    @netflix terrible new interface. This is for kids on an iPad. Do a poll. All the customer want the older layout. Easy drop down list on the left. Able to see more than 3 icons. My eyes hurt.

    @ITVX can you get your sh1t together. Your streams are totally ruining the Nations League Final by constantly crashing and buffering. You don’t get this pathetic performance and issues with @netflix or @amazon.

    The new Netflix update is AWFUL. Used to be able to see my list of films and my list of TV shows separately, not any more. Makes finding something to watch so much harder. @NetflixUK @netflix

    @netflix @netflix @NetflixUK it would help if you put #ALT text and name of show or film. Also be great when advertising them if they have Subtitles and Audio Description on it. Yesterday watched Silenced and my phone spoke trailer in English, but TV didn't.

    Terrible new interface @netflix You were able to see more icons. Drop down list was easy to navigate Now you see 3 options popping in your face.
