@simscars @OriginInsider @EA Some pc's have a way of connecting to your phone to use the internet your phone connects to. There may be issues with what browser your phone uses however. Origin can be picky about browsers.

Had issues with @OriginInsider downloads being slow when using @Cloudflare as my DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) (via pi hole) Now my @NintendoUK switch is also downloading slowly using it. Switch to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and it's super fast. What gives, gaming companies?

@Brunty @danielbadura @OriginInsider I had the problem too. I changed the DNS provider from Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) to Google (8.8.8.8), after that it was super fast. I don't know if it's a routing problem or if you get another server.

@Crosimmer @OriginInsider i just hate that streaming the sims 2 doesn't give a chance to be an ea game changer >.< they say they "sunsetted" the game and is not possible for any support unless it's like a key code problem... it's really sucky, and i wish they could put it on origin...
