@DerrickFarbes @monsterhunter It sucked because of tenderizing and primarily because of it. I would have no issues with it if tenderiszing doesn't exist. It's atleast bearable after the Fatalis update which extended the time to 3 minutes.

@NoriyukiWorks83 @monsterhunter People were asking for changes because the master rank gear was an opportunity for them to fix the mistakes they made originally, which they did only partially. If you’re going to make two sets for the same monster, you should try to make each appealing in different ways.

@DerrickFarbes @JulieLamia @monsterhunter Well no because then you have the situation where unless you just keep throwing money at the game, you're in a position where you have to commit to either style which still fails to solve the original problem. Also the fact that that some sets are male or female exclusive.

@wip_warp @monsterhunter I just wish there was either the option to mount normally with a jump attack and not a silkbind or the option they are already doing in sunbreak. The issue is that it is almost mandatory when you are just attacking the monster with your silkbinds. It is a cool mechanic though.

@DanteRavager @TheTrueJTG @monsterhunter There'd be the issue, really. sns depends on the shield even for actual attacking at points, it's too integral for the weapon to just be removed like that. It'd be jarring at best. His HF blade, and Sam's, are katanas too, like a good chunk of LSs. Overall LS is the best fit.

@Dage_FFXIV @Shadowhunt98 @monsterhunter Yeah, I guess it just feels like that's a pretty common problem for a lot of weapons. My hope is that all of the weapons end up with more interesting options and variable play styles.
