The cloud had a save dated July 18? But that was 5 days ago. That was over 40 hours of work erased. Sadly, both consoles are reset to the 18th of July. @MojangSupport Why does this syncing user data menu screen that comes up at the beginning minecraft never stop downloading? I left it to sync yesterday for over an hour, then had to select cancel because it was obviously broken. @Mojang fix your game.

I have the normal minecraft from the Google play store (bought it)! That issue seems to be happening to my friend too who is also a mobile user (Samsung s24 same as me ) but my other friends have other phones and that doesn't happen to them! Can yall help me? @MojangSupport Ty<3

@MojangSupport I downloaded a couple add-ons to my minecraft world & now I can't access the nether nor the end. Even if I disabled the add-ons from the realm & worlds it was in. Without completely deleting them, how do I fix these issues?

@MikeMartyLOVEY1 @MicrosoftHelps @MojangSupport Yeah, I'm also having an issue. Every time I try to login, it looks like it's going to let me in, but it just takes me back to the main login screen. I've tried on several devices too. PC, phone, AND tablet. No luck.

@MojangSupport I wish you guys would really fix the “An Error Occured” problem when trying to import a 200MB+ world into a realm. I been trying to import a 316.16MB world into a 10 Player Realm and it always says “An Error Occurred” after waiting 2 hours for it trying to upload.

@MoodyCharon I believe it's Minecraft; but it's been so long since I booted up any games on my PC because it's so old that it will actually blue screen from lag if I try that I actually can't remember. :|
