    OMG the @PlayApex update on @OriginInsider is so freakin broken for me. Stuck at 7% for 40 minutes .. paused, resumed, jumped to 70% but then once hit 100 it went to another "updating" timer .. 49 minutes since hitting the update button .. still no game

    @redalpha23sims @TheSims @OriginInsider I will try it too. I have repaired it yesterday. But somehow, this might be a glitch? Imagine that if one can download all the DLCs for free?

    @OriginInsider @EAHelp it’s driving me insane right now… I try to login in my origin account FOR WEEKS. I just bought a sims pack and I can’t play it. If i ask for help all you say is change password and you keep sending me codes but it DOESN’T WORK! Please FIX IT

    @EA should have stuck with the @OriginInsider app. I had few issues with Origin, but am lucky when I’m able to get my Sims games to load with the EA app.

    Hey, @OriginInsider Y'all need to fix y'all's customer support. I've been a customer with y'all for many years now. And the crap I'm going through they can't help and give me excuses not to help. It's ridiculous.

    @ooboochoo @OriginInsider Id suggest finding the system files that are correlated to your game its already made a folder id suggest deleting it completely then reinstalling when you uninstall a game or repair it it always leave some bits behind and can cause some problems lmk if it works
