarian tool it is supposed to be. Perfect example in @MicrosoftTeams : I cannot embolden a word that #Microslop thinks is spelt incorrectly

AI on its own will not fix bad meetings. Use Copilot to help prepare, capture decisions, and send clear follow ups. But also ask the harder question: “Why are this many people in this meeting in the first place?” Tools like @MicrosoftTeams and @Copilot can support better meetings, but only if we change the habits around them.

Is teams one of the worst for logging in? The lost hours going round in circles is miserable. Even when you are in, then want to see a shared file, it sends me to sign in again. God help us @MicrosoftTeams
