The ammo cap and damage is so ***, theres no point wasting developer money just to code it in. And fix the garbage GOG roulette endgame. It's so trash wasting time to then waste materials. Especially as bigger moves got more common in 4th and 5th gen. If you're about to whiff an SAED, just aim and correct. It removes any risk of using your strongest moves.
