Haven’t even gotten to enjoy the new sims 4 pack cottage living. I’m just about tired of Origins. They fixed the preorder issue now I can’t even get on the game. It keeps CRASHING! Maybe tomorrow #TheSims4CottageLiving @OriginInsider @EA @TheSims

@EAHelp @TheSims @OriginInsider preordered Cottage Living weeks ago and it says it's ready to download, but the download button on origin isn't working (unclickable). I go in to play and it says I have the pack but it isn't downloaded. Can you please fix this?

@OriginInsider Hello, I have a very big problem. My Origin account is not working, knowing that it asked me to change the password and it was changed, but I still couldn't log in, and when I logged in from my brother's computer, he logged in easily. PLEAS HELP ME

@simscars @OriginInsider @EA Agreed! After we had an outage at our house, our power came on but not TV or internet. Because of needing to sign in to even play offline, I was left with no ability to game until the internet came back on line days later. I get it that they want to prevent pirating, but still!

@TheSims Not sure what guru to report this to but.. Cottage Living's world is not fully downloaded for not sure if it's @OriginInsider 's problem or even if some other players are having a similar problem.

@Crosimmer @OriginInsider i just hate that streaming the sims 2 doesn't give a chance to be an ea game changer >.< they say they "sunsetted" the game and is not possible for any support unless it's like a key code problem... it's really sucky, and i wish they could put it on origin...

@simscars @OriginInsider @EA Some pc's have a way of connecting to your phone to use the internet your phone connects to. There may be issues with what browser your phone uses however. Origin can be picky about browsers.
