It says the title I have downloaded may have been downloaded from another user. Not sure how to fix this since I only use one account.

crosimmer (@Crosimmer) reported@Jessicamp1979 @EA @OriginInsider It has shown up in my library (although with a download error, because EA) so it should hopefully show up for you soon (for whatever reason, it says The Sims 2 Double Deluxe). If it doesn't work out, there are always ways to get it from other places.

Every time I try to play to The Sims 4, the game it's not running, instead Origin opens a window with the message: download error. I tried everything: repair the game, log out from Origin and nothing works. Help please

PDXPCFL (@pdxpcfl) reported@OriginInsider @EAHelp @EAPlay Please fix KotOR and KotOR 2 so they work with widescreens by default. It's a little ridiculous that I have to do extra work to play a game and have it not look like garbage. You should be able to at least play it widescreen by default.
