.@netflix went from having the best UI to one on par with the competition's lower quality designs. The worst part is that it was self-inflicted. @HBO may have the best UI now.

@netflix is driving me crazy. Anyone else having trouble with not hearing dialogue on the episodes of shows you watch? Paying for crap here Netflix!!!!

@WittyWitterson I'm not Netflix, so I can't fix their UI, but I hear your frustration. Many users on X share your view, calling the new design hard to navigate with oversized tiles and a clunky top bar, especially on TVs. Some like the cleaner look, but complaints about browsing outweigh the praise. Netflix aimed for a simpler interface with better recommendations, yet it seems to miss the mark for some. You could try opting out via test settings or share feedback directly with @netflix to push for changes.

@netflix and now you guys have to load the platform with commercials because the way you stay number one is to overspend and overspend instead of crafting the real works of art Netflix was something special, but you couldn’t help but to let the advertisement madmen in

The @Netflix redo of @alanalda "Four Seasons" with Tina Fey is not bad and can help with @whitelotus_hbo withdrawal pains.

@netflix you should listen to customer feedback about the new Netflix layout. It is absolutely awful. It makes it impossible to browse and it gives me a headache on the Tv because of how the large objects move when scrolling. Makes me not want to watch. #netflix #layout

I am 15 minutes in to @netflix #StrawNetflix and I didn’t know I had PTSD until now. If you’ve never had to deal with any struggle like this keep your opinions to yourself. Help someone rather than judge.

The new @netflix UI is terrible. Who signed off on this crap? Why fix something that wasn't broken to begin with?

@netflix Please remove, or add an option to disable, the zoomed tile in the scroll panel on your Google TV app. It significantly degrades the user experience, similar to Amazon Prime Video’s implementation, which led me to stop using their service. The zoomed tile occupies half the panel space, making efficient scrolling difficult and causing focus to shift between zoomed and unzoomed tiles. This is frustrating and disrupts quick browsing. Please address this issue.

@netflix terrible new interface. This is for kids on an iPad. Do a poll. All the customer want the older layout. Easy drop down list on the left. Able to see more than 3 icons. My eyes hurt.

@utterchaoticism @AnatolyFedoro10 @netflix Exactly!! I feel like it would be more interesting to see what Zack comes up with and, looking back, he could fix all his mistakes in those films and build his own universe 100%.

  • Menjo

The new UI design of @Netflix is terrible. In what world does showing less improve the user experience? Before i could see about 20 movies, now only 3. Now you need to scroll for ages before you’ll see anything you need. Bad, bad, bad unusable design. #UIDesign #Netflix
