Very frustrated tonight. My @learncymraeg course is restarting tonight but I can't log into my @microsoftteams account so I can't join it. There is an error so I can't reset my password, and there is an error on the web version too. So annoying! I wish you used Zoom instead

@pzkfwg @MicrosoftTeams @sympmarc Agree with others - Teams (Viva) doesn't know that the Word client is installed on the machine. In the web development world, feels like a MIME type issue. Not sure what the terminology is for installed client applications. Maybe check the web version of Teams to compare?

@JioCare @reliancejio Any issue today with the network? Was able to surf the internet and carry daily activity but @MicrosoftTeams call was lagging horribly.. Cross-talk, call dropping after every 3-4 mins, Bad internet message and so on.. Please help out🙏 Difficult for WFH

Hey @MicrosoftTeams when someone’s status is DND instead of allowing to send the message anyway, why not send the message but delay them receiving it until the DND status is removed? I constantly want to just down what’s in my head while it’s all there, but have to wait til free

@MicrosoftTeams @candymooremp3 Perhaps your dev team could focus on important stuff, like the terrible UX + workflow that means my wife can never join a Teams meeting via the Mac client app, because it repeatedly tells her she needs to sign in, despite being signed in? It feels like that should be a priority.

@liam_stevenson @MicrosoftTeams I've been doing that but it's annoying AF. I've had audio issues via Teams Browser, etc. For this customer I set up a spare laptop for them (they're essentially BYOD for remote access to infrastructure) so I can run Teams native client for them.

@HeyHelpDeskGuy @MicrosoftTeams I find that reframing the issue as it's reported. "Are any other users reporting issues?" Like you are getting a scope in the issue, but really reminding him that the issue is isolated to one, is a good start.

@VapidHandle @MicrosoftTeams Okay so first thing I phone was the Nuc was on the phone system side. No bueno. So I moved it over to the data side. Next issue is the wiring of the building is 15-20 years old (so Cat 5 at worst, cat 5e at best) - so that's the next step.

@WithinRafael @MicrosoftTeams @jamescadd I think it's related to the UVC APIs Teams/Zoom are using and how the camera is initialized/configured. Since if I launch Facetime, it fixes Teams. Also Chrome and some other third-party apps don't have any issues.

Apparently you can leave a voicemail in @MicrosoftTeams and this was very upsetting to learn when I received one this morning. I need to speak with someone at Microsoft, this should be illegal. Terrible user experience.

@MicrosoftTeams, is it possible for you to fix an ISSUE with the LOBBY ALERT that keeps coming for everyone when someone is waiting in lobby. Issue is that even though the person may not have access to admit people in the meeting, it keeps popping-up and is quite distracting.

@MicrosoftTeams I'll do that. But perhaps you could, you know, just fix this? The web is *full* of people reporting exactly the same thing, and it's been like this for 1-2 years. It's utterly appalling that such a significant piece of software can be so unusable for so long without being fixed.
