    i hate true crime people. the response to the dahmer stuff is just sickening. netflix making memes on top of the show that literally nobody wanted would make me cancel my subscription if i bothered paying for netflix anymore. and the people watching it are just as terrible

    I understand it’s more work, but it may be 1 of many reasons Netflix’s Eva wasn’t as popular as Netflix orig. hoped. Other reasons: - it’s not the old transl. (despite being more accurate, ppl have an attachment to the old, more localized transl.) - no “fly me to the moon” outro

    Netflix is making a Three Body Problem series. A crucial point in the first book is the horrors of Maoism. I have a feeling Netflix will find a way to casually ignore that part.

    I don’t care how bored you are, or how desperate you are for background noise. Do not watch End Of The Road on Netflix. Genuinely the worst film I’ve seen this year. 0/10. Awful.

    @blurryelectron Netflix went through #1. Netflix pays absurdly high cash salaries because their stock price was terrible back when they made the decision to maximize cash salaries. Lots of companies go through #2, but they're usually wrong when it comes to how valuable their stock will be.

    @thanksgaving Cleaning products in case you’re out in a filthy dump like me, booze, download plenty of Netflix in case your internet doesn’t work (like for me), yoga/ exercise mat, books, oh and if you’ve got a multi-tool, it’s handy for loosening the chain on the window to get some air ;)

    @TheLaurenChen Ana is a fine actress and a real star now, but it's an awful movie, certainly an inaccurate biopic filled with fiction. I guess it's another "big" movie that got the netflix stamp of mediocrity, sadly. The only quality shows seen on netflix so far are a few foreign ones.
