  @OriginInsider hi, I have a problem with mi Origin account. Every time I try to play to The Sims 4, the game it's not running, instead Origin opens a window with the message: download error. I tried everything: repair the game, log out from Origin and nothing works. Help please

  I'm having trouble downloading the werewolves pack? I pre paid on origin and it says in green "unlocked" but not installed like the others? I've tried updating the game a nunber of times but no luck so far! #TheSims4 @OriginInsider @TheSims

  @OriginInsider Maybe you should partner with 2k so they can teach you guys how to contact people you ban for buying a new computer with your system false flagging people for account sharing, then not contacting people back for weeks if not months on end to fix your own mistake 👍

  OMG the @PlayApex update on @OriginInsider is so freakin broken for me. Stuck at 7% for 40 minutes .. paused, resumed, jumped to 70% but then once hit 100 it went to another "updating" timer .. 49 minutes since hitting the update button .. still no game

  @OriginInsider Why must I log in to Origin to play offline games? Why must I update it to play offline games? Why does the update screen patronise me by smugly professing how fast its downloads are, when this intrusive and unnecessary update is the very culprit behind my problem?

  Dear @EA and @OriginInsider, WHY would you send me to an new EA app, break my Origin (Which was working fine may I add!!) To only make my @TheSims game break!! NON OF MY EXTRA STUFF IS WORKING. The sims had issues before but this just overrules it all. Make it work, I paid for it

  @OriginInsider Hello! Im having a bit of trouble after I transferred from origin to the EA app. Now when I try and play the sims 3 or 4 the game won't load. It says the title I have downloaded may have been downloaded from another user. Not sure how to fix this since I only use one account.

  @OriginInsider Quick question. If i sign up with Origin for gas and electricity, do i need to cancel my AGL service or does it automatically cancel when Origin commence supply? Haven’t changed provider for 15 years so not sure whats normal these days
