@TheCupidKid @crumnut_ @monsterhunter The problem is, A: There hasn't been a single weapon/layered weapon in any of the event quests to get for free. And B: They put so much effort into the only layered weapons you can get, apart from the monsters in-game, and you have to pay for it.

@KendySharles @monsterhunter The guild doesn't take on every issue that happens, only bigger threats. Which is why the issues from the village quests don't happen in the hub. They're too small for them to be noticed. It all got its reasoning in the story(also unlockable items/skills)

@DarthPoco @monsterhunter Yeah, this is the simplest solution to the cross-progression problem. I'm really wondering if Capcom will attempt to launch MH6 on all 3 consoles. I don't think either the Switch successor or MH6 has a shot of coming before 2024, so it lines up nicely.

@monsterhunter I think the problem since you need like, to slay a single monster over and over again, the hunts feel monotone and you burn out quick. Isn't it better to broaden the request like, slay afflicted wyvern-type monster or slay afflicted subspecies monster, etc.

@monsterhunter They should fix the connection problems and the loss of progress in the game. Literally autosave doesn't usually work. Xbox S/X...
